I signed up for text messages to save the $30 and it tells me only on regular priced items, it should state that in the beginning and maybe it did but I do not remember seeing it. I would not have went through all the trouble to receive text messages I don't want.

All searching and purchasing was done online and I appreciated the detailed pictures of the fans and the measurements given for all facets of the fans. Looking forward to replacing my nonworking fan with a new sleek one!

I had to order a second lamp at a higher price because the original lamp I ordered did not have pool strings liked pictures showed it did. I wasn’t pleased about that but all of the people that helped me have been great. This is a gift, please make sure the receipt is not in the box. The website does not give you an option to say this is a gift.

I ordered warm light bulbs instead of the "soft" bulbs my wife wanted. Needless to say, I had to return them & to my surprise Lamps Plus told me to keep the bulbs & refunded my money which was a pleasant surprise. The $30 bucks was cool but not having to deal with the hassle of getting a shipping label & going to UPS/FedEx to return them was cooler! My wife is happy & you know what they say, Happy Wife....Happy Life... lol thxs again Lamps Plus, sincerely Bob

Always a great selection of quality products...Sometimes it's difficult to pick one from all that is offered. Pricing can be high but there is plenty of beautiful items across the cost spectrum. Thank you for being there!

We have ordered many lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus. Whether it is an indoor or outdoor fixture we have been very pleased with the quality of the lighting fixtures and lamps that we have purchased. We highly recommend them.

Easy ordering. Found what I wanted easily. Will use this site again in the future if needed. I hope it is not necessary as lamp shades are expensive. Pretty lampshades. I will recommend this site to anyone needing new lampshades. Easily to use. I love this site!!!!

So, although the products look great. When I attempted to use two different coupon codes, $30 off $199 that one was sent to my email and another was sent to my email, both codes didn't work. When I started chatting with a live agent, he was not able to get into my cart, I bought 46 items, and it just wasn't worth the time it took to copy and paste each item for him to see if the items were in the special and to communicate everything to him for $30.

I ordered a lamp (not discounted but full price of about $700) two months ago. Until today, it has not shipped, nor has any explanation been offered why not. Various emails -- back-and-forth -- have been exchanged with promises on delivery dates that were never kept. At this point, I have requested a full refund, since if this is the customer service, what should one expect of the shipment arrives damaged. Companies like these need to learn that this is not acceptable and consumers have choices.

I called Lamps Plus to try and put an order on hold. Charlotte was so helpful and kind, and while waiting for a supervisor, she even looked at a picture of my choices and helped me decide. She was funny and kind. A+ for Charlotte!! I am excited to get my new chandelier for the kitchen!

I am grateful for the user friendly website and all the beautiful lamps selections. I purchased my old floor lamp from you many years ago, and now I want to have a new one to replace it. It is a gift for our family - I am sure that this lamp will bring light and joy for us! Thank you so much for providing the classic and elegant lamps for all these years!

Decent variety of styles. Prices are high. The main thing that bothers me, is Lamps Plus' use of "discount options." You can get $20, $30 or $50 off with coupon, but you MUST sign up for future sales pitches and notifications. What isn't told, until after you sign up and process your orders is, the coupons/discounts don't apply to many of the items. Even if your purchase meets the required dollar amount. For my purchase, I was offered a $30 discount for any item at or above $199, but regardless which item I selected, the discount wasn't accepted. The "fake" coupon/discount offer is just their way to get access to your text messaging. Very disgusting customer service.

Went to Lamps Plus a few weeks ago to pick these light fixtures for a client. Rec'd approval over the holiday then I go to order them and the price went up 10%. Hoping to get the price I had originally planned for this job by using the cyber Monday deal and no luck. Overall I can only get 5% off and the total cost is still higher than 2 weeks ago.

Beautiful lamps. I was able to look at a variety of lamps. Put them all in the cart for husband to look at. He was able to chime in on what he liked. He liked all the selections. We were able to click back and forth. The site is easy to use. I did not need to register prior to placing my order. I could just go ahead and do that when I checked out. Super easy.

Please do not waste your time or $ with this company. I ordered a clearance item, they sent the incorrect item, and will not exchange or refund since it was a clearance item they sent me . This makes no sense to me! I eventually had to file a dispute with my CC Company, files a report with the Illinois Attorney General's Office, and the FTC. Please save yourself time and stress, their Customer Service is awful!

I am very pleased with the selection of lamps and believe I chose just what I wanted. Thank you for the excellent experience and the ease of shopping with your website. I will certainly remember this and share your shop with my friends. All of your products look like they are fine quality.

2 years ago, I purchased a chandelier. It came defective, and already installed, still have it and still defective, an electrician wanted to charge me 400 to removed the damaged chandelier plus 400 to install the new one, I called you to see if you will be paying for the new installation since the one I got from you was defective, the person I spoke was super rude, he said that nothing was wrong with the chandelier, I even send pictures and videos, I hope to have better luck this time.. Since then I purchase 4 more lamps at Ferguson Home, I sorry I can't recommend you guys..

Called to ask about replacing a remote for a fan purchased from Lamps Plus...... Waiting for someone to talk with me, then transferred to parts dept where recording said to leave my number and they gave me a five minute wait which turned into twenty minutes and going. I tried the chat after waiting that long and some wonderful person gave me my answer right away. Thanks so much for helping me resolve a problem that needed to be corrected so I can have my wonderful fan and light work again.

This is my second time ordering lighting from Lamps Plus. I have been very satisfied with my experience. We had a small problem with a lamp and their customer service was a joy to work with. Quality of their products is superb. Highly recommend this company.

I am a repeat customer who has always had a great experience with Lamps Plus. The selection and quality of the merchandise is amazing. Never disappointed. I definitely recommend their merchandise. It is packaged wirh excellent care, so there is not a worry about breakage.

Website is easy to use to find desired product and pricing. Sale discounts noted and easy to apply. Great inventory of desirable pole lights. I was able to explore a large num. Navigating the website is incredibly straightforward, making it quite effortless to locate the specific product I was searching for, along with its corresponding price. The site clearly highlights any sale discounts available, and applying those discounts to my purchases has proven to be a simple task. I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of attractive pole lights available in their inventory. I had the opportunity to browse through numerous designs that seamlessly complement the overall aesthetic I envisioned for my landscaping.

Staff was very unfriendly. After we paid for our lamp, they made us wait 10-15 minutes before they got our lamp while they chit chatted with each other. We had to buy the lamp on the floor because it was only one left. They put it in a plastic bag. They said they had no boxes. Get that, a store that gets lamps in boxes had no boxes.

No response from any customer service team member regarding how we can fix this order confusion in extra attachment sizes. I then proceeded to order another attachment thinking that it was the correct size and then not only to find out that whatever units of measurement that is for your website is not in the Imperial system. That or maybe I am just crazy. My contractor told me to get a 24 Inch down rod and that's exactly what I thought I was getting but I guess it ended up being 24 centimeters? I don't know. I'm not even going to bother measuring it. I sent an email to one of your customer service representatives and never heard back -- I haven't bothered to call because I am afraid I am going to get the same type of experience.

I have purchased 3 sets of lamps expensive now from this company and they have all been very nice quality with good functionality, easy to assemble and use. The ordering process was quick and easy. And, it also offered several options for payment.

I ordered a Hugger fan earlier today not realizing it would not fit where the old fan is because of the angled ceiling of the patio. Your customer service rep was very helpful in cancelling the Hugger fan so I could order the one with a down rod. So easy. Thank you.

Excellent service. I loved the extra incentive that was applied. I had to call back for the incentive and it was graciously applied. Customer service representative was kind and very helpful. I will recommend Lampsplus to all my friends. Especially my contractor friends.

I love Lamps Plus! We built a new home 18 months ago and then were hit by a tornado. We have had to build our home twice.. I have ordered all of my lights from Lamps Plus! I would recommend to everyone looking for lights! High quality & beautiful!

It was great searching on your website, but I tried modifying the account holder to husband Ernie & also the Billing account to him, but that did NOT show up when the order was placed, making it difficult to try to go backwards to modify for billing purposes. I called the 800 # but there was a 20-minute wait time.

I’m frustrated that when I signed up for the $50 off coupon for texts I found that it wouldn’t apply to my items once I was checking out. They were full priced items. I felt deceived by this pop up ad to get my business. I will think twice before signing up again

Will buy here again. Very easy to manipulate the website, has all the info needed to make a decision, the photos are high quality for zooming in. I had to return a lamp that came damaged and it was very easy. This company has it together when it comes to internet sales. Highly recommend as other lamps we have purchased have received mucho compliments for style color etc. Thanks
