It was well laid out and great for storage of many items. I feel like it was very energy efficient because my electric bill was lower after I bought it compared to what it was before this item. I was able to fit a good amount of both fresh and frozen food. It had a nice design so I could get at what I wanted to. It had good separation between the racks to fit things. It was a solid color that fit well with the rest of the room's decor. There was silver on the handles and the door and sides were almond and it had a nice shiny exterior. I bought it on sale during a Memorial Day holiday and saved over 150 dollars so I was very pleased to get it at this price. Comparable brands were much more expensive.

Works great. No problems like I had before. Keeps everything cold in the fridge and frozen in the freezer. A brand I always trust. Good warranty. Good size for my family. I can fit milk on the shelf or on the door. Drawers fit plenty and the freezer hold a good amount if I stack it. Normally I stand things but stacking I see easier. It's white. Miss the days of different colors. Wish they did that again. Wipes clean easily so no real stains. Inside cleans easy. No complaints. Good price for my family size. I shopped around to several stores and used price matching. It helps save. Don't mind the price for a brand I trust.

My refrigerator performs well. Sometime I have to turn up the settings if there is a lot of food in the fridge and or freezer part. Otherwise I really cannot complain. I could use a larger model to be honest though. This fridge does not really fit my needs as I need a larger model. I would like to have a side by side. I have three kids and this model really not fit well for us. This model fridge looks nice and is easy to clean as opposed to a stainless steel version of it would require much more effort. I do like this. The shelving on the inside could be better place to fit more item. Value is ok. I do have to turn the cold setting to get things cold when there are a lot of items in the fridge. Otherwise I would say that this item was a fairly decent value for the price.

It works great. The top freezer always keep things frozen. The bottom always stayed at the same temperature. The motor never quit and always ran quiet. I never had any problems with it and never had to take anywhere to get checked out. I'm single so it was plenty big enough for all my needs. I never had a problem with it unless I tried to put a 39 pack of beer in it. The top freezer is just right for what I put in it. Mine was white and stood up in the corner. It had three shelves and top freezer with a produce draw. It had side shelves and it was not too big or small for my needs. It was brand new and had a warranty. It never quit so it valuable to me.

We had very few problems over the years. It was purchased in the seventies and I believe we had it into the late nineties. Actually we moved and left it at our old home. How much longer it was in use I do not know. It may still be running. I don't recall the size but at the time of purchase we were a family of five, so with that in mind I am sure we purchase the right size. The freezer was across the top and always seem too adequate for our family. I guess its appearance was satisfying. I remember in later years in the life of Thorpe fridge we had it painted to match our new decor in the kitchen. The price of the fridge was probably middle line. It was not an economy price nor the more deluxe model. It serve my family very well although there wasn't a lot of bells and whistles.

I like it, it runs nice and quiet, it has plenty of room. Every storage space is nice and big. I like the alarm on it when the door is open too long. The size of it is very nice. It has extra storage space for big items. It has a lot of freezer room. It is very nice. I like the extra space in it for milk and juice. The freezer space is nice. The appearance of it is really nice. It matches the rest of my appliances in my kitchen. It has the no figure touch front which is very nice having kids. It has a light on the front for the ice which can be set as a night light. The value of it is great. It is a very nice refrigerator. It is up to date with all the extras you will ever need in a fridge. It has a nice warranty from the manufacturer and also an extended warranty.

The freezer kept everything very cold, didn't have a problem with it over freezing, and refrigerator was perfect in temperature, easy to adjust and keep clean. I chose this model because it was the perfect size for my apartment. It was the perfect height. I could easily store canisters atop. I would recommend this model. Black was a great color choice. The color was sleek, easy to clean, the color compliments all finishes in kitchen, easily stands out, at the same time does not overwhelmed with black color. I think large appliances are expensive overall, at the same time this was a great value for the size, model and color, easy to resale and hold the original value paid.

It get your food really cold but doesn't freeze up. The jars of pickles and stuff in the freezer stays really cold. Put ice cubes in it and about maybe 20 minutes later they're all frozen. You can have really good iced tea. We live in a small apartment and this refrigerator fits really good in galley-style kitchen. There's room to open the door. It doesn't hit any of the walls. It doesn't leak water from defrosting. We drop stuff in it. We used the fridge freezer, slam the door really hard. It didn't break. It seems to last through a lot. We had it for 2 years now and it's still working perfect like it was brand new. The value was really great. We got it on Jose Aldo in like a Black Friday in November a couple years ago but you can't beat the value of this for it. I mean you can search online for a better deal but you won't find one.

We've never had any problems. Easy to clean and organize. Great size for the price and very energy efficient. Both light bulbs last a long time. It is more than adequate for our needs. It is also adjustable to make the shelf space for different sized items. It's so perfect for our family. It's very basic and white. It looks like a normal refrigerator and fits in with the decor of our apartment level kitchen. The rectangular shape fits well. It was reasonably priced and does the job. It fits our budget and lifestyle well.

Our Kenmore refrigerator gave us great value for the money we spent on it. It is very competitively priced with refrigerators in its class.

It keep cold really well. It is a good, outstanding brand. Has never failed me. So I like the way it make ice and all the water always comes out fresh. The size is perfect. It fit in the area where the machine is to go. You can't go wrong with the size. It is a very good size - hold a lot of item for storage. The appearance is top quality to me and it is easy to clean. I like the brand. Well you can get almost any color that is available for your use. For the size of the item I think that the price is a good value for the item you are getting. I loved this refrigerator! We could move the shelves to fit many different food items in the refrigerator. I loved the ice cold water and the choice of crushed or cubed ice. Since it's just my husband and me the size was perfect! I do wish that the freezer had been a little bit bigger. I like buying in bulk and freezing extra food that we won't eat right away. We had to get a separate small freezer to keep other food. We went with the color white, since it's a bit less expensive and easier to clean than colored refrigerators. I kept it clean so it hummed right along for 10 year! I then gave it to my stepsister and she loves it! It has stayed clean and running smoothly! It was worth the money!

I had an old Kenmore fridge that lasted for 20 years. I replaced it because it became so noisy but it was cooling perfectly. The new one I got Nov. 2013 is the 18.3 cu ft with two doors (Sears.ca item number 463642104). Two weeks ago, the freezer stopped working (everything inside melted) then few days later the whole fridge was not cooling. It is plugged and it looks like it's working but it is not cooling. I called a technician and he said "there is a gas leak and that should not happen with a less than 3-year old fridge. Tracking a leak and replacing the gas is very expensive and you are better off buying a new fridge". I called Sears and of course I am on my own because it has been more than 12 months.

We have been a customer of Sears for over 40 years, but not anymore. 5 years ago we downsized and bought 5 appliances from Sears. We even bought their so called warranty. From experience it is not worth the paper it is written on. They will find a way not to send a tech. Three months after purchase of the fridge had a leak in the freezer area. First thought it was caused by over filling the ice trays. When I checked further noticed is was from a water line. Called and was promised they would send someone out. Three weeks later he arrived. Quickly pointed out there was a called back on a part. Was told by Sears missed the expiry date by 3 days. Called a salesman and he told me he had the same issue. Was told to call Kenmore which we did. Was told they could do nothing.

I have a two year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator, model 79574023410, a bottom freezer with top French Doors made by LG (I'm told). This was delivered in October 2014. It has failed twice and Sears does not feel this is unusual. The first failure occurred in July 2015. An error code and a warm refrigerator got me a new motherboard installed still under warranty. This was a common problem with this model, I was told.

Condensation water keeps leaking from the bottom to floor, causing water damage. After cleaning the whole fridge the leakage issue will appear again in one week. Should have a built in water pan. Horrible design!

We bought the Kenmore elite refrig. and electric cook stove. Both a piece of junk. Have had 3 yrs now and nothing but trouble... Refrig, compressor, blowers and other things have went out. The cook stove the panels kept going out, which we have gotten rid of and went back to our gas stove. The refrig. has another problem. It is showing the error F1. They will be out tomorrow to check it and it has only been about 3 months since the compressor and blowers were fixed... We are also having problem with the bottom freezer compartment. It keeps coming off its track... I recommend not spending your hard earned money on these two products... They are junk.

Leaking rusty stain drip down at water dispenser with chemistry odor. See attached photos.This issue occurred in 1 year after purchased brand new at Sears. Brand Kenmore Elite purchased on 2002 and another one 2004. Same issues.

I own a Kenmore Pro 253.5533360. I've had nothing but trouble with this refrigerator/freezer. I've replaced the ice maker twice, the water dispenser lever, three of the drawers have broken, there is a crack in the bottom (the Sears repair man put putty in it that lasted about two days), the ice dispenser lever doesn't work now, the water dispenser lever is broken AGAIN and now the temperature of the freezer keeps going up and everything is thawing out. When I unplug it and plug it back in, it works for about 24 hours and the temp starts climbing again. I have clean the condenser and vacuumed/cleaned everything I can think of, and it's still not working. Makes a clicking sound, the sound stops and it starts working again.

Purchased a Sears Kenmore refrigerator for $1300.00 and the gasket on fridge door and freezer door is faulty after 4 years. Cracked and pulled away from all 4 corners on freezer door and fridge door. I paid 300.00 for the extra warranty and it has expired 4 mos prior to my complaint. Service on the phone is 0, no call backs. Told me to purchase another warranty $. In the past I have purchased a number of LG Sears Kenmore appliances and had 100% good experience. The gasket is split-torn away and I can see the foam inner of the doors. Just install a new gasket or lose me forever as a customer.

Sears Kenmore Elite Refrigerator 79574023410. We purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator in October 2014. We have had to have a Sears technician/repairman repair our refrigerator 4 separate times and it isn't even 2 years old! This last time, the refrigerator completely died on September 14th, 2016. The technician came out and looked at it on September 15th. We were told it needs a new condenser and a new compressor. Basically, the refrigerator has to be rebuilt. "IF" they can fix it, the repair is to take a minimum of three hours to repair. We were told the refrigerator could not be repaired not until September 27th. I had to throw out over $300 worth of food that spoiled when the appliance died. I was told to purchase an inexpensive refrigerator in the meantime for the garage until the repair on Sept 27th. I just received a phone call today saying that some of the parts are on back order until October 25th... "IF" they can locate the parts.

DO NOT BUY KENMORE ELITE REFRIGERATORS. One month after the warranty expired, the ice maker went out. After all the phone calls, finds out there was a recall. We did not receive any notice. We are halfway through the three-week period of waiting for the repair man, now the freezer stopped working. All the food in this piece of ** freezer is in the damn trash. I read a review on the ice was not keeping up with the demands. SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. As you can tell we are very disappointed in this big piece of **. If they have the balls to place this review on their website, listen to it. PS: I would recommend this junk to Obama.

It's a good performance so far really good. The size is enough for my family. The overall appearance is very good. The value perceived is very good. And I am happy for that it's very useful at home especially in storing the food like leftovers and everything and I'm satisfied for it.

I've trying to my fridge fixed since March 2016. It's now September 15th 2016 and my manufacture warranty will run out in the next 10 days. Problem: Ice doesn't work. Beeps for no reason (thinks a door is open when that is incorrect). All lights do not work (If I unplug the unit, the lights work for about 5 minutes). Issue with service: I've been contacting Whirlpool customer service to fix a Kenmore product (Sears told me to call them). They have sent the technician 6 times. Nothing has been fixed. They have changed many parts but with no change in the actual problem.

Good quality appliance. Helpful customer service. Would recommend Kenmore to anyone. We have not had any problem with our refrigerator. Energy efficient and quiet. It's a big enough refrigerator to fit all of our basic needs. We do have another refrigerator that we put extra items in but only need to use it when we have an excess of items for a party or something. It fits very well into our kitchen decor. It is nice looking and practical. Easily accessible. Easy for kids to open and get what they need. Very organized set up. It is not cheaply made and customer service is easy to get a hold of if you need anything.

I trust your company and will always choose this brand of refrigerator. Long lasting and nice to look at. Never buy anything else. Easy to clean as well. My refrigerator fits perfectly in the spot designed for it. It holds all of my groceries for a month without any problems. I also enjoy the crisper for my vegetables. I love the white color and it cleans very well. The next one I buy will be stainless steel bowl. My children still so does all the time and it wakes up easily. We got big bang for our buck. Never ever had a problem out of our performance. It works just like it did the first day we brought it home.

I have had this refrigerator for several years and I have never had a problems with it. The seals are extremely tight and the insulation is great as I never have to turn it up very high. I have a family of 6 and there is plenty of room for storage. I do have extra drawers that I put on the shelves because with 4 teenagers it makes no difference how big your fridge is, there is never enough room. Mine is the color bisque, it matches my stove and my washer and dryer. I prefer this as it does not show prints and spots as easy as as white one does. Mine has a left opening as that is the way my kitchen is designed. I bought it on sale and it was extremely well priced. I would have bought it whether it was on sale or not as it was the only one I could find that completely met all of the things I wanted.

Always cold, never had a problem with and we have had it for 10 years. The fridge before was 25 years old and just recently broke down - the condenser gave out. The fridge is a decent size for a family of four but if you have a larger family you will need a fridge larger than the 20 cubic foot we have. The fridge is a plain white nothing fancy fridge. Its surface of white is easy to clean but it does show dirt very easily. Children are messy. Kenmore are a great value for your money. You spend around 500 on a new one and you can pretty much count on having it for at least 20 years.

Worked well with all my food being in there, a lot of room for my snacks as well for the people who eat them. I also put drinks in there. Very huge and fit everything in there like I even have room left over for more food for the next day I want to shop for food. Very big refrigerator. Long and a pretty color, it also matches my kitchen and it gets a lot of compliments. Specifically if I have a lot of food in there, people love it as well as I do. Cost almost my life but I also had money saved so it was ok that I bought that. It really helps out especially for the price they charged me at the store in the mall.

Very storage efficient both in the refrigerator and freezer. The refrigerator had two bottom crispers, a middle sliding tray that held all of the sandwich fixings, had 3 spacious shelves and on inside of the door itself had pockets with bars across the front to be able to place your condiments so that you wouldn't have to put them on the shelves. Plus it had a small compartment with a flip lid to place the butter. The freezer had a single shelf but there was enough room to stack both above and below it. The refrigerator had 3 shelves, 2 large slid in and out drawers at the bottom to be able to store fruits, fresh veggies or whatever you needed to place there, 1 medium sized meat crisper in the center that also slid in and out plus the pockets on the inside of the door.

I have this refrigerator in my utility room as an extra. It has been a great refrigerator. We haven't had any problems with it so far. We try to keep it clean and taken care of. It fits us well as far as size. We use it as extra space for stocking up on sales. It is very roomy and I have no problem stocking it up for my family. It's a great looking refrigerator. Very modern looking. I'm not ashamed for anyone to see it. It is easy to clean on the outside and inside. The perceived value is what I like about it. We thought we may not like the fact of a second refrigerator. Figured we may have problems with it being in the way. The value of it is very helpful.

There is plenty of room for the family. Enough room in the freezer section. It's frost free. Keeps drinks cold and frozen food frozen. Plenty of room for everything a family needs. It fits in a normal house allotted space in the cabinet layout. Room enough for gallon jugs of liquids and 24 packs of soft drinks. It's sanitary white, easy to clean. Freezer is on the top. Refrigerator on the bottom. Interior is white, Coils are located in the rear. There's a drip pan underneath to catch the defrost drainage. It is very valuable because it is well insulated to maintain temperatures during short power outages. It's well made so it will last longer without needing to be replaced.

Very good refrigerator to have. Kid friendly and very useful with the everyday lifestyle. Stays cold with everything in it and freezes very well. I could fit just about everything that I could in it. The room inside was great until I started loading it up with all my food and such. Cream ice was at a great temp and I enjoyed it very much. The refrigerator looks great in my house - I love it. It was a pain getting it in the house but once I did, wow it looked great. The doors have a perfect open pattern so it was a well-made refrigerator. I think the overall value of it is ok. It's not really the best you can get but hey what can you do. I would get another one if I had to but I would look for it for cheaper.

This refrigerator performs well on both side. That includes the exterior dispensers. Have enjoyed this fridge and will continue with this line. Highly recommend. The refrigerators size is great. I have a family of five and we are able to fit all of our items in nicely. Could always use more space though. Very sleek looking refrigerator. Love the colors and shine. Our Kenmore refrigerator has been very reliable. We have not had any major problems and it still runs like a champ. We would highly recommend this appliance. The size of our refrigerator is perfect for our home. We have a side by side model with water and ice dispenser. It fits in our kitchen very nicely. Would not change the size. The appearance is great. It matches the rest of our kitchen. We also found that the variety we had to choose from would have met our needs in all situations. We like the colors they have. The value of our Kenmore refrigerator is excellent. For the money it was a great purchase. I would highly recommend one of Kenmore's refrigerators to anyone.

My Kenmore works perfectly. It is energy efficient and I love that I can control the temperatures myself. It has an awesome feature that tells the current temperature. It fits all my fridge items well and has plenty of space. The freezer is a good size but wish it had a side compartment for smaller items. I wanted white but got stainless steel. Very nice finish but no room for magnets to hang kid's art. It does get scratched easily and all marks are easily visible. I think this fridge was a great value considering it's a great brand, trusted, durable and reliable. I love that it has a good warranty on it also

This model provides adjustable wire shelving which is very easy to operate and very easy to clean. This unit has a lot of storage. The freezer is frost free so you need not worry about defrosting the freezer often. The side door shelves can hold larger sized beverage bottles. The size of this refrigerator is smaller than many more recent refrigerators but very effectively capable being used by smaller sized families. Its adjustable shelves create a major asset for various products you may placed upon them. Storage bins are very well designed to utilize for placing vegetables inside them.

It's great very quiet and have never had a problem. Cools and freezes fast and never a outage or melt down. The best on the market that I have ever found. Really big size for all a large family needs but it is too large perhaps for a single person. It would be nice to have the same model in a small apt size. The style is nice and so are the features but the color choices could be better. Really great price for what I pay for. The upfront cost will be repaid within a few years as mine has and as long as it keeps working I will make my whole investment back.

It's a good basic refrigerator. Nothing too fancy but good enough to deal with our everyday life. Not good if you have a large family or entertain a lot, as you will run out of room very fast. It's good enough for a family of 4. If you entertain a lot or have people who looove food, get a bigger fridge. Otherwise, this is good enough. It's plain so it won't stand out too much if you live in a crappy place. Can decorate it with magnets or drawings etc. Easy to clean the outside too. It was a good price I suppose. The fancier you go, the more broke you will be.

It runs smoothly. Prepared, spacious inside but sleek exterior ice cold water. Doesn't over freeze - regulation controls easily used. Do not get how no freezer burn on any food. Ice cold meat cookable out of the freezer. Overall nice and quiet engine.

Keeps food to the right temperature. We Always have ice in the ice maker and love the indoor water and ice. The adjustable shelves are a plus. I am able to store most of the food the way I like. The side by side feature is not a favorite of mine. It seems that some leftovers sometimes get pushed to the back and get lost. Like the stainless steel look in my kitchen. Need to keep wiping it down because of fingerprints. Like the look of the side by side but not the storage. Kenmore appliances are usually a good value. They tend to last a long time. Sears usually run sales so that you are able to get them at a good price.

We never had any problems with the performance of the refrigerator. It always kept things at the right temperature. The ice maker worked great with no problems. The shelves were sturdy and easy to clean. It was more than able to fit everything we needed. The freezer looked like it would be small from the outside, but it had plenty of storage space. The fridge was huge and had plenty of shelf and door space. We had the white color refrigerator. It would have looked sleeker in stainless steel. It doesn't look as nice as a side by side freezer/fridge, but it's a refrigerator and not a decoration. The utility of the fridge made up for the appearance. The refrigerator was not cheap, but it also wasn't top of the line. I feel it was worth the money we paid for it. We never had to do any repairs or maintenance. If you buy cheaper appliances, you end up paying more in repairs. So this fridge was worth the slightly higher price.

Crisper keeps veggies crisp, milk don't freeze, items on door stay colder, freezer has more than enough room for what i need it for and it is easy to keep clean. I can store more food and left overs in me refrigerator than most other people I know without it getting so cluttered I can't find anything. It match what I wanted instead of me matching its color. It is silent running and really easy to keep clean and it fit the space I had to put it in. It was not the highest priced one out there but has features that gave it a higher value. The finish alone was worth it to me. Overall nicely priced.

Nothing spectacular but it works. Kenmore is a reliable brand. The model I had is low frills so maybe the more expensive models might be more exceptional. It was sufficient. The model I used was just plain Jane though. It had all the basic features but nothing really cool to say about it. It was white and standard looking. It had the standard top and bottom compartments. I did like how the handle looked. There wasn't a lot of wasted space. It's a good brand for the money. Its a good family brand. No bells and whistles but you get what you pay for. I think I would go with Kenmore model if on a budget.

It store a lot of food and the top be ice cold. It's good for everything you wanna put on it and the style of it is big and long. It can fit and store everything. It keep it fresh and everything seem good. It's nice. I like the color and it make my house look better. The value is right. The price fit with everything and can't go wrong of what you getting.

Lot better than most, lasts longer, energy saving, has lot of storage, doesn't take much room. I would recommend this product to anyone who hasn't had it. Seems to fit just about any size kitchen. It durable, doesn't take much space. It's usually affordable. If not most places will let you pay in payments or full whatever your prices can go. It's rather cheap than most fridges. It kept stuff cold and frozen. I never had a problem with it at all. Very high performance refridge and not a problem to keep clean. It ran so quiet that you could barely hear it running. I would recommend it to anyone but if you put stuff in the back of the fridge on top shelf it would freeze it. The size is very good for a family of two or three. I would not recommend it for a full size family as it doesn't have enough room for a big family. The freezer can't hold that much food at all so you would have to get a separate freezer but it does keep ice frozen.

The refrigerator ran good and the ice maker and the water dispenser was very good. I like the stainless look of the refrigerator and was a very good fit with my other appliances. The size of my refrigerator fit perfect and fit into the space I had for it. it was not too overly large but inside space was very good to fit all food product of ours we buy into. The appearance was very pleasing to the eye and I got a lot of compliments from family and friends and relatives about it. The inside looked very nice and the drawers also were nice to the eye. The value was very good. At first we did not want a new refrigerator and were deciding on a used one but once we looked over the Kenmore and the purchase price there was no turning back and we had to buy the new Kenmore.

Plenty of storage, never had any problems, also very easy to clean and it is also energy efficiency. Easy to move to clean behind, easy water and ice hook up with filter. Easy slide out drawers and easy open fridge and freezer doors. The fridge side is big enough to fit $120 worth of groceries and the freezer is big enough for storage of ice cream and plenty of steaks, drawers are a decent size for your vegetables and still have room for a case of beer.

It is hard to buy a lot of food at the same time since it isn't too big. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a big family. I am very happy with it. It is nice and expensive looking. I purchased a side-by-side Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 4 1/2 years ago. About 2 months ago the refrigerator portion stopped working. A repairman was called and I was told the evaporator had gone bad and there was no way to repair it as the part is no longer made and a new refrigerator/freezer needed to be purchased.

I got this refrigerator as a present, it replaced my old general electric refrigerator. I love my Kenmore. My electric bill had gone down and I have not had any problems with it. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone that needs to replace theirs. I do not have any problems fitting all of my groceries in it. Before I had a smaller refrigerator and was always having to let my daughter keep some of my groceries in her refrigerator for me. It is stainless steel and it matches all of the other appliances I have in my kitchen. I do have a problem keeping the stainless steel shiny. Someone once told me to spray wd40 on it and it would really shine. This refrigerator is very valuable to me. I do not know how much it cost because it was a gift to me. But I really love it and would pay whatever was needed if I needed to replace it.

Large enough to hold all we need to store in this refrigerator. It replaces the extra refrigerator in the basement that had begun to leak water into the bottom. This refrigerator stores the overflow from the kitchen refrigerator, or stores items not used often, like Coke we keep for visiting family, or five or six containers of ice cream. This refrigerator has the freezer at the top, and is black in color, but does not show fingerprints. It fits well into the basement as our extra refrigerator. I believe the value of this refrigerator is excellent. The cost compared to the capacity and style very well. Even though this refrigerator is in the basement, and is used for extras, it is nice looking.

Worked for a very long time. Only reason I got a new was because we moved and it was too small. We got another one just like it except bigger. It was fine for a couple. Once we had our children we needed a bigger one. We love our fridge and would never want to even try another brand. Why fix what's not broke. Very stylish. They gave us plenty of colors to choose from so you can find any color to match your kitchen. I love the stainless steel. It looks sleek and professional. You get what you pay for. Some can be a little bit pricey but in the long run it is definitely worth it. I am very picky on what I pay for so I'm glad I found one worth the money.

Has always been a trusted appliance. Never had an issue. My parents have always used this brand and it was recommended that I get one as well. Looking forward to the next generation of fridges from them. The freezer could be bigger in the model I have. There is never enough room for everything for the month. Shelves could be made more sturdy too. Overall has always performed well, just the design inside needs to be better. I have a traditional white model, looking forward to updating to a stainless steel one. I have seen they also have ones with computer chips in them, I am guess Frigidaire has them too. They are getting a bit pricey these days, that I have noticed. Would be nice if they offered a trade in option for existing fridges to help cut down on the cost.

It keeps the food cold but it's my first side by side refrigerator and I would never buy a side by side refrigerator again. I do not like side by side. It is small but it's just me in the house so the size is ok. The freezer side is too narrow so larger items like turkeys don't fit in the freezer. I perceive the value to be valuable enough. I don't remember what I paid for it but I don't recall it being pricey.

The refrigerator that I got worked so good. It was just amazing. It had the perfect temperature and it made ice through the front of the door. Everyone was very impressed with it. The size of the refrigerator was perfect for me because I have a big kitchen. It is a big refrigerator so keep in mind the size of your doorways and your kitchen before you purchase one. Always take measurements beforehand. The appearance of the refrigerator was beautiful. The stainless steel was so shiny and clean. It just makes the kitchen look so much more modern and new. I have gotten many compliments from it. The refrigerator was well worth the money for everything you get. Once you have an appliance like this one you will not want to buy any other kitchen brand.

Kenmore Air Purifier - I have called and left 4 messages and not one person has called back. I had a similar experience years ago with a bed I purchased. By the time someone got back to me, the return policy timeframe had passed so I was stuck with it, even after explaining it was their customer service that took so long to get back to me. Then I asked for the contact information for the warranty and nobody ever answered that. I don't have the receipt available but purchased July 5, 2016.

It very spacious and keep the freezer very cold and freeze ice fast!!! Vegetables last longer to me! Love the space and large doors. The handle on the door is great. If you have kids, easy to reach and pull open the fridge. The size was okay I wish a tad bit bigger!!! The shelves could be a little more apart!!! The racks should be more space and the doors are very light which is great when you have smaller kids over. The appearance is okay and I would love to try the new stainless steel ones but maybe in the near future I will! The size in the outside is small. The value is good quality and a good investment and I would recommend it to anyone! Give it a try, I promise you will fall in love with it and recommend it to your friends also.

It never gave us a lick of trouble, the 8 years we had it. We got for a house warming gift, the seals were all tight up to the day we gave it to some less fortunate friends of ours. From the freeze to veg. and lunch meat trays did their job, the best aspect of the whole thing was the elec. bill never went sky high. We loved it, we went out and bought a side by side with water and ice dispenser. The freezer, cold storage for meats, veggies, and butter, and everyday grocery, racks were plenty spacious for a family of two, then came the little one. We had no problem with all the formula and all that comes with having a baby, plus plenty of room for my beer.

This refrigerator always kept my food cool and fresh. I always like how my freezer was cold but not too cold where it will over freeze any of my food items. The refrigerator was very spacious. I could pile all types of food in there and so many different beverages on the top shelf, without thinking that the shelf will fall. First of all, the color of it is white and it has one long handle connected to the freezer and another long one on the fridge. The light bulb is really bright and is on the top of the fridge. There are three white racks with several lines on it in the fridge. On the top right hand side there is a button to control the fridges coolness. In the freezer there is one rack with lines to dividing the freezer to have two sections. I think the value of the fridge was good it seems like. It is an affordable price and your refrigerator will last for years. You won't have to worry about any of the shelves breaking easily. They seem quite sturdy.

Is a great economical refrigerator, never had problems with the freezer icing over. No fancy features, but if you are just looking for a low cost great working fridge this is it! The fridge was great but I do wish the freezer had been a little larger. It got a bit tricky at the holidays with large roasts and turkeys. It is very easy to wipe down the outside, spills and stains came off without much effort. The simple basic design ensures a pleasant match with most decors. It was definitely a great bargain for the price. Sure you sacrifice some bells and whistles, and convenience features buy if you need to save money those aren't important.

Kept the food at the right temperature and make it easy to place food item in the right places. The ice maker was the reason I purchased the refrigerators. The refrigerator's size was large enough to for the space that it was in. Large that accommodated all the item I need weekly. The refrigerator's appearance was clean and chrome so it was easy to keep it clean on the outside. The price was what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay for and could pay off in less the two years. Would buy the same item again.

Kenmore refrigerators are one of the best around. They keep my food cool and hold over for some time. I remember the lights went out and when they came back on we still had great quality food. Even though it is not a big refrigerator it still meet my needs with space and etc. I have no regrets with getting this refrigerator and I hope that I will be able to deal with Kenmore again soon as far as brands. The refrigerator is an overall great value. At the time I was buying it I was on a budget and needed something that supplied my needs without costing me a lot of money.

If you can shop tab least one time a week, you can fit into it a week's worth. If you want more you can shop more often and resupply your fridge. Look great. Goes well with any decor. Nice style, clean looking, sleek, up to date. You can say timeless. Modern never go out of style. You pair this with many different styles of kitchen styles and it will look great. The way it looks, great. The size, alright. The price good value for the money. The lasting of the machine could be better. If l could l would build it to last a little longer and a little more heavy duty. This machine can go a little longer than what it has so far. It is a good machine despite a few flaws.

The Kenmore refrigerator was a top performer. It had a large freezer compartment located on the top. The shelves and storage compartment were ample. The roomy interior afforded adequate space. It was easy to clean with a damp cloth. Exterior surface looked good. The roomy interior, vegetable and meat compartments and upper freezer had plenty of room for my family of four. Also, there were the right number of shelves which adjusted a height to accommodate your every need. Frankly, the appearance was quite ordinary with no outstanding features. It was of average height, white finish, with no decorative features. Overall, I perceive the value of my Kenmore refrigerator as good. Both the interior and exterior were easy to keep clean by just washing occasionally with soap and water. The see through bins made it easier to find what you were seeking in a timely manner. I would buy a Kenmore refrigerator again.

The model worked great and always had cold ice. It was a strong fridge and everything stayed cold and fresh. It worked for many years and never had to replace it. The size was good however I wish that the freezer was a little bigger. But the shelves were great and the storage in the doors was really good. The appearance of the fridge was slick and nice and it was very appealing to the eyes. It was a nice design however it really left fingerprints. The value of the fridge is great and it had a lot of storage space and it came with an ice maker and for the price it was great and would definitely pay it again.

We like this refrigerator because it fits well into the space we have and still stores plenty of stuff. I wish the cold water came out faster, but that is really my only complaint. Again the size is perfect for the space we have in our kitchen. It is taller than other fridges we have had and not as deep, but that is exactly the size we needed. It makes up for the lack of depth with the increased height. The stainless steel doors are a nice sleek, modern look that we enjoy. They are still magnetic which allows us to mount pictures and notes with magnets so we are happy with its appearance and functionality. This fridge was a bit more expensive than others we've had, but we like the look, form, and function of this unit. We would buy it again.

It was a basic model, nothing fancy to start with, didn't have much food to need anything bigger performance was real good, no trouble with unit. Enough space inside, didn't take up much room in my kitchen, the way my place was set up like the way the door opened. Good basic. Basic plan white model. Nothing special but sometimes wish things weren't so white especially with kids. Even an beige would be nice, didn't have that color when I was looking. I have bought Kenmore for years. This is a reliable refrigerator/freezer. It's not the fanciest but it is easy to clean and holds a lot of groceries. Keeps food cold and fresh. We rent a house for over 3 yrs. l bought this to go in the rental. It fit in the space I had. But it has a great capacity for the groceries for a family of 5. The stainless doors and sleek look go with our kitchen. It is the right size for most kitchens. It has a new and modern feel to it and l liked that. There are no cheap refrigerators, but Kenmore always gives great quality for an affordable price, and Kenmore last for years. This was actually less than others l looked at that compared and Kenmore had a better warranty.

The fridge always kept the food cool and at the right temp, and the freezer always kept things frozen but never any freezer burn on the items. It is just the right size for any home. It has a lot of space inside and it is spacious enough to fit a lot of things inside. It does not stick out too far from the counters. This fridge looks great. When anything gets on it, it wipes right off. With it being black you cannot tell when there are any fingerprints or dirt on there and it matches all of my other appliances great. This fridge was a great price. It was priced just as good if not better than the competition, and it has just as many features and works just as great as the others do.

Very good. Does its job well, lots of room for me to store all my food in when I go food shopping, shelves are very strong and can hold lots of food that I buy from shopping malls. The size is very large, shelves are longer than expected so very happy with size overall. It looks quite boring and plain. I would personally like a bit more design but I covered it with fridge magnets so have it my own look which was fine with me and my family. Value is very good and I couldn't find a better cheaper fridge and as it is a fundamental aspect in our family it is very useful and good lived for what it does.

As with all the Kenmore I have owned, very little maintaining. A lot of room for a smaller model. I have owned five Kenmore refrigerators. We had to choose a smaller model due to kitchen size in our rented house. But for 18 cubic feet there is a nice sized freezer. And room for vegetables. It's a small refrigerator. Blends well with other appliances. Fits in small places. Good for smaller kitchens. Looks great. We have the white one. As with all Kenmore products refrigerator comes with a great warranty and if you do need service technicians are great. Low cost for quality product.

It was good. Food was cold. It did not make loud noise. I was happy until stop working one day. The color matched everything else in my kitchen. Ice machine was not too loud and ice was perfect every time. It was a bit bigger than my old one but it fit well in my small kitchen. Inside it was great for everything I had. I shop every 3 weeks so I buy a lot for a family of 5. It was a nice color and it matched everything else in my kitchen. I would like it better a bit darker so it did not look dirty so quick. It was a bit pricey like all the other ones but I was happy to pay the price because it was good quality. I should it look for a coupon or a discount but I need it the fridge.

Haven't stopped on me yet, works just fine. Freezer doesn't hold much but enough food. Gets cold real fast. Beverage if you leave in freezer for about 5 minutes they will be froze. Size a decent size but freezer doesn't hold as much food as I want it to. I have to keep going to the store for meats. Other than that it's great. Work just fine. Pretty nice. All black is the best one. Fits right in its place. Gives the kitchen a nice elegant look. All colors look good. Freezes good. The value a little high for the size but it will work. Always catch it on sale. Look good. Ok for the price I guess.

Worked great for our family. Plenty of freezer space and plenty of fridge space. Kept everything good and cold, and/or frozen. Never had one problem with it. Mine was 18 cubic feet, enough to store meals for our family of 5 for at least 2 weeks. Only ever had a white color one. But I would recommend this brand no doubt. Adjustable shelves in freezer and fridge, plenty of storage space, and movable shelves, and storage on door as well. We paid 300 for ours brand new.

It out performed. Had it for many years and is still working to full capacity. We grocery shop once a month for groceries and it holds all of my food we buy. The size of the freezer is exceptional for what my needs are. The white matched my kitchen and all the other appliances. The top and bottom were perfect size for my space available. It was easy to keep clean with the finish it had on it. Was extremely satisfied with the purchase price compared many models and this one had the most for the money compared to what else was out there.

It has been a great refrigerator. It is high quality and has lasted a long time. I love this model and it meets my needs. It fit the location we put it in perfectly well. Having deep gallon sized door bins and adjustable glass shelves keep drinks, even the large bottles, and all our snacks, and fresh produce in the front, easy to find. Love having a white refrigerator. It brightens the room. Great buy for under $600.00.

Very good refrigerator. Had it for five years. I bought it from Best Buy and it was on sale for 300- it was a great deal and it has a lot of space inside. I just love it! My refrigerator is very spacious inside. I can get all of my groceries- meats, frozen food, including pizzas, ice cream, and tv dinners. There is so much space for fresh fruits and vegetables. My refrigerator is white and it has two doors- top and bottom. This refrigerator has a very glossy appearance and very easy to clean. It has clear transparent storage containers inside so you can always find what you're looking for. I purchased my refrigerator at Brandsmart for 300.00 five years ago and it still looks brand new. It was on sale and I never had any problems with it.

The Kenmore refrigerator's that I own has performance is excellent and I love it and would recommend it to others. Wonderful refrigerator and I hope to purchase another one. The size of my Kenmore refrigerator is a perfect size for my family and I am extremely happy with it. The refrigerator always worked well. I was renting at the time, so a working refrigerator/freezer in it is a must. Unlike others, we never had issues with the ice dispenser which always seems to be a problem. The place I lived in had a very narrow space where the refrigerator was supposed to go, and it fit perfectly. Looking back, I wouldn't have minded a little more freezer space, but it was perfect for the three of us. Sleek, clean finish. You can't really go wrong with these types of fridges but the finish helped hide smudges, which was nice. Our walls were white too so it blended in quite well with the rest of the house. You get what you pay for, but with Kenmore, it always seems like I get a quality appliance. I have yet to have any major issues with any Kenmore units, and I will continue to be loyal to them until that happens.

Quality material. Kept produce and other foods cold and fresh. Would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new refrigerator. Knew the size I needed and wanted and this refrigerator fit the bill for what I wanted exactly. Plenty of room to store what I needed and then some. Gunmetal color went perfectly with the color of the rest of my decor in the kitchen. Really glad to have gotten the color I did when making the purchase. For the price that I paid and the quality of the refrigerator I got I couldn't be more happier. Solid material that doesn't dent and scratch easy.

It gets things really cold and I have enjoyed it immensely. I would recommend this model to everyone and it has been so great for my family. It has multiple drawers. It has awesome freezer space. It leaks frequently. It doesn't keep a consistent temperature in the fridge. The freezer seems to be fine, but it still seems sketchy. It's not too big, but it's not horribly small. It's an okay refrigerator.

It's a great refrigerator for its price. Works to keep everything just the right temperature. I have had the same fridge now for over 7 years and have had no problems. Next time I get another. This fridge can hold enough food for a family of 5 for at least a whole month. Next time I get a fridge though, I'm going to get a side by side because it's so hard to fit a lot of food in that top freezer part unfortunately. It's very plain but it does its job. Just add a few magnets to it though and bring it back to life. Other than appearance, it's an awesome fridge. This fridge is a great value for its money. I didn't have to spend a lot of money at all and this fridge has lasted a little over seven years.

This refrigerator is a very nice appliance to have in your home. It has the right amount of storage space and the water and ice dispenser are a nice accessory to have. The size is very nice and can store a pretty good amount of food in the refrigerator side. The freezer is not as big as it should be for me. The appearance is nice and easy to keep clean from everyday use. You can get in three different colors. Personally I chose white that goes with about everything. I got this brand of refrigerator when it was on sale. It is a pricey refrigerator but well worth the cost. I would recommend this brand.

My fridge has had icicles forming on the inside of the freezer door and freezer frame. It is caused from the factory not making it airtight. They will not replace these fridges. They will only send a repair man to fix everything by using silicone all around the whole thing. It is apparent all these models 970R424123 Serial number BA54922901 Model type AD-18 were made with the same problem. Very dissatisfied with fridge and service. All people should be posting their dissatisfaction with this product which is owned by Electrolux!!!

Large top refrigerator enough for large containers. Freezer is great, holds a lot of food. The colors available are modern. With the freezer on the bottom it's less likely to have things falling out onto your foot. Freezes ice really fast. Refrigerator is roomy enough for platters and multiple drink containers. I keep milk in the door to allow for more shelf room. Adjustable shelves to allow for better storage heights. Clean, glossy or fingerprint proof, multiple color choices to match any kitchen style or decor. Nice clean appearance. Easy to keep clean. Kenmore has always been a good product for your money. It's modern so if anything were to go wrong there are repair people available, but no worries Kenmore is very reliable.

The Kenmore refrigerator keeps things very cool, and you don't even have to turn the thermostat up very much. It has been a very dependable and worry free fridge, and the freezer works wonderful. The inside of the refrigerator is roomy. You have your shelves to store items and you have the side of the doors to store condiments. The drawers on the bottom inside the fridge has plenty of room to store your fruits and veggies. My fridge is white and it has the freezer on top. It doesn't look all fancy, but the plain white fridge has that simple country look to it. You can use it with any color scheme. The value for the fridge with the freezer built in up top is pretty reasonable, especially if you are on a budget, to purchase. The price is about midway of what you would pay for a different model.

The refrigerator was good and kept my food cool. I liked how spacious it was also. I am pleased with what I spent and what I got. I was able to put something in and 20 minutes later it would be chilled to where I can be refreshed from a hot day. I absolutely love the fact that this refrigerator is as big and spacious as it was. This refrigerator is very energy efficient and is also very quiet! The inside storage space is large enough for 2 families! I can't forget the ice maker on the front, which I love!! The internal space has several compartments, so you can keep fruits and vegetables separate. There are many shelves, which you can move around to personalize how you like it to be set up. I chose the stainless steel model with the 2 doors that open outward from the center. I can't forget to mention the awesome ice maker on the front that also makes water. The value of our refrigerator has been excellent especially on our electricity bill and we don't regret one thing once we got it home! Also, this refrigerator is so quiet when it's running, unlike the last one we had.

It cools pretty good but is nothing fancy. It's just a plain jane, enough to get by refrigerator. I wish it had an ice maker. I just cannot afford a higher quality, more high tech refrigerator. It's just your normal size. I really wish I had a bottom freezer, deluxe side by side model. It would have so much more room. It would have a bigger freezer to hold more. Says resist fingerprints but that is absolutely not true at all so I have mine covered in magnets and all my children's artwork. A CHEAP REFRIGERATOR THAT FREEZES AND KEEPS STUFF COOL BUT NOTHING FANCY BUT I AM GLAD I HAVE IT. It could be worse and I couldn't have one at all.

Works great. Except for middle drawer sticks and I have to really pull on it to open it. And sometimes not everything in the freezer freezes. It's a good size, however I would like a larger freezer because I like to buy larger quantities and divide and freeze them. So for me I usually have to stack things just right and usually always have things fall out at me.

Works fairly well. Can't put things back of top fridge shelf as it will freeze. Freezer only works 2-3 days in cold weather. Easy to clean. Decent at doing what it's supposed to do, would prefer if things that get slid back didn't freeze though. It does its job. It can fit what is needed and then some. Bottom fruit/veg drawers fill quickly. Wish the door shelves were more convenient. It's too deep for keeping dressings because they fall and get everywhere. Looks nice, fits where we needed it. It's not too tall or too wide for its designated spot. It's like counter size-ish. Not the prettiest in my opinion but who cares. It does what it's supposed to do so don't really care about everything else. Wish I had a bigger space for a larger fridge.

Just had a tech from Sears come over after a week to order a part (circuit board). Guess what? It doesn't match anymore as new Kenmore/Whirlpool parts are not backward compatible. I was told to throw this $3K ref on the curb side and get a new one as it is unlikely repairable. I have never had refrigerator break down like this that cannot be repaired or issues with parts. Leave alone I had to pay $85 for the service call twice with no benefit.

I never had to make a repair after 15 years. I was able to sell it to someone else when I bought my new one. I would highly recommend it to a friend. The freezer was often full and had to be rearranged. We needed more freezer space but the fridge was large enough to accommodate everything. It was a 18 cu ft off white fridge with the freezer on top. It opened on the right with the fridge and freezer separate. In the fifteen years the paint never chipped and there were no scratches. As I stated. I was able to sell it when I decided to buy a new one. It was still in good working order and when I did a good cleaning it looked very nice.

Our Kenmore Elite refrigerator is 6 years old and needs a new compressor. The warranty was 5 years. We were told it could be $750 if it's just the compressor and $1.000 if it also needs a new evaporator. No way are we spending that for repairs. We'll buy a new one... but it won't be a Kenmore.

Our refrigerator has lasted us a long time. It has worked well and maintained its temperatures. Obviously we have had to clean it out and defrost it from time to time, but it has lasted for many years. It has multiple sections. Our Fridge is sufficiently sized. We can get as much as we need in it. We would rather have a larger fridge with more room. We have adequate space in the freezer, and space for produce. We have shelves, but a few are broken. At this point our fridge is antiquated. It is getting old and in need of a significant update. We are ready to purchase a new refrigerator. I am sure that due to the age and condition of our fridge that it does not hold or maintain much value. The appearance and parts of the fridge both need improvement.

Only the noise it makes inside of it and the width inside of freezer is too small and the inside of refrigerator is narrow. Otherwise it's okay. It is very narrow to me and it is not that deep and somewhat short. Has poor storage space and it's not good for large items. You'd have to remove shelves for it to be workable. It's a beautiful black and the handles are nice. The outside of it is very perfect and it looks like it is made nicely. I like how it has wheels for easy moving. It definitely fit my pocketbook plus. Due to others I got a few discounts on it which made me very happy. I would buy it again if I need one and or had the money to do so.

The first refrigerator I bought - the condenser blew out in 2 months. They could have fixed it, but could not guarantee it would not happen again, so this was its replacement. It has lasted quite well so far. To be perfectly honest it doesn't have the shelf space that I would like. It does however have shelf space on the door, but I would not recommend putting a gallon of milk on the shelf in the door - makes it too heavy and doesn't close properly after a lot of use. I like a nice clean look - so white is my choice as is all of my other kitchen appliances. I just think that white is a cleaner look. This model wasn't as expensive as the other models available, but I do not particularly like water dispensed from the door of the refrigerator. I prefer to get my water from the sink or fill jugs with water and put them into the refrigerator to keep them cool. It does, however have an automatic ice maker that I enjoy using.

It kept our food cold and fresh and rarely broke down. It also stored a numerous amount of food items. The freezer section also had a lot of storage space and made things freeze very quickly. It also made ice very quickly. I do not recall the exact size but we had more than enough space for everything we needed. We also has an egg rack to store each egg individually which I liked very much. The color was a basic white with a wood handle which size wise fit nicely into our kitchen. The color was clean and modern looking for our kitchen which pleased me very much. It was a great value for the money due to the more than ample storage space, the efficiency, and the clean and modern design. It was easy to clean and rarely need repair service.

It's great and never stops working on me. It never defrosts or freezes up as well. The sticks on the computer never get loose either. It also has a great price. The size is big and can fit all of my food especially the refrigerator. It never lets my stuff get too hard or moldy either. I can fit a lot of food in there also. The appearance is nice. It's gray color and it looks fancy and up to date. A lot the gray color doesn't fade and the stainless steel doesn't get rusty or mold on it. The value is great and I got it at a discounted price because I'm a loyal customer at a particular store. Also the squad came into my home and set it up for me.

I liked the look of the water and ice dispenser. It was big enough for most glasses, but the over feature was more recessed and discreet. Not too gaudy and shiny. After careful research, the Kenmore fridge seemed to be the best value for the money I wanted to spend. It had the size and features I wanted without breaking the bank.

It's a very good fridge however it is small and I have a large family and will be upgrading to a larger one but overall great brand. Have had for 4 years and have not had a problem with it yet. The freezer is way too small, can't fit much in it unless you are single and live by yourself. The fridge part is bigger but not by much - this would be my only complaint with this fridge. Overall the appearance is nice although it's very average. Would be nice if the basic fridge like mine had a better design than normal would be better.

Kenmore French Door Bottom Freezer Model 253.7031 Purchased 12/12. Warranty up 12/15. Bought Home warranty this month 8/16. This has been a very poor appliance. Had it just a few months and ice maker quit. Tech came out and did a workaround to get it to run. Has always been noisy and didn't cool as it should. Warranty on fridge up six months ago. Called due to a leaking problem. Sears sold me home warranty. First 30 days will only pay out $500.00. Tech came out and said that it was structural and could not be fixed. No insulation in the back. No wonder it was noisy. Sears is not backing it other than $500.00.

Ice cubes aren't great but everything else is great. I have plenty of room for everything. I like the feature to choose the shape of ice you want but the crushed isn't too crushed and the other cubes are not big enough. The size is perfect size for a family of 5 and a grocery shopping trip for a month's worth of groceries. Side shelves, big drawers. Freezer also has plenty of shelving space on the side and upright. There were no special drawers or shelves, and nothing could be customized. There was nothing digital on the fridge. It was small, and it was hard to fit enough food in there for a family of four, but we made it work. The fridge and freezer were both very cold, and in the 7 years we had it, we never had any repairs done. With a family of four, it was hard to find space in the fridge for everything. I used a lot of stacking Tupperware to make extra space. The door shelves were narrow, and would not hold 2 liters or a gallon of milk, but most of our condiments fit there fine. It was simple, white, no frills. I wish there had been a shelf in the freezer, and that the door handle was not textured so it didn't hold dirt so badly. For the price paid, I was very happy with this fridge. It was plain and basic, but functional, and served its purpose. It kept food cold.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldn't shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. I'm done with Sears and Kenmore. I don't even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

Since I bought it used, the value is probably about $300 on the market. But it works as well or better than a brand new one. Good refrigerator. Doesn't really need any maintenance. Have had it for 2 plus years now and no problems as of yet. Freezer works very well. No overfrost or thawing out needed.
