We decided on Link Interactive because of the price. We have them for two months now. The installation was so easy and their customer service has been great. They're fast, helpful, and easy to work with. I have no complaints at all and I have definitely more peace of mind.

Link Interactive seemed to be a good system. I was gonna purchase the same exact system from another alarm company here, but they wanted way more money for the system and more money for the monitoring. Installing the equipment from Link was super fast and easy and customer service has been good. We've had them for a couple of months and have been very pleased. We have fewer worries with it. We’ve got kids that come home on the school bus by themselves now. I know when they come in the house and if I have to do a push. I can see pictures inside the house to see what’s going on. So far the only problem I’ve had is remembering to turn it off before I go in the garage. But other than that it's nice and I enjoy it. I've recommended it to a couple of people looking for alarms.

The combination of price and positive reviews online made me decide to go with Link Interactive. Some parts during the installation process were certainly easy. There were others where we probably should've picked up and called, and asked the question. We tried to figure it out on our own, so it took a little bit longer. Other than that, the customer service team has been fantastic. I have less worries and more peace of mind.

Link Interactive was ranked number two in the online reviews of home security providers. I had the rank number one company at another place that I have, but didn't want to use them anymore, so I went with the second best company according to the reviews. However, Link's automated service with the police calls me every week to say that there was an alarm at my place, but I know that there was no alarm. This automated service tells me, "Just verify that we called you," and I press a 1, and it's over.
I don’t like that because usually, with my other security system, a person will call me and say that there was an alarm at my building and ask if I want them to call the local police. With this one, it's just a computer that tells me that there was an alarm, and I don't know if it's true or fake. In fact, I got a call today at 8:00 in the morning, and every week at 8:00 in the morning they call me. It's crazy. That's my only concern, and I might need to call Customer Service to take care of that. Besides that, everything is fine. The Customer Service people are good.

Installing the system took about just a few minutes. It was a piece of cake. I have had the alarm go off once and I got a call. What I found interesting is that we had the password set up. We give one password if everything’s okay and one password if we need help. And they did not require it. They asked what was going on. I told them, “Oh my daughters opened the door.” They were very understanding. They asked if everyone was okay and I said yes. They thanked me and hung up the phone. There’s no password request, which I thought was weird. I didn’t know if I misunderstood how that worked. I’m highly satisfied, so, I’m happy.

The installation directions were simple to follow and the setup was just the same, it was very easy. I got a welcome phone call once they activated it. I had a few questions if there is anything else I needed to do for the activation, as far as local monitoring. Everything was resolved in that one phone call. Then I was on the Link website the other night trying to figure out how to set a delay on one of the door sensors, and for some reason, I couldn’t find where to do it. That’s the only thing that I’ve had trouble with. But we definitely feel safer since having it. There's peace of mind for all of us.

I installed the Link Interactive system at the end of September and now it's up and running. Setting it up was pretty easy. I just answered a couple of questions when I ordered the equipment. Then, the technicians programmed the system before they shipped it out, and the installation was as simple as sticking sensors on my doors and windows. One of the items I ordered was a doorbell camera. It was working at first, but then it stopped working. I read the manual as to how to get it going again and that didn’t work. So, I sent them an email and within an hour, they sent me a response and they said they would ship out a new unit.

The previous owners of the home I was purchasing had a contract with Link Interactive. They told me a little bit about it and the monthly cost, and they were able to transfer it on my name. Since the system was already installed, I figured I would go ahead with Link's service. There was also the convenience of continuing on with the contract and not having to go out and shop for one. I've had it for about two months now. I initially talked to the guys at Link when setting up the account and it was nice. I felt like I had my own rep that I was able to email and get a direct response from and not being routed through a department.
I also had a follow-up call after I started using the service to check out how my experiences were and if I had any trouble using the system. I also like their email service where they'll email me if the doors are left open, so I can monitor what’s going on at home if I’m away. Even if I’m at home, have left the front door open and didn’t know about it, they'll email me and inform me about it which is good. I feel more secure with Link.

We love Link Interactive, it is awesome. It was really easy to set up. The only thing is, when they sent the set to us, some of it wasn't coded up. Some of the stuff were already installed and then I had to almost peel it off to look at the serial number so they can put it in the system. We miscounted for some reason and we had to order extra. They told us at the show that all they had to do was scan everything and it would go right to our system and that didn’t work, but it wasn’t a huge deal. We called them to get that worked out and they got it fixed.

They really cared about me getting all of my questions answered so all around, it was educational. The system was easy to install. Our experience with Link Interactive has been good even though we’re having some issues. Some of our things are not working properly and I don’t know if it’s more their side or our side. We have been crazy busy that we haven’t been able to take the time to spend doing the stuff that we should have. We got two locks that are supposed to work from our phone but they don’t work anymore even though they did for a day. My husband had been taking the time to try to reset it and do it again. We also purchased a camera, which we’re having the same issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ll watch on the camera for a couple of minutes then it will stop working. By the time I push the button and reset, it reboots. Then I missed someone walking into my house because it’s not working all the time.

Alarm.com told me that Link was one of the providers for my area. I've been a user for just a few days. Installation took a while because I already had some components installed in my house but I didn't know how they worked. They didn't give me a booklet when I moved. Their rep looked up at manuals for the different devices so he could figure out how to add a new key code to my front door etc. I haven't used the security part very much at all since I got it because I've been home the whole time but it's been really helpful to have some of the thermostat controls. Out of all the companies that worked with Alarm.com, Link Interactive was the only one who would allow me to add new devices without a fee. Everybody else said that there's a fee for installing things, they won't give me the installer code, and all those crap if they won't do the installation themselves. They want to get extra money every time I add a sensor and Link never tried to feed me that line. Link told me that if I'm buying the panel and paying for the service, they'll give me the installer code. They were even able to walk me through a couple of slightly more complicated installs. We talked to several different security systems before we settled on Link. We thought that when the power goes out our panel would be good for three to five days because that was the general consensus. We had a hurricane here and our panel stopped working after a day. It was fairly quick and we weren’t able to return. So when I called to express my concern, the young lady that I talked to seemed very unconcerned. She would just say, “Well, it is what it is,” and tried to blow me off. I spoke with a supervisor and the supervisor’s going to contact the manufacturer to see if we could get a longer battery pack – which I’m sure we’ll have to pay for.
That’s been our only real problem with them. We live on the coast. We have storms all the time. Power outages are common around here and it can go on for a day or two, especially in hurricane situations. You have problems with people looting and breaking in, so that’s a little concerning and I’m starting to second guess myself a little bit.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It can be very frustrating to have your panel go out during a power outage. We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks again for your feedback!

Jose was my sales rep. He was great in responding to my questions and did his job well. The install, on the other hand, was problematic due to misinformation. I was told that I could use my existing Vivint sensors, but that is turning out to not be the case. Product Support did their best to help me, but none of the wireless window or door sensors will program to the panel. I'm going to have to spend another $120 just to get the system to work even though I was told it would work with the existing sensors. Also, the only helpful instructions were the YouTube videos. Other than that, I was completely lost due to the vague printed material. Giving step by step printed instructions would be helpful.

I bought it at the home show but I didn't get the full package. I got a partial package and then the rest of it was sent to me. So, I had no idea about the parts that were mailed to me. The other sensors and another keypad were mailed to me but it didn't say that it had to be programmed. I could not get them to work. I went to the website and it gave me a tutorial and a referral to YouTube which was an hour and a half long. But I called the tech and they were really nice. They work on it remotely which was great because I had eight different sensors that had to be programmed.
The first night we hooked it up and had it running and I have no idea why it went off at 1:30 in the morning. I went to the keypad to find out what the problem was and it said one of the doors was open which was in my son's room. My son who was up at that time came out to the living room to turn the screaming alarm off. He never took the sensors that I gave him to put in his room out of the box. I was looking online for a home security system, went to three or four of the best ones, and reviewed them all. But when I saw that Link Interactive was connected with Costco, that probably sealed the deal. Installation was fairly simple, although the directions were somewhat weak and not clear. But I had installed my own system previously and I'm not new to the security system installation process. I do service and training for new and software products, so I put myself in the place of the client and go through every step myself. So I look at Link's weak directions differently than being just a consumer, and I wasn't pleased with that part of it. If it were up to me, I would have rewritten their whole installation manual.
Right from the beginning, dealing with the Link representatives has been very positive. They were very supportive with any questions that I had. They were very helpful in answering software and installation questions and in clarifying the specifications of the equipment before I purchased the system. All the support personnel that I spoke to were very efficient. So I'd definitely recommend Link, no question.
There was just one experience that I had very recently regarding the documentation. When I buy something, I like to understand it. I'm pretty much a self-learner and if I have the documentation, I don't have to bother other people. The other day, in the middle of the night, my wife opened a window and the system disarmed. The alarm went off and my wife couldn't stop it. The system didn't give a pending alarm notification. I had never read about pending alarm in the Link manual. I got a subsequent email or text regarding this, but at three in the morning I wasn't too interested in reading about it.
So it's better if there was a single document that defines very succinctly every code and message that could be there in the system. I spoke to someone at Link about that and he said they don't have that. In my experience, I always like to go back to the documentation that the software provides to the customer. If the customer doesn't want to look at it, that's up to them, but it should be available without the customers having to make a phone call if they do not have ready access to it.

I had one issue with one of the components. They looked at the system, did a bit of reprogramming, which took them about five minutes. After that, everything tested out fine, and I turned the service on at 8 o’clock on Friday evening.
The team at Link were extremely responsive whenever I called. I called once during a high volume call period that they were having, and I hung up but told them I'd call back. Within an hour and a half, I got a callback from them saying that I reached out to them, and they wanted to know if I had any questions or problems. It was interesting that they called me. Once I unwrapped the box, it was about 10 minutes to install everything. I feel safer now. When I leave my house, I always make sure it’s armed and once it is, I’m not worried because they’ll pick up right away if anybody would try to break in. Recently, I pressed the remote control by mistake while I was inside my car, then an alarm was going on. They called me and I answered it right away. They asked for my password and stuff so it’s really good.
Also recently, their guy wanted me to test the system and I just did it in my car. First I alarmed by mistake and opened the door. Within 4 minutes the next house was trying to figure out why it’s going so loud. The remote wasn't working when I was trying to unlock so they called right away over the speaker which is a good thing. It is great but I called once regarding the issue I’m having with the motion detector and they never called me back. The batteries are low that’s why it’s making a lot of sounds at night time thus, alerting nonstop when one is walking. I am really disappointed that they didn’t follow up. But other than that, they’re amazing.

Our experience with Link Interactive has been very professional and helpful. We had another system before and we wanted to swap it for a wireless system. We switched to Link since their price was competitive and we could use our old sensors when we upgraded the system. We've been with them for more than six months. I had one question when I was installing the system, and the people at Link walked me through it and it went fine.

Mitch, the sales guy, was great, and easy to contact via email. The installation was really basic. I just peeled away the stickers and stuck them on my window, door and I'm good to go. Plus, my Link system is very user-friendly. Since it was installed, I am a bit more confident that the house is secure and I feel a little safer.

I made an internet search as I was looking for a company that has a system that I didn't have to hook up to the internet and I could just go to a cellphone tower. I found Link Interactive and I've been using them in my vacation home since August. I feel that almost anybody can install the system and it was very basic. And when I called them back with questions, it was very easy to get a hold of them. They were more than willing to try to help you figure out whatever you were asking. It's good to know that the property that I have is protected and if I have anything happen, I'll be informed right away.
The only issue that I ran into with the whole situation, which was somewhat my own fault, was I wanted to put a video camera in and I didn't realize that they needed to have an internet connection to be installed. They may have needed to be a little bit clearer about that in their description of the system but that was not a big issue. Also, they were more than willing to take the cameras back and not charge me the extra fee for the video monitoring part of it.

This is the first review that I have ever written in my life and I have been ordering items off of the Internet for at least 10 years. I felt compelled to do a review because of how happy that I am with Link. I have been using their security system for about 6 months now. Their customer service is the best that I have ever experienced. I never wait long (30-60 seconds) to talk to a real person. Once I do connect, the associates are fluent in English, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The folks they have in customer service are top notch and they know exactly what needs to be done. I am very pleased with my system and would highly recommend Link.

I looked at Frontpoint and Vivint, and Link uses the same basic equipment without as much upcharge behind the equipment. The fees were better, the upfront cost was better and the monitoring cost was better. I put out an order for the system and I hadn’t ordered it yet, it was still in my cart. I got a call from the sales department saying that they noticed I had stuff in my car. The rep said, “We have a discount code that takes 20% off the order and you didn’t use it so I applied it to your cart for you.” Typically, if there’s a discount code and I didn’t use it, they’re not gonna apply it for me. So that was a good experience.
Then I had a Z-Wave light bulb that I had installed in my kid’s room. It allows me to automate the light or turn the light on and off. We had shut off that light switch in there, and I got a call from Link Interactive telling me, “We don’t know if you noticed or not but this light bulb is offline.” It’s not pertinent to the security system but they still noticed that it was offline and called me and told me, even though I intended for that. However, we haven't used the yard signs, even from previous companies because we don't like the look of it. But overall I'm mostly satisfied.

One of my friends has Link and I have mine for less than 30 days. The self-installation was easy. The representative that helped me install the device was absolutely fabulous, very in tune to what was going on, and made the process very easy. My son started coming home from school, and I like that I can tell what time he came in and what time he's armed the system back, so the device lets me know if he's running late, and that's the best part of having Link device.

I was looking at some reviews found Link Interactive. They were rated number two and the price was a little more competitive than the other one. That’s why we liked them. However, installing the system wasn't good. On the first day, two of the sensors already had a low battery, and it had a lot of other issues. Two days later, every single sensor failed. Working with the representatives was pretty good though. I asked them to send the whole system back and they did. They sent the entire system including the control panel back. I had to reinstall the whole thing but it was okay. I have a Z-Wave smoke detector, and it detects the system but it cannot use it. The system could be better if it is a little more open.

Link Interactive seemed like a reputable company that always have someone for customer support. The previous homeowners had ADT, so I just switched over most of the existing equipment to Link Interactive and then they shipped me out the rest. To set it up, I did mostly email because I was unclear on what I was supposed to be doing. And then, I just called in to get the whole thing up and running. Sometimes I still forget that I have it, but it's been entertaining and reassuring. I like that they pick up the phone call really fast. But I do have one issue with the side door not working properly but I'm pretty sure that's just the placement of it, and so that's on my end. Overall, it's a very painless experience with Link Interactive.

I've used Link for about 3 years now and I got them for the flexibility of being able to install it myself so I could put in the things that I needed. Also, actually owning the equipment rather than leasing it. I felt it was important and then the monthly service charges were quite a bit lower than most of the other security systems. I like tinkering with stuff and whatnot so the installation was easy. For a few things that I did have some difficulty with, I called and their tech support was very good in explaining how to set things up.
We had actually moved in to a house and the buyers wanted to keep the security system as part of selling of our house. So I called them to close the account but keeping stuff active. Then when we moved to a new house, we decided to go with Link again so we set up a new account and all went quite smoothly. There was one time the alarm went off in the middle of the night. We recently bought a house that had alarm.com devices. So, I looked up alarm.com vendors in the area and got connected to 4 home security providers. I searched for reviews and there were positive for Link Interactive versus some of the other ones, so I contacted them. The sales rep who first called me when I emailed my interest was very clear and explained how things worked. I've been with Link Interactive for two months now. After I signed up with them, I got a couple of emails saying, "Hey, your stuff is shipping out. Buzz me if you have any questions."
The security system was pretty easy to install. They sent me a box of all the devices I ordered. I didn't have to set up the sensors. I simply set up the panel and a couple of other things. I'm fairly technologically savvy so it wasn't too bad, although it took awhile. It's the first time I've lived with a security system, so I'm being diligent about making sure the doors are closed, and in particular making sure when I'm leaving the garage that I haven't set the alarm by the time I open the garage door and waiting till the garage door closes before I arm the system. So, it takes a little bit of awareness. The alarm.com and Link Interactive interfaces are straightforward and very informative, so overall it's been a good experience so far.

I had terrible experiences with both AT&T Digital Life and ADT so I decided to go with Link Interactive. It’s a self-install and DIY experience. There were a couple of things I couldn’t figure out, but the company was very helpful. I talked to them about some of the equipment I thought I was going to be able to repurpose for the new system, but it didn’t work out the way I had thought it would based on the call of the salesperson. But they took ownership of that and offered a pretty sizeable discount for buying the new equipment. It offset a lot of the increased costs setting up the system remotely. They were very responsive in both email and telephone for the questions I had, they get it squared away. And a couple of things that they promised would be done were done correctly within the time frame they promised.
And now we’ve got the peace of mind with the security system, and then there are emergency services that are available at the push of a button. So with small kids in the house, it makes it very easy for them to understand what they need to do. It’s not direct changes to the way we live other than arming and disarming the system. It gives notifications when certain things occur so we have some awareness which is an improvement, that in the event that something tragic happens, we feel better prepared to handle that. Although they’re a smaller company, they’re very driven by personal attention to the clients. Their costs are competitive and are far better than the rates AT&T Digital Life and ADT charge. The hardware and app they use online is fairly straightforward and user-friendly. We’re still in our infancy with them as a company, but everything so far is positive

My previous 2GIG box was tripping my breaker and I had called my current company who doesn't really service these. A different company bought out the previous company I was with. And this company didn't do too big and they were going to charge me $5 a week before I went to the Fort Worth home and garden show. I said, "No. I'm not gonna do that right now. I'm gonna figure something else, but I'm not gonna pay the $5 just to have you come out and take a look at it." So, when I saw Bryan at the home show, he's the first person that wasn't a vulture, that was just super nice. The people at that home show, a lot of times were vultures. It was the worst one I've ever been to except for Bryan and a few others. Bryan was fabulous. So when I sold out, I got the deal that I got. It would have been $5 less have I not upgraded some of the equipment. But now, I got some more equipment and I'm messing around with it.
Installing the parts wasn't so bad, but it took me all day because, when we were getting everything programmed, I didn't have the TX IDs for my other part. So we had to manually enter them into this panel. I already had a previous panel and I was going to use it in the bedroom as a backup, but they said I can't use it because I can't have two master panels, which isn't that big of a deal. But I'll still go to try to utilize it. Now I have it sitting here with the battery out of it thinking what to do with this thing. Now, the people at Link Interactive have been wonderful. They were always very polite and courteous. As for the doorbell camera, I'm entertained by it, although I get too many notices on it. But I think I can adjust its sensitivity.

We were at the state fair and we passed the booths in the consumer hall. The gentlemen who were there and sold Link Interactive to us were very knowledgeable, completely took the time to show us, talk to us and answer every question that we had about the system. We bought it at the end of July and it was mainly due to the cost. We had a couple of other salespeople from other businesses come by and talk to us, but Link offered exactly what the other companies offered but at half the price.
My husband did the majority of the installation and that didn't take very long to do. He emailed Link about the couple of questions he had and they answered them. It was easy to get ahold of somebody so we've been very pleased. It took maybe an afternoon to put up the motion sensors and then the doorbell came in a different package and that took maybe an hour. It didn't seem that difficult. Since the installation, it has been nice with the garage door going up knowing for sure that the kids are home because that's how they get into the house. I haven't used the doorbell feature or the video inside the house that much, but it is nice to know that we have it.

Thank you so much for sharing your awesome experience and please let us know if you ever have any questions or ever need anything in the future!

Their reps were all good and I've never had an issue with one. Whenever I’ve called, they’ve been easy to work with and were helpful to walk me through the instructions, the installation, and all the other questions too. We wanted the security system to make sure the home was secure when we travel and heard about Link Interactive through a website called SecurityGem.com that kind of aggregate information about alarm companies and help you decide what might work for you. Link Interactive had the ability to work with some existing equipment that we had and I did quite a bit of research and talked with some of their people even before we decided to go with it. It's a self-installed system so I knew that I was going to be responsible for it and it went pretty smooth.
I called their technical support on one issue about how our existing system interfaced with theirs and the first person I spoke to didn't have the technical expertise so they transferred me to someone else. And that person was able to answer my question. Then, ultimately, I needed a wiring diagram from them so they were able to email that to me. It's been a great experience, I've been happy with it overall and I would do it again.

The openness of the system in using the Z-wave protocol, the price, the self-install feature and the fact that I could use it in an apartment and take it with me if I move led me to sign up with them. Installation went very smoothly and I also bought third-party products to innovate it with a light switch and so on. It took a little time to figure out but it went pretty well. I had a problem with a thermostat that was defective and they replaced it for me with no problem. The phone app is good and we interact with it most of the time. The software's still a little bit rough around the edges but everything worked exactly as expected. We've only tested it one time when some service people accidentally opened the door of our apartment without calling me first. They set off the alarm and I got a call from Link very quickly.

When I noticed that the Alarm.com App had stopped functioning on my iPhone and iPad devices, this morning -- I then noted on the Alarm.com website that there was a message from ICANN stating, "This domain is suspended due to incomplete WhoIs Verification." I do rely heavily on the Alarm.com Apps to monitor my vacation home, and it concerns me that some form of website maintenance and/or data and/or verification required by ICANN was not completed by Link Interactive when required -- making me question what other failures or lack of diligence on the part of Link Interactive are lurking? I have enjoyed my relationship with, and service from, Link Interactive for nearly 3 years having recommended them to many people, as well and although this situation seems to have been rectified within a couple of hours, it is concerning.

We are so sorry for the outage on Friday. This was definitely not the norm. I understand the frustration you had not being able to have your remote access. Hopefully your issue was resolved if not please give us a call. We will have someone reach out to you as well to ensure you are up and running. Also we would like to give you a free Key Fob so you will at least have access to your system from outside your home. Again we are sorry and we hope that it won't happen again. My dad has Link Interactive and he really likes it. My husband installed our Link system and it was very easy. We got everything connected and up and running in no time. The only thing that we had any hiccups with were the cameras would go live feed. My husband called and he was on the phone less than 10 minutes and they were able to walk him through what he needed to do and get those up and running. We're always able to get a hold of somebody very quickly if there is an issue. So that's been really nice.
So far we're just really happy with everything. I have a couple of friends that are looking at security systems and I told them to check out Link. Because now doing this and Monitronics, there's a night and day difference between the customer service. The quality of stuff from Link is better made. It's more user-friendly. I looked at some reviews online and saw Link Interactive was pretty good so I decided to give it a go. I bought the whole system and put it together. It’s super easy, very quick and nice that it’s linked online. There’s a great mobile app and everything works pretty well. I called them initially when I set it up. I wanted a specific deal, and so they worked with me on that. They were quick to respond when I left a message for the salesperson and they made sure that I could contact them again and that they would take care of me. I always talk with the same person, which is good and then, I go to a help desk which is the same team as well.
Overall, it’s been an easy experience except for the one thing where I tried to set up like an after-market. I ordered everything out once. Also, I only ordered one keypad and it's downstairs in my main entrance. When I’m sleeping and the alarm goes off, I’m going to get up and turn it off, then I’ll have to run downstairs to the keypad. So, I ordered another one but I can’t get it to work. Everything out of the box works great. But then, I tried to add on one thing and it’s so hard, I can’t figure out myself.
But since having Link Interactive, I hooked up the door locks to the security system. So now, I can go on my phone and unlock the door if somebody’s home and I’m not there which is cool. When I set the alarm to “Stay” or “Be Away”, I can program the doors to automatically lock if they’re all unlocked. So, if I’m going to bed and I have 5 doors in my house, I can hit “Lock the Alarm”, and it’ll automatically lock all the doors. I don’t have to walk around and lock them. So, the ability for it to expand is really awesome.
The other thing is I can set alerts that will text message me. For instance, I have one on the garage door opener. If I leave the garage door open at night and I can set an alert to say, “Hey, the garage door is open for more than 30 minutes, send me a text message,” then I’ll know that the garage door is open. I can just log on my phone and shut the garage door. It’s a very fantastic feature.

Installing it was very easy. If I had questions, I'd give them a call and they were able to walk me through or make whatever changes I needed made. One time, I wanted to rename a sensor. I decided to locate it differently from where I thought I would initially started my set up. They can name the devices when I place the order and they did it on the phone in matter of seconds. I definitely feel safer. They're very responsive and customer-oriented, and it couldn't be better. They have an excellent, English-based customer service which is a good thing to have because quite often, when we end up with poor connection, the call is routed to another country and we can't understand them.

I have installed Link Interactive on my two homes. Installation in the house one went really pretty easily with some technical assistance, but that on house two was a little bit more cumbersome. It took about two weeks before we were able to successfully hook the device up. The team was very respectful and really patient on the phone. And I think they have good information to pass along to me and walk me through everything.
We were having trouble with the second system. It took two people and then finally the third person was able to cut to the chase whereas the other two people that we dealt with were trying to get through each thing but it was like they may not have had the knowledge. Not that what they did was bad. It's just that I think different people offer different things over the phone. The technical people, some people with more experience offer a quicker solution to something because of the fact that they've been around the block a couple times.
One of the things that Link Interactive claims is that when I call on a Sunday or after hours, I'll be at least emailed by someone back. And I would say when I've done that maybe two or three times, I've never received an email back from those people. The person on call, usually is supposed to do something like say, "I'm reviewing your situation or call back at 9:00 or someone will be in touch with you." I really never gotten that follow up in that way. I've usually ended up calling them when the office opens and then pursuing it. So I feel like that there's a gap in the part where when they're not there. Somebody is in either emailing you or calling you to say, "Let me clarify what's going on or I can handle that from my end or you're gonna have to wait till Monday."
So I would suggest an improvement in that part of it. And then the only other thing is, like a lot of companies, they say I can talk to anybody when I call in but when you've had an ongoing problem, sometimes when I get a new person it takes a while for them to be up to snuff, as if they're reading notes in the computer or they're trying to figure out really what you're dealing with. Sometimes it's better to see with the person that you've been with because they know the steps that you've been through already. So there's some difficulty with getting a new person every time that you call.

We appreciate your feedback and see your concern. We will strive to do a better job of putting better notes so a new rep can understand the situation better. We appreciate your business and will continue to earn your business.

The rep called and had somebody on the front right away. It was a fairly easy install. Anything that wasn't clear, I could call the number and talk to somebody. When I was putting in the door and window sensors, I wasn't sure that they were gonna be able to be close enough because the molding around the doors was a little bit elevated. So I called just to make sure about that. They answered my questions, and they put some phone in the mail to build up the sensor on the lower part just to make sure that it was in the right way. I definitely feel safer, and it's fun to check the video cameras and see what my cats are doing.

We called at least four or five security providers and Link Interactive seemed to be the best one with the most number of sensors and for a reasonable price. We placed the order to Costco. Before they could ship, we found out that we can get the whole thing for 1/10th of the price through Angie’s List. Link virtually cancelled our offer from Costco and they gave us the real deal on Angie’s List. We were going to pay almost $900 for the number of sensors that we were buying. We didn’t get a couple of those but that was a good decision. We only paid $110 to Angie’s List for all the sensors that we have currently. Link Interactive has promotions going on and we were lucky that we found that.
We had multiple interactions with the people at Link because we didn’t put on the sensors up since our the house was still being renovated. They helped us with activating or installing the sensors on the main level because the other ones were not installed and were still in boxes. But the good thing about it was that they all came pre-labeled. We told them for what rooms and what doors we needed the sensors and they number coded them and told us which one goes where so we didn’t have to do any of that configuration. All we did was take those and put them on the doors. I did the installation and it was very easy.
They gave us a week to test the system. If you’re not using the system, and you walked in, there would be an alarm but it won’t be responded to. We were aware of that. We only used it for a couple of days and we knew how the system works. We called them again to tell them to activate the system. Since then, we have put in all the sensors except for two that I’m trying to do today. I’ve been adding a couple of sensors every week once the work gets done. Now, we should be all set by tonight. Link is open late and they work on weekdays until 10:00 which is also good for helping set up and getting them a contract with sensors. It's been less than two months that we've been using Link and we feel secured with them. It’s quite a great deal and we're very happy with them overall. Everything’s smooth so far and we'd recommend Link Interactive to a friend.

Link Interactive was relatively straightforward to install but we're having problems with the motion sensors. After many phone calls and hours invested into it, it's still not resolved. They send replacement sensors. We've changed it to photo sensors and they sent us a replacement to the ones having problems. It's just problems after problems and I still haven't had the chance to install it yet. I had an unpleasant interaction with an impatient employee but other than that, the staff is fine. The employees themselves try to troubleshoot online what the problem is but they can do only what they can do. Overall, I am dissatisfied. It seems like a good product but it's hard to figure out why things just stop working being a complete online company with no technicians.

Also, when I've had some questions regarding how the alarm system works, the entry delay system mechanics and how to best set it up for my needs, their team walked me through step-by-step. They’re always helpful, friendly and provide solutions. I'm ecstatic on how great their service is and appreciative of everything that they've done. If you research on Google about best residential security systems, Link Interactive is one of the companies that will show up. I tried another company at first, but I didn’t like their customer support. So I left and went with Link Interactive. Also, they’re a Costco affiliate. If they stay a Costco affiliate then I know that they’ll be around for a while because Costco is not going anywhere. The longevity of the company would be a good reason to stick with them. I have them as my security provider for six months now. I have installed their devices myself. It was pretty self-explanatory. You just stick the things where you want to put them. The one thing for me about all these systems is you can’t truly test them. You can walk by and then look at the controller and it’ll say that the signal went off, or it did or didn’t, but there’s no practice mode, which is what I would have liked.
There should be a mode where the alarm doesn’t go off but it tells you where the sensor goes, but a couple of seconds late. So let’s say I’m trying to set it where there’s a walkway and the door and I want to make sure the sensor covers both, but I’m having a problem with one of them because it’s a 45-degree angle but it’s not catching all the way brush against the wall. You have to walk away from the wall. If somebody walked in from the garage door, you actually couldn't see them until they made the turn into the kitchen as far as my sensor is concerned.
We pressed the panic button once by accident. They started talking to us straight from the alarm, right from the box. It was pretty good and very fast. You call them and they give you an answer. Their customer service team is happier to talk to you and more responsive than other company's. The sensors are all the same throughout the companies, the only difference truly is the price you’re paying for the monitoring, the length of your contract, and how nice their customer service team is. Today my main monitor’s screen is whiting out and doing some weird stuff, which I just actually noticed today. I am going to call them to have them send me a new one.

We appreciate your feedback and will take your recommendations into account. Thanks for being an awesome customer.

We used Link Interactive because it was with Costco and wasn’t hard to go to the website to set up the order. It was straightforward. I also liked the fact that we can install the system ourselves. When I called for help, I got help. Right now, we have a mistake in configuration on our part and I need to call Link Interactive to get it rectified. When I go out through the front door and set the alarm, it’s fine. Normally when I set the alarm, I have at least 30 seconds to get out of the house. But in my case, when I go out through another door, the alarm goes off right away. The only time delay is if I go out through the front door.

Thanks for your feedback. We can change the delay really easily for you. Simply give us a call and we will get that taken care of right away.

My son purchased his Link security device from Costco and he liked it so I went the same route. We just purchased our home and another reason we went with Link is that I like how it interacts with the phone, the thermostat, and all the things that you can control from other than your house. The installation was simple, however, I didn’t like that the control panel had to be plugged into an outlet, which made it a little harder to put where you wanted it. There were some problems with the Link website and I called and talked to Mitch. He was absolutely wonderful and helped me through the whole process. When my motion sensor was not working properly, they helped with that as well. It’s been pleasant working with them. At first I kept having a bunch of false alarms but we worked those kinks out. I talked to Rick, who was a really nice guy, very personable, and willing to help, and so far everyone that I've talked to has been easy to deal with. The installation took me an hour. I've got six exterior door sensors that I installed, and they stick on the door pretty easy. One of my door sensors had a malfunction today and I called Link, and they're really willing to help. Plus, the control panel sits on my desk, and the camera setup was pretty easy.
I also like the fact that I can look in on my house from my phone from wherever, and that's really cool because I'm on the road a lot. I got a couple of dogs, and I like to see what they're doing, and it's really nice. I've only had the system a couple of weeks, and I liked their equipment. Link is a decent company so far, and I referred them my Dad. The salesperson I spoke to was personable and took the time to go through everything with me. They felt like they weren't a giant company in a good way. I also appreciated its set up. I like to do things myself rather than have a company need to come in and install it. When the equipment arrived, the instructions were very clear. The devices were already configured and set up. All we had to do is put them up. We use it also for smart home control, to modify the temperature, the thermostat, and set programs. When we're away the conditioning turns off and we use it every day. Super easy, simple and good. There's peace of mind certainly with leaving the house. I travel and sometimes I leave my family at home so I feel better knowing there's security with the Link system.

Link Interactive's equipment are up to date and they have good prices. I placed an order and I received the first order in the mail and since hooking that up, I placed three or four more orders. I've only had them for probably a little over a month now but I ordered quite a few products and I finally got everything I need in the house besides two cameras that I'll be ordering sometime soon. They have good customer service. I had a couple of problems placing my orders so I contacted their supervisor, Theresa, and she took care of everything. She does a really good job.
I like the user interface on the app. It's very simple and easy to use. You also cannot only operate your home from your phone but you can also operate it from your computer. There's quite a few companies that you can't do that with. You have to use the app on your phone or your tablet. The kind of job I have, I'm always on my computer so it makes it very convenient for me to just use the computer most of the time. Also, using the key fob makes it convenient to turn on and off the alarm system. That way when I pull in on our driveway, I can hit that button and I don't have to come into the phone with a loud siren going off.
The smoke and heat detector that they sell not only pick up smoke but heat as well. I thought that was pretty cool compared to the old school smoke detectors. One of the biggest convenience for me is when the system sends me an email every time a battery gets low on the device which has happened once. It also sends me an email if a certain door opens or when I set the alarm and when I turn the alarm off. They also have their process calling for emergency services and a cool setup that if I give the wrong password, they will automatically send emergency services out which is very convenient if someone would happen to be in the home to harm me or a family member.
They can also communicate through the control panel if I'm at home. It has like a two-way speaker inside the control panel and they can talk me through the control panel. When the alarm goes off, they can't talk to anyone in the home, then they can call me. There's a company called Vivint and they say that their product is good but their prices are outrageous. The thing with ADT is if you go on the side of your house snip your phone line then that's disabled, so you know someone can come right in your home.
Some companies run off with your Wi-Fi which if someone shuts off your electric from the side of the house, they can come in your home. The Link Interactive security system runs off of cellphone towers. So there's no criminal that could really bypass my security system because they can't really damage a cellphone tower. We were out in the country a little bit and we don't have any close neighbors by. So it makes it really convenient that I can watch the home when I'm at work. Everything seems to be working better than anybody else that I know that their home security systems. Mine has more or better features and convenience some that they have. So I'm pretty excited about the kind of services that I get. I'm very satisfied with Link Interactive

Thank you for all of your kind words. We are thrilled you are enjoying your system and appreciating all of the extra benefits that come with a Link system. We truly appreciate your business!

I like that Link Interactive's upfront fees are minimal and the monthly fee is very reasonable. We just started up about three months ago in April and we're finally getting around to having everything installed. We still have to install our keyless entry on our door. We haven't activated the system yet to where we're actually setting it when we leave, but we're getting there. We have the video camera hooked up and all the voice stuff are activated for the doors when we open them. So far, everything's working great.
The directions that we were given for the installation aren't the greatest so we found ourselves going on YouTube and watching instructional videos, which was more beneficial. But other than that, installation is pretty simple. Once you get it figured out the first time, it's easy to duplicate the process. Having a lot of the window sensors and stuff already pre-programmed makes it easier. Link Interactive has also been available when we first got started and called us to see how everything was going. The only obstacle left is to square down how to activate the system, which shouldn't be too hard. We definitely feel more secure having our system here at least ready to implement when we want to. Having monitors and sensors by the doors give us more peace of mind. Overall, great customer service and we're satisfied.

I'm enjoying Link Interactive and I find it very useful. We got their service and installation fairly quickly and it was a little bit less pricier. I'm happy with their service. It is doing what I need it to do and it could probably do more for me if I had more time to actually sit down and go through it all. I just really did the basics. One, getting it set up, and two, getting it to where I can log on and see any of the history.

I like the flexibility to tailor the system and Link Interactive's price was good. I had ADT at a different house and it's a little more expensive and the system is all mechanically wired. It's a lot more comprehensive than the system I have now with Link Interactive. However, I don't really have a problem with the functionality of Link Interactive's system. Installing it was pretty easy. However it’s a little disturbing that I can’t configure the system easily myself, like changing sensor names and designating them, and putting them in and out of the Away mode. Also, I've had on multiple occasions can't disarm the system using my phone and sometimes I can’t get through so I have to break open the door and run fast and try to turn the thing off before it calls the police.
I’ve had good service from their team and the young ladies that I’ve talked to have been very knowledgeable with the system. They said they’re gonna change cell phone providers, if we can’t seem to get this problem fixed. And I have one other issue on my phone. It lists which are the active sensors when I call up the app. I’ll look at them and I’ll see in the motion sensors that I’ve been walking in that area. Normally it does, but one of these motion sensors never shows up on there as being active. I returned it to the mode so it beeps every time I walk through there and it’s recording that. Link Interactive system isn’t nearly as extensive as the ADT system that I had but it’s really simple to stick and it’s easy to use. When I finally figured how to turn the panel off at nights where the light was not on all the time, which has been bothering my wife, that was better. And generally, it’s working good.

I've had the Link Interactive system for a couple of months now and so far it has been pretty good. We already live in a pretty safe neighborhood, but you’ll never know and having a security system is an added benefit. This is a good thing to have and we feel more secure. Installing it was fairly simple. The door contacts that I purchased were the ones that are hidden inside the door. The instructions were pretty straightforward. I've had quite a few conversations with their team regarding the setting of motion detectors and the fire alarm, and they were really helpful. They’re always detailed in their instructions and they were accommodating in whatever request I had.

I've had Link Interactive in my rental properties for about a month now. They were easy deal with, no contracts and things of that nature. The product is not always working though. The user code sometimes doesn’t work to disarm and arm the system. Then we gotta to call them and they ask us to go through a million steps to do telephone tests. And it seems like it’s happening in all my rental properties. It’s a bit time-consuming. But their customer service is great. They always answer the phone and they’re friendly. If they can’t figure out what’s wrong with the system, they try to take the extra steps to make sure I’m happy.

My husband installed the system and there were no issues. We wound up ordering a couple of extra pieces and their staff were very helpful. It was a very smooth procedure for us. I had ADT since 1986 and their rates were too high and they didn’t want to give me a break so I said I’d get my own security system. I saw Link Interactive and between that and another company, Link had a good price with a nice system and it would be very useful for where we’re at. I got their system and the installation was very simple to do - some twelve-year-old could do it. You just have to follow the instructions and look it up on YouTube and they tell you how to do everything you want to know by looking at the website. I was having problems with my phone making any communication. There are two receivers inside the board, one made by Verizon and the other one by AT&T. The Verizon unit wasn’t working so I had it changed. I received my new receiver and it's been working perfectly.
I’m legally blind and my day-to-day life is locked up in this house 24/7, so I’m very thankful for Link Interactive. It’s connected to my phone so when I go out, I can get notifications. I'm satisfied and I’m happy with the contract. I would recommend them to anybody and in the next couple of years, my daughter will be looking for a security system and this would be a good one for her.

We've always had security systems even years ago when I was living with my parents. You get more secure and safe just having an alarm system. I had browsed big companies, and Link Interactive works well and is exactly what I was hoping for. I've used Link for a few months now. I've read that they had a great customer service rating and that proved to be true. Price also came in, and they had a very competitive rate as far as the monthly monitoring goes. They were a little bit pricey per piece though, but it wasn't too bad because I have a Costco membership, and that really helped.
A lot of people try to lock you into the contract and link wasnt trying to do that at all. Every single person I spoke to has been really nice to deal with, which has been refreshing. They're truthful, too, which is excellent. I've called the team at Link Interactive to set up the security system. It was easy to install, and it's simple and safe. I'm decently techy, but you don't even have to be to do this. I wired in an old piece into my system, seamlessly creating a little distress password.

I did research and it seemed like Link has a pretty good track record. Also, their cost was less per month compared to ADT. I worked for ADT for a while and there was no big challenge in doing the installation. The thing I do love is the sensors that Link has are a lot different than what ADT offers. They’re really small, which is what I like. They’re easy to place behind blinds and drapes. Also, the clearance is much better with these things. With ADT sensors, I will always have a problem mounting those if a customer has blinds in the window because they were so big. The system is nice to have and gives me a sense of security. I’ve called their team a couple of times and everybody is very friendly and helpful. I’ve had some trouble signals come on for some reason, which I don’t know why. This might have been an issue that’s hopefully been taken care of.

They have an offering of what I needed and competitive prices. And all the reviews that I found online were good, especially with customer service, so I went with it. Because some of the bigger, more well-known names like ADT has absolutely horrible reputation as far as customer service goes.
We've been using Link close to two months now. I installed the system myself while I had someone experienced directing me on how to do it. Initially, I had issue because they never told me that I should get a permit from the police for dispatching someone. So, if we would have an alarm, no one would come to my house, which happened almost six months ago, wherein a real alarm happened and they said they don't have a code to dispatch someone. I also talked to their manager a number of times whenever I had an issue regarding the sensor not recognizing and she addressed it right away. I asked the people at Link Interactive about it, and they suggested that they will send some filler. I had to wait on a filler to bring the magnet up to the level of the door since it wasn’t included. They took care of the problem, however, it would have been nice if they could have sent it overnight instead of me waiting for a week and a half. With other companies, you have to pay for somebody else to come in and install the security system and the cost is high but with Link Interactive, it's self-install. I followed the YouTube videos that showed how to install it but here were some hang-ups. They had to program the 'entry delay' and I thought I could do it myself but there are some features that I can't. When I told them to turn the 'entry delay' on, even when somebody's in the house and puts the sensor on stay mode, it still has an 'entry delay'. So I called them up and they've been great.
In addition, all the devices work but there are only 10 items that I can monitor on my phone at a time so I was a little bit disappointed. I used to have an alarm company before, so I planned to put more detectors. I tried 11 but I realized that the limit was 10. Also, I bought a package that came with a certain number of units and it comes with the monoxide monitor which I don't see a use for it because I already have a carbon monoxide monitor in my house.

Installing the security device and getting a hold of their staff were easy. I'm not so concerned about the security side of having the system. We installed the system mainly because we had a fire last December at our house and did not have any fire detection system back then. So I feel much better now having the system especially for life safety purposes.

Link Interactive has worked well for me and I like its features. Installing it was not difficult, it was easy to understand and use, although there are two sensors that don't work. But they have good staff and service too. Every time I talk to somebody there, they're very helpful and friendly.

Happy to have you as a customer. Thanks for the review!

I love our new security system from Link Interactive. As a user, I particularly like the app. I get a little note at eight o'clock if somebody hadn't armed it, and I can arm it away remotely which is cool. We also got the little touch pad on the backdoor which is great. One of our young ladies did the installation, which isn’t one of her normal skills, so she was given a good instruction. I feel safer with it. We are running without anything for a while and feeling vulnerable, and I'm glad to have it in. Some of the sensors they sent weren't quite right, but they fixed that and it's all been a really good system that I might even put it at my home now.

It's great to hear that you are enjoying your system and loving that smartphone app! Thanks for being a great customer.

Our house got broken into so I was looking for a security camera. Costco is our favorite store to go to and they happened to sell the Link Interactive system there. It seemed to be a good equipment and they seemed to have quick service. Plus the sales guy that I talked to was helpful with setting up what I needed. The only hard part about installing the system was the camera installation but I could have an outlet outside and that was easy. Everything else was very simple. I did it with my 10-year-old son. It's almost three months now that we've been using Link.
Everything's been positive so far. It's been great with their staff although we haven't really called them since everything got going pretty quickly. But their customer service has been great. When I first got the equipment I gave them a call to go over what I needed to do. They were very helpful. I made the right choice with Link. We're pretty busy, so a lot of times we're not home. Now there's that sense of security that everything can be protected while we're away.

We're happy to hear that you are enjoying your system and that it is providing you with the peace of mind you deserve! Thanks for all your feedback and please don't hesitate to give us a call if you ever have any questions.

It's been three months since I signed up with Link Interactive and they called me a couple of times asking if I needed help because I haven't actually hooked up the system. Installing it was not too bad, however, it would be nice if they made an option for an installer available where they could just put it all in for you. It looked like it was a very professional system and some of the installations were simple but I ran into a couple of issues because I have some existing equipment from ADT.
Some of it were installed on the door and when linking the old equipment, I can't find the serial numbers off of the Honeywell indoor sensor. So I have to go through the different sizes on the equipment that Link had and the one that they have needs a burrow, so of course I have to go out and buy a drill bit. But most people don't have that kind of size, 9/16 or something. Maybe they should have included the drill bit or at least have that as an option because I still have two things like that. I know that there's some kind of a process to go through to make sure that links in but they had already pre-programmed the other equipment. So maybe it's a little bit more complex because I was going with two different tech companies there.
At this point everything's in except the cameras because I'm still trying to get a part for half of the existing Honeywell thing in my front door. Some of the sensors look a little different for each window too. But I got the garage door sensor in which is a flat sensor, plus an indoor camera and an exterior camera. I drilled through the garage wall to install that but it had the outlet that was convenient so it kind of worked out.

I have Link Interactive for a few months now. I thought it was going to be easy and smooth to install, but right now, I don't think it's set up completely the way I want it to because it's triggering the alarm. I'm not very happy about that because I wanted to have a little dog be present. The customer service reps were very good and nice people. But one time when I couldn't log in through my phone and I couldn't disable the system, I couldn't get a hold of anybody, which was weird. I'm paying Link Interactive but I'm not really using the system too much because I can't. I thought it was going to be better, smoother and was going to work, but it doesn't. I need to complete it which is an extra hassle on my part. It's disappointing but it’s what it is.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We apologize that the set up wasn't as easy as it should have been. We are confident that we can get you up and running very smoothly. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. We will work hard to make you a happy customer. Thanks

They were good overall and helped me try to get the best deal on the system. Installation was really straightforward. With the system installed, if we leave the house I know that I'll get a notification if something goes wrong.

Great! We're glad to hear that your self setup went so smoothly.

Installing the Link Interactive devices was quick and easy. The only thing that I have a problem with is the motion detector. They provide a screw but they have no vent to put the screw between the support and the actual detector. I have to go to Home Depot and get the super glue and pull it down over there. But everything else is fine.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback and please let us know if you ever need anything.

There was already a Link Interactive system in the home we purchased, but it just wasn't active so we had it activated. My husband didn't have any issues installing it. In fact, he also chose having it because they're more professional that ADT. Their salesperson was friendly, courteous, prompt and very accommodating. Their system is more updated, more cost-efficient and reasonably priced compared to other security service providers. We've been using it since March and we feel confident having it. I’ve always had a security system but none that I could actually use or turn on and off on my cellphone. So, I was really craving it.

We had a problem with the system not staying active. I called and spoke to tech support and they recognized the problem and it was fixed right away. It seems like the problem is solved. I should know in the morning. Love your service! Thank you so much. We did our own installation so that is why there is no rating for installation.

I liked Link Interactive's price and home automation and being through Costco gave me more comfort. The people at Link Interactive are very professional, polite, and helpful. I had a few questions while installing the system, but the people were very accessible by phone and able to walk me through most of it. Wiring the panel for the take-over switch was the most difficult but everything else was straightforward. It's nice to have the automation and see more visibility from your phone about what's going on.

I went with Link Interactive due to their price. It was fairly easy to install the security system. For any questions I had, I contacted their support, and they have been very good and helpful. They also answered my questions very quickly. Since having Link Interactive, I make sure I turn the alarm off before I let the dog out. It's nice that when the alarm goes off, I have a little leeway before they start calling.

Because of the price and their equipment, we went with Link Interactive. We had to read and follow the instructions to install our system, and it took time but we got it. We got a phone call saying our system is ready to use, and we didn't know when to go live with the system, so we called them back to find out if everything was ready to go. Everything is so far so good.

Thank you for feedback. We are glad everything is working great so far. Please let us know if you need anything in the future.

The people at Link Interactive are always nice. Our security system was very easy to install. The support is always available, and the step-by-step guidance is always on target. Since having Link Interactive, I feel more confident that the house is alarmed when I'm away. I'm constantly getting the email updates and notifications, even while I'm in the house, telling me when the doors are open and the window is going off and everything is online, it has an audit trail. In that sense, the app is super helpful too. Also, I can arm and disarm the system from my app so it's super easy. Anyone who can use a phone, it's what they need in their hands. Overall, it has been really easy to work with the team on any support issues, and the app capability and the functionality are super easy for people that are on the go.

We've had Link Interactive since February and so far it's been great. We decided to go with them because of the cost of their equipment and they got some better reviews compared to what we used to have. Installing the device was almost plug and play. I didn't have to call in and ask for help. We were really happy with the fact that we are able to program it from our phone in different ways. Also, the customer service experience so far has been really good. All of them were very, very pleasant. Every time something happened, they were right on top of trying to solve the issue. Leland, our sales rep, and his manager were excellent when we were having my lock issue. The wrong lock was sent. It was the distributor's fault, but they were still on top of it. So, kudos to them.
I had an accident before when our cleaning service came in a few days ago and the device went off. I was at work and I forgot to turn the alarm off, and the cleaner was panicking. She had me on the phone and I was telling her what to tell the people. I was so happy that Link Interactive was right there coming from the unit, asking other questions. I didn't know that the dispatch talks through the system, and that was awesome! I was able to help the cleaner work through that a whole lot better.

We had a new house and were looking for the cheapest security system and found Link Interactive. It wasn't tough installing the system. Everything was in here but I had to call them as it was difficult especially handling the different terms. They helped me to understand that and the interactions I had with the team was good.

Thanks for you feedback. Glad the install went smoothly! Please let us know if you ever need anything.
