It's a very good washer. Very strong and well made. I really like it. It's been a very good one made strong and to last. I'd buy another if I needed to. Great service. It's long lasting and does a great job on washing your laundry. It was made by a good company and has last me a while now. I'd buy the same brand if I needed to. Very stylish, fits in with my home decor, just the perfect color and design. They make their product nice and appealing. I love the way they make them. Very good value, not real expensive. It's a good price for something that does a great job. I would suggest everyone give them a try. I think I got a fair deal on mine.

Worked fine for price. It was easy to fix and order parts for when I had problems to fix. Online parts were easy to find so overall worth it. It was reliable. I would recommend the purchase. I was happy with it. It's sleek mean dryin' machine. I didn't buy the Ferrari model, more like the Honda Accord. Overall it's white just like 99% of all dryers so it's got that going for it, which is nice. It has value. For the price it's as good as any dryer out there. Dries like no other dryer type ever seen. I would buy it again.

Reasonable amount of time for cycle to be completed, clothes never came out ruin in any way, machine used a fair amount of water, but never exceed amount. Have use my Kenmore for years and have not had a problem yet, no problem of any kind, no dial slipping, no buttons sticking, no nothing. Received the machine I picked out without any dents or scratching marks on it. Same color all around, no fading. My Kenmore machine was not the cheapest but it was not the most expensive one either. It was the middle of the price range that I wanted to spend and I received everything I wanted on the machine.

I love the front load washer with no agitator. Just put the clothes in. Add soap and other helpers. Has a long wash cycle for whites and also a 30 minute quick wash which I use for rugs. In all the years I have not had to call out the repair once. And there is a problem with a broken piece on the door of the dryer. It still closes so I have not bothered. It actually came like this. I love the pair. I even got the top piece to go across so it looks like they are one unit. Mine is a soothing blue color. I would highly recommend Kenmore for your next washer and dryer. This duo has been a fixture at our house for several years. I would buy it again. I did not get the steam in the dryer. Didn't think I needed it.

The best in the market at this current time. I had time searching for the right features and finally found it. I'm glad purchased it. It works great. It's the best of the best. I have the best machine and I'm really satisfied with it. I want a second machine to get more done. My taste in dryers varied over the years with the new technology coming out. It has a unique appearance that draws your attention. The features work great. It has the top quality mark like I expected when I made the decision to purchase it. The value has a pristine feel. I like the way the machine functions well with multiple loads after one another. It has the best parts in the business.

We bought our home in Loxahatchee Florida, with great joy and began furnishing and decorating. Because of limited space, we purchased the Kenmore Stacked Laundry Center, #61532. It is just my husband and I, so we do 3-4 loads of laundry per week. Just the other day, only 1 year and 9 months from our purchase of this brand new appliance, water started showing up on our laundry room floor. We check hoses, drain pipe, etc. and all are secure. So I call Sears for service and was told that the warranty is only for one year, so I would have to pay for repairs. Okay, how bad could it be???

Excellent performance, cleans and dries in record time, uses minimal soap. I would totally recommend to all of my family and friends. They are quiet, energy efficient and very stylish. I have never had a reliability issue, as a matter of fact there have been no performance issues whatsoever. If there were I have the extended warranty.

The performance of this washer was better than most. The agitation is awesome. It really digs in and cleans clothes very well / the dryer works just as good. My electric bill was even cut by a very noticeable amount. I didn't know before I got this set that clothes can actually dry that fast. I can rely on this set - it is almost heaven. I did not know before I got these that clothes can get that clean. I am very happy and content with these. We'll never get any other.

Never had a problem and cleans great. Mechanical it is a very well built machine. My clothes cleaner now than when I had a different machine. This machine is so well built. It may be the last one I ever own. We have never even had the slightest glitch. We wash almost everyday. The machine has easy to see and use buttons answer settings. The panel puts everything right at your fingertips. All in all it's a real clean look. It has saved us money in both cost of water used, amount of detergent used and electric costs. For my money it's a great buy. I would recommend it to anyone.

It cleaned the clothes well. Was large capacity. It was durable & long lasting. It was also easy to use and easy to install. I liked the multiple cycles the most. It always performed to my expectations & never let me down. It always got my clothes clean and I never had to worry about it. It lasted way longer than I thought it would for the money. It had a clean simple look to it that would fit into any decor & would pair nicely with any similar designed dryer. It is what I expect a wash machine to look like. It was well worth the price I paid seeing how durable & long lasting it was. If you are in the market for a machine that won't break the bank & will last then this is the machine for you.

I love all the Kenmore brands. I've always shopped Sears for my washer and dryer or my dishwasher or fridge, microwave. My washer and dryer works like a charm. They work great. I won't buy anything but a Kenmore. Used this brand for years. My mother always bought Kenmore when I was younger. Kenmore is a well-known brand. They look great even after having them for a couple of years now. They are a classic. They never get old. A great value. Love shopping for the Kenmore brand. They are the best. Kenmore and I go way back in time together. Money well spent.

Works like a dryer should. Haven't had any problems. Easy to use and a good overall option. It gets clothes dry and isn't complicated. It's reliable and can fit all needed items but could be somewhat small I guess for someone with a larger family. I'm only one person so I don't have much of an issue but I think any dryer is kind of compact if you're doing laundry for more than 1 person. Kind of old looking but appearance isn't my top priority in a dryer. If you want something high-tech looking this might not be your option. Fairly simple. Not a big issue though. Is a good value. Dryers are dryers. It gets the clothes dry and it does it simply. Appearance is decent. Value is good too. There are some which are a better value, there are some that are worse.

We purchased a Kenmore stackable washer/dryer in October of 2014. It began to leak about a month ago. We called an authorized repair company to come out and evaluate the problem (cost = $170). He told us the cost to repair the transmission and leaky seal would be $985.04. This appliance is not even two years old and cost $1,200 new. I called Sears to complain and was magnanimously offered 20% off the repair. Not enough. I want everyone who is shopping for a new washer/dryer to know this. Do NOT buy the Kenmore (made by GE) model #2661532413. The repairman said this leaky seal is a very common problem and recommended we abandon this unit and buy a new one. Also, Kenmore didn't make this unit. GE did and Kenmore just stuck its label on it!!!

I have always used Kenmore. Has always been a dependable, quality product with excellent customer service. This specific washer has never given me one single problem. Not to mention great, efficient customer service. Looking to upgrade to a front loader next!! Perfect size, surface has stayed unscathed with our often brutal wash sessions. Nothing too fancy as far as controls but that helps with teens using the washer. Value is excellent. Kenmore has always produced a quality product for a good price. Less is more in this case. Would purchase again.

Totally aesthetically pleasing. This dryer is worth its value and then some, considering I plan on having this dryer for many years to come, and it hasn't given me a single problem yet.

Love them and they are very quiet and work great. I really love them. I would buy another set if I had to. I would def recommend this brand to anyone and would buy another set for a gift for family members. This is awesome and wouldn't trade them for anything. They are very pretty and easy to keep clean. Was extremely noisy and took too long to wash a load of laundry. Not reliable at all. It just died too quickly and was extremely noisy when running. It looked great, was black with stainless steel finish and just looked fabulous, but it died within three years and took too long to wash one load of laundry, over an hour and a half to wash just one load of laundry. It died completely within 3 years of purchase, which is not near long enough, so it was not worth the money I spent for it.

Sometimes it seems like the clothes wash faster than the older washing machines. This washing machine is very reliable. Older washing machines we had in the past would give us problems within a few years. But this one we have almost 3-4 years now and haven't had one problem yet. I love the appearance on this because it a newer looking washing machine and doesn't look like the old ones. Sometimes I forget that this is a washing machine. The value was great. We didn't spend too much on it to the point where we had to think twice about getting it. Once we saw the machine and the price our mind was made up.

This washer is very reliable. Have a warranty on it so if it act up I will get a replacement but right now it still working great. I'm going get the dryer sooner. There are a lot of dryer on sale but do your research online and you will see which dryer you want to buy with the right price range.

I have two kids who play rough and tough outside always leaving me with cleaning mother nature’s finest. It’s not just the detergent you use but the quality of the product and what it can offer as far as economics. The best clean clothes worth my buck is only Kenmore for my family and me. As far as my Kenmore washer and dryer I have never had an issue with what so ever. I pushed these products to the limit and its never affected the performance or how well it cleans. This are not new products and have been used almost daily and still clean as good as the first day with no problems or repairs needed.

I think this is one of the best units I have ever had. It was very surprising how quick and efficient it is. I am very satisfied with all of the options that are available and how quickly it handles each cycle. This is the best washer that I have ever owned and does a great job on both my husband's filthy work clothes and my more delicate items. Definitely very reliable. I have yet to have to stop the load because of any problems. I can count on it getting my clothes clean the first time. It has never destroyed any of my delicate items that I wash. I have had no problems with it leaking or anything else going wrong.

I really love this washer. It does as advertised and can hold a large amount of towels, which is great for big families or during the summer months. Washer machine is a great value for its price. Would definitely purchase again. With 3.5 Cu Feet it is more than enough room to properly wash a decent sized load of clothes. Have owned since February 2016, without any problems associated with the machines. We usually wash on average 3 to 4 loads per week in our household with no issues. The appearance is relatively plain thus my simple rating of satisfied, but for the price I was more looking for productivity as opposed to cosmetics. The value for the washer and dryer combination to me is what really sold me as opposed to higher end more expensive models. For about $600 less I feel as though I got the same type of product that does the same work.

It has a great size capacity to wash several clothes at one time. There is a delicate and regular and spin cycle. I truly would recommend this machine to anyone. This washing machine is very reliable. You can fit numerous items in at one time and always expect them to come out clean and fresh. We have not had any issues with our washer at all. We choose the white washing machine as most of our items are white. The inside has a pretty good size tub and there are numerous options that you can choose from for a cycle to wash your clothes. We paid around $300 for our washing machine which I feel is a great value. If you think about how much money you will be saving from not having to go to the laundromat then you will quickly realize that this is truly an excellent value not to mention definitely more convenient.

This washer had a strong agitation cycle and I never needed a repair. Easy to use knobs. Never had to explain how to turn it on. My clothes always came out smelling good and looking fresh. I could wash a decent sized load of dirty clothes in this washer. I never needed a repair and the agitation was strong and reliable. The water flowed freely and the knobs were easy to understand. This washer was a simple washer in looks. Even though I could have gone for something more spacey and futuristic in looks I was very happy with its performance and easy to understand knobs. Looks aren't everything. I think in this day and age we spend too much money on things that break down over time. This washer was sturdy and reliable and I never needed a repair so I am satisfied with the amount of money I paid for it.

No problems at all in 15 years including heating element which is the most common failure. Clothes are dried exceptionally well and lint free for the most part. We have used extensively. Would buy again. I would highly recommend and would replace in kind when needed. Great value considering competition and features actually used. Too many others have features never used and therefore useless for the money. More than adequate for my needs. A good bang for the buck and very reliable. It just did what is was supposed to do and I did not have any problems with it. I can't get that excited about it but overall it would be a favorable opinion. Functions very well all the time, never has ever not functioning. Very good, very fast and easy to use and very efficient. A very good dryer makes my clothes nice and fluffy. Very sleek and very cool modern yet at the same time very traditional, does not look too bulky and does not look too tiny. Takes up just the right amount of space. Very good price always at Sears because Kenmore is the primary brand at Sears so it is usually on sale. I think that the value for the money is excellent.

It was broken down more than it was working. Lots of service calls over & over again. Did not clean clothes like it should have. Most of the time we had to re-wash the clothes a second time. It was not at all dependable. When it did work you had to wash the clothes a second time as it did not always get them clean. It was so loud you thought it was an airplane taking off. It was just a regular top loading washer and a normal electric dryer. It was about 35 years ago when we had these units. It was nothing fancy. Just a basic top load model. Would not recommend the Kenmore brand at all. We just did not have good luck with purchasing their brands at all. We know other people who had good luck with them but for us unfortunately it was the total opposite.

I got both the washer and dryer for $2,000.00 with a 2-year warranty, which included delivery and set up.

No repairs have been done to it as yet. I would highly recommend this machine to everyone. It is a very good value. It can TAKE a very large load of clothes. And dries evenly and dries very fast and saves me time and money. It a great looking appliance that is sure to match our washer and decor of our laundry room. It is a good looking dryer that blends in real nice. I feel I received a very good value as these Kenmore machines are reasonably priced against all other machines on the market today. I have had it for 10 years now, and if you were to prorate what I paid for it over that 10 years, it has been a really good purchase.

The washer worked great. Had different settings to do different size loads and dryer was wonderful. Dryer clothes fast and could put it on air dry so they wouldnt get any wrinkles in them. Great. Never had any problems. Water would always fill to the level clothes I was washing and dryer did great job on all clothes. Jeans and towels were wonderful. No wrinkles in jeans.

I like the size and the capacity is right for me and the washer and dryer are simple. Easy to understand, not too many functions. Has worked well for 10 years with no problems. My washer and dryer are extremely reliable. I have had them for over 10 years, never a problem. I would recommend to anyone. Is right size for 1-10 people. Had it for 16 years and still runs like a champ. No problems whatsoever. Still have the dryer, also runs and still spins great, gets the clothes clean. Spins well and is a heavy duty tub to fit more clothes in it. The dryer has some rust marks on the top of it from wear and tear. I do live in Florida, so after awhile this happens to some appliances. I have gotten my money's worth out of the washer and dryer for sure. 3 loads a week and 4 people in the house, it has earned its seal of approval.

They were good for a little while, then the dryer started to become less and less effective. You'd have to run the same clothes through 2 or 3 times even if it's a small load. The dryer was not reliable, it would not dry clothes the first time through after about 9 months. The washer was always reliable, the clothes came out smelling clean and fresh every time. They were fine appearance wise. Not too big or bulky. They were comparable in size to every other washer and dryer. I don't find them aesthetically pleasing but I don't need to, lol. The value of the washer and dryer was good, comparable in price to all the others. The only complaint I really have about the value is how quickly the dryer became incompetent.

I bought a Kenmore Dryer in July 2014. Within 9 months the Lint trap began to morph and catch clothing/linens thereby ruining many. Recently I looked up this issue on the Internet and discovered it is quite common. I have seen a few customers have received free replacement parts that will easily remedy this problem. We purchased model #28002011 Kenmore washer in 9/2011. We're 2 older people (no pets) requiring 3-5 lite loads of laundry a week. In the last year or more, the washer would add time while in a cycle. For instance, it would count down to say 2 minutes remaining, then adjust the time to say 8 minutes. When you're trying to perform other tasks this could be madding enough. Now after the wash cycle it would just click never performing the rinse or spin cycles. The serviceman informed us the washer's motor & transmission must be replaced at a estimated minimum parts cost of $250 plus labor. This was the worst major appliance purchase we have ever made. I don't believe trips to the laundromat would have been as costly & only less inconvenient in winter. I'm all done purchasing Sears products.

I purchased the 600S six months ago. I never have felt that my clothes are clean. We also use it for diapers and wash those on hot with two rinses. They always smell even when washed on two separate cycles. Always. Today I noticed on regular clothes on normal cycle with hot water normal clean that I could see areas of the shirts that no water had touched. They were dry. Sears has no method for me to provide feedback on this. So it's for you. Choose wisely. Don't be looped in by the deep fill - get something else.

These dryers dry large load in half the time and there's a lot of room in it. I have never had an issue with this. It is also a very lite weight dryer. Always works. I have had it for a few years now. It's amazing. I love this dryer. I will continue to buy this brand for all my houses and or apartments. The washer was great as far as large loads of clothes. It did at least 3 pair of pants, 3 shirts and a few weeks worth of underwear in one load. I can't get my clothes clean using the washer. Lint is left in large splotches on dark clothes or in a light layer all over everything. Customer service is non-existent. Everyone says the same thing, the machine is designed to operate like this and the techs have no background to adjust the electronics (could be water level sensor, could be software - the mechanic they send can't do any of it). I think it's actually dangerous to have this amount of lint in my house. It stays on my towels, linens, and don't talk about the mattress pad!

Washer works very well and the dryer works very quickly and efficiently. Would like to get a bigger capacity dryer though but the washing machine works really well. The washer could be a larger so we could wash bigger loads and the dryer could be larger for big blankets and quilts. I could use a more efficient washing machine. Both the washer and dryer look all right but could be more rugged and sturdy. Maybe taller and less wider so they can fit in smaller spaces. The washer and dryer are worth the amount we paid for them. Just think we need to spend more money for a bigger capacity washer and dryer.

This dryer works well. It is somewhat noisy, and the inside turned black around the circle air vents. It dries very well. Definitely a good investment. I've had it about three years. Only if I put several pairs of heavy jeans in together do I have to add more heat. Otherwise it's one heat cycle and I'm assured everything is dry. It's not the sexiest looking dryer. Pretty old school, and very 1950's white, but it matches the rest of my appliances I inherited when I moved into the home. I purchased the dryer so I did have options. Can do a couple sets of sheets, whole load of towels. I wash a lot of clothes and usually have an overloaded clothes basket but never have a problem with fitting anything in it. White machines can get dusty very easily, especially with the dryer right next to it but it is very easy to clean inside and out. No rust whatsoever. Didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for a good washing machine. Have had it for quite a while and have never had any issues with it, which is amazing considering how much it gets used (which is daily, if not twice a day).
