The staff that my husband and I met were great. Always polite, professional and helpful. Juwana ** is the reason we have our home. When Juwana told me about Vida Costera I really wasn't sure if I wanted to live there because the houses were not going to be ready in our time frame. Also, I was not interested in the square footage of the houses that were going to be ready in February. Juwana said just go and look at the layout Betty the way the house is laid out makes it seem bigger. I took her advice and I am glad I did because we are living in that house and I LOVE IT. Thanks Juwana for giving me a little push. Also, Brandon is the best, always professional and efficient. He always kept my husband updated on the homes progress and always took care of our concerns. Thanks to all the KB staff that helped us to make this journey of becoming home buyers more easy.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If some one did not know the answer to a question, they got back to me with an answer. I love my KB home, what was not perfect was fixed immediately. I am happy with the entire experience.

All the employees that helped in the different stages of the process were helpful and very informative. All employees were friendly and welcoming since the beginning, making my experience, as a first time home-buyer, a great one! Especially with my Lender, Rocio, who really helped me understand everything and helped out during that little hiccup we had with the bank before closing. She made sure I was up to date with the whole process and gave me clear information regarding what was going on and what needed to be done in order to close escrow. As mentioned, every employee was/has been very friendly and helpful, assisting me in a very timely manner and always responding my questions and concerns. I am very pleased I ended up choosing KBH.

Other than not being able to meet the initial closing estimate Date, due to outside circumstances that couldn't be avoided, my overall buying experience with KB HOMES was excellent. It was an experience I will never forget.

The staff at KB Home was excellent from day 1 starting with Joseph ** (sales), moving along to Dahlia ** (loan agent), and all through out with Kyle ** (construction superintendent). We were always kept informed throughout the process of our build. Kyle and Joe sent weekly videos with updates that were made to the build. Dahlia was also super helpful in helping us understand the loan process and was always available to answer our questions.

We liked the home options and getting to select different things...The layout was nice...Lower priced houses would have led to different house selection... Staff was very good all through the process.

Our journey began in San Diego, CA. Like many other Californians, the cost of living began taking a toll on us. Our dream of owning a home seemed to slip further and further. After finding a new job in Orlando, we decided to take a leap of faith and relocate across the country. We had never been to Florida, nor knew anyone there. Our Realtor, Disney **, became our first contact. She guided us through the home buying process for an entire year, always answering questions, offering helpful tips and suggestions. Our family encountered many challenges that year. However, Disney never gave up on us.

KB Home provided a superior home with no pressure and the experience just made my wife and I want to come to see our home (and the staff) several times before closing. The staff made us feel comfortable and we truly appreciated that.

After speaking to several other builders, I selected KB Home for several reasons. First, I liked their designs much better than others. Second, they were much more responsive in returning my communications. Third, but maybe first overall, KB HOME had no problem working with me even though I was living in Philippines. And finally, after considering other builders we decided KB HOME simply offered the best deal overall. I still feel that way today and I am sure that opinion will never change. If I ever build another new home KB HOME will be first choice.

This was my first home purchase and KB Home really keeps their team accountable and making sure they are held to a high standard for the way they take care of their clients. Everything felt like it was quality service that I was receiving from all the different teams. It was a very good experience buying a pre-built home from KB. It was delivered complete, on time, and without much hassle. The personal approach by the sales, construction and DUP coordination personnel was very commendable. Definitely would recommend KB Home to new buyers.

When representatives of your establishment fall short of what I consider basic job skills, it is truly unacceptable. More measures should be taken to protect customers like us. Given this experience, I would not recommend anyone to make a purchase from your establishment.

I bought my first home with my partner from KB. The home buying process and final product were disappointing to say the least. Staff were nice and cordial, but that alone does not make for a good experience. House was obviously rushed out with no regard to our satisfaction with the product. Even when we delayed our closing by two whole weeks to fix major issues, there were still many more found upon moving in. We only signed off as we were running out of time on our timeline to move in. It has been sad in what was supposed to be an incredible milestone for us. Please consider a different builder.

My home-buying experience with KB Home was rough. I am a first-time home buyer, and I did not know how the process worked; I was hoping to have support from the sales staff through this process, but they lacked initiative and only made it more complicated. From the beginning, I had to follow up with the sales staff to know what was going on. At one point, Belinda didn't follow through on requesting documents from me after I frequently asked her if she needed anything on my end. Because of that, she tried to change me to a different lot after I signed and paid for my lot. This lot was going to be more expensive and in a location I did not like. She tried to blame it on me by claiming I had not been to the Design Center when in reality, the sale fell through because she needed some documents from my bank that she had not requested in time. If she had done things right, the design center would have called in time to schedule my appointment. I had to escalate the situation to keep the lot I had signed and paid for.

Please add the option for level 5 drywall and make sure the drywall is straight. Please make sure the construction manager around during the pouring of the foundation. For Texas dig deeper. Blow the mud until you hit limestone so the house cannot get foundation issue relating to the condition of the mud. Other than that no. I have had good experience. My final construction manager was Excellent. Always got back to me within the hour.

Honest, and very straightforward experience, truly a unique buying process for new homes where you get to customize your own home, built the way you want, how you want, with whatever features you want. Felt like a one of a kind house that was built when the whole process was all said and done.

I love my home, but it is far from perfect. Throughout the buying, construction and delivering process I was told by KB employees that they are striving for a 100% on the survey. This set my expectation really high, will it be 100% perfect on closing day? When closing day came, it was not 100% too many things wrong with it. Although during orientation I was assured that managers walked my home to make sure it was perfect, It was not.

Malissa is wonderful! Very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire sales process. The homes at the foothills are really nice and built with quality and you can tell the entire staff really cares about the entire buying experience and delivering a quality home. The neighborhood is great and very well kept. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.

KB is a great building company to choose. I had a good experience from the beginning to the end. All of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Frank my sales guy make this process less stressful and he was awesome!!!

James our sales agent was welcoming as soon as we stepped foot into the model home office. He showed us the model homes and then what properties were move in ready since that was what we're looking for. He explained the process from start to finish and made sure to answer all our questions. James even got us a fridge, washer, and dryer to be added into our closing deal how freaking incredible is that.

The whole process was as smooth as possible, and my home was built much quicker than originally stated which I was more than pleased about. The teams worked well together, and only wanted to see my house be built in the way that I envisioned.

We chose to go with this new KB neighborhood for two reasons: price and lot size. The cost to build a brand new home and choose what we wanted for the same or less expensive than comparable existing homes was a huge draw. Also, the space we have between us and our neighbors on each side is unmatched, especially for a newly built neighborhood. Now that the home is done, we love it. The process to get here however was more difficult than it should have been. Communication is not a strength. KB also does not have much experience with trusts so if you are dealing with a trust to purchase, either stay away or prepare to constantly be chasing down and redirecting emails/calls, etc.

The KB Staff were very instrumental in helping us through this complicated process of home purchasing. Between the KB sales, lender, builder, customer service, and design team, they provided us with excellent and professional service. KB team were very knowledgeable and addressed every concern and questions we had throughout the entire process promptly.

Overall, everyone that we interacted with displayed a professional sense of commitment to her/his responsibilities. The house was ready in record time and I was kept informed of the progress at every stage. We are happy that we went with KB for our home purchase.

We found KB floor planning the best of few, meeting our needs and we glad it was our selection. Talking and planning the process with sales counselor was easy and informative. Design studio gets us a big help to make proper selection to see our home as we like. Construction team walked us through the whole process and provided with updates and timely responded to our concerns. The sales team needs a better approach or training. For the most part it was a very positive experience, and once we got a different construction project manager, we had better communication. The finance team was fantastic the entire time, as well as the design studio. If it wasn't for the finance team, Gina and Tracy, we likely would have walked. Our experience with Kathryn ** was so bad.

KB Homes built my family and I a beautiful home in a swift timeframe. Jackie, a sales staff representative, made sure my wife and I got exactly the plan and home we were looking for. We didn't need to use the design studio, as the 5br3ba spec home was already perfect for our needs. Billy, our superintendent, was extremely easy to talk to and request updates from. He made sure our home was built with a high level of integrity and pride.

I would like to give KB a score of 10 out of 10. As I previously mentioned, the builder has taken into account every factor that is truly important for all home buyers, including high-quality materials, efficient lot utilisation, and timely delivery.

We would only feel comfortably with this move if the home was as nice as the one we were leaving. Well, we found that not to be an issue with KB Home. My wife and I were wanting to move closer to our children and grandchildren, but we had certain standards that we did not want to sacrifice.

We were very surprised to find that the home buying process was not pushy. We were able to point out any flaws at the walkthroughs and issues would be addressed as many times as needed until we were happy. Any small items found during the walkthrough were fixed at final walkthrough. Construction team is very responsive and getting fixes done promptly.

KB has exceeded the expectations. From the beginning, I was sent pictures of how the house looked at any given time and random communications about the process. It made the process personal. I was anxious and excited and the workers collaboratively were very good at assuring us.

KB Home provided a wonderful experience from start to finish! As a first time home-owner, I was quite nervous about the process but the KB staff, from from sales to construction and everything in between, did a great job at making me feel comfortable, prepared, and excited for this step! I really enjoyed the design studio experience and how easy it was to make my home a reflection of my own style!

The things that me and my wife liked about KBH is studio and the way they let us render our house in front of us and customize it according to likes and dislikes. This feature is not available in every home building company and that one of the major reasons we went for KBHS and also referred 2 of our Family members in Houston to buy from KB.

From start to finish, there was always someone on the team ready to answer questions and help us understand the process. It's hard to wait for something you want and are dreaming of for months. However, if it would have been rushed, it wouldn't have been done correctly. We were informed each and every step of the way. The people we got to work with were genuine, knowledgeable and courteous! That, to us, was so important. It helped balance the good with the bad. Nothing is ever going to be done perfect, on time or without mistakes but it did get done and we do love it and they are fixing the mistakes!

I would like to thank everyone at KB for allowing my family and I to have a great experience during this home-buying process. I am a first-time home buyer and was expecting this experience to be dreadful. On the contrary, it was a great experience where all I had to do was follow the clear instructions I was given by the professionals who were helping me along the way. From the beginning to the end of this process, I felt very comfortable because I was kept updated on a weekly/daily basis on how everything was coming along. The KB professionals who helped me did an excellent job.

On Saturday December 23, 2023, my family and I toured the KB model homes on Dobbins Road in Phoenix Arizona. We’re first time home buyers and were excited at the prospect of getting a new build. We were extremely serious about moving forward and interested in choosing a lot however, Jackie, the sales rep that helped us that day, asked us if we were from Arizona and if we had employment there. This was after the fact that we filled out a visiting card with our California address so when we told her we’re looking to relocate, Jackie went on a rant saying KB Homes does not sell to Californians. She said the land in Arizona is being saved for hard working Arizonians because Californians came and bought all these houses during the pandemic and we can’t do that. I told her I have not purchased anything in Arizona and she said she wouldn’t sell to us.

Great team, easy to talk to, and very kind. They always let you know what stage you're at with your home and never push you into a decision. They allow you to choose what you want but give good feedback if you ask their opinion.

Overall, everything was great with our home- there were some minor concerns but everything was attempted to be fixed or worked on within the 30 day and 3 month follow up. Each individual helped us and guided us with the proper answers.

We would not recommend KB to anyone. The lack of honesty and cooperation was too much to bear. This is the third home I have purchased and by far, the worst experience. With that said, my wife and I will enjoy our home and move on from this fiasco. To make everything fair, reimburse my rate lock charge and install the tile that was promised to us.

Was very impressed with the professionalism of all KB staff and the workmanship of all the contractors. Every step of the process there was someone there who was very helpful and knowledgeable guiding the way and answering questions. Being able to choose our lot and completely customize our house was awesome and definitely holds tremendous value. I would highly recommend KB Home to anyone else looking for a new home.

Moving to San Antonio, there are so many builders to choose from. We met with other builders and KB was hands down the best. No pressure staff that are highly knowledgeable and very patient. The value for the money, the availability of homes/locations made KB the only choice for us.

KB Home is a great company to go with for a place your family can call home, they have family in mind when they build. The thought and design they put into their homes is for the comfort and convenience of your family.

We would recommend buying with KB home if you are looking for a new build house. Being able to personalize almost every aspect of your home is a fun process. The only aspect we cannot recommend is using KB home loans, especially if you are a first time buyer.

The loan officers should be knowledgeable about the loan process. The loan officers should know their timeline and priorities in working with the buyers. My loan officer is not good and does not communicate well with us. This home loan process is the worst that I've ever had.

From sales to construction it was great. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process of buying our home. We were kept updated with what was going on with our home. The loan process was very complete and easy. The studio experience was awesome.

When my realtor suggested we look at homes in the new KB Home neighborhood, I was hesitant and almost passed on the idea. Their reputation was not the best and I did not want to end up in a bad situation. I am so glad I gave in and ended up finding our perfect home! The experience was above stellar from start to finish, the entire team we dealt with went above and beyond, and the quality of the house exceeded our expectations. Keep up the great job KB!!

Buying a house is always stressful. My process had some hiccups. I have high standards and expectations. The KB team (Khan, Chris Jones, Jesse, Dusty, Able) even down to electrician manager Josh and painter manager Karlo have been exceptional to work with. Yes, they are still working on things but I have trust they are going to do it and do it right. Great team!

I am overall happy with the house price and value. But there are two things that I am very unhappy with. First is the backyard fence. I purchased this house mostly because the backyard has a great view of an open space with a trail and remote mountain range. But KB Home built a tall white vinyl panel fence completely closed up the entire view. And the fence is only about 6' from the sliding door. Second is the consistent standing water in the backyard. No response yet from the builder.

Very easy and fruitful house buying experience. Beautiful well built home with courteous staff throughout the process. The only downside is the loan officers got KB who up the interest rates to chip away at the credit KB offers to use a KB loan. No thanks!

KB builds beautiful homes with a nice variety of floorplans to fit all age groups. Our home we purchased is a perfect fit for us. The sales person that helped us at the beginning was very helpful and kind. Once our home was chosen the construction manager kept us in the loop while it was being built. Truly the KB team that came in to work with us were professionals.

KB Home makes beautiful and affordable homes. I loved the customization and design process of building your dream home. Overall the staff were friendly and the attention to detail to make my home perfect was amazing.

Sales representatives as well as the loan officer who handled our loan application were extremely patient and kind with us born and raised in pre-computer age. We were simply overwhelmed with the volumes of paperwork we had to go through to buy a home now-a-days. Last time we, my husband and I, bought a home was nearly 30 years ago, and I do not remember there were such a huge mountain of paperwork we had to go through in order to buy a home.

Starting price was a good value, design center options may have been the best value. Construction of the home seemed rushed, calling quality into question. We elected to tile our entire floor, in the single-level home. Concerns regarding that floor were almost met with excuses. We had hoped there would be no issues with the flooring, considering the expense to upgrade. Much of our interaction felt like a process, and at times did not feel we were receiving the appropriate amount of personal attention. Certain individuals did go above and beyond, however, making the overall experience reasonable.

We've heard several times that other people have called KB homes lesser homes, as if their build quality, upgrades, or staff were sub-par. We've found this to be quite the opposite in our home buying experience. Not only did the sales staff treat us with respect and kindness, the loan department was always available to answer our many, many questions. The construction crew was supportive in our requests to visit the home many times while construction was ongoing, so we could continue to feel excited about our first house. Even after closing and moving in, the majority of the staff has continued to be available as we settle in and address any concerns.

I feel that the customer should get what they want. Unfortunately, when pushing for our layout we wanted. We were told that KB does not offer that layout anymore even though it was the one we chose and during the building process it was being built the way we wanted it, but halfway during the build concrete was broken to move plumbing and holes were patched in our roof from our range being moved. KB should have honored what we wanted. Because we signed a contract with that layout we had to stick to it but when KB made a mistake on a contract I signed for our benefit it was easily voided and changed.

The buying experience with KB was surprisingly flawless. Everyone knew what everyone else was doing and there was non-collusion from start to finish. I love my house and would buy from KB again and again.

Viewing, buying, and watching the home be built were all very enjoyable experiences for us. I think KB Home could consider improving the following matters for the future community design. The overall home design is good. However, it is also essential to consider the garage size that was designed for two cars. It is very difficult or even impossible to accommodate two cars if one of them is large (e.g., a truck). Also, it is hard to put trash containers in the garage when two cars are parked there. That is why residents keep trash containers outside, which causes eyesores and difficulty in driving cars into garages.

After following a Facebook page of KB Home Damages, we were afraid to see what the future had in store for us but fortunately KB proved the page wrong, and we had an enjoyable experience. From signing the paperwork to closing it took 6 months, we are happy with our home and the service that we received.

KB Home is basically like the Spirit Airlines of builders. You have to pay for a lot of stuff that should be included. Anything that is included is very dated. You will get a decent house but it might help to understand you will have to extra for it.

Client Experience is very important to me, and I feel KB didn't perform well. I find it unfair everyone is graded under one survey. (Remember in school when you had that one person on the team who wasn't pulling their weight) But because Jon and Beth rocked, you get a 10.

I originally purchased my home in 2020, by 2021 the concrete broke apart between my garage and driveway. KB patched it together with additional concrete like a bandaid. The concrete has cracked in front of my garage again, it's so severe that it's becoming a gaping hole. I'm very unhappy with my financial investment and trust in KB Home.

We had a situation where we were locked in our current rent lease until March, which we had explained to the sales person before signing the contract. He seemed to take care of the situation in the beginning, but later did not care much. We are still paying both the rent and mortgage. We had requested if he/management would push the closing date by a couple of weeks or provide us some rebate for a month so that we could manage our finance. He (just a day before closing!) said that the Vice-President did not agree on either of the options. We felt as if we were left alone! We felt that the sales department/management were just trying to sell the house and not taking care of or at least understand our circumstances. House buying is a win-win situation for both parties, which needs to be understood!

Living in our new home for six months, we wake up with regret each day. Despite assurances and promises, our house remains incomplete. Having positive experiences with DR Horton and David Weekly homes in the past, our home and our $75,000 investment in KB Home upgrades has left us disappointed. Craftsmanship issues persist, such as a non-functional master bathroom bathtub and scratches on the walk-in shower during repairs. Unpainted trim, doors, and an unattached address sign add to the incomplete state. Attempts to address concerns with KB staff have been unproductive, and the initial eagerness to assist before closing has waned. Observing neighboring homes' construction, I hesitate to recommend KB Home. My suggestion: explore alternatives or, if proceeding, refrain from upgrades and consider external sources for essential improvements.

If you want to wake up every day and flight for your home to be built correctly pick KB Homes, I feel bad for KB employees as they seem to try hard - but the corporate structure at KB leaves lots of holes and gaps for the customer service of the residents.

Overall it is mixed. Some things were good and some things were not. We are still finding things that need to be fixed so it's soon to tell, but we are satisfied. I would like to be more satisfied considering it's a brand new home.

KB Home is a mixed bag. Sales and Construction staff were always helpful and appreciated. The lender experience was abysmal. Lender communication was poor and inconsistent. In addition, we have been unable to use the pool facilities we are paying for and it has been almost two months since we moved in. We are still waiting for a solution.

I had a dissatisfying experience with KB Home, specially with the construction quality of the house. The construction team and the manager Abel was not professional and not helpful in the process. The sales staff was very inconsistent in the process and the regional sales manager Robert ** was quite tough to work with in the process. He rarely responded for my emails and texts. He was rude when he spoke to me during the process and he also threatened me to cancel my contract whenever I tried to address my concerns with him.

I would never buy another KB home. They need to improve in every aspect of their building process. Too many mistakes & poor quality work were done along the way. Had I not been checking our house nearly every day throughout the process God only knows what would have happen. I was able to find mistakes early and attempt to get things corrected before too Much time passed but even with all that it was a complete nightmare. Buyers beware. Stay very involved or there is no telling what you will end up with.

If you're desperate for a home, the price is decent. Know if you are in a townhome you will have to advocate to get things done properly and by properly I mean to look in decent shape if you want to resell one day. Sales staff was great, construction cuts corners because they have unrealistic deadlines. If you are ok with being vigilant in checking your home you can get a nice product but you will have to grit through and deal with stress to get a nice final product. I'm an easygoing person usually and even I got miffed after obvious lack of basic care.

Improve Design/Structural change experience by proactively suggesting options, Quality of work needs improvement, Attention to detail has to be ensured in all areas, Resolve requests with lesser no follow ups.

I would give them time to fix their problems, I moved in the house Nov 30, 2023. Till now the problems/issue haven't solve, I have patient enough for them, that is reason now I wait to last day to give them survey, if they have solve their issue I have reported to them I won't write comments.

We had a very stressful experience. The redundance of information asked for by the KB loan folks was stressful. I am still upset about the ditch/severe angle of the yard in back. I feel cheated. And my extra payment for this "premium" lot. I do not see the "premium".
