Magic Chef Microwave

I bought an over the stove microwave on 2/11/22 from Home Depot. The Model MC0165UB/UW was in my price range. The microwave, is working great at the present time. The problem is the light on the bottom is at the far back and not over the middle of the stove, which makes the light totally useless. I would recommend people check out the position of the light before purchasing this model.

I feel that this product has a great appearance, it performed very well and is a sharp-looking product. I would recommend this product to anyone. Also, great for a college student. Comes in all sizes and colors. I chose a small red one for my needs and it is perfect.

I purchased 2 of the Magic Chef Microwaves through Home Depot. Both died in the same fashion. I was heating water in a teapot on the back burner. The microwave was off but suddenly the fan started up on its own and poof the entire microwave went dead. Spent over 25.00 on fuses and shipping only to find out the fuse wasn't the problem. This is the WORST PRODUCT I have ever purchased and because they weren't installed before the expiration date on the warranty I am now the proud owner of two black storage units in two different places that are completely useless. I will never buy a Magic Chef product again and Home Depot should pull their products.

It's a very cute small microwave, however the dials are not very accurate. Hard to make exact time of cooking. Something caught fire which wasn't even in that long. Otherwise It's fine for my needs.

Magic Chef is easy to clean. Heats and cools properly. It is a space saver. It looks nice on my counter. I use two microwaves when preparing big holiday meals. The Magic Chef outshines my Frigidaire by far!

Purchased from Home Depot - Magic Chef microwave model mcm 1611w. The 1st and 2nd were both defective! Home Depot honored the process - much frustration and aggravation having to go through the return/warranty process! Never again will I buy another Magic Chef product

This microwave is junk. It is so loud!!!! It seems as if the bottom of it is going to fall out. I would never recommend Magic Chef to anyone. The first one I bought would turn on if you bumped into it. The SST one I have now is a replacement. ???

$750 and a year later product never received!!!! To be honest, I can’t say enough bad things about this company. Never reached out on their own to give me updates on my order. Would only return my calls early on after several calls to them. This is an odd sized unit that I built a kitchen around in a tiny home. The home was only in the planning stage when I ordered the microwave. The home is complete and have set a small Walmart microwave in the hole where the Magic Chef is supposed to be. They have never offered to give my money back, Just made excuses early on why the product was being delayed. I am a self-employed businessman, I would be ashamed to operate this way.

Our unit HMD1110W is one year and four months old. The warranty is for a year. Of course, the unit stopped working just out of warranty and the company won't say anything except that it is past warranty. We've hardly used it. This a very poor quality item and even poorer company support. I'll never buy another one. I sent photos to the online customer support and was told to call. I did, waited on hold, only to be told that they can't help me. Total runaround.

My Magic Chef Microwave looks like a million dollars and works like charm! It heats evenly and on time. I have tried a few other brands without a success rate. My Magic Chef, always outperforms the others. My last microwave took twice the time to cook and left the middle of things burnt while not cooking the edges. (Very weird machine.) I love my new Magic Chef.
