The washer worked great for a very long time. It cleaned our clothes perfectly. After at least 8 years of owning this washer the balance gears finally went out. So, we just recently replaced it. This washer lasted for more than eight years. It was a very reliable and durable washing machine. I would have purchased another just like it if they hadn't passed new HE regulations on washer sales. This washer was your standard Kenmore washer - without all the bells and whistles. It was a smaller bowl but could still easily fit a full sized load without fail. This washer was worth every penny spend to buy it. It lasted well beyond its perceived lifespan and always did a great job cleaning any load big or small.

It's strong and does its job. It's a good cleaning with power needed. It's very good, it does what's needed. I am satisfied with the work and with the cleaning. It works fine for me. It's pretty strong and powerful and it's to be standing the test of time. I am happy as of now for the time that I have had it. It's good enough, it's only what you can expect it to be. It's white and to be honest appearance isn't that important as it does the cleaning work. The price when I bought this as being new was a good price. It was what you would expect it to be for a new one and for the shape and for the amount of years of use.

The washer is great for heavy loads. It performs well with large loads and cleans well with all types of cycles. I especially like the way the washer washes in cold water. It gets all my clothes clean the first time. I have never had a problem with reliability. The washer has never given me any problems. It cleans well, has never broken down and I have never had to replace any parts or call a repairman for any type of service for the machine. I love the features of the machine. It has all the cycles you would need - regular, delicates, heavy loads and the machine does a wonderful job on all cycles. I have never had problems getting my clothes cleaned. The price is well worth it for this washing machine.. I have compared it to whirlpool and Maytag which I have had in the past and it works just as well as whirlpool and Maytag and it cost a lot less.

My mother-in-law also comes and tries it out, and now she is going to buy her one because it is easy to open the door and load the washer. It washes the clothes really well. For the price it works great, never had any problems as of yet. I'm happy with its performance. My next washer and/or dryer will be the same brand. After all these years I have had this washer and dryer they have never stop working or gave me any problems. This brand is very reliable. The look of them is nothing special. Just plain white with some grey. But the look isn't the reason I bought them. I bought them for reliability. The model I have is on the cheaper end. But even though I bought it cheaply it's still one of the best washers I ever have had. It's a great value.

Very reliable, has lasted many years and washes consistently.. Lid switch broke and it was easy to replace with a new part from Sears. It was like $6 part and 10 minutes of work. Clean, white, easy to read knobs stands up to wear and tear easily. Nothing fancy or stylish but exactly what you expect from a washing machine. Cost effective to purchase and operate. It has lasted many years and still running great. The cost of this washer was low in comparison to fancier models.

It is the best washing machine I have ever owned. Cycles are done much faster than I ever would have to possible. It easily handles all of my garments, from the bulkiest ones to my most delicate items. This is the most reliable appliance I have ever owned. It is extremely dependable and that is very important to me as I have to do laundry every day. I have never had a problem with its performance and it has never needed one repair. Its physical appearance is absolutely stunning! It's so smooth and sleek. It looks very high tech and like it is of very good quality. It compliments the color scheme in my laundry room perfectly and really brightens up the whole room. This appliance is a very good value. My friends and family, anyone we have over to the house that happens to see it always ask how much I paid for it and are so surprised when I tell them that they ask for more information on it and say they would consider buying one too.

It worked very well in all varieties of clothes. It could also hold a lot of clothes. It always worked, no matter what. The only time I ever had any problems with it was when the clothes would get wrapped around the spinning mechanism. But that was more user error than anything. It was pretty. But it was in our basement and our basement was so ugly it was beautiful in comparison. It looked fine. It was big and white. It was cumbersomely big. We had it for a very long time. At least 15 years. And I don't remember anyone making any repairs on it, so maybe it only happened once.

I think it works really well. I love my Kenmore. It is the best washer I have ever had and I haven't at this date had any problems with it. I haven't had a problem in two years which in my opinion pretty much makes it pay for itself. It doesn't look bad, it looks like a decent mid-level washer. My washer was decently priced in the middle of the ones we looked at. I'll never use anything other than a Kenmore.

It was a great washing machine, I didn't have any problems with for 10 years, I just wore it out! Great washer! I moved it twice about 300 miles one way then 30 miles the second time and it did great in the hard city water and in the hard well water we had. Didn't require much cleaning, just basic general cleaning. I ran the washer at least 2 times a day for many years. It was a very reliable washing machine, I ran the washer two times a day for ten years. I washed clothes from infant size to size 3-X. I also washed sheets, blankets, bedspreads, quilts, lap blankets, pillows, curtains, bathroom rugs, animal sheets and blankets. Everything I washed turned out great! My washing machine was white and a typical looking top load washing machine. It was new when I bought it. It was easy to clean and take care of! We paid 300 dollars for it brand new, and it was worth it! I wore it out by washing dozens of dozens of clothes, and linens, and kitchen towels!

My wife use all the, she is happy for it in buy at sears, it was good deal. I Love it a lot and I will recommended to anybody. We did not have any major problems with either the washer or dryer in the 15 years that we owned them. Minor service was need once during their lifetime and it was completed promptly.

This washer smells great - except if I use pods - so I just make sure I use HE detergent. The washer is pretty reliable. I do have a problem when washing bulking items like blankets or large towels. There is a 'bulky items' options but it doesn't seem to make a difference. What happens is the washer keeps unleveling and the only option is to take the item out and let it dry outside before putting in the dryer. I have the top loader, white washer. It fits nicely in the laundry room. It holds up well and even with pets and children there are no scratches or problems. I think the washer was overpriced compared to most top loading washing machines. I paid nearly the same price as a front loader which usually is higher priced.

Since we purchased the Kenmore Elite washer and dryer, the dryer has not functioned properly. It has never dried clothing completely. A large quantity of clothing cannot be placed to dry either, as the clothes are left completely wet. A year later and it has not gotten better. Sears sales and customer service are worthless to call. We are very frustrated with the entire experience!

We bought this front loading washer because my wife and I had always wanted one but never had the chance to buy one. Kenmore was highly rated by Consumer Reports. We purchased it and I must say it is the worst product I have ever bought. It constantly makes a mess on the floor and I can't even rub its nose in it. It overflows when on normal cycle. It does seem to work on bulk cycle but it gets musty and is impossible to get the smell out of it. I would never recommend a Kenmore product and will NEVER buy one or go in a Sears store again. Purchased Kenmore Washer Model 2510 kept leaving soap in clothes. White marks and streaks in black or navy colors. I use 1/3 of the amount of HE soap recommended. Returned for a newer model after 4 repairmen came out. Now I have the next generation Model 25132. Still have soap in my clothes. The low water high-efficiency washers are AWFUL! The repairmen keep saying I am using too much soap or add water to washer or run it again. How can this be High Efficiency?

My washer and dryer's appearance is really great.. They look like they are a bmw. But really they are a washer and dryer. They also clean very well inside and out. Mine still look brand new. The value of my washer and dryer and very high. That is why I paid top of the line. It is well worth it because it does not ruin my clothes and it's hp so I save money in that aspect as well. What a great washer and dryer.

This dryer is great. Super easy to use and very simple. It's nothing fancy and gets the job done and gets my clothes dry. The dryer is very quiet as well, which means I can run it at night without disturbing anyone. It can hold a large amount of towels as well as queen sized sheets at the same time. Well, it dries clothes faster than any other models I have had. Also very energy efficient. My electric bill has lowered since I purchased this model. For the power you will receive with this dryer, it drys in half the time of your ordinary dryer and will use less energy as well. I would recommend to a family or friend.

It works really good, no problems with it. I can wash close for a really long time, back to back all day doesn't matter it won't wear out, I recommend it doesn't warm the whole house up in the summer either. I think you should try it. I bought mine used. Its a really good dryer, works really good. If you trust me I bought it at a used appliance store haven't hand one problem with it. I like the way it looks I rather have the top open drying than the middle open dryer. It matches everything else in my laundry room too. Its white with the knobs and everything works really good. The price was really cheap since I bought it used. I'm sure its expensive when you buy it brand new but all around its a really good dryer.

This is a great dryer that has outlasted every one that I have seen. Good quality is more expensive but worth it. This has never failed to do its job every time... It's high quality. It always gets hot quick and dries my clothes quickly. And it will cool down when it detects the clothes are dry. A signal will let you know it's done also. I can always count on it to work right. I had a white one... It went well with everything I had. Regardless of the color, it did the job well. I wouldn't care what color it was if it was by the same brand. Like I said it was a little more expensive than the others but worth it. You get what you pay for... That's the truth. This was a good value for the good job it does.

Performance is excellent but it takes so long to get any kind of wash done and I don't always have the time to wait. Please come with better technology or shorter cycles. This is a great unit and I would tell anyone it is worth the money in terms of performance but that my only drawback is when it takes forever to get anything done. I think you really need to find someone who has this, do a load for yourself and see what you think about it. Great unit but time waster. Definitely cleans clothes better than most but I come back to the time factor and I think others might look at it also so we need to think about this.

I like it when the washing machine door can be opened in front and able to put lots of clothes in one to two spin. The appearance of the washing machine was pretty good. I like it when it is white instead of other color. When I brought the washing machine, the price was affordable. Right now, prices is not that expensive to afford, so the value is still good.

It has broken down twice and I've had it fix because I really like the way it dries. I would buy a new one but it needs to be affordable. When it works it is amazing and it dry the clothes exactly how I want. It may be an old version but it well made. Apart from the breakdowns, it's a great product. It's a little basic but it works as far as doing what it needs to do as far as drying the clothes. I don't care what it looks like. I'm not really particular about the way I look. Purchase this dryer it was around the $600 mark. It wasn't too expensive. Granted I had to repair it the multiple times. It didn't do mean the value because it just got better and better as long as I've had it.

The dryer has adequately provided for the course of 6 years to date. It has proper drying levels which allow for delicates and towels and has served its purpose for a growing family. It dries your clothes fast but does NO damage to them. It's quiet when it is running. It lasts a long time. I love it, good brand to buy. It has never gave me any problems for as long as I have owned it and that says a lot to me. You want to buy a good product and I would say this is one. It has a nice sleek modern look to it but I think most washers/dryers look almost about the same so really you can't go wrong with the look of them. You want a product that gives you bang for your buck (a good value) and that also lasts a long time with no problems and that is what I got.

Where I pour in the bleach and under the top lip of washing machine is rusting! I run my washer through cleaning cycling but these areas are bad and I feel like it should not be doing this, especially so soon! I would figure they would make it more adaptable for the bleach area! We bought our washer from Sears in Statesboro, GA!

This dryer does a fairly good job of drying clothes, however it does not take lint out of the clothes very well at all and the seal on the dryer door was not put on very well so I had water dripping out of my dryer which certainly was a first! You can easily fit a very large load in it and unless it is something bulky like bedding it will be dry in an hour. The appearance is very appealing. While I am dissatisfied with the fact that it does not remove lint from the clothes very well, I think it is a fairly good buy for what it cost us. I will use it all the time. It product is very reliability. I know that if I told my friends they would use the product too. I know I can make sure it would clean my clothes the way I like it. Smell nice and clean. The appearance is really good. I like the value of the product. I like how they help you out the service that needs to be done on the products and I know it will last for a long time and I know it will work like new if I had it a for a long time. I know I can take good care so it can stay the value of the product.

My Kenmore washer was superb. While I owned it delivered a great load of laundry over and over. It was mechanically sound and dependable. Everyone knows that white can go with anything. It had easy to use control knobs located on top of the washer with big lettering which made them very easy to read. I believe that my Kenmore washer was a great value. It was definitely an investment that paid for itself. It was energy star rated so it had a low operational cost to utilize it.

My washer is good and plenty big for large loads. The only thing I don't like is sometimes the fabric softener clogs up and you have to wash it out. I've had this model for years and I don't think it ever broke. I wash at least 3 loads every week and it does a good job of washing. I would buy Sears again for its reliability. I like this model because the inside is so large for big loads and the enamel is still looking good. It is big but still fits in a small laundry space. This is a good machine that lasts through many wash loads and it definitely is worth its value.

It washes the items the first time and takes up very little water. It is basically dry when you put them in the dryer making the dryer work less and getting clothes done quicker. It should hold up for at least 5 years before needed minor repairs as long as you treat it right and not abuse it. You should have no problems out of it for a long time. You can do less loads per day which in the long run saves water and power. It also runs in less time, but gets them just as clean as a normal washer would. It basically pays for itself! I don't know what else to say about it besides that it is a good washer and you would be happy to have it in your home.

It was fine and it got the job done. It's just that our family grew and we built a new house and wanted to update our appliances. With a family of 3 and then 4, it was fine and got the job done. But our family grew to 5. I didn't really care what it looked like. We kept it in our basement/family room, so no one ever saw it besides us. As long as it got the job done appearance wasn't really a factor. What we paid for it and what it did was good enough for us. I found this washer great! It cleaned all of my clothes great and has lasted me over 5 years now. I would recommend this to my close friends. Sadly they don't have a stainless steel model. This washer is very reliable. It's so reliable it has lasted me a long time, more than five years which is just very crazy. It still looks great like factory new! I have the white model which is very nice looking but I would like a stainless steel version but for now I'm happy. I wish it could be a bit cheaper but in the long run I found it very valuable to me so the extra cost was just nothing.

Love my washer and dryer front loaders. Clean well, but long cycles. Never any problem and very reliable. I have the stackable kind and have drawers underneath. Only had one service call in nine years and it was for a door latch that was from the kids' slamming the door of the washer. They are water and electricity efficient. Mine are black and look very up to date and modern. I love the front look and they are very easy to get into. Mine are standing on two drawers that are great for storage and also bring up the machines a bit so I don't have to bend over to put in and take out clothes. Mine are over 9 yrs old and still look wonderful. Well they were $1000 each 9 years ago, but the fact that I have had no problems with them, and I hope they last another 10 years, then it was a good value.

It only lasted us about a year and quit on us. It should work longer than that. What a rip-off. I had a refrigerator from Hotpoint that lasted me 14 years. Why can't a dryer last that long? It was a simple washing machine. It did not have all the digital stuff on it, which is the way I like them. I don't like all of those digital stuff on it. That makes it complicated. Not a very good value if you pay all that money and it only works a year. I would expect a digital one to break easier but this was one of the simple ones with just knobs on it. I bought a new Kenmore top load washer and the lid keeps locking when it's not in use. I've had the lid lock replaced along with the entire motherboard and it's still doing it. This is the worst appliance I've ever had. They're coming out again but I'm not sure what else they can do since they've already replaced everything possible. Piece of garbage. They better offer to replace it but I'm not sure I want another one of these.
