Model 59672389411 - I bought this ref for $1999.99. Sears wanted me to buy a 799.99 5 year extended warranty. This was almost half the cost of the ref so I choose not to. I have never bought extended warranties before and have never needed to on appliances. I bought the ref on 7/10/15 and it stop working on 1/28/2017 that is 18 months later. Both the coolant lines were leaking. Repairman said he would have to replace them and the compressor. This is pretty much the complete sealed system. Cost would be $911.79. Again half the cost of the ref and I would only get 90 day warranty on that.

Purchased my Kenmore French Door Bottom Freezer February 2013. Had issues right from the start. The ice maker didn't work but there was a thick layer of ice in the bottom of the freezer. Turns the tubing for the icemaker was incorrectly installed. In 2016 the ice maker worked but didn't dispense the ice. Had to have a technician fix that. Now in February 2017 I discovered the back of the refrigerator is rusted through and there is a hunk of ice on the back of the refrigerator. I purchased an extended warranty after the ice maker incident but I'm now told that the fine print in the contract states that issues caused by rust are not covered. This refrigerator is only 4 years old. I've had other refrigerators that have lasted me 20 yrs. Will NOT be buying another Kenmore!

I purchased a Kenmore fridge about a year ago. On February 28th, the ice maker stopped working. I won't go into detail but short story, the tray is filling but not freezing. I called the number inside the fridge on March 2, 2017, 1-800-469-4663 and explained what is going on. The rep tells me she will get me a quote. I mentioned the fridge should be under warranty. I am told the warranty expired on February 13, 2017, 15 days before the ice maker stopped working. I asked if there was some type of grace period since this was so close to the warranty date. She tells me there is not.

My Kenmore elite french door refrigerator is approximately 2 years old. It has already been repaired twice due to not cooling properly. I have four kids and now for the 3rd time my refrigerator is not working and of course is out of warranty, but again it is not cooling at all. I called to schedule a repair thru Sears/Kenmore. I paid for the warranty for this year. I set up an appointment for this Wednesday from 8-12 last week. I got a call today and the appointment is canceled due to no technician in area on Wednesday 2/21/17. The next available appointment is March 1, 2017. I asked about replacement due to ongoing issue. They will only cover $500 for new refrigerator, on over a $2000.00 refrigerator that is approximately two years old. Thank you for your time.

First of all Kenmore does not produce anything. They just put their name on other products like Whirlpool and LG, Korean appliances. I made a terrible mistake buying Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Nothing but trouble from the start. Kenmore Elite is a horrible product. This product looks great esthetically, but is overengineered, which creates unnecessary troubles as a result. Cost a fortune to diagnose and fix. Better off buying another fridge. And after speaking to the number of technicians, discovered that the best reliable refrigerators are made by GE, Maytag. Worst are LG, Kenmore, Samsung.

I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 2 years ago and it just died. It took the company 2 weeks to get a repairman to my home. When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didn't know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didn't buy a warranty! I have bought all of mine as well as my daughter's appliances from Sears and never had an issue but it's disheartening to find that after all your loyalty, if you do, Sears will not be in your corner.

Last summer my electric company was promoting upgrading older but running refrigerator with a new energy-efficient and paid $50 to customers who did so. My old refrigerator was already 20 year old but working just fine. I used the false logic that at 20 years old it makes sense to upgrade before old-dependable wore out. (Never needed service in 20 yrs!) Bought a new Kenmore 18 cu ft model from my local Sears store Aug 2016. Six months later it stops working. I find all the food inside is warm and frozen foods completely thawed.

I purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator in January 2016. In the beginning of February 2017 the refrigerator stopped working and I lost most of the food. I contacted the Warranty Department and they told me it was three weeks out of warranty and they would do nothing except send a repair person at my expense for parts and labor 13 days from then, which is unreasonable for someone with no refrigerator. I explained that I was out of state from March 2016 until December 2016, so I only had used it two months. The warranty department representative told me I was out of luck and it was not Sears' fault.

It is like a nightmare! I bought a silver Kenmore fridge on 18th of May, 2016 with extended warranty. I asked for delivery for one month later, as I was doing some renovation. From the very first day that the fridge was delivered, the story begun. In the midnight it made weird noises and we thought someone has broken in to the house. After searching everywhere we heard the noise again. The fridge was screaming! We couldn't believe it really. For a few days we put up with it thinking that it might go away by itself, but it didn't. I called the Sears Warranty and Repair Service section, and booked an appointment for a repair. Repair guy showed up on time and did some work on it, but no gain! I called them again and booked another appointment. This time they said another repair man from the producer company will come to take care of the issue. The repairman came to us and did some work on it. This time the kind of noise just changed!

The quality of the fridge leaves much to be desired. I admit that I didn't do my research because I was in a rush and just trusted the name. I wasn't aware that LG was the manufacturer of the Kenmore Elite or I would have know to avoid it. The fridge looks great on the outside and at first glance on the inside, however when you open and close the draws they feel as they are about to break. My fridge is 2.5 years old and water was leaking from the bottom. I figured it's the copper hose that feeds the unit but discovered the unit itself was leaking. Upon inspection of the internal hoses I can see cracking in multiple areas of the white hose that feeds the water to the ice maker as well as the hose that feeds the water dispenser. My fridge is doing its job at keeping frozen as well as fresh food fresh bit I paid for more features that just don't work. Save your money and avoid this fridge!!

I recently bought a Kenmore refrigerator to be exact 5 months ago and it's already not working! How is this possible? How can you spend your hard earned money on a product that will break down on you in less than 5 months? I called for repairs and was told why I didn't add a protection plan. WHY should I! I shouldn't have to worry about something so expensive breakdown on me so fast. After throwing away all the food that went bad I had to wait 4 days for a technician. I was greeted with a very smelly, rude and ignorant man that did nothing but tell me that he needed to order a motor and left.

Kenmore Side by Side Refrigerator Model 106 51103 111 - I purchased this refrigerator on 6/29/12 and it was delivered to my home on 7/11/12. On Saturday, 1/14/17, it quit cooling. My service repairman came on Monday, 1/16/17 and found that the compressor was bad. This refrigerator has not even been in my home for 4-1/2 years and it's shot. Sears was not willing to do anything to correct this problem saying the compressor only has a 1 year warranty. They did offer a 10% off coupon toward my next Kenmore purchase. I will never buy anything else at Sears. They sell appliances that are inferior and they don't care about their customers. That is why Sears is in trouble. They could have offered to pay 50% of the repair for a new compressor. My service repairman said I would be better off buying a new refrigerator, so I did - NOT A KENMORE!!!

My refrigerator died 2 days ago. Sears sent over a repairman and he said the condenser passed yesterday. So now we have to wait to see if we can replace it or repair it. The Kenmore refrigerator was a good deal for a while, but when 3 repairmen from Sears couldn't figure out how to stop a leaky dispenser then I knew something was about to go wrong fast.

We made the horrible mistake of buying all Kenmore Elite appliances at Sears in April of 2015. The nightmare started with the delivery of some of our appliances where we were literally stood up by the delivery service on 3 different occasions, no call, no show... My husband and I were both working freelance jobs at the time. If we don't work, we don't get paid, so you can imagine how frustrating it was when we had to repeatedly take time off for these clowns to grace us with their presence, only to have them not even have the courtesy to call and cancel. They have zero respect for their customers.

I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with my Kenmore refrigerator and Kenmore as a company. At 13 months the control board and door seals needed to be replaced. At 15 months insulation parts had to be replaced. At 17 months drain lines had to be replaced as well as door seals again! I emailed Kenmore 4 times and NEVER got a response. This is the French door refrigerator with the extra drawer in the center. I bought it because of the Kenmore name and the large cubic footage (28+). This will be the last Kenmore product I ever buy!

Poorly made, does not stand up to everyday use. I didn't have this refrigerator long before the ice crusher mode went out, shelf cracked that holds the deli drawer, door shelf that holds milk broke, and now the ice maker is leaking. What else is going to happen before it goes out. I am going back to my Amana. No more kenmores for me.

We bought this fridge new at a scratch and dent appliance center. It was delivered on September 23 and by January 7 it stopped working efficiently after 115 days. The service tech says it is a bad/leaking evaporator, so we are awaiting news of what will happen next. A Major inconvenience to say the least. We have gone to the dealer once already today and will need to return to negotiate what happens next. The warranty was only for 90 days, so hopefully we can work something out.

I received poor customer service with a new refrigerator that worked for about 6 weeks! My new refrigerator stopped cooling. (Bottom freezer still worked fine.) I ended up throwing out a lot of food in my refrigerator. A technician was sent to my house who replaced a few parts thinking it was the thermostat. Fridge worked again. A few days before Christmas, we went to visit friends for a few days and returned to find that all of my food that I had bought for Christmas (around $500) was garbage. The fridge was up to 55 degrees and the freezer was at 6 degrees. That was about 6 weeks after the first time the technician came.

This sears refrigerator has served us very well for 30 years. Only problem is that we have repaired icemaker twice in 30 years! The repair man who fixed the ice maker told us "they don't make them like this anymore." Very satisfactory refrig.

Ice maker had black chunks of plastic coming off of tray into ice. Had it replaced and the new one did the exact same thing - conveniently after the warranty for the new ice maker expired - so now we have to pay to replace it. I spoke to 4 people at customer service and no one was willing to help us because it was no longer "under warranty". The fact is they put in a faulty product knowing full well that we would have the same problem again after the warranty had expired. Our family will never buy from Kenmore or Sears again. So disappointed.

We have a 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator that has not worked since 12-18-16. Under warranty, but they won't be here to fix it till Jan 12th. That will be 6 days short of a month. It is a Lemon and they won't do anything more than say they will be here on Jan 12th. What good is a warm refrigerator? What would happen if the manager had one go out? I will NEVER buy appliances again from Sears.

I purchased a Sears Kenmore refrigerator 3 1/2 years ago for almost $3000. I didn't buy the extended warranty because in my mind I spent enough money and I thought Kenmore was a reputable product. The refrigerator that it replaced was a Kenmore and it was already 15 years old and never had one single problem. It is now in the garage. In October of this year, the new one stopped cooling. We had a service guy come out and he said it was a sealed compartment issue and I needed to have a Sears technician come out. I googled it and found that there was some success with unplugging it and waiting 4 hours, then plugging it back in. I did this and it did work, for about a month.

I bought a Kenmore elite refrigerator in Oct of 2015. With master plan warranty. Fridge quit working in sept 2016 not even a year old!!! Told to defrost it completely. Lost all my food about 500 dollars of food loss (I shop bulk), sent receipt of food, just bought 5 days; prior to fridge going out they sent me 200 dollars. Then again fridge went out 1 month later; lost food again. They refused to cover food loss again. Now 2 months with no fridge they expect you to be ok with nothing offer that you can try to find a rental. No rentals available at our local Sears... master warranty, no fridge, living out of an ice chest, missed thanksgiving, now it's almost x-mas.

What a POS. I paid over $1500 for this appliance. Ran fine for about 20 months. It started freezing vegetables in the refrigerator compartment, and then it stopped cooling altogether. Troubleshot it myself--condenser. Paid $99 to have a diagnostic code interpreted over the phone--condenser. They insisted on sending out a technician for another $99, who found the problem was--you guessed it--the condenser. It's taken 2 weeks to get the part and the technician won't be back to install it for another week. That will cost another $200+. Fortunately the CONDENSER!!! is covered, but the labor and diagnostic rigmarole are not. I did not pay for extra warranty coverage so saved about $700 but I am furious that the labor on this piece of junk is not covered.

Refrigerator section of 16 month old "Elite" refrigerator quit working. Found out the evaporator had frozen up and cold air would not circulate to cool refrigerator section. Called tech out to repair and he mentioned that the refrigerator was "programmed" on the original control board to circulate air when in defrost mode. This causes the evaporator to eventually freeze up and block air movement and also freeze up the fan that circulates the air. When this happened, it caused the control board to malfunction also. Needless to say, had to replace control board to updated version and also replace panel and fan unit, $800.00 repair! Kenmore/LG knows about this programming fault but didn't offer to pay to fix it! BEWARE!!

A great fridge, that is easy to clean. Never had the freezer become iced over. Only thing I would have done different is to get the fridge with the built in water and ice dispenser. But if you don't need that, then this is the fridge you want. It does everything for our family of four, but sometimes wish the freezer was a little larger to fit larger amounts of beef. But this is why we have a stand alone freezer. We like to buy half sides of beef. I love the stainless steel look of the fridge and how easy it is to clean. I will never buy another fridge that isn't stainless steel. This is the best. Beautiful. Best bang for the buck. Bigly! Best looking fridge with the best features at the best price. Number one fridge on the market in my view.

Since owning this refrigerator we have never had a problem with it. Keeps food equally cooled and frozen. Very quiet which has been a big plus for us. Easy accessibility for our children. Size has been a big plus for this model and one of the reasons we made the purchase. Compartments are very spacious which allows for more room in other areas.

This is a nice basic refrigerator. It doesn't have the frill like other models but it works and that's all you need. Kenmore is a well-known name and one you can count on. My refrigerator is a basic model with the freezer on the bottom. It's the perfect size for a small family wanting just the basics. It has no frills but it's a workhorse made to last. The refrigerator is plain with no water device on the front. It's just the right size for a small family or empty nesters. It's also sturdy looking. The price of this refrigerator is great. It's the basic model so it doesn't cost as much as the fancy models. If you compare prices then you will see Kenmore is the brand to buy.

Both of the compartments allowed enough space for many food items and the freezer compartment had enough space for many different sizes of frozen food items. Temperature was consistent in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. The refrigerator was the perfect size to hold enough food for the entire family. The appliance fit in very nicely with the decor and ambience of our family kitchen. The color blended just beautifully with all the other appliances in the family kitchen. I would rate the value of this appliance very high. It exceeded the manufacturers requirements and helped to lower the amount of wasted food from spoilage. It saved a lot of money.

It was a great fridge. Having the bottom freezer drawer was the best feature. It wasn't a ton of room, but access was easy and very convenient. The price is okay, if a little high, but they run sales during the holidays sometimes. Would buy again. Not the greatest amount of room in the freezer. There was more space in the fridge section to make up for it. Ice in the freezer bottom was convenient and roomy.

Amazing! Multiple customization option, made with stainless steel to insulate amazingly. Not to mention the fact that it is extremely stylish. Amazing size, fits into my kitchen with room to spare. For such a small fridge it holds so much! It has dedicated sections for fruits, etc. It looks like it is straight out of the future. With its sleek design and multi-door design. A little bit over priced, but if you have the extra money go for it! It has everything you need and would want from a fridge. It also goes on sale sometimes.

I love the size, reliability. I have had my refrigerator for several years and it still works and looks like it is new. I would recommend this brand to anyone. The way that the refrigerator is made it allows you to adjust shelves and move them around according to each person's needs. My refrigerator has the no fingerprint stainless steel finish. It is easy to keep clean. I would buy another refrigerator with this same finish. The value is great. For the amount that I originally paid for the fridge and the years that I have owned the fridge it works out to about a $100.00 dollars a year. And with each year that annual cost goes down.

This refrigerator has premium space efficiently at a great price point. Every product has a place, making it rare to "lose" food due to it being out of sight. The temperature stayed consistent throughout use, and power surges had no effect. Great product! The size is a little bit on the bigger side for me, small kitchens aren't optimal for this product. In a bigger kitchen there would have been no negativity from me. This refrigerator is classy! Very simplistic at first glance, not ostentatious. Appearance is basic but reaches out to a specific customer. After browsing and comparing many refrigerators, the value of this specific product is amazing. The space to price ratio makes this a quality purchase.

It is easy to set up and keeps at the temperature that I set it at. The design of the freezer is perfect for my needs. I especially like that the temperature controls are very easy to get at. The size of the refrigerator is just right for me. The freezer section has more than enough room for anything I need to put into it. I do wish that the options of where to place the shelves in the lower part of the refrigerator were more numerous.

No service calls concerning refrigerator, self-defrost feature performs extremely well. Interior is spacious with adjustable shelves. Would recommend to family and friends as a dependable appliance. The adjustable shelves are a convenience I enjoy based on different sizes of containers used for refrigeration. Exterior is easy to clean with very little effort required. The streamline handles make it ideal for almost any design style. Would recommend for spaces that are not large enough for the side-by-side models. Regular price of appliance is reasonable but would look for discount or sale to obtain a better cost. Sales people are knowledgeable about appliances and any additional promotional sales.

The ice maker jams frequently. All of the shelves on the door have broken. Stuff stays cold. The shelves are easily removable for cleaning. We have a large eight member family and this refrigerator easily fits all of our groceries for the week. I do wish that some of the shelves were taller so that we could stand up more gallons of milk, salad dressings, etc. We have the black model. It hides scratches and dings that come with normal family life well. It fits well into the space in our cabinets. We have owned this refrigerator for 8 years now. It has never had to be repaired. Given the price we paid for it we definitely feel as though we have gotten our money worth.

This fridge is great, I'd recommend this to anyone with a family. The pull out freezer drawer is awesome. A must have! Tell your friends, tell your family! They will not be disappointed with fantastic refrigerator freezer combo! The size of this fridge is humongous!!! My family and usually spend over $300 dollars a week on groceries. From vegetables to meat to all the frozen goodies my children go for, we never worry about not having the space needed for everything.

The fridge keeps everything good and cold. It has a good ice maker and it was the best fridge. I had seen others like it but it has features like no the fridge I have ever seen. The fridge is good. I would recommend it. The fridge has a feature that's keeps thing ice cold and I love it. The appearance of the fridge is awesome. It's grey so it shines good when you clean it. I like the color of it. Definitely different. The appearance of it is deceiving. It changes colors overnight and when you clean it it's different.

Dependable. Reliable. Worked well for many, many years. Never had a problem with it. Was easy to clean and keep up too. Would still have it, but sold our home with our appliances. Freezer was deep enough to store at least two weeks supply of meats and frozen vegetables. The main refrigerate was very well shelved. Held a lot of drinks, condiments, lunch meats and leftovers. Standard size, top freezer, bottom main refrigerate. White in color. Easily wiped clean. Sturdy and well made. Didn't scratch easily or dent, tarnish easily. I cannot recall the exact amount that we paid. But, I do recall it was not very expensive. We got a very good deal on it. And was very satisfied that it worked so well.

Keeps food cold with enough space to organize. Big size in both bottom and top part of appliance. Outside is easy to wipe down and nice color. Big enough to fit where I need it without getting in the way. Top fits enough freezer items and bottom is big enough for all cold food to be stored. Drawers and shelves are plentiful. Outside is white and easy to wipe down. Inside is white with many plastic drawers and shelving units that can be adjusted to needs. Shelves on sides are big enough to hold multiple items. Very good value for what is needed. Can be used for primary or secondary food storage. Performance is great and reliable. Would highly recommend for kitchen or garage.

High-performing, more accessible, and more innovative. Looks nice and can be fit inside the space of old refrigerators even if it looks bigger than the old one. The paint is shine and keep the color for a long time. The refrigerator is expensive but you pay for a lot of innovations and features not included in others refrigerator from others manufacturers all over the retails.

This fridge was a great item to have in your kitchen and safe to place your food in and store grocery. Great product to buy in from Sears which they seek great Kenmore items. It did fit into the kitchen area very well and worked very well and long lasting of what need to do. The color of the fridge was black and shiny. Pleasing to the eyes that you could show to your family or friends and when you have gatherings at home and you can take your leftovers and place them into the fridge. The perceived value is well worth having in your home and to share with your family to keep food cold and from spoilage of food. The value will allow you to be able to resell or trade in for new.

It is the top of a line refrigerator. We never had any issues with its performance. We had problems with other brands in the past but not this product. It has a larger refrigerator size and roomy drawers for your produce. The freezer side could be a bit larger but in general I was very pleased with the size. I love the stainless steel look for my kitchen appliances so I was very happy with the appearance. It rarely showed fingerprints so I didn't have to clean it often. This refrigerator was not the cheapest one we shopped for but I am willing to pay more for a quality product. I was happy with the quality of the product for the price.

It keeps things very cold and easy to adjust, works just fine and I have never had any problems out of it... It's been a great performance refrigerator for years and more to go I hope. I wish it was bigger but it can only hold so much food. It's ok for a fridge. It does its job of keeping things in the right place opening and closing the doors a lot. It just a plain white fridge. It's got shelves and drawers. It had a door handle and a freezer up top. It's ok, bought it a long time ago. So it's doing its job and that's what we wanted out of it to make our food cold.

Keeps all the cold my food and is quiet and low on energy bills. It is large and looks great in my kitchen and all my friends and neighbors come and admire it and want to know where I got it. The fridge is big to hold turkey, fruit snacks and milk. It has drawers and is easy to clean too. I pull out the shelves and clean them weekly without an issue all the time. The stainless steel is pretty cool and the best thing that is the price of the fridge was affordable to make it pretty and fit in with the rest of the kitchen. The value was good and the warranty was long enough for me and the company is that easy for a great price, i comparison shopped too and ensured that it was good.

Never made a mess or needed to be serviced. Always keeping frozen things frozen and cold things cold. Easy to clean. Ample door and drawer space. Plenty of room for holding holiday meals and snacks. Great for holiday meal preparation and leftover shortage. Being a part time caterer, it was easy enough to the food to be delivered and keeps everything fresh and tasty. Great job for the money.

The performance is very outstanding. I love the way it runs in my kitchen. It isn't like any other average refrigerator. They like the size of it because it meets my requirements when it comes to the capacity of the product and how many things can fit Into it. The appearance is appealing and above average. It is different from other brands and it is also more innovative. I would recommend to anyone looking a new fridge. The value of the product is really worth the money and it is definitely worth paying more for because it is premium high quality in my opinion.

They have lots of cubic feet and they have the room that fits all of your groceries. The look of them is great. They are not just fridges but pieces of furniture. They make your kitchen look like a real living part of your household. You get more for your money. You will get the best in its class and never be undersold if you buy a fridge from them then you will get a quality item.

Performance exceeded expectations. There wasn't even ice build up. The only quirk was the gasket had to be replaced as it wore but that might have been caused by my kids always opening and closing the door. I no longer have the frig but it was able to accommodate the food that a family of four used in the course of a week but we were always tight for space for keeping ice cream and ice cubes. Lines were clean and modern, easy to maintain and access to vacuum out the back was no problem either. The only additional item I got was a slider to put the unit on to make moving it easier. All Kenmore products have been good values as this was also. You pay for the engineering, service accessibility, and dependability not a fancy brand name.

Well built and designed to work for a long time. My family loves ours. Had it for over 10 years. Would recommend one to anyone, small or big family. The size and space inside and out fits our lifestyle, plenty of storage space in lunch meat and vegetables drawers, lots of shelf space. Sits tall and straight and very level, built solid to withstand the family who opens and shuts it often. Easy to keep clean. Just wipe and go. The price range fit nicely within our budget, very affordable. You get what you pay for. Very competitive price, can't beat it. Very nice.

The freezer work perfectly fine. It's a standard refrigerator and it performed as I expected a refrigerator freezer to. The refrigerator met and exceeded my expectations in terms of space. Now as far as the freezer is concerned it was able to hold much more than the regular items that I would keep stored in the freezer. Standard refrigerator on bottom with freezer on top standard regular white nothing fancy but nice and clean. Sturdy handles on both refrigerator and freezer. Pretty good value for the money. Thank goodness isn't overly price. While comparing prices to other brands the Kenmore was the best value for the particular model that I got.

JUNK!! Bought my Kenmore side by side 3 1/2 years ago and compressor just went out. Kenmore and Whirlpool used to be top rated but I will never again buy appliance from them. My new LG has 10 year compressor warranty-Kenmore was only 1 year. Too much money was spent on this fridge to go bad so soon. BEWARE!!!

Very easy to keep things organized with a lot of shelf space and drawers. Vegetables and fruits stay crisp. Plenty of room in the freezer. Temperatures in the fridge and freezer remained constant. My refrigerator is on the smaller side because it has to fit in a small space. I am very happy with the refrigerator's interior. There is more than enough room for all of my items. You can configure the shelves in a way to provide the most benefit. I chose the black refrigerator because I don't care for stainless steel. It does show finger prints and smudges more than white but the color is very pretty and it is quite easy to keep clean. This is a high efficiency appliance and was well worth every dollar I paid for it. I have had this appliance for two years and have not had any problems with it.

I have never had a problem with my Kenmore even after ten years, it's a great brand. I usually look for the Kenmore brand in all of my appliances because they are dependable. I had a standard size refrigerator, it fit my lifestyle and I have a family of five, I usually shop for meat once a month and there was plenty of freezer room and I adjusted the shelves in the refrigerator to fit my needs. I like the material the refrigerator is made out of. It always looks new, all I do is spray it down once a week and a quick wipe of the sponge and it shines like new inside and out. I got mine for a really good price and considering that it lasted over ten years with no problems I would say it's a very good value, it still runs quietly and looks brand new.

Nice and cold for the most part but drawers got too cold even when set to minimal cooling. But we had it for a long time and never had any problems other than kind of noisy on super hot days. Plenty of freezer space to store frozen homemade dinners and the fridge section had lots of shelves to keep food organized by type. Never had a problem with not having enough space for food for my family of 3. Sleek design looked nice in my updated country cottage and made the whole kitchen look better. Tied nicely together with other stainless steel appliances including my KitchenAid range. It was expensive but not nearly as pricey as the KitchenAid and Viking refrigerators that we had looked at while shopping. Would recommend for value if not for supreme quality.

Sleek. Both freezer and fridge are very spacious. Keeps the inside at a cool 38 degrees at all times. I can fit all of my needed items inside the fridge and freezer with more room to spare and I have a lot of stuff inside of both the fridge and freezer. Plus the ice making machine is in the freezer but I still find that I have more than enough room. It's stainless steel on the outside which is so shiny you can see your reflection. It is super easy to clean. The ice and water maker match beautifully with a black finish. There is also a night light on the water maker. It will match any kitchen with the beautiful stainless steel. It was on the pricier side but is well worth it. It looks like I paid a million dollars but in reality I got it for a steal in terms of how it has benefited my household.

It has been running for a really long time without any issues. We use it as an overflow fridge from our main fridge now. It is super spacious and we've never had a problem with it. It holds main dishes but it also holds a lot of leftovers and larger food items. It's pretty but not too big. It just kind of looks like an old fridge. There isn't anything exciting about it. The Kenmore fit perfectly into a space that had been made by previous homeowners and it was an odd size. Finding a fridge that fit was a pain, but the Kenmore worked! It keeps the food cold and compartmentalized! No complaints except it is a tad small on the fridge side! But our kitchen has just one spot for a fridge so we can't get anything bigger! It is ok for 2 people but there are times when I wish it was bigger! It can really get tight in there! Even the veggie drawer is small! Wish we could fit in a bigger one! It is stainless but with a finish that prevents fingerprints! I like it but think real stainless would have been better! Next time I will know better! It was a good price if I recall correctly! My refrigerator's appearance is gorgeous. It is a nice smooth, sleek design. It's easy to clean and maintain. Especially with me having 2 toddlers and their sticky fingers I needed something that wiped clean easily and this does the job. I believe my Kenmore refrigerator is a bang for your buck. It is an amazingly awesome appliance that does its job effectively and looks great in any kitchen. I believe it's more than worth the money.

Have had for two years. Has wonderful climate control and space capacity is excellent, first fridge of this kind with freezer at bottom. It is a great feature to have and won't go back to side by side doors. Yes so far have not had any issues what so ever regarding storage capacity and are taking care of a family of four, the interchangeable shelves are another benefit that's adds value to this type of fridge freezer. The appearance of the fridge is a sleek design which also made it an attractive buy as it fit perfectly with our kitchen design, it is also easy to clean and maintain when it comes to hand prints. Considering size appearance and many stable shelving along with frost features it is a good value for price when considering all these aspects. Would not trade it for another model.

It is not too big but big enough. The drawers have lots of space and there is good space on the door as well. It is a basic white refrigerator. Plenty of shelf room. Nice size freezer. Very good with energy. It is very quite running nice. Large door shelfs, place to put your eggs. Vegetables on the bottom to put all your produce in a meat holder to hold your and keep it fresher longer. Very large to me. I put sandwich meat, all the condiments that I use. I have room to put a whole turkey in it, a gallon of milk, a gallon of tea, still have room for a whole lot more and yes I can fit everything in it I buy. My refrigerator is white and it matches my walls but white goes good with everything. It is easy to clean. No scratches on it. It still looks new since the day I bought. Like they say you pay for what you get and it was a great value. It doesn't break down. It pays for itself in the long run. It was worth the money I paid and I am very happy with my purchase.

There are several perks to this refrigerator. 1: It is durable. I have 3 kids and even with them and husband going in and out of it all the time, nothing ever broke or came loose or stopped working. 2: It is very sleek and beautiful 3: There was enough room to store a month's worth of groceries for my rather large family. Fits well with a standard sized kitchen but also looks great in my larger sized kitchen. It also comes in different colors to match whatever decor you happen to have. This appliance is sleek and beautiful. It matched my other Kenmore appliances perfectly and it's coating is very resistant to staining or fingerprints, unlike many other refrigerators we looked at. For the price we paid, we received an extremely durable, lasting refrigerator. I would recommend it to anyone of my friends who need something that is going to stand the test of time and tons of use!

Overall it was a pretty good fridge and it kept everything fresh but sometimes the freezer didn't get very cold and the ice maker broke pretty early on and we never fixed it. I think it was a pretty good size. It fit well in our kitchen and didn't take up too much space or get in the way but we had room for all of our groceries. I liked the slim design and the silver finish of the fridge but it was often hard to clean and streaks were often left visible but overall it looked nice. I think it was a good value for this fridge. We got a good deal at the store and kept it for a couple of years before finally replacing it with our new one.

I always grew up with Kenmore products in our house. My grandparents always wanted to buy the best quality of everything. I carried on that tradition and have always stuck with the Kenmore name. However, after my last 3 appliances going out on me, THAT WERE ALL KENMORE, I will never buy Kenmore again! I also got terrible customer service that could not do anything. My 1 1/2 year old Kenmore refrigerator freezes everything on the top 2 shelves, no matter how high I put the temp, AND the ice hardly makes any ice. You get about 8 cups every 24 hours!!!

I can not tell you how disappointed I am with Kenmore. My father bought me a coldspot as a gift for my birthday in June 2015 and there has been issue after issue! Not even had it for two years and they won't cover anything or even look up what may be causing the problem. So BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY ANY KENMORE PRODUCTS!!

We purchased a Kenmore Fridge #79576209901 and have had nothing but problems. The freezer is constantly icing up causing loud fan noise which requires being defrosted with a hair dryer. Now the fridge compartment is not cooling because the fan is not staying on long enough to cool. I have replaced the defrosting element and Defrost Thermostat and now trying to replace the Electronic Control Board. The fan does come on but only stays on for a few seconds. I have read nothing but bad reviews from people with the same issues about this Kenmore product and will never buy another Kenmore appliance.

I bought all 4 appliances at one time, Kenmore elite top of line bottom freezer/ref, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove. I've owned them for at least 4 years and had problems with all of them. I paid top dollar for junk. What put me to post my displeasure was the refrigerator. About 1 month after warranty expired I began to receive Er 1F messages. I read on internet to pull the plug and it will resolve problems. I did it several times a year since then and problem would resolve and come back again. Now it's becoming more frequent and water is now leaking from ice-maker. Going to change fan and motherboard to see if it solves the problem.

I'd really recommend this refrigerator because it makes the food and drinks so cool (cold) and so good to drink and the food makes it so it doesn't get soggy and all that. It can fit all my items I got from the grocery store and it can fit all the things I look at and I put it in and it fits well as a gazelle in a farm. OMG, this is the best refrigerator ever! It is the biggest refrigerator ever. I love this refrigerator! The value is $2250 so for that price is good for a refrigerator. :D I love this refrigerator so much!

My Elite fridge builds up water, not just condensation, around the door seals. Mold covered the rubber doors seals the first month. Since then I clean regularly, wipe dry and disinfect. The rubber is stained with mold. Can't clean it. As for the Elite double oven the other lyrics issue is the glass that covers the control panel isn't sealed so your gunk gets in there and can NOT be cleaned.

The performance on this fridge is really great. Definitely worth buying. This models size is actually pretty big. The freezer part is a little on the small side but we definitely pack a lot of stuff in it. The fridge part is definitely a good size. I like the appearance on this fridge. We've had it for about 3 years and it still looks pretty brand new even with our 3 kids. The inside looks very modern as well. I would say this fridge is definitely worth the value because we've had it for about 3 years and seriously have never had a problem with it at all.

Kenmore is one of the best names around in my opinion. I bought a package which included stove, fridge, washer and dryer. They have all been amazingly reliable and trustworthy. The size works perfectly for me. I have a large family of 5 and have never had problems having enough room for everything we needed. Some of my family are big eaters. Gotta love the look. It has a beautiful finish and flows perfectly with my other appliances. Even the light inside is soft and doesn't blind you when you open it. Just gorgeous. I have to say that this was extremely affordable, especially when bundled. It was a wonderful value for the money. It has paid for itself and then some holding up to my teenagers.

If you are looking for a great refrigerator without all the bells and whistles this fridge is for you. My partner and I love this fridge. So impressed with what we got. Paid a great price. This refrigerator was very easy to keep clean just by wiping it off. The shelves and drawers were removable and also easy to clean. It also matched my kitchen very nicely. This refrigerator was a great deal. I bought it from Sears and was able to finance it and had it paid off in 12 months. I looked at several different places and at different refrigerators and this was a great deal.

It worked fine. I had it for 12 years. I donated it to my church, when I bought a bigger model. It was easy to clean and worked fine. Only 1 time I had to have the machine fixed and it was a nominal fee. Would buy it again. It was a circuit board that burnt out. I had it fixed and, it worked fine till I decided to get a larger unit. It was almond in color with a bottom drawer freezer which was very roomy. I purchased it new when I moved into my house and it matched the other appliances. I paid 900.00 and I Feel it was a good value. It had a built in filter for the automatic ice maker And glass shelves and plastic shelves which came out and were cleanable with soap and water.

I've had it for a years with no issues. It has a dial to set the temp. It keeps everything cold and frozen in the freezer. It works great! It's a fantastic size! Not huge but definitely a good size. We have no space issues what so ever. It fits everything with no problems and we buy a lot of food. We're a family of 5! It's really just your typical fridge, nothing special. It's white, top is the freezer. Bottom is the fridge. It has 2 handles one for the fridge one for the freezer. The inside is huge - drawers a good size. It was a few years ago. But it still works great! I'd say the value probably went down and it's probably one of the cheaper ones out there now, since there's so many models that do so much more. This is pretty basic.

The temperature in the refrigerated part did not flow evenly throughout. Some items on the back of top rack frequently froze. The freezer compartment was standard sized so not able to store a lot around holidays. Where the freezer unit was standard the refrigerator unit was spacious with large crisper drawers. There was plenty of room for large containers in addition to regular groceries. It was a standard no frill model. Plain but practical. It blended well with the other kitchen appliances and the size fit perfectly in the space provided. The price was reasonable for the size. Although there were no extras it lasted a reasonable amount of time with only a few issues. It was an ideal starter for until I was able to buy a better model.

This fridge and freezer hasn't needed any repairs or caused me any hassle in the 4 years I have had it. Performance certainly isn't a problem as I've never had issues with it. The size of the fridge is nice, not too big or too small, however it could use a little more storage space in my own opinion but it is nonetheless still satisfactory. I really honestly was never too crazy about having a white fridge just because it gets dirty so easily but this one is easy to clean off so I am still happy with it. Not an eye sore. As I said I think this was a great value as it is durable, reliable, and good sized. However I'll mention again my desire for it to have had more storage space.

It keeps all the food cold, stores quite a bit of food, we use this as an extra refrigerator for our large family. It is very quiet and for our family's needs. This refrigerator's size is perfect for my family's need for an extra fridge and freezer space. We have a side by side unit in our kitchen and this one is the laundry room. It is perfect size for a small growing family. The appearance is fine, I prefer stainless for the look and have one in my kitchen. This refrigerator is of much value to me because my large family needs the extra space. I use it hold extra drinks, bottled waters, leftovers etc.

Sometimes the water line will freeze where the ice comes out. Also sometimes it gets too cold and freeze cold and water but other than that it's been really great and does what it needs to do. The size of the freezer is too small. Needs to be bigger than other size. Has great shelves and plenty of room for all the stuff I need to keep cold like water soda and foods. I have a black one and the appearance of it is fine. It goes well with everything that I have in my kitchen. I have all matching stuff in there because I am ocd. I am pretty happy with the perceived value of the refrigerator that I have in my house. I am on a budget so price was a big factor but also I have a nice size family so I needed one that was at least middle size.

It was just a satisfactory refrigerator. Kind of noisy but since we knew we were going to refinish the kitchen it would eventually end up in a garage for overage storage. We have since changed to an LG. The refrigerator is spacious inside and could hold tall items, i.e., bottles, milk cartons, etc., The crisper drawer was handy and did keep vegetables at a good temperature. We wished we had the freezer on the bottom (which we eventually got). But all in all it was adequate, nothing fancy. Let's say it's a good primary fridge or for secondary fridge for extra storage. No flash. But adequate to keep your food and beverages cold. Its value is good for a basic refrigerator. It runs, has wire shelves (not easy for cleaning), has a light, temperature controls and deep bins (which were nice). It was a plain Jane refrigerator.

I love the fridge. I switched from Frigidaire. It keep food fresh longer... Ice tray overflows quickly. I have to remember to cut it off occasionally. Great size. Enough space on both side. Love the number of drawers... enough shelves. Good door space for condiments. Easy to open. It has a nice sleek appearance. I love the chrome color. The handles aren't bulky. It's a perfect height and size for my kitchen and the space allowed for a fridge. It was purchased in a bundle deal with other appliances. The price was right about where it should be for the fridge. It was off color, a little Almond color, went with the other appliances but Zinio was changing the color when I bought new ones remodeling kitchen and wanted new appliances. I couldn't ask for better. Everything was chilled perfect and the freezer kept everything frozen without too much frost. Plenty of room for my 6 member household. I know for a family of six it was more than enough room so if your family is 6 or less it would be a wonderful fit both top and bottom. We had two 18 pound turkeys in the freezer and still had more than enough room for more not to mention the inside door space. I think as far as looks you can't be disappointed. It's sleek clean and above all goes with all decor. If your look is modern, old fashion, or just whatever works, I think it's a universal type of appliance. If I had to make a choice on what type of refrigerator I could buy, have ,or be gifted I can't say I could think of another one that would in my opinion surpass the quality and capacity of the one I have. Great size, check. Great look, check. Big bang for your buck, check. What more could you need.

It worked really well except the shelves kept breaking on the door. It kept veggies and fruits, and lunch meat cold in the bottom drawers but be careful not to turn too cold because if you put anything on the top shelf too cold it will freeze. It was good for when I needed it. Freezer is small but fridge part is big enough to put gallon milk on bottom shelf. A little too small for my family of 5. It would get overstuffed with groceries and leftovers. It was white with freezer and fridge. It had glass shelves and two drawers in the bottom of the fridge for meats and veggies. The bottom above the drawers was plastic and breaks easy. The door of the fridge, the guards break off easy. It was a good value for a small family or starting out with a basic fridge. It held a good amount of food but the freezer... it was very small basically for ice and a few meats.
