It worked about average. My clothes were clean but stains still had to soak or run through a couple times if they came out. Works better with smaller loads and extra rinse. I had it for couple years. Never had to fix anything and when I sold it was still working. I would purchase another Kenmore if needed. The appearance was plain but I didn't dislike it. I do preferred to look at the front loader washer and dryers with different colors but I don't think they work as good. For the price I paid for it it was reliable. It was a good value.

My washer and dryer do exceptionally well at cleaning my clothes. When I come home from a long sweaty day, I just toss them right in and they're clean. My dryer is pretty reliable. It gets the job done. The only thing I don't like having to do is clean it. Other than that I have no problems with it. Always works for me. My equipment's appearance is very modern and casual. I'm a simple person so I don't need much to be satisfied, so I am completely happy with the looks of my product. The value is great. I got what I paid for. My equipment works and wasn't too expensive. I have no complaints overall. I have been having a great experience with it.

You want to be able to wash and dry your clothes knowing that the machinery is not going to break down any time while you're using them. We have never had to have a service person come up to the house to look at any of our washer dryers that are the Kenmore brand. It's now the year 2016 getting ready to be the 2017. You want top of the line modern appliances that fit with your interior and the modern look of your house. You don't want washer and dryers that look like they're made in the 1950s. We bought our washer and dryer brand new and even with the payments had them paid off within a year and a half. Very reasonable and didn't even notice the money missing from our banking accounts as the we paid the bills.

Never have had any problems. The performance it does on cleaning my laundry is outstanding. I will only use Kenmore products from now on. When I want to do laundry I know I can do it in my Kenmore machine. I have been using Kenmore for 20 years and will never use a different brand. My machine is absolutely visually appealing. It is also very easy to keep clean and looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Although I paid a little more than I would prefer to I definitely got my money worth! When they say you get what you paid for I have to truly agree with that saying.

I bought an $800 High Efficiency, 4.8 cf capacity washer (Paid $569.00 on sale and it some of the worst money spent) to wash the blankets I make. The machine rolls them into mushrooms and dumps any dirt, hair, etc. on top in a ring. Uses so little water that even on deep fill the clothes are NEVER covered with water. Socks come out looking like they were just worn. I have to spray all socks or they don't get even partly clean. Won't get sweat out unless you use an additive and if you use more than 1/8th cup of detergent, the machine will run for hours.

I had a 16 year old Kenmore that I was very happy with until it spun its last load. Bought the Kenmore 700 series, Triple Action Technology, 5.3 cu ft. washer with matching dryer. The first load was of my work dress pants (black), they came out with soap residue all over them. I called for a tech to come out to look at it, they sent the delivery guys to re-balance the machine. I tried using the "he" laundry liquid soap to see if that helped. NOPE. Did not make a difference at all. Tried using the "deep fill", still no help. I am within my window of 30 days, so I guess I will have to return it. Very disappointed about that.

It was made for a long time, very good. I think that I had it for years. Very simple to use, and not many buttons so you can use it easier. It is made very sturdy, had it for many years. Just a simple washer and dryer that doesn't have many setting, which I like. Nothing really fancy but sure last a long time. It is very plain, but has the three settings, and that is what I wanted or needed. I don't like all the fancy buttons on a machine. It is quiet, and works well. The value is the best, not too expensive and does everything that an expensive washer and dryer would do. It was less than the newer washers and dryers and I had it for years.

The best dryer I ever own. If you own one of these you will fall in love with this one and it will do the job for you. You might pay a little more for it but it will be worth it. It will take big loads. Little loads also. Will get your clothes dry like you. You will be happy with it like it was for me. It is worth the money. You can get it in many different colors. It will fit in with your others thing and will always be in style and also can be put almost anywhere. It is a good value. The price is in your price range. Also it will always do the job for the price and will be right for you and you will be happy with it.

Clean well, works well - washes fast. Laundry comes out smelling good - great machine, last forever - can't overload it. That's my favorite part about it. My husband broke our other washer that way that's why we got yours. Like the design, like the shape, like how easy it is to get to the buttons and how easy it is to put the soap in - very easy to use washer, nice washer. I bought this washer to replace one after a matching set broke only the washer. I was able to get it for a good deal and the performance is great. I am happy so far with how reliable it has been. It is not that old so I am not surprised that it is still working good however in a few years we will see how it is holding up. It is white which matches the dryer I already had which is nice for a replacement. However the design is not too advanced. My old washer featured a touch screen and sleeker appearance. From what I can tell the washer is of a pretty great value. The price was good and it holds a decent sized load of laundry. Besides my king size comforter I am pleased.

The dryer has lasted for over 15 years and still going strong. I love Kenmore. I will always chose them as my primary kitchen and appliance ware. I owned an electric top loading Kenmore washing machine and an electric Kenmore dryer for 18 years. In that 18 years, I never experienced any problems with the washing machine. It always worked like a charm and I did laundry for 5 people, including a baby, in that washing machine for 4 of those 18 years. The only problem I ever had with the dryer was the cord had to be replaced after several years of use. There was also one incident where the dryer wasn't drying properly and I called the Kenmore service division to make an appointment for them to come out and repair my dryer.

Have found faster cycles with some other brands, but overall happy!! Kenmore is a reliable brand and great otherwise. :) I like any front load washer, but there should be a better airing out option. I usually pack clothes and towels in to my washing machines, this fits large loads and fits all of my washing needs. I would prefer for the washer to drain and dry without needing to prop the door open. Looks great and fits in any laundry room or laundry area of a home. Be sure to prop door open, detergent door as well... Will get musty otherwise. Kenmore value is always prevalent as the quality is usually very high. All parts have worked well and haven't had any issue with the value of the product.

When I moved into my house the Kenmore dryer had some years on it. The dryer is still performing well. I would recommend Kenmore products as one of the best out there on the market. It keeps on going drying clothes year after year with no complaints. Kenmore is known for their reliability or to say you get your money worth. It gives the Maytag guy a run for the money.

Poor quality on Model 1105072012 Kenmore washer. We bought this washer, and a dryer on 3/17/2015. The washer was so noisy, we took it back. Second washer had a broken pump, and flooded the house. This is the 3rd one, and after 1 year it simply stopped, with the lid lock light flashing. Couldn't get it to self diagnose, so I bought a new lid lock ($56), and after running for part of a cycle it did it, again. Called the store... And SURPRISE!!! They have no record of the sale OR the extended warranty!! Same type of problems with the toaster, and coffee maker, so we will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Sears/Kmart, again!! Since we can't find the receipt, it's a lost cause.

It was fine. I had it when I was a lot younger. It's been a while, but was good when it worked. I might get another one in the future at some point. Good for a big load or a small load. It's important to break up your clothes into lights and darks. Use bleach w/ the whites and use the black colors with other laundry detergent. Good look. I like the feel and overall value of it. It looks like it could achieve a great deal of cleanliness. I'd like the price to go down a bit and am willing to buy a used model. Value is important because it shows the overall need of a product. Both the Kenmore washer and dryer were used on a daily basis, as I have four children. They stood up to harsh conditions for many years, and still work to this day. In the future I will purchase Kenmore. I never had to call a repairman the whole time I have owned the Kenmore washer and dryer. I have filled the washer to capacity many times which did not slow my washer down a bit. Every week I run a cup of vinegar through the washer to keep down sewer smells. Worked fine for years until the clothes started getting stuck in the rotating drum and ripped and stained the clothes. It worked good and we gave it away because we wanted a more modern unit. It was a simple control system, not fancy or high tech, Just had like 4 settings and was easy to use. It was just plain white in color and a standard appearance. It was a really good value for all the years we had it. It only need one or two minor repairs for a broken belt and something else. Otherwise the money spent on it gave me good value for the dollar.

It can literally fit a ton of clothes, or even my whole comforter and all the bed sheets together. It's such a great washing machine. The appearance is absolutely wonderful. It looks sleek and shiny and so up to date with the trends today. It's modern and has great technology. I just love this washing machine so much. The value isn't bad at all for this washing machine. You honestly get what you pay for. It's not priced bad at all. But you definitely will be happy with it.

The performance is great. I really never have a problem with this product. I can trust and rely on this brand to do what I need it to do. The performance of it has never let me down. Very reliable, I can take care of my need and want of washing with my washer. I have never been left with the thought of my washer not being able to work for me. It dries a heavy load of laundry in 30 minutes or less without any issues. It also runs quietly and smoothly without making much noise at all. It is extremely reliable, I can throw in a huge load of laundry, turn it on for 30 minutes and walk away and forget about it and when I do remember and go back, the clothes are completely dry and ready to be put up. It's simple, sleek, and really nice looking. There aren't too many button that make it look confusing or complicated and the color is perfect. It matches my laundry room perfectly and it also fits in well with my washer that is a different brand but the same color. When I bought it, it was about $300 and it has never had a single issue since I bought it over three years ago. It works well, it sounds great, and it dries clothes great, too.

Took the stains right out of my clothes, great performance, I had no problems with it at all, totally would recommend it to other people. The reason it was replaced was a sale price I could not pass up. The design is a simple design. It is a basic washer but that is my style. Does not stand out but that is the reason I bought it. Very easy to keep clean. I bought over the summer during a Fourth of July sale. For my money it was the best value that I came across.

This one I have not really pushed it but easy fourteen in one load. I have the dryer as well and it dryers them in roughly thirty-two minutes.

Had to call someone out twice because a sock got lodged somewhere weird in the washer and the dryer wasn't heating so I took apart the back and went at it with a vacuum - good as new. The performance is pretty consistent from load to load = the need for rebalancing of the wash happens routinely, and having wet towels at the end of a drying cycle recurs pretty often. The washer and dryer were not bought at the same time, so one is white and one is beige; other than that, they fit my laundry room well and are not too obtrusive. Considering I have had the washer and dryer for 10 and 8 years, respectively, they have been great values. But given the improved current technologies, if I were in the market today, they would not be considered good values based on their performance.

This dryer is pretty awesome. I love how fast it dries my clothes and if they had wrinkles prior then they get all the wrinkles out too. I never had any issues with this dryer. First off, I realized washers and dryers fall into the same category, which is a mistake. The dryer has been great for the eight years I have owned it, albeit overpriced. The front load washers (He3) are complete junk. I spent years doing light repairs on commercial machines at hotels, so I do all my own repairs. My labor is free so I believe my opinion should hold more weight than average. If I had to pay a repair service, I would have junked this machine long ago. I am about to replace the drum seal for about the 4th or 5th time. In total I have done an major repair about 10 times and of course the mold/mildew smell of the machine, constantly buying expensive cleaners to rid the smell. Listen, the smell comes from the pump. It doesn't fully drain the sump, and the detergents leave a residue... If you ever take the pump off, it smells just like a sewer. My brother bought a Sams---, 5 years, absolutely trouble-free.

Kenmore Elite top loading washing machine - This washing machine is less than 6 years old and for the past year it would imbalance when heading into the final spin cycle following the rinse cycle. I tested it with nothing in the machine and it still imbalanced. In researching the problem on the internet I found that this problem is not unique to my machine.The response from what is termed a "community expert" is that the entire tub needs to be replaced, which would at that time (2011) cost $212, not counting labor costs.

Kenmore 700S Washer - I was so excited to get this new washer and dryer, as I've had great experience in the past with this brand. The top load with no agitator has great capacity for my larger loads, including sheets and blankets. The problem is this... My stuff is NOT getting clean. Every time I pull stuff out it has white residue all over it and I have to rewash it. I'm beyond frustrated! Makes me want to go back to a front loader I guess. The dryer is great.

I have bought a Kenmore Elite in 2008 and it broke down in 4 months. After that, it has been a continuing battle. I am on my 3rd service contract with Sears 4MyHome and it just broke down again. This time part has to be taken out of machine and sent to a repair service to get repaired because they don't have a new part for it. I was told that it possibly will be done on the 18th of the month (10 days without a washer). This is crazy!!! I am at the laundromat every few days, because I have 3 kids and a dog, and dealing with sports. I would NOT recommend the Kenmore Elite washer to anyone. I tell all my friends and neighbors that this machine is a big waste of money. After my warranty runs out, I am going to replace it. Definitely do my homework and the next one! My sincere condolences to anyone who buys this machine. It is TERRIBLE!!!

This washer is terrible. It uses soooo little water that I have 1) remaining soap residue on my clothes, 2) can only do VERY small loads of clothes, 3) I need to always do a 2nd rinse. This washer is not saving me time nor water!! I have always had skin problems. They ARE worse due soap remaining in our clothes!! Have had multiple repairmen out here. Have done everything they have told me to try! They also tell me that they have a lot of calls on this particular washer!! Many problems! Nothing works!!

I would never buy another Kenmore product again in my life. This washing machine is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. I don't understand why anyone would put a door switch like this on anything and what is it doing when you try to start it? Making sure the door is closed? I would love to know who the geniuses is that though this was a good idea. With a design this bad I find it hard to believe anyone in the design department there has a brain. The only thing this is good at being is a pile of scrap.

I like that I can set the washer to start later, like an hour or two up to 12. That way I can go grocery shopping and when I get back the washer will still be on. My complaint is that I'm not supposed to cover the center (there's no stick anymore) where there's a metal button. If it gets covered, like when I wash sheets and blankets, it won't drain. It'll actually take more time by re-rinsing and not draining so my sheets and blankets come out soaking wet. They never spin dry either. I'd like there to be an option to spin only. Right now I have to select rinse and spin, which uses more water. That kind of defeats the purpose of it being HE.

Purchased a Kenmore Washer Top Loader 4 years ago. Needed replacing about 1 year ago but used it and tried to limp by as buying a new washer was not in the budget. However it soon became impossible to continue with this piece of equipment. It failed to spin and drain after the wash cycle. We finally had to give it up. Sometimes we'd have to spin and drain 3 or 4 times to get the water out of the clothes and dryer ready. To fix this piece of junk it would be more cost effective to buy new. So today went out and had to do just that. We have other Sears appliances and they're not much better. Dishwasher needed fixing after 2 years. Needed a new pump.

It worked well at first and then the inside drum came loose from the frame. It started leaving white material all over cloths from the lining or glue that held drum in place. Water was coming out all over our floor. Was satisfied until it broke. Parts were too expensive to repair it so had to buy another washer instead and did not buy the same brand washer. I love the look and front load door. It was pretty dark, red colored, and still looked new when it broke down. Loved how easy it was to control. Not happy with the perceived value because parts were priced so high that it's not worth it to fix or repair them. You are better off buying a new one.

This dryer had a large enough drum to hold large loads. Consistently dries clothes very well considering the size of loads. Very simple to use and at a good price. Very good machine. Installs simply. Have had no problems the entire life of the machine. Never had It break down and have any issues. Very reliable. I bought this dryer in a traditional white color, Standard color and that's what I prefer over a color or stainless steel. Looks very up to date, stylish and still be simple. This brand and style of appliance is a very good value. One of the best prices in its category. Others you pay a lot for the brand name. On this you pay for the performance.

My dryer worked fine until the seal started to mold badly and we had to replace it after only 2 years. I have no idea how a dryer could mold but ours did. Please if you want a long lasting dryer don't buy this one. I could fit all my clothes but I normally had to do two or three rounds of drying before towels and sheets dried. All the regular clothing items did dry but some things would shrink if the setting changed drastically. Very nice to look at. It was a bit larger than expected but we fit it in right next to the washer. The front opening was very useful to look at the clothes inside. Probably not worth very much in my opinion. My friend has a different version and hers breaks down quite a lot. Probably not the best to buy if you want a good dryer.

No unnecessary buttons or settings; the knobs were labeled appropriately and the overall style of the dryer would fit in with any decor. I am unsure of the original price of the dryer, but it worked fantastically and that alone is worth quite a bit in my opinion. The dryer didn't have all the bells and whistles a top line model would have, but it had what it needed.

Purchased a pair of HE Kenmore (Whirlpool) washer and dryer on June 23, 2016 for a total of $1,523 for the pair. After following the operations manual to the tee due to frustrations of clothes not getting cleaned, this washer without the traditional agitator in the middle just DOES NOT get clothes clean. So we tested the washer for two months but when we gave up, we found out that Sears will not take them back or replace even ONE day over 30 days. I AM CONVINCED THAT SEARS LOST CONFIDENCE TO STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT! Equally, this is why I lost confidence and loyalty in SEARS. My wife and I have been wondering why Sears products and customer reviews have gone so bad that they have to close one hour earlier than everyone else and where did all the shoppers go?

This product is awesome! It is very efficient and effective. You can also save a lot in electric bill because it is also very cost effective. It has been a very dependable product so far. I have not experienced any major setbacks since I got which speaks of its efficiency and reliability. The appearance is relatively good in my opinion. It is very plain and simple but it does the job wonderful which is more important. Essentially, I am satisfied with the appearance. The value was very good. It was quite affordable and I get exactly what I paid for and more. It is very cost effective on the electric bill which makes the overall price to be a bargain.

I had this washer for over 20 years. Used daily, never broke until a hurricane destroyed it. I never had any problems with it whatsoever. It was a basic washer, nothing fancy, no extras, but nice. No electronic gadgets to break either. I loved it. Lasted much longer than expected. Definitely got my money out of it. I had bought it in 1975 and a hurricane destroyed it in 1998. Never had to have it repaired.

My Kenmore washer & dryers outlast any other brands known. Always get a complete satisfied wash. Also clothes do not have to be ironed with the Kenmore dryers. Lighter settings are excellent for more delicate clothes and all of my elastic clothes have been fine on the lowest setting. I can usually fit everything I need in one load. Works well for single large items like comforters in a pinch (when I can't get to a laundromat). Easier if you don't do a load of all bulky items. It doesn't take up too much space in my garage and its appearance is fine. Plain white isn't my preference but this was on sale, and it's decent-looking as far as basic dryers come. I got this item on sale so I'd say the value is very good for the price I got it at. Dries my clothes fine. Doesn't ruin anything as long as you pick the right level before running it.

Works well at all times. The cycles, water level, all the different settings are very dependable. They work accurately and effectively. It is an older model but has the basic dials and settings. It is white in color which is fine with me as I keep in the garage so no one really sees it. This is not an expensive model so that I feel it is a great value. It is basic in washers without a whole lot of fancy cycles and dials.

Clothes are important and need to always look your best. Clean clothes always makes a difference in one's appearance, not look like a slob living out in the street. You can rely on getting clean and dry clothes any time you need them whether to look professional or for everyday appearance, not look homeless out in the street. The Kenmore machines are horrible. It doesn't matter who you call because none of them speak English. You go round and round with still the worst non-English customer service.

It has programs that use it to clean dirty spot and a high quality. Also it keep clothes materials good so you can keep your clothes like new. You can put a 10 kilograms in it because it's big from inside. Also it's color is white and the door is a light blue glass that help you to see inside it clearly. Because it has too many programs to help you it has a not expensive price. I wish if they put sales or discount to help people to buy it.

I love the washer's ability to have a small load or extra large load and choice of cycles from delicate to heavy duty. The dryer has several choices as well from delicate and air dry to heavy duty. Kenmores last and last with no service needed in over 10 years. Kenmores are the most reliable washers and dryers on the market. My friends have other brands and they have to call service as the dryer drum goes out or the washer stops agitating. I've never had such problems with my Kenmore set. The knobs are easy to turn and are pretty, if you like knobs! You can get ivory or white. They have perfectly matched sets so look great wherever you place them, be it in a laundry closet, kitchen or basement. These Kenmore sets can be had for such a bargain price some may think they are cheap. What a wonderful bargain for something that's going to last and last.

The washer was amazing no matter what kind of stain I had, the washer would always get it out - grass stains, food stains, any kind of stain it would always come out. The washer help all of our clothes. I have four kids. I did laundry once a week. I did it all and three loads. We used to have a smaller washer. It took me five loads to do all the laundry.

Worked entire time we owned it. The only reason we don't have it now is because our home was struck by lightening and destroyed several electronics. It was always dependable and fully functioning when we needed it. Easy positioning of knobs and dials made it the greatest. Really wish we still had it bc the one we have right now is crap. Beautiful, sleek, and fit perfectly in our laundry nook. Also, it stayed pretty smudge and dent free. Any spills or waste of liquid detergent came up with an easy wipe down. We definitely got more than what we paid for it. Though we got it second hand, it still operated like a dream. I would have easily spent twice as much on it knowing the quality we received.

This washer has had a much larger workload than I intended when I bought it 2 1/2 years ago (7 adults), and it is still as quiet and reliable as the day I hooked it up. And with all the setting levels available, it has always done an outstanding job of actually getting our construction-worker clothes clean as new. Has done an average of eleven loads a week for 2 1/2 years and still runs and cleans like new: even for the three of us construction workers, two car mechanics, and two ladies in the house. Its appearance is modern, but without looking like an airliner cockpit with all those confusing lights and controls that you'll never use. After 2 1/2 years of washing for seven adults without a single breakdown, it still performs like new. I think we've already got our money's worth out of it.

I have had this washer and dryer for several years. Think I had a repairman once. The handle on the dryer is broken but closes so I don't worry about it. I have had no major problems at all. Clothes are clean. Dryer works well. It can take some time on a heavy load, but that's okay. I won't get a newer version until this gives out and that is a ways away. The load capacity is great. I can get an entire set of king sheets plus several towels in one load. The dryer does the same. I use the pods for cleaning and they work well here in the washer.

The water is pretty good but I don't like the digital aspect of it and I like the old school stuff 'cause it don't break down as much. Even though I do not like the disrespect that like the old-school appearance-wise it does look fancy. It does look good. I would recommend somebody else. I paid a little bit over $700 for which is seems to me like a lot of money. I wish it was a whole lot cheaper. I could have went online and got a used one for about half that if not less than half of that. But all and all it is what it is.

Dries well and doesn't leave a lot of static. Gives you different time options for drying as well as 3 settings for air drying. Definitely recommend. Love my dryer. It is durable. My dryer's performance is very good. I must say it's very energetic and runs good. I love my high performance dryer. It also was on sale and I got it at a good price. Washes clothes well and is easy to operate. Doesn't go off balance as easily as some of the other washers I have had in the past and is relatively quiet. Washer can fit quite a bit into it. I wash my children's bed sheets and pillow cases in them without a problem (I do however bring our comforters to a laundromat for the extra large washers.) My washer is a nice bright white color and has a clean elegant but not too fancy look to it. Doesn't have a ton of buttons or options to confuse you with. It's easy to operate, even my children can run the washer which is always a plus! I shopped around for the best value around my local shops. I found this washer, read some online reviews on it. This was within my budget and I'm very happy with my choice so far.

It dried my clothes well but the door broke. My husband had to rig something to hold door shut. The dryer lasted for years after that. So guess it was OK. The dryer was very reliable. It dried clothes well even though it looked funny with the door rigged. We had several great years with it working properly. Other than that it looked good. Easy to keep clean. All in all the perceived value was OK. It served our family's needs so many times. Used it over and over with no problems but broken door.

The washers performance I would have to say is one of the best that I have seen before. Presoaks pre-rinse, the cycles lasts long enough that I know without a doubt everything is getting good and agitated and that my clothes are definitely coming out clean. Plus this washer also has a self cleaning cycle so that I don't have to figure out how to clean it myself, it does it for me. Plus there is gentle cycle, permanent cycle, heavily soiled, small, medium, large and oversized weights for whatever size you are loading into the machine. Since no pur based the machine 2 to 3 three years ago I have yet to have a single issue with it. No matter how much has been shoved into it's never gotten off balance, never slung the laundry all to one side. It has kept it evenly distributed through the inside of the tub itself. And though it is self cleaning none not once has a single line that is attached to the machine has never gotten clogged up.

Those machines took a lot of use and never stop working. We were a family of 5 and so they were used at least 10 times a week. If not for the reliability I don't know how we would have gotten along. The benefits of those machines were greatly appreciated with the usage that my family put on them. I would recommend them to others and if I were living in a house I would get another Kenmore washer and dryer. I didn't care for the square shape or the hideous color, but considering that back in the 70s those were the fashion shades of choice. At that time the prices were very reasonable, today they would be considered as low priced.

Washed all our heavy soiled clothes in large loads without needing to reward or separate jeans from towels. It didn't waste a lot of water or energy. It was very reliable. I didn't have to worry if it was overloaded or not loaded enough. It washed whatever I threw in and the clothes came out clean the first wash. It looks like your regular washing machine. I don't see anything spectacular or different about it - white machine like the rest of the washers I've seen before. It was a gift from my grandmother. She didn't want me to know how much she paid for it, but it's priceless now that she's passed on.

DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE WASHING MACHINES(Kenmore Elite )! Since the very first day we brought this piece of crap home, it has been nothing but frustrating! It's very rare when the cycle completes without it stopping because it is barely out of balance! I load the clothes as evenly as is humanly possible! Also, the clothes often come out NOT clean and sometimes have soap on them (I do NOT use too much). Prior to purchasing this washer, my husband and I talked to the salesman extensively about this washing machine to ensure that we were buying a decent one--obviously he had no clue. SUPER ANNOYING.

I have new "HE" top loader and I hate it! I always bought Kenmore and my last one lasted 25 years!! This does not wash good, I have to do loads twice to get clean, I can't adjust water level or add detergent while the water is running and when I washed my sheets they didn't even get all wet!!! Give me an agitator washer that I can control any day!

Kenmore Washer 800 is Crap. I've only had this washer for 5 years, well actually less than 5 years. Three years in, it required a new control module, and now, it needs it again. The module is about 45 dollars and the service call is $90 to have a repairman come out. All three of my Kenmore appliance either have been replaced or repaired numerous times.

I purchased a Sears Kenmore HE washer 110.2613. I read everything I could get my hand on about HE washers. Here is what I learned from experience and then confirmed by the washer technician. The amount of water the washer uses is regulated by federal energy use standards. So your new HE washers may have lots of choices, dials, and lights but it will only use the maximum allowed by these regulations. Normal, casual, delicate change only slightly by length of time washed and water temp. Might as well have one button. Most HE washers don't have an actual rinse cycle. It sprays the soap off the clothes! The washer will mix hot and cold water so that the water temperature never exceeds the regulated temperature. True hot water wash is impossible.. You better flush out the bleach dispenser or you will find white bleached dots on clothes in another cycle.

It's easy to operate. I have lots of allergies to detergents and with the HE washer we always use the extra rinse cycle. Perfect for our home space wise and no excuses for dirty laundry with my girls doing their own laundry. Quilts & bulky items I've always taken to the laundromat or dry cleaners; can't risk messing up the drum. I have a pre-teen and a toddler in my home, so we have a lot of laundry.

Without a doubt the worst washer I have ever owned. Thankfully I purchased a protection agreement. Within the last 15 months I have had 5 major repairs. My washer is deeper and more clothes are able to fit in my washer. My dryer is also deeper inside and do double the load. I think the value of it's worth every penny of my money for my washer and dryer. I would tell everyone to purchase the product because it would be well worth it.

It's quiet. It makes our clothes fluffy and we enjoy wearing our clean clothes. It has lasted through some mistakes with overloading or the wrong settings and it's still working just like new. It is large enough to hold all of our loads as long as the kids do not throw in any extras. It's tough on dirt too. Sleek, modern with a unique style and looks great in our house. The color works well. It goes with everything. The white has not gotten dirty like I expected. I expected our machine to fall apart after a few months because the price was very reasonable but most appliances fall apart if they are cheap, but not this.

I'll pay more for better quality that's durable. Makes me disheartened when stuff breaks.

The washer is very easy to use and it gets the job done in very less time than most. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The dryer dries the clothes in dry if you don't overload it. Clothes do not shrink. The washer is a nice size. My large loads would compare to 15 pair of heavy jeans of a size 14 (women). The dryer just the same for it, but I think you can fit a little more in it. Mine isn't very fancy but I had for a very long time now and it gets everything clean. Like I said it easy to use. It is spacey. It white and grey inside. So the price of mine was low because it was on sale. Now I think it at its regular price now, which isn't a lot, depending on where you get it. So the value of mine is min, just because it's been used.
