The discount code offered would not work, even though I am spending more than the required amount. The chat didn’t help. It told me I had to go through Amazon even though I was purchasing on the Lamps Plus website not Amazon. I couldn’t even find the lamps I was purchasing on Amazon.

They had the fan I wanted in my ideal color, which I couldn't find anywhere else, they sold the same fan in other colors (Home Depot, Lowe's, Globe Lighting, Ferguson, etc.). Then they also suggested all the necessary fixtures I'd need for installation in the right colors when adding to the cart. They had these in stock and for better prices than the competitors. Great shopping experience and intuitive website design.

This is the 3rd Tiffany-style lamp from this company that I have ordered, including a floor lamp that matches this new addition. The craftsmanship is so well done, the lamps are truly a work of art in glass! Shipping is prompt and the products are well packaged. I've also purchased a small wooden DVD cabinet with sliding glass wood trimmed doors, which is certainly superior to anything you'll find on Amazon, and at a reasonable price. I'm just very happy with this company.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a beautiful chandelier for my kitchen island and it went on sale shortly after I received it. Customer Service was so kind to extend me the sale price. Also, after ordering a ceiling fan I needed an extender pole, but the website would not let me purchase it alone, Customer Service created The cart so I could purchase the extender pole to go with the ceiling fan that I bought. The lighting I have purchased has been beautiful, great quality, best of all wonderful customer service.

Donna in customer service was great! I was looking to replace LED light bulbs for a track lighting system in my home. The bulb I had did not indicate any labels/wattage/size, etc. Donna was efficient, informed and extremely pleasant (and it was only 5:45am Pacific time)! You're fortunate to have her in your employ!

Spoke with Lori, we are in the midst of renovation 25 year old bathrooms, and work travel, no time to check the product in the box, one of the corners on the shade was wrinkled, not sure what happened, Anyways, Lori said it would be up for review, and was so cordial on the phone, reminded me of a diffuser my talented son broke awhile back, waiting till we noticed the light was even "shinier", the ceiling hall light purchased awhile ago, all we need was a diffuser, she figured it out, and hoping that is on its way as well too! You provide a good service team. We will be back.

I had just placed an order for a chevalier from LampsPlus. It is expected to arrive today. I called today to ask why a promotion code that was sent to me in an email would not work on a NEW PURCHASE OF 2 pendant lights (407J9). The customer service rep agreed with me that the email link did take me to the pendant lights I wanted BUT they did not qualify for the promotion. She had no other promotion codes to offer. I believe as a repeat customer that she should have honored the promo code (XTRA20) that was in my email and that also took me directly to the product I wanted to buy. My experience was great, until the solicitation for the Capital One credit card. That was a complete turn off for me. The bait with of a $45 credit…. And I was an idiot and took the bait for about 30 seconds then immediately deleted the app…I know better…. How much does Lamps Plus make from Capital One???? I don’t like that type of marketing….

I purchased an outdoor fountain for over $500. It arrived on time, but the box was damaged. When I took the fountain out of the box, it was damaged in multiple places. There were scratches on the base and chips on the top. I sent an email to customer service trying to figure out how I could get a replacement. I even included photos of all the damage. No one responded. I called their customer service line. It said there would be an hour wait so I opted for a callback. I received a call back was put back on hold and then the call was disconnected. I immediately called the customer service number back, was out on hold again and within five minutes the call was disconnected again. If I don’t get resolution to my problem, I am going to report Lamps Plus to the Better Business Bureau. This is not the way you should treat customers.

I am a repeat customer and I have always had plenty of choices and especially appreciate the quality of the products. The online order process makes it very easy to shop and placing an order is also very easy. Free shipping is an added bonus. I should have got a discount with is order, no option was given at check-out. The $30 offer was not given, even though I signed up. My cell phone text I received did not apply. the item I order was not on sale. I did get free shipping. If I'm going to order anything more for my new home, Lamps Plus needs to do better.

I ordered two counter stools that were hard as rocks when you sit down on them. One chair never removed from the box. The other chair was only partially removed to try it out. Awful to sit on. Called Lampsplus to start my return process. I was told that I have to pay $220 for the return! That is a 35% return fee that they get to keep off of my total order. That is disgusting! Wayfair would never charge their customers that much for a return! Never again will I order from them and I will be telling EVERYBODY about my experience.

There was no means to apply the $30 welcome bonus to the order. There should be a clear way to do this. Please avoid this deceitful practice. I would like you to credit the card that I used the promised $30. This credit factored into my purchasing decision, so what should have been a good customer experience has backfired. Thank you.

I spoke with Vivianna and she is and asset to your company. She was helping me with lamp shades that I was replacing on an order from your company in 2017. I now need to get white ones and replace the ones on those lamps. I replaced them with her help. I cannot speak about her enough. I love your company and always recommend it to my family and friends. Customer service for post sales and presales support have always been a pleasant experience. The reps are polite and helpful. The website is easy to navigate. The prices are very reasonable as well. I have purchased floor lamps and wall plug in sconces from LampsPlus. I had an issue with a couple of lampshades and their customer service handled the replacements easily.

I just placed the order, but the shopping experience was good. Had lots to chose from. Did find it a bit hard to try to coordinate sizes of the same style when shopping. Would appreciate a drop down that shows all sizes, shapes of any given shade. Am excited for their arrival to update lamps in living room with a new couch that is coming. The colors in this shade will hopefully tie together my colors, while being an interesting addition to our space.

I was very dissolved when I visited your store in Henderson, NV. Firstly you guys have such limited inventory in store. Every single floor lamps I asked about... which was displayed was not in stock. Every single one. The store associates refused to consider selling the floor piece. Even after I was disappointed on each inquiry. And to add insult to injury they would not even consider giving me a discount. With this kind of salesmanship I'm very sorry to say you're looking at a bleak future.

I needed help on understanding the options for the ceiling fan I wanted to order. I worked with Sal who helped me determine the fan to order and the appropriate length down rod for the room height. I was able to find measurements and styles easily. The Lamps Plus website made shopping easy as all pertinent item information was available. In addition, there is a chat option which would have been very helpful had I needed more information. To sum, the Lamps Plus site is excellent. I was able to navigate through LampPlus with ease, and the filters made it easier and took me less time to find my perfect lamp. Narrowing down my choices with the filters was the best part of my search. Specifications of the lamps also made my search easier. Overall the experience was easy, but a sale or discount would have been helpful. I also left an email for customer service asking about the shape of the lamp as some of the pictures look more round than others...No response via email or phone. This would have helped to make sure I don't need to go to a return process if it doesn't look right.

I really like the selection of fixtures and the prices. I have been ordering for eight years and have purchased many fixtures due to an extensive home renovation. Shipping is prompt, careful and accurate. I have also purchased in one of the Denver stores and experienced good personal service. The furniture and accessories are tempting but I have not purchased any of those....yet.

In a time when stores no longer carry lampshades, Lamps Plus to the rescue. Miss the personal connection (Flagstaff doesn't have a Lamps Plus store) but on-line shopping was a breeze on this site. I would recommend this on-line store. It was easy to navigate lamp shade sizes and materials.

I ordered a wall lamp that is attractive and not pricey. Easily installed too. There were instructions within the material about the type of bulb to use. I was unable to find such a bulb, so queried the chat function who was able to provide a link to a compatible bulb. I am anxious to receive the bulb and see how it looks.

I purchased a table lamp from a local thrift store and needed a shade. Was hoping to be able to get either a beige or blue shade, but ivory will suit just as well. It will match the shade that came with another lamp purchased from the same store! Lamps Plus was the only vendor selling shades large enough for my lamp.

We bought a lamp a couple of years ago and love it. Higher quality than expected! So now we bought a matching lamp to use as a pair. Then we bought another pair.. They were so well made. Earlier in the day, I attempted to purchase a chandelier with free shipping. At checkout, the site did not give me free shipping. Later in the day I returned....bit my lip and purchased it anyway knowing that there was no free shipping. I think the free shipping expired at 5 PM and I made my second attempt after 5 PM. A TRUE misrepresentation on your part the first time I attempted to purchase.

I have been so very happy with all my lamps (5+) that I've ordered at Lamps Plus. They are just as they are described and oh, so beautiful. I have found the prices reasonable as well. All went smoothly found the fan I was looking for quickly. Needed additional materials for installation and found those materials quickly as well. Price was very reasonable and affordable. Wanted to purchase this fan from a company not associated with Amazon. I am looking to keep Amazon out of my purchases this Christmas. First time I ever made a fan the primary gift.

I purchased a dining room chandelier from Lamps Plus and arrived safely boxed and very promptly. And it was beautiful! It was missing one little thing that dangles from the bottom, so I called customer service and they sent me a new one immediately with no fuss. I just purchased 2 more lighting fixtures from them.

I waited a long time to reach a customer service representative but when I did get through, the service was impeccable. Very efficient and quick to resolve my issue. First they offer a coupon code for $50 off of $200 purchase. After shopping and going to check out I find out this is for a future purchase. But if I offer my email address and they will send me a $30 off coupon for this current purchase. And told this automatically went to my check out. This did not go through. I even tried entering the code manually. There is no coupons with this company just a bunch of false gimmicks trying to lure you in. If this wasn't any gift for somebody I would have just shopped elsewhere. Very disappointed. Will never purchase from this company again.

The disclaimers for the “cyber50” deals were not apparent on the website. Yvette clarified and helped me cancel the order so I could order something else. I have had an account for some time. No problems until today. My email changed. I could not change it without opening a new account. I could change my password but not user ID. Would not accept coupon (CYBER50). The coupon was good for 3 more days. I couldn't get the order accepted unless I removed the code.

I ordered a desk lamp from Lamps Plus. It shipped late and arrived late. The packaging was good. The lamp only worked for four hours then went dead. I am now on hold with their customer service department. I have not spoken to anyone at this point, after waiting 22 minutes. The 'ON HOLD' program indicates that I can press one, leave a phone number, and I will not use my place in line. That function, like the lamp they sent me, does not work either. I also left a complaint on the website, and I have not received a response. My advice, buy local, avoid places like this.

Lamps Plus was the only lighting fixture store or site that I found with quality looking fixtures. Everything else just looked cheesy to me. DON'T put the "only applies to certain products" in the small print - it's misleading and just makes me not want to come back.

One of the 2 products was $204.60 (the other was $79.99). I was entitled to the CYBER50, which reduces the $204.60 by $50. When I tried to apply the CYBER50, I received a statement that the CYBER50 was already applied and the discount would be applied upon checkout. I was not given the discount I deserve. Why make a big thing of offering a welcome code $30 off first order and then not stand by it? When tried to enter the code it did not get accepted. I placed the order as I wanted the merchandise but unlikely to place a second.
Coupons are not valid on certain brands that do not allow discounting, or on sale items. If you contact our customer service team they can help you out and get the code applied to your order if need be.

Great selection of shades. Good lampshades are hard to find. Many sizes to choose from. I like that some of the shades are offered in pairs. It would be helpful if some of the terms were explained in a pull down menu, like “spider”, I had never heard that term before.

Our similar light fixture had served well for years, but recently died. It illuminates an entry door located beneath a wide staircase, so the area is exceptionally dark when coming home at night. Finding the exact duplicate will allow me to install the new one without drilling another hole in my house. Thanks!

Unless I missed it, nowhere did it tell me in the ordering process when I am going to receive the fan. I need a date so I can get an electrician out. Plus after ordering, I now see two different delivery dates. I need to know which set of dates is accurate please.

We are first time customers and were amazed by the amount of selections to choose from. Since our home is located on coastal waters, there is always the challenge to find "sea-worthy" products. We quickly found the perfect modernized style for updating our home, both outside and inside. The website is very easy to use and we were able to tap in the exact style, size, color, and space usage to find the most appropriate fixture. There is an option to purchase "open box" for a reduced price that is backed by the company with a return policy if there is anything that doesn't work. The prices are right and fit our fixed income. We look forward to replacing a number of exterior and interior lighting fixtures. The quality and longevity will certainly add a better value when we decide to downsize. Had questions how fan/light was dimmable. Website was not clear. Online chat explained how holding down the remote on/off button made the light dimmable. Also helped with the down rod needed. Could not find down rods or part on website. Chat said the down rod was bronze to match the fan. Hope this helps your business.

An English-shaped lamp and shade was difficult to find a suitable replacement shade for this lamp, we have enjoyed for many years. Thankfully a shade was located here and ordered, after having visited several "furnishing" websites to no avail. We can have it painted as has been done with some of our other shades.

I was made to believe that if I spent over $200 dollars that I would get a $30 dollar discount, I did not. When I applied for the discount it said not on my order. Great website, beautiful choices. Easy to save and maneuver around. We purchased 4 wall mount sconces, 1 light for over the kitchen sink, and 2 pendant lights. The pendants and the light over the sink were mercury glass. We are very excited to see these. The wall mount sconces are cylindrical and will be hung on the walls (high ceiling) of the kitchen.

I have purchased many lights for my new build house from Lamps Plus. My husband and I are the General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and the new owners of the home we are currently building. Recently bought two matching chandeliers and today bought another one for over my dining room table. I have to say the selection is huge and the filters are very helpful in narrowing the choices down. It's always a little hard to tell from pictures, but the first two chandeliers are even more beautiful in real life. They are going to look great in my living room. Rec'd promo booklet in mail, reminded me to order a new ceiling fan for office. Going online couldn't put in code. On phone sign up for texts but still didn't get any code. Should have rec'd $15.00 off order but alas, didn't get the discount. I LOVE Lamps Plus. A few years ago ordered my new house lamps all from Lamps Plus. Not one of them came damaged, didn't have to return any of them, really happy with that order. But now...I'm wondering if it was just luck.

My 9 year old Lights Plus fan stopped functioning. I got quick service from your fan tech. A repair part came quickly. Our electrician installed it and it didn't work. I called Lights Plus back, and they tried again over the phone to troubleshoot. Then will refund the part they had sent. Despite not fixing the problem they were attentive, professional, and really tried to help. Now I'm ordering a new fan from them, using some guidance from the tech.

I have shopped several times in the past 3 months and placing online orders has proven to be frustrating, why email coupons if the coupons are not applied properly once confirmed it has been loaded to my cart? Very frustrating with lack of customer service available in the evenings when most consumers are shopping.

Based on past experience, items ordered are accurately depicted and described. Everything I've ordered has been high quality. Inventory is varied to meet all tastes and price points. I have not needed to return items so do not know how the return process works. Shipping has been fairly quickly without paying for expedited service. Very dissatisfied with the lack of shipping options. Our electrician is trying to wrap up a project for us and we need these to do so. Had there been an option for quicker delivery I would of been willing to pay the extra to get them here quicker.

I am having difficulty rating this purchase due to the fact that I bought the same lights (2) two years ago to light the columns for a gate I had installed. One is still working, the other has stopped. I ordered a new battery and a bulb for the non operational unit which was expensive only to find it still doesn't work. So I am ordering a new one to match the one that is still working. I was hoping to get better longevity with the lights and will probably upgrade at some point. I love, Lamps Plus and have been pleased with our purchases...Until now.

The Lamps Plus website was very helpful in finding the exact outdoor lamps for the remodeling of my home. The house is a version of a planter's cottage/low country home sitting on a lake in the mountains. Lots of variables to consider in choosing the new style of outside lamps. The detail descriptions and specifications, plus customer reviews were all very helpful. I ordered 4 of the 18" for my garage and 6 of the 15" for doors and porch lighting.

Lamps Plus will take your order before confirmation of stock. I recently purchase 2 outdoor lights. They took my order, charged my credit card and sent me confirmation. A full day later they canceled me of the lights, kept the other one in the order and sent the single light. What the hell am I suppose to do with one light. When I called, they said I didn’t qualify for the discount and that they would gladly send a new light but not for the same price. When I got a customer service rep on-line they just told me I was out of luck and then they removed me from the conversation. I could have ordered the sale lights on Amazon and had them within a day. I thought I was getting a good deal from Lamps Plus, but all I got was unethical business practices and snotty customer service agents who were not willing to make things right. Just go to Amazon and buy what you need, companies like Lamps Plus prove they don’t know what customer service is.

The web site is very well designed, responsive, & user friendly. I really enjoyed using it to pick my lamp colors & design. It is difficult to find table lamps in different styles & colors. I was able to visualize the lamp in my home setting without difficulty. This is so much less time consuming than going from store to store.

The 'filters' for each product search were quite helpful and work accurately. Not always the case on other sites. Likewise, additional details available and descriptions are complete and helpful. The clarity of photos for products could definitely be improved, as well as the enlargement / zoom available options. When ordering online, we do want to See the item Clearly, read the Details of the Material, all Parts, to be sure of what we can expect. "Returns aren't liked by either of us."

We were building a new house and bought many lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus—chandeliers, inside/outside sconces, pendants and vanity lights. The experience was terrific, start to finish. Lights arrived timely and looked just like the pictures. Two pieces were damaged in a minor way; replacements were sent quickly and free of charge. Sales personnel were very nice and helpful for replacements and in helping me find what I wanted when I couldn’t find it readily on the site. Would highly recommend Lamps Plus to everyone!!

I thought finding a replacement part for a broken canopy on a chandelier would be a nightmare. The fixture was only 2 years old so worried they would no longer carry it. The prompts were easy to follow and the replacement part was easy to locate. I did create an account just in case I put my head through the glass in the future to save my orders.

We ordered two outdoor sconce lights, which we love, so we decided to order a 3rd for our back porch. They are really nice. Stan 13 3/4" High Black and Dark Wood Outdoor Wall Light Style # 87V88. Two are motion detector lights, which are currently not available, but we didn't need a motion detector for the back porch, so it's all good. We were happy to find a matching piece.

Your site is nicely laid out. I as a customer prefer simple, clean and well organized sites with easy to see pertinent info. When reviewing your site it is most helpful that you give suggestions in certain areas when additional appliances will be needed. Lamps Plus does not stand behind their products! We replaced every light fixture inside and out in our house a few years ago. The ceiling fan/light in our living room area is faulty and dangerous. We noticed the blades started drooping and finally started hitting the glass dome covering the light bulbs. It came crashing down onto the floor and shattered everywhere. Thank goodness no one was under it because it would have hurt them or possibly killed the person.
When we called them and went online, we saw that they discontinued the ceiling fan - obviously because it is seriously dangerous and should have had a recall. The customer service person offered us 15% towards a new one. Are you kidding? That barely covers the tax! We paid way over $500 for this fan. This is faulty and dangerous and was discontinued by Lamps Plus for a good reason - It is seriously dangerous. Lamps Plus does not stand behind their products from our experience and this is a very serious problem. If others have this same fan, beware! I have pictures of the blades as well. We bought a smaller glass dome yesterday to cover the bulbs. I have attached two pictures of the fan, and it is discontinued for an obvious reason.

The website is very easy to navigate and the selection is also very good. My only issue is; I went to the store in person and asked the sales associate for 25 watt bulbs for our kitchen chandelier. He sold me some led lights that look terrible when turned on. They are very harsh and glare. I will return them for something else. I only wish the store was closer to my home.

When updating my address I used autofill though the system would take it, it would then revert back to my old address. I had to do this over and over several times until it took. This was frustrating and almost prevented me from placing my order. This should be looked into.

When I was deciding on lamps for my project, your chat staff were really helpful and pleasant. They checked special order requests and installation options. Although they weren't sure about changing plug in lamps to hard wired, I was able to find this information on the web - and the answer is YES. So yeah you can share this with your CS representatives.
I hope I love my lamps. I loved being able to customize the striped one - and it took me a while to realize that my versions were saved in popular colors when I thought those were pre-set options. So maybe you could have a, "save your designs," button - or say - your recent designs or something. Won't see them for a few weeks installed but hope I love them!

This was the second time we purchased a Juno track lighting system from Lamps Plus. We were thoroughly satisfied with the track lighting system that we purchased three years ago, and so we bought the exact model for an office/gallery. The installation of this product is easy and, when coupled with a Lutron dimmer switch, the lighting is first-rate.

I received the outdoor lighting and opened one of the 8 boxes. The lantern was packed perfectly. I hope the others are the same when the electrician opens them in 2 weeks. I was so impressed with the transaction that I did order another 6 lanterns. They were not cheap but happy to see the delivery and packaging were first class.

Found lamps we liked online. Saw some of them at Pleasant Hill store which helped us narrow our decision. Then placed order which went fine - industry standard I would say. So all good. But nothing extraordinary.

Judy ** in the Peoria store was the best sales rep ever! Thank you for sharing tips for searching thousands of pendants. We placed an order for 3 lights based on your help. You know your lights and were an angel. We were visiting Arizona but need the lights in Missouri where they will be shipped. Hoping the 60 day price match will help as we selected one of few lights not on sale.

I posed a question about a chandelier I was very interested in, and it was answered so efficiently. It was available through multiple retailers, but the responsiveness of Lamps Plus made it the clear choice. I'm glad I took the time to ask instead of assume and I feel much better about my purchase.

Repeat customer here, great value for quality offered. I ordered exactly what I wanted. Four stars and not five because your website search engine wasn't great at pointing me to the correct product. When I initially searched, the size and material (paper) didn't populate accurately. Google luckily DID pinpoint the shade I wanted...on your site!

I have been dealing with Lamps Plus for years. Their service is one of the best. Their products are of excellent quality and are priced at a very good price point. I have purchased chandeliers, pendants, table lamps, home decor and more. Their customer service is excellent, whether you are returning items, looking for help about a product or just have a question. I have never had a bad experience with them.

The manager at the Chatsworth store was outstanding and willing to price match an item I already received that I found for $100 less. That experience creates loyalty regarding Lamps Plus. I appreciate also, the conscientious help I receive whenever at the store. Everyone is willing to help meet my needs and don't seem to focus on getting a sale, it's refreshing.

We ordered an outdoor ceiling fan and 2 lights for our front porch and we love them! Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The modern look of the items we purchased are perfect for our decor. We are so happy and will definitely purchase from Lamps Plus again!

I just ordered a ceiling fan and down rod from Lamps Plus. The process was so simple, which I can't say about some other websites used recently. I found a fan that looked great and a 72" down rod was easy to add to the order. I have ordered from Lamps Plus before and will definitely use them in the future.

My low rating because I had made a decision to order this light in late December. With the holidays and having company I did not get it done. The light was in my cart for the price of 49.99. When I tried to place my order in early January the price had gone up $10. I called to see if they would honor the price from December and was told no. I have done business with Lamps Plus and have always been happy with the products and service but this experience was a big disappointment. A $10 increase!

Your site is very easy to navigate, and I appreciate your telling me if it's a spider. I could not tell what the green leaf lamp shade was so I emailed you. I need a spider. I really want that shade, but it has to be a spider. Good variety of shades. Looking for a high quality green shade. You have the best selection of all lamp stores.

Bought a similar floor lamp and it stopped working in less than six months. While it was working I was well satified which accounts for my acute disappointment. But your promises are very persusasive that I might be a sucker one more time. In terms of product presentation and technical attributes none could be better. Product desigh, lighting and photography none better. The only reason I'm trying your services again is because of your promise.

There is really not much to say. The process was simple! I found what I liked [missed the sale by a few days :(. ], and ordered it. It's supposed to come tomorrow. Can it BE any more simple? Actually, if they would come and put it up for me, it would be.

Love the flexibility of the website and the many filters that allow you to hone in on your specific need. Open box deals are so lucrative. Quite an expansive selection of lamps. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone. If you can't find it here, I don't think it exists.

I have been buying from LampsPlus for many years. Always find what I am looking for. Always a great price point. Always great shipping experience. Love the decor pieces. Statues are my thing and you have a good selection. I've already recieved one piece and now I'm coming back for more. Love the value and the selection. I'm going to start looking for lighting for my kitchen soon and this is the first place I'll look.
