I chose Link Interactive because of its monthly price. Everyone there has been great on the phone. When installing the security system, everybody talked me through all my questions. There was a little confusion on the ordering process. I had ordered online through Costco and there's something that got missed. I had ordered more pieces but I got only a few when it was delivered. So I had to order more parts. Another concern was when I triggered the alarm by opening a door, I had no way of turning it off because no one said when I was installing one of my devices or nowhere in the paperwork did it say that you call 111 and put in your three or four-digit numbers. I ended up just unplugging it.
The only thing that doesn't really make sense is how I can fix it when I do the stay-at-home alarm system. The only way the alarm is going to be triggered is if someone comes through the door, but the motion one doesn't trigger because I'm in house. Also, I ordered more signs which were $8, which is not a big deal. I paid up signs for a whole year, maybe they could give a little customer appreciation and give me another sign. When people see the sign, it's the last thing people would want to play with. I could have gone out and just bought one, but I really wanted the real thing. They did give me a discount somewhere when I paid a full year upfront.

We had a daytime robbery when my mom was home by herself. We live in a private and secluded neighborhood and the robbers came in through her bedroom window. She was petrified right down to her bones and her core. I'm not at home all the time so we went out on a search for home security providers on the internet. I located Link Interactive which seemed to be the best option and so I talked to someone in sales. He and I became brothers over the phone. We ordered the equipment. I've never done installing something like this before but I installed the whole nine yards in the house - all the sensors over the doors and motion sensors in every room. Through the salesman and Link Interactive's great customer service, the system's working ideal. It has been an excellent experience with Link Interactive. We're happy with their whole service from A to Z.

I do a lot of business with Costco as a member. I trust their brand, so I went with Link Interactive as my security provider through them. Link Interactive sent me the packet, I installed it myself, then we tested it out before we activated my system. The company activated it, and so far everything runs smoothly. Their team was helpful, and since I installed my system, I’m aware of people whenever they open the door. So far, it's good, and I’m happy with my Link Interactive experience.

One week of using Link Interactive, I think it does what it says it's going to do. Installing it was okay. It wasn't as easy as just putting it up, but it wasn't too bad. The instructions sucked. However, their people has been very good. Link Interactive is a good system, it has been pretty good so far.

I installed it a month ago. Installation was real easy and the device seems to be working well. It's been a good experience so far. I talked to them to get a few things set up and called them to ask some questions before we ordered the device and they were great. I chose Link Interactive as my home security provider because they have an agreement with Costco and they offer special pricing to Costco members.

It was easy installing our Link Interactive security system and the customer support was good in helping me with it. Customer service is outstanding, and I like their people because they are very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. That's what made the biggest difference. It was a great experience.

I first heard about Link Interactive from Costco. I am from the police, I really only need a little cheaper home security service provider. I also want it to be wireless and I want to be able to get it on my phone. I want to be able to get it online and the equipment was very expensive. So I decided to buy Link Interactive three weeks ago and am now using it for a couple of weeks. It could be a little bit more slim and streamlined as it seems a little bulky. Otherwise, it's okay. I feel that there has been no change in my life other than I have to disarm it when I wake up and then arm it when I go to bed.
I called the number that was on the manual and I told them to activate me. Then I got an email about a week later saying that I'm using the system like normal but I'm not active yet, so I don't know where the ball got dropped with that. I responded to the email and I said: “Hey, I'm a little concerned because I talked to somebody on the number I called in the brochure and they told me I was active, and you're telling me that I'm not active.” But they activated me the next day.

I was researching on the different options I had available and it turned out that Link Interactive was compatible with the existing ADT system that I had already installed. So I switched over to Link Interactive so I could reuse 90% of my equipment. Installation was very simple and straightforward. Everybody was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I called up to get help setting up a sensor or ask questions. I travel a lot for work and my wife feels secure at home when I’m not around. The support is great but not much support is needed because the system is easy to work with. It was a great experience from purchasing, installing, and supporting it afterwards. Painless and a very good value.

Link Interactive is a simple system to use and it adds security that I can access it from my cell phone. The process, from purchasing it all the way through installation, was painless. I liked the friendliness of the sales staff and their ability to answer all questions I had. I called them up when I had one question and there was a decent amount of wait time in queue. They also had a callback option, which I opted to use. They called back within 15-20 minutes, but by the time they called back, I already answered my question myself.

I purchased Link Interactive through Costco, so it was a good deal. I prefer to install my own system and I’m a handyman myself so it was not really hard. Their response time was also quick - I was going to shop around for additional sensors and they called right away. They basically provided the security for the house so that meets my expectations. It's something that's good for value. I just hope they are more broad (other than Costco), but I would recommend them.

I've had the Link Interactive system installed for two days, and I'm still on the learning stage. During the installation, everything that came programmed was great. Although I had to get one thing programmed and it is proving to be more frustrating, so I’m still working on it. Link Interactive did all the heavy lifting and programming, which made the experience a whole lot easier for me. So far, everything is good.

I have been using Link Interactive for a month. They had the looks for satisfaction on the internet and the cost is also a few bucks less so I chose them. Their representative was really helpful. I had a few questions and I needed to keep calling a few times but she got it done.

Link Interactive is my security provider for a month now. I saw that they're with Costco and Costco is a reputable company for me so I looked into it and it seemed really simple in the way it was being purchased and how it works. I think it's the cheapest monitoring around, too. It was pretty easy to install: simply take off the sticky backing and stick it on. It works perfectly.
The only problem was with my garage sensor. I went to the support page, told them that there's something wrong with my garage door stealth sensor in that it wouldn’t register. I tried it for a few days and it still won't register, and it’s getting off and on once in a while. They asked for some pictures on my mounting area and which way I placed it, up or down, and then they said that they would send me a new one, which they did. It took them around three days. So they sent me a new one and it seems to be working fine now. It works like it is supposed to work and I hope it lasts a long time. Having Link Interactive is easy and I only have to remember to turn it on and off. We don't get false alarms, so that's another good thing. So except for the problem of my garage sensor, my experience is good with Link.

I went with Link Interactive over other security providers because of the price, technology and the availability of their devices. I heard about them from Costco and we've had them for less than a couple of months. The installation was very easy and they have very friendly support.

My overall experience with Link Interactive is good though I do see a couple of gaps which is different from other security systems. As a provider, Link is good and installation with anything related to the door sensors are fairly simple and no issues. However, when I tried to use the motion detectors, glass breaker sensor, and smoke detectors I need to make some effort. It is not stick and walk away and I wish they made effort to use a simple effort technology like a 3M tape kind of concept so that I can stick it on the wall but they gave screws which I need to drill down the wall and install it.
There’s one good thing and one bad thing with the system. The good thing is if I do turn on the alarm I do get the email that allows me to turn the alarm on. The bad thing is if I walk into the house without disarming the alarm, if I punch the code, it doesn’t inform the central station someone walked in and punched the code. It looks like I have to leave the alarm off and then only then will it communicate to the central station. That’s the deficiency compared to other products like ADT or Guardian. If I turn on the alarm, even if I have the code, if I walk in and turn on the alarm, I might trip the alarm, it will still communicate to the central station saying that someone walked in and tripped the alarm. I expect if I trip the alarm it should call the central station but with Link it doesn't. But other than that, Link Interactive has an excellent team. I have compliments for the work they have done for me and all the suggestions they have provided for me. I would still recommend them.

It took some time installing the Link Interactive security system but I followed the instructions and I finished within a few hours. Using the system makes me feel secure and convenient. I called them one time about a thermostat installation and it went fine. The remote thermostat is very unique and convenient.

My husband started searching on the web for home security systems and he came across Link Interactive and was comparing it and other home security systems. It was very affordable and easy to install for a do-it-yourself instead of having someone come to your house that you don't know. It was very simple and I'm getting used to arm and disarm. It provides good protection and peace of mind. We own the system now, so we can take it with us wherever we want. I think that it's a really good system for the money. From the salesperson to the helpdesk people, they've all been very professional and very helpful. The support has been very good.

Link Interactive's monitoring price was low and it had the components that I wanted. Installing the system was great and easy. However, I'm not done yet since I'm installing it in a place that didn't get very good cellular service. I called Link and they called Alarm.com and both technicians worked with me. They figured out that I needed a new piece of equipment and they're sending that. Installation is still in process, but I had a problem and they worked with me to fix it. I've installed it in my mother's house which we own, but she just moved into a retirement home. Having the system has given us assurance that we're able to keep an eye on the house and monitor it, which has been very helpful. Link Interactive is a good and reliable company. The sales people were persistent without being obnoxious.

We came from ADT and I was concerned because I have never put a security system before, but installing Link was very easy. The staff is cool and great. Everything came the way they’re supposed to come. Every time we called, someone's there to answer questions and if a particular person can't answer a question, then they find someone else to get the question answered. It's nice to be able to arm and disarm and take a look around through the phone which we were not able to do with the old system because it was not appcentric with the Alarm.com app. Everything is effective and easy. Link is a good company and I definitely would recommended them.

The ordering process with customer service in getting my equipment to making some adjustments with technical service to the equipment were aces all around. Link Interactive people are fantastic and very helpful. They were really great on helping me sort out some changes that I needed to make in my system. This is all self-installed and their technical support made it real easy for it to happen. It's super reasonably priced and was just exactly the right thing for me. It gives me peace of mind to have it in place. I'm thrilled and extremely pleased with the system that I got.

I had a bad experience with ADT dealing with the installer coming in to do the consultation so we went with Link Interactive. My experience has been great. It was easy to install the system, and the instructions were basic. I had a very brief interaction with Link Interactive team and they covered whatever we needed to cover at the time. It's been nice having the ability to see when my son gets home from school.

I am working on the installation right now because I thought I had programmed one of the PCs but it's not working, so I’m going to have to give Link Interactive a call. So far their customer service has been good. I haven’t had to call them often, thank goodness, but they answer right away and I’ve never had any issue. Luckily I haven’t had to see what would happen if the alarm went off but my concern is I don’t know what the time response would be because it's a third party thing. But I would recommend Link Interactive.

I like that they're available and I can talk to them every time I call. The only thing I'd suggest is for their customer service to be available on the weekend too.

I saw positive reviews about Link Interactive online and I thought if Costco recommended them, then they also would work for us. But I'm having some trouble with getting it set up. The half hour that they told me it would take to set it up is nowhere close to the 12 hours we've put in so far, possibly 20 hours my husband and I have been trying to get this thing together, with phone calls to the Link Interactive team back and forth. Everybody at Link Interactive has been very pleasant and trying to be helpful, but it's a little bit of false advertising in that it's not anything that they're doing or I'm doing wrong. It's a very complicated situation when I switched my alarm from the old company to Link Interactive wireless. I have mixed experience with Link Interactive - the people have been nice, but they haven't been able to solve all the problems.

I like the listed ratings of Link Interactive, as well as the comparison of cost and features. I've had them for a month now and installing their system wasn't difficult. However, since some of my window sills were metal, I had to wait on some Styrofoam to come and use that because you can't use the magnet on the metal. That would have been better had they included that right off the bat, instead of having to call and get that all taken care of, or they should've inquired in the beginning. It made me have to wait to do the installation and it postponed it by a week. It's not something I wanted to do after working all day and it took a while on the weekend to make sure everything was working.
But they were friendly, very accommodating and took care of my issue immediately. Every time I called, they've been responsive and so far, so good. Since having them, I feel safer and I am depending on it to alert me to anything suspicious. I have recommended Link to other people.

I had gone online and done some research on different home security systems and was comparing them. That's when I first discovered Link Interactive and I thought it was a good deal. I was able to get the stuff placed where it should be but I had an issue of figuring out how the system functions. I called because I was so frustrated and didn't know what I was doing especially when the alarms were going off. The gal that I talked with was so patient with me and helped me through all of it. That's how we discovered that the smoke sensor was defective so she quickly had another one sent to me and I sent the defective one back. Customer service was great. I was really impressed.

I'm new to Link Interactive, but I had a home security system in Alaska, so I'm used to having one. Their individual items were not difficult to install, but it would be good if they would give people more ideas on how to do their entire house like how usually a professional will come and make sure that things are done the right way and where to put the different sensors since I had to guess on that.

We’re on our fourth month with Link Interactive. Their price was reasonable and I liked how their equipment was set up. My step dad did the installation and it wasn’t bad at all. He had a little bit of an equipment issue in one of my doors, but that’s the door’s issue, not the product. Since installing the system, I don’t worry as much. We’ve been travelling a lot and my daughter’s been home. It’s been nice to know that it’s there. I accidentally set it off and they were really nice. The experience has been seamless and reliable. I would recommend them.

I decided to go to with Link Interactive because they were in the top half of some online reviews. The cost per month is also quite low and the hardware cost was known and pretty reasonable. It's hard to get a straight answer on the hardware side of equation in other companies like ADT. The installation was straightforward unlike other services where they would install it for you and pay for it. With Link, you get it yourselves. However there's a little bit of a hiccup that I had. The purchase had to go through Costco. It saves a little money but it wasn't right and I had it redone which took a couple of phone calls.

Cost played a role in making me decide to use Link Interactive. I also read interviews and was able to talk to different companies and liked what Link Interactive had to offer. The installation of the system was good and quick. There were a couple of hiccups, but I went through those, so no big deal. I’m not complaining about it.

Link Interactive is the first home security system I chose. I’ve done a lot of research and I like what they had to offer and the fact that it was more of the DIY setup with a more or less professional-grade system. They were real easy to deal with. Installing the system is fairly easy and any questions I ever had, I just shoot them an email and they’ll get back right to me or call.
I was pleased with my experience with Link Interactive. I got a basement sensor that kept going off. It triggered the alarm every time we opened the basement garage door. I sent them an email and asked them if they could put a delay on it. Within 45 minutes they had replied back and said that they had it taken care of. I checked my alarm panel and sure enough, they had already taken care of it. So that made me happy. Of course it was on a Sunday, which I didn’t expect to have a response back that soon. I have peace of mind ever since the installation. If I’m 500 miles away from home, I know what’s going on and feel a lot better leaving my wife and kids at home. Overall, they’re doing a good job and they’re an excellent company.

Everything is good with Link Interactive's security system as well as their rates. We got our order quickly and their website's user bulletin is good as well. We had a good experience with them although we are facing some problem with our keypad since it's not working and I don't know why.

The only thing that I'm a little bit concerned about Link Interactive is their response time because we set it off a couple of times on accident and we never got a call back from somebody asking if we are okay. Other than that, it is simple and we like it.

I have been using Link Interactive for about eight weeks. I did research on the Internet and a combination of their reviews, monitoring costs and the personnel that I talked to on the phone when I was first gathering information made me decide to use them. The installation was very easy and straightforward with good instructions. Their sales representatives were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. During setup, I had a couple of questions and the person I spoke to resolved the questions very quickly and clearly. With Link Interactive, I definitely feel more secure, especially so when no one is in the house.

I am a big Costco supporter and I found Link Interactive on Costco’s website. They have a guarantee that if I wasn’t happy, Costco would intervene and fix everything or refund my money. It was extremely difficult to install but I was warned in advance because I had existing hard-wired sensors. I don’t think they explained in much detail how difficult it was going to be because it took me about three weeks to install the system. Their representatives are helpful. Sometimes they couldn’t answer the technical questions I was having at the time I went there trying their support. But they are very professional about it and occasionally, they’d have to get back to me. They’d say they’re going to talk to a tech or to a senior tech who’s unavailable and they got back timely.

I chose to go with Link Interactive after doing extensive research on several other companies. My research included reading through 100+ reviews on each company (I chose 5 of the top self-install companies). Link offers everything you are looking for in a modern day security system (full control via cell phone app, cameras, light control, door lock control, thermostat control, electrical outlet control). The sales people were informative, respectful, and A LOT less pushy than the other 4 I dealt with. During the installation, I had a few question and their tech support team was prompt, clear, and concise when helping me with my issues. After the installation, I had questions and they were answered quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The pricing and automated systems made me choose Link Interactive, and I've been using it for about three months now. When installing the system, all I got to do was follow the instructions on the paper. It wasn't difficult at all, and every step by step was great. So far, everything has been running good. We have a pool in the back and every time that they open the sliding door, we're notified. So if we have any kids in the house, we're able to run back there and see what's going on. My only concern is that the sirens should be a little bit louder.

Installation of the Link Interactive was like do-it-yourself. I was really scared at first, but it was nice and easy to set up. The instructional video is good. I have only set up the door and windows, but not the camera. So I have at least two-thirds of it set up, but it's good. I had purchased a system the day before from another company when my co-worker told me about the benefits of Link Interactive and, although the system was slightly more money, the monitoring over the long haul was about $15 a month cheaper so I chose Link Interactive. It's been really simple to set up. It’s just stick on and go and ready to put the system up. Everything came all pre-determined and pre-designated based upon what I had set up for my system. I received an email and then a phone call from the team to help me get the stuff installed and get it active on their system.
There are a lot of things I like about it. Using their software on alarm.com, I installed automated locks and a thermostat and I had a camera system so I can actually get on there and just through my phone, I'm able to set my thermostat and schedule things and unlock doors if I need to and turn the thing on and off. It's been really convenient having a security system and not having to keypunch stuff in a panel. We've never had a security system before and even my wife who is not technically savvy thought that it was super easy, using just an app and log it in, pushing a button, and things are on and off. It's been extremely easy to purchase the system, install the system, and to use the system.

I decided to use Link Interactive because it was the agreement they had with Costco - being able to buy through Costco was important. Since I've installed a security system before, installing Link Interactive was very easy. With my current security device, I am able to see things more from a remote perspective than before. I'm also able to look on my phone and tell whether everything is locked and secured. Those things are extremely important for me.

The overall month-to-month cost is more of a contract than what I wanted, but we chose Link Interactive because the cost was relatively inexpensive for the units that we were looking for. The system was easy to install - opened the box, put things up, and troubleshot a couple of things. I haven't had any problems with Link Interactive.

The system is doing fine though I don't know if the motion detector is working since it doesn't have a light on it. Also, Link Interactive was going to send me a replacement magnet for my front door but I didn't get it yet. I don't know if they sent it to my house or the place where I have the alarm.

I chose to go with Link Interactive because of the reviews I read online and their association with Costco. I’m having problems with getting the motion sensors appropriately set up because of their sensitivity, but other than that, the installation for most of the sensors went well. The reps were very courteous and responsive when I called them because I was having range issues and problems with the tilt sensor on the garage door. Overall, it’s nice to have the knowledge that the house is secured with Link Interactive installed. I'd recommend them.

We have heard about Link Interactive from a friend who uses their service and we preferred to use them as our provider. We use it for business and we have it in our two stores. We've had Link for two months now and the installation was okay. For my wife, everything's going good so far. However, I've had several interactions with Link and the experience has not been good. When we signed up for the service, they said we will get one month free afterward. But we haven't received any free month. I've called and emailed them about it, but I haven't heard anything back. There are still some issues that have not yet been resolved with them. They do not stand behind their product and they are not honest.

I think Link Interactive is a more competitive and a customized security system than other providers. I've been using it for three months now and I find that it's more helpful and peaceful than before. So far, there have been no issues since the DIY installation of the device. It was detailed and had video tutorials. All in all, it's been good with Link. Compared to other providers that charge you to select one package and additions, Link's customized feature selection is very helpful. I can change different options - add or remove.

I like services recommended by Costco and the Link Interactive system installation was a breeze, the videos and documentation that came along with the product were good enough. It gives peace of mind and I like that they don't wait for 30 seconds to make contact, unlike their competitor which has a 30-second window, since a lot can happen in that time.

It was the price that made me decide to use Link Interactive and it's been almost two months now since I’ve started using the security device. Installing it was easy and I've had the chance to get in contact with the Link team. They set up an alarm and I couldn't get the box to work in my bedroom so they taught me how to do that. Another time was how to return a couple of key fobs that we weren't using. On the whole, my experience with Link has been easy. Since installing it, I feel secured although there should be some kind of a word that when it's said, people from Link would know to call the police right away. That would be much more ideal as opposed to a password because if somebody breaks in, has a gun and points it to my head, then I can just say that one word and the police would be called.

I wanted to do the installation of my security devices myself, and Link Interactive was the company that was more customizable for me. Their reviews were good, and I also liked that the monitoring fee was less. Installing the devices was super easy, I had a couple of questions for them when I put my devices in, and the reps were really helpful. When the power went out, their reps called to make sure everything was all right. It’s nice to have the video and fire alarm provided by the system to make sure that my little dog is all right when we're not home. I’d recommend them.

We used Link Interactive over other providers since I trust Costco, and I heard about the company through them. However, installing my system hands on was more complicated than the average does, and their team was not knowledgeable as you would think. Also, my motion sensors don’t even work. I haven’t got around doing it because I’ve already been taking so much time trying to get the main system to work.

When I did a web research about home security systems, I learned that Link Interactive is attainable through Costco. I compared various services and read several user feedback, then I decided to choose them. I had my friend install it for me and it went very well. It was relatively easy and there were no glitches. Their representatives were friendly and helpful, too, when I was in the process of assembling the order and activating the service. Everything was very positive.

I'm overly happy with our Link Interactive security system. I had no major issues installing it although I got stuck on programming the ancillary sensors. I've had to look up YouTube videos to find enough information for me to finish the install which took an hour and a half to do. I've had an old system before and it was setting up that old system that gave me a problem. But so far, it's been good with Link Interactive.

I went with Link Interactive as my home security service provider since I was able to get a discount through Costco. Installing my system was generally pretty good. I had to call them several times, but they were always there and available to answer questions and handle my problems right away. They have a really good customer service. Now, since installing it, I feel the house is more secure and I don’t have to worry about different noises in the night.

I did a lot of research into Simply Safe, Vivint, Link Interactive, ADT, Cox Homelife and I couldn’t find any deal breakers. We went with Link Interactive because of the price and the online reviews. Everything looked right, all the reviews were square, and all the professional install sites had high recommendations. Installing it was easy because they had everything ready to go. All I have to do is install it. They also provided a code to scan on my phone to pull up a video on installation. But in order to get it talking to the central unit, I had to call to make sure that they were aware that everything was hooked up and ready to go, and that went fine. Now that we have it, we feel a lot more safe and secure. I’ve got the ability to remotely view my cameras from my phone or from a browser on a computer which is great.

As a Costco member, Link Interactive cost us a bit less than Frontpoint which was what we were first thinking of. My son didn't have any problems installing it and the alarm has been working fine. When I have questions, I just send an email or go online, submit a ticket, and it gets taken care of. However, my daughter has Frontpoint and they have a really excellent service. With Link Interactive, there was a time I sent an email but didn't get a response from the first representative. When I requested for a return label which was not included in the package over the phone, I had to follow up on it. They sent it to me right away after I did. The few times I called, I was answered completely right away but the other times, I wasn't and had to do follow-ups.

Link Interactive is less expensive and they have more services so I decided to use them over other security service providers. Setting up the system was easy but it took some time, which we didn't mind. Besides, their people were very helpful. Right now, I'm still having a little bit of problems with my garage door opener going off for no reason, but it's been okay. I feel safer and I worry less having the security system.

I've been pretty pleased with Link Interactive. When I first put my motion sensors up, they seemed to be not sensitive enough and I messed with the settings but it's not been a major concern of mine. They're not my favorite part of the system to begin with. After I mounted them and tested the system, I was to go up and tap on them to get them to set off. The main thing I was worried about here is my first security system. I wanted it to be almost like it wasnt there, in terms of having to think about it all the time. But the setup was easy. It's been good and I've liked it. It does what it's supposed to do and it's a lot cheaper than the other systems. I hook it up to my phone and it had all the features I want at a better deal, so it's a no-brainer for me.

I had ADT come in for an installation but after 15 hours in our house, on two different days, they were unable to do the installation using the existing wires. They blamed our internet service as to why it wouldn't work. I told them to leave and get some research. We're a member of Costco, and when I found Link Interactive I realized that it's a reputable company. I had the equipment sent to me and saw that some were the exact same brand and models used by ADT. I uninstalled everything that was ADT such as the control panel, backup battery, cell service and mason lock. I put up Link Interactive and that took me 2 and a half hours to do. There were zero difficulties and it worked perfectly. So if there's going to be review comparing or contrasting Link Interactive with ADT, I'd love to make it clear that Link Interactive was easy to do. I am a lawyer, not someone who deals with wires. So for ADT's trained technicians to be unable to do it is bad.
Another thing is ADT was going to be for $60-something a month, but Link Interactive was $29. There's a big difference. That’s why when the ADT technician was going to come back to our house to get all the pieces I took off and boxed for him, he apologized for being unable to make it work and I told him, "No, I was glad you're incompetent because it saved me a lot of money." Link Interactive's equipment and monthly fee are cheaper. I've also had many different interactions every single time with the Link Interactive representatives. They are pleasant, responsive and helpful. The people from Link Interactive understand questions, know the answers, are direct to the point and solve them. Overall, I'd recommend them to others.

However, when I installed the system, there was one device that needed special treatment because it was mounted on a metal door, which is an odd situation. Unfortunately, there's no instructions for that. But other than that, the installation went well.

We liked the price of Link Interactive and the fact that we get 4 cameras for that price, and all the automation. There were challenges installing it but most of it was pretty straightforward. There needs to be some more instructions or warnings for users to stay away from the exterior walls and we had to hire someone to install the cameras. Since we installed it, it's nice that we are able to see when the kids come and go.

I went with Link Interactive because of the equipment that they use and because they're a pro-consumer-based company. Installation was relatively easy and detailed, and their online videos are excellent. When I called the representatives, they were not able to answer since it was after hours already. It was amazing when the technical support called me back an hour later and asked if I have questions, even without me leaving a message. By then I have I already found the answer on one of the videos they put together online.

There are a lot of good things about Link Interactive and it financially fit our budget. Installing the system was pretty easy and self-explanatory. I liked it a lot except the fact that the alarm itself isn't as loud as it was made out to be. But it's not a bad thing, it gets the job done.

I decided to go for Link Interactive for the savings, the do-it-yourself, and the discount it provided by being a Costco member. I did look at other provider, which is cheaper but they don’t have the automation and the ability to expand. There were no hang ups in installing Link but there were a couple of places that the instructions could've been clearer. I also know it works because I once tripped it accidentally and the voice came on telling me to identify myself. So far I'm getting used to not coming back and raising the garage door before I turn off the alarm. It's creating a new habit for me. Overall, I'm happy and I'd recommend Link Interactive to a friend.

I went with Link Interactive since it was a program that Costco offered and it was the availability of parts that I could just order what I needed. It wasn’t a predetermined package. Installation was very easy and the instructions were very good. The telephone online service was very good as well. However they did program one of the contacts wrong but was able to correct it through their computer system. I’m very happy with Link Interactive.

Costco got a good deal on the Link Interactive equipment and I could put it in myself. Installing was good, I watched all of the instruction videos and they were helpful and very simple. The monthly monitoring fee was not exorbitant, too. With Link Interactive, I feel a little safer.

I first knew of Link Interactive from my daughter and son-in-law who have had the system for a couple of years. We decided to have it as well because my son-in-law knew how to install and program it. They like their system and so he installed it. It was easy according to my husband. We've had it for a month and since then I feel better and more secure.
But we have to be a lot more aware if we set the alarm. For example, if we set it to arm STAY or armed AWAY, then we have to be aware of when we come back into the house. We have a certain amount of time to disarm it and so forth. We were burglarized two years ago and they took quite a bit, so we're on a little heightened alert. Also, when I called them to ask some questions, the representative was very friendly and was able to answer. I'm very satisfied with Link Interactive. It's a very efficient system and it's providing us with a greater measure of security in the house.

I went online looking for local security services in my area. I sent off a request for somebody to contact me and a lady who represented Link Interactive called me. Now, I've been using the system for a little over a month. I did the installation by myself and it was fairly easy. Putting the equipment in was not hard and once I got it in, I called their number and a lady walked me through all the programming. Since we had a different system before Link Interactive, we're used to having it already. I like their system, it works well and I'm very pleased with all the communications that I had. I enjoy it and it's very good.

Link Interactive is a good system. We first tried AT&T and we bought so much stuff. The guy who came to hook AT&T didn't have everything, so it would've cost us more. But the lady at AT&T told us it was exactly what we were buying so we said "You know what, we can't trust you so we're not using you." And then we looked at Costco which had Link Interactive. We like their two-way speaker system and we like that they're very responsive. Every time I call Link Interactive, they answer the phone, unlike AT&T where I've called them about four or five times, and every time, I was on hold. Link Interactive's reps were also helpful. I called a week later after installation to mount my motion sensor and the guy said I needed to tilt it down so I did it and it worked. Now my wife feels very secure with our Link Interactive system. I got it for her and she feels very good about it.

I Googled to see what were the better alarm companies and Link Interactive came up. I called the representative and I liked what I heard so I went with them. I have been using them for about two months and so far, so good. I'm totally happy with the alarm. It's great. I like that I can custom-built or custom-design it and that's the big one for me. I got to put it in myself. The only hard part for me was where to put the head unit. I wanted it mounted on the wall and didn't want the wires hanging so I had to do a bit of electrical lining to get it to look professional. But other than that, the windows and the motion sensors were a piece of cake. I have peace of mind knowing that I can look around through the cameras to see what's going on. I know that the police would be called because when I got a false alarm on, they came by. I know that everything's working and I'm satisfied. I've recommended them.

Link Interactive's system is easy to install, but I had to call back and program it better because the alarm wasn't working at first, but now it is. The only real issue that I had was there was a lot of back and forth - "You're going to get this amount of rebate" and now "You're not going to get as much." There are no set rebates and prices, and their fees are kind of off. But even though there are price changes, my experience has been good. The reps are very nice and the manager is very friendly, and she helped me out. They are accommodating.

I researched everything I could find online about Link Interactive - their rankings and ratings. They had wireless and regular updates. And so through all of that stuff, they wound up in the top three. I purchased them because they had given me the best deal. Installing it wasn’t easy at first. It took me a couple hours to figure out, then I got it. Since installing it I have fewer worries because my ex-wife is comfortable now that my daughter has a security system in my house. I'd recommend Link Interactive. It is hassle-free and it has quality service.

First and foremost, we chose Link Interactive as our security provider because it was Americans that spoke English when I called tech support. I had a couple of minor issues in installing their device, but anytime I needed anything I call them and they help me out so it was very good. Second was the features. It is easier to get in and out of the house because everything is controlled with my phone now. We live in a nice neighborhood, low crime rate, and I thought it was a waste of money, but it made my wife happy.

The deal that Costco had for Link Interactive was what we wanted as it was the lowest price. Installing it was fairly simple. It's been our home security service provider since July. We set the alarm when we leave the house and feel a little safer since we have it. It's good.

We went to a website that ranked the top 10 security systems and Link Interactive was ranked third. I found that their customer reviews were outstanding and had the best ones we saw. Aside from that, we've been longtime Costco members and when we saw that Link Interactive was on their website, that was one of the major selling points on my part.
I also like the fact that I could do it myself. When I installed it, it was easy even though I'm not mechanically inclined. I only had to drill a couple of places because I had two recessed doors and I couldn't use the standard sensors. That was the complicated part of the whole thing. But other than that, everything was a breeze. I also had to go through a learning curve when I ordered some sensors through Costco and some from Amazon. In the case of Amazon, I had to figure out how to put them in unlike that of Link Interactive where they were pre-programmed.
I also made a couple of calls to Link Interactive and they were very good. The most recent one was because we got an email and a call to my cell phone warning us that we had a low battery in our two key fobs - I was surprised because we only had them for a couple of weeks. I have an app on my phone and that tells you exactly when to tell if it’s armed. It comes back and says, "Arm was successful." But with the key fob, you just turn, hit the button and the red light comes on. That's why it's critical to get a good battery in the key fobs because you never know if it took it or not. You could get away thinking it’s on when it wasn’t.
Another reason I called Link was there were magnets missing for our recessed sensors. The man I talked to said he'll send them by mail. Ten days later, the magnets weren't here and I found out that they sent them in a regular legal sized envelope in the post office. I received the envelope with a note that when it reached Salt Lake City (the first drop off point), the envelope was already empty. I think what happened was as that envelope was going down the conveyor belt it got stuck on the rotating drums and got pulled on through the envelope and the magnet stayed behind. So it's kind of funny that somewhere in the post office is a magnet that’s stuck on the conveyor belt somewhere. I had no problem with that since that's understandable, but I called and ordered another one and told them to put the magnets in a box. Overall we've very satisfied with Link Interactive and the system we have is working very well.

I got Link Interactive about a month back. I chose them over others because it is through Costco and they were also providing me the remote features. Other providers were having initial upfront equipment cost, but their monthly contracts were less than $20 and were charging extra for providing control through smartphone. So when I calculated the equipment cost that I paid for Link Interactive through Costco and the thirty-six month contract with Link Interactive by looking at their monthly cost of $30, using Link Interactive's services would have cost me only $200 less.
It has been a very good experience with Link Interactive. They have very good customer service. I got into a situation that I was expecting the equipment before I was leaving out of town and somehow the label was mis-dispatched so it did not come on time. They made sure that I get it within the next couple of days, not charging me anything for delivery or to expedite it. They also helped me to get a couple of months free service for their mistake. Furthermore, the response also seems to be good so far. I went out while my wife was sleeping and I locked the alarm. She walked into the hallway and all of a sudden, the alarm went on. Their team immediately called and verified the identity of the person who tripped the alarm.

My experience with Link Interactive has been fairly positive, and had them for about a month now. We had a couple of hiccups with the installation of the equipment. As it turns out, they sent us a piece of equipment that was faulty but as soon as they figured that out, they got it all squared away. It finally works now. We’re testing all of the windows and doors before we actually set it up. But as far as right now, it's being active. Everyone that was on the troubleshooting team was very responsive. However, my sales rep didn’t answer one of my emails and still hasn’t answered it, so that was not fantastic. But it is a solid company.

Link Interactive's general customer support has been very helpful and friendly. Whenever I've had to call for any type of support reasons, it's been very well handled. Also, we like the equipment itself even though we've only had it installed for about a week - it seems to work very well. Link Interactive was the second highest rated home security service provider online. The first highest was not available in our area so I decided to go with them. We have been using them for about a month now and we feel more secure about everything. Installing the security system wasn't too bad. Some of the instructions that were sent with the box were a bit hard to understand but we were able to get everything done. I've also had several interactions with them and they're all very nice, professional, respectful, and helpful. The only issue is we're having problems with one of the security cameras installed by an electrician. We're going to troubleshoot and should be able to get it resolved but other than that, we really like how everything works.

Installing the device was a little challenging at first, but the phone support folks were helpful and I was able to get it completed. We had another security service provider before, but Link Interactive is a lot better. Nevertheless, Link Interactive is also not as responsive as the one we previously had which would call us immediately when an alarm goes off; sometimes, Link Interactive doesn't even call. Overall, however, it is a great product and of a good value. I would recommend them.

A family member recommended Link Interactive to me, so I went with them since there were no contracts, and they won’t increase their monthly rates unless something happened. It wasn’t difficult to install their devices, and it’s nice to know that if my windows or garage door are opened, I’d get a notification on my phone since I’m in the military and I’m not home often.

Link Interactive has been our home security service provider for two months now. We were with Vivint before but Link Interactive is a lot better. My husband did the installation of the system himself but he did it pretty fast - it seems easy. We did interact with their Customer Service during installation and they replied fast through email - our preferred method of contacting people. We currently have problems with our router connecting to our security cameras but I think it might be a router problem than a camera problem.

The technology, the monthly cost and the experience that I have as a Costco customer made me decide to use Link Interactive over other security service provider. And although I feel just as safe as when I was with the previous provider, using Link Interactive is more convenient because of its smartphone app. I can have more options to activate or deactivate the alarm using the app.
At the beginning though, it was a little difficult to adapt the example provided for the installation of the system. It wasn't exactly what I had at home but once I figured out how to adapt it, the rest was very easy. Once I solved it, the whole installation took me 20 minutes even that I had to install fourteen different things. I also had good interactions with their team when I requested the certificate for the insurance and when there was an error message that the main system did not have cell phone connection. They guide us how to fix it and it got solved.
In general, I had a very good experience with Link Interactive. If I would do it again, my only suggestion is that would it be extremely easier to have someone talking to me for five minutes at the beginning of the installation because it took me an hour to figure out how to solve one little issue. But other than that, Link Interactive is convenient and user-friendly.

I found Link Interactive at the Costco website. I liked the trade-off of capability and the price of the system. When I installed it, it was very straightforward, although I did have one issue connecting the thermostat to the control unit which I emailed customer service about. They responded with the instructions and it went fine. So far, it's been good. I haven't had an awful lot of issues with anything they've done and I would recommend them to a friend who is looking for an alarm with home automation of capabilities.

My brother told me about Link Interactive after he went through Costco and got one of their systems. Installing it was easy - I'm an engineer and my dad owned an alarm system installation company so I didn't have to look at the instructions. However, I called the Link reps when I activated the system and I had an issue. They got on it immediately and it was resolved within five minutes.

Overall, we have been very satisfied with Link Interactive. It is very good and working as advertised. However, I couldn't figure out how to do some of the stuff, but my cousin came to help me mount some of the things. I wasn't able to put up the smoke alarm things so I'm wondering if I can get a refund if I send it back.

Link Interactive had the lowest monthly fees for the equivalent services so we decided to get them to be our home security provider. During installation, I had a hard time finding a few of the access code numbers right off the bat, but it wasn't too bad. The biggest trouble was that I was only able to install the service in the evening. I kept calling to get some help but they were already closed. Maybe expanded hours would be helpful in this regard.

Link Interactive has the most helpful and friendliest tech support I have ever dealt with though on the weekends their wait time is extremely long. I've had a security system before but theirs has the ability to add home automation. I like the ability to automatically control locks like the garage doors and ensure everything is locked in case I forget to shut it if I leave in a hurry, through the security system.

My ADT system was installed and working for three years. When a friend of mine who's a security professional came over and looked at it, it never functioned properly. So I got rid of it and came over to Link Interactive. I did the installation myself and it was easy. The Link team were also very good. I've had them for a couple of months now and everything's good. I like the security.

I’ve had other security service providers and they are fairly expensive to install with the monthly. The deal with Link Interactive through Costco was cheaper and more “do it yourself”, so I thought I’d try it out. Installing the system wasn’t too bad and now I feel safer since installing it. I had to call their reps on certain occasions to fix a sensor or when I had a question about how one particular sensor works, and they were able to help me out. I don't have it that long but so far so good.

We have a shop out back and the business insurance required that we have a security service provider, so we figured we might as well have it for the shop and the house. We've been using Link Interactive for about a month and a half now and so far, it's pretty good. I went for them because of their price and since it was sold by Costco, it must be fairly good. The installation was pretty easy and since installing of the system, I stop at the panel and press the button. With it, I feel safer and more secure.

I did a reverse look up and saw that Link Interactive was rated the best. Also the price was a big thing and the fact that they have something set out to basically back check whether the sensors are working or not, which a lot of others providers don't do. Their products seem to be top of the line and still expanding what they can do.
Installation was pretty amazing. It was very simple to do and it didn't take very much time. I had it up and running in no time although I had to call in to get some of the stuff that I already had in my house that I was trying to work with on a different system. I was able to get that hooked up and working, with a little bit of help from everyone else. My initial contact was really helpful in trying to get me set up. I had some problems with the website - I'd put on more than what I thought I wanted, and when I was trying to take it off of my card, I'd gone too far and it wouldn't let me take it off. So I had to call in to get help on that and he was very helpful in getting the purchase processed. The only drawback was I'm still having issues with trying to get the thermostat set up.
Within a week of installing Link Interactive, we went on a vacation. And it was a really good peace of mind there because I was able to check out, turn on and off a couple of lights that I had set up on little GE modules. It made me feel I was able to take care of the house from elsewhere. It seems to be going well so far and I've recommended it to most of my neighbors.

My son, who also has Link Interactive, helped install the system for me and it seemed very easy. We got in touch with their team when my son was trying to set up the heater. The problem was at our end but Link was able to guide him and that helped a lot. Then I had a couple of windows alarms that would keep going off - they were a little bit too separated - but Link's team definitely called right on-time and were on-target. When the alarm goes off, they are very prompt to call. They also provide guidance as well as being very reassuring, able to follow steps and instructions on both ends when its needed. I feel more reassured now that I have the system. It's a good heads-up when the doors open and close, especially when grand kids try to sneak out.

I was doing a research online about the different security companies when I came across Link Interactive. I was excited to find it in Costco because I'm a faithful Costco shopper, I figured if they were there, they had to be good. I signed up in July but was only able to activate the security system about two weeks ago because I was doing repairs on the house and it was so dusty. I was surprised it was so easy to install the security system because it was already configured when I got the equipment.
There were slight changes that I had to make and it only took a phone call. It was mainly, when I go from one room to another, it would let me know where I was, like room 1 or room 2, and they were able to remove that. And I really like the smartphone feature where I can control and see everything from my phone. Link Interactive has been absolutely remarkable. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. In fact, I'm going to talk to them about Link Interactive when I see them this weekend. It's a breath of fresh air.

All the top reviews that I have seen made me decide to go for Link Interactive to be my home security service provider. I had somebody help me do the installation and I wasn't that involved, but it went pretty quick and efficiently. It's very convenient to have. One time we had a false alarm and their team called me up. Aside from that, their staff answered every question and were very easy to work with as well as customer service-oriented. They're a good group and we're happy with them.

I found Link Interactive on the internet and it had the same rating as the one that they're advertising on television that was number 1. Ever since having them, I haven't had any problems at all, though I had to call the guy up to see if it was connected. The security system works fine and in fact, the bell rings when you open the door, so it's great. Overall, it's no problem to install at all and the people that I talked to on the phone were good.

I first heard about Link Interactive when I was on a website where they talked about alarms. And because of its price and features, I decided to order the service sometime in July. It's definitely a better value. There were maybe 1 or 2 companies that were a bit cheaper, but they did not have the technology or the features that Link Interactive had. The installation was not really easy, but I'm technology savvy so it was a piece of cake. I once had to contact customer service because I had one small problem. But they were super quick ans basically, we were able to resolve that over email. But even after the installation of the security system, I never really feel safer. I have one issue with my front door sensor and I keep thinking that I'm going to wake up in the middle of the night from the alarm going on. But it's not a weak system and I definitely recommend it to someone.

I was a little hesitant to get them in the beginning, since they had less marketing and I'm not seeing many neighbors installing Link Interactive, but I read a lot of reviews over the internet and I got comfortable that I can go ahead with Link Interactive. They have very good features and the prices are the best - what we get for $45 from their competition, they give for $30. It's the most value for money. Installation of the system was pretty easy and straightforward, too. We've been using the system for two to three weeks now and since we have to remember to disarm it before leaving the house, we surely feel more secure. That's why I have recommended Link Interactive to many of my neighbors.

I decided to purchase my alarm from Link Interactive because I have a Costco membership and because I trust them more. It worked out for us and the representatives handled my calls quickly. I called to ask for some support and my question was answered to my satisfaction, so there weren't any difficulties. Installing it was pretty easy, except I had to make some adjustments along the way as I figured it out. It took longer than anticipated, but overall it was simple. I have used the system for about a month now and we definitely feel more secure. My husband was worried about accidentally setting off an alarm, but that hadn't been an issue at all. They are less expensive and worth it so we're really happy with Link interactive.

I bought the Link Interactive system last August from Costco. I chose them because of the peace of mind you get when you're buying something from Costco. Installing the Link Interactive security system took me probably an hour. It was already programmed when it got shipped to me, and all I had to do was to mount them where I wanted them to. There were some old sensors that I needed to work with the system, so I called them and they guided me how to do it. It was like a quick 15-minute call and we were done. You can arm it off your smartphone and don't even need to carry the remote or even need the keypads. It is easy to operate. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with them, and when I asked them to call me back, they were right on time. It's a good company.

Link Interactive was easy to set up once I got the hang of it. There's just a few things that I had to do with the door moldings where I have to cut away to make it fit, but it wasn't difficult. We've used Link for a bit and it seems to be working fine although I haven't used the Image Sensor that takes the photo yet, so I should find out how to use it.

I initially went with Link because it does a self-test to make sure that the unit in the house is working. But my experience with them got off to a rough start. When we installed the alarm, we were not able to disarm the unit, so we were stuck in our house. We had called Customer Service multiple times, and nobody called us back which was upsetting. My husband was able to bypass the alarm otherwise, we would have been stuck in our house all day. The customer service was definitely lacking and it could be better.

AT&T was our previous home security service provider and we got robbed while we were with them. I looked up other providers in the internet and came across Link Interactive. It's been five weeks that we've been using them so far. They gave clear installation instructions so my husband didn't have any real problems during installation other than trying to figure out how to fit some of the corner-mount monitors.
I called their team to find out if the alarm company will have a certain name displayed when they call during an alarm, so that we know it's them calling as when that previous robbery took place a blind 800-number called me but since I didn't know who it was, I didn't pay attention to it. I found out from Link Interactive though that the call is still going to come from an 801-number, but since I don't know anybody else in Utah, it's probably going to work fine. If the alarm is turned on and off, I get an email that tells me the exact date and time it was activated. With Link Interactive, we've been able to take a trip and feel very comfortable because we were watching our phone.

I'm using another security provider for my business right now and decided to try somebody else to see if it's any better. I found Link Interactive that is provided by Costco and have it set up in my house. They have better equipment and I like the product. The installation was fairly simple and I feel much safer knowing that the alarm is set since my family and I work all day. I also set it up in my mother's home because she's elderly and she lives alone. So far, everything's good - we haven't had any incidents.

Our Link Interactive has been activated and my experience has been good. It's been working very well. The only issue I have is I got the system because I wanted to make use of my old analog wired system that I have and they were able to do that with the special key switches afterwards. But I noticed that half the house, the sensors do not work. It's going to cost me a couple of hundred bucks to get new sensors for the system downstairs where the sensor doesn't trigger the senior system. But overall it's as I expected and it's pretty good. I'd recommend them.

Link Interactive is very nice. Everybody was very helpful and Ashley is one of them. She was fabulous, patient, kind and persistent. As an older person, it was a challenge to get everything figured out. I was worried about drilling a hole through the smoke detectors and the motion sensors. I love having the remote ability because when I left home and we went away for three days, I forgot to arm the alarm and I was able to do it from my laptop, that was great. It went very well. Overall, I like the service very much.

I heard about Link Interactive through a friend who had gotten a security system from them and we've been with them since July. As Costco members, they offer us a decent price. Installation went well, although we had some issues with some faulty sensors and wrong equipment being sent. And my main frustration was that there was no way to purchase additional equipment through the website. There were also a few miscommunication with the reps but every time I spoke with them, they were very friendly and made every attempt to help. Luckily, I'm excessively patient so we were able to work things out. Now, I feel safer having the system and I like that I can monitor, enable and disable it with the mobile app.

I like Link Interactive's access point and price points so I got their security system. Installing it was surprisingly easy. The majority of work is done before they ship it out so setup was a breeze. I've been in a gated community for many, many years and I downsized so I'm out in the open. I didn't lock my doors before. With Link Interactive, it's comforting that it gives you an alert if anything opens. I like the cameras, too. I could take a look to see what's going on. I also didn't notice then but I notice now that their customer service is pretty much top notch. With quality product and exceptional customer service, what more can you ask for?

I decided to use Link Interactive because my neighbor told me about it and I like the automation. I like being able to control everything from my phone or iPad. Installation is simple. I first heard about Link Interactive online. I have them as my service provider for about a month and the installation was relatively okay. Some of the instructions could be a little bit clearer but it was okay. Some of the things were pretty easy like the door and window sensors. I just wish they would have given more direction on other sensors since they were a little bit more challenging so we had to keep looking at the online video several times. Every time I've talked to their team, they've been friendly. I spoke to them when I was inquiring about purchasing the system. I feel safer since I've had it.

My 9 year old son has anxiety issues, most of which involve the spot of a burglar or something coming into the night. So I went and purchased security systems from Link Interactive since they had a good deal on the initial cost of all the equipment and sensors and they also have a pretty good monthly rate. I like that it was through the cellular network and that I didn’t have to have a phone line, power, to get that type of stuff. Installation was painless, peeling off double sided tape and sticking stuff on the door, window, or whatever the case maybe.
Lee at customer service has been great. We had several phone calls, multiple emails. I’m sure I’ve asked them the same questions multiple times and he was very pleasant, nice and patient with me. He didn’t try to shove anything down my throat as far as having extra equipment or anything like that. Very professional. I was very impressed. It’s only been two weeks, but the Link Interactive system has been comforting to him and helped put his mind at ease. I’d recommend them.

I went with Link Interactive because of its cost and features. Installing the system was fairly easy. When one of the sensors was defective, Link Interactive was great in troubleshooting it and sending us a replacement. Their salesperson answered all of our questions and he was really thorough. When we had to call him back with the defective device, they were really great at helping us out as well. Overall it was a very good experience. Everything worked as smooth as I expected it to based on other reviews and expectations of the company.

I was researching several systems but since I do a lot of business with Costco, I researched Link a little bit more, compared the results of the cost versus what they got and I was happy with it. My wife told me about Link Interactive and it was cheaper than other companies that we were looking at that offered the same features. We've had it now for less than a month and it's been great, not difficult at all. The only question that I had were easily answered by the tech line number that was provided in the kit, and that was because I didn't realize that all the sensors were already programmed so I was making it more difficult than it actually was. Other than that, I was able to do all of them myself. Ever since having their system, we feel safer (even though we're not in a bad neighborhood). The main reason we got the system was to give my wife peace of mind because I work late nights sometimes, and she's with the kids by herself. It has definitely brought peace of mind to our family.

I'm going on my second year with Link Interactive. I've had it at a previous home, but I sold that house and bought a new one, so I signed up again with Link. Since I like doing things myself, I enjoyed setting it all up. The installation is simple, although you might have to call them for a couple of questions, but anyone can install it. And Link has great technical and customer service so I've had zero problems with them. Ever since having their system, I definitely feel safer and more confident. I like that I can monitor it from my phone, so when something happens in real time, I know when something goes wrong. Overall, Link is great, very cost-efficient and easy so it's a highly recommended security system.

100% Satisfied. Not something I say very often. Decided to reactivate my alarm system. Shopped a total of 3 major companies, one of which, a large national I had used before. Link Interactive didn't try to upsell or strong-arm me, I got great advice from them and my questions were answered fully. The equipment delivery almost could not have been faster (did the install myself... simple and easy - had to "rate" the install service, not to was not an option but the rating has no bearing in my case...). Good state of the art equipment. Overall best value out of the 3, easiest group to deal with, and on the ball. Highly recommend them to anyone and intend to use them for commercial applications that I have.

Four years ago, I was looking for an alarm system online because we were starting to travel a lot. I wanted one that was wireless because I don't want to run wires through seven doors that go into or out of the house, plus Sicilian windows. I also wanted the door lock to integrate to the control panel so when I unlock the front door, it turns the alarm off. So I was on the cutting edge of all that technology. I found Link Interactive and absolutely love them. I even went out and visited the headquarters in Utah. Installing their device was simple - a 12-year-old could have done it. I've had the alarm go off a couple of times inadvertently and they were instantly on the phone. I've had new equipment and they've helped me integrate it into the system. I look forward to continued peace of mind knowing that they have my back.

I like the way the system was self-installation. There's plenty of information given and it was very straightforward. The only hard part was mounting things and putting screws in the wall. I also like that it uses a cellular connection, so I never have to worry about the power going in or out and I can monitor it from my phone. Link Interactive is easy to use and monitor. For someone who's never used a security system before, it is great. I'm also going to give the highest compliment to the sales group that I worked with. They've been exceptional and walked us through everything. I have recommended Link Interactive to a lot of people.

The installation of my Link Interactive system was easy for the most part - instructions were good and computer programming was done well. I had a number of ongoing issues with the motion detectors, so I opened cases with their reps and worked on it. They were very helpful and eventually ended up replacing one of the units so it went pretty well. Overall, I had excellent service, good product, and good end result from Link Interactive.

I have been with Link Interactive security system for 5 years. I first heard about them through a friend and it worked fine. Installation was very straightforward and easy. I installed it myself. I put the sensors in where I decided I wanted them. Put everything in, including the control center and when it was done, I called them, they turned it on and that was it. They're user friendly, very easy to talk to somebody if you need some advice, some help or changes, good company.

We found out that Link Interactive was one that Costco had used and trusted so we chose and had them since December. The reps are really great. Every time I call and talk to them, it's usually the same people that we talk to on a regular basis, so you build a rapport with the people you're talking with. They walk you step by step and they're really nice. They call if there's something going on and they're pretty good. After the security system got installed, we feel a lot safer now. One of the features that we love was that when the alarm goes off, they actually talk to you and they could hear what's going on, so that listening technology is really neat.

Link Interactive's DIY security system is an outstanding product. It was easy to install and the support was excellent if I had questions so anyone who has concern about the do-it-yourself aspect of it probably shouldn’t be because their support is there and it comes pre-configured. If you just take a little time and follow the instructions, it all goes together fine. I bought a few extra, like a couple extra thermostats and things that are a little more complicated than sensors and all of that is working beautifully and I can do it all online, too.

We use Link Interactive for investment properties because of the fact that I can take it mobile and I don't need an internet connection. During installation, it was fine and for the most part easy except we had one defective unit so that was not a pleasant experience. Their customer service reps took back the defective unit and replaced it immediately. Overall, Link Interactive has both great customer service and alarm solutions.

Overall, we're happy with Link Interactive. We just moved into a new home and transitioned our system over to a new house. So there are a few things I should set up again after I get them all hooked up. And so time will tell how simple it is to hook up a second time. Things considered, my overall experience with Link Interactive is good. I categorize them as Midwestern good people dealing with a lot of problems and doing it the right way. I had a lot of issues trying to integrate with the previous alarm system and that was extremely frustrating. In fact, it literally took up an aggregate of 15 hours of my life, maybe more. When you get it all set up, it's a good system. But it would be easier and simpler if it's done as a brand new, fresh install and not try to integrate it with the old alarm system.

I came about Link Interactive when I googled and there was a forum about it. There was also a special at Costco. I have used Link Interactive for a year or so. Installing the security system through Alarm.com was awesome. We've had a few false alarms and Link Interactive talks to you through the little controller. They're very nice. If they see something that's not right, they're calling or emailing you depending on what they feel the severity is. They're really on it. They also sound like family. Since installing the system, we feel a little bit more secured. It's nice to know that we know what's going on when we're away from home. With the systems that we have, we are able to check on our pets, monitor the temperature, etc. It's a good thing. You should get one.

It's easy to install the Link Interactive security. The systems that I got from them were already pre-programmed to the control panels, so it was just plugging them in and ready to go. And then add a few of my own ones that I got myself. I've called the customer service a couple of times and I ended up buying a few systems myself so I added a Z-Wave blocks. It wasn't automatically uploading to their interface so I had to call them. They took care of me within and answered the call pretty rapidly, less than about one to two minute wait.
I added a garage door opener, which I also had to call them because I wasn't sure how to add it to the account. And they also got into it within a minute or two of being with them on the phone. It's been a great experience. The price is wonderful compared to some of their competitors, and its simple to install and use. And I love being able to use my cell phone for everything I need to take care for my house. I would definitely recommend it.

It's been six months since we started with Link Interactive. Their system is very user-friendly, particularly during installation. Also, I ordered some replacement magnets so I called Customer Service. The phone call was answered immediately and they shipped them very quickly. I'm very pleased with the product and I feel more secure having it.

Link Interactive has been our service provider for a couple of months. The system is flawless and it's a great experience. We love our system and we found it easy to put in. I called Customer Service a lot for questions and their reps are extremely friendly. I think their customer care, process, and attitude is just superior - it's a wonderful experience. They're always available to help and responsive, they call you back right away. They don't act like you're interrupting them. I feel safer since having their security system and we're looking into buying the second one.

The panel went bad and was completely blank and wouldn't do anything so I called them and they decided to send me a new panel. They were going to get it to me in two days. But since I'm a 70-year-old woman living by myself I told them I really would appreciate it if I could get it sooner than that. So they did it overnight and I got it but then after that, a couple of things about it wouldn't work.
Security part of it worked fine but the Z-wave stuff didn't. Called them so many times and it wouldn't work until finally someone who was very nice and very understanding called me and tried to help, said I got to send them some information to make it work so finally they got some of the Z-waves to work but now the geofence wouldn't and it had worked before.
They kept giving me different things to try and I get tired of wasting gas, running all over to come back to see if it would work. They told me I needed to set the geofence at two-and-a-half miles to make it work (where on the other one it was at one mile). I didn't understand but I went ahead and set it a two-and-a-half miles anyhow and it still didn't work... After trying that for a while, I'm tired and frustrated so I just gave up. I just don’t use the geofence...

We are so sorry that you have had a few bumps and your geo-fencing continues to not work correctly. We really do appreciate your patience as we have tried to fix this issue.

I've had Link Interactive for two months now and it was a straightforward installation process. If I had any questions, customer service was always on top of it as far as being able to help. Moreover, I was very impressed with the fact that when I put my own system and one of the pieces I ordered wasn't the right choice for my situation, they were more than willing to send it back and give me credit. Also, I needed some spare magnets to be able to keep my windows in an open position and still arm it, and they sent them out without charging me.
