Ordered and received a nice ceiling fan. The electrician put it up, and sadly, there was a defect with the fan. I took multiple pictures of the fan, uploaded them to the C/S site, and Lamps Plus gave me a refund. I was very happy with the company. Rather than going elsewhere, I reordered a different and even nicer ceiling fan through them.

Ordered the Possini Marcy tablelamp, loved it, decided I wanted a matching lamp (not always a fan of that matching) and once I received it and liked the look went back to order another, sold out! Today I went searching...and found it on open box! YAY. Since I have 4 lamps in that room now and all different (because the sold out happened) it doesn't look so good and decided on getting the matching lamp, so happy I could find it on open box.

1st time ordering from Lamps Plus. Love so many of the lamps so had a hard time deciding. I also received $50 off so that made ordering from them even better. Ordering was so easy. Hardest part was deciding which lamps to buy. So many pretty ones to choose from. Can't wait to receive them and put in the living room with my new furniture.

It's pretty easy to order on Lamps Plus, but it would be nice if one could "Save items for later" for the cart. I had a set of items I was interested in, but only ready to buy one. So, I had to remove all the items I was going to wait on, order the item I wanted, and then re-add the items I had.

This was a gift for my sister. There was no mechanism offered to indicate or acknowledge the fact that it was a gift or who it was from. Will try calling to see if it can be done internally. Ordered 7G585 - White Phalaenopsis 23" High Faux Orchid Flower in Silver Resin Pot. It is a beautiful item, have no issue whatsoever with Lamps Plus products. Only how they handle gifts.

They did not take off the $50 off my order not happy. They said it would be taken off at checkout! It should have been automatically done at checkout! Please correct it and refund my $50. Not sure how much more you want me to add. You need to change your way you address reviews. I want to cancel my order because of this long review process it sucks!!!

Your website is very easy to use. You offer so many different styles of lighting which we love. We have purchased lighting from you in the past and have loved the quality of your lights. We always look at Lamps Plus first!

I've ordered frequently over the years - too much of an inconvenience when checking out. Also, no additional discount on trade purchases when the item is on sale compared to other industry vendors. Cannot save items for later; a big inconvenience in constantly editing carts.

I believe it is a legitimate website and store. I've purchased from them before and their name brand products are what they say. However, this only holds true if you like the product you've purchased, are happy with the quality and appearance, and don't need to return it. On my last purchase I'll make from them, I bought 2 pendant lights and a matching ceiling light. The first pendant light I opened was damaged. It was clear that the "brass" retainer ring was cheap aluminum painted with a brass paint. It was bent and scraped off in places. I decided I didn't want to hang something of this quality in my kitchen so asked to return all 3 lights.

19" Dale Tiffany Pink Rose Petal Downbridge Accent Lamp. It wasn't what I was looking for, but it turned out to be even better. This will go perfectly on a a restored Eastlake dresser. The sale price was a plus.

Well I was not happy that I didn’t qualify for the $50 discount. I was replacing a ceiling fan and adding a light to an existing fan that I have purchased before. My bill came to $624.00 and didn’t qualify for the $50 off.

I was looking at this table the other day. I saved it as a favorite and forgot about it. Then I got an email from Lamps Plus about a sale today and looked at my favorite and it was substantially reduced in price! I bought it.

I want to buy lights. I'm not interested in donate money for dogs. Buying dog stuff etc. ALL I WANT IS LIGHTING....Stop trying to upsell me. After pressing the complete order button I get hit with all these buy this while you are here crap. What a waste of my time.

I had tried 4 times to change the city from Hollywood, Florida to Pembroke Pines, Florida. Still, your form leaves my address as Hollywood, even though on my credit card it lists my address as Pembroke Pines, just hope it is delivered correctly.

Easy to do business with. Nice on-line experience. I bought two of the Kichler Mount Vernon wall lights for exterior garage lighting. We bought Kichler lighting at our previous home and I’m sure we will enjoy these!

Website worked well, I was able to move from lamp to lamp product with ease. Very user friendly. I reviewed a lot of product until I found just the lamps I wanted. CHeck out was very easy as well.

Quick and easy to order; beautiful products; have used Lamps PLus for many years and have always been happy with the purchases... NEVER has a return has been necessary. I have ordered many light fixtures as well as mirrored cabinets and just now a nickel accent table. Happy with everything.

Unbelievable. I was supposed to get $40 off due to the purchase price being full price and it didn't get applied in my cart, and the site refused to let me use it! Not shopping here again.

The experience was painless and customer-friendly. My only complaint is that they don't offer installation professionals or even any local installers. I just ordered today, so I haven't received my new ceiling fans yet, and I don't know how they will look or operate. I'm excited about this purchase.

Liked the wide selection of lighting. Using filters to narrow my search was easy and helpful. The specifications were clear. I liked being able to order the recommended bulbs, as I purchased the light because that will save me a trip to the store.

I have been bombarded in my texts with notices of a discount. Just use the discount code it says, and when I try to use the discount code, it wouldn’t work. This is extremely frustrating and it does not make me wish to return to the site. Either let the code work or don’t give me a code. I really feel this is a bad and poor business practice. It borders on being misleading. It draws people to the site with the promise or at least the thought in mind that you’ll be able to get a discount. I feel this is an intentional misleading attempt to attract more customers.

Easy to place order and promotion applied seamlessly. Looking forward to receiving the lamps! I ordered the dimmable Spring flowers touch table lamp. I have not received the order yet just placed today.

As usual an easy-to-use site with stylish lights. Have used the site several times in the past and always a first-quality product. When I received an off-color lamp shade in the past, they replaced it without question!

This is a new order as I decided the one I placed a few days ago were not going to work. I will return the others. Your website is easy to use and has an excellent amount of information on your products. Ordering was also easy. I had the pleasure of speaking to a woman when I called today by the name of Elizabeth. She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will purchase from you again.

I signed up for text messages to save the $30 and it tells me only on regular priced items, it should state that in the beginning and maybe it did but I do not remember seeing it. I would not have went through all the trouble to receive text messages I don't want.

Love the products & the quality is excellent. The loss of a star is the online account experience. When given a discount code to use, it's not obvious where to enter the code. It's tucked in the far corner of the item order instead of being part of the check out experience. It creates confusion that can lead to not using the discount. Setting up an account password - does not clarify what symbols may or may not be used until a password is entered. Again, annoying.

All searching and purchasing was done online and I appreciated the detailed pictures of the fans and the measurements given for all facets of the fans. Looking forward to replacing my nonworking fan with a new sleek one!

I had to order a second lamp at a higher price because the original lamp I ordered did not have pool strings liked pictures showed it did. I wasn’t pleased about that but all of the people that helped me have been great. This is a gift, please make sure the receipt is not in the box. The website does not give you an option to say this is a gift.

I ordered warm light bulbs instead of the "soft" bulbs my wife wanted. Needless to say, I had to return them & to my surprise Lamps Plus told me to keep the bulbs & refunded my money which was a pleasant surprise. The $30 bucks was cool but not having to deal with the hassle of getting a shipping label & going to UPS/FedEx to return them was cooler! My wife is happy & you know what they say, Happy Wife....Happy Life... lol thxs again Lamps Plus, sincerely Bob

Always a great selection of quality products...Sometimes it's difficult to pick one from all that is offered. Pricing can be high but there is plenty of beautiful items across the cost spectrum. Thank you for being there!

We have ordered many lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus. Whether it is an indoor or outdoor fixture we have been very pleased with the quality of the lighting fixtures and lamps that we have purchased. We highly recommend them.

Easy ordering. Found what I wanted easily. Will use this site again in the future if needed. I hope it is not necessary as lamp shades are expensive. Pretty lampshades. I will recommend this site to anyone needing new lampshades. Easily to use. I love this site!!!!

So, although the products look great. When I attempted to use two different coupon codes, $30 off $199 that one was sent to my email and another was sent to my email, both codes didn't work. When I started chatting with a live agent, he was not able to get into my cart, I bought 46 items, and it just wasn't worth the time it took to copy and paste each item for him to see if the items were in the special and to communicate everything to him for $30.

I ordered a lamp (not discounted but full price of about $700) two months ago. Until today, it has not shipped, nor has any explanation been offered why not. Various emails -- back-and-forth -- have been exchanged with promises on delivery dates that were never kept. At this point, I have requested a full refund, since if this is the customer service, what should one expect of the shipment arrives damaged. Companies like these need to learn that this is not acceptable and consumers have choices.

I called Lamps Plus to try and put an order on hold. Charlotte was so helpful and kind, and while waiting for a supervisor, she even looked at a picture of my choices and helped me decide. She was funny and kind. A+ for Charlotte!! I am excited to get my new chandelier for the kitchen!

I am grateful for the user friendly website and all the beautiful lamps selections. I purchased my old floor lamp from you many years ago, and now I want to have a new one to replace it. It is a gift for our family - I am sure that this lamp will bring light and joy for us! Thank you so much for providing the classic and elegant lamps for all these years!

Decent variety of styles. Prices are high. The main thing that bothers me, is Lamps Plus' use of "discount options." You can get $20, $30 or $50 off with coupon, but you MUST sign up for future sales pitches and notifications. What isn't told, until after you sign up and process your orders is, the coupons/discounts don't apply to many of the items. Even if your purchase meets the required dollar amount. For my purchase, I was offered a $30 discount for any item at or above $199, but regardless which item I selected, the discount wasn't accepted. The "fake" coupon/discount offer is just their way to get access to your text messaging. Very disgusting customer service.
