I’m not one for writing bad reviews but this is literally the worst washer I have ever used in my life. It doesn’t even clean the clothes! Then to make it even worse when it goes in the spin cycle it literally rocks the entire front of the house from the garage. My fat self even sat on top of it to see if that would keep the washer from moving but no!! It shakes like it’s in an earthquake and I’m not even joking. It’s the most ridiculous thing ever. To make it worse we have the gas water heater next to the washer because that’s where our hook up is so we have to worry about it hitting that. I hate it so much I want to push it in the middle of an intersection and just wash my clothes like I’m in the beginning 1900s.

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. If zero stars was an option that's what rating this would get. Clothes don't even get completely wet, forget about getting clean. And that's using the Bulky Bedding, Heavy Duty, and Deep Fill settings...and even with very small loads. Forget about washing anything that actually IS bulky, like a comforter or rug. EVERY load requires 2-3 washes, and then maybe things are "clean". Items are riddled with dry spots and undissolved detergent. Frequently, it doesn't adequately spin so heavy items are dripping wet...but you can't just SPIN them again, only option is to RINSE and spin, which just gives the same result (dripping wet) and adds another 25 minutes. And the noise is deafening. The shaking caused the hose to dislodge from the drain hole and flooded my entire garage, ruining everything that was on the floor of the garage.

Hi everyone, I had ordered a part for my Kenmore washing machine, an expensive piece, for $900 when I found that it was on back order; I requested a refund on October 23. It's now January, and they keep telling me they must sign off on the return amount. So, I do not recommend anyone buy Kenmore or any replacement parts. You are better off buying a new washing machine from a different brand.

I purchased a Kenmore top load washer in September 2021. In June 2022 the agitator would not work - repaired under warranty. In May 2023 the agitator would not work - paid for repair. In October 2023 the agitator would not work - paid for repair. In November 2023 the agitator would not work. I give up. There is absolutely no reason on earth that a brand new washer should need repairs 4 times in 2 years, especially considering I only have 2 people in my household. My previous washer lasted me 25 years with a family of 6 and another 5 years for my daughter, with a family of 5. If I could give zero stars, I would, but I have to give them one. Don't waste your money on a Kenmore!

Problems with this washer since day one. Towels always smelled mildewed, it can't handle more than three towels and several other items. Stays broken with no codes. Does not ever finish a load without shutting down leaving wet, soapy clothes. The only way to fix this is to run the rinse and spin cycle. Drags large items over the impeller and they come out dry. Does not dissolve soap pods and they come out all over the clothes. One load will work and the next will not. Stops mid cycle full of water. Time for another brand.

I have a Kenmore model 41382 and it constantly has the error code OE and is full of water. I had a newborn trying to get his clothes done and I’m stuck wringing out 40 pieces of clothes trying to get this washer to work again after I drained the bottom part like it said. I will not forget about how this washer let me down in the worst time.

My 2 1/2 year old Kenmore washing machine model 20372 stopped working. The dial on the control panel would not change the cycle. The start button would not start the machine. I did not have an extended warranty. I called sears for repair. They asked via text what the issue was. When a man, Victor, arrived he said he was told it was the lid locking mechanism. He was not the man that had been texting me. He said that guy, Justin, didn't work there. He said I was right. It is the control panel and it needs a new one for $400. He said that part breaks frequently on the Sears machines. To fix it there would be another service call, Plus labor which would be at least around $700 altogether. He still charged me for the service call even though he did not touch the machine and did not diagnose anything I hadn't already told him was wrong with it. That was more than I paid for the machine in May 2019.

My new Kenmore washer does not clean well at all. It fails to get out the mildest of dirt and soiling. I have worked for a number of years as an appliance repairman and seen some pretty bad washers come through, but I've never seen a brand-new washer perform this poorly on a regular load of dirty clothes. I've run heavily soiled clothes, medium soiled clothes and lightly soiled clothes through this machine and it just can't cut the dirt. The machine uses less water but does so at a clean wash's expense. It has a fancy control panel but it is of no use if the machine can't clean.

Kenmore High Efficiency water saving washing machines DO NOT CLEAN! Absolutely the worst machine! Even with bleach used on heavy load cycle, towels & face clothes come out as filthy as you put them in! Not saving any water when you have to wash 3-4 times! Zero stars.

Reviewing the Kenmore 110.20232711 Series 100 H.E. washing machine from Sears. I can honestly say that I have never been quite this dissatisfied with a washing machine costing more than $400.. The machine has NEVER been able to complete one single solitary load properly without having to babysit the thing to make sure it doesn't destroy itself on a spin cycle with no apparent way to stop the machine short of yanking the plug out of the wall.. Pause/cancel button totally ineffective! Numerous calls to sears begging for a replacement or refund. (First time I tried was 4 days after I bought it.) Their exact words were "yeah those machines don't have any warranty or guarantee, so you're "S.O.L."" I asked the woman to repeat that just to make sure I heard her correctly..

Sears Kenmore used to make a reliable appliance. Went into the store talking about how much I loved the KENMORE ELITE top loading HE washing machine that they had on display, went on and on about how big the drum was and how much I could fit in there so I purchased it in December of 2018. Paid over $1000.00 for it. The sales person never told me that the washing machine never filled all the way, maybe it was my fault for not asking but why would you make such a big drum if you couldn’t put a lot of clothes in it.

My Kenmore Elite top loading washer does not adequately submerge my clothes, especially comforters in the bulky/bedding setting with water. Nor does it agitate and move the clothes around to wash them. The drum simply goes back-and-forth so the same clothes that were on the top at the beginning of the cycle are still on the top at the end of the cycle. Bulky items never change position at all. Furthermore, I do not use bleach, but the bleach container has eroded and rusted all around it. I am not satisfied with how this washes my clothes.

I have been a Kenmore user since I started buying appliances. I have never been disappointed, and so I keep coming back. This low efficiency washer is awful. Hardly adds any water at all; its "washboard" does its best to destroy and rip up your clothes (I have pictures if anyone doubts me); this cycle is so long that you cannot do more that one load of washing in one night. Laundry used to be fun for me. And BTW, clothes are still not clean.

My washer, a Kenmore top-loading washer, model 2002 was purchased brand new from Sears. It is exactly 9 years old. It still washes, but for about 3 years now, it ALWAYS gets out of balance! The ONLY time it doesn't bang around out of balance is the very rare occasion I wash an extra small load. I am one person and wash 1 medium load about once a week. Sometimes a sort of large load,

Washer Works great, large capacity, quiet. Excellent for all fabrics. Dryer large capacity great variety of settings for both. Does excellent job on large and small loads. Washer is toploading can easily pause to add clothes. Dryer front loader with the same capability.

Kenmore has always been a top brand when it comes to washer and dryers. Every home that I have had I made sure that Kenmore was installed. They are big enough on the inside and yet still compact to fit in any space.

Had this basic washer and dryer almost 30 yrs, have done many things that should not be done to a machine, overloading, washing everything in the house more times than I can count, and they just keep on working.... My mechanical engineer father told me, "the less things there are to go wrong, the less they will go wrong." I don't want some fancy annoying beeping machine, all it really needs to do is wash and dry. Wish more manufacturers made reliable products that last at least a generation!

I bought this Kenmore high efficiency washer 4 years ago, in 2017. I noticed clothes did not get as clean as with my old washer (which took 15 years before replacement was needed). There were other conveniences that were missing; for example, there was no way just to "spin" wet clothes, as there were with other washers. The washer needed frequent attention to adjust off balance loads. Finally, 2 months ago (May 2021), the washer refused to turn on. A service technician came 6/10 and said we needed a new board, which he ordered. The part has been on backorder since then. My only communication with Sears/Kenmore is when I call them. Their customer service reps politely tell me that the part is still on backorder, and they will "escalate" my request. I still have no working washer, and a service agreement which is not being honored. My advice is to consider another brand of washer.

Purchased this POS only 15 months ago. Now the washer is rusted out and different parts are worn from the use. How often do you use a washer?? There is no reason that this 700 series Kenmore washer should be worn out this early. I hope this company goes out of business.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite washer. The worst $900.00 ever spent. This product is bad. The service folks couldn’t ever fix it. The parts were bad. They used up my extended warranty and never fixed it. Motherboard fried and its cost to repair you might as well buy a new one just not Kenmore. Very disappointed. Long time Sears customer.

In the past 6 years I have purchased 2 Kenmore washers and now have to purchase another washer. I have always purchased KENMORE products in the past but that stops now. The washer is less than 3 years old and is very noisy and now is leaking. It would be different if this was a one time thing but my previous washer was also a kenmore that lasted less than 3 years as well. The quality of Kenmore products is not what it used to be.

Bought the big Kenmore Elite Washer High Capacity Topload machine with impeller. Sears installed it. Always having issues with the load balance. Wish I could return for a front load. Poorly designed tub...

Purchased a top loading high efficiency low water washer model 110-28133410 from a Sears location with our Sears charge account on 5/17/15 for $900. Never happy with the "low water" cleaning quality. Had issues with the lid lock which we figured out how to work around. Now in 2020 only five years later transmission is shot (not because of overloading only my husband and myself in the home). Sears service was AWFUL.

Bought my top load washing machine with matching dryer 11 years ago and have never had any issues with it. My 19 year old grandson does his own laundry too and figured out all the features on his own.

Kenmore is a brand well spoken for. I was able to purchase the washer and dryer. The washer is an exceptional washer of clothes. The machines are easy to clean. If parts have to be replaced easy to find. I love the brand and the name is dependable and reliable. The representatives are knowledgeable and attentive to your needs in what type of appliance will work for you.

I usually do not like to read a long report so I will keep this short and sweet. I have had this washer for nearly 25 years, it has been as reliable as it can be!! I have never had to call for a repair person.

I have a Kenmore Elite Front-loader. My feeling is that clothes do not come clean, therefore 2 hour cycles necessary. The machine has been reliable. It is nicely designed, but I would not purchase another front-loader given my overall experience.

This Kenmore front loader really does an OK job, but it seems to hold water in the rubber rings on the door and even after cleaning and always leaving the door open when not in use it gives off an odor. Would not purchase it again.

I have a front load extra large capacity washer with sensors that determines load size and how long, strenuous or light the wash cycle will be. So far, I don't have to worry about what I am washing - heavily soiled items, denims, delicates or bulky linens, this washing machine has done a perfect job. Love it!

Our Kenmore washer/dryer pair work beautifully, are inexpensive to operate, and have been wonderfully reliable. I would certainly buy them again. They wash extremely well and dry quickly and fully. Easy to operate and simple to load and unload. Highly recommended.
