Kenmore is good and I highly recommend them. They are sold at Sears and if you have all the good credentials well then go for it and I highly recommend them for a good clean. You must know how easy it is to fix everything up.

Great dependable machine. Never had a problem. Works great! Their products live up to their name. High quality, dependable, affordable, household efficiency. We've had both the washer & dryer for about eight years now without incident. We highly recommend this line to friends, neighbors & family members for the best.

I was happy with them but I don't think they lasted as long as they should have. Bought new from Sears but bought Maytag. Brand had better reviews and were bigger inside. When you have a family you need the biggest. Also bought front loaders, much better.

I was mostly happy with my Kenmore washer & dryer. The best part was having the warranty so that when they had trouble I could get them repaired. The dryer belt did wear out a couple times, but that is par for the course I suppose.

I first brought a Kenmore washer machine and I loved it. I figured after I had great experience with the washer machine, I then purchased the dryer. I cannot complain about any Kenmore devices that I purchase. I recommended my parents to buy them. And they had no negative comments at all.

Efficient and nice design. Washer is really great, and dryer leaves clothes nicely dried and soft. Doesn't consume most of my time so I can freely do other things around the house. Quick to wash.

My parents have used Kenmore appliances and us 5 girls use Kenmore appliances as they hold up good and a good value. Never need to call a repairman out to fix any of the items we bought. I have moved 3 times in the past 10 years and the tub of the washer does not go out of balance when moving. The dryer seems to dry my items just like you would expect them to come out of the dryer when you use them. I have been very happy with my decision to use Kenmore.

Never had service issues with washer or dryer and operating system was good until I had a flood in basement that ruined the motors and they could not be repaired. I replaced them with Kenmore appliances again.

Kenmore is reliable. Never had a problem with the washer. I had to leave it at our condo that we sold. It has many settings for delicate, regular, dirty. It was a quick 30 minute wash. Separate spot to pour bleach and fabric softener. 6 different temperature settings giving great care to my washing needs.

I have always had a Kenmore washer. They are very reliable & durable. Service from Sears is also reliable plus trustworthy. Prices are good, compared to Maytag or GE. I prefer Kenmore over all other brands. Kenmore offers top loading, front loading & compact units for smaller spaces. Sears stores are available in many areas, that carry Kenmore products.

The repair service was horrible, and the appliances didn't last too long either. Kenmore used to be the best, not anymore. We had a Kenmore VCR that we took in for cleaning and it came back broken, we proved that it was fine before it went in and they refused to anything about it.

Both washer and dryer are solid, give great performance. Annual maintenance is all it takes. Clothes come out nice and clean. Just a little of baking soda and vinegar to clean the washing machine so that keeps smell very clean and fresh. Very pleased with unit. The dryer also requires little care other than cleaning lint from the screen. Once a year maintenance for pipe cleaning is all you need.

I loved the washer. It was a front loader. We have had it for over 10 years. Does a very good job of washing the laundry. It is very quick at washing the clothes and very quiet. Could not even tell if it was on and running, that's how quiet it is. Also has many settings on the washer but I only need a few like delicate and normal. Now the dryer you can tell it is on as you hear the cloth tumble inside but still it is a great dryer. It does its job good and we are happy with both the washer and dryer.

We've had our Kenmore washer and dryer for 20 years or more and have been completely satisfied with them. The washer has had to be repaired occasionally, but it's never been very expensive - much better to repair it than having to buy a new one.

Has worked fine. NO problems with the appliances. The only problem we've had is because our basement floor slopes so sometimes the dryer rattles, but that has nothing to do with your brand.

Our Kenmore Washer is 20 years old and has never caused us an issue. It's reliability convinced us to buy a second Kenmore dryer when the first one shut down. The first dryer was very good but I think dryers, in general, don't last as long.

I've never had any problems with this brand. Neither the washers or dryers I've had over the past 30 yrs! A great brand! I also remember that my parents also had Kenmore appliances and for not ever recall a problem then either.

Both worked fine for over 10 years. The most that I had to spend for repairs was a $5.00 V Belt for the washing machine. As far as the dryer is concerned I never had to repair anything once I plugged it in.

The products are user friendly. They also don't break easy and last a long time. My washer is very good at washing which it is its job. My clothes come out clean. Both products are energy/Eco friendly.

I have owned by Kenmore Washer and Dryer for over 20 years. It has been reliable and I have had only a couple minor issues with them, but not bothersome enough to call for repair. Occasionally, in the washer, a load will become unbalanced and because I am not strong enough to adjust the feet on the bottom, I just rearranged the clothes inside the washer to stop the loud banging noise. With the dryer, the only issue I have is that it seems that the heat sensor might be off a little because it feels to me like the dryer is always drying on a high setting not matter what setting I select. To deal with this on my delicate fabrics, I dry them on touch-up which is a somewhat cool setting. But I would say for owning these appliances for over 20 years, I am very satisfied with them.

The first refrigerator I owned when I moved out on my own was a Kenmore. It came with the house I bought and it was new. I never had any problems with it. I owned it for about 8 years and as far as I know the people who got it after me still have it and it's still working good. That's been about 15 years ago. It was a base model, no ice maker or anything so it probably was one of the cheapest ones they made. So I guess you could say Kenmore is an excellent brand.

Had great experience with both washer dryer. Both lasted for over 12 years. Never had them serviced. They always washed my clothes clean. Never had problem with dryer. Until this day they are still in home doing what they do - wash and dry my clothes. Not only do they wash and dry my clothes also wash and dry my mother in laws and her family clothes.

The dryer burns out a lot and the heating coil has to be replaced. We have had the machines at least 5 years and they work well. The repairs are reasonable. The timer on the washing machine burned out twice, but the repairman fixed it.

Owned Kenmore products in my previous house, had excellent success with them. Would seriously recommend their products in the future to anyone who asked me if they are reliable products.

Washer - Very dependable. Lasted 15+ years with only one service call. Dryer is still working, but may need to be replaced within the next several months. I think what I have said gives Kenmore a pretty good recommendation.

Very trustworthy name and units. My first set of units lasted me more than 25 yrs. Recently, I purchased a new set of Kenmore units and am extremely happy with them both. They save money in gas, electric, and water, and both work flawlessly. The installation was quick, professional, and informative. They verified that each unit worked properly and we knew how to use each unit. Worth every penny!

I have only owned Kenmore washer and dryer brand. Absolutely wonderful and they truly last!!! My two sets I have owned were hand me downs and the first set lasted 11 years with NO issues, we just decided to upgrade so I sold them. My next purchase will be the same.

Machine functions well. Was in home that I purchased and has operated well and easily. The controls are easy to turn and always work properly. Cleans well with all detergents I have used and has opening in middle for placement of liquid softener. Also a separate dispenser for bleach.

Kenmore #61722, 27" laundry center - I needed a stackset to conserve space. My local Sears employee did not recommend buying one. Later, I was where I could read reviews. I did not want buttons at the top. I am 5'2. I like the stainless steel and size of this tub. I had reservations about a water sensor and reviews of the stacksets being noisy. I now have had this model 5 months. I sometimes need to push refresh to make sure clothes are dry. I can turn off the chime. I wish it had the option just to spin. My roommate says the express was sometimes needs to spin longer but I have not had that problem. NOT noisy. My electric bill has gone down!

I have had them for 18 years and they are still working great. I have the Kenmore 70 series dryer and the Kenmore 80 series washer. I do several loads of laundry each week. I even soak football and baseball uniforms overnight and wash the next day. I have never had a leak. I have had the dryer serviced once and the washer once. I like that my washer is top load and it has a separate compartment for bleach, fabric softener and detergent. The dryer is easy to keep the lint trap cleaned out. I hope they never stop working because they do not make them last like mine.

My Kenmore clothes washer and dryer were one of the best sets I've ever owned. They both performed excellent. All my clothes were well washed and dried in one cycle. I never had any rust or burn spots on any of my clothes and the machines were very easy to use.

Several years ago when we first purchased Kenmore devices they were reliable and the service was great. The past few years the devices have not been as good quality wise or service wise. The last dryer we purchased was just dumped off and not properly installed. We had to go back to the store and complain before the job was done correctly.

Not as good as my current washer but it lasted a few years for the price we paid. Had better luck with it than our Kenmore fridge. Not sure I would buy brand again unless it came with a longer warranty at no cost.

I have both a Kenmore front loading washer and matching gas dryer. I have had them for about five years and have found both of them to be both durable and long lasting. I wash a lot of clothes through them including all the mom heads, aprons, and rags from the restaurant and they have never shown any sign of faltering. The washer gets out all of the oils and grease from the rags no problem. I know this is not how you are supposed to use a household machine but it doesn't bother it. Thank You Kenmore.

It is very old and still works well. I have personally had this dryer for 16 years and it is at least 30 years old on its own. I got it when I moved into my home and have loved it, it is without problems and will probably last longer than I will.

Recently purchased a washing machine and dryer of Kenmore. It was the best decision me and my husband made. Our clothes are a lot cleaner, they do not stink any more and the machines are energy efficient which is great for us saving money on water and power. The washer and dryer both let me know when the clothes are done so they do not sit in there long. Washer and dryer are both very quiet which is a huge plus. Comes with a great warranty. We have never been happier with a washer and dryer set. Clothes are cleaner, fresher and wrinkle free. I would most def recommend this brand to someone.

I bought this washer 6 years ago and honestly I cannot complain. I have a large family, 7 people, counting myself, live in my household and you can imagine the amounts of clothes I wash in a weekend and this washer has never failed me. I am a proud Kenmore owner. I am not a washer owner only, I also have a stove and a fridge, for around the same amount of time and haven't had any issues with neither of them.

They worked fine for many years. Never had a problem with them. I used them for about 12 years and then we purchase new ones. We do not have them anymore. Gave them to goodwill when we got new ones.

My dryer is easy to use. It has a dial to turn to what setting the dryer needs to be on for your load of clothing. It is simple to use. It is a straightforward dryer. I don't like the lint trap because if it gets overly full the material will drop down into the machine, and the material is hard to get out of the dryer. Currently I need to clean the lint out of the machine because the dryer is not drying as effectively, and that is my only complaint about the dryer. Otherwise it is a great dryer.

The Kenmore washer gave me great, dependable service for the 8 years I owned it. We were a family with 3 children so it definitely got a good workout thru those years. This brand has been recommended in our extended family for many years. The appliances are very durable and reliable, providing excellent service for a very active family! The washer dryer combo was very affordable. Although they have a lot of room for my clothes, it is very loud and the dryer doesn't always leave my clothes dry. It takes me at least two dry cycles in order to get everything completely dry.

My Kenmore washer works great. It doesn't use too much water or power and has been very reliable for two or three years now. Would buy another one again someday whether it's a washer, dryer or kitchen appliance.

We have had no problem with the Kenmore washer or dryer that we have had for over 8 years. We even had my children and grandchildren living with us at one point. This meant multiple loads of laundry since the children were in diapers and they were cloth diapering.

When it worked, it was a fair washer. However, it seemed to be broke more than it worked. For that reason I made the choice to go with a different style as well as a different brand. I am happy with my choice. The same goes with the dryer. It would take hours upon hours to dry my clothes when it should have only taken one cycle, roughly an hour, it would take multiple cycles.

I lived in New York and it was very cold so hanging wash outside was difficult. I had 2 babies 18 months apart and there was a lot of laundry to do since at that time disposable diapers weren't widely used yet. They had just come out.

I have owned a 2005 model Kenmore washer and dryer. They had several convenient settings for any size load, timing, heating/cooling on both the washer and the dryer. Size efficiency for smaller areas. Decent price range. And especially the warranty.

I moved into my new home and the previous owner had left the washer and dryer. I was very happy to know I didn't have to purchase them. To my surprise they were both Kenmore... kind of old, but they worked so good! I love them. I am very satisfied with this product, and very happy to have the opportunity to use them and find out how good these machines are.

We purchased our Kenmore Elite HE5 Steam dryer 5 years ago. We have been satisfied with the performance. Recently the dryer malfunctioned. It would turn on, but would not begin the drying cycle. Online it was recommended to replace the thermal fuse for under $20. I replaced the fuse and the dryer still didn't work. I scheduled a Sears repair technician to repair the dryer. He determined that the door switch malfunctioned. He said he normally carried on, but was out. After checking he determined that the part was on back order for the next 2-3 months. I called local suppliers and they stated this is problem with the model and there were 15 in front of me waiting for the part. I contacted Sears and they were of no help. Their solution was to wait for the back ordered part or buy a new dryer. Sears was of no help. If anyone has a source for the door switch it would be greatly appreciated.

I have never had a problem with either my washer or dryer. Clothes are always properly washed and come out of the dryer so warm and cozy! I've had both (purchased together) for about 5 years now and have never had a problem with either. Sometimes the washer can get a little loud, but really there are no problems! Would buy again!

The Kenmore products stand up to their name & quality. When picking out a Quality I would highly recommend the Kenmore Brand to my family and friends. When in the store or online looking for different products all the explanations are right there for you to read.

We had Kenmore heavy duty washer and dryer appliances that we used while our 4 kids were growing up. They were great appliances and did thousands of laundry loads. I knew that when I put dirty clothes in they would come out clean and fresh. My parents had Kenmore products and that's why I got Kenmore. They more than proved themselves over the years. We usually did at least 7 to 9 loads of laundry a week at my house. When I say that we needed a heavy duty washer and dryer set, I meant that we really gave them a work out.

They seemed to work fine, never had any issues in the several years I owned them. Bought because inexpensive and spartan. Lots of others seem to have problems, but these didn't. They washed and dried well, better than I could do by hand.

I purchased a Kenmore Washer & Dryer set used from a neighbor that was moving away, and I was very satisfied with it. It worked well and lasted a long time. I still have the dryer and would still have the washer, but my son took it upon himself to purchase me a brand new washer of a different brand.

I have just spent over 4 hours trying to wash bedding. A new record. I have been told by customer service that I must choose the correct setting for my laundry, can't just use normal. OK, then I am washing bedding, so I choose bedding. I was washing 2 twin sheets and a twin quilt. For some reason, my washer likes to fill with water, spin a little, drain, spin, then fill with water again. For over 4 hours, until I wrung the bedding out and removed it, dripping from the washer. Sometimes the washer is fine, takes a long time compared to other washers I have had, but I can have a load completed in a little over an hour. But other times, it goes into this fill, drain, spin thing for quite some time.

It has been years since I had my Kenmore but I do recall it being a good and reliable brand. I trust this brand and would/will buy it again if and/or when I need to replace my washer and dryer.

Love my washer and dryer from Kenmore. It is a touch with plenty of cycles and gets my clothes very clean. The dryer is wonderful and has a fluff cycle at the end with is great. Love the spin cycle on the washer. It just about dries the clothes and I also love the fluff cycle at the end too. I got my washer and dryer in the color red which of course I do show everyone.

I have bought several reconditioned Kenmore washer and dryer and they seem to perform efficiently and they are very dependable. My washing area is in the garage and they seem to be able to withstand the cold and don't freeze up.

I am only satisfied with the washer, but not satisfied with the dryer. The dryer overheats all the time. It also does not turn itself off, no matter what cycle it has been on. I have had both of these units for 5 years, but use them maybe 3 times a week, so I don't feel the wear and tear of these machines should produce these problems.

First off, I grew up with Kenmore products. Got a Kenmore sewing machine in 1989, and it still works great. Bought a cheap Kenmore washing machine & dryer in 1994, and had those until 2008. Replaced a few parts here and there, but never an ounce of problems really. ONLY got rid of them because when I first bought them, we were a family of 3, and by end of 2008, we were a family of 9. Bought a Kenmore 800 washer in 2008. Had to call for repair within a year. Never ever had more problems again. Until tonight. Sounds like it's whining or whiny. I did find a YouTube vid. Help!

Never had a Problem and it's going on 12 years that I brought them. I bought both of them from Sears back in 2002 and I've never had a problem about them but I do sort of remembering a Sears service person coming out to the house, but if I'm not mistaken it was something minor.

It is of high quality and the price is very affordable. They last for years. I recommend them to friends and I had rental properties that I would put them in, just because of their excellent quality and low maintenance.

Have my Kenmore washer & dryer for 11 years now. The dryer is on Custom Cycle. I use always Normal Cycle, Med. Low Temp, More Dry and Wrinkle Rid. After the cycle is done I do the Touch-up for 15 min. and then my loads are dry. The front loader washer is another story. After the warranty expired a problem with the settings started so I was not able to use the Custom Cycles here anymore. Every time the wash cycle would stop before the rinse cycle, so I had to touch a shorter cycle with cold water and start all over again. What I do now is touch all the buttons one by one 3 times till I am back on the cycle combination I want and now it works fine for about 90%. Annoying but you learn to live with it.

Durable, reliable, efficient, love to use these. My washer washes really well and my dryer is phenomenal. I have had them for 3 years and are still going strong. I would recommend Kenmore to everyone. I am pleased so much by this brand.

My Kenmore washer and dryer lasted many years, were maintenance free and I was very happy with them. I have different brands now because choice was made due to budgetary limits and the Kenmore brand was too expensive.

The dryer has had a problem lately, but after over twenty-five years it is expected, although the washer is STILL going strong no matter what I throw at it or many loads of different sizes during the week.

For years I always used Kenmore appliances. Several years ago I needed a new washer and strayed from Kenmore after listening to a friend who had purchased another brand. I listened and purchased that washer and had nothing but trouble with it. I got rid of it and went back to my preferred Kenmore washer. I'm still using it.

They always work well and will run forever. Easy to get parts and to have repaired. Very economical to run and the clothes are clean. My clothes are always clean and smell fresh. Local company, made in America. Sears carries parts and will service them.

I have always owned a Kenmore and always will. They are like Timex, they take a licking and keep on kicking. We had a Kenmore washer and dryer before the ones I have. I had them for over 20 years. Loved them. I had them oiled and tended to every year so they would last longer. Just like what a person should do with their air conditioner.

When they did break down the 'DIY fix-it' info was easily obtained on the website with a troubleshooting guide that is extremely helpful. Parts if needed, were easy to come by and inexpensive.

I have owned many Kenmore appliances over the course of many years. I found my washer & dryer to work efficiently, cleaned, dried the clothes perfectly. Most important, I found the Kenmore backup policy plan peace of mind.

I do not have a Kenmore at this time but have had Kenmores in the past. The washing machines are very reliable. One of the Kenmore's I had was a suds saver. I don't believe they make that particular model anymore but the suds saver feature was great because you could recycle the water which always helps save money especially in urban areas where water can cost a lot of money. I did not purchase a Kenmore the last time I bought a washing machine... after my machine of 15 years started to "eat my clothes" but not because it wasn't a great machine. I just found a much better deal as a friend was moving and had a machine she wanted to sell. Please note: My fridge is a Kenmore!

Mold issues, smells like rotten eggs. Works great but still can't get that smell to go away, that's in the washer. Also had a pump go bad. The dryer seems to be doing great. Was in a class action lawsuit but think we lost. I hope they made these a lot better over the years. Mine was the first front loader out I think.

I bought a Sears Kenmore washer about 40 years ago. It lasted me about 20 years. I was very satisfied with it, did not have any problems with it until the very end. One day it just completely froze up. The repairman said it had nothing left to give. I did a lot of washing with it even heavy rugs and it continue to hold up. They just don't make washers that durable anymore.

Dryer was formerly owned. Was used previously for over 5 years and I have used it 4 plus years without any issues. Just clean lint trap after each use, occasionally vacuum lint from under lint trap and you are good to go.

It dried perfectly, whether wash and wear or heavy duty. It did not wrinkle my clothes. It had all the temp controls I needed and was energy efficient. My wash and wear items always came out "hanger ready". I miss it!

The washer is nice sized and cleans clothes efficiently. I just set and go. The dryer dries really well. Most of my past experience with dryers I need to go down to the basement 2 times to dry a load. Very satisfied with my set.

My Kenmore top load high efficiency washing machine has a large tub so you can effectively clean a large load of clothes or a heavy winter quilt. The dryer easily dries the large loads and the great thing about the dryer is that everything comes out with no wrinkles.

The unit (Washer/Dryer) have been working well for a long time now just like day one cleaning my tough stains & all with no problem. But I was really raised on Kenmore products from my mom when I was growing up & the fact that they're still making great products for me and my family to enjoy is the power of great long lasting products that stand the test of time.

I have owned some Kenmore washing machines and they are generally pretty good. I have had some trouble on rare occasions over repairs, the service center was reluctant to fix it. Once when I was having trouble, I had to take in my paperwork and practically force them to fix it. They did wind up fixing it, but it was a hassle.

Purchased a pair of washer and dryer that was on the lower cost level and within three years, both had stop working to the point that it made repair fiscally illogical. The motor went out on the washer, and drum bearing and surround seal went out as well as the element shorted.

The Kenmore washer and dryer were both very good machines. After 12 years they both went out washer go out first. A week later the dryer went next. For a family of seven I have to say they were the best so far and would stick to the brand.

We never had a major problem with either appliance. We replaced them with a different brand, and we wish we had keep the old appliances. Our clothes do not get as clean, even with using special detergent pods with cleaning boosters. The new dryer goes crazy and either doesn't dry the clothes thoroughly or runs too long. I cannot say it enough -- WE SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH KENMORE!

Yes there are newer technology washers and dryers out there with all the bells and whistles and lights. Yet, they are very expensive and are usually not made in America. I will always opt for the steady consistent performer every time.

These HD ones are fantastic. Our washer is top load and the dryer is front load. They handle bigger loads but use less water and detergent/suds which is good for the environment. We have had one for a few years and would only buy them over and over.

An absolute waste of time and money. We have been waiting for 5 weeks to have our expensive Kenmore Elite washing machine repaired after owning only 3 years. First Sears repair technician comes out, charges $89 to say he will have to replace the part (here for a total of 10 minutes.) We agree to order the part out of pocket since the washer is no longer under warranty. Had the part overnighted (additional out of pocket) and it takes over a week to get the repair technician back out to install. He is then unable to remove a nut to remove the old part and tells us that he can't put the new part in because he's not authorized to cut the nut off for fear of damaging the drum (here for 15 minutes this time). If we can cut it off ourselves, he said he would come back out and install the new part.

Dependable and seemed to hold up to anything that I washed in it from a light load of delicate to a large heavy load of winter snow boots and thick quilts. It also came in enough style and color that it would be impossible to say that someone could not find the right one for their home. So I guess that I would have to say that owning one has been a good experience for me.

My Kenmore clothes dryer is built like a tank! I bought it over twenty years ago and it still works like a champ. Sears sells and services them. I highly recommend Kenmore appliances.

Kenmore top loading high efficiency washer model 110.2810 - We purchased this washing machine from Sears for $750 on 12/2/2012 and did not purchase the extended warranty. It is now less than two years old and I came home the other day to find my basement flooded because the outer drum of the machine cracked. The repair person said he could not believe what he saw with this broken part and he felt this was clearly a manufacturers defect. It will cost $600 to repair my 2 year old washing machine. I called Sears to request that they supply the part for free so that I only needed to pay for the repair itself of $300 and was told I needed to call the manufacturer Kenmore.

I have been buying Kenmore appliances throughout my fifty one year marriage. At times we have tried another brand washer, much to our dissatisfaction. We have always bought Kenmore dryers. These appliances have lasted may years, sometimes we are amazed at how long they last. We raised four children and washed as many as four loads a day. We have also found that if we have a problem after the warranty is past, they are easy to get the parts for and replace them yourself. I can always find the washer or dryer with the options I want in the color I want.

I've had my Kenmore front end loader Elite Quiet Pak smart wash & smart heat for close to if not 10 years. No complaints... No repairs, outside of the fact the washer isn't as quiet as I would like, it does a wonderful job!! Tops in my book, every type of cycle and cleans beyond the the normal washer.

I purchase this washer about 3-4 years ago and the problem of rust is getting worst. The rust started after 1 year on the lid then it accelerated to inside and now the rust stays on most of the clothes I wash. When we look inside with a flashlight, we see that inside is all rusted and peeling off. I have a baby coming. When I tried to wash the baby's clothes the rust stays on the clothes and it's hard to take out. I had to rewash them by hand. I'm really frustrated since we follow the manual very well to take care of this machine. I can't believe this will happen to a 3-4 years old washer since my mom is currently using a Maytag for over 10 years and it still works fine without rust. I hope to have it repair by Sears as soon as possible.

My Kenmore dryer always has a constant heat that I can depend on. I can also count on my clothes never being wadded together, some of them still damp. I can always gauge the amount of time I need to set the dryer for based on my load size; it is predictable and reliable. It is easy to remove lint from the dryer and its parts, and easy to keep clean on the outside. I have been able to put my wet clothes in, set the time, and walk away knowing when it is finished, I will be able to fold and hang my laundry and put it away without some time of wrinkle or dampness issue.

We have not had any problems with our Kenmore Washer. It cleans very well, can do heavy loads or small delicate, you can adjust water levels and hot or cold water. We've had it for 6 years and we think that shows that it wears over the long time. We would recommend it highly.

They made the repair quickly and efficiently. When I went to get my third set of appliances from Sears, I found that the prices had gone up terribly high. I could get the same machines in the Whirlpool brand for about 2/3 of the price. That is what I have now, Whirlpool. Same great product... but less expensive.

I purchased a Kenmore Top Load washer in 2010. I have hated this machine since the day I bought it. It doesn't clean the clothes if they have any kind of soil on them, I have to run them up to three times to get them clean. The machine has had issues that cost me as much as I paid for the machine to fix twice since I purchased it. It is a lemon. I will never purchase another washing machine from Kenmore again since I cannot afford to fix a machine that shouldn't break so often.
