Our KB home is beautiful, great quality, build and value for our money. KB team kept us informed throughout the phases of our home. Great team work. I highly recommend KB Home, they do excellent work.

Great to work with overall, just need some polishing up on the communication side. We felt that we would get ignored for a couple of days if we asked a question but if your side needed something, we would get bombarded. It would have been nice if it was equitable on both sides.

Super happy with KB and their whole team. We love our home and can't wait to make all of the memories..and equity! Lol ;) Also our lot is the perfect size backyard for our pup! We actually have a great backyard which is rare these days with new builds!

My overall experience was outstanding. Everyone throughout pre-purchase, during purchase, and post-purchase responded to inquiries, questions, issues very quickly and resolved in a timely manner. KB has set the standard of what a customer's experience should be!

Starting this process while still residing in Hawaii added a layer of stress that Jared, Brent and the KB Team helped to ease. Considering that this home is a "value" home, I never really expected such red-carpet treatment. Not only that, but KB offered many more "high end" features for this home than the others I looked at. I did a lot of research before I decided to go with KB Home & I'm glad I did. It's truly a "one stop shop" if you want it to be! (Building, home loans, homeowners insurance etc.) The entire experience from signing the contract to building my home to moving into it was something I will be forever grateful for. They really go above & beyond to make you feel like family, and provide you with weekly updates, photos, videos during the construction process. The design studio (where you get to see the colors & options in person) was fantastic, something I'd never encountered before when building a home, and I appreciated being able to do that. If you are searching for a home builder, look no further, they are rated in the top 5 home builders in FL for good reason!! (I'm in Southwest Florida.)

The lending experience with KB Home almost made us pull out of the process completely. There was such a limited explanation on how mortgages worked, how our numbers would change with how much we put down, and what the best "bang for our buck" might be in how we could allocate funds. We almost went with a different lending company, too, but the only reason we gritted our teeth and used KBHome Lenders was because they offered the $30k in credits towards the home purchase.

KB Home is very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. I loved creating the perfect home for my family with the design studio and having so many helpful hands along the way made the building process very seamless.

This was my first time buying a brand new home so I didn't know what to expect and have nothing else to compare it to. I must say that I'm extremely happy with the how my home turned out and I enjoy all of the extras that I paid for. The process was excellent and so was everyone that I encountered during the process. KB home has excellent and knowledgeable sales staff. They will also guide you through the process step by step and answer any and all questions you may have. However, when it comes time for inspection and the walk-through, it is very much on yourself to find everything that you want to be fixed and you will definitely miss things.

The close went well considering I was an all cash buyer. The final walkthrough was handled with detail and everything was communicated well. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase of a KB home. I just needed one warranty thing done with replacing the shower valve in the primary bathroom.

I heard about the KB Home from my friend who purchased a house a year ago. Since my visit to the KB home, it has been a process with experience that we can't describe in words. I am soooo happy I went with KB Home. The overall customer service was excellent! The quality of our home is exactly what we wanted. We never felt pressured which made us very comfortable with all of our decisions. Overall, our experience with KB home was good. We always got answers from staff and they were helpful throughout the whole process. We are impressed with the quality and precision of the build itself and they went above and beyond each week to keep us updated with what stage our house was at. KB has been deliberately untruthful during the home buying process. They purposefully mislead potential home buyers and end up leaving them high and dry. Our displeasure with KB is not just confined to one person, but KB employees and management as a whole. We have been lied to and told that a mistake made by KB, due to their lack of training or employee management, is our fault and our realtor's fault. Ridiculously, KB has not even offered a proper apology for their extreme lack of professionalism and continued deceptive practices. We wish we could rate the whole experience with a 0; we will not (nor will our realtor) EVER recommend a KB home to anyone and we will continue to voice our dissatisfaction with KB's treatment of home buyers.

We were late to the home building process but George and Katrina and the whole KB Home team was so helpful and reassuring throughout the entire escrow period. It was obvious that they value customer satisfaction over all else. I would trust KB Home with any new build in the future.

The housing market has changed and home prices are much higher than pre-pandemic prices. I can honestly say that I am thrilled with the house, the lot, the warranty, the location and the service and support it comes with. I don't believe in the saying "You get what you pay for" because all too often we pay more than we should for what we receive. I came up with an alternate saying "You rarely get more than you pay for." I believe this home is a great home, I am very happy here and believe I got more than I paid for, especially when I consider all the members of the KB Home team that worked tirelessly to make it all happen, and also when I consider buying other homes, like used homes, or other new homes that are not kb home. Thank you kb home!! Would definitely recommend kb home to friends and family.

Me and my wife moved from out of state with our newborn, our agent found us a great lot and house through KB, we put in a offer the same day, everything was going smoothly until they contacted us about their financing. Without too much detail, they were extremely paranoid that we were just going to rent the house out and not physically move in? They were extremely hard to deal with after we went with our private financing. Then they caused us to rearrange our entire finances due to further "problems" costing us far far far more out of pocket than anticipated. Overall The sales team and the build team were great, the house is beautiful, love the location. I've bought and sold many homes and have had far worse and far better experiences. Don't be afraid to shop with them in the end but be prepared for the potential of some hoops.

Having previously owned a KB home in which we loved to building our new KB home 6 years apart we saw many differences. Our sales representative, Travis, was wonderful. Travis is knowledgeable and always answered questions in a timely manner, even when he was off. We appreciated that very much! We liked that we could customize the home to what we wanted. The design studio was our favorite part of the whole journey. We wished there were more lighting/fixture options and could have chosen a higher grade paint than what is offered. We could upgrade the color, but that's not what we wanted. We like the standard alabaster, just wanted a better quality of paint used.

Excellent service. We find a few issues in the house but they have been fixing the problems very quickly. I will recommend KB homes, they told me, "Wherever you find wrong let us know and we will get it fixed."

We purchased our first home with KB and had an overall great experience. The loan process all the way to closing was smooth. They did make sure to address all issues with the house before we closed and moved in. Everything is addressed in a timely manner. They do care a lot about the customers and make sure they are happy with the house.

I loved how they communicated with us every step of the way, we moved from Canada so it was a lot more challenging with appointments being virtual but they did awesome with showing us our home through the entire building process, they called us weekly with updates as well we got photos sent weekly. We really loved every experience we had. Everyone was very friendly to us and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions/concerns.

I think of KB as a "cookie cutter" "box" builder. We did not expect the attention to detail and 5 star treatment from Theo and staff. We did buy a spec home, so we didn't go through the build experience. As a spec buyer, the process was made easy.

We really loved our experience as first-time home buyers. KB's staff were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are generally satisfied with the craftsmanship of the final product and pleased with the post-sale customer service so far. However, we wish KB had offered more upgrade options, such as whole-house wood shelves and bathroom vanity lights. We also hope for higher quality in the interior doors and under kitchen cabinet lights.

Overall, I am happy to have selected my lot and to build the plan I like most with the desired upgrades. However, the upgrade options are quite limited, and it would be beneficial to have more choices available. Unfortunately, the price variation for the same house model in different locations within the same city is significant. Additionally, it would be more helpful if the loan processing team could provide more accurate and detailed information upfront.

I love my home and mostly had a good experience with the building process. My home was well built and on time. KB frontline employees were great. Upper management was not. An issue arose 3 weeks before closing and upper management made it clear that business was more important than the customer. KB skews the review process. They aren't interested in true and accurate reviews. It was made clear to me that anything less than a 10 negatively affects the employees on the frontline. How unfair when the upper management were the failures, not the frontline employees.

Please consider the quality of work from the bottom up and not the top down. It doesn�t matter how many pencil pushers suggest changes and choose new designs for homes or coffee for the office. When the workers contracted do a quick sloppy job, the product will always be substandard.

Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the contracting process. Once construction started, the construction manager was on top of all of the subcontractors. The home is very energy efficient for its size and is well constructed. We feel like the homes are fairly priced.

We purchased a home in a new development in Tucson after our adult daughter and her husband moved there. The overall development is fantastic with lots of amenities and great for raising a family. The house is well built and as expected for a production home from a volume builder. It is very comfortable, efficient, and beautiful. The best part is that it is a low-maintenance home mostly due to the limited yard and desert landscaping.

KB home staff was very professional and helpful throughout the buying process. We like the size, the material selections, appearance and overall finish quality of our house. The curb appeal and the appeal when entering the house is very positive.

I was told my original close date was 2/28. I was then told week by week it would be ready to close and I have all of the emails from the title company. I moved halfway across this country and was held in limbo for over 2 months until we actually closed on the home. I lost over $30,000 in missed wages because I put my two weeks notice in being assured that 2/28 the home would be complete. I have recommended KB to many people but I will no longer recommend them to anyone. I did not receive my 10k builder incentive that I am entitled to and I feel that I have been cheated.

My overall experience with KB was exceptional. This was my husband and I first home-buying experience and they helped us every step of the way, from the sales team to the construction team. Of course, there was some stressful moments due to the process itself but it was well worth it. KB was awesome!

My KB Home buying experience has been good. My recommendation is to find your own lender as the KB lenders didn't do their job and cancelled on us after dragging out the process to buy our home. But if you need the right person to find the right house for you contact Kerry at the front office and if you have issues with the house (siding damage, replacement stove, etc.) Brandon is your man to get it done right and in the timeline you need.

Great neighborhood: hard to find a flat stretch of land like this in the Seattle Metropolitan Area. We signed our contract before the construction began. So, the sales staff was meticulous about sending us weekly pictures and updates all through the process. They were also quick to respond to text/emails. KB even had a dedicated design studio in the Seattle area, which helped us a lot in choosing the options that we like. Some options were a little expensive, but that could be on us for not being in touch with inflation, current pricing trends, and post-pandemic shortage of every item that goes into home construction. There were a few issues during the 1st walkthrough, but the customer service team was quick in getting them fixed before the keys were handed over to us.

From the first time we stepped inside the sales office to the moment we got our keys, the Sonrisa AZ team was amazing. If it weren�t for Angela on the sales team we wouldn�t have found our dream home. Shelby in the loan department made the dream a reality. Ryland in the construction team made sure everything was perfect and up to his standards. The entire team made the home buying process enjoyable.

Everyone at KB Home Shadow Mountain in Menifee were great to work with. Amy our sales counselor treated us like family from the start and checked in with us after we moved in. The loan process with KB Home Loan went great and Jason and Marco kept in up to date regularly and got the loan closed in time for the expecting move-in date. The construction manager, Daniel, kept us up to date during the construction of our home and has kept in touch to ensure any repair items we fixed to our satisfaction.

The overall experience was generally good. Sales, constructions, and loan teams were attentive, responsive, kind and always looked out for what is best for us. The few hiccups I would say is the lack of clarity when the house was delivered. The effects of settling of the home could've better been explained to avoid worry. The biggest issue has been the long gaps of response by the claims team.

We love our home, but have had a challenging experience working with KB to have faulty work fixed on over a dozen items. We had to close on an unfinished house and have struggled to have the remaining items be closed out on, even with several layers of leadership up to the VP assuring us personally our home would be finished soon in order to coerce us into closing on our closing date. Poor communication has been a central theme and created a negative experience I hope to never have again during the home buying experience.

Working with KB Homes with the construction of my new home met all my expectations. I was advised of its progress with weekly updates that included pictures and videos. The sales and construction staff were always available to answer questions and provide information.

I love my home. In the first few weeks, we started running into problem after problem. We needed almost every vendor to come back out to do repairs. Had to take time off work to get things done but the person we worked with was great and made sure that all our problems were fixed. It has been about 7 weeks since we got our keys and almost everything is fixed. Now I'm able to enjoy my house.

Home was good quality for price. Customer service was very good. Do a thorough inspection during the walk through. There were many small issues that needed to be resolved prior to purchase. KB gladly fixed everything but we as customers had to point it all out. These were simple issues that could have been resolved prior to our inspection. The sales team appears to have rush the last leg of construction and a lot of small details needed to be corrected.

Buying a KB was the best decision we have made! We were assigned a great sales, mortgage, construction & customer service team that really went above and beyond all expectations. Our Superintendent, Tony, really made us feel like our home was the main priority although it was very evident that all homes in our community were built with integrity. We were lucky enough to purchase our home when it was just a dirt lot & our sales officer, Lizette, was extremely patient with us & helped us pick out the best lot choice for our needs. Even our mortgage officer, Jason, made sure to take the time & explain every detail to us during the whole process. Seriously regret buying from these guys. As soon as the keys were handed to me, it's been non-stop issues. Everything in the house like plumbing, hvac, and irrigation needed several visits from techs to fix. Everyone in the neighborhood has had 1-2 flat tires from their construction crews leaving trash and nails everywhere. The amenity center is half the size of the concept design that was presented before purchasing. I've been paying HOA fees for 3 years now without a single amenity. Their reps never return calls either. Truly awful company to work with.

Everyone is extremely honest and professional at KB Homes. The information provided was consistently reliable, with no unexpected developments. This is what I appreciated the most. We ended up buying a dream home with a very smooth buying process.

The last 12 months have been stressful and frustrating. If I were to do it all over again, I would not choose new construction. I would at least find a newly constructed home and buy that instead of stressing for a whole year throughout the whole construction process and loan process as seeing rates increase in the market we faced. The fear of signing the contract and having to back out because of rate increases was no longer affordable and just losing our deposit.

All around people's communication skills were lacking and the homes are WAY overpriced for the quality you get. They are really taking advantage of the market situation to basically rob people. Also the "planned community center" is a joke! Way too small for a communities that will have at least 108 homes or more.

Ain't going to lie. We were very hesitant to buy from KB. We moved to SA in 1999. I had read about the legal troubles KB had in the early 2000s. This is our 4th home and have only used Continental/D.R Horton, and Pulte. After researching Top Builders in Texas/USA we saw that KB had made substantial gains in the industry and was in the top 10 on some of our searches.

The start of this process was met with challenges, having to deal with the loan officer. The walk through pointing out numerous problems that were never attended to or conveyed to who needed to make the repairs. Carpets throughout were stained. The inconvenience of the carpet replacement is huge! We have been living in chaos for nearly 2 months. I am about to pay a second mortgage and my brand new home is barely habitable. This is a major purchase and we have been treated like this is the standard. We can't have family or friends over to see our new home. This is not what we imagined. Let me add, for you to say, "be fair and accurate" in my response is insulting and leads to an assumption that I might lie. I was fair it could have been worse. I have been a fan of KB homes but I cannot recommend this builder.

This is our 4th home buying experience overall and first with KB Home. Communication is key for us and the KB Home staff are excellent. We were given weekly updates and photos of construction progress as well as community updates. Any questions were answered very quickly (usually within minutes). We used KBHS Home Loans and the process was seamless. The experience left us feeling very happy with our choice.

I had a wonderful experience with KB. The KB team from sales to the construction team was always very attentive and responsive. Any questions or concerns were always addressed with urgency. The team was approachable, friendly and really took time to acknowledge me as a new home buyer.

My only feedback is to train your staff to achieve service expectation levels the company expects. We could tell when a person had been with KB for years and when a person was NEW to the field and lack knowledge and training. Sandi ** sent us emails but never actually called us to introduce herself, not sure why send automated emails if not even a phone call could be made. Remember - You can teach any skill but if a person does not have the right attitude from the heart a company will not be successful. Hiring the correct talent is also important. Consider Guy **, Tone S and Mike as an example of exceptional customer service and maybe the ones to provide the training.

I came to KB Home skeptical of buying a tract instead of a custom home, and fretting about asking the HOA, "Daddy May I" before designing the exterior landscaping. KB made me a believer. Instead of pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into making someone else's custom home into what I wanted, and worrying about hidden big problems, I started with a brand new place with one year warranties (or more) in case something breaks. So far, the HOA is reasonable, and I no longer have to worry about unattended dogs barking all night long like I suffered through with my former two-floor custom home.

KB Home Discriminates against disabled home buyers by not following the American with Disability act (ADA). They refused to do anything for my home and others. No small ramps, carpet removed, or doors widened. The carpet removed and doors widened was on the upgrade list, so we paid big bucks for it. How can a company so large get away with this? We live in the Buena Vista Complex in San Antonio.

I felt a helping hand in each stage of the Home Buying process. Starting from the day we visited and decided to move ahead to buy a home in that place, the sales people was very careful to set my expectation right at each stage. I found the sales folks (especially Liz) to be truthful, honest and straight forward. Phala went out of her way to make sure I get the mortgage in time before my interest rate lock expires. Another important fact is the folks internally also works with lot of co-ordination. Relaying messages and instructions to another person through another was always delivered promptly and properly.
