I was looking for a pair of bedroom MCM lamps - Lamps Plus site is very easy to navigate, has all the information to make a smart purchase, easy to check out as well. Been buying at Lamps Plus for years...in store and online. I know if for some reason the purchase doesn't work for me after buying online, I can return them to the store with no problem.

I had previously ordered this exact lamp for a friend. I was so impressed by the quality and easy of instillation that I have ordered one for myself. This was also made simple because I merely went into my order history to locate the exact item. Thank you very much.

I ended up ordering only 1 fan. I would have ordered about 5,000.00 worth of lights and fans but during a chat with their representative, she said she could not give me volume discount. So I ended up getting others through other stores. My experience was good and the selection was good. Just would have bought a lot more if they offered a discount.

Always great product options and customer service when shopping through Lamps Plus! I bought 70% of my lighting through them when building my house four years ago as well as smaller lighting needs along the way, and am using them again for great lighting options for my mother's house currently being built. The representative whom helped me today, Shannon, was extremely knowledgeable and quick to reply to my questions via email. Overall - Highly recommend!

We use to have a nice lighting store in Peoria, Il that had a great selection of lamp shades. So I was excited to find your website. The selection and ordering went very smoothly. There was a great number of selections of lamp shades. Finally I found the perfect one (I hope), which was the same brand that I want to replace, a Stiffell. My lamp is over 40 years old. Anxious to see my order in my home and that all fits just fine! I am so excited to see how the colors of the pillow fits in with my decor.

Have been shopping for replacement lamp shade for several weeks on Lamps Plus website. Chatted several times with representatives who were very helpful & answered my questions completely. Great customer service experience ordering parts needed for a kitchen under-cabinet LED lighting project. Very impressed with level of service. I was looking at tracking information and and an image of my supposed order popped up…Needless to say it was not even close to what I had ordered. Resolution…Order has already shipped so I have to go thru the return process which will no doubt cost me. So much for customer service.

Absolutely beautiful and varied lighting choices. Kinda makes it hard to decide. I have been searching many sites and found repetition ion on most. Lamps Plus gave me the most choices. And after much measuring, style deciding and price...this is the one I chose. Hopefully, once it arrives it will be as good as the picture displays.

I used 1 Password for my credit card information. The website asked it if was OK, and I said yes. 1Password populated the credit card information, but then required that I re-enter the credit card number and name. I ended up cutting and pasting the credit card information from 1password, and then it worked. But kind of silly to have to do that.

Great fans and highly recommended. I had a three year old fan when the motor failed for some reason. I called Lamps Plus technical support, and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I sought clarification about a product on the Chat but the response was either driven by AI or the agent was confused, and never returned with the answer to my question, just asked if I was pleased with the info. The info given was about a return policy, and while I had not yet bought anything I was told the Lamps Plus policy was not to allow free returns on the item.

I had a light very similar to the one I bought. I was so glad when I found it. The light cover has a great pattern when it is lit. It was very easy to order! Looking forward to it's arrival so I can install it and have light again on my front porch.

The amount Lamps Plus wanted to ship to Hawaii was $125. I know from experience that it cost more to ship here but not nearly that much. I looked around on the internet and was able to find another store that did not charge for shipping. Now that I know what Lamps Plus charges for shipping to Hawaii I will not be shopping them. I have a lot more lighting to but for the house. They will just miss out.

The selection of lamps is really wide, including many finishes, shade colors and features. Easy to order. Reviews really help and there are enough photos to help make the right decision. The sales representative provided a lot of help in our decision making by reviewing our previous purchases and helping us decide on the sconces that would go with the chandelier and accessories that we have in the room where the sconces will be installed. This was very helpful because the sconces that we were trying to decide on are not on display in the Lamps Plus store that is close to where we live.

We started with the outdoor post light fixture, and found the perfect one. Then we thought about the flickering light bulbs, and WOW - they are here too! Hot Dog! With what we have selected combined with the special bulbs, our entryway is going to look amazing. Our driveway is very long, and we need five light poles. I had searched the web for over 1/2 hour and unable to find the right size globe. I then went to Lamps Plus website where I ordered the floor lamps from, found the same lamp, did live chat with representative and she sent me the link to the replacement globes within minutes. I ordered a ceiling fan and didn't realize that I needed a sloped ceiling adapter and longer downrod. The Customer Service agent put the items I needed directly into a cart and sent me a link to the shopping cart. All I needed to do was click the link and pay. Best customer service experience I have ever had!!!

Before completing my order I asked an online Rep to make sure the 5 year protection plan had been added to my order, she, Nehi, said it had and that she had sent me an email to confirm it. When I did not get the email I called once again and spoke with another online Rep name Aldo, who I needed to cancel the original order and place it again. I was looking to replace a black lampshade that unfortunately I had fallen into and destroyed. My wife was not happy. I went to the Lamps Plus website and I was able to find a very similar lampshade. I've used Lamps Plus before and they always seem to come through making it easy, offering good quality and offering a wide selection of product.

Love the selection of stained glass fixtures available, I had a difficult time in my choice but I am elated with my final decision. I wanted fixtures to replace the antique ones I have over my dining room table and these will blend perfectly with my house full of antiques. Prices are great comparatively.

After going on a chat yesterday with Lamps Plus in regard to my issue with both chandeliers that cost almost $1600 for two of them it appears they changed their refund from $105 total for the defects to slightly over $200. At least that is better. I thank you.

The Grass Cloth Drum Ceiling Light is my second purchase from Lamps Plus, because the first experience was very positive. (I recently bought a Wild Desert Giclee Glow 14" Wide, which I love: great design and color scheme, and it emits bright soft light.) This 2nd purchase of the Grass Cloth Drum Ceiling Light is an "open-box" purchase which seems to be warrantied.

It was a bit difficult, but surfing your site, texting questions, and then a final phone call to your sales rep helped me put my online order through. My one disappointment is that I liked many of your white resign busts, BUT-- most of them with fake-looking cracks using dark paint, which looked terrible. So I purchased what was in good shape, aesthetically.

Website was easy to navigate and the descriptions of the lamps were thorough and included measurements.. I wasted hours going to 3 furniture stores in 100 degree heat looking for brass lamps when I could have stayed home in the AC and used Lamps Plus to browse successfully. Showrooms featured practically no brass lamps and the sales peoples were not particularly helpful.

For months we searched everywhere and not only could we not find the selection we were looking for to upscale our new home with new chandeliers etc. But more importantly, we could not find satisfactory service. She not only helped us with multiple orders, in person and online, but even helped us with all the detailed and important measurements so that everything fit right the first time. Then she helped us find all the right incandescent bulbs, LED bulbs, dimmers and decor! Susan always went the extra mile and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ordered both the right facing heron lamp and the related Motopiku Turtle Lamp at the same time. Received the heron lamp (shipping mixed up the order and said the turtle lamp was the one shipped, but only the heron came). When I called to follow up, I was told the turtle lamp was discontinued. NOT GOOD since I wanted both for my living room. Tried to find the turtle lamp elsewhere, but couldn't. Had to order 2 different lamps for my living room. Not sure what I will do with the heron.

I got my brushed nickel pharmacy floor lamp sooner than expected. It was of good quality.

I purchased a couple of ceiling fans and bathroom wall lights from them. The ceiling fans have a motor in them. Those are fine. But the lamps, they're a piece of metal and a few pieces of glass and they're expensive. But I've been satisfied with my experience with them.

I got some lamps from them recently. The packaging was great and there wasn't any damage to the product. The assembly was super easy. The lamps are pretty and of really good quality. They have good weight to them too. They are even better than I thought they'd be. Lamps Plus has a ton of selections. Their product gets to you super quickly.

I got a chandelier that's over my dining room table and two pendant lights. They match and the quality is very good. The light over the dining room table has been installed and it's been working for a couple of months now. I like it and it looks very nice. The pendant lights, I've looked them over but they haven't been installed yet. But they looked fine. Lamps Plus is a good company to use and I've recommended it to several relatives so far.

I got the lamps through FedEx and they came within four days. My daughter is in the process of just starting to build another house, and I showed her one of the cutest lamps I've seen on Lamps Plus. It was an airplane one. She's a pilot and her boy loves airplanes. So, I said, "You need to get this for Cruz's room." I recruited a customer already.

Lamps Plus has these new lamps in town. I wanted to try those. The website popped up with the discount and the shades whenever I needed them. It's personalized and user-friendly. The delivery time was very accurate. Lamps Plus told me two to five business days and they did it on time. The one lamp had some issues, but they did it after four days. One side, they did it on time, and one side, it was a huge side tables lamp, was delivered to me more than six business days. The price range was almost $120. It was okay. Because of the price, I get it. But I paid 250 for the single table lamp. I figured out it had some lines on it. I got a little confused and I didn't even email Lamps Plus. But my friend visited me and said, "Maybe this is the best look, but this is the way it should be." It's the design.

I bought sconce with the cord that just plugs in the wall. I got it on time and it's good quality. I'm happy with what I got.

We browsed both their online store and one of their brick-and-mortar stores and I may have used one of their see it in your home tools on their website for a couple of the lamps. But we just picked most of them. We had an electrician working with us and he installed the lamps. The quality is great. My experience working with Lamps Plus was very straightforward. I appreciated that the stuff got out to us quickly and there was a return option if it ended up being the wrong. That was really helpful, especially when you're having to buy a number of lamps for a number of rooms.

I have old lamps from the 40's which I would like to update. I chatted with Anita & she was wonderful. She was very helpful in making my decision. I am anxious to receive my shades & put them on my lamps. My only complaint is how long the order number is.

75W Equivalent Clear 8W LED - these are special bulbs that will give the room a new look... Hopefully these will operate for the average 25,000 hours (the higher 100 wattage bulbs did not last over a year.) The reviews for this bulb are eleven. 5 Stars on this clear LED dimmable bulbs. This should be ideal for moderate daytime lighting.

I ordered a 55” credenza which arrived damaged. I immediately contacted Customer Service and after following requested guild lines I was told it would be picked up for return from shipper. I was instructed to repackage the credenza and prepare it for shipping. I explained I am a 66 year old single woman who is not a warehouse worker and cannot repackage this item. I also explained that this damage was not of my doing and I should not have to-be responsible for getting it repackaged and they would need to reimburse me for the help I would have to-pay to repackage a 55” credenza.

I am going to purchase the smaller size lamp to match and see if it looks like a great match. I love your website EXCEPT the sort is sooo frustrating. The ranges for size on mirrors or lamp height are far too broad. This leads to hours of digging for the correct size. Also... allow for a weight sort feature for mirrors. I don't like heavy mirrors.

In my large great room I currently have a white fan with a white ceiling. I wanted something a little different and yet something that would blend in with my wood floors. This Koa fan fit all of my "wants"! A fan that will really move air, add an accent to the large room, and also provide a light source to add to the table lamps!

I purchased and Installed 10 of these outdoor lamps in November 2020. They have rarely been used, one stopped working shortly after I received it about 6 months, and another one this past week. I expected them to last many years given the rarity of use. They look really nice. Unfortunately, I have had to purchase 2 new ones to match the existing group. The original cost was $70 now they are $110. Seems a high a price increase.

This is the second time I have ordered from Lamps Plus and the quality of the product from my first order was excellent. We love our bathroom vanity lights. I needed a new floor lamp and decided to order again. From the reviews I am sure I will be pleased with this new order.

I do not have an order number yet, just placed the order. I did a chat to ask what types of bulbs this fixture would accept & the fellow looked it right up for me. I expect to use incandescent bulbs because I have something like an allergic reaction to fluorescents, and am not certain about halogens yet for myself. We bought a lifetime supply of incandescents while they were still available. I was explaining to the fellow on chat how I could 'feel' a flourescent light a story below my feet without any visible way to know if it were turned on or not. I always knew because of how it made me feel. They haven't invented this condition yet but I guarantee I do not see through floors. The fixtures look nice and are a super price on clearance! We have iron scrollwork nearby, so they fit!

The second live chat was perfect. The first live chat was firstly a bot.- Why would you think anybody would like to talk to a bot? They don't. I do not suppose if you wanted to talk to a nurse about something technical - you would like to talk to a bot about it. But I will try that with my patients and see what their reaction will be. Anyway.... I digress. When I finally got to a live person who wanted the item number. That info is not shown unless you have it in your cart. So, I had to put it in a cart before I could give her the item number even though I gave a total description. She then hung up on me while I was retrieving the information. (15 seconds) Really, then I got sent back to the bot. WOW. NOT SURE WHY I TRIED AGAIN, BUT I DID. Thankfully I got a real person who helped me in a matter of 15 seconds with perfect information.
