Worked great for our family. Plenty of freezer space and plenty of fridge space. Kept everything good and cold, and/or frozen. Never had one problem with it. Mine was 18 cubic feet, enough to store meals for our family of 5 for at least 2 weeks. Only ever had a white color one. But I would recommend this brand no doubt. Adjustable shelves in freezer and fridge, plenty of storage space, and movable shelves, and storage on door as well. We paid 300 for ours brand new.

It out performed. Had it for many years and is still working to full capacity. We grocery shop once a month for groceries and it holds all of my food we buy. The size of the freezer is exceptional for what my needs are. The white matched my kitchen and all the other appliances. The top and bottom were perfect size for my space available. It was easy to keep clean with the finish it had on it. Was extremely satisfied with the purchase price compared many models and this one had the most for the money compared to what else was out there.

I really enjoy this refrigerator. It keeps my food at the right temps. And had plenty of space. I recommended this same model to my dad and he got it for my mom. She loves it and said that it will be her last one. The size of the refrigerator was a big deal for me when I was looking for the right one. I live by myself but I usually host thanksgivings, Christmas, etc. so I do a big shopping at that time. The space that I have with my refrigerator put my mind now at ease. No more clutter and I can find and see everything that I bought and used it without it spoiling. I liked the appearance because it matches my kitchen decor. It fits perfectly in the city of my kitchen and it blends in. I love it. The style makes my kitchen look like one of them tv food shows (modern). Again very happy with this product. I had my refrigerator now for two - three years. Everything that it said it will do it does. The value of it is spot on.

Performance is great. Temperature buttons work properly and have never broke. Temp always maintains the correct place you set it at. Overall performance level to me is essential and I've had no problems. Size is essential to me. I would love a bigger fridge but my living space won't allow me to have so the size I went with proved to be spacious enough with perfect shelf space and space to stack. I absolutely love it. The appearance of the fridge you believe is top notch. I think the color makes it set itself above others and makes it look more rusty and beautiful and stands out. Go get one. Value is everything. It's perfect – value, look, appearance, longevity, price, space. It's all what you want and exactly what you always wanted in a fridge.

It has been a great refrigerator. It is high quality and has lasted a long time. I love this model and it meets my needs. It fit the location we put it in perfectly well. Finding the right fit for our small kitchen was harder than expected. But Kenmore has made it easy. This refrigerator isn't a space hog. The Sears Kenmore unit was just the right fit for our home. Being retired and downsizing doesn't mean poor quality in appliances. Kenmore units are dependable and very reliable. Excellent quality, easy to clean. Freezer space is a good size. Delivery and quick set up by Sears on time and efficient. I love owning a frost free freezer. Lots of storage. This unit keeps all our food fresh and accessible with little fuss. Having deep gallon sized door bins and adjustable glass shelves keep drinks, even the large bottles, and all our snacks, and fresh produce in the front, easy to find. Love having a white refrigerator. It brightens the room. Great buy for under $600.00.

The refrigerator always worked well. I was renting at the time, so a working refrigerator/freezer in it is a must. Unlike others, we never had issues with the ice dispenser which always seems to be a problem. The place I lived in had a very narrow space where the refrigerator was supposed to go, and it fit perfectly. Looking back, I wouldn't have minded a little more freezer space, but it was perfect for the three of us. Sleek, clean finish. You can't really go wrong with these types of fridges but the finish helped hide smudges, which was nice. Our walls were white too so it blended in quite well with the rest of the house. You get what you pay for, but with Kenmore, it always seems like I get a quality appliance. I have yet to have any major issues with any Kenmore units, and I will continue to be loyal to them until that happens.

Very good refrigerator. Had it for five years. I bought it from Best Buy and it was on sale for 300- it was a great deal and it has a lot of space inside. I just love it! My refrigerator is very spacious inside. I can get all of my groceries- meats, frozen food, including pizzas, ice cream, and tv dinners. There is so much space for fresh fruits and vegetables. My refrigerator is white and it has two doors- top and bottom. This refrigerator has a very glossy appearance and very easy to clean. It has clear transparent storage containers inside so you can always find what you're looking for. I purchased my refrigerator at Brandsmart for 300.00 five years ago and it still looks brand new. It was on sale and I never had any problems with it.

This refrigerator is a very nice appliance to have in your home. It has the right amount of storage space and the water and ice dispenser are a nice accessory to have. The size is very nice and can store a pretty good amount of food in the refrigerator side. The freezer is not as big as it should be for me. The appearance is nice and easy to keep clean from everyday use. You can get in three different colors. Personally I chose white that goes with about everything. I got this brand of refrigerator when it was on sale. It is a pricey refrigerator but well worth the cost. I would recommend this brand.

Quality material. Kept produce and other foods cold and fresh. Would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new refrigerator. Knew the size I needed and wanted and this refrigerator fit the bill for what I wanted exactly. Plenty of room to store what I needed and then some. Gunmetal color went perfectly with the color of the rest of my decor in the kitchen. Really glad to have gotten the color I did when making the purchase. For the price that I paid and the quality of the refrigerator I got I couldn't be more happier. Solid material that doesn't dent and scratch easy.

It gets things really cold and I have enjoyed it immensely. I would recommend this model to everyone and it has been so great for my family. It has multiple drawers. It has awesome freezer space. It leaks frequently. It doesn't keep a consistent temperature in the fridge. The freezer seems to be fine, but it still seems sketchy. It's not too big, but it's not horribly small. It's an okay refrigerator.

It's a great refrigerator for its price. Works to keep everything just the right temperature. I have had the same fridge now for over 7 years and have had no problems. Next time I get another. This fridge can hold enough food for a family of 5 for at least a whole month. Next time I get a fridge though, I'm going to get a side by side because it's so hard to fit a lot of food in that top freezer part unfortunately. It's very plain but it does its job. Just add a few magnets to it though and bring it back to life. Other than appearance, it's an awesome fridge. This fridge is a great value for its money. I didn't have to spend a lot of money at all and this fridge has lasted a little over seven years.

My fridge has had icicles forming on the inside of the freezer door and freezer frame. It is caused from the factory not making it airtight. They will not replace these fridges. They will only send a repair man to fix everything by using silicone all around the whole thing. It is apparent all these models 970R424123 Serial number BA54922901 Model type AD-18 were made with the same problem. Very dissatisfied with fridge and service. All people should be posting their dissatisfaction with this product which is owned by Electrolux!!!

2nd one we've owned and they just keep getting better. I'd recommend buying this fridge to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed with any of the features it has to offer. I keep milk in the door to allow for more shelf room. Adjustable shelves to allow for better storage heights. Clean, glossy or fingerprint proof, multiple color choices to match any kitchen style or decor. Nice clean appearance. Easy to keep clean. Kenmore has always been a good product for your money. It's modern so if anything were to go wrong there are repair people available, but no worries Kenmore is very reliable.

It was a great fridge. It had all the features I needed. It was the biggest and best refrigerator I ever owned. You really should buy one. You'll love it. The Kenmore refrigerator keeps things very cool, and you don't even have to turn the thermostat up very much. It has been a very dependable and worry free fridge, and the freezer works wonderful. The inside of the refrigerator is roomy. You have your shelves to store items and you have the side of the doors to store condiments. The drawers on the bottom inside the fridge has plenty of room to store your fruits and veggies. My fridge is white and it has the freezer on top. It doesn't look all fancy, but the plain white fridge has that simple country look to it. You can use it with any color scheme. The value for the fridge with the freezer built in up top is pretty reasonable, especially if you are on a budget, to purchase. The price is about midway of what you would pay for a different model.

The refrigerator was good and kept my food cool. I liked how spacious it was also. I am pleased with what I spent and what I got. This refrigerator is very energy efficient and is also very quiet! The inside storage space is large enough for 2 families! I can't forget the ice maker on the front, which I love!! The internal space has several compartments, so you can keep fruits and vegetables separate. There are many shelves, which you can move around to personalize how you like it to be set up. I chose the stainless steel model with the 2 doors that open outward from the center. I can't forget to mention the awesome ice maker on the front that also makes water. The value of our refrigerator has been excellent especially on our electricity bill and we don't regret one thing once we got it home! Also, this refrigerator is so quiet when it's running, unlike the last one we had.

It cools pretty good but is nothing fancy. It's just a plain jane, enough to get by refrigerator. I wish it had an ice maker. I just cannot afford a higher quality, more high tech refrigerator. It's just your normal size. I really wish I had a bottom freezer, deluxe side by side model. It would have so much more room. It would have a bigger freezer to hold more. Says resist fingerprints but that is absolutely not true at all so I have mine covered in magnets and all my children's artwork. A CHEAP REFRIGERATOR THAT FREEZES AND KEEPS STUFF COOL BUT NOTHING FANCY BUT I AM GLAD I HAVE IT. It could be worse and I couldn't have one at all.

I don't have it anymore, but when i did it was a good fridge, had good adequate storage, kept things cold and lasted a long time. I would definitely order another one down the road. We never had any problems fitting groceries into the fridge or freezer. It always accommodated all of our weekly groceries. It also fit everything in it for parties as well. It was ok from a visual perspective. It was white and kind of plain. But it did match the rest of our kitchen appliances and thus blended in well so I gave it a satisfied rating. It was durable and quiet, had great storage, lasted over sixteen years before dying. It held up its end of the bargain. So we were pleased with its functioning.

The Kenmore appliances we have have always performed well. Some of my friends had appliances that were much more expensive. My Kenmore appliances work better and look better longer than theirs.

Works great. Except for middle drawer sticks and I have to really pull on it to open it. And sometimes not everything in the freezer freezes. It's a good size, however I would like a larger freezer because I like to buy larger quantities and divide and freeze them. So for me I usually have to stack things just right and usually always have things fall out at me.

Great for holding in groceries for a family of three. Store a lot of frozen vegetables and meat for months and never freezes up on me! I've had issues with that before. I have a small apartment. This is a good quality refrigerator. The setting of temperature in the refrigerator function well. The compartments for fruits and vegetables function well. This refrigerator can generally fit all our needed items. Its shelves are customizable so that taller and shorter items can be organized and fit well to your liking. It has a very clean look. Otherwise it looks very much like other brands on the outside. On the inside it looks organized and nice. I would say it has a simple look. The value is excellent for the quality. It does the same job as more expensive models or brands but generally costs less because the design isn't very original or new.

Had plenty of room for all my food. It was easy to set up the temperature and it never failed at its job. Normal sized fridge and had plenty of room for large items like the water pitcher and milk. The freezer also was great. Never had any problems with it. The inside was easy to clean and organized as I saw fit. The door part was large and easy to clean also. I don't have any complaint about this refrigerators. It always work for me. It always at the desire temperature and I am always able to keep my food fresh. It is big enough to put all my food in the refrigerator and it just perfect for my household. It the perfect fit for my household and I have no complaint about it. The color is perfect fit for my kitchen, and the size just great. It the best fit for my kitchen, and I don't think I could find one that a better fit. It a great value and it just the perfect refrigerator for my house. No other refrigerator can be a better value for me because this is a perfect fit.

Works fairly well. Can't put things back of top fridge shelf as it will freeze. Freezer only works 2-3 days in cold weather. Easy to clean. Decent at doing what it's supposed to do, would prefer if things that get slid back didn't freeze though. It does its job. It can fit what is needed and then some. Bottom fruit/veg drawers fill quickly. Wish the door shelves were more convenient. It's too deep for keeping dressings because they fall and get everywhere. Looks nice, fits where we needed it. It's not too tall or too wide for its designated spot. It's like counter size-ish. Not the prettiest in my opinion but who cares. It does what it's supposed to do so don't really care about everything else. Wish I had a bigger space for a larger fridge.

Just had a tech from Sears come over after a week to order a part (circuit board). Guess what? It doesn't match anymore as new Kenmore/Whirlpool parts are not backward compatible. I was told to throw this $3K ref on the curb side and get a new one as it is unlikely repairable. I have never had refrigerator break down like this that cannot be repaired or issues with parts. Leave alone I had to pay $85 for the service call twice with no benefit.

This refrigerator ran very efficiently and kept all my foods at the proper temperature. The freezer was reliable too. The self-defrost feature is a real work saver. The size of this refrigerator was perfect for a family of 2 and it probably would be fine for a slightly larger family of 4. The freezer is a bit small, but many households including mine, have a separate free standing freezer. This is a standard looking refrigerator, nothing fancy but worked well with my other appliances. It is easy to clean and comes in a few colors. The purchase of this refrigerator was money well spent. It served its purpose well and was reliable. No bells or whistles just a plain refrigerator that did the job.

Our Kenmore Elite refrigerator is 6 years old and needs a new compressor. The warranty was 5 years. We were told it could be $750 if it's just the compressor and $1.000 if it also needs a new evaporator. No way are we spending that for repairs. We'll buy a new one... but it won't be a Kenmore.

The first refrigerator I bought - the condenser blew out in 2 months. They could have fixed it, but could not guarantee it would not happen again, so this was its replacement. It has lasted quite well so far. To be perfectly honest it doesn't have the shelf space that I would like. It does however have shelf space on the door, but I would not recommend putting a gallon of milk on the shelf in the door - makes it too heavy and doesn't close properly after a lot of use. I like a nice clean look - so white is my choice as is all of my other kitchen appliances. I just think that white is a cleaner look. This model wasn't as expensive as the other models available, but I do not particularly like water dispensed from the door of the refrigerator. I prefer to get my water from the sink or fill jugs with water and put them into the refrigerator to keep them cool. It does, however have an automatic ice maker that I enjoy using.

Only the noise it makes inside of it and the width inside of freezer is too small and the inside of refrigerator is narrow. Otherwise it's okay. It is very narrow to me and it is not that deep and somewhat short. Has poor storage space and it's not good for large items. You'd have to remove shelves for it to be workable. It's a beautiful black and the handles are nice. The outside of it is very perfect and it looks like it is made nicely. I like how it has wheels for easy moving. It definitely fit my pocketbook plus. Due to others I got a few discounts on it which made me very happy. I would buy it again if I need one and or had the money to do so.

Our refrigerator has lasted us a long time. It has worked well and maintained its temperatures. Obviously we have had to clean it out and defrost it from time to time, but it has lasted for many years. It has multiple sections. Our Fridge is sufficiently sized. We can get as much as we need in it. We would rather have a larger fridge with more room. We have adequate space in the freezer, and space for produce. We have shelves, but a few are broken. At this point our fridge is antiquated. It is getting old and in need of a significant update. We are ready to purchase a new refrigerator. Kenmore French Door Bottom Freezer Model 253.7031 Purchased 12/12. Warranty up 12/15. Bought Home warranty this month 8/16. This has been a very poor appliance. Had it just a few months and ice maker quit. Tech came out and did a workaround to get it to run. Has always been noisy and didn't cool as it should. Warranty on fridge up six months ago. Called due to a leaking problem. Sears sold me home warranty. First 30 days will only pay out $500.00. Tech came out and said that it was structural and could not be fixed. No insulation in the back. No wonder it was noisy. Sears is not backing it other than $500.00.

There were no special drawers or shelves, and nothing could be customized. There was nothing digital on the fridge. It was small, and it was hard to fit enough food in there for a family of four, but we made it work. The fridge and freezer were both very cold, and in the 7 years we had it, we never had any repairs done. With a family of four, it was hard to find space in the fridge for everything. I used a lot of stacking Tupperware to make extra space. The door shelves were narrow, and would not hold 2 liters or a gallon of milk, but most of our condiments fit there fine. It was simple, white, no frills. I wish there had been a shelf in the freezer, and that the door handle was not textured so it didn't hold dirt so badly. For the price paid, I was very happy with this fridge. It was plain and basic, but functional, and served its purpose. It kept food cold.

This fridge is quiet. I also love the dispenser in front. The refrigerator side has plenty of storage for what my family needs but the freezer side is a little to small to hold much more than a week's worth of frozen meat and veggies. The freezer is also too small to hold pizza boxes. I really like the look of the fridge. It matches all my current appliances and the color is neutral enough that if I have to replace another appliance with a different color it would still fit in. This fridge was a little higher in price than what I wanted to spend but really worth it in the end. It was too expensive to pay cash but not so expensive that I was unwilling to put it on a credit card.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldn't shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. I'm done with Sears and Kenmore. I don't even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

This fridge is used in the lower level family room. It fits in perfectly with the decor and keeps everyone out of the main fridge upstairs. it is easy and convenient to clean. The are that it is in is done in soft blacks, greys and splashes of nude, so the contrast of this dark black equipment sets it up nicely and once again the ease of cleaning is great. The fact that we were able to get this in this color for a price we needed is a great factor as well. It is definitely worth the money spent.

Had enough room in the doors for anything you wanted to put in there and the freezer had enough space to hold months worth of meat/veggies. Good refrigerator. Doesn't really need any maintenance. Have had it for 2 plus years now and no problems as of yet. Freezer works very well. No overfrost or thawing out needed. We are a big family of 6 with 3 boys one girl so we would do most of the shopping one time a month besides odds and ends and it would hold 400-500 of meat and everything else as well. It was a basic look fridge with the freezer on top, the ice box on bottom. It looked good next to our white walls. We got it from my mother when we first moved out to the state we live in. We had it for 3 years and then when we moved we updated to a bigger one and sold that one for 100 bucks.

Very little problems with my Kenmore refrigerator. The only problem I did have which was my fault was a nick I put on the bottom shelf's metal that rusted. They told me to clean it and paint over it. That worked. Like I said, I would buy Kenmore because Sears is a company that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers. I do not know the exact size, but it was large enough to accommodate a family of seven people, three of them being children. The freezer could have been a little larger. The movable shelves helped also, especially if we had tall items to refrigerate. I recommend attaching a water filter to the ice maker if your water in your area is hard.

This has been one of the best refrigerators we have owned. Never have ice machine problems. All my produce last long time and lots of room in freezer part. Only thing I can say is my mother shorter and says it’s too tall to reach the top, should make option to get a shorter and maybe wider, maybe 3 doors wide but with two doors. It always looks clean on outside and controls are easy to understand and it rolls easy, very nice handles for opening. It looks very good in my kitchen. I have definitely gotta my value for my money. Overall I'm very happy with my refrigerator does and has everything I'm looking for and no problem.

I can't say much about the price because it was in the house when I bought it but I would pay a decent price to buy the same one if the occasion ever required it.

It's a good refrigerator except sometimes the bottom of the freezer forms ice then causes it to leak. And the water then sometimes freeze too and that causes it to not work at all. It looks like a big fridge. It does hold 30 dozen eggs and still has a little space left. The appearance is nice but the design of it makes it small inside. It's nice to have the extra but takes too much space up. It's not worth the value when you see how much space you are losing due to the poor design of the inside of the fridge. So would I spend the money again? No I wouldn't.

The machine is awesome. It's a 2 compartment with an ice maker. The crisper keep things like lettuce and other vegetables cold but doesn't ruin them too fast. The ice in the ice maker can get stuck together if you don't keep it emptied but that is the only real complaint. It's the right size, it fits where my old one was perfectly. The freezer keeps a lot of stuff in it and the space in the refrigerator is second to none. Overall probably more space than I need or am used to, but I love it. It is also tall enough to where I can keep some things out of reach of small children. Appearance is great, its simple design and the interior is really spacious. I love the design of the drawers and the crispers. The door is also nice, I can store a lot of stuff in it. Great value. You won't find another fridge on the market that does what this one does at the price it is offered. Would definitely recommend.

The last fridge that I had somehow stopped working overnight and ruined over half of the foods in there and so far this fridge is the exact opposite. Also the water dispenser always dispenses cold water! I buy many, many foods in bulk so I always have to make sure there will be enough space in my home and having this fridge gives me one less thing to worry about. All of my Kenmore products are so modern and techy looking that they fit in perfectly with my modern and formal house theme. It's as if Kenmore was made for my home. Lol. This product was a little more on the pricey side but because of the size it was definitely worth it to me. If you are not looking for such a big product I don't recommend spending so much money on this specific product.

We bought a Kenmore Refrigerator Model #25360082412 in April 2016 that went dead in July first week. We called Sears as it was covered by a Master Service Agreement for which we had a hefty fee. It took them two weeks to come and inspect. The technician acted friendly, blamed Sears products (“very poor quality”) and also said that the compressor has gone bad. He also said that in such cases, fridges should be replaced with a new one whereas Sears is pressurizing them to get it fixed. He said he has to order the parts and not sure when the parts would come. When contacted Sears, the reply was that they need to send another technician to confirm what is wrong.

It's quiet, it's not like you hear it running... and it's economical... dependable... I've had this brand a couple of times. I totally love it. Never had any issues or problems. The size is perfect. I pretty much have it full all the time and seems like I could put whatever I want in there. It's very classic and modern looking. When I got it the cost was average. I could have spent more or less but you get what you pay for and it was exactly that. This brand is a great brand and for what I got the room and all I think it was a great deal, so I was happy.

The fridge met my expectations. It was spacious and had a very large ice bin. The flaw to that was that it limited freezer space so we had to get a chest freezer for the rest of our food. I was still satisfied with it. It was a little spacey but we were able to get it in the spot where we wanted. If it were just a couple of centimeters thinner, I would have been more satisfied. I've had no issues with my fridge. It works just as well as it did when we 1st bought it. I always have a full fridge and no matter what item is in there it always stays nice and cold & maintains a great temperature. The freezer never causes freezer burn & always keeps our food frozen and safe. I love the light on the door where the ice cubes come out. It's easy to find in the dark. It produces a steady stream of ice when needed but also provides a nice cold cup of water that tastes amazing.

Kenmore products last a long time. It is still working after nearly 20 years. It does not hold a large amount for a large family, but it has been reliable. The refrigerator is a cream color and it once matched all the appliances in my kitchen when we first purchased the house. I have had to replace all the appliances except the refrigerator. The refrigerator is still working strong and is very valuable in the garage (man cave). I do not know if there is truly any monetary value, but it is still valuable to me.

It was a refrigerator worth what I paid for it. Bought it 7 years ago and haven't had any problems with it. Thinking of upgrading to a side-by-side and will definitely be a Kenmore. The repairman said it can't be fixed and that this model was actually re-called and Sears stood behind it for 5 years... Anyone have any advice on this?
