When we first were going through Link Interactive, we got to talk to a tech instead of a salesperson, which was nice so we can ask how the system worked. They know what they're talking about. When we asked questions, if they didn't know, they'd say they didn't know and they'd get back to us. It's very refreshing to work with a company that was very focused on just giving you the product and trying to get sales out of the way. They weren't super pushy. I like that they'd be frank and open about what's necessary versus what probably isn't. And they didn't have a weird, crazy, long lock-in period. They're definitely the most ideal company for my wife and me.
I installed the system myself and that wasn't a problem being a tech-head myself. It took me a couple of hours to go through and double check every single door and window in the house. But we had 15 sensors, so it's expected. But once we set it up, it's been flawless. It's definitely a great feeling to have Link Interactive installed in our home. When we go on personal travel or we are just walking a dog, we'll lock it up and that makes us feel a lot more secure knowing that we haven't anything broken into or that there is no fire getting started. And it's also really nice to know when the power goes out. It is also cool that everything is controlled through my phone. We get notifications like I know when my wife gets home in the morning and she knows the same for me. We feel a bit more connected. Another plus is that we're paying half compared to what several of our neighbors are paying.

I got Link Interactive because of the customization. I've had it for 2 months, and it was easy and pretty straightforward installing my system. I have peace of mind that things are being monitored and their team has been helpful.

Link Interactive was recommended by Costco and was cheaper than the other brands. It was fairly easy to install the system and it was very good talking to their team. I feel safer with Link Interactive. They provide great service.

I was searching online for a DIY system and I found Link Interactive. I found a few other ones but I looked at reviews for them and Link was the best. The main reason I went with them was because they’ve partnered with Costco. I’ve always been a big fan of Costco and trusted their products, so I figured if Costco trusted them, they must be pretty good. As a DIY system, the installation was extremely easy. They already programmed all of the sensors to the correct name that I would like them to use. It took under two hours to install the whole system, and I had a good amount of sensors. I had a house broken into in the past that’s why I’ve always used security systems, but I like Link because I can access it on my phone. It gives me a great sense of security.

Link Interactive seemed like a really advanced system for a good price. It's easy to install. I just called their reps at the end to make sure I'd done everything right and I had. I also called their customer service once because I wasn't sure if I set the system off accidentally. They checked it over and there was no a problem. It seems to be a secure system. When I'm away from home, I don't think about anything. And so far, it has been a completely positive experience. It's an excellent system.

I searched Costco.com to see if they had an alarm system available. I found ADT and a couple of other ones but I liked Link Interactive because of their cost, the materials, and the ease of installation. It was all around a better choice than some of the other major providers. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and honest. I had a lot of questions on the panel and the sub-panel and they were really good about that. Their tech support gets the stuff done. My wife put in an online order because she called after hours, and they called back within the window she gave them. So it’s been pretty cool. Their sales and tech support are extremely responsive and supportive.
Additionally, it was really easy to install all their stuff and the panel came already set up. However, their app system leaves a little bit to be desired because sometimes it doesn’t communicate well. I’ll arm it and sometimes it’ll take it a few minutes to arm rather than immediately. But apart from that, it’s still great. I’m now more comfortable knowing that when I walk away from my house which is pretty big one, it’s protected and being monitored. And it feels good to know that an alarm’s on and it’s reliable. And then at night, I’d turn it on because I sleep on one side of the house and I wouldn’t even know if someone’s on the other side. It's good. I’d recommend Link.

I researched security systems and I found Link Interactive to be good. From my last two months of experience since installing my security system, they are living up to my expectations. Although the neighborhood that I am in is pretty quiet and safe, I feel more secure and it's a peace of mind to have at home. Their technology is newer and not that expensive compared to others like ADT. For example, they have very good radio camera monitoring. I just followed their instructions when I installed the system and most of them were easy. When I had some difficulty with the sensor installation, I called them up and they guided me. They care about their customers. That's what I found from talking to them and if I deliver this to a small company, they scale to a lot more customers.
I installed more than ten sensors and from my mobile phone and online, I could only see eight or nine because there is a limit after ten. I called them up, they responded well and increased the sensor limit. When I tested it recently, I just opened the door while it's armed and it's good that they called me back immediately. I'm happy for the last two months so I hope it continues down the line.

I have Link Interactive for two months now and it was easy installing the system. We had a couple more sensors put in and the reps were really good and very knowledgeable. My experience was easy and painless. Now, I have a better sense of security. I like knowing that when somebody comes in, I know that they're in.

It was due to Link Interactive being an encrypted system that we chose them. I would recommend it. I have it for three months now and I have less worry at night.

Having the device make us feel safer but their monthly charges were what has drawn me to them. Installing the system was not hard. Installation would have been easier if the first equipment that I got were working. So, I had to send some things back. The Link Interactive team were very helpful when I had to talk to them.

I've been waiting a year for my contract to expire with Vivint to switch over to Link Interactive. The two systems are the same other than the panel and add-ons. Installation went easy. I used the online chat and they were quick and helped me out with a couple of questions. I love the way Link Interactive uses Z-wave to have everything unlocked, which differs them from some of the other companies. I've recommended them to other people.

I used a different provider before Link Interactive and it was very good. I'm happy with that service. On the other hand, installing Link's device was easy and their people are very professional. Having their system gives us lesser worries.

My friend who was using Link Interactive had used many alarm systems and it was his favorite, so I trusted his recommendation. When I was first ordering it and getting everything sent, I got a call from one of the guys to make sure that I was gonna get everything I needed, the right amount of wiring and that I had all the instructions. I also sent him a picture of the panel, and he followed up with an email, too. That was really helpful, so that whole experience was great. The installer who did it for me was savvy, so installation was fairly easy. The two big benefits I have is that now I don't jump at all the different sounds I hear because I figure if it's something I need to worry about, the alarm would have gone off. Also, I travel quite a bit and have people take care of my pets. I have a different code for them, so it lets me know when they come and go which is nice.
The only two things that I have is that the signal in my room is low. So, we have this little black kind of an antenna that I have to hang up to keep the signal strong. The other thing is that I have the main panel in my bedroom and I didn't realize that I couldn't turn off the lights on the buttons, and so I have to put a towel over it in order to sleep at night. We didn't know that before we installed that in my master bedroom. I can turn off the button lights on the downstairs one, but not on the main panel one. Nevertheless, it's affordable, reliable and easy to use. Everything's great, I love it, and I would recommend it.

I used to be a mechanic and work on electrical, so installing the Link Interactive security system wasn’t too difficult. The only problem I had was that the piece of paper they sent me was a little bit outdated, like it wasn’t even exactly the way it’s supposed to be. But customer service is very awesome and the rep that I talked to answered all my questions. There was where I want to be, to make sure that there was an actual contract and no change in pricing. I had read Link's policy and it stated that it could change and that’s the reason why I declined it. But the rep emailed me back and asked me if it was just that and that he could actually get a three-year guarantee on a pricing, and if I would do it if he got the guarantee. So I said, “Yeah,” and he ended up getting that for me very quickly. He kept sending me emails and kept in contact with me.
Since having the security system, I feel more secure. However, it went off a couple of times because I turned if off through my phone and then I went in, but that didn’t give it enough time. The app itself is a little slow and unresponsive. I do have high speed internet, so it might be taking a little bit more time to communicate because it’s wireless. But still, I had a good experience with them and right now, I’m happy with Link's service.

Installation of the Link system was easy. Since it was installed, I know who's coming and who's going at home, it's a peace of mind. Plus, the Link customer service were fantastic. I had a few phone calls with their team and they were good. I always tell my colleague that I am very impressed right now.

I went with with Link Interactive since they have an affordable price, and so far, I'm satisfied. Hopefully they won't change their rate in the future. Installing it was easy, and when we called their customer service for a little help, they were very resourceful and helpful. We have a nice neighborhood, but since having this system, we're more at ease when we leave the house or during night time.

We've used Link Interactive for a little over a month now because their price is better compared to other providers. I've had a good experience with them overall. The security system was easy to install. I now feel more comfortable when we leave the house. One time when the front door wasn't latched on well and then it got windy, the wind blew up on our front door and the alarm went off. I got responded to quickly. The only thing was with the little monitor, the main display, when I lower the volume on the voice that says things like, "Front door open" or "It's about to arm," then the alarm volume goes down at the same time. So, if the alarm goes off, then the alarm volume is low also. As an improvement, there should be separate volume controls for the alarm and the voice.

Setting up the sensors on the doors was challenging but I managed to get through it. Link's system is nice and if I decide to move, I can literally just unplug it and move and not have any holes in my walls, as the system wasn’t hooked up to any wires. Their staff were also very responsive when I initially talked to them. So far, I'm satisfied with Link Interactive.

It's been good with Link Interactive. I first heard about them through Costco and we've had them for about two months. We had ADT before as our service provider and with Link Interactive, the price was lower and we needed a camera installed. I had to call them because the transmitter wasn't working and they were very helpful. The customer service rep was very good.

We've been a Link Interactive user for four months now and so far, their customer service has been good. However, one time, one of the sensors didn’t work so I called to tell them I needed a new sensor and they gave me the runaround. They told me I had to be there in person when it’s three and a half hours from my house! So I went up there in person for them to only tell me that I had to take a picture and email it to them. So I got really angry, called them and emailed them the picture. When I didn’t hear anything for a week, I called up and threatened them with legal action. And so, they dropped everything and got me the part. They even credited me a free month’s alarm, which I was not looking for at all. But I was really happy with that because they cost me time and money when all they had to do was send out a part to fix the problem. And it's nice to have their sign out front because nobody breaks into the house.

I'm a computer person and Link Interactive had the best combination of features compared to other brands. Installing the system was fairly easy. It's nice to be able to control it with our phones and see the system's status. A neighbor once left the door unlocked when she checked in on our cat while we were away. We were able to spot that and lock the door all the way from Mexico. Since having it, we just had one false alarm, and the representatives we talked to were friendly and courteous. We are happy with the system, it is the wave of the future.

I was researching alarm companies and the name of Link popped up. I was also looking at how long they've been in business and some of the reviews were really good so I went with Link. Installation was difficult because I wasn't used to it. Although everything was simple on the instructions, I wasn't following them properly. Nevertheless, I recommend Link to a friend. Hopefully, they will have the doorbell camera coming out.

I did a lot of research on home security companies and then I compared Link Interactive against other systems and had one-for-one comparisons against other Alarm.com security providers. They did the best job across the board. The combination of all the features they offered being that they’re a cellular and a crash and smash system using the Alarm.com product line along with the fact that they have a pricing scheme. Even though they have the requirement for the contract, which isn’t something I necessarily wanted, but there’s a very few setup of it that don’t require a contract and the startup cost was very minimal. The cost of the equipment was very low. Everything made sense from their perspective. However, the real selling factor is that there hasn't been any push from every one of their customer representatives that I've spoken to that made me feel like I'm doing a car sale.
Installation of the system was easy. Afterwards, I've called several times for tech support to install new sensors that we ordered. An existing sensor that I didn’t set up right, they were able to help me through it and give me all the technical details and then the details of the account billing. So everything’s been great. Don’t waste your time calling somebody else because it’s just going to be frustrating and cost you more money.

We value Costco and all their policies. And since they believed in Link Interactive, we decided to have them as our security provider. I installed the system on my own, and it was very easy. Plus, they have a very reliable customer service - I had to call the reps to order some more panels and keypads, and the interaction was perfect. Since the system was installed, we feel more secure.

When we moved to a different city, I got with Link Home Security which was the name it was back then. I got with Debbie and put it in my house. Debbie walked me through when I ordered the system and she has been fantastic. I installed the system myself and have been a customer for almost four years now. The whole support team over at Link has been wonderful. The system works great and we love it. I won’t buy anything else.

I love Link Interactive. I liked the wireless, the reviews and the price. I'm in my seventies so during installation it took longer to decide where I was going to put everything. Then I've had some problems off and on with the motion sensor. But I know it works because some mornings I get up and if I walk slower, it'll go off. And if I walk quickly to disarm the alarm, then it doesn't go off. I've been with them for two months and called them several times. They were very helpful and nice. I feel more secure having the system. I had ADT before and they only had sensors on certain windows. I have a few windows that are by the bushes on the side of the house that are ground level and I always felt a little bit insecure with that even though the windows were locked and I had a special lock.

I've been with Link Interactive for four years. Set up was very easy and if I had questions I'd call the customer service and they were really good about answering questions and helping me. They'd spend time with me if I need it. The way things are today, it feels good to have a system that monitors the house when we're gone. Link Interactive is a great outfit and it works great. I'm on my third renewal with them, so I'm here to stay.

I never had a security system before and didn’t really feel the need for one. But since my wife wanted it, we purchased a system from Link Interactive, as recommended to me by a colleague. When we bought the equipment, there’s a book of instructions that comes on using the box itself, but it’s not super clear like a quick start for the overall package. And to make it more confusing, there were three different brands going on. There’s the alarm.com, there’s Link, and then there’s the equipment manufacturers themselves on the box. So if you’re looking for help, it’s confusing to figure out where you’re going to get help. But once I figured it out, the installation was pretty easy and I can explain it to someone else.
For the average person, having a little bit more clarity of instruction to come in the box would be helpful. But since installation, we’ve had literally no problems with the security system and it's nice that all the sensors continue to connect wirelessly to the main remote. My wife feels more secure and happy with it and she turns it on when she goes in and out of the house to the store. And if she's happy, I'm happy.

We actually purchased eight or nine alarms from Link Interactive and have had them for a year and a half now. The first alarm required some attention, but the customer service has been very good. It was not difficult to install, but I had to learn it. I've also had to call the reps a lot when we were adding or subtracting services.

Link Interactive was already hooked up to the home that I bought. All of the equipment was there so I just used it. Then, we ordered the video camera but we don't have a place to plug it in and we haven't run the electrical through it yet. Other than that, I do have more peace of mind having Link Interactive and I like being able to use the Alarm.com app so I know when the system is disarmed or armed. It's also been extremely pleasant every time I call them.

Link Interactive has been good so far. But I still don’t have the device set up because when I called in, it’s been off-hours and the instructions weren’t all that helpful. Still, I’d recommend it to a friend.

I did some research and compared several companies and I really liked Link Interactive's low monthly payment which included taxes. They gave the most for the money. I'm able to do everything with my phone. With other companies, that was in the range of $45 a month, while it was only $30 with Link Interactive. That was a huge benefit. However, some things were a little bit difficult to set up. I'm still having an issue with the motion detector sensor. It's not staying on so I had to do it myself and tape it to the wall. I haven't had a chance to call them to resolve that issue. Other than that, we had a false alarm one day and Link Interactive called right away. Also, they are great and easy to work with. Every time I called, everybody answered all the questions I had. I've had their system installed for a few months now and I feel so much better.

Link became my home security provider of choice because of their price and it's DIY. Installing their system went pretty well. I had a couple of issues because of the wiring but they walked me through. It was an old system but it worked out okay. They hooked me up with a couple of wireless centers for the hardwired zones that I couldn’t bring over. They were pretty knowledgeable and easily accessible. Plus their system is straightforward and easy to navigate.

I was burglarized and went on a search for a security system. I was looking at ADT, but someone suggested the DIY system. I checked with Costco, and lo and behold, Link Interactive was on their website. I'm now going on my second month with Link. I went with them for two reasons. First, their system was monitored at two locations, so I didn't have to monitor it. Second, I had contact with human beings that could answer my questions and help me through this painful experience. Especially when I started the exploration, the persons on the other end of the phone were so kind and understanding of what I didn't understand. Even if I had asked the same question four different ways to understand what they were saying, they were as patient as they could be with me.
I was amazingly surprised at how easy it was to install the system. When the box arrived at my house, after outlining things, I thought that I was going to have to actually put everything into the control panel. I realized that they had already done most of the laid work for me, so I was quite relieved. Then when I added other pieces and parts, and took out some things, I said, "I don't think I need this. Send it back", and it’s been entirely painless.
The Link Interactive guys have been absolutely incredible. I've spoken to a number of people, such as Vernice and Joshua, and everyone has been totally amazing. My experience is so much so that their system is what my son and daughter are getting for Christmas from me. I'm buying it for them. I thank Link Interactive for being such a fine organization and having such a great system and personnel.

Installing the Link Interactive device was easy, though I had a problem with the plungers. I couldn't get it to connect. But they took care of it and sent me some new ones right out. When I called them a few times, they were all nice to me. Everything looks good and in order. The only thing I didn't like was when I first started calling, it took a long time for anybody to get to the phone. I had to wait a while. But once I got a hold of them, they took care of everything right away. We had ADT before. We were with them for a long time and we wanted to switch to the mobile. It wasn’t a land-based phone line which I could do with them but they never contacted us the whole time. For six years, they never asked how everything was while Link Interactive has done a good job checking up. We had ADT for years and they bait and switched me. I was making my best effort with ADT to give me an upgrade and they were saying I got to pay double, and it sounded like a mistake. I had a talk with the supervisor, who was apologetic, and they hooked me up with a really nice system but it still didn’t cover everything I needed. I still shopped around and signed up with Protect America and they also bait and switched me twice and they couldn’t get it together. Within my first week, I already had a false alarm. Every time I called to try to get things straightened out, they didn’t know who I was, and I even gave them my passcode. So I told them that I can't get through all this and they told me that they have this clause wherein they were going to charge me for restocking. I couldn't tolerate their incompetence at all and told them that I'll get every cent back from them.
I spend all this time trying to get something figured out and it's like going through fast food where I have to repeat myself three times to get something straight and my order's still not right. But with Link Interactive, they were very humble. I only had one little glitch. It was simple and they’re really ready to send out a new chip. I called them back and told them not to send out the extra chip because we figured it out - it was our password for the Wi-Fi in our house. They're also knowledgeable and part of it is the demographics - people in Utah are generally nice people. But as far as the company, their equipment and rate, it’s the best. I’m surprised more people are not using Link.

I typically buy most items from Costco and they usually provide a good service. I was considering ADT and a few other systems and then thought Link Interactive seemed to be a different system. I've had it for a month. It was mostly easy installing it except for the one module that continued to give me a problem. We finally moved from that particular model to a different one. I spent a lot when I was on the phone with the Link technical support team to resolve that issue. So far, it’s working good. Sometimes, though, I get some conflicting information from their technical support team about some of the products of some services. I talked to different people and they gave different answers to the same questions. That’s something they need to improve on.

Link Interactive provided a cheaper monthly service compared to other security companies, and they also have good reviews on Yelp, so I got them for my business, and we've been with them for about a month now. Installing the system was straightforward. I called them regarding one of the motion sensors which wasn’t working properly, and they walked me through it well, so we got that problem fixed. Although, I already have a sensor that’s already running out of battery. Other than that, it feels a little safer with Link. I have something to make sure that the place is always watched.

The Link Interactive system was quite easy to set up. The whole set up options that were there from a software point was easier to go through and pick the different chimes for different doors. The alarm is relatively loud. It’s what I want and I keep it like that. Overall, the idea of being able to control things from my phone and to have a key fob to control everything when I leave the house is great and I like that a lot. I have also the ability in the future to make the home control thing and that was another main reason I got attracted to it.

We have Link's security system for less than two months and it feels better to have an alarm system. When I had questions, their people have been helpful. On the other hand, changing the contacts for each door is a little bit difficult and frustrating. I kept having to fiddle with it.

I did a whole bunch of research to replace my existing overpriced ADT systems and I came across Link Interactive through the Costco website. I looked at a list of the other features that Link has in terms of leak detection and listening to the alarm systems. Their pricing was also a big factor for me. Most of the installation was easy. The UI was generally good, though it could use a little more improvements in terms of making a user-friendly setup initially. It didn’t help that one of the sensors I received didn’t work. But customer service was good. We tried a few things and then they said "send it back and we’ll send you another one."

The sales person from Link Interactive used guerilla marketing tactics and didn't try to hustle me into the system. I didn't think there was a gimmick or scam and they didn't promise me anything that wasn't sure. During installation, some of the equipment didn't come with pieces that actually fit together. The attachments to the motion sensor did not fit the motion sensor so I had to use makeshift adjustments to it. I threw some glue on there and stuck it to the wall. In any case, I've been happy with the service.

I'd recommend Link Interactive. I like the fact that I could use existing equipment that was already in the house and it was $10 less a month than the company we had before. Installing the system was very easy. I called them twice to set things up. We walked everything through and it went very well.

I was interested in the technology of security services which many providers sell, but what differentiated Link Interactive from other companies is the offer it has with Costco. I was able to get a lot of different options at a discounted rate and also a discounted monthly service plan because of my Costco membership. Installation was easy for me because that's in my domain in terms of the type of stuff I do. For some people, it might be more challenging but Link Interactive sends the system set up and I've added more components to it. It's been more convenient having their system especially with adding the thermostat. The automation is also nice. So far, I haven't had any issues with the hardware or software - it's not glitchy - which is much better than what I had before.

We just put in Link Interactive in our house a month ago. We thought it was the system that fitted our needs, but we had a difficult time installing the system. My son-in-law is pretty talented in that kind of stuff but he still had trouble. We got a metal roof on the building that we put it so we had trouble in getting a signal. We almost quit trying to find one. We finally put the antenna right by a window and finally got a signal. We called them several times during installation and they were helpful. They've answered all our questions. My main concern though is if there is a break-in that we’re notified in a timely fashion. I’m more worried about a follow-up if there’s a problem.

Installation of the device is easy if you are mechanically inclined or like to do stuff by yourself, but it could be difficult for a normal person. I had to call the team to get the system installed and activated and they were good. I purchased Link Interactive through Costco. It gave me a bit of security because there was a brick and mortar store that I could go to. The system also has a lot of features that I liked, and the reviews were good. It was extremely easy to install and to check. I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I could use the system through my cellphone, but I am having a bit of conflicting information that comes through my app versus my main box. My main box says that all of my contacts are closed, yet the app still claims that one of them is open. It's a strange process. With that, I'm not really able to use the app because it won't let me set it without bypassing that particular contact. It's a great app, but it doesn't necessarily work fantastic.
I wish I could get two main boxes. I used to have a standard wired system in my other home, and what I liked about it is that I could see and hear everything on both levels of the house. Now, where my main box is at is the only place that I have any audio cues and decent visual cues for whether it's armed or not. I have a separate keypad but the keypad doesn't tell me if it's armed or not. The only way for me to know is to either pull up my app, which I can't trust 100% because it's got issues, or I have to walk down and look at the main box, which although is not a huge deal, can be cumbersome and defeats the purpose of some of the interactive features with it. If I could be 100% happy with it, I would need to get a second box to mount on the second level. It would be fantastic. But overall, I'm happy with Link Interactive and it's great system.

I had AT&T Direct and it was awful so I canceled it straight away and started looking around out on the web for the best. I went to Costco and they had a link to Link Interactive. I researched all the pros and cons, and there was nothing but good about them. I called Link and spoke to the people there and their attitude was absolutely wonderful. Their customer service was very good. But I had to wait for three months for AT&T to refund me all the money. Once I got my money back, I reinvested it into Link. The equipment is good. The downside however was installing the system. There was not enough information to self-install. The process needs to be documented better but I shuffled through it and got it done. Other than that, I'm happy to tell everybody how wonderful the system is and how it works.

I was looking for alternatives to ADT or other expensive services. I was getting some quotes and found Link Interactive online. I contacted them, and Jose referred me to Costco at that point and gave me more information, kind of walked me through it. Installing the system was easy, I did my research before, so I knew what to expect. I talked to the people at Link only by email and they've been super helpful. A part of the reason I got it was for the mobile controls, the streaming video and connection with my phone, and hooking up different things, like the thermostat. So far I'm definitely happy that I went with them, it had more features than I expected.

Link Interactive has been my security service provider for a couple of months now. I chose them due to the reviews online - combination of quality and price. But I had a horrible experience when I installed the system. The panel didn't work. I spent many hours trying to get it going. They gave me a free month but I spent a lot of hours. I eventually got a new panel and a new motion detector. It's been working since we had put in the new ones.

I've been using Link Interactive for eight weeks already and so far, they've been really good so far and I've already recommended them to my neighbor. It had pretty good instructions so I installed it myself. However, I discovered that once I had everything up and running the coverage was lacking in one certain area so I needed an extra part. I'm poky getting into the house and since having it, I have to be quick to disarm when I open the garage door and it's armed. If I'm not close to a command center, I tend to take a while to disarm it.

I have been with Link Interactive for three years, and I think their price and service were both very good. Installation of the system was fairly easy and the customer service reps have been generally good. One issue I had with them was my credit card had expired and they contacted me through traditional mail instead of having someone actually call or reach out to me in a more effective way and let me know that they didn’t have the right credit card number. As a result, my account lapsed and I had all kinds of problems. We could have gotten through with that much quicker and easier if they have called me since they obviously have my phone number.

Link Interactive's price seemed very good compared to competitors, and I liked that I could install their system, myself. It was very easy and straightforward. I didn't have any issues. However, I wasn't aware that the motion sensor had to be screwed into the wall. I called customer service and they said that I could use some double-sided tape with those. That was the only issue I came across, but Link Interactive assisted me with it. I feel more confident and safe in my home now, knowing that it's secured by a system.

Link Interactive is wireless so I went with them. Installation was easy and I have a couple of z-waves. I’m still having problems though because I’m too lazy to dig the directions out and figure out how to put the light bulbs. I’m going to activate it again. I have been using them for a couple of months now and so far, I got fewer worries. It’s a good system and I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.

Cellular and SimpliSafe didn't have good smoke and water detectors so I used Link and renewed the contract with them. Since having their system, it's nice to go on vacation and not have to worry about the house. I purchased a new system to hook into the sensors already installed in my house and Joseph ** provided terrific support in getting it set up. After I called and he described several options to help me get set up, I decided to do it on my own with just his emailed directions. He was prompt and courteous and able to respond to my several follow-up emails very quickly. I would not have been able to do it without him and it makes me very optimistic for my future with Link Interactive.

Link Interactive' system was easy to install and straightforward. There were videos to watch and instructions to follow. Our dog has set the alarm off and I did not receive any call from them which I thought was bizarre. It turned out that the reason was because we were in the trial period. You think they would call their own trial period if your alarm was going off. Also, their equipment supposedly supported Z-Wave but not really.

At first, I was intimidated with the Link Interactive system. That was the only reason why I was going to go with another company. Then, the person from Link that I spoke to over the phone said I can check their website and see videos on how simple it is to install the device. I also did a few YouTube searches on how to do certain things. When I received the box, there wasn't anything that was extremely difficult to do.
The only thing that was confusing that I wish I had a follow-up on, in terms of the installation, was I didn't know that I had to call them to activate the security system. Otherwise, they would give me a 30-day trial. I thought that the term "trial" meant that the system was active. So, I installed my equipment maybe three days after receiving it. After I completed the installation, I was under the impression that it was already going to call law enforcement, that it was active, as in live.
Then, I got a call or an email about a month after saying that it's now active. I was confused and said, "No. Mine's been active for about a month now." They said, "No, that was your trial period and you were supposed to either call us and let us know to activate it or we will do it for you after 30 days." That's the only part that needs to be on a separate email other than buried in the contract portion. I remember reading that information but it could've been clarified. I would've activated a lot sooner than 30 days. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

I like the customization that I could do with Link Interactive and the system's openness for future home automation. There are a lot of options to add sensors. And it didn't seem like a closed system so as technology evolves, the platform they have can grow with it. Installing it was a breeze and when I had a hiccup, tech support was able to walk me through it in a matter of 15 minutes. And when I had a hardware failure - one of the sensors was bad, they sent me out a new one and they helped me reprogram everything virtually. I was really impressed.

I did some online research between a list of various security companies and Link Interactive was the one that worked best with the hardware that I wanted so I went with them. I purchased the majority of the hardware I used like sensors through various third-party resources like Amazon. And then I got the basic Costco package that Link Interactive works with to get the panel and a few of the other sensors. The install process was straightforward. I work in IT in home automation so a wireless home security system was no problem to install. I've spoken with the representatives on the phone, not including the sales team, maybe twice and it was always polite, straightforward, and they took care of what I needed. The sales call was great too. I have and would recommend it.

Link Interactive's monthly pricing was very respectable compared to some of the other places that have quoted me. I'm technically savvy and already do stuff like home security cameras, so installation was extremely easy for me. I did have trouble getting in touch with my old salesman that sold me all of the products but their reps have been very kind. For the most part, it was a very good experience. The one thing that did happen is I used to get three months free whenever I referred somebody, and I was giving a lot of referrals then. Then they switched it to a month and I haven't been doing as much when they switched it to a month free. Also, I did feel like when I re-signed the new contract, I should've gotten a little bit more than $200 free, considering I was signing another three-year contract. However, I haven't had any trouble with the system.

I wanted an updated system for the new internet and phone so I got Link Interactive. The system they are selling features internet updated technology and installation is the do-it-yourself option and that was easy and nice for me. They sent me instructions. I read a bit online, saw some YouTube explanation and it was fine. Although it's not for everyone, but if the person is a guy that does do-it-yourself thing, he can do that. It's not too complicated.

I was looking for a security system, and Link Interactive came up on a review and a lot of people like them. The installation was very easy. Everything was pre-programmed. All I had to do was mount the control panel and mount the sensors, and that was done. My cameras weren't as straightforward that you have to have control WiFi, and the instructions weren't as clear as I would like and I was confused so I called a customer service agent and they helped me set up my cameras right away; they were very happy to help me. They spoke English as the first language. They answered the phone, it's not an automated system where you have to push 1 and 2 and 5 and 8 so I liked that a lot and the system seems to be working very well. My wife is a lot happier since the installation of the system and I highly recommend them.

Link was lower priced and had a slightly different equipment compared to Frontpoint, which I've used before. Also, Link is two-Gig based and was easy to install. The only tricky part was installing the control panel. The antenna had to be mounted on the wall, and that was a bit of an experience. I was used to Frontpoint where I mount the system to the walls. But with Link, it was a little different 'cause I mounted the frame, and then I had to drill separate holes in the wall to get the antenna in. It was documented well how to do it but I was not told about it before I bought the unit. So, if I ever move the system out, I'm gonna have to put a big patch on the wall. But that's not a huge concern. Their people were helpful, friendly and quick in activating the system. I got the impression that they've done enough activation to know what I was calling for. They also tested out the system and made sure it worked. It just took five minutes for the activation and testing.

Link had better prices when it came to all the equipment and they have a lower monthly fee than some of the competitors I looked at. Installing the security system took a bit amount of time, but it wasn't too bad. I was able to talk to their representatives multiple times and they were all pretty good.

Link Interactive is web-enabled, had home automation and was DIY - I could construct what I wanted - so I went with them. Before I bought the system, I corresponded by email with one of their reps and even at 2 am, he responded. He certainly didn't need to do that but he happened to be online. I have also talked with a rep yesterday to return some stuff and get some other stuff in exchange.

The Ink Interactive alarm system has been installed and seems to be very good but we haven’t had much experience yet with it because we’re still not in the house. Our contractor is the one who is dealing with it right now and he turns it off during the day and turns it on when he leaves at night. I do know they’re very responsive as I’ve gotten calls about doors being opened and that’s because there’s work going on. It’s good to know that they know that. It was our son who recommended Link to us because he and his wife are in development and they have used the system. He thinks it’s terrific and he installed it himself for us.

We’d been with ADT for several years and got fed up with the customer service. It takes a lot to take away my loyalty, but when we're no longer appreciated, then we had to look elsewhere. I spoke to my daughter about it and she happened to discuss Link Interactive with me. I was kind of leery at first because I hadn’t heard of the company, but when she mentioned Costco, that name stands alone. So I did my due diligence and contacted them. I spoke with a gentleman named Mitch, and if it wasn’t for Mitch, I don’t know that I would have made the switch, but he was exceptional in his belief system behind the company and what their mission statement was.
Link Interactive exceeds our previous system because of the features that we thoroughly enjoy, like their app. Last week my husband did not activate the alarm. When I got up, I happened to call him and said that he didn’t and we had a chance to set it from afar. He's about 25 miles from home and when he was able to set it, and I could actually witness it, it was just excellent. I felt extremely safe and very secure.
I purchased the smash-and-crash detectors from Link Interactive, and those things work so well it is unbelievable. I was in the kitchen and went to change the trash bag. The control panel sits not too far from the trash can and when I went to change a trash bag, I shook it, it made a loud noise, and the alarm went off. It startled me, but I was absolutely thrilled that it’s highly sensitive. Even during the week, I was washing dishes and I shoot the knife and hit the side of a stainless steel mixing bowl and the alarm went off! Maybe this might irritate other people, but it just proves to me the durability and sensitivity of an alarm, because that’s what we want.
Link Interactive is a good investment and we’re extremely happy. I’m looking at getting one for my other daughter ‘cause she’s a single mom. We’re extremely grateful and would recommend it to anyone even if we didn’t get anything like a month free service. We’re not about what we can get. We’re about what we can share in terms of our security within our home.

Link Interactive is an easy DIY and it comes through Costco so I prefer that than other people. My house builder pre-installed the 2-gig system, which was what Link was using, so it was easy when the security device was installed in my house. Once I got the packages, I called in and they walked me through how to do it. I only have to get the windows sensors and install it. Their reps were always helpful and had my questions answered.

We liked that we could install Link Interactive ourselves and we had the ability to work with it online. They also have a very good customer service. I was really pleased that we were notified immediately when we had an incident where the alarm was triggered and we weren’t home. We happened to be nearby and by the time we got home, the police were already there. That made me feel really good and confident in their services. I’d recommend them.

We have Link Interactive as home security for over a year now. It's cost-effective and they have great customer service. They are easy to get a hold of and to communicate by e-mail or phone call. We have a camera in our system that I can check on and I get emails when the alarm is set and when it's turned off. It's kind of cool to be able to keep an eye on what's going on. We're pretty happy that we've reached them. It's a great alternative to the traditional alarm system.

I searched the web for alternatives to my current provider, and saw Link Interactive. I chose them because they did more self-support than my other provider. Link Interactive has been very good although it's a little challenging doing a self-install compared to having somebody else come in and do it. A little trial and error and a couple of things, but it wasn't too bad. We've got it for approximately a year now but we don't use it a whole lot. Initially, we chose them because of the cost and the technology seemed good. Also, it was offered through Costco and I felt comfortable with that. Their team answered my questions and even called a couple of times just to check up and see how everything was going.

Link Interactive has a state-of-the-art system and their price is cheaper. I've had them for six months already but I'm worried about their long-term contract. But I have to pay every month anyway. Everything's good and all of the problems were solved. Since having them, things have been more comfortable and convenient. When I step out of the house and forgot to turn on the alarm, I just use my phone to turn it on.

Link Interactive has been our security service provider for our business location. I'm a systems integrator myself, with experience in that area, and we did a little bit of research on the material and the comparison of the services, and Link Interactive seemed to make a lot of sense in terms of the equipment that was used and the system integration. So we decided to go with them, which was the right decision.
We have interacted with the reps several times and I need to contact them back again later this week for a couple of billing questions. We've also been in touch with their rep for a different location of ours, a mountain house, for which we want to implement the fire alarm system and security system, and he has been very helpful and efficient, so it's been nothing but pleasant so far.
I would recommend Link Interactive at this moment. It's a pleasure to work with them. It's nice to see people who know what they're doing and who are clear enough to share and make this experience and the transition smooth because the seamlessness is the important part of the security system, and that's what they offer which is a great value.

I had Mountain Alarm before and I wasn't very pleased with their service. So when my contract was up, I started looking for security systems and I found out later that Link and Mountain Alarm were one and the same. But they seem to handle things a little bit differently. I found out that they were linked up and had a discount rate through Costco wherein I was a member so that sealed the deal. I had a system already in place but it needed a firmware update and Link did a fabulous job. I took my panel out and overnighted it to them. They flashed my system, sent it back and was back in business the third day. They have very good customer service and they react quickly.

I was very frightened about having Link Interactive because I've never had an alarm system. But I bought a house and the security system was already in place from the previous owner. So I didn't know anything, but Link Interactive helped me out quite a bit. Now I'm using the basic features of the system. I'm not up to speed on all the fancy stuff but I'm pleased with it and so far, it's been very nice. Their customer service was also very good. There was a problem at the very beginning because for the initial contract, they had the address for my previous house which I already sold and I didn't want that. I had to do a little bit of arguing and they did change it to my present address, which is where the alarm system is. I was in transition but that was resolved. I also received an email which I have not responded yet, because they say that my email account is not verified. I don't know what that means and I don't know exactly how to go about doing that.

I've had Link Interactive for over a year now and they get high ratings from me. It took a while to install the system because I was doing it myself, but the support team was top-notch. I dealt with multiple people and they were all good. If they didn't have an answer, they could find one. With Link, I can relax when I go on vacation and monitor the system through my phone or check it online. The whole system is perfect because I can modify everything. I can check my cameras and status, and instantly get a notification if somebody triggered an alarm so I could call either the neighbors or the authorities. It's excellent and a very good deal.

Link Interactive is easy to use and my experience in having it has been pretty good. I ordered it online and received the package, had all the information I needed to install everything and get it started, so installation went smooth and easy. Most people would be able to know to install it right after they receive the package. And now I have a lot less worry because if anything goes on, I get notifications through the app on my phone, which is nice to have.

We've been using Link Interactive for roughly two years. The price charged was cheaper than others and all the equipment have been easy to install. It took about four hours for me to install the system and would've taken less if my husband hadn't gotten in the way. The little window stickers and signs that we put on the yard are nice looking as opposed to some other providers that we had looked into. The price is what helped us decide on Link Interactive but the fact that the signs were not hideous too helped.
I've gotten a couple of phone calls from customer service when we've had power outages that turned our system off and they've all been super pleasant. We're definitely feeling safer since having the system. I like having the ability to check our alarm system through the alarm.com app. We're really happy with Link Interactive and I've been recommending them to anybody.

We had an issue with our Link Interactive system's notification. We were out of town and the alarm was tripped a couple times from inside the house. We still don't know what caused it. I thought our profile was all logged in online and they still weren't calling us. It's after hours and there was no one to reach. It was very frustrating. But other than that, since having the system, it’s a little more reassuring especially when we're away from home and also when we go to sleep at night.

I'm using Link Interactive in my business since January and I am satisfied. They had better cost than other security service provider. I was surprised how easy the installation of the system was. There's one piece of equipment I haven't installed yet but I understand now how to install it. I don't see any issues either. They have good customer service. I've contacted their customer support a couple of times and I always get quick feedback and my questions were answered. Since installation of the Link Interactive system, I definitely feel more confident. I like how everything is being tracked when the alarm is armed and disarmed, keeping track of people coming and going because of that all being recorded and the monitoring of the building itself knowing when doors or windows are open.

I found Link Interactive through the Costco website and I like things that go through Costco. I also like that Link Interactive had the automated door lock. Installation was easy and anytime I got stuck, I called and got help. Even on the weekend, it worked out well. It's nice to have the system when I'm out of town. Link Interactive has been my home security service provider for about two months now, but I have not used their system a lot. The price point was definitely a factor in my going with them. It has all the features I wanted. I also want to expand my system in the future by myself and still be able to integrate other products into my Link system. They're using all the products that are currently available on Amazon. It's more difficult with the other security providers who have their products branded for them.
I had also read online about what people had experienced with Link. They use the alarm.com app and when I was researching about the various companies, I also looked into how their android app was rated, what people thought about it, and how reliable it was. The alarm.com app has a 4.4 plus rating so that was definitely another factor why I went with Link Interactive.
It's a wireless system and very easy to install. But the instructions that came with the other item is what I used. Definitely the instructions of Link could improve. Last year, I bought their HD motion camera system, and had issues with it and they sent me another camera unit, but I haven't installed and tried it. I stay in a house very close to the police station so didn't have much of a concern for security, but having the Link Interactive security system is good when I'm out of range of the station. For the price, the system is very good. I would recommend them to a friend.

I've had Link Interactive for three years. There's two separate companies- Mountain Alarm which is their monitoring company and Link Interactive which is the provider to whom I've got the contract and provided me the hardware. The Link folks were good when I was first setting the system up. The lady there was super helpful and very accessible. She gave me her home number and gave me numbers to call to reach out to her. I've had a good experience with them. I find them calling me regularly to check in and let me know if there's an alarm down or the battery is low. I may have had one or two false alarms in between but there's no way to know whether it was a false alarm or a fly sat on it. Generally, they gave good service.

I've been using Link Interactive since I took over as the managing member in May. We had to re-set up all the paperwork under my name and the people from Link Interactive were great then.The ones who installed it were able to do it in just a few days, got everything done correctly by themselves. Link Interactive is great! It's really easy to use, very simple and clean. We use a couple of different security systems like ComCast and ProtectionOne and I’m wanting to get everything switched over to Link Interactive because it’s just so much easier but I just haven’t found time to get everything done yet.

I have a number of units purchased from Link Interactive, and the first one was two years ago. They offered a good value through the Costco program. It's a simple process installing the system and they have good support team if I have questions. I'm amazed how good they are. I have so many systems that I talk to them so often and some of the people know me when I call, which is crazy from what I envision as a huge company. They take care of things right away, very nice and personable, and on the ball that’s why I’ve continued to purchase more systems from them.

I've used Link Interactive as my home security provider since October and the installation was very easy. My original order wasn't at Link Interactive's website for hours because the link between Costco's website and theirs wasn't quite right. So I contacted them and they took care of it. The service was excellent. I've had a couple of false alarms and they called and they're very friendly and helpful. Since installation, I feel safer and have fewer worries. I was surprised how well it works since it's all wireless and had no issues whatsoever with connectivity. I've tried ADT, Cox, CenturyLink, and another vendor and they were all just a joke as far as free installation and free package. Afterwards, it's two grand a month for the components and then double. Link Interactive charges for the monitoring. I’ve got the camera and the automation and the whole thing is $34.95 a month. It's excellent.

We started using Link Interactive in November after we moved here. My husband installed our security system in a few hours. He takes a long time to do things so we haven't finished completely. We still have to put in one over the garage, but it works. It bypasses every night so it's fantastic. We just moved into a new neighborhood so the security system helps me feel a little bit safer. I started to do some research around the internet because I became dissatisfied with my alarm system, and then we're at Costco and saw Link Interactive. I went that route since my luck with Costco has been good. It was easy installing the system but I had to go do it. It was nice to have the first two months for free. We’re also glad that we got a key file, which has helped out quite a bit. The only thing was that the plastic thing for the main monitor if you don’t want to put it on a wall was cracked. Other than that, everything was well.

The equipment is great even though there were a few glitches with respect to it losing connection over the latest technology, but it's pretty standard. The security system is working well and it is definitely a great upgrade from ADT system which has old technology. Link makes us feel easy and safer with their cutting edge technology. Their team was pretty helpful. It is a do-it-yourself system so I know it's all about finding the documentation and getting it done, but they were there to help me out when I called them. They are professionals and understand the system really well. I'm not placed on hold and my call is not passed around, so that was great.

I called Link Interactive to hook up the thermostat. I didn't exactly know how to do it on the keypad and I emailed through the website and they responded very quickly with detailed instructions that were simple to follow and I was able to hook it up. The app has been very user friendly. There was one false alarm where I thought I turned the system off with my phone but the signal was delayed before I opened the door. They were responsive with the two way calling. I gave my name and my password and they said they will not alert the authorities. Because with the authorities, there's charge for false alarms. I read a lot of Link Interactive reviews before I purchased mine and everyone said it was excellent. I'm satisfied with them, but I have issues. The representative was very helpful but trying to get things resolved with issues we had and things that were sent took a little bit of time and they kept sending the same documents to sign when they were already signed. Also, their pricing is a bit higher than the average that’s out there now, and they don’t have the three-year contract.

I talked to someone from Link Interactive when I first liked to purchase their security device. It was easy and straightforward installing the system, and I've had it for about three months now. Everything has gone smoothly so far and my wife feels safer with it. Although I haven't used the device yet, I'm happy with it.

We learned about Link Interactive through Costco and decided to get them because of their price and features. Installation was very easy and their customer service was great. One time, I didn't want the alarm to go off when I was messing with some stuff, so I called them and they were really pleasant to deal with. I also like how the home automation security is in one app. I definitely feel safer leaving our home unattended and have fewer worries now that Link Interactive System is installed.

Installing the security system was really easy and their team was very friendly. They knew what they were doing and within a minute or two I was able to connect with their service representative via phone. With the new Link Interactive security system, I always feels safe because we know if there's an intruder who will come then it's going to get alerted. So that's very nice. The system is value for money and it has all the bells, whistles and everything that a person looks for on a security system standpoint.

When I first looked into Link Interactive’s website, the rep that I chatted with was really helpful. I also had other questions where I emailed them and they called me back right away. So far, my experience has been really good and I haven’t had any problems.

The customer service is good but the parts were hard to find unless you go through them. I need additional parts but I haven't had the chance to figure out how to order it and get it through their website. But overall, I'd recommend Link Interactive.

Installing the Link Interactive security system was easy but we had a hard time getting our box match the system. It would have been a lot easier if they had given us drawings like they're supposed to. I couldn't set it up myself. My husband had to do it because he was an electrical engineer and it took him a day to do it. However, their team is very good. Since installing the system two months ago, they've been very responsive. They call the minute the system goes off. I'd recommend them.

I was looking for the different alarm systems that are out there and I stayed away from all the big ones as I was looking for a do-it-yourself type of thing. I did a bit of research and found that Link Interactive was in the top five of alarm companies. Everything I read said that the service they provided was really good. The way I look at a security system is that it's like a home printer. They give the printer for free because all they want to do is sell the ink, and alarm systems are the same way. They give all the parts for free and all they want is for me to pay the monthly fee. If I can help spend 35$ a month instead of $50 and still get the same quality and service, I would and so I went with them.
We've been in our house for 14 years and owned homes now for almost 40 years and never had a security system. I'm used to getting up and walking out the back door on a Saturday morning and don't think about it, so a couple of times I'd accidentally tripped it and got to run back and punch in the code. When I do travel, I can tell my wife that once the house is locked up, she is safe. She doesn't have to worry about every little creak in there. Nobody's there or else they would've tripped the alarm. So I say, 'You can feel safe being in the house and not worry about it.' Also, the Link Interactive team did a nice job. If we accidentally tripped the alarm, they contacted us. They've been very courteous and kind.

I'm generally happy with everything so far. I'm technically savvy so the installation was easy for me, but it seems that the average person could do it easily as well. I just called to activate the monitoring in it. I look forward to the continuing experience with Link Interactive.

We installed Link about a month ago. We had some cellular reception issues but then got those resolved. Although the new system was very similar to my old system from ADT, I like Link Interactive a lot more and it's cheaper. The new system has email alerts whenever I arm and disarm the system. It's easier to get a hold of than ADT was in terms of calling the number and it's an actual human that answers the phone, which is nice. However, they provided a weak antenna that didn't work particularly well but it was easy to install, easy to change the antenna and they were relatively fast providing a new one so it was overall good. Their reps were nice and it was all people instead of having to go through a lot of menus. They also have online chat rooms that worked out well and they were open and available late in the evening so it was all good.

Installing Link Interactive's security system was very easy. By the time I received the product, it's prepared and it took me more time to remove the old security system I had than installing Link's system. The new system is very easy to use and has better features than my old one. They also have a great team.

Installing the system wasn't trivial and is not for everyone. We had to work something into our old system and my husband managed to figure it out, but it's not simple. It would have been nice to have someone install it and I wouldn't have to worry about the details, but customer service did help us with the setup. My husband travels so with Link Interactive, we definitely have peace of mind when he's not around.

So far my experience with Link Interactive is good. I've been using it for about a month. I called once to activate the system and it went well with their customer service team. It's not so easy to install, but not terribly difficult either. I've added a few sensors afterwards and that was not the most straightforward process. However, once you get one going, the rest of them seem to be quite straightforward.

Installing Link Interactive was simple and straight-forward. It's almost plug and play, with the most difficult part being the placement of the sensors and the locations. I'm still waiting for a resolution for one sensor that I'm having intermittent issues with, but since installing the system I feel safer day-to-day as well as night.

The staff at Link Interactive was very courteous and helpful with everything. And it was easy installing the system. I feel more comfortable now with the alarm system and I like that they have the mobile app, so I can control it when I'm not at home, which is nice. I've been having trouble with some of the components though. We don't have very good cellphone reception, so I've had to replace the SIM card. One of the keypads hasn't been working well too. I'm in the process of swapping that out right now.

We're now going on a full month with Link Interactive. Its installation was relatively easy and their team was fantastic. Overall, it's much safer. My wife is extremely hard of hearing and we bought it with the additional indoor siren and strobe. It has helped a lot with security that she could hear it at night if there's a fire or intruder.

Costco was the main reason to buy the Link Interactive. It's easy installing the system. I have installed the sensors on the drywall. I would suggest though that it would be helpful if they have stickers to go with the motion sensors so that the sensors won't easily fall from the wall and would stick properly on the wall. Since installing the system, I'm feeling confident when I leave. Also, the staff of Link Interactive were courteous and friendly when I called to make adjustments in the account settings.

I was looking for a security system and I got a quote from ADT, who I had a system in the house already, and it was overpriced and featureless in many ways. My neighbor had a Link Interactive sign in his window and thought I'd check it out so I went online and I saw it was a do-it-yourself one. In effect, we've been Link Interactive users going on two months now. I've called their team numerous times and they've always been very helpful and very patient. Overall, their equipment is really feature-rich and the price is very affordable. And, in comparison to companies that install and provide equipment, it is a far better experience all the way around. I'm very satisfied.

Installing the system wasn’t too bad, although some of the instructions included were not accurate, so those might need some updating. I called one time because the smoke/freeze/heat detector turned out to be flawed and it had to be replaced, and the people from their customer service were very helpful and polite on the phone. Link Interactive is a great system particularly for the price, and so far, I haven’t had any problems. It's a relief not to have to worry about leaving my home unattended.

Costco had an ad for Link Interactive, and when I started looking into it, it seemed relatively straightforward and I thought that I might be able to pull it off. Installing it was easy. Everything was pre-programmed and the sensors have been set up ahead of time, so it was plug it in. The cellular mobile board, however, needed to be replaced, so they sent me a new one. It was easy to change it. We were able to get the cellular system up and running and started sticking everything where it needed to be. We also got a thermostat and an electronic lock that were very easy to get programmed and hooked into the system. It's a great system and I'm looking into ordering one for our primary residence home. My in-laws even said, "Wow! That's cool! Can you take a look at our system and maybe put a Link system in there, too?" So it could be growing and growing that way.

The system is easy to setup, however, it has a lot of false codes going on that there's a problem or something is not attached right. Link Interactive reached out to me when these things were going off and they said they'll send cops, but nobody's here and everything seems to be good.

We went through an exhaustive search of various alarm companies and did a cross analysis of what was offered and what wasn’t and what I really came down to think is the things that we needed, Link provided the most value at the least cost. So we bought their security system and installed it. Installation was super easy. They walked me through it over the phone and answered all my questions. It was pretty intuitive so it worked fine. With the alarm system installed we feel more secure. So far Link Interactive has been awesome and I really like the service except they don’t have customer service hours that are 24/7.

We have been using Link Interactive since November. Upon installing the system, I have stuck a little bit on my windows and door because my door is not flat like the others but it’s not that bad. Moreover, their customer service team forgot to give me one month free for this month so I called them and they said they’re going to do that next month. So far, I've been satisfied with Link Interactive.

It’s a good decision to switch to Link Interactive. They've been my security provider for two months, and so far it's been pretty good. I had ADT for many years, and I think security is the right direction to move into this system because it is better than ADT. I did the installation by myself. I ran into some issues, but basically I knew the installation. I just wish the documentation from Link Interactive could have been better, especially for sections that have the initial password and it starts to set up the customized options. I didn’t feel it was very easy to follow from the original documentation. I had to search online in order to figure out how to do it. I feel that it takes quite a bit of skills to set it up and it's not something that everybody can handle. And I feel that there are things that the system can improve. I still have problems setting it up because of my garage opener, and I don’t think I can fix it for now.
I’ve called the customer support and also emailed for support, and generally, they have a very good team. They’re very knowledgeable and they responded to my questions in a very short time, and they also do follow-ups with my questions. Moreover, with Link Interactive's system, I feel more assured about certain security settings. For example, my daughter comes back at 3:30, and with this new system, I will be notified when she opens the door. So I don’t have to call her every day to check if she’s home or not, which is very convenient and saves me a lot of time. Another benefit is that because I installed the system myself, I understand the system better so I can fix it if any issues show up. So I don’t have to call the company and wait for somebody to show up.

I've been using Link Interactive as our home security service provider for six weeks. I had a little bit of problems installing it. Most of it was fine, but I had a problem getting some of the monitors programmed. I think one wasn't programmed correctly or maybe I screwed up the little motion sensors. I called Link Interactive team and they were helpful. I also had an issue with a module that went out, and they quickly sent me a new one and made it easy for me to return the part that was bad. I felt supported when I called tech support.
Since installation, I feel safer. It talks a lot which annoys my husband, like when the door opens, it will say, "Door Open". I'm sure it's the way I have it programmed. It is a little annoying but I know that I can turn it off if I programmed it differently. Whenever it's not armed, I still have it programmed to do things because I might forget to alarm it one day.

Installing the Link Interactive device was not too difficult because they gave guidance so it was not a problem. I am happy with what they are offering, but it's still in the testing phase, whether it will work or not. I've occasionally reported something weird but after rebooting, it's okay. It's too early to judge, but with the experience so far, I recommend it.

My friends and I were talking about alarm systems and one of them showed me the Link Interactive app on the phone. Installation was super easy and when I needed help, I was able to call the 1-800 number, and they were able to walk me through the rest. They are super friendly, courteous and knew what they were talking about. I definitely feel safer and have fewer worries having the system. I sleep better at night. I've used Link Interactive for two months now. It was easy to order and it came really fast. Installing the system was pretty easy too. However, we had one piece that was shipped wrong and they quickly shipped out a new one and sent the old one back. It was seamless and they were very supportive through the process. Since we just moved into the house, we haven't been on the house without the security system, so I'm not sure if it made me feel safer or not because I don't have a real baseline.

My experience with Link Interactive has been good. I really like their product and I have my house full of motion detectors. I'm getting ready to place another order for more stuff. However, I had to take some things back because I didn't think their Plunger product get anywhere as quite what I was looking for with the door. I didn't feel like paying the carpenters to put those things in, which would've been a chore. A lot of door frames, if it's studded, they're four or five 2x4s side by each so that's a lot of drilling.
