I'm very satisfied about the value of this Kenmore appliance. It is cost efficient. You get what you pay for and this exceeds each dollar spent. I don't think I could have asked for a better washer and dryer. The appliance was quiet and efficient. It's a great improvement over the last dryer I owned. I also have not had an issue with it so far. It is the very definition of reliability. I purchased it over six months ago and it is just as effective as day one. As far as dryers go, this one isn't too bad on the eyes. It's clean and modern looking.

I liked this dryer. The knobs are cool and easy to understand. There's plenty of space inside for plenty of clothes. The temp is easily adjustable and easy to plug into the wall. This dryer is slick looking, the door opens perfectly from top to bottom and the colour is nicely chosen. And then the lint trap is easy to remove and nice looking too. This dryer worked every time I used it and each setting works very nice. This is very reliable. The heat cycle is awesome. Also, the price is good and it has a good warranty for parts and labor. I've had it for two years now and it doesn't show any signs of weakness. I'm very happy with this product.

It's great. I would recommended it. Since I have had it, it has worked very well and has not let me down... not once. I am getting clean clothes, no tears or wears from machine, great job and not much of a noise. Dryer works nice too, but I do not use it much - prefer natural drying outside. Kenmore washer model # 21102010. Only lasted 5 years. After it stopped going to the next stage of washing, repairman states that 2 parts need replacing... $360.00... I will never buy a Kenmore appliance.

Model 110.27102310. Serial C34130259 - The washer finishes the cycle and the clothes are barely wet. Oftentimes I have to do it over again wasting water, time and detergent. If the load is uneven during the spin cycle, the washer hit its wall very, very loud but does not show or have any indication where and how to balance the load (more to the left? or more to the right?). It's HIT AND MISS - I keep trying to balance it over and over with a guess. It is so frustrating!

I have only had it for a few months and it has performed ok. Although I am unable to wash a small rug because it makes the machine off balance. I could do this with my old machine. The dials could be a little more durable. The instructions are not very helpful on how to get the proper water level, too. I cannot control the water level the way I would like. We have had the washer since 2003. It has been quite reliable and fits the needs of a family of four. I had it when my son, who was in sports and Naval Sea Cadet Corp, was living with us and it handled large amounts of VERY dirty laundry. While it washes very well, the spin cycle is awful. This washer had many different cycle options for all of my washing needs. It washed all my items very well and I like the speed the water ran in the washer.

I like my washer. It was kind of expensive to me but it's worth it because it's one of the best kind of washers and last for years - better to get a good one like that. It washes good and spins so good it's like the clothes are halfway dry. Rinses long enough for it to smell good and the clothes are really clean. My washer is white with 3 load sizes; temperature hot, cold or warm. The load sizes are good. You can wash heavy blankets with no problem and small load you can do a few things real fast. It's quiet, doesn't make a lot of noise. And it fits in the kitchen good, a place to put fabric softener in it.

Kenmore gets our clothes clean, offers a Vietnam of cycles, temperatures and I am please. Kids do their own laundry so it's easy to use. It stays clean and fresh smelling and cycles are fast. It is definitely reliable. Have had to for a few years and we do several loads a weeks. Have not had any issues with it not operating correctly. We are pleased with its functioning capability. Can't say I have seen a good looking or a bad looking washing machine but this machine is attractive. We have had it for a few years and I honestly do not remember what we paid for it but considering it has worked without issues for this long I would say it was good value.

Dryer worked great for a little over 2 yrs. Right after the warranty was up the heat quit working. We thought it was the heating element. But it turned out to be the computer board. I bought a new dryer for what it would have cost to put a new computer board in it. I really liked the appearance of this dryer. That's why I bought this style of dryer. But never again. I went back to the old style. Just because they come up with a newer style dryer don't mean it's better than the old style. The value of this style dryer was not good at all. The very first dryer I bought which was an old style dryer lasted over 20 yrs. But the new style dryer didn't last 30 months.

My Kenmore is a plain-looking white dryer, nothing fancy. It has one button for the setting and one button to push and start the actual dryer. If I usually want something to dry very quickly, I usually put it on the extremely hot setting and it takes less time to dry. Although it doesn't fit all my needs, it gets the job done and is better than drying clothes outside or going to the laundromat. If you are looking for something simple to dry clothes in, this is for you.

The Kenmore washer is very energy efficient, fills up quickly even in cold water, is very quiet, and the clothes are washed very thoroughly. The final rinse is the best, the clothes come out so wrinkle free, not all twisted up like some washers. I can depend on it totally. If I'm in a hurry I have a fast quick wash on there that can get the job done. If I want things that need soaked, I know it will get the job done. It's very attractive appliance and modern looking. Has all the features right where they are easy to get to and easy to understand. It's well worth every cent. A bit pricey, but it will last for many years. The service and warranty goes above and beyond. It saves so much on my water bill it is paying for itself.

My Kenmore washer is a creamy white color like most washers and it is not super fancy looking but it is nice. Some minor issues and fails but it's a good washer and worth the money you pay. We have had to get it fixed at least once since the water was not coming out hardly at all and the calcium deposits had built up as well. And sometimes the clothes do come out a bit soaked still so I guess it just does not spin right sometimes. But other than that it seems to work fine. It still does what it is supposed to and washes clothes fine.

I love the simplicity but with good performance and it's durable. It's easy to operate without reading the manual. I also love the size, it has more space inside, and you can put in more clothes. Their dryer was large enough and had various settings and temperatures to dry a large load in an appropriate amount of time. It also helped keep the clothes from wrinkling. Also, the dryer was very modern looking. Nice dials. Wasn't overly bulky or large. They definitely keep up with the changing times and designs. Never had any issues with it while I owned it. It was definitely a worry free purchase.

The salespeople at Home Depot were extremely helpful and open. It has a capacity that is enough for our needs. It is also not super bulky and fits neatly in our laundry closet. The dryer is stacked on top of it. It's very reliable and it isn't too noisy. We use it at least once a day and the clothes come out smelling great and thoroughly clean.

The washer does the job well and gets clothes clean but I wish that I had a larger washer. I have a large family and the load size is fairly large most of the time, so I very frequently have to do multiple loads of laundry to get all of it done. I've never had any issues with Kenmore. It always does a good job drying - at times if I am drying a large item (like a comforter) I dry it twice. This washer and dryer are very attractive in appearance and very easy to keep clean. It has a lot of knobs and settings but very easy to operate. They have been a god send. Don't remember what I paid for them but whatever I paid it was well worth it. It's the best washing machine I have ever had. It has a large tub for big loads so you can cut water level down for very small loads and the different water levels have helped on utility bills. It also has different wash cycles from very heavy to delicate. I have owned this washer for over twelve years and has never failed to work and have never had a repairman out. Great machine.

No special cleaning agents were needed. The color never faded or discolored, and it did not show signs of any rust. When compared to other machines with the same features it was more of a great value at a good price. The load capacity was even larger than some of the others at a greater price.

The performance decrease with age, it works great for the first 5 years.
