I am a 68 year old man, and a Kenmore refrigerator has always been in my parent's home. When I became an adult and married, the first refrigerator my wife and I purchased was a Kenmore. Today in my Kitchen is a Kenmore. Reason why is because of the excellent performance over the years. I cannot remember not one negative incident with a Kenmore in all those years. I am dedicated and loyal to Kenmore because in my life they have served me very well, I can also say perfectly.

Refrigerator is large and spacious. Did have problem with the ice dispenser not working after about a year. Cost more to fix than to buy a new one so we just don't use that function.

It worked great and was reliable. It was quiet and I never had to worry about it breaking. The storage was sufficient and I was able to organize it so I could utilize the space. The price was not too expensive and I love that it is energy efficient. Saving money is always a good thing.

When I had some extra money last year, I bought a new refrigerator as I thought the Kenmore was getting old and would quit working soon. I put the new one upstairs and the Kenmore downstairs. I like the Kenmore much better, it's still running and may switch them out again.

It is a fine appliance. I got no bad things to say about it. It keeps all my beer good and cold. When I want ice in my whiskey I have always got it ready to add to my glass. I kill my own meat most of the time and I never have to worry about my refrigerator going out on me and spoiling all of the deer meat, bear meat or any of my trout I catch out of the river because that would really piss me off. Nope no complaints on it yet anyway. It's going on 5 years old and it is like brand new.

My Kenmore is a side by side 25 cu. ft purchased at Sears. I love the storage space which I can customize, adjustable shelves and automatic defrost. The only bone I have to pick with this refrigerator is that you have to change the filter for the water dispenser approximately every six months. If you don't, it would probably take about an hour to fill a glass of water, lol.

Had a Kenmore refrigerator before and never had any problems with it. Kept food fresh and everything was always cold as well. It always functioned. The freezer was amazing. There was also ample room to store everything that I needed. The only thing was that I wished it had an ice maker.

Useful and good. Closes by itself and keeps food in good shape. Love it too and glass shelves and easy to clean and close the door by itself and put together. No smell after cleaning.

I have owned a Kenmore refrigerator for years. It was of good quality, worked well and lasted for a long time. Very cost effective. Kenmore appliances have a reputation for providing good service and being dependable. During the time I owned the refrigerator, I did not experience any breakdowns that required calling an appliance repairman. Always a costly call. This appliance did its job without fanfare for years until it was replaced during the sale of the house where we lived. When last seen it was in good working order, providing service for a new family. Should I ever need another appliance I would look to this brand.

Good. Really like, it has many areas for storage and has an attractive design for kitchen and matches other appliances. It stays cool and refrigerates food well, good seal around the door.

Never had any issues. Never had to have it repaired. Ran for several years. They have numerous models and colors to choose from. Ours was an older one, it was a side by side and it was an egg shell color.

First it came in a great variety of colors and models... From day one it looked and worked awesome. Had ample amount of room in both the shelves and the door.. Crispers actually worked the way they should... Other than the maintenance of cleaning [dusting] the coils... NO problems. Thank You.

Kenmore is one of the best brands that I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I never had a repair issue. I have owned everything from refrigerators, washer and dryers, to dishwashers and microwaves. I would definitely stick with this brand.

This refrigerator is so amazing. I like the different compartments it has for store and the freezer has so much space. I'm very very happy with it. I like how it has a filter for the water and how it has ice also. We just got this refrigerator and I'm satisfied with all the space it has. My whole family loves this new fridge.

I like the stainless steel outside, which is easy to keep clean, but the door doesn't hold a full dozen eggs. So I have mixed feelings about our refrig. Next time I buy a refrigerator, I will definitely make sure the door is the right size.

I have owned Kenmore Refrigerators for 37 years. My first one lasted for 31 years and was never repaired. When I need a new one I will buy a Kenmore. My current one is six years old and has never been repaired either.

At first it was the problem but I have a contract and I am very pleased with it and its repairs. Great refrigerator. Would not trade it very the world for any other brand. What can one say about a refrigerator except it gets the job done that it is designed to do. I am satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone who asks me. It was terrible the first years but it has gotten better over the years. I have learned how to keep it free from lint etc. It has given me great service.

Very flexible and very appropriate, useful refrigerator which is able to store all my stuff very well and controls the temperature perfectly and preserves the food, vegetable and fruits in a perfect condition.

We were happy with the Kenmore. We just recently purchased a GE refrigerator because of the storage space it gave us the option of having. When we had issues with the refrigerator the customer service with Kenmore was very accommodating and helpful.

I never had any kind of problems with my Kenmore fridge. It was well designed. The layout was well organized. When I bought my fridge the big thing was a top freezer and mine was huge with plenty of shelves. I would buy another Kenmore if I were to need another fridge.

Like most Kenmore products, we find our Kenmore refrigerator to be extremely reliable. It has been in operation in our home for 20+ years now, and continues to have no problems. Our last refrigerator was also a Kenmore, and ran trouble free for at least 17 years. We then moved, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was still running well.

The Kenmore refrigerator was a great purchase for me and my family. Everyone love this refrigerator. It was quiet, well maintain, no issues. It was just great. The price was good. Nothing but great reviews. The freezer part was a good size, bigger than I thought. The bottom part was real big and could hold a lot.

It's good and worth every penny you got out of it. It's really good quality. I think it would last longer than the other brands. It's a reasonable price that I must say. I have always pick that brand every time I need a new machine. They have good warrants.

Very nice side by side refrigerator. Holds a lot but I would rather have a under freezer. They seem to hold more. Lots of problems with my ice maker which broke right after my warranty!

I have owned several Kenmore appliances including refrigerators and every single Kenmore appliance has exceeded my expectations. They are long lasting, dependable, and very well made. When I think of owning another appliance, I think Kenmore. In fact, every single appliance in my home is a Kenmore. You definitely get a great appliance for such a small cost in comparison to other brands. I did my research.

The Ice maker in the freezer is fantastic. It shuts off when the bin is full and you can shut it off at any time. I also like the idea of the humidity control in the two lower drawers. They are also very spacious, as is the meat drawer. I like the adjustable glass shelves. The entire refrigerator is very spacious and great for the whole family.

And they are very affordable. It's energy efficient. It runs well. A very great refrigerator. They are very great quality, available in different sizes. Nice to have in the kitchen.

The refrigerator is big enough to store and freeze lots of food and makes ice also. I can find what I am looking for with ease. The drawers hold a good amount of food that stays fresh for a very long time. I freeze a lot of food that’s fresh for the winter months and I can find what I need, when I need it. We usually have a good bit of leftovers and I am confident that they stay fresh for at least a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend a Kenmore due to the ease and reliability of the refrigerator. The ice maker is fabulous because my family loves ice with most of the beverages they consume.

I've had the refrigerator for about 10 years and have never had a problem with it. It works fine and keeps everything at the proper temperature. It is big enough for all my needs and has never given me a problem.

I have had a freezer made by Kenmore that we have had for years because we have a large family and we need the space for the extra food so we wouldn’t have to go to the store as often. It’s large enough to store enough to feed our family of 6 for a month with our refrigerator as backup and with the drawers and adjustable shelves (which considering this model was made over 20 years old) was a big deal. We recently moved from Virginia to Ohio and my grandma and myself insisted on bringing it because we haven’t had a problem with it since the day they bought it. When we got out to new house we found that we had a new Kenmore refrigerator and it is amazing. It’s a new model and we love it as well.

Very good. Keeps fresh and has lots of compartments to put all of my food and drinks in. Has a lot of space and changes temperature. Fresh water and keeps food fresh all the time!!!

I have had my refrigerator for about 15 years now. It is a very good refrigerator and has lasted this long. I will have to replace it soon because it is wearing out. I have never got it fixed since I had it. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants something that will last a long time.

The Kenmore fridge has worked steadily with no problem for 4 years now. It keeps food as cool as it needs to in an even fashion unlike some fridges which are colder in some spots. Nice and roomy enough to hold everything we need it to. Runs quietly. It has side by side doors. Kenmore had it reasonably priced and has been worth it. Bought it and it was delivered the next day.

This is a great refrigerator to use. I love it. I never had one like this before. Love how roomy the refrigerator is big and great. Nice Kenmore. Kenmore makes the best products... What more can I say, I'm lost for words. Only good things about the refrigerator.

BEEN A GOOD REFRIGERATOR. I have had it for almost 14 years. The only problems I have had is the Ice maker. Other than that it has just been replacing light bulbs and water purifiers. I did have a problem with the bottom drawers actually. It is cracked and makes shutting the door hard sometimes.

It is very nice, no problems. I keep it clean. It is very nice, nice temperature, no problems with ice, always use it for all my food, it is white.

Throughout the years my family has purchased many Kenmore appliances from the time I was little to the present, and we have always been more than satisfied with the performance and quality of all of them including the refrigerators. They have great warranties and great service people. All in all, I must say they are one of the best manufacturers of home appliances built.

When we first got our fridge it was very decently priced and affordable. We have had it for 3 years and it still works great and I haven't had any major problems with it. My family always goes with this same brand and have for years.

We've had our fridge for about 8 years and have never had any problems. It has plenty of room and is the first fridge I've had in which the crisper drawer actually does its job. My refrigerator keeps food cold if the power goes out too.

My Kenmore is absolutely the best. It does everything I need it to do and more the compartments are great and everything. Now I don't really know if it’s saving me money or not on my electric bill nor do I know if it is helping out the environment but what I do know is that my Kenmore is like the Rolls Royce of refrigerators, no doubt. I try to keep it full and I’m doing a good job of it. Room isn’t a problem at all. The drawers slide open as smooth as a knife cutting through warm butter on a hot summer day at noon and it is very quiet unlike my old fridge which was an old fashion GE refrigerator.

My family has used our Kenmore refrigerator for over a year and we still love it to this very day. It gives so much more space than our old refrigerator & the ice machine is an added bonus! We're so happy with switching to Kenmore. It's the only kind of refrigerator we'll ever use again!

I had one and it failed after 8 months. It took me two weeks and multiple visits to try to repair before Sears finally decided to replace it. I had to spend many hours on the phone yelling to get anything done and was without a refrigerator for 3 weeks.

I previously owned a Kenmore refrigerator, and other Kenmore products, and have always been satisfied with the quality and length of time they were in service. The house we own now came equipped with other makes of major appliances, so we do not own any Kenmore major appliances at this time. However, we will consider that brand when we need to replace our current models.

Yes I would recommend kenmore. It has great space and a great look. It goes great with my other appliances that I have. It has a warranty on it also. I also have kenmore washer also. They last a very long time and are dependable.

My Kenmore refrigerator is the best. I bought it 5 years ago and it is still cooling and freezing like I bought it yesterday. The ice maker is still making good ice and I have never had any problems or complications with it. All of my compartments remain intact and I can't get enough of how large it seems in the inside. There is room for everything. And as each day pass, the stainless steel exterior looks shinier.

No problems at all. We bought it new in 2008. We'd recommend this refrigerator to anyone. It is the french door model with bottom freezer. It also has a water dispenser with filter.

Got this refrigerator brand new. It broke down after only 2 years. It took the guy 3 times to fix it partly because I don't think they knew what they were doing. Now the strip that supposed to keep the doors closed and the cold air in is coming off so if I don't keep checking it the food in my freezer starts melting.

I have had my Kenmore for more than 10 years & I have never had no trouble with it. It is big enough to hold everything we need & then some & I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have had a Kenmore Side-by-Side refrigerator, model #795-5102, since 2010 and it has worked great and is still going strong! I love my Kenmore Side-by-Side! It is my first side-by-side and it is nice, nice, nice. It runs quiet, and I love the room in the door!

Kenmore has been great. The fridge has worked the way that it's supposed to. The settings are great and really easy to use so that makes it very convenient and easy on the bills. Also the electric bill has been stable since it is an energy saver also.

It is quite adequate. There are 3 drawers for fruits, vegetables and meats. And the shelves are adjustable. It lasted a long time with little need for repair. I'm very happy with it.

Lasted a very long time. No breakage. Just replaced it to have a new one. Warranty was excellent and sears came over at no cost to me. When I bought a new one gave it to one of my children and it's still working.

Good product. The warranty should come with the purchase. Paying extra. Lot of people complained. Bought 4 from Best Buy. Was not happy. Had to buy extra warranties. Would recommend this product to friends. I like Magic Chef better.

I was very satisfied with my old refrigerator. I wish I had stick to the one when I bought my new house. My current gave so much problem! I spent very little for my old men more and never had any problems.

She has run 9 yrs for me and I am sure the person who got it for me when redoing my house did not buy it new. Good machine, roomy which is a big plus. Every time that I think my unit is dying, I unplug it and let it unfreeze and she is just fine. See I did not normally buy frozen chicken or fish in those big plastic bags... I learned you have to break them down or your unit will be quite pissy. All the cold air bounces right off those damn things and freeze up coils.

It was at least 25 years ago and it was an excellent product. Anything that Sears puts their label or brand on has to meet super standards and this refrigerator lasted for 20 plus years.

The Kenmore that I had lasted me for a long time and did so without any major repairs or problems. It was quite some time ago that I eventually had to replace it and when I did, I had a friend who gave me a newer model (not Kenmore) for a minimal amount of cost. I will need to replace this one in the near future and will most definitely consider a Kenmore again.

This Kenmore french door fridge is fairly straightforward. It has plenty of space in the fresh food compartment along with good storage options. However, this fridge falls short of the higher ranked products in our review because of the disappointing freezer. It is small for the size of the fridge and not very well organized.

I have been very happy with my Kenmore refrigerator. It is energy efficient so it helps me save on my electric bill. It has never broken down. It is quiet. No frost buildup in the freezer, and no freeze up of foods in the refrigerator. Problems I have encountered with past refrigerators. I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator and other Kenmore appliances when remodeling my kitchen in 2010. The shelves in the refrigerator door are very thin plastic and I've had to replace both shelves now. The cost is $48.00 per shelf. I think that it is unacceptable. It is just not well designed. It also takes too long to get the replacement parts. I am not a satisfied customer and the parts' customer service person I spoke to only said she'd make a note in my file.

Had it for several years. Has worked perfectly. Mother bought and now I have it. Has been clean many times. I remember many holidays and family get togethers. It cleans up easily and has been in many a picture as our family gathered in Mom's kitchen. I have also owned a Kenmore stove. It lasted so long I could no longer find parts for it.

I love it. It has lasted me a long time and even on the lowest settings still performs excellent! It has great storage space and is well made. It will last the test of time and definitely is and will be worth every dollar I paid. Though I have owned it for years, I have never had any problems with it and never had to call a technician.

I prefer them over many more highly advertised brands. I have owned others, had more issues and went back to Kenmore.

It didn't last long. It broke down after a couple years and of course the part it needed cost more than the fridge was worth. I would not recommend at all! It's cheaply made and was very noisy!

It was an older model, I think it was 1978. We had it well over twenty years. At the time we bought it, it was new tech. We moved four times, it made all moves well. It just did not like is. Well water... It was the perfect size and it worked like a dream. We have had three since. They had to be replace two them. I had to go a different kind because they did not have a Sears close. I still miss it.

Our refrigerator is 12 years old. It has never let us down never needed repairs. Definitely a good investment. If we need replacement parts they are happy to help. I would definitely buy this brand again and again.

Never had any problems. It was spacious, economical, and affordable. There was a good warranty on it and I loved the water and ice dispenser that was built into it. My first college apartment had a Kenmore fridge and even though it was part of a rental and was very old, it still worked very well. My parents also have a Kenmore and have no complaints.

Great, fits lots of food, right size to fit in your kitchen, the color is is great, the Kenmore refrigerators are great. The colors are great and the food fits just perfectly.

Have never had a problem other than plastic shelf in door that cracked. Our fault... too much weight. Replacement filters for water are always in stock. Wish prices were a little lower though.

Receive it about 10 years ago for mother's day. The best gift. It is black with the freezer on top. Easy to clean cause the shelves pull out. A very good size for us. At one time all of 5 kids lived here so a lot of opening and closing.

So far so good. My freezer part is very cold and my fridge is very cold as well, and it's very spacey as well. My door can be used on either the right or left side so that is a plus as well for me and my family.

I am very happy with my Kenmore refrigerator. It is spacious, it keeps things as cold as I like them, and the freezer is large enough so that when I shop for a week or two of frozen items, I have plenty of room for them even though I also have freezer jams, and other extras that I keep frozen on hand. I have never had any trouble with this refrigerator and I have had it for several years.

It works ok, I just don't like the setup, was short on money so had to take a less expensive one. The top shelf is one piece, so if you put something tall on one side there is a lot of wasted space on the other side, like butter or yogurt not as tall. The top shelf should come in two piece so you can change the height of each side.

The model that I owned was very basic. It did not even make ice. I was in college and trying to save money. The little white refrigerator lasted about 15 years prior to my giving it up for a more updated model that makes ice and has indoor water. The refrigerator (Kenmore) was a great product. It lasted and endured several moves in the back of a pickup truck. I would not hesitate to recommend this brand. I did not purchase another Kenmore this last go around, but would not hesitate in the future if the specifications and price was right.

It works efficiently. No complaints if it's kept up well. The ice machine runs nicely. Except for sometimes the ice gets stuck but I think that's pretty normal. The space could be bigger inside. But overall not a bad item.

At some point I had a Kenmore fridge and was very pleased with it. It lasted a very long time and I never had any difficulty with it. It performed well in all facets of keeping my foods cold and never had any problems with too much frost in the freezer section.

Lasted a long time. Didn't have to get another one for another 10 years. I would buy another if the price was right. I had a Kenmore refrigerator several years ago which lasted a very long time. It had several different compartments so you could squish this on many different levels which made it easy to organize and arrange things. The top shelf could be placed really far down so that you could place large jugs of water, soup pots or other crock-pot type of devices there with no problems plus you could fit even a large turkey roaster in there during the holidays. So, I would not complain about the spacing. The refrigerator itself was very quiet. I could barely tell that it was running. You could easily adjust the dials inside to change the temperature of the refrigerator or freezer. There was no frost build up in the freezer ever. I would suggest this to anyone.

Had one for years. It worked great and I would highly recommend it to anyone or buy another one for myself. They are the best. I mean it is a Sears product - what else can you say? The freezers are great also and I had a washer and dryer also. Kenmore products are the best.

I have never had any problems with it. It works great after 4 years. It was a good price. It's stylish. It is very large a size. It is better than most other brands and includes an ice maker.

I have always own Kenmore refrigerator and love them. They last a long time. We go to the scratch and dent Sears and have never had a problem. The only problem is the water does not come fast out of the water dispenser. We have replace the ice maker and it was not hard to do.

I have always trusted Kenmore and was able to purchase at a reasonable price. My family wanted a standard fridge without a bunch of extra features and were able to find one at a reasonable price. I believe it was under 400 dollars.

Works pretty well. Keeps food cold mostly in main part and on door. Needs an upgrade though. It is several years old. Upper crisper in fridge part. Experiences problems. Overall a very reliable appliance in the kitchen.

I had one Kenmore fridge for 20 years and it was still working well when I decided to upgrade to an Energy Star fridge. I have now had my new Kenmore Energy Star fridge for 5 years and I am as happy with it as I was with the one that ran 20+ years, and my electric bill is lower for it.

It was a previous refrigerator, several years ago. It served my purposes very well but eventually, I opted for one with separate doors for freezer & refrigerator as well as internal water filter system.

It lasted for about 10 years and gave me trouble free service all the time. Never had to have it repaired. These older made models always lasted longer and were made in America. Had plenty of storage space and the freezer was real big. It made ice cubes in about an hour.

It was a used refrigerator when we got it but was less than five years old. It was a top freezer model, white in color. Although it was a older model and wasn't the much needed self defrosting fridge, the motor was strong and always kept anything stored in it chilled to perfection. It remained that way for ten more serviceable years before we finally had to replaced it. Is Kenmore products reliable, Yes!

My Kenmore lasted 15 years. It had plenty of door space as well as freezer space, kept food at a constant temperature. Mine was a 15 cubic foot single door with top freezer. I would personally recommend a Kenmore to anyone.

Kenmore refrigerator are very reliable and last long-term. The brand has a very recognizable name and it is an AMERICAN brand which is a plus. Kenmore line is also available in many store locations. They are always modernizing their brand.

I just moved in my new house and I bought a Kenmore from Sears. I love my fridge. It's spacious and easy to clean. :) I would recommend this fridge to my friends and family. My mom just bought one as well and she loves it too.

The refrigerator worked wonderfully, and lasted for years. It wasn't a top of the line model, but it had all the basic features we needed. Maintenance was low. We basically replaced the filters as required, and that was it.

I have an old model but it still work and does the job, it is still up to date modern, performs as it did the day I bought it. When I purchased it the products only came in white. I own washer and dryer top and bottom load and I own or purchased a freezer for the garage. Didn't need anything high fashion. Both product was purchase from Sears, a company that I have trusted for years.

After 30 years of faithful service, we decided to replace our old refrigerator mostly because of the energy usage. After a considerable search, we decided to purchase a new Kenmore Refrigerator, Model 795.7943, and treated ourselves to having an ice maker. Fortunately, we purchased an extended warranty. A couple of months after delivery and installation, we started to have problems with the ice maker. The ice cubes were coming out hollow and water was spilling over the side of the fill tube. The service tech came out and told us there was a problem with the ice maker so he ordered a replacement. We went through this process several times with them replacing the ice maker and valves almost each time. One of the service techs said our water pressure was too low, it measured 55 psi. Finally, one of the service techs said that we should get the refrigerator replaced.

The experience we had with our Kenmore Refrigerator was very positive. The appliance was very durable as it lasted more than 15 years. That was the second longest tenure of any of our refrigerators since we moved into this home in 1967. It had to withstand opening and closing the appliance dozens of times on a daily basis as there was always great traffic around our Kenmore. It's like many of the Sears products that we have owned: tremendously sturdy and dependable. I would heartily endorse the Kenmore fridge.

Malfunctioned with one year. Came very close to setting the house on fire. I went around and around with Sears trying to get the problem corrected. Finally, went a purchased a Samsung from Lowe's -- I have not returned to Sears.

I had a very good experience with their product. Worked real well, plenty of space to keep food and last long time. A very good brand with a long history. Definitely a brand I'd tell people to consider.

Kenmore is really good quality. The refrigerators come in tons of different styles and colors. They last longer than any other brands. Kenmore also has an excellent selection of side-by-side refrigerator/freezer combinations, as well as french door fridge/freezer combinations.

They are a good brand and has lasted me a long time. Easy to use, built very well, and very trusted company. I hear their customer service is very helpful and easy to use too. I would recommend paying a little extra for them, they make good other products too.

I enjoy our Kenmore fridge. It has plenty of space for a lot of groceries. If I had to say on anything negative it would be how hard it is to clean out ice drawer. It has made the ice have a funny taste and there's even been debris - maybe rust.

Kenmore in my opinion is one of the best brands available. The first kenmore I purchased was a rather older used one but it still worked great. When it was upgrade time I decided to get a brand new kenmore and it is well worth the money. The temperature control is easy to adjust, the shelves offer enough space for my needs, and best of all with a toddler it's easy to clean.

Lasted a very long time with no main issues. It has always worked very well. The freezer is easy to access and keeps my food well preserved. The refrigerator section keeps everything cold and ready to use.

Kenmore is the best refrigerator that I have ever had! We have never had any issues with it and it is very reliable. Tends not to stay cold. Some food spoilage resulted and the repair was too expensive so I got a Frigidaire. There was a broken thermostat. The cost to replace it with labor was $185.00.

The ice maker in this Kenmore/Whirlpool/KitchenAid Ice Maker draws a standard load when heating the mold BUT the Timer-Control Module W10190935 which has to control & pass the current, cannot handle the load. It appears a lot of customers have the same problem, as the module is overheating and creates a fire hazard.

I still have my first Kenmore refrigerator from 30 years ago. It still works. I replaced it with a bigger one when my family outgrew it. It's in the garage and I use it to store extra soda cans and bottles. I store frozen veggies and fruits in the freezer section and anything else that doesn't fit in the fridge in the kitchen.

I have had my Kenmore refrigerator for about 5 years and am extremely happy with it. I have not had any major issues with it since we bought it and it is still going strong. I like the style of my refrigerator and the way it is laid out. The storage areas is really nice but would be nice to have at least one drawer in the freezer part to put frozen vegetables. I will say that the ice maker does not work anymore but we have just got the ice out from the inside. It stopped working about 2 years ago.

In September 2014 we purchased a brand new Kenmore 26.2 cu ft French door refrigerator, purchased at Sears as a replacement for a Frigidaire refrigerator that had a damage ice/water dispenser. The refrigerator was installed October 13, 2014, and 2 days ago, the ice maker suddenly stopped producing ice. We had always have problems with low ice production, that would not keep up with 2 teenage boys using ice all day long, but it had never stopped producing ice completely.

It runs great, and never breaks down. It runs fairly quietly and isn't too noisy. It is a good size. It's big enough to store everything I need, but not too large to be overwhelming. It doesn't cost too much to run.

I purchased a Kenmore elite refrigerator less than 3 years ago. Within the first year - 2 of the drawers had the front break off. Sears did replace these. About 14 months after purchase 2 more had broken and they would no longer replace them - I could purchase new ones for $130 each. Over the next year the ice maker quit working and 2 of the other drawers broke too. A few night ago - my wife was cleaning the fridge and the door fell off. We had purchased a Kenmore elite dishwasher at the same time. That quit working in less than 2 years. I had the service tech out for $85. He told me that he would have to replace the main board and the pump for $350 and that still might not fix it. I don't think I would buy a Kenmore product again.

I have recently replaced my Kenmore refrigerator. Not because I didn't absolutely love it, it just didn't fit into my new home. It was an amazing product and gave me many years of perfect service in my previous home. I will be purchasing a Kenmore again the future.

It kept my food the correct temperature and was easy to fit lots of things in. Never had a problem. The freezer had a light too which was nice. I hate not being able to see in the freezer late at night when I'm hungry.

I loved my Kenmore! Very reliable, sturdy, and even though it's not the newest item in my kitchen, it works still very well after all these years! It's one with the Freezer box on the bottom, and it's a slide out. The top is very roomy, and there is plenty of space for all of my groceries. The top gets a little cold, sometimes freezes my items on the top shelf, but that's due to when I turn the air up too much.

My Kenmore has lasted a long time. It has a great freezer section. My food stays cold. I do not have to worry about food spoilage. I have a lot of room in my refrigerator for all of my food and condiments.

New Kenmore Elite Ice Maker Problems - Yesterday was the 4th service call for our new Kenmore refrigerator, which stopped making ice 90 days after installation. Each service technician said the problem was related to a frozen water supply line to the ice maker. Water supply would overflow onto the floor behind the fridge. One technician replaced 2 defective water supply lines to our water dispenser and ice maker. Yesterday, the technician replaced the water supply assembly to the icemaker. At this point, we have heard three defective parts in our new refrigerator. Needless to say, we regret buying a Kenmore.

Kenmore refrigerators are great. I've had my same one for about 2 years now and have had absolutely no problems with it at all. I'm very satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a refrigerator. It's well worth the price and last way longer than I thought it would.

I have two. A side by side I bought this spring after moving into this house. The existing recent model top freezer model is now in the utility room with my new Kenmore upright freezer. All 3 are excellently reliable, frost free models. The thermometers I placed in them confirm constant temperatures in both fridge and freezer compartments. I bought my first Kenmore side by side 49 years ago. I left it in a house I sold 34 years later! Reliability draws me to Kenmore. My Kenmore kitchen has a gas range and dishwasher to match the side by side. You can tell I trust and rely on Kenmore appliances.

Kenmore refrigerator we had for 10 years. Great buy!!! It lasted longer than all the other more expensive or so called "advanced" ones today. Who would buy a Samsung refrigerator or other appliance? I bought a washer and dryer from them that's already messed up within 5 years and found out the drum in the washing machine wasn't even installed correctly to begin with. When I think of Samsung I think of TVs. But even their cell phones didn't work great, as I used to work in the cell phone industry. Kenmore is a good APPLIANCE product.

Bought our refrig off sales floor at reduced cost Sears store. There were no visible signs that it was bumped or bruised, but it was a good deal and has met our needs. It has a side by side design so that the freezer section is easy to access and readily see its contents.

It was very dependable. When I had it serviced they did a good job. I had the refrigerator for 15 years. We replaced when we remodeled the kitchen. We replaced all our appliances with another brand. The refrigerator is still running in our basement.

Purchased in July, 2013 for almost $3,000. April, 2015, compressor went out. Since it was out of warranty, we had to pay for new compressor. That lasted 3 months, then another 2 times replaced the compressor. Then, in August, 2015, the computer went out. At our expense, once again, we have replaced the computer. Since that time, refrigerator has constantly had temp fluctuations. Refrigerator part goes between 45-55 degrees. Same repair company told us we have a freon leak. It has been charged 4 times & today they said they can't find a leak so it has to be something else - but they don't know what it is. Pretty sad to have been a faithful Sears customer for over 40 years & now Sears tells us - "Oh well...too bad!"

It was a great brand. Kept my food in good condition, had an very quick and efficient ice maker and very much space. I shop a lot sometimes so a refrigerator with a lot of space is very well needed. It lasted me a long time. I had insurance and warranty on the one that I purchased. I've never had a problem with it. I would definitely recommend others to buy Kenmore!

I have had my fridge for about 7 years now. I LOVE it. It has an ice maker, and a water dispenser on the outside. The fridge is on the top and the freezer is on the bottom. It is a great drawer that pulls out and has 2 large baskets. It holds more than any other top freezer I have ever owned.

When we moved 3 years ago, the previous tenants had taken all the appliances. So, since we had past experience with Kenmore, we went to Sears to replace them. The refrigerator has been good and dependable. The only bad comment I might have is that the ice maker is a bit noisy.

I trust the name Kenmore. I have a refrig. that has given me no problems for the twelve years that I have had. Around eight years ago I remodeled the kitchen and went with the Sears dishwasher. I am impressed. I used to be a GE guy until GE started to get out of the appliance business. As long as Sears does not replace their mfg I will buy more appliances when they need replaced.

My refrigerator is nearly 2 years old. Almost a year ago it developed a loud vibrating noise at certain times it was running. I've had Sears service people visit three times and whenever they were here, the noise wasn't happening, so they said that they couldn't do anything about it. One of them tightened some screws, to no avail. So I constantly put with the noise. The only recourse I have is to keep calling Sears and hope they will arrive when the noise is occurring, or luck out and get a technician who will actually look into the workings of the unit to try to get the noise to occur. Is anyone having this type of problem with their Model 71033?

It has been fine. It is a good appliance for your household and I use it quite often. I am glad to have it within my household for the use of it and help for my groceries and foods.

I do not think about the refrigerator or its functionality so therefore, I think that it is a good thing. It does what is expected with no interruptions. It is reliable and handles my cold storage needs providing adequate space and well designed interiors for placement and storage for a variety of items.

My Kenmore fridge was great, lasted 19 years until it got hit with a power surge. My only complaint was the service dept. couldn't figure out the problem two summers in a row when ice formed around the door mounted ice and water dispenser. After two different repairmen came out and couldn't figure out the problem, my Dad happened to visit and as I was showing him the problem he simply popped the gasket surrounding those areas back into place and I never had any other problems with it.

We currently own a Kenmore double door refrigerator with the under freezer pull out drawer. We have 5 children so we are always concerned about having enough space. Our Kenmore refrigerator is very spacious and gorgeous. We love it and would definitely recommend it.

I have had a Kenmore 18' Top Freezer Refrigerator for 2 1/2 months and have had no problems. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it. I purchased it from Sears and the whole process was seamless, i.e., prompt delivery and set-up, removal of old unit and initial instructions for use. The storage areas are more than adequate, i.e., door holds 2 gallon size containers, multiple half gallon containers and 24 bottles of water, as well as a covered area for butter, cream cheese, etc. There are three shelves which are more than adequate as well as a bin for meats, etc and two bins for produce with humidity adjustments. The freezer has more than adequate door storage and interior storage for frozen dinners, meats, fish, soups, veggies, breads, ice cream, etc. It is self cleaning and the coils are on the inside. Only thing missing is a freezer light.

It was just like every other refrigerator, but I never had a problem with it. The refrigerator had plenty of space and had settings for the temperature I preferred. I loved the setup of the shelving and I don't know what else to say about a refrigerator.

A good refrigerator. Performs well. Only problem with it is the unique feature of reversing the doors to different sides. Which after doing so the door won't seal shut when you close it. Minor thing that and to take it through a normal size door, to change rooms. You have to take off the whole door. Other than that you make a good product. I would like someday to try one of your fridges with automatic ice maker.

It worked well. It was of the low end models but worked amazing. There was little to not be happy with except it wasn't a fancy fridge and small freezer space but overall was a very good fridge.

We have had our freezer top fridge for over 15 years now. Only issue we had when we first bought it was trying to squeeze into our narrow doorways in the house into our kitchen. It's just now starting to go and needs to be replaced. So, with proper care, a new one could last for at least 10 years.

Happy is the feeling I get when I see the refrigerator up and running for the last 7 years. Dependable is what I feel! Have had no problems with it and it's been running for more than 7 years and a residence move. It's an appliance I shouldn't feel that I have replace because of it not working but of the Women aspect. Over the years some women and men stop loving the refrigerator and want a new one to match the home. Now this is what you have to look for. The refrigerator will last as long as your home does. It's that simple!

My Kenmore refrigerator was the best refrigerator I've ever owned. Had it for about 16 years. It always worked good. Ran quietly also. Bought another one recently. I just know it will last a long time and work great. It is also an energy saver model, which is extra benefit.

You know something, for the most part... it works and we're happy with it. I moved in here with my girlfriend 8 years ago and she said she had it at least 5 years before that. So lol, its a 13 year old fridge on the bottom with a freezer on top and a built in ice maker. Now so long as momma is happy with it... I have no complaints.

This is a question I don't like answering but I will say this. A Kenmore Refrigerator is just a working machine just as the other brands. At this time I can't honestly say one brand is more better than the next brand. I just need a refrigerator and what I have right now is working very well.

My experience was better than any other company. I have had no issues with the product whatsoever. Works great and efficient. So have any other products I've owned under this brand.

Purchased a 27 cubic ft. refrigerator July 2013. Installed by Sears and now there is a rust spot and dampness on the enclosed metal back. It's starting to rot. (Discovered when we cleaned behind it) Clearly a manufacturing defect, not enough insulation in the machine and is unrepairable the Sears serviceman reported. Also I have no recourse, didn't buy the expensive post purchase warranty. Given the run around by the people in Customer Solutions. Never buy anything again from Sears. Their products are substandard. It is clearly a manufacturing defect.

It's a great refrigerator. Meets all my needs and more. Worth way more than I paid for it. Keeps food fresh and makes food last for a very long time. Freeze and refrigerates stuff in a timely manner without any problems. Has a great overall design. Very easy to understand and really easy to use. There's no other refrigerator like it. It's 100% top of the line and really easy to install.

I love my fridge. We have had a few problems though. For one the ice maker is a bit on the slow side. We have a large family already but we also have large joint family get-togethers and ice is very important when making frozen drinks for the summertime. If the ice maker was a bit better, we more thoroughly enjoy the fridge in whole. But overall it has been a great fridge.

The Kenmore refrigerator I had was an upper freezer/lower refrigerator model that actually ran for close to 15 years before I had to replace the unit. It never broke down but it never had the extra amenities like Ice Maker. It was the only refrigerator I owned that never experienced zonal freezing, where items in the back of the fridge will freeze. Overall a steady workhorse unit.

I know I had one many years ago and don't recall ever having any problems with it. I don't remember how many cubic feet (size) or the model (top freezer, side by side, bottom freezer, etc) of it. I don't even remember what color it was.

This is a great refrigerator. I have only bought Kenmores because they last for years, rarely if ever need any maintenance, are attractive and function well. They are one of the few brands that offer refrigerators in the colors I like as well.

It's your pretty basic fridge, no bells and whistles such as ice makers. But in the 8 years or so I've had it, there have rarely been any problems that needed addressing. It does the job well and doesn't affect my electric bill in a noticeable way. And on those occasions of power outages, it manages to keep things cool/cold until the situation is sorted, so I don't have to clean it out and start over.
