On my day off I spent several hours on various websites, yours is the best. Most choice in all categories. My only question is whether my lamp is new or open box. The prices of the two (with promo coupon) are the same. I want a new one, not open box, and a safe delivery. The lamp looks very delicate. You're a good company to do business with.

Can not get products to load. How am I to shop your site with no pictures? When you are on the product page it is fine but the pages with categories of products just do not load. I was looking for a certain chair on Google and found you had the second best price. I know you. I bought you. But I could not shop your site and find anything. Bought a lamp somewhere else. The situation has been like this for months.

Easy to use website with helpful product description. Excellent quality and compares more than fairly for quality and price comparisons. Helpful return policy when one product arrived damaged and was returned after warranty period due to my contractor's delays in installation.

Searched long & hard for the right fixture to go over our dining room table. Having the option to see it in my room over my table was a big help. Even though I wasn't looking for one, I'm glad that I will have a fountain in my new home too.

I ordered 3 Kichler mini pendants. 3 came with missing parts. I ordered the replacement parts and FIVE days after my order, they cancelled it. Said my only option was to order new pendants and return the others. Fine. But there is NO WAY lamps plus can expedite the new ones. So now it looks as though I'm 2 weeks into this and will most likely not have my pendants by Thanksgiving.

The chat person's help was excellent. Answered my questions and helped by looking up some things I wanted to know. It is an easy to use website with a great variety of different products. I found something close to what I wanted, not exact, but close. Thank you. I tried to use a discount code but was unable to do so. That was the only disappointing part.

I purchased a Fanimation Spitfire Matte Greige Outdoor LED Ceiling Fan from you four years ago. The LED needs replacement, and I learned today that I have to pay $140 for a completely new lighting unit. This is excessive for an LED! I understand that the manufacturer figged it this way, but I feel betrayed by LampsPlus that I was not informed how expensive the bulb replacement would be. Will I need to spend another $140 every four years to have a functional lamp?!? This is insane!

Tired of looking at the same old, same old models available elsewhere, I found something more fun & aesthetically pleasing. Ordering was easy & fast. Have yet to receive it, so I cannot share photos or further comments. FYI - I would have preferred an oblong (oval) shape but like what I found.

So far, my experience has been a good one, I am still to see how long it takes for the merchandise to be delivered to me and see the lamps I ordered to see how accurate they are compared to what it is shown on the website. I have purchased many lamps at your store locally and online. Today, I found it frustrating when searching for lamps. There is nothing to let me know there is a similar lamp with a different finish. When you select 'more like this' it only provides you with the finish you already were looking at but a different style lamp.

Tried using two of your direct marketing promo codes, for exclusive brands, only to find out that literally every exclusive brand is excluded from the promo. Also internet only items should state such, so I don’t waste time calling a store for stock availability.

The $20 extra charge is shipping and "processing" is unfair. I mean, that's one eighth the price of the lamp itself! Is "processing" supposed to mean "handling but more expensive"? I understand that shipping and handling is a cost, even though most places I buy from offer free shipping; but $20 to call it "processing"?

I just purchased a gorgeous Possini glass table lamp at an incredible price. Lamps Plus is always the first place to check for any lighting needs. My dining room chandelier is a Franklin Ironworks stunner I purchased several years ago and still love it.

I utilized the online chat to find a complimentary pendant light after finding the wall lights I wanted for the front of my house. I received several ideas almost instantly and was easily able to make my selection. Regrettably, I failed to also select a flood light for the back of the house, so I will have to place another order, which I will definitely do through Lamps Plus.

Hi view in room was a bit disappointing. The resolution of the product is pretty bad and there is no way to add additional lights. I wanted to see how the two pendents would look in my kitchent but it was only possible to add a single low resolution pendent.

Just ordered a set of table lamps I have been "eyeing up" for the past month or so. The ordering process was a breeze. I decided to take a chance on the "open box" item to take advantage of the discounted price. I am recently divorced and starting all over again so I am trying to save a dollar whenever I can. 3rd time ordering lamps. At first I didn’t like the fact I had to assemble the lamps once they arrived. I’m used to it now and it’s a small price to pay for such nice lamps. The prices are super reasonable, and the number of selections is awesome. I always buy sets, and no complaints to date. Love purchasing items I don’t see everywhere else. I ordered two lights, for a total of $239. It seems to me that shipping should be free, on that amount. The company charged only $10 per light, so that's not a lot. Also, be aware that there is a restock fee on some lights, if you return them. In general, the products that they are sell are good, and priced well.
Lamps Plus Open Box orders do not qualify for Free Shipping, they are sold at a discounted rate, and must undergo an extra inspection. If your return falls within our 60 day return policy, we will not charge a restocking fee on items purchased that are part of our regular assortment from a Lamps Plus store, in-store kiosk or online at LampsPlus.com. Amber light bulb. For light fixtures we purchased from Lamps Plus. We want to have extra bulbs on hand just in case any of the original fail. We looked for these bulbs at ACE Hardware and Home depot neither had these.

I'm usually satisfied with the quality and price of products sold by Lamp Plus, however the price of the item purchased increased by $50.00 in one day. I gave 3 stars because free shipping was offered which offsets some of the price increase.

This light is absolutely gorgeous!! I bought one just recent and had to come back for another. If you're trying to make a statement in your bathroom this light will do it! The mirror backing reflects the light and the lights are bright. Beautiful design.

So far, I’ve placed 3 orders with Lamps Plus: one for outdoor lighting, one for a chandelier, and now one for a light fixture for my breakfast area. In every case, the prices have been reasonable, the product quality good, and shipping relatively quick. The one time I had to contact customer service, the response was quick, courteous, and helpful. Will definitely purchase again from this company and have already recommended it to several friends.

I bought 7 of these 2 years ago (8F061 - MVP White Single Under Cabinet LED Puck Lights). They were rated 50,000 hours, but 2 of the 7 lights failed after less than 1000 hours. Not happy at all about wasting money on these very expensive LED lights, and also not being offered any type of discount to replace them!

Hi! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I wanted to see a "Favorites" icon next to the lamps that come up on the search results view. I didn't want to have to click into the lamp details in order to Save it. I think that would be a nice little addition. Thanks!

We ordered lights for our bathroom over the mirror, and we were extremely happy with the product. We have since order lights for the bathroom ceiling and the hallway. When the lights arrived the box was not damaged which means a lot. When we remodel the guest bathroom, we will purchase them from Lamps Plus.

Very misleading when all the coupon sites show active coupons for September 2022, but none of them are valid. In today's world, the consumer needs to feel like there's a good reason to shop on this site, as opposed to others - which are more customer-friendly.

I've purchased from Lamps Plus before. I like their selection of LED bulbs. Today I needed a couple 3-way bulbs, to replace ones in the house that've burned out. I appreciated being able to choose between various "colors" - bright white light at 5000K, softer at 3,000K, and "warm white" at 2700K. *** The reason I took away a star, was b/c I found the process of ordering multiple units was a little confusing. In the cart, when I increased the # from "1" to "3", instead of showing "3" by that item, it added a whole new line, of the same item x2, which of course adds up to 3 when added to the initial entry. I found this confusing enough to delete that item and try again, same thing happened. Not wrong exactly, just kind of confusing the way it's set up to reflect changes.

While updating house lamps I ran across Lamps Plus online. Their prices seem to be very competitive with an incredible selection compared to brick and mortar stores. The 5 lamps I ordered arrived very quickly and were extremely well packed. I was not disappointed with any of them. I have placed an order for another lamp.

I have placed many orders with Lamps Plus over the past year. I find the website easy to use after entering appropriate filters. The selection is vast, quality excellent, and prices good. I am a retired designer/project manager in the residential market dealing mostly in kitchens and baths. I wish I knew about LAMPS PLUS back then.

Given the requirements I set - floor lamp with LED, torchiere and reading light. The price was reasonable. I haven't received the lamp yet, so I don't know if the reading light will be sufficient for me, an over-80 year old, who needs stronger reading light than I once did. The lamp will be right for a guest bedroom though.

The picture shows a long downrod for the ceiling fan I bought. I didn’t realize that it only came with a 6” rod. Other fans I’ve bought years ago came with 6-18” rods. Even that would have worked for me. Disappointed that I bought an expensive fan and got such few options with it. Took forever to get an electrician here and now had to send them away to wait for a longer down rod. Partially my fault for not reading more and trusting the visuals. So you get three stars, not five.

It was very difficult getting the order done because the system kicked out all my credit cards. Customer Service thought it was an issue on my credit card end, but it was not. I went into my accounts and updated the card, but still couldn't get the system to take my cards. I finally finished the order with PayPal.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Martha O. She spoke to me over the phone and I was able to send her a photo of my room and she added the ceiling fans to the room so I could see the size difference. When I did it, I could not get the right size of the fans to tell which size would work best. She was really helpful, quick turn around time and really nice to speak to. So happy I called and was able to speak to her. I probable would not have made the purchase without her.

Beautiful fan and light fixture. I am happy to find this fan/light. The only thing that keeps me from rating five stars is that I chatted with a designer for recommendations on damp-rated light kits and specified that it was for a porch. She suggested one that I had already looked at that is not damp-rated. I think she should be more familiar with the products, as finding one damp-rated is the only reason I needed help.
Hi - we apologize for any confusion with the fan recommendations. Just to be clear for other readers, for outdoor spaces you can use a damp rated design if the fan will be installed on a covered porch or patio where it will not be directly exposed to rain and the elements. For direct exposure you would want a wet rated fan. Wet rated designs can also be used on porches and patios. I have purchased from Lamps Plus before and was completely happy with my purchase. We needed two more, but I couldn't determine if they were dimmable. I purchased an outdoor fountain through Amazon from Lamps Plus. Due to the area we live in this fountain can only be used about 3 - 4 months out of the year. After one season of running it the base completely fell apart, it's like Styrofoam. I have pictures of this fountain and the quality is pathetic. Lamps Plus at first was pleasant to work with, then all of a sudden I was ghosted and they refuse to respond. They claim it's out of warranty though I argue it's defective. The quality of this product is junk!!!! Again, I have pictures I'm happy to share. Save yourself money!!!! Do not purchase any "outdoor" fountains and buyer beware, the company doesn't stand behind their products!!!!!

Inherited my mom's 1949 floor lamp. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the mover and the glass shade inside and the bell shade were broken and torn. I'm so glad I found replacements. It was a relief to know I can still use the lamp that is a year older than me.

If you have a return or exchange you have to pay for shipping. On a medium sized lamp the shipping via USPS was $120 via UPS it was $97. Most other companies pay for the return shipping. In some cases this was the entire cost of the lamp.

I wish the other items I had been holding in my shopping cart I could have saved for later instead of having to remove it totally from my shopping cart before I could purchase the two items I did... Great selection of wall sconces. I was surprised of the various finishes and the shade selection, it was nice also. There was a great selection of the available styles. It would be more helpful to have more filters added to the table lamp section (and perhaps other areas that I have not explored), as an example, I was searching for table lamps with rectangular shades but that filter did not exist. The online chat went well and was professional. Unfortunately, your computer system obviously does not cross reference a sloped ceiling adapter for the Predator fan I was purchasing. I bought the fan and will come up with a way to proceed with the installation once it arrives.

The website needs some work on when you view an item and go back. It goes to the top of the page and you have to review the whole list again. Also, you are only allowed to do one filter at a time. I wanted to compare 2 different brands and had to put them in my cart and then delete them.

Carmela ** and Stephen ** were very prompt in answering my email and sorting out my light bulb issue. I was trying to use a non-dimmable light bulb in the mother and son lamp, when I was suppose to be using dimmable bulbs. I have since ordered, from Lamps Plus, the correct bulbs as listed in the lamp's description. I never had a dimmable lamp before and was unaware of the different types of bulbs.

Good product choices, availability, prices. Pictures could be better - many products have no photos of product in use/installed. Please enable "like/favorites" feature as an on/off heart visible everywhere I look at the product - even in shopping cart. They get back to you and one gentleman followed up with me after my order was complete just to be sure I was good. Recently I had an order in the system as I was soaking on what lamps I wanted to purchase and this Company calls you back to see if you have questions if there is a pending orders. Their operators are extremely helpful with sizing, etc. They called me a few years back cause I had a pending order and that man too was a doll to deal with... I purchased the 60" Casa Montego Teak Celing Fan and love it. I needed a downrod since I have a catherial ceiling and thought I could purchase one local. However, I found out only the one from Lamp Plus will fit with the correct threads etc. I entered the chat room and got the best customer service I think I've ever had. The lady "Merine" was most helpful. She sent me a link to the rod I needed and it was on order in less than 5 minutes! Thank you Merine and Lamp Plus.

I don't often write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I own a lovely Lucite lamp that needed a new shade. The original shade ordered did not fit. Returning was very easy with assistance of customer service. I then received sizing assistance to try a new shade. The lamp shade arrived three days ago. The packing could not be more meticulous. The shade fit beautifully and made the lamp look new. I was so pleased that I had to look for another lamp we needed, and just ordered it. I was debating using a credit card or Sezzle...I was approved for Sezzle, but I decided I didn't want the payment arrangements, so I was able to return to Lamps Plus' website with no problems and complete my order with my bank card. I matched my items by the written product description only, as the pictures did NOT match. I have four items ordered that need to match exactly, but the photos on your site made it impossible for me to be sure that they would. Your photos did NOT match. It's a lot of money to spend on items and getting what I need in reasonable time is important to me. I'm hoping that the items are exactly as described and that I won't have to return them and start the shopping process and waiting all over again.

I've known Lamps Plus for years. My family use to be in the lighting business and have had discussions with the owners of the business and it was clear they try hard to get the best product for the best price for their customers. We are no longer in the lighting business. This is the first time I am buying lighting retail. I don't live in California but when it came time to purchase lighting I thought of them and wanted to support their business because of their attitude toward their customer's needs, and drive to provide a good product.

I went into the Denver location on Colorado Blvd to get assistance with a ceiling light I wanted to buy. Andre there was extremely helpful and I feel like he went above and beyond to assist me. The overall experience was good, as well was the support. I was unhappy with the shipping & processing fee. I feel it is bogus, & uncalled for. I understand that it is discounted product that has been used to some point, don't discount it as much & get rid of the charge. Leaves a bad taste giving than taking away.

Started placing lights in my cart about two weeks ago. Kept changing my mind so would add a few more lights and delete a few. This went on until I finally had all my choices and I was ready to check out. Everything was in the cart that I wanted to order which made checking out so easy. Most websites only keep items in your cart for a couple of days. If you don't order in a timely manner then they empty the cart and you have to find the items again. Not Lamps Plus! I have received two of the lights so far and they are beautiful. Looking forward to receiving the rest and enjoying them in my new home!

The only push back I would say is there was no opportunity to place a coupon code in at the time of checkout. Specifically I had received a coupon code of ** for a $15.00 discount and yet there was no opportunity to apply. Very disappointing.

Your system kept telling me my phone number wasn't valid even though it was perfectly valid. Your engineers need to do some due diligence. You're lucky I love the lamp and keep trying. This is really unacceptable.

It was the worst mistake I ever made, thinking I had made a great choice for elegant lighting, but I am always in the dark with my golden retriever and or barely, like these expensive lights that I paid almost a thousand dollars for nothing but regrets, I definitely need to change them, even ones for the outside started corroding the 1st year, and supposed to be led bulbs but it consumes significant amounts of electricity, for ones that their bulbs can't be changed but not one of 4 different models were of extreme dissatisfaction.
If only I could take photos, I would do a better job in convincing anyone that has even thought about going or buying anything from Lamps Plus to just go where your local Home Depot or Lowe's, as that's what I should have done, but I really would not take these so called lights even if was given to me, FREE!! If only I could show you out there considering Lamps Plus, save your money because it's nothing but camouflaged expensive trash, I swear on my most loved parents headstone at the Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe, Hawaii

I have been updating my house over the past year. I have several light fixtures from Lamps Plus and I was able to coordinate with a fixture that I ordered from them about 5 years ago. Sales and open-box prices are great. Shipping is fast and if there is anything broken it is replaced promptly. Great buys and I highly recommend.

The site was easy to navigate, I found a lamp I liked, and used the “chat” option to get answers to a question. My only problem arose when I tried to check out. I wanted to use PayPal. It took three tries for my payment was accepted by the site. The first two tries ended with an error message saying there had been a problem and to try again. I put in the same information the third time and it went through.

I would have bought more however, you only accept one form of payment. I even called customer service and the woman who helped me said that even over the phone she was only able to take one form of payment. I had a gift card I wanted to use that would have helped me pay for half of the purchase price. Truly sad was not able to get all the fixtures I wanted.

My brother gave me a catalog to browse which led me to their website. I am renovating an older home and updating all of the fixtures. I have been able to find beautiful lights for reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this source for lighting.

Great customer service and glad it's made in the USA. The merchandise is nice and was really well packed. Only one drawback - the socket and cord are tied so tightly in a clear plastic bag that in trying to get it open it's easy to accidentally cut the cord! I still gave it 5 stars because customer service is so good.

LAMPS PLUS offers an easy way to shop for lamps for the home. I really enjoyed the tips for choosing a bedroom lamp over ones for the living room. The “virtual room,” gives you the ability to see the placement of the lamp in your personal room or a facsimile. I will definitely be returning to LAMPS PLUS in the future. It is quite tough for us to agree on designs for our home. To do it in 5 mins is fantastic. And feel that we have a reasonable survey of the design options available. Your site is very well set up to shop for the type of light one wants. As I see it, this is because of the many pictures of each lamp, the "More like this" option, the options to condition the search and the ability of the user to just find how to use the site because of the layout of the screens and the placement and design of the buttons. Kudos to your user experience wizard. Can't yet rate your order fulfillment or the quality of the fixture of course.

Lamps Plus shows an "open box" option after you have shopped online and have understood there is no shipping cost to have the product delivered. But when you opt for the open box item (THINKING you are going to save the exact discount shown on the open box site) you are NOT going to get that net price. Shipping is now added just when you are checking out. This is deceptive and is NOT the discount you are indicating for the open box option as long as you are going to add back in another $49 for "shipping". Your site should SHOW the fact that along with this discounted price you WILL be charged a shipping charge on top of this. I called your customer service and was quoted what I already knew... No options, no adjustments, no courtesy for a 25 year loyal customer. Just take it or leave it.

I had ordered another group of lights a while ago to replace old fixtures on the front of my house. I liked them so much that I have been watching for that product line to go on sale so I could buy a matching one for our back. I did finally see them on sale and popped on the site, found it and purchased it quickly and easily. Lamps Plus website would not let me sign in even though I’ve been a customer for several years and have a rewards card. My message kept saying that I would receive an email to login to my account. Not even in the junk mail. I could not use my rewards card so I did not receive any points. Took me several attempts to finally place my order.
