KB is a fantastic builder. Everything from the sales staff to the building staff, it's an all around an amazing experience. The design studio has so much to choose from that it can be overwhelming, but in a good way. Everyone who is involved is very friendly and professional. If anyone wants to buy a house, they should do it through KB.

My overall experience with KB Home was great. As a first time homebuyer, they really simplified everything and made me feel comfortable with things I knew a little about. Everyone on the team took their time out to help and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend the staff and I am thankful for them.

This is my fourth purchase of a brand-new home from a builder. This has by far been the best of all of those experiences. I really liked being kept informed by Kerry **, Rick ** and Brandon **. I would highly recommend purchasing a KB Home because of these people. If I had it to do over, I would do it again.

KB Home has offered great service, excellent quality, and overall the best communication with their homebuyers. As a homebuyer and a real estate agent for over 20 years, they are one of the best large home builders in the industry. Our first home was a KB home 20 years ago, we were satisfied then but even more satisfied now with their work!

Overall I had a good experience with everyone involved in this process. Everyone was very easy to contact. The only issue I have is the discoloration of the concrete at the entrance of my home. I was told that over time it will blend. I'm waiting to see the change, if not, I'm sure it can be corrected. Other than that, everything is ok.

From start to finish, the KB Homes team guiding me through this process of home ownership. They were always available to answer any questions we had and continuously updated us during the construction process. It was a very smooth process and we couldn't have asked for a better group to work with!

I had the best experience with KB Home. This was my first experience buying a new home. The Sales Counselor and Mortgage Originator always got back to me very quickly if I had a question. The superintendent and builders were very dedicated to helping me get the soonest closing date. My home closed two weeks before the target closing date. I am so pleased that I had such a good experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience working with KB! They took care of everything and ensured that our home was perfect for move-in. The staff is professional and punctual- always answering our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier with our new home and owe a lot of that to the great people at KB!

The entire process, from selecting our home initially with our sales counselor at the Model Home, to selecting the materials for the inside of our home and our color scheme at the Design Studio, and watching our home be built and interacting with our supervisor were all great experiences we will remember and cherish. ????

The experience I had working with KB HOMES. I'm purchasing this house this being my first house ever purchased in my life. Made it easy, and a smooth as a transition as possible even going through delays, but finally the satisfaction of moving into our new home.

It's the staff the people who we have the constant one and one contact who really make things happen, how they speak with you, how they address your concerns, how they react to you really make or break your opinion or even your decision. We had no hitches. There was no passing the buck. Not sure if we were just fortunate in this respect but it was a smooth process. We live in New York. We met Debbie. Saw the land, we came down again. Spent a couple hours with Tyler then Johnny and Hector contacted us and it was just constant conversations with them. We landed on November 16 our next visit and there was our home, beautiful! We trusted them to take care of the building of our home and they did.

We are totally happy with our choice and decision to make Brookside community as our residence. We love the community and people here. We love the overall experience we had during process to buy our home.

The home buying and construction process with KB Home has been very positive. From Sales, to Construction, to Mortgage, the whole process was very clear and streamlined. Most of the frustration came from being a first time homebuyer and familiarizing with all the regulations, options, and legal aspects of home ownership, but the KB Home Team did their best to guide me through the process and make sure I understood all the aspects of home construction and ownership. The KB Home Team did a great job, and I would definitely recommend using KB Home as a home builder.

We have owned homes built by David Weekley and DR Horton. Both by comparison to Kb Homes, were great. We have been in our current East Village KB home for seven months now, and have only had bad experience after bad experience. Painters, framers, and drywall workers who are repairing all the jobs in our home have expressed how the craftsmanship of my home, and the others in the community are awful. We have had drywall crack in numerous rooms. We have had to have tile, that were upgrades, in both bathrooms repaired numerous times. We had to have the entire yard stripped of all sod and replaced. Constant issues with our sprinkler system. It’s one of the most regretful purchases we have ever made. We felt as if we were making one of the best purchases in our marriage with this home, to only wake up constantly feeling regret.

The signs captured our attention! We weren't even considering KB Homes nor did we know about it. We were looking at a house nearby. After we left disappointed from the open house we decided to check out the new constructions at KB Trenton Heights. The models were set close to the entrance and they looked great! But, don't judge a book by its cover. We went into the office and were greeted by a friendly and professional staff member, Christian **! We just wanted to see the models and so he guided us to them and allowed us to take our time viewing each model. We loved it!

We are so happy with our KB Home House! The entire process from pre construction to house completion went very smoothly. The staff was knowledgeable and we're happy with the construction of our home. :)

KB Home is a very reliable and well known company. They came highly recommended in the Shores Community. They have a great team of people that take care of your every concern. Our closing was quick and on promised date. All questions get answered and KB Home provides excellent warranties.

Our overall KB Home experience was excellent. This is our fourth KB home that we had built and each time it gets better. I would recommend these homes to anyone looking for a new home. Just make it your own with all the studio selections that offered to you. You won't regret going with KB Home.

KB Home really makes a good quality house. I love how nice everyone is and the floor plan options were great too! We found a plan that is absolutely perfect for our family. The design studio was so much fun! Literally putting your house together piece by piece.

I regret to say that my experience with this home builder has been nothing short of a nightmare. This was my first home purchase which should have been an exciting time in my life turned into a source of overwhelming stress. The communication was virtually non-existent coupled with appalling customer service. Despite the company’s alleged emphasis on stellar customer service, my experience has been severely disappointing. Communication breakdowns were frequent and attempts to resolve issues were met with incompetence and indifference. The disconnect between their proclaimed commitment to exceptional service throughout all aspects of their company (sales, building, customer service, warranty) and the reality of my interactions with them turned out to be nothing more than empty rhetoric.

New to the state of Texas. Looked out other mass builders like DR Horton, Centex, Lennar and Meritage homes but they all had so many lawsuits against them it scared me. Their complaint profiles were long and angry. So I ran across this KB Home builder. I did my research and they seem to have a lot less complaints against them. Their prices were similar to the 4 previously mentioned so we gave them a chance. I will say the buying process was very smooth and we closed in about 20 days...which is very quick. It is not a perfectly built has by any means but so far I believe the structure is sound. Attention to detail and the finish carpentry is not good. But it is not a custom built home and I didn't pay a custom price. My only real disappointment is that we pay a $60/month HOA here in Georgetown and there are zero amenities. Overall, so far a nice home in the fastest growing city in the US....With God's favor I think we will do just fine on resale.

KB Home has an exemplary product that they produce with exceptional staff to keep you informed and prepared for the entire process of having your custom home built for you. I could not be happier with the home I now have and I know that everything is well taken care of thanks to the fantastic staff at KB Home. Janice ** was fantastic in helping us choose our home site and type, Curtis ** was instrumental in making the home feel like ours by helping us choose our own style/design of the interior, and Ian ** was phenomenal in keeping us informed on the building process and providing information as well as ease of mind about any steps along the way.

We overall had a great experience from sales staff to our construction superintendent. Everyone was very informative, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our whole process. Our superintendent was Brandon and we had the best experience working with him. He always showed his care, compassion, and effort throughout his work. We were promised our house within 6-9 months timeframe and our home was ready right around the 6-month timeframe. Building a new home as our first home was such a great experience with the help of Brandon and Kerry. They made our experience very special and great.

From the moment we started looking to buy a new home the sales rep (Khanh) was patient and helpful. She showed us all the houses we wanted to see, and was always available for us. After that, the superintendent (Jesse) worked diligently to ensure the house was ready and perfect.

It has been an extremely easy and streamlined process. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and we were kept in the loop the entire time. Highly recommend working with Renee, Blanca, and Luis.

Overall, I am satisfied with my home buying experience with KB Homes, because all of the staff I dealt with (Bailey **, Belinda ** (Loan Dept), Orlando **), and Jeff ** were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff ** the construction manager always responds within reasonable time when contacted and takes time to listen the issue presented and take action to resolve the issues promptly. He provided me every progress of the house during the construction period, and he is very easy to work with.

We only have average experience with KB Home because we were not satisfied with the customer service after closing. We felt like they were running away. They didn't take good care of us. Plus, the quality of the house was not what we expected. We had to fix some cosmetic issues by ourselves and there are still some issues that still haven't been resolved even though we already called them.

Quickest builder ever worked with super efficient and easy to work with. Sales team and construction team are true partners and work well together to provide excellent customer service. If it were not for Jane we would have canceled the contract and looked elsewhere. She is the best!

My experience with KB Homes has been mixed. While the many staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the purchase was overshadowed by misleading information about the neighboring lot. The ongoing disruptions from construction noise have made our home almost unlivable, and KB's response to our concerns has been unhelpful, indicating a lack of customer commitment. It's been a costly lesson in "buyer beware" with room for improvement in transparency and support from customer issues.

KB home is a great company. My team took the time to help through this process. These aren't Cookie cutter homes. They aren't small. They are worth every dollar you work for. I just wish I was able to design my own home or have an input somewhere.

Got my first home ever from KB Home in SoCal. Great experience overall from the first step in to delivery. Went with KB for everything including loan, insurance and upgrades which was easy, they have everything under one roof. Being a first timer, I learnt a lot interacting with various KB agents and support staff who were all excellent. Overall quality of the build is great so far and hoping it will remain so for years to come.

We weren't sure whether we could afford a new home, but when we went into the sales office and found our dream home in the models, we knew that we wanted to try. KB Home made the whole experience pretty easy and kind of fun, too!

This has been, and continues to be, the most frustrating encounter I've ever had with a builder. Despite having a year and a half to construct the home, the same issues were repeatedly brought to their attention. The repairs carried out by KB were subpar and haphazard, resulting in the need for multiple returns, and the situation deteriorated with each attempt. We invested significant time to fulfill our obligations and be available when required, only to find them unprepared and tasks incomplete. Despite asking multiple times for confirmation of completion before our arrival, KB consistently deceived us.

Overall, the home is nice. The walls seem to be a bit thin, and the houses are really close together to where even with a garage access door it will take some effort to get a lawn mower or big items to the backyard. The overall KB experience was good.

Going with KB Home for my homebuying experience is not a decision I regret. Every Staff member was willing and ready to answer all of my questions and were not afraid to state when they did not know the answer, if they did not have an answer they looked into it right away. As usual there are some small mishaps that occurred but they resolved all of them quickly and efficiently. I would recommend others to go with a KB Home.

In my personal opinion on how the home buying process went for me and my family. I would say everything was good except the loan process. Due to some inconsistencies. Communication was not good as well. We really had a hard time there for that reason I can't personally give it a 10/10.

KB Home has a strong team dedicated to customer satisfaction at Nighthawk in Las Vegas. Our recent purchase from them is a pleasant experience. We worked with experienced sales manager Jana and design consultant Lindsay in choosing the model and upgrade options. Jordan is our capable construction manager, always on top of things. They are always ready to help. We are very happy about the quality of materials and workmanship, and the final house delivered.

Buying a KB home was a great experience. There's transparency from the very beginning. Everybody from the sales agent all the way to the construction people were very professional and hardworking. I can feel they care about their job and they take building people's home seriously.

I want to tell you my story about experiencing in KB Home is a company that does not comply with its client. Delivers the house without Percival with a promise in words that the pending details will be resolved without any problem, but it is not towards my experience. I was client for a year and a half and I have details that were never resolved although they came to see on many occasions but they never resolved it. I do not recommend doing business with KB Home. We are thrilled with the quality and design of our new home. The entire KB team from start to finish (and after) have made our buying experience hassle free and easy. We could not be happier with our decision to buy from KB!

Cons: Materials used are not great, design studio offers upgrades which are expensive, design of some of the houses is not good like bedroom structure, covered patio not facing the actual backyard, refrigerator cutout was non standard forcing buyers to either make structural changes or buy a refrigerator they don't like.

I would not purchase a home from KB Home again because their quality assurance on the process of construction was not fulfilled at delivery. In addition, their upgraded options are too expensive for the quality of the products.

This experience for me as a first time single owner/buyer had me nervous. However, from the first day I walked into the sales office and toured the model my nervousness turned into excitement. Once I signed the contract the sales team and I had a call every Friday to discuss the progress of my home. I loved meeting with the design team. That was just a fun time to pick exactly what I wanted in my home. They were also very conscious of the budget I wanted to spend for upgrades and they kept me there and helped with decisions. We really enjoyed being able to come out and watch the progress of the build. The closing process was smooth and relaxed. We have been in our home for 3 weeks and have enjoyed every minute of it. I would recommend for anyone to use KB Homes to insure that you get a quality home and wonderful people who really do care about you and the home they are building for you!!

The KB home experience is top-grade. The best thing about the experience is knowing you will receive the best quality home. From materials used, workmanship, craftsmanship, to the sales/customer service aspect. The people who make up KB (especially in the Bay Area south region) were so friendly, knowledgeable, and catered to our needs. Communication was key and they nailed it every step of the way. We bought our first home with KBHome. It's a new construction home and we didn't know much about buying process, let alone customizing the home. We were very satisfied with our buying experience. KBHome really took care of us and gave us a ton of customization options, which apparently is not a norm with other home builders. I was updated throughout the whole process during the build and we took possession of the home on the closing date promised to us when we signed the contract 6 months ago. Impressive!

Know homes was great for our first-time home-buying experience, they want to ensure customer satisfaction and they truly do! All my questions were answered in a timely matter and if it too a whole for a response it was handled professionally.

We chose a 1556 spec home and we love our house. We didn't get to pick anything out specifically except the lot, but the design team did a great job putting this house together and my Wife and I love it! The colors go well together, both inside and out, and we love that the neighborhood is coming together nicely. The open floor plan we chose really makes the house feel cozy and we're excited to live in our new home. The KB team that worked with us was great and we really appreciate the communication from all parties. Mike ** was awesome and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy in the Countryview Lilac community.

Overall this was an experience and unfortunately not a great one. Buying a home should be exciting and a dream, however this process was a nightmare once we got into the construction portion. So many delays and risk of leaving customers homeless with zero care. It is a shame that everyone else strives to do their best except that department because this is such a crucial factor in buying and completing the home to follow KB's standards and mission. However this department will hurt KB's reputation and cause home buyers to have long lasting issues within their homes. This needs to be addressed and support for buyers needs to be prioritized.

KB Home process is properly setup with keeping every small detail in mind. The overall process was very smooth and I got my questions answered in timely manner. I visited my house directly at the time of the final walk-through and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Overall, the experience was extremely dissatisfactory, primarily due to poor communication, unmet promises, compromised and substandard quality, and a lack of accountability from KB Home. It significantly impacted the satisfaction of our first home buying process with KB home. I will never ever recommend anyone to move forward with KB home if they are planning to buy their new home. From start to finish, buying our first home with KB was a great experience. We loved how quickly we were able to reserve our lot. We loved the Home Design Studio, we left there feeling so excited to see all of our options come together. For a "production " builder, KB builds a quality home. The experience was great from start to finish. Everyone we worked with from the sales staff to the construction manager were very responsive with any issues or questions we had. Given the fact we carried out this whole process from 3 states away, they made it easy and seamless.

Overall, this was not a great experience. I signed (3) three apartment leases during the construction of my home. My original date was almost an entire year off. I had complete turnover with every person I worked with at KB Home. My new sales representative couldn't be bothered to answer questions and my original loan officer had me apply to a competitor's loan website on accident (after assuring me that it was the right website multiple times after I asked) and so much more. By the time I finally made it to my orientation, someone left a door open during a storm and there was water damage throughout the kitchen. I believe I wouldn't have been as dissatisfied with the readiness of my home if I had gotten accurate updates from sales about my home pre-construction. It was a very long waiting game for me. I was disappointed that I couldn't make changes to the upgrades, especially when the backsplash was such a drastic color like pink. The communication was not what you would expect for new construction.

When I told my realtor that I was looking to go with KB, he told me that he didn't suggest it due to hearing a lot of negative feedback. I should have listened. The only thing that kept us interested was the customization.

KB Home, please be more efficient, careful and considerate of your buyers. We have serious issues with our home that we are having to pull teeth to get fixed, including a gas leak. You are all smiles and nods before a buy (we were told certain things would get fixed before move-in) but then once the deal is made you essentially abandon your residents.

Everyone from sales, to financing, to design studio, to construction made sure our house was perfectly to our liking and quickly answered questions we had. Our house was built 2 months sooner than promised.

As a first time buyer we were hesitating to make the move, however, KB Homes made the process very easy. The staff was very pleasant to work with and there was ample communication throughout the process. We are happy with our purchase and feel confident that our new home has warranty backed by KB Homes. We would recommend friends and families to choose KB Homes when they are in the market for a new home.

Overall we are satisfied with our home-buying journey. It was important for us to be able to customize the construction of our home and KB has given us so many options. Construction was timely and met most of our expectation. The construction team were reliable and communicated with us regularly. They answered all our questions and when they didn't know, they took the time to find the answers.

The first process with KBHS was very awful for a couple of stuff that happened during the process, but after the case was escalated, everything started to run better. Sales was awesome giving to us updates and information during all the process. We never feel alone in this way. For the KBHS side, Victoria really helped us after the thing went tough in a couple of situations. In the side of construction, Michael was our eyes and ears because he always kept us informed of everything and never fail with the updates. All the things that I tell him was worked and fixed. For now, if in the future I will buy another house, definitely I will choice KB Homes again, and If will be with the same team, without any doubt.

We had a great home buying experience with KB Home. Their representatives (sales, construction, design studio, customer service, loan processor and originator) were all professional, helpful and provided great customer service. When we encountered minor issues with our new home, construction and customer service staff resolved our issues right away. They also provided weekly updates on our home which includes pictures. We just felt that we had to repeat request or stay on top of the upgrades that we did. The fact that you don't include a toilet door in the master bath is insane. Would never have thought that was an upgrade. Especially after we did upgrade the master bathroom. We are not first-time homeowners, so I think that helped us know what to look out for. I think if you are you could be very confused.

Our sales contact Jason was great and we are sorry we didn't expand on that earlier in this review. As I stated earlier I was not comfortable going with such a large builder especially after reading about earlier 2015 issues, however, it was Jason's confidence in his employer and the quality of product they produce that changed my mind and closed the deal.

KB Home have made our move out of state as flawless and smooth as it could've been. We were so content with the entire process, and they were so honest and genuine. There was no secrets or hidden fees or problems from signing the contract, the building of our home, HOA rules, finish date, and closing date. They checked up on us weekly to not only update us on the house but to how we were doing personal. Overall we are pleased with the entire process and the commitment to communication that was showed to make this experience very enjoyable. David our salesman was great. It is a spec home so you can't expect the best. We had 2 warranty issues in the first year and the customer service rep, Heather ** was terrible. The first was, when there was a power outage, our fire alarms went off and we could not shut them off. All Heather did is argue, for a month, about everything. And then, in the end, she finally sent an electrician out. It was a bad alarm unit which I had been saying from the beginning. Second issue is our fence gate not working correctly. The fence guy fixed it once and that failed. After many arguments with Heather, we are getting it fixed at our own expense. I told Heather not to come around our Home again.

The best thing about KB is the price and design of the home. I truly believe it's the best on the market. The only thing left to be perfect is really attention to detail - there is so much we need to look out for to make sure that they get fixed. It would be great if those things were already addressed. Even at our final walkthrough there were things from the inspection that hadn't been addressed. They got taken care of shortly so it was no problem - but it put a lot of pressure on us to make sure things are getting done and in some cases bringing them up over and over again.

Overall the experience was what we expected. Things moved quickly and sales and finance staff was superb throughout the process. House was done sooner than anticipated- overall we are happy with it but we wished the construction team paid closer details and took more time with finishing touches and installations.

Lingering backyard issue has left a bad taste especially when it's health and safety issue as well. I could have ignored other small items had this not been an issue. But, at this time I am forced to think every small and big issue and it's not a good feeling right now. I am concerned for myself and my family. I had few more friends potentially looking at buying in the next phase. I am not sure if I want to commend now.

There are always small details that pop up in every home buying experience, from the construction of the home to the mortgage phases. Every issues was assessed and corrected promptly. We were treated very well by the staff at KB Home and are very very happy in our "forever" home!

It is more so the underwriters that's making it hard for both parties. How can the mortgage processor give the buyer a clear answer when they are holding business up. I felt like they was procrastinating on the items they needed instead of, just making a list. Very poor on the end and wanted to walk away. This is not the First time I bought a house. The experience was not pleasant with then.

Being in the industry and running warranty for another builder, makes me glad that Katy offers such a great warranty for the home. Also, in my particular subdivision both my construction managers are great. You don't get that type of attention from other builders, especially the ones that I used to work for.

Anyone else with a KB Home get a dumpster door installed IN THEIR BRAND NEW HOUSE? RIDICULOUS. JUNK. Been sitting with this door for about 6 months....Along with a SLEW of other problems. Do NOT close on a house where there are things wrong...Empty promises...8 months and they cannot even fix the simple things...Shall we get to the $3000 "appearance" allowance we were offered to just leave everything as it is??? That does not even cover the upgrade to my tile floors which have issues!!! There is so much more....I did not spend nearly $400k on my forever home to deal with this type of incompetence. They start a project in the home, break 3 or more things and move on leaving us in worse shape than when they started!

My experience with KB Home is quality in building homes. They also build homes with necessary things already included such as solar energy, EV chargers and back yard. It looked very attractive to me at my decision to buy a KB Home. Sales staffs are friendly and knowledgeable in helping us all the time even during their day-off, always available for me. We bought our new house 8 days ago. We saw water leaking from roof in hall. We have master bathroom just above our hall. When we complained they came in, removed everything from wall and saw water created fungus everywhere so they removed everything and to find leak they removed the tiles from bathroom and found they have 3 leaks in master bathroom. Which was created due to use of long nail from other side. They are now doing patch work and fixing everything. I feel I didn't buy a 1.2M house to have a patch work on wall and pipes. Over that they are not willing to compensate anything. They kept wall dryers on for 3 days which consumes lots of electricity and had lots of water drained and most important our time and inconvenience.

We worked with many excellent people at KB Homes but the construction process was long, extremely frustrating, and poorly managed. We had non stop construction issues and delays with very little (if any) communication. Getting issues resolved was an exhausting process. The

KB Home buying policies are designed to trap you into a commitment. You have little information until you are locked into a sales contract with a non-refundable deposit. Had I seen the design studio prior to submitting the deposit, we would not have purchased a KB Home. The construction materials they use are sub-standard. There is little attention to detail in the design of the home. As an example, the air conditioning unit is placed right outside of the main bedroom window rather than between the two. Had it been placed two feet in either direction, this would not be an issue. In short I would caution people when purchasing a KB Home.

I bought from KB because of the lot and where it's located. If not for that, probably I would have find other options. House is ok but the upgraded kitchen cabinets feels and look flimsy. Not worth the upgrade. I wish I didn't upgraded and spent more than 2,000 dollars. Lots of chips and some are misaligned.

After visiting various KB homes and other newly constructed properties, it's evident that the quality of new construction has notably deteriorated. We were initially enthusiastic about the KB Home experience, especially after seeing impressive homes several years ago. However, the actual experience fell far short of our expectations. We strongly believe that choosing the right contractors is crucial in ensuring quality construction.

Everything and everyone were great. One thing that we found stressful some credit was supposed to be given to us toward our closing cost with outside lender. This was signed and approved by Stephene **, owner representative but she didn't honor her promise right before closing. She also never replied to our emails about the credit that was signed on the contract. We had a few days to close and no respond from her. My outside Loan officer was shocked with this unprofessional behavior. At that time, we canceled our loan to save us money for the closing cost. Richard, Phillip, Ruby and Debbie have worked so hard and were best part of this home-buying experience. If the option would have been 100, I would have given these four professionals. 100/100.

We lived in MN when we decided to build a retirement home in FL. We made many, many trips to FL researching areas & builders. We had a list of 12 builders and after several tours of model homes, we had narrowed it down to 2 builders, KB being 1 of those. We flew back to MN armed with a ton of information on these 2 builders. What it ultimately came down to was location & cost. We flew back to FL for 1 last tour of model homes & visits with salespeople and we finally made a decision & went with KB. Are we ever happy we did! Our salesman, Jamie, was extremely knowledgeable & very patient as we had a lot of questions. He assisted us in our lot choice, which is absolutely beautiful! We put our trust in KB to deliver us, our dream home & they did not disappoint. We luv the finishes we chose, location & community. They stand behind their product & we could not be happier!

Saving grace were the people KB has working for their jobs and sales. Certain construction people didn't care enough about our home to give it their best, and this just makes me so sad. We are not the complaining type, but I think some better training or better hiring is in order. Thank you for giving me this platform to voice my concerns. If you would like to fix these things (too late, I know) I would love it. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE REGARDLESS.

My process working with KB Home was like a rollercoaster going super high and then dropping down right after construction started on the home. The materials used to build the framing of my home had black mold, and chunks of wood were missing. I just thought the skeleton of the home is so important, yet it seems like the cheapest materials were used then you put beautiful makeup on the outside the hide any flaws on the inside. My stair rail gives me splinters, it's very rough and not at all smooth. The tiles have paint splatters all over them, and my windows are crooked. Look it's not a million-dollar home by any means, so I'm not expecting perfection. I was however expecting to receive a product similar to the beautiful model home they had on display. That home was built beautifully, then I felt like they made a cheap copy of it and sent it to me to sign off on. I was just sad.

The process from start to finish was phenomenal. We never felt pressured to do anything and everyone was honest. I used to work in real estate and I know from experience that people are reluctant to go through a new home process because of all the unknowns, the waiting periods, sales haggling, etc. I never once felt that with this home buying experience. Everyone was humble, hard working, honest, and reassuring.

My family was moving from Florida. KB Homes made the move across the country peaceful. We knew as a family exactly what was waiting for us when we arrived. A beautiful brand new home that we could start new.
