    Lamps Plus has taken care of any issues that I had with my lamp. They actually went over and above to assure that it was all handled. I will certainly be ordering many lamps from them in the future, because they truly have the best selection around with the best prices.

    We purchased 10 lamps from Lamps Plus, in the past 2 years. Now, all of a sudden, the lamps are starting to fall apart. From the weld area of the lamps. One above our stove, we purchased 14 months ago, but just installed it around 7 months ago, as we got another lamp from Lamps Plus, to match it, so we waited until we received that one, it was on backorder. Well the lamp fell apart in 7 months, and the company will not stand by their product! They said it was over a year. They clearly can see we purchased 2 lamps, could only install when we received both of them, therefore, it was not a year. But how can their lamps fall apart and they do nothing about it. They wanted to offer me 10% off to purchase a new one!! How insulting was that? So out of the 10 lamps, 4 have broken and cannot be repaired. Do not purchase from this company. They will not stand behind their product, whether it is defective or not.

    The lamp was packed well but it took a good hour to unpack from the extremely tight styrofoam packing (had to rip box) and clean up after the broken styrofoam was found wandering everywhere. Started to put light together and two pieces on the pole did not fit. Just out of curiosity tried to turn on. Did NOT work. Wire was also way too long on the bottom. My guess is that it was never hooked up properly while making it. Company wouldn’t send a prepaid label until I took a picture. Haven’t heard back since I sent it. They will not send a box so will have to find my own. Never again…

    I called Tech Support, Emailed, and left voice messages. No response. I could not wait any longer and thus reverted to ordering two (2) Casa Vieja Fans (Trilogy, 43969) - ORDER ID: ** | Order Date: 01/20/22 | Order Total: $270.52. I have four (4) of these fans in my house. Two (2) of the fan motors make noise (one hums when turned on, one has a scratching sound as if a wire is loose). Cannot use due to loud noise. The installation is good, no loose screws, blades are balanced, clean installation, noise coming from motor housing (cannot open housing).

    My email explains the issue. I do not have the original order details since the fans came with the house. I do have the original owner's manual and the warranty registration card (apparently not mailed in). I requested your kind consideration in this matter, but no response from Tech Support (Lamps Plus sales advised for me to contact Tech Support. Again, requesting your kind consideration in this matter.

    I purchased this old fashion vintage floor lamp for a Christmas present for someone who loves vintage antique lamps and furniture.     As a response to my sad review presentation of a lampshade, which I purchased and was not the correct size, a Lamps Plus Supervisor sent me a response, telling me I could replace the shade with the correct size. To assist me with this task, she sent me a label to send back the inappropriate item. I called Lamps Plus this night and spoke with a wonderful Customer Support Representative, Robert A. He was patient, considerate, and extremely understanding of my situation and the resolution. Robert helped me with my new purchase and contacted his manager to make my shopping experience expedient. In addition, while on the phone with him, I checked on an outstanding item from my last order and found that the item had been ‘discontinued,’ so Robert, again, assisted me: with my order cancellation and refund to my credit card.

    All these steps are not easy when shopping online, so the phone call became a refreshing conversation that led to a positive shopping experience. Because I was so pleased, I asked to speak to his Supervisor, Wendy. She called me at home, and I told her how deeply I appreciated her new employee, Robert A, as well as her, for being so accommodating. I love Lamps Plus, its inventory, online site, and especially its phone services.     First the items were delivered to the wrong house in my neighborhood and I have to knock on my neighbors doors looking for my packages. Then when I opened the packages 2 of the 3 items that I ordered arrived damage. I had to reorder the replacement items to ensure they arrive prior to Christmas. Also, I will need to get these damaged items, which are in a big box to UPS for a refund and then wait on the processing of my refund.

    I think Lamps Plus is great. You are a “must” go website when looking for lighting. I guess if I had anything to suggest, it would be more daring design. I will also check other websites that may not just be “lighting” centric, but they may have more unusual “WOW” designed lights and lamps etc. Or take a trip below The Bowery to the lighting stores who will have things from Europe, Japan or Brazil. I would not want an apartment that is filled with “Wow" lighting. The “Never saw anything like that’s so cool” types of lights, but one or two here and there make your space unique. And, most people underestimate the power of beautiful industrial design (you do have some) but they would potentially be more polarizing too? That being said, I am looking at 4 lamps I bought from you right now!

    I purchased two lamps from Lamps Plus with mixed results. I bought the first lamp two years ago. I'm still using it, and I am pleased with it. The second lamp, which I bought less than a year ago, abruptly stopped working. I contacted Lamps Plus, and they said to send it to them then they would send me a new lamp. Despite the fact that I've lost 200 odd dollars on the lamp, I don't want to expend the effort and expense of returning the broken one to them. It’s not worth it. This is a big lamp, and they don't cover the effort and cost of shipping it back to them. I would.

    The lamps are attractive physical objects, and I was pleased with them on that basis. But after the second lamp broke, I don't plan to work with Lamps Plus in the future. I expect products to be more durable than this lamp was. I would not recommend Lamps Plus either. The company has treated me well, but their product did not satisfy me.

    I honestly cannot believe that customer service refuses to help you if you have a coupon for $15 off $50 and your item conveniently happens to be a penny off ($49.99). I KNOW they can do this on the back-end, many retail brands have worked with me on this kind of request and adjust your order once you place it. Not Lamps Plus, don't expect any courtesy - they absolutely refuse to help you. The rep told me to buy a lightbulb (which are $6 and $7+ each!) to meet the requirement, which then negates more than half of the damn coupon.     The lamps I saw at a local store were a few dollars cheaper at Lamps Plus so I bought them there. They've been sitting for a while waiting for their home. Our lake house is in the middle of some partial remodeling and we're not officially moved in. But we brought the lamps up there on Sunday and put them up where they're going to be just to be sure they fit. They're going on the main mantel in the family room. They're on either side of the mantel that we built on a rock wall. Aesthetically, I love them and I'm happy with them.

    But I was a little disappointed with their functionality in the sense of the way that the lampshade screws on. I did it more on one than the other. The way that the fittings inside the part that you screw on the top was not straight. When you’re screwing it on, it wobbles. Essentially, you have a crooked toppee. The part that holds the shade when I put that on, you snap it in place where it needs to go. It’s metal so you can bend it a little bit, tweak it to get it to go, and get it formed where it would be straight.

    I paid really good money for these lamps. I liked the sense of the purpose for our home and the look of it. But I question the quality a little bit. I could go to Walmart or Target and maybe end up with something about that same quality as far as those portions of it. But I probably would never find something that pretty. I’m very much less satisfied than I am satisfied because of the simple fact that I had to pay that kind of money and end up with two lamps that have crooked toppees. When you look at a lamp, the presentation is all about how nice and straight it is and how pretty it is. Anything that is aesthetically not straight is not gonna look nice. If I had more time, I could have tried to fool with it more. Now I might have to come back and fool with these lamps.

    I got buffet lamps from Lamps Plus and I had an issue with one of them. I was supposed to send one back but they said to keep it and they'd send me another one. They were gold lamps but when the other one came in, it wasn't the same gold. It was antique gold. They said to go ahead and send the first one back and they'd send me another one. It was going to be a crapshoot. They'd send me another one and if it matches the original gold, then those will be the two I use. If it matches the antique gold, those will be the two I use. That's not what I want. I want the gold.

    I have the original one and the defective one on my buffet. One issue was the crystal base was not on the gold base. I kind of used all my strength and got it to turn a little. I know things happen and you get something defective. But what I wasn't happy about was when the next one came in in the wrong color and they said to go ahead and send the original back after all and they'd send me another one. I am left now with the option of wondering is the next one they’d send gonna be the right color.

    I bought several lights from Lamps Plus. Most recently, it was for the lobby area of my home, both inside and outside. I've used their website on a browser on the mobile. I like that you can search by different uses and locations. The website gives you good filtering criteria so you can filter down and then find the one you want. The issue with large collections of lights is you can get overwhelmed but because they've got the right kind of filters in there, it makes it easier to find what you want. The delivery was excellent. There was one hiccup, which was actually a fault of Federal Express that something got stuck in their warehouse. Lamps Plus escalated to Federal Express, and then the thing turned up the following day. So everything went smoothly like it would with Amazon.     Great but on mobile searching/ordering need:
    1) Multi select filters (ie, to select 3 separate ‘finishes’ at once).
    2) A way to multi select price range or change $100-200 to “less than 200” so it includes less expensive items too (otherwise my search would miss $99 item).
    3) View in room: when I created photo w/ item superimposed and then “save” there was no way to get “back” or “close”…had to get out completely and reenter search again. Very frustrating.

    4) During checkout please make it easier to see expedited shipping options.

    I purchased an open box light fixtures and it said there was no shipping expenses, my invoice did not show it, but then it went to PayPal, and they put a 75 dollar shipping fee on it. And then no customer service that is willing to fix. I will never deal with this company again. I have no problems getting open box lights sent to me with free shipping from other companies.     Lamps Plus caught my attention and I found what I needed. It’s very hard to find the right and specific measurements and lamps, especially when you are doing something custom-made. Lamps Plus checked all the marks so that was good. Customer service was fine. We bought lamps for our master bathroom and they came at the time we were told they would. There was one thing on the lamps but my husband was able to fix that so it wasn't a big deal. But somebody who is not handy might get stuck on it. Other than that, the lamps were perfectly fine.     The lamp came and it was unassembled, but it was easy to assemble, and it's a nice lamp. It's the style I want. I would have liked if it was a bit sturdier. The lamp it replaced was a-30 year old heavy lamp that we didn't have to worry about anybody knocking it over. This one is a bit more on the flimsy side, but it looks nice. So, it serves the purpose, as long as no one touches it. Go on the website and see if you can find what your interest is.     I've been looking for weeks for new lighting for my master bath. The majority of sites do not have brass fixtures in stock. I did 2 things with lamps plus today, first I called your Chandler, AZ store and ordered lights directly and was given a 10% off discount because Lamps.com offered me that, then I ordered a second pair of vanity lights online that I hadn't seen before. Looking forward to their arrival so that I can finally have vanity lights. I will return to the Chandler store whatever vanity lights do not work out.

    I have had NUMEROUS shipments from Lamps Plus show up broken - either poorly packed at your warehouse (lightbulbs), or due to careless handling during transit. UPS is the worst offender, but Fed-Ex is right behind them. Look at my purchase history: THOUSANDS in lighting and fans. Trust me, were it not for living rurally and not having local access to lighting alternatives, I would not be spending another dime with Lamps Plus until you get your distribution A game back - but I have a new home to provide lighting for. I need just ONE more lighting selection (which I just ordered) along with bulbs to get here in ONE PIECE. Hope this order comes through for me bc I’m tired of the buy and return rodeo with you and other vendors seemingly sharing your service problems.

    The selection was really good. It seemed like they had some good things that fit my style. So, it’s nice. My experience was pretty good. Except that the shipping took a little bit of time. Because now, everyone's used to Amazon's one- or two-days’ shipping. But it's not that it took longer than what Lamps Plus told me. It came when they told me it was gonna come. It was just longer than Amazon. I like the lamp that I got from Lamps Plus. It's great. But I sent some others back because they didn't fit the space well. It's hard when you're shopping for it online to know what it's gonna look like. They could have 3D images of the lamps and that would be helpful to be able to envision them in the space a bit more.

    I purchased the two sets of rectangular-shaped lamps. They were sold as a pair. One for my living room and one for my bedroom. I loved the website. It was very easy to look at.     Lamps Plus delivered on time. However their lack of understanding of Covid disruption in our home renovation was shameful. When called about return of items that were never opened, Lamps Plus said their “system” would not allow the return because it was outside their 60 day return policy. I am deeply disappointed in this company’s refusal to make any exceptions during a 100 year pandemic. Their answer was to sell the items on our own. Not a company I will have faith in going forward.

    I placed an order on April 10. According to the website if I placed the order by a certain time, it would be shipped that day. I placed the order in good time. I received a confirmation email stating that my order would be delivered by April 14th. It wasn't. I received an update informing me that my order will now be delivered on the 16th. It wasn't. I placed a call to customer service. The lady was very nice and accommodating. She could see they were in stock, she placed an inquiry on the order in hopes to expedite this, and subsequently the original order was replaced with another one. I received a confirmation stating it would be delivered on April 22. It wasn't. Today is April 24, 7:30 pm, and still no lamp! This has been frustrating to say the least.

    I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I am a person who has been shopping online since online shopping became possible. I ordered what I thought was a medallion 04/03/21. My contractor told me it was actually a sticker type paper item which was not suitable for the project. I immediately called Lamps Plus in less than 30 minutes after the order was placed online. The customer service rep told me that the order would be canceled because the order was not yet in queue to be prepared for shipment from the warehouse as yet which made sense since the order was just placed.

    04/08/21, I received an email stating that the item was on its way. I called back lamps plus to tell them that the order was canceled the same day in less than 30 minutes after ordered. I was assured that I would be sent a return label to return the paper medallion of no cost to me. I requested the return label such by email only to receive an acknowledgment email that yes I can get the return label but it’s going to cost me eight dollars. This is a rip off and I will never ever ever recommend this company to any of my friends and colleagues. RIPOFF!

    Lamps Plus had the lamp I was looking for. I was finding it on Pinterest and I had a specific look I was going for. It's like a round drum and it had a champagne gold.     The first statue I got was fine, and although they called it rust, it was really brown. But my second order, I wanted an off-white, and they sent me another rust, a dark brown.
