Great Deal! We waited and purchased the Morning Star Bamboo on sale. Still waiting for the floor to acclimate. Can't wait to install it! Product is beautiful and high quality too!

I spent months trying to find the perfect flooring for my home. It is a huge decision and I didn't plan on doing it more than once. I was told that the flooring I was interested was great for what I needed- I have an open concept kitchen/living room and hallway that I did. I also have animals and a two year old, so I needed something durable, scratch resistant, easy to clean, and looked nice in the area I have. My husband and father installed the flooring according to factory instructions and within a week I already have cracks and you no more need to pull a high chair over the floor to have it scratch. I paid a good amount of money and feel as though I was lied to to make a sale.

The Manager and coworkers were very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and personable. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my Bellawood flooring and have received many compliments. I highly recommend the Pleasantville, NJ store.

We purchased an engineered hardwood Acacia flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales rep was excellent and we love the flooring as it's exactly what we were looking for. It looks great and it went in easily. We installed it ourselves. It's not our first time so it was relatively easy. It was more challenging to find the right pattern to make it look good because the Acacia flooring has a very large variation in coloring. Our experience was positive, the flooring was beautiful and the installation was easy. I was very satisfied.

I was recommended Bellawood Engineered floor and I went for it. We liked the color of the Brazilian Cherry which was the most expensive in the store at that time. The store and sales experience was satisfactory. At first the floor looked beautiful but after some time it started to split. We waited a while to see how bad it would get and when we contacted the customer service dept we were palmed off with what appeared to be a standards letter full of crap saying "Checking (splitting) are the results of environmental conditions and not due to a manufacturing defects. Wood drying out related to moisture content changed." The letter basically saying GO AWAY, it's your fault and your problem. So what started to look like a beautiful floor has ended up looking crap. STAY AWAY FROM Lumber Liquidators. Not a company to be recommended.

We purchased our bamboo flooring at Lumber Liquidators. I got a little bit of a different style house in West Virginia and we’re doing a concrete slab with radiant floor heat. When I went in, the sales representatives were very helpful and one told me what product would be best for that and gave me several options. I ended up going with the bamboo because it’s virtually indestructible and I have a two-year-old boy so I needed one. We, along with some guys’ help, did the installation ourselves and it went down great. It looks like a very good quality bamboo and it’s beautiful. It was a simple and easy experience. I didn’t have any trouble.

The store personnel was very knowledgeable and professional. The quarter round pieces didn't come close to matching the red bamboo flooring. The installers were excellent but the Floor One Install management was very substandard. They had 4 guys show up the first morning for 30 minutes and leave the new guy to start demo while the other 3 go to a different job. A supervisor missed an appointment for an estimate on a separate install project. The office manager called to inform me that he was sick and promised to call me within the hour with an estimate for the job. We saw her at the store the next day and she realized that she forgot to call. This leaves the customer feeling like he means nothing to Floor One Installation. This after already having given them thousands of dollars worth of business. Buy your flooring at Lumber Liquidators and have someone else install it.

I ordered hand-scraped wood from Lumber Liquidators and their sales reps were helpful and informative. But the one thing that was frustrating that I wish hadn't happened was that when the wood arrived, it wasn't the color we ordered. They did find an acceptable alternative though. We did compromise and it will be going in but it's disappointing when you aren't able to get what you ordered.

I purchased porcelain tile and laminate for my mudroom floor from Lumber Liquidators. The old flooring was starting to peel up due to some water damage to the tiles. I was there originally to pick out only laminate for my basement which I was finishing up but while I was there, I saw the porcelain tiles. I didn’t even know they sold porcelain tiles. The sales reps showed me the different options and we went over price. They were very good and helpful so I decided to buy both. I called an hour ahead before I picked up each load and they were very responsive and had stuff on the deck ready for me to pick up when I got there. They also helped in getting everything loaded. I haven't installed the flooring yet but the quality is fine and what I was looking for. It was a very good experience.

My experience at Lumber Liquidators in Waldorf, MD was a very pleasant. Both salesmen were cordial and very helpful. One order had to be held longer than normal and it was not a problem.

I bought some bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The process was very simple and pleasant - one, two, three. In and out. We didn't have to wait to get it. It was not prolonged because they had it in stock which was excellent. I'm really happy with everything so far. I love the smoothness, the shininess, and the coloring of it. It's very comfortable, too. However, we are installing it ourselves and it's time-consuming so it would take time for people with limited time. One wouldn't want a total layman to be doing the install and one has to have the right tools to do it. Additionally, bringing the boxes home and carrying them up and down the steps was ridiculous. The boxes were very heavy and I'm 5'2" and weigh about 100 pounds. If I'm on a main floor, it would've been fine.

The installers showed up late both days and were very inappropriate, unprofessional, disrespectful and made us uncomfortable in our own home. They left out house a mess, left layers of sawdust (because they cut inside the house even though they were asked not to and were literally a foot away from a sliding door) and they left trash around. During install they RUINED our brand new floors. Lumber Liquidators (LL) did what they could to facilitate the fix but the company they hire to manage installers - The Home Service Store (HSS) - never once showed concern for L.L. Customer's time, money, floors or experience. I even called from the store so the manager could hear how rude HSS was to its customers.

The install was good. It took six days instead of the three. There is a lot of dust in the prep work so someone with breathing problems shouldn't be there. I had over 1400sq. feet installed. They put all the flooring in before putting the trim in before we could put the furniture back in place. There was lots of dusting and cleanup left to the homeowner.

I have purchased several orders of hardwood flooring from you. I just purchased an order and all was well, I had to order some of the same product, was told it would be in, in one week. I came to get it and was told it would be another week. Cancelled order.

When the sales person makes it a point to let you know that "by initialing here you are agreeing to the fact that once you open the box it is not returnable", which is in itself a rather harsh thing to tell a fresh and happy customer. But then when you arrive back with an unopened box and are told "by the way, you know there is a restock fee on this don't you?" (same salesperson). When hardly a week has gone by and he knows for sure that you DO NOT KNOW THAT, now that is reprehensible. I gave him the box back and told him I want nothing back except the satisfaction of being done with him and his lousy business. Plus, deep down inside I will have the satisfaction too of watching a very ugly company, doing business in a very ugly way, go down the tubes in a very ugly spiral to soon being a worthless shell of a company with a stock price near zero. Way to go LL. You will deserve what you are to soon to get.

We chose this as a composite is recommended for in floor heating, it went down easy and is beautiful, a quality product and a low price. We were told bamboo is very tough but we did scratch it in one place pulling a bookshelf across it. Our fault of course.

Chris at the Matthews store was so helpful and very patient with me. I felt no pressure and he really educated me on all my options. I ultimately selected Bamboo and they were just installed this week. I LOVE them. It's everything I wanted and the sale price sweetened the deal!

We got hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I picked out what I wanted and its quality is very good. We did the installation ourselves and the flooring is fine.

Everything was great. The staff is very courteous and professional and helped us in every way possible. We were very pleased with our buying experience and the help we received regarding our wants and needs and they helped us stay within our budget.

Your employees were professional and very helpful with my purchase. Unfortunately it did not work for me, and also unfortunately in the checkout process the computer was not working and we had to do a manual purchase which was later entered on the computer. I ended up being charged twice, but the staff did everything they could to rectify the situation and it has all been resolved now. Very friendly, very helpful, and always willing to please. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

I bought hardwood floor which is the one with the clips from Lumber Liquidators. However, probably 3% of the whole lot that I bought were damaged inside the boxes. I just put them aside and I have to take the leftover back so I can show them. Besides that, I'm happy with the experience. The sales reps were really good and the cost was also good for the quality of the flooring.

I am very dissatisfied with the installation company Alpha Express. They pulled their team from finishing the job because I expressed concern over dips and low spots in the floor and the installation of bad planks. They also wanted me to pay for job prior to it being finished. Additionally, I received the wrong product and then it was replaced with the correct but damaged product from the Ventura location. I asked the manager if he personally looked at the product and he said yes and sent it out anyway. He said he would order more, however, this is a huge inconvenience for me, a 110 lb female over 50 to load and deliver all this wood product back and forth. Not to mention this whole job has left me in limbo for a completion date!

We got the pre-finished wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. It's very nice and I get lots of compliments. Everything went well. Their sales rep was very helpful and I also had their team help me with the installation.

I was very happy with my service and liked they kept me notified of everything so didn't have to keep calling to check on my order.

We are disappointed with our recent purchase of the 5" Gunstock oak solid hardwood. About 25% of the tongues on the sides were damaged or missing and then many of the end cuts were not square. One box had no pieces longer than 2'. Will not purchase again.

Superb service at your retail store. Staff was able to find the flooring that was no longer available in stock in one of your Denver, CO stores. This style was changed, but we needed to match prior wood flooring installed in adjacent bedrooms on the same floor of the house. Install was perfect, very efficient and very professional. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a great value.

Last weekend, I installed the bamboo hardwood floors I bought from Lumber Liquidators. We let it acclimate for six weeks and then put it in last week, and the quality was very good. It was a smooth project, and my experience was perfect. I'll use them again, and I hope to have the same situation.

Personnel went over and above to obtain product before next truck delivery in order to meet my deadline. Can't say enough!!

I recently purchased some flooring at your North Haven store and have to say the people that you have working there are outstanding. They were very helpful, very supportive, answered all my questions and overall made a great experience. I would certainly tell anyone about them that needs flooring that they're great place to shop.

Ian did an excellent job explaining the choices and Ian and Jim were on top of our order and when we made changes and also ordered more material they carefully reviewed the changes with us. They were both professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Our son-in-law recommended your firm. The experience so far has been excellent. It was annoying that I paid 79 cents online and got to the store to pick it up and it was 69 cents and they wouldn't match the price.

Hesitant after all the negativity regarding China-based products. They assured me lumber I ordered came from Canada. Bought Weathered Hickory and it is stunning. Fairly easy to lay. Would recommend.

When I opened the box of flooring, several planks were damaged. Contacted the store and the sales clerk told me they could not help me due to I opened the box. I told her there was no way to see the damaged items unless I opened the box. It wasn't until we approached social media that I received a letter from Lumber Liquidators stating I had five days to respond to receive additional flooring and to settle my claim. I travel for work and didn't receive the letter until I returned seven days later. I contacted the office -- told them I mailed the letter back and why it was late. As of this date I have received any type of correspondence. I will never use Lumber Liquidators again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Personnel definitely do not work with the customers to resolve issues. The re-stocking fee is a joke also.

I purchased the engineered wood from Lumber Liquidators and it was delivered sooner than they promised. I've just had it down for a short time, but I love the floor and the look of it. And, the sales rep was very informative and nice. Everything went very smooth.

Was the worse product I have a used in my life. Would not stick to the Florida. Was a waste. Had to take and reinstall a different material.

We were very pleased with the installation of our kitchen flooring. The workers were on time and pleasant to work with. They worked well together and when finished made sure that we were satisfied with the workmanship.

What terrible service paid contractor to do job he said he would come back to finish. Never did told company he did job so no record.

I visited Lumber Liquidators several times before I made my final decision. Every time I visited the store all my questions were answered and I was provided with samples to bring home with me. My purchase was very easy and stress free. My floors are beautiful.

While the laminate we purchased looks acceptable, it has caused cancer in one of our cat, who ultimately died a painful death at a rather young age, which cause severe depression in my wife, which caused a loss of consortium through date, which has severely damaged our relationship and is still causing insecurity in both of us as to our personal health, as well as the health and safety of our other two pets -- whom we cannot constrain from lying on the contaminated flooring.

The Lumber Liquidators here in Orlando FL was great. I bought enough flooring to do the living area in my house and when I had a water leak and needed to find the same floor they were happy to help and get it sent it. I then decided almost two years after they stopped selling the floor to put hardwood in the bedrooms as well and they went out of their way to find the matching floor once again. Always happy and helpful service. I can't say enough good things about them, I had zero issues... and great customer service many times.

3/4" x 3" Natural Hickory - 220. The floor looks beautiful! I had it installed by a professional on my loft addition and on the stairway to the loft. Very satisfied. :-)

We installed about 850 Sq Ft and it came out Beautifully. I shopped around and have waited a while to do this and I more than happy. Floor looks and feel great...

I ordered the flooring and got the wrong color. I didn't discover that until I found someone to install it in Feb. I tried to return the unused flooring in the boxes as I received them, but I was told it was too late. NOW I'm stuck with 9 boxes of unused, unopened flooring sitting in my 3-season porch! I can't find anyone who wants it so I guess I'm stuck with it. Home Depot AND Lowes take back excess or incorrect items even if they were special orders! Why can't you? It's not like the flooring is spoiled or out of style! If your people didn't want an outrageous amount to install it, I would have used them, but $4K for two small rooms is outrageous!!! ALSO, I was sold way too much flooring - another trick to bring in additional sales I guess! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I'M FED UP AND SICK TO DEATH OF BEING SCREWED OVER!!!

Couldn't love it more! My only complaint is that I had no clue that they "automatically" order more for you, then if you need to return it they make you pay a 20% restocking fee. We have 14 boxes left over :/ but it's gorgeous and I love it!!

I moved into a new home and was replacing some of the flooring. I got a hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators and I'm pleased with it. It looks very good. The only thing I dislike about it, although this was my decision, is that I should have chosen a glue down floor, not a floating floor. I don't like the flex in it. When my dogs walk on it, it makes too much noise.

I ordered Bellawood Maple Select back in 2012 and again this year and I have to say the quality of the product has improved considerably. The finish is better and there was little waste from warped pieces. The gaps between each row were tighter as well.

We went to the Pittsburgh location and the outside of the building seemed pretty rough. Walking into the showroom was amazing! It looked nothing like the outside and I was glad! The man who waited on me was nice. He left to check on availability and ended up serving a client on the phone right in the middle of checking on availability for me. But no one else was getting the phone. He should have placed them on hold and took care of me first then before helping someone else, taken the phone call. Price was great and service in the back was great.

I have ordered numerous times over the past couple of years as I did my own work and it was protracted. Every transaction was handled flawlessly. I initiated the orders online and chose store pickup. I received a call when the order had arrived and always was met with prompt, friendly service. I used Bellawood and found it to be a quality product. There were some issues as to lateral warping and width variances but they were of an acceptable percentage. My waste was actually quite low. Some boxes also had a disproportion of short pieces which increases the seams in the lay. Overall, I was quite pleased with the service and product at LL.

I gave your salesperson exact dimensions of the floor. He oversold by almost 2 boxes. When we returned the unopened box, we were charged 20 percent restock fee. Under the circumstances, I believe this to be excessive. I paid the fee but will go elsewhere for flooring next time.

It's my second time purchasing maple hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators and it's definitely amazing and has great quality. The cost is also reasonable. Their sales rep was also courteous and was an expert at what he does. Overall, my experience with them was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Purchased hardwood floor which I had to return because it was much inferior to the sample. I was promised "made in USA" product. Store person made explicit representation that LL stopped selling Chinese product because it was carcinogenic and attracted legal liability. Fortunately, I wrote on the contract everything I was told which was completely violated. I felt like a victim of a fraud. Also, it took me three trips to collect hardwood because it had to be picked from another store and that store person tried to sell material not needed for hardwood installation. I will never step into LL. I wasted time and money in transportation and had deal with aggressive and rude LL staff.

Honestly, Lumber Liquidators was the only store that had the color of gray we wanted. Our orders always arrive a few days earlier than expected. We installed them ourselves and were very pleased with how the floors turned out. House looks great.

The guys at the retail store are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Even through the change we made they were Johnny on the Spot to make sure we got the extra material we needed and at the same price as the original. The Install company they use were awesome. The install is just beautiful. My wife is very please with our new floors.

Not a good experience, probably won't return. Charged more for 8' length, which I needed since the ends were not T&G. I had to sort through a ragtag of picked through planks, most of which were garbage. Wasn't totally happy with selection, but LL unfortunately has a monopoly on local T&G inventory.

While the salesperson was helpful and professional, we were informed that the flooring was in the main warehouse and would take a week for delivery to the store. 2 weeks later, no call and no call backs (left 3 messages). Finally spoke with a salesperson: the flooring was backordered at the mill and it would be at least 4 weeks for delivery to the main warehouse and then a week to get to my store. I did ask when we purchased, I was told, "Yes, it's in stock and we'll ship". I fully understand milling and backorders on crafted items, I did not need a tutorial from the manager when I was finally told the truth. When I asked why we were not informed about this backlog and backorder when we purchased, "not company policy".

My whole experience with Lumber Liquidators was great. The guys in the store were nice and greeted me when I came in, helped me match my old floor with some new flooring. Now the quality of the flooring wasn't as good as my old stuff but it got the job done and when I was done I had a box that was damaged on one end so when I took it back they refunded my money, no questions asked. Would definitely buy from them again if the opportunity presents itself.

I ordered my laminate and transition pieces from Lumber Liquidators and I was not happy at all with the customer service or the amount of time it took to receive my order. It took over 6 weeks to receive my transition pieces and I had to call them every week (and received a "it's on its way") for 3 weeks to ask where it was because no one from the Ocala store called me even a single time to update me on my order. When I finally got my floor they gave me a wrong box so I had to drive the 45 minutes from my house to go back and exchange it out, which I received the wrong box again but noticed before I left the parking lot. Very disappointed with the manager I spoke to; will not be using them again.

After selection of our bamboo flooring, disappointed the various boards were nowhere near what the store "sample" showed us after getting home and opening the boxes. Too much reds vice the yellow tones on the sample in the store. Went back to store to discuss, but was told that is the nature of bamboo. Still not pleased, but installed it anyway. BE MINDFUL of this BEFORE shopping for flooring. You'll never get the floor you want or "see" at the store. It's the nature of the material.

We had a great experience with Lumber Liquidators. They were the most professional company we dealt with out of three others we received quotes from. It was the best price by far for the same product. We got hand-scraped hardwood and the room is transformed. We also did our staircase and it turned out amazing. We used their referred installer and he was extremely professional as well. They finished in two days.

My son-in-law purchased the flooring for me in Brewer, Maine. I am in South Carolina for the winter months. He said it came out great.

Horrible!!! Took the last 330 sf from the Sherman, Texas location and it's warped!! Have no idea how I'm going to handle. Went by and visited them and no help whatsoever... Should have stuck with Floor and Decor!!! Terrible, terrible!!!

The product that we received from our LL store was not what was we saw in the showroom. There were varying colors which looked like a manufacturing problem had occurred with our allotment of material. LL took care of the issue without question and we installed a floor that our customer was very excited about. The 3 star rating was because of the hassle with the product NOT with LL.

We bought flooring from you shortly before the China incident. We bought laminate flooring for our bedroom and then after it was put down we heard about the problem of the floor from China. Our flooring was one of the flooring that was made in China and could be bad for us and our pets. We recently asked you to send us your kit to test the floor. You said we would receive it in a week. It has been three weeks and no kit. I am losing faith with Lumber Liquidators. Are we ever going to get this kit. And what is the true story of my floor.

I was renovating a room and wanted to extend an existing floor. We got some tongue and groove oak flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the quality of it hasn't failed me so far. They were prompt and efficient, too. It was all of 30 minutes, I got what I needed and no complaints.

After a quick price comparison with the big box store I went to Lumber Liquidators in Albany for my flooring purchase. The guy who helped me couldn't have been any less helpful. He could not answer any of my questions, had no interest in what he was doing and made the experience very unpleasant. I blindly finished my purchase and was very dissatisfied with my experience. I purchased the rest of my needed materials elsewhere. I just couldn't bring myself to give them more business.

Carriage House White Ash - Very good product. Went down very nice. Only a couple blemishes out of 150 sq ft and I cut those out. Wife loves it. Looks great. Would be nice if there were more longer boards (over 4').

My experience at the Lumber Liquidators store was fine; however, I was not happy with the installer. My place was left a mess. I had laminate installed and there was sawdust left throughout my pantry and closet. They attempted to move my entertainment center and broke the top of it. They did haul away the carpet and padding until 2 days after the job was completed and even then they left 3 large garbage bags of debris in front of my house. I will not purchase from Lumber Liquidators again.

Horrible! I bought my floor for 369 a square foot. Went back a week later it was 269 a foot. I bought 600 ft² therefore I was screwed $600. If I would've purchased at Home Depot like my original plan I would have that 600 in my pocket right now. So that's my experience.

I have worked with LL before but this was my first time buying a large amount of material for a full floor replacement. The staff was great and the order was received under the estimated time frame. The staff helped load to my truck and overall the buying experience was good.

The product was good. The staff was professional. There was an issue where the online system recommends a certain number of boxes while the store recommends another. I received less boxes and had to pay for an extra.

Was a great experience and would go back again. The guys that worked there were great and made you feel comfortable and not rushed.

The experience was fine with Lumber Liquidators but not so much with the finance company. I had bamboo hardwood floors installed in my brand new home. Cost of the product was good. However, the installation was way more than I think it should've been. I ended up spending close to $12 a square foot to have the floor installed and I could've gotten it a bit cheaper. Overall, they did what was expected of them. They went a little above board to make sure I got it in the time that I needed it for my house. They're certainly worth taking a look at when looking at flooring.

We were excited to purchase the flooring we needed on sale plus shipping! It would have helped if the salesperson had told us that there was NO transition or bull nose for the stairs for our product! We did find transition at a competitor! We had the installer that had to come back to do the transition after we gathered it from the competitor! Prepare the buyer!

We found a great product on the discount display. Price was great especially for a small bedroom. Was a little surprised with the minimum install price quoted since room was small. Ended up paying more than expected due to minimum install price. Work was done with quality but we chose to remove carpet on our own to save $. They were prompt and completed on schedule. Second time using so we would recommend again.

I installed stranded nail down bamboo after I waited a MONTH for the cleats to arrive at my door, after 3 failed tries to do so. How can anyone with a straight face sell $2000 dollars worth of flooring to a customer and tell them "the cleats are being sent from another store and will be there for pick up in a couple of days". Not in 2 days, not in 2 weeks, and then sent by mail a month later? WOW! Now that's service.

Service was great. I was very disappointed to have 8 boxes left over with no option for buy back. I think their estimate as to what I'd need was a little inflated.

The guys at the Delmar store were outstanding! They made the whole process a breeze! I've used Lumber Liquidators numerous times over the years for many different customers and this had to be the easiest one yet. Highly recommend these guys!

Needed to match a hardwood floor so I could extend it. Worked out great.

Did not expect vinyl flooring to be as hardy and beautiful as it was. We chose the clear lake oak and it is amazing. Love the color and texture of it. So inexpensive.

Installers did a super job and their clean-up was first rate. Minor problem happened with the storm door when they were bringing stuff in and out - door wouldn't close anymore and had to put new longer screws in the storm door to square it back up.

My total experience was a very smooth transaction. The communication from the time of purchase, site assessment and installation was timely and professional. The installers were fantastic. They arrived before schedule, introduced themselves and went to work immediately. The job was completed the same day! I give everyone 5 stars for a job well done. Thanks.

I ordered a large volume of flooring knowing it would take a couple months to get it all ready to put in. I explained this to the store that constantly called me to get it picked up and hounded me on line until I picked it up. For this reason I would never use them for my next big project.

We recently bought a home and we wanted a change on it. We bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators and although I haven't installed it yet, we are happy with it. Their sales reps were very helpful but very busy all the time. One needs to be a bit patient because the few times I’ve been there, they always have a plenty amount of people with questions. They're outnumbered most of the time. They do their best to answer questions though.

I was very pleased with the service we received. The staff at the store was very helpful and very patient while we made our decision. We received an email when our flooring was in transit and then was called when it arrived at the store for pickup. I love the Cumaru flooring we received. It was all in great condition and the flooring is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators to other people.

My experience was not very good. I originally bought the engineered hardwood. Then came all the articles about cancer. I was concerned, so I called to return them. I was told then about a ** 20% restocking fee! They told me I had nothing to worry about because they don't get products from China anymore (all while I'm reading made in China on all my boxes). I came back and ordered real hardwood flooring this time and paid an additional $2900.00. Then it comes in and I get it loaded and notice... MADE IN CHINA... again! I believe Lumber Liquidators to be lying to people to get them to buy their products and then hit them with their restocking fee if they find out the truth about their products being from China.

The overall experience with the new manager and his employees was terrific. He worked hard to make sure my order was taken care of. He understood my problems with the prior employees and how they messed up my original order. He put extra effort into making sure I was happy with everything. The flooring was mediocre. Two of the boxes had a red tint in the color. Unfortunately we did not notice until most of the flooring was down.

Vinyl plank flooring - Easy to order online. Went and picked it up the day it came in. Everything was better than I expected and easy to order and pick up. Very happy.

My builder was the one who bought the stuff from Lumber Liquidators but I was the one who picked out the flooring. I was looking for wood-look tiles but the selection is not great and my only concern was that the sample that was on the wall was not the greatest representation of what the actual final product was. Then when the stuff actually got to us, all the boards were dramatically different. But so far, the quality of my flooring seems fine and at par with the rest of the flooring.

I purchased vinyl plank by the name of Grizzly Bay Oak. This flooring is beautiful. I am so happy with the results. This flooring is warmer on the feet than some of the other products. I will purchase this again. The employees are so helpful and I look forward to purchasing more flooring in the future.

This flooring has a manufacturer's defect in it. So far they have done nothing. I filed a claim, they are supposed to reply in 24 hrs. I finally got someone to talk to me over a week later. They're looking into it! Meanwhile my house is torn apart.

The service I received from the Pickering Ontario location was beyond unsatisfactory. The sales rep sold me on a clearance laminate that he was trying to clear out. The product went in my office in the basement. It scratches and chips easily and looks terrible. I have torn it out and placed carpet in its place. I have expressed my experience to my network and will continue to. Extremely unsatisfied.

I made several calls prior to going in to purchase my wood floors. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went in to purchase the flooring, the staff was again helpful and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed with our purchase. We were told that we had to pick up the ordered materials by a certain date. When we arrived, half our order was unavailable. We had to have a friend come back a second time to pick up the rest. Approx a full box of the wood we ordered was unusable. The store refused to exchange the bad for good planks unless we returned an entire box of bad planks. We were charged for and purchased good planks. That's what we should have received.

I purchased the 3/4" prefinished hardwoods because I felt I was getting a good deal, but a good deal turned into a good deal of aggravation. The finish is only at the very top so there are light spots on my dark floors already. I've seen pre-finished floors that were over a week old with much better results. There are random chips on the edges also right out of the box and after a week's usage. I'm just sorry. It's too late to do anything about it but I know for sure I will not be buying another product from Lumber Liquidators.

I purchased this Tranquility Tuscan Amber resilient vinyl flooring for my 300 plus square foot kitchen/dining area. I was hesitant to buy from LL due to some concerns over other flooring mentioned in recent media. I must say I really like the new kitchen floor and would highly recommend it. Everyone that has seen the new floor loves it and will probably be doing their own kitchen with it.

Wood was good quality and a good price compared to other flooring in other stores.

The gentlemen we worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. They followed up without overdoing it, and offered solutions that suited us well. AND the quality of the product was impressive. We shopped at 3 different flooring stores and LL was a pleasure to do business with. Would certainly go back for flooring or counter-top needs.

The guys at the San Antonio store are awesome, very knowledgeable, they'll do anything they can to help you. We are completely satisfied and plan on buying the rest of our flooring from them.

I bought some bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I haven't laid it down yet but so far, it looks good. All my experiences were excellent. The people at Lumber Liquidators are knowledgeable and helpful but their inventory could use some updating. The only gripe that I have is that I had to go to four different stores to collect all the necessary square footage because they didn't have it all in one location. Also, they don't supply any sort of delivery without an additional fee. That's something they could work on.

I've had good service with Lumber Liquidators but I’m not happy with the quality of their product. I bought a solid hardwood that matched the color of my other hardwood. I installed it myself and the spaces between the planks are thick.

Lumber Liquidators uses third party installers - if I knew the installation company name I would be writing a review specifically for them, but Lumber Liquidators is ultimately responsible. The rep from the installation company came out to measure and give me a quote. He was a really nice guy, but only spent about 10 minutes in my place. Didn't examine my current floors even though I told him they needed to be removed. He made it seem like the simplest job, and said they would move all of my furniture for me. I spent the past two weeks preparing for the install - I even sold my sectional to make room even though he said that wasn't necessary. I moved furniture to make it easier, and packed everything else including clothes in boxes preparing for the big install week.

I was remodeling a condo that I purchased and I was finishing its basement. I had to take out flooring for it so I purchased an engineered hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. So far, its quality is great. I also dealt with a couple of their reps and they were very helpful and informative.

We purchased bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. They gave us samples, we called them on the phone and we went and picked the floors up. It was quick and easy and we love the flooring. I like the color and I like the fact that it's a green product. The cost was also reasonable. We hired an installation crew and we saw them work every day. Though we had to talk with them about a few things because they hadn't worked with bamboo much.

Read the fine print. Store personnel tell you to take the flooring out of package to acclimate thereby voiding return. Their website says you don't have to. Also was told by the salesman three weeks to let acclimate and they only give you thirty days to return. Worst return policy on the planet. Just take the hit and go to the big box stores, at least you can return your extra product... They know the homeowner only does his floors once every 20 years so they can treat you like a rube.

My experience with Lumber Liquidators has been terrible. We bought some laminate flooring to go downstairs and within no time, it started peeling. So we contacted the home office at Lumber Liquidators, but they refused to do anything about it. We used the guy that they recommended to install the floor and they sent him in to measure the humidity in the house. The flooring was installed on top of a concrete flooring and they said that the moisture was okay, but the elevation wasn't completely level. It was something that they used to get out of the warranty but now, they would not honor the warranty and they would not give us back any on our purchase. They did not even suggest that they would repair the pieces that were peeling. The flooring is even worse now than it was when we reported it to them, so we got no satisfaction whatsoever.

Because of a fire in our home, we decided to update our floors with bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales rep seemed alright and explained the product well to me. The cost, as well as the quality of the product, was good, but we're still on the fence about installing it. In any case, I would recommend the company.

I removed the walls and there were some spots where the planks needed to be replaced and a few areas that needed to be patched. I bought some wood at Lumber Liquidators and their sales rep was friendly and helpful. Although the wood needed to be sanded down a bit and smoothed, it was really good. I got a good price, too. I would like to put some wood floor in my upstairs eventually and I’ll probably go back to Lumber Liquidators.

We had old carpeting which we ripped out to put in the beautiful wood floor from Lumber Liquidators. I hired my friend who does that type of work, and it's great, so far. The cost in relation to the quality is balanced, and the reps were more than helpful.

My dog ruined my wood floor. So, I wanted to go with tile. I bought 500 square feet of wood grain tile from Lumber Liquidators. I went to the Hartford location and the sign had the pricing at $2.49 a foot. The sales representative rang it up at $2.79 and said that the sign was expired. So, we had to go back and forth in explaining to him that I should've had the price at $2.49. He made it at $2.49. He honored it, which was fine. They had to special order it because there wasn't enough in stock. Once it came in, they shipped it to my house. The driver showed up and I unloaded it myself. I had an installation company install it and it came out okay. But I should've bought a couple more cases where the installer could sort through for some of the better ones. But all in all, the tile has very good quality. Overall, it was a good experience with Lumber Liquidators. They had all the information in front of the computer.

I cannot say enough about my experience with LL!! Rich ** worked with my project design person (she's from Lowe's, no less!) via phone, and then he and I spoke. I knew before I headed into the store--an 85-mile trip one-way--that they had what I was looking for. Not only did I save about $300, but Rich provided me with a design idea that addressed the issue I was having with trying to match new flooring with an existing wood floor. Rich's idea was amazing!!!

I wanted to get rid of the carpet, so I got some wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. It's of good quality and was easy to install. In addition to that, the people at the store were very courteous and good.

We had a flood that came in our house and tore out the wood flooring. Nobody else had anything to match except Lumber Liquidators so we purchased from them. When I got it home and called the guy to install it, he said that it wouldn’t work because the tongues and grooves aren’t to size. It’s narrower, shorter and thinner than the stuff that I had. So I took it back to them and got my money back and they were good at that. They were very nice. However, as far as knowledge of the product, they didn’t know about the tongue and the groove and didn’t realize that our flooring was thinner and not as wide as the average ones. They only sell and never ask any questions.

The first product I purchased from Lumber Liquidators was 300 square feet of maple floor. I also bought the underlayment that you put under it. I met with a couple of sales reps and they were great and helpful even though they seemed busy on the days that I went. Though the flooring is still in the box and I haven't opened them I'm excited to do that next.

I bought bamboo from Lumber Liquidators, and put it on a ceiling. I had someone install it, and it was different because it wasn't going on the floor. It was a 16-foot ceiling, and it wasn't easy. But so far, it's been fine. The reps were nice and informative. However, it's advertised all the time that you could get the natural wood which is really inexpensive. Then, the salesman advised me that that's just ends and pieces. They advertise it like I'm going to be getting these 36-inch floor planks, then I may get a piece that's eight inches and the next one maybe 12 because it's just cut pieces or leftovers. That was very disappointing. I felt deceived by the advertisement because it doesn't really make it sound that way.

I bought a Bellawood oak wood from Lumber Liquidators. They had the largest selection among other companies and they had the quickest delivery time available. My interaction with their sales reps was pretty good, except there was a miscommunication. I had stated when I purchased it that when the shipment got in, I was to be made aware of it so I can have my contractor go pick it up. And they called me on a Friday, letting me know that the shipment was going to be arriving on the Saturday. I said no problem. I’ll have my contractor contact them so I can pick it up first thing Monday morning. Then I kept getting calls from the delivery company saying that my delivery’s ready to go out. I felt I was pressured into paying for delivery. But then again, the delivery charge was waived so I ended up having to get it delivered.

A couple of years ago, my wife and I purchased a new home with the expectations of installing some laminate in a small area. Between a few job changes and commuting 300 miles to work, we finally got around to doing the install, only to learn about the formaldehyde issue. After visiting the Lumber Liquidators' website, we learned the product we purchased was subject to having a formaldehyde problem.

So far, the hardwood floor that I purchased from Lumber Liquidators has been good. The only thing was the bad timing - it was on sale when I purchased two additional boxes, and I wish I could've gotten a sale price the first time around. But it still was a professional experience.

Less than six months I had Bamboo flooring installed by a professional contractor. The product since has moved and shrank way beyond normal. My contractor claims this is a possible defective batch. If this is true, my next step is the local media, not to mention contacting my attorney. We are waiting for a company Rep. to perform an inspection. It better be soon, I AM NOT KNOWN FOR MY PATIENCE. Lumber liquidators sold me defective flooring and will not replace it. I've opened up a claim with them, sent photos and answered all their questions and still no resolution. I just get the continual runaround and avoidance by all staff. I also asked that our floors be tested for toxicity and they said no. I have asked to speak to supervisors only to be told none are ever available and no one ever calls me back. Would like to pursue them via lawsuit. Do not buy from this company. They sell defective flooring and will not honor their warranty

This review is for Tranquility Poole Harbor 5MM plank vinyl flooring. This is the worst product and experience I have ever had. I hired a professional who stated that this product was the most difficult "Click together" type flooring he has ever installed. The product sat in the area of installation for about a month prior to the install. I would think it had plenty of time to acclimate to the area. The installer left approx on 1/8 to 1/4 room along the base for expansion as usual. The expansion and contraction with this product is unreal. It buckles long ways and bows side to side. Don't let it even see sunlight, because you will have to replace those pieces. Furniture is out. You can never put anything with much weight on it or again it buckles.

I had ordered over 800 sq ft of bamboo flooring. We followed all the instructions. Opened each box, put them in the rooms that they were being installed, waiting 5 weeks before installing like we were told. Well 6 months later floor is shrinking, stain is being removed. I called, filled out the complaint form, sent them the pics that were needed. They did have someone come out to test flooring. I then seen a news report on the same exact flooring with the same exact issues. After going to the news stations she had her entire floor replaced and installed by LL.

I purchased MorningStar Bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators in January 2015. The floors were left in the house heated for three weeks prior to installation-beyond the manufacturer recommendation to be "safe." The floors were installed by a licensed builder with over 30 years of experience. But continue to experience new issues to this day after repeated re-work by the builder. When we reached out to LL they indicated the issue was caused by humidity levels and an inexperienced builder. The floors are installed throughout our entire home. There are issues of cracking, shrinkage, warping throughout the entire 4 level house. LL is passing the blame for what appears poor QA/QC management of LL suppliers that harvested too soon leading to poor quality from what I have now dug up on the Internet.

My installers laid one box of pre-finished 3/4 inch X 5 inch Brazilian Cherry and called to attention the width variations and thickness variations. I called my local LL store and was told that "industry standard" variations allow up to 1/8 inch variations!! The store displays fits together perfectly, so naturally I expected no less in the purchased product. So I called the 800 customer service number only to find that after 30 days (I waited 60 to install) that I could return unopened boxes for an 80% credit!! That old restocking fee excuse. After talking to reputable local wood floor retailer I found that Lumber Liquidators sells grade 3 wood which is basically the "fall off" from the higher grades. So buyer beware!!! Poor customer service combined with lower quality products = Bad Deal.

We had a first job done by Lumber Liquidators for the downstairs and decided to do the upstairs a few months later. The company responsible for measuring sent their person and he did his job and told me I was to be contacted for the estimate. That never happened, I had to call and find out the huge amount they were asking for and it turns out that he took the liberty of adding things from his own mind, like moving furniture, which he never discussed with me.
