They would be much better and more worth the money they want if they would hire quality subcontractors. Their homes are nice but could be a whole lot better if they would invest in better workers. The best experience was from our salesperson and the construction superintendent.

Overall the process was a pleasant experience. Most everyone involved was very passionate and caring about making sure we got the house we wanted and enjoyed the experience. There were small things here and there that made it not a 5/5 experience. The staff and members of KB Home were extremely helpful and professional during every interaction I had with them.

Models were decorated and included options were shown - not common in new homes. Sherry @ Gilmore Grove really went out of her way to answer our sales questions even though we ended up in Montalado.

Our salesman Gilbert was very good! He helped us find the perfect home and guided us through everything. Our construction guy name Cole had everything ready in a timely manner. We needed minor repairs and he got them done quick. He was very good. Both answered us quickly. Both helped us have a good experience with KB and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

My overall experience with KB was amazing!!! I love the fact that we were able to personalize our home and had the time to actually go to a design studio and be able to mix and match colors with cabinets to fixtures. The communication with every person we worked with was the best. I never felt like I was in uncertainty with any of my questions but just in the process itself. I felt very comfortable with the group of individuals placed in our process and for them I would recommend KB Home.

KB Home fulfilled our dreams of having our own home. After years of moving from one duty station to another, being an active duty Army Soldier, we are finally "Home". Yikes, KB Home has been a developer for so long yet they don't care for the little things. Really dissect your home during walkthrough. You will thank me for all the drywall imperfection, the garage's weathering strip, dirtiness around windows and doors. Trust me, look at everything. They deliver to you a finished framed structure, not a home. A home is where you feel happy and comfortable, that was not my experience. I will say it was fairly priced but of course that comes at a cost. If you inspect and catch everything early, I am sure a KB Home will be nice.

We had a great KB Home buying experience. Their staff/team always provided us with excellent, professional customer service throughout the program. They were knowledgeable and they kept us updated weekly via email on the progress of our new home. They were always patient in explaining the answers to any questions that we had in person or by email, text or phone and very promptly. Kudos to the Sales staff.

Overall the process was enjoyable and straightforward. The employees I talked to were all friendly, informative, and professional. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and I never really felt lost during the process.

For anyone looking to purchase a KB Home, buyer beware that you are about to embark on a rushed, confusing, and pressured experience. Before the purchase of our home and for an extremely short period thereafter, the responsiveness and ability to make promises made to assist, carry out requests, and fix issues were satisfactory. However, the follow-through on promises and communication regarding the status of issues have been extremely frustrating. It is clear that is important through the rushed purchase process that the company places utmost priority in getting a customer through to the finish line of purchasing but afterward, responsiveness, service, and customer-first attitude falls off a cliff.

My overall experience with KB was actually a fairly easy process. Somewhere along the lines, it got difficult when it was nearing our closing date. We actually appreciate all of the incentives given and promotions.

KB Home sales reps are the best in our experience. We have got great respect, communication and transparency from them at all the different sites we visited in the south bay while looking for new houses. They have went way above they were required to to establish that personal connection and trust which made us comfortable in buying our first house from KB.

I am definitely customer service driven. Even if I loved the home but the sales agent was rude I would look for the same home but in a different community. But KB has done a terrific job in ensuring that they focus on customer service, and underselling but overdelivering. And to be sure to match the QUALITY of the homes they build and uphold their reputation, no corners are cut. They understand that buying a home may be the biggest purchase an individual makes in their life and they understand the value of that.

The construction and sales are amazing. They both took great care of me. The reason for the '4' rating is due largely to the design gallery not being able to explain in plain language what the items would consist of.

Overall, the process and experience was really smooth, painless and pleasant. We were guided the whole way through, there were no surprises. The whole process is very professional and it seemed to work like clockwork. The handoffs from sales to design studio to construction and closing were seamless. Verbal and email communications were clear and timely. Robert, Kristal and Duane were great to work with. They were kind, helpful and patient.

KB Home constructs visually stunning homes; however, the quality of work and communication is disappointing. As a first-time homebuyer, my experience with KB Home was awful. The contractors they employ do a very poor job, which is unacceptable given the high cost of their homes. KB Home should understand that the workmanship of their contractors is a reflection of their business. If they continue to prioritize quantity over quality, they may not be in business in the near future. I do not recommend KB Home to any potential buyers based off of my experience.

Our overall experience was wonderful. We had a sales team who walked through every step and answered all of our questions. We had a construction team that helped us understand the building process, information about the house, the energy saving appliances and warranty information. We are very grateful and we really appreciate the hard work they put in for us.

Our KB Home buying experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend new home buyers look into a KB neighborhood home. The sales team was fantastic and kept us informed weekly throughout the buying/building process. The design team was outstanding and helped us with many decisions that we are super proud of now. The build team was superb and the home looks great. We are excited about making this our last home.

We bought a brand new move in ready home that had upgrades already selected and had small cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed. KB Home has kept in contact with us on completion times and have always kept us informed. They are professional and polite and always are concerned with our total satisfaction.

Before we visited first the house I had heard that KB Home quality was not always good and some people suggested to not buy a home with KB. However, one of my best friends purchased his home from KB before, and he encouraged me to go, check the house, his house quality was high and he was totally satisfied with the KB Home. So, I went there to visit the house, my house, and I don't regret it at all. I don't know what was in the past, but I can tell you, KB Home has a very high quality and standards today, a very good and high level customer service and it is a very good experience to work together with you. I will recommend to any of my friends in the future to buy a house from KB Home because the quality is high, and they won't regret it. Thank you!

KB was great to work with, walked us through the whole home buying process from start to finish. All the KB associates were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and someone was always available for questions or concerns throughout the process.

They made sure to keep me updated on the home from beginning to end, they made sure it was nice and clean, Phil with construction and James in sales informed me of every appointment from framing all the way to the last walk thru before signing, I'm glad we chose KB and the location was perfect for me.

The home was promised to be delivered in 12 months but extended to 15, then 18 months and only for the lender to frustrate us more with their sloppiness which made us to lose out on credits towards closing cost.

Overall pleasant experience. Everyone on KB's payroll has been awesome, with exception of landscapers. That outfit is making a nice hourly rate while workers rest/sleep on my patio or that of neighbors. I understand some of the rain has slowed down their ability to work, but when they are working they don't accomplish much in a timely manner. They also do things half-assed from my observance of them.

Before we started this process, we heard great things about KB and we were excited to go under contract with a low maintenance home from KB. A We made a point to come see the house every week, 4 weeks before close. It looked like no work was being done. We actually found a pipe leaking water and when we had brought our concerns to our weekly meetings and were getting told to be patient and trust the process. The last month solidified our thoughts that these final weeks, the house was rushed to get done not to mention construction didn't get the CO until a business day before close which put us, the homebuyers, in a bit of a tailspin with our moving plan in place.

The staff was very helpful every step of the way. Even when we thought we were not going to get the home, Courtney went over and beyond presenting different options to help us realize our dream of becoming homeowner. Thank you very much to the entire team.

I had bought a condo at $350K and thought that some of the work was rough... Now I buy a home from KB at $550K and the work is worse than at the condo. Apparently $500K doesn't buy you much anymore. I have been told that most builders get the cheapest bid and go with that. It shows.

KB Home strived to deliver the best service. It was evident in the different people that I was able to work with through the construction process the sales process and the design process. There were a few hiccups along the way but KB met the challenges and delivered a beautiful product that I am proud to call my home.

The key factor with KB that makes it a great company is the people they hire. They make sure there is a representative for each part of the process so you know exactly who to contact. There is no call center or waiting on hold, everyone gave us their direct number. They are incredibly professional and champions of the business. When we get ready to build a home in a few years, we'll go with KB Home for sure.

We went to three other manufacturers before settling on KB Homes. I found KB Homes designs to be much more efficient, and we liked the layout much better than the other homes we toured. The staff was excellent, Marc (the salesman) did not sell us the house, he facilitated the sale with no pressure - and a great deal of patience. Every other KB Homes employee was excellent to work with, knowledgeable, and only reinforced our feeling that we made an excellent choice in choosing a KB Homes house.

The first home I purchased 27 years ago was a Kaufman & Broad - now known as KB Home. You might say I'm a Original KBOG. Back then, the entire process was ahead of the competition. What stood out to me was walking through the show room and getting to pick out all of the personality that was going to make up our home. Fast forward to today and I'm doing the same thing with the same company, and that's for a reason. Buying a KB home is the closest you can get to building a custom home without the custom home price.

I am very pleased with my finished home and I enjoyed working with all the KB Homes sales and design staff, construction management, and financial officers. They made the stress of buying a new home much easier with their expertise and friendly support and kindness.

KB offers best price for the value of the house. The fact that I did not have to go through the bidding process even when the housing market was at its peak was the best part of it. The construction and service was good and the price was very reasonable for a house and lot this big.

Every person we interacted with who worked for KB Homes during the process seemed like a genuinely good person, which made everything less stressful and more enjoyable. The KB Homes team was great, and we ended up with a beautiful, well-design, and well-constructed home that we're excited to live in.

I can't speak to the build/options process since I bought a quick-close home that was nearly complete. The sales person was easy to work with. Generally speaking, those involved in closing the deal (sales, finance) were quick to respond to communication. The home insurance options they offered were convenient and comparable to other providers. As for the home, carefully review every detail and ask questions about things that you might otherwise take for granted as being part of a build. For example, will there be gutters? Network/cable jacks? If there is a way for them to save a few pennies, they'll take it. Other builders in the area were including those things, plus irrigation, and some other features at a lower price point. Everything is overpriced at this point, but KB was *more* overpriced than others for what you get.

KB homes at Selerno Round Rock TX have excellent team who have been with them for very long term averaging at least 10 years. We have done an extensive research comparing big builders like Toll brothers, Lennar, Taylor Morrison, Pulte etc. But KB homes at the Selerno stands out high in terms of quality worksmen ship, Experienced sales team, finance team, construction & warranty team. Overall we are extremely happy by our choice of home purchase with KB homes.

The home I selected, and upgrades I paid for were taken away from me twice due to endless construction delays and because KB thought giving me a bigger lot for my money would make up for the upgrades my wife spent time picking out and I paid for away from us. It did not make up for it as I now need to purchase them all again anyway.

If you consider buying from KB Homes, be sure to have a real estate attorney look over everything. Do not trust their sales people. This company has put us through the wringer, charged us with fees for not going with their lender even though we never signed a loan agreement with them. We are on our 5th closing now. Our last we changed the night before closing. I had purchased appliances and furniture after our final loan approval and now they tell me that if I have to trigger another final approval over this, since my purchases caused the issue, they would not return my earnest money. Oh, and the reason I'm under such scrutiny over the loan is because I lost my home buyer for my current address over all these moving dates. They will make everything your fault and won't even apologize for it.

I purchased my house from KB Home on 9/2023 and it was a bad choice. I bought new house to be a first owner and have peace of mind and not to worry about repairs, but I got the house with a problem on plumbing in all three restrooms and the kitchen sink. A big problem on the backyard, not all doors are leveled on the same line, made it very hard to put concrete as normal and they aware of all of that and after we hired company to put concrete for us they told us about this issue and it will cost money to fix it. When I told the builder about that they said, "We done about our work." So unprofessional, rude, and crooks.

This company has a habit of giving an inch when you need a mile. If you don’t have leverage (a complaint, attention from a supervisor, etc.) they will just ignore you. They flat out lie repeatedly and then act extremely nice when they know they don’t have the upper hand. Extremely manipulative company at every department. From the sales department, to the building department, and down to warranty I have been harassed, lied to, been manipulated, and treated as though I am uneducated.

The builder's incentive is all smoke and mirrors. They use points to adjust the loan one way or the other. If you use it for closing expect to pay a high-interest rate, if you use it for a buy down, it just gets you to the normal interest rate you can get with any lender. I accepted an offer from the lender, told my family we got a house and started looking at gyms, grocery stores and furniture. Got a call back a few hours later and was told they made a mistake. What was their offer to fix it? Nothing! I then accepted a second offer, not a great offer, but I wanted the house. They told me the next day that they made another mistake. What was their offer to fix it? Nothing!

The sales staff were worse than the Alligators in the surrounding lakes. Insurance limits are set so high for Home Inspections that none carry those high limits making sure you will not get an inspection prior to sale. Other than that the people with warranty and construction have been golden.

Sales and loan originator were wonderful, so it started beautifully. Construction and build communication the worst I have ever experienced. Local rep was useless. Had to get VP level to turn things around finally.

The beginning of this process was stressful with the lottery drawings every 2 weeks. I lived out of state, and it was difficult not being closer. I wasn't able to see the progress of the build. And waiting 15 months from the time I signed my contract to completion was agony. But in the end, it was all worth it. I am very happy.

From start to finish our KB Home experience has been great. Jeanne our sales agent helped us decide on the house that fit our needs. Pamila from the KB design studio gave us some great advise for the design of our home. My wife and I were having trouble deciding on colors and styles, but now we love our floors, cabinets, and countertops that she helped us pick. The house was finished on time (despite the unusual amount of rainy days we had this year). After we moved in there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. I contacted Chad, our home warranty adviser and he responded very fast and worked with my schedule to get things fixed.

My overall experience with KB Home was amazing. The step by step process and you totally do not feel left out of the home buying experience. Did I mention the savings!! The house I have is energy efficient so perfect!! I could not ask for more. They took the time to understand what I want and built it designed for me. I could not be more pleased. You will come out so knowledgeable about your home it makes you so happy. I will definitely refer KB to others!

Salesman at first told me the wrong date. He stated I would close December 2022. I closed March 30th 2023. Once you close, none of your issues are fixed in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends and will never buy new construction again because of this experience.

KB Homes has great customer service and will do a great job guiding you through the process of purchasing a new home. The customer staff and superintendents are readily available for questions and if not available, they get back to you asap.

After several months of seeking out to find our home sweet home we came across KB Home as it was overall a wonderful experience. New Raul was a wonderful salesman- kind & fair pricing, our loan officer went over & beyond, absolutely spectacular; all staff were very supportive & made our home-buying process very easy & seamless. All staff worked as a team and always were there to answer our questions at all times, regardless of their busy schedules. Highly recommend KB Home for anyone seeking to build their custom-built design by your own masterpiece creating a form of art. Everything was more than what I expected. It will have to be the more less stressful home-buying process by far and even after we close I feel like KB is still there to guide us through our new home. My fiancée and I are first time home owners and we knew that we wanted to build a new home for our first home. We were doing our research on new build home construction in the area, Freeman Farms kept on appearing in the top searches. After a few nights of searching and searching, we decided to take a drive to Freeman Farms. It was later in the evening, so the sun was already setting. Once we turned into the community we knew this is where we would be building our home and before we knew it we were holding a SOLD sign! Throughout the entire building process we were kept up to date weekly on the construction of our home and we got to design our home! The design studio experience is one I will always cherish. Now we are happy first time home owners enjoying our new home! We highly recommend KB Homes!

We did have a positive overall experience. There were definitely issues within our neighborhood with KB Homes having the right superintendent in place to manage the demands. The design center options weren't quite as robust as we'd anticipated, but we are happy with the look & feel of our new home.

From sales office to construction staff everyone at KB has been extremely professional. A home buying process is never easy and no matter who you go with there will always be a couple of snags, but our KB staff was great at working through everything with us and making us feel supported throughout. I am also very grateful for the superintendent we had, Dan has gone above and beyond for us making sure our home was perfect!!

KB Homes was great. From the beginning, you can choose the layout, the land, the options/style of your home and then carefully walk through all the options for the inside (the fun part). they are patient and listen to your wants and needs. They do not rush you through the process, they truly make sure you are happy with the home before you close on the house. This is important because if you are building, you want a builder who cares about your home as much as they would for their own. Other companies built a home but did not allow for any changes.

Everyone during the purchasing process was knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We brought in our personal realtor and everyone at KB worked well with them as also.

The quality of the home and how it is built to be energy efficient is awesome. When we turn the heat up on a cold day, the house stays warm and the furnace does not have to run constantly. The windows are better quality and more energy efficient than previous new builds we have owned. The quality of the workmanship, materials and appliances and tile, etc are better than the quality of previous new builds we have owned. I am impressed by how the doors close smoothly and are better quality and have a good quality feel to them when you close them. The house has a feeling of being of solid build. I am impressed by the overall quality of the house.

From signing the contract through the entire build process and closing (about 13 months), I had an open communication channel with all aspects of the home building process. My salesperson and construction supervisor for highly communicative during the entire process; their weekly updates were helpful and accurate. I felt knowledgeable about my home and finances going into closing. Positive experience!

Overall KB does provide good quality houses and we are happy with our purchase. Can't thank enough Rob for taking care of us and helping throughout the process. Gil was also very helpful addressing all our concerns. Lending team was good but could improve on communication. Warranty is horrible. It is very hard to get in touch with the person. Wish he had another person helping him out because he looks very busy.

The journey to our forever home took us to KB Homes. Greeting us, from the beginning is Maleeza, who showed us the models. Not only did it start our home-buying journey, but also started a friendship that we cherish. The KB Home purchasing process was well-streamlined -- from accommodating Sales Team, knowledgeable Mortgage Team, and responsive Construction Team. All were friendly, professional, and thorough in their respective expertise.

I was told that the house would be ready in 10 months after contracting. This was false and I did not get any info on delays. KB Home's Design Studio showed me a brick color that I wasn�t going to pick but I was then shown a picture of how it would look on the whole house, which convinced me. This was completely inaccurate. The color combo looks weird. KB Home's Management spent 3 days arguing over whose fault it was instead of creating a viable solution. The initial solution was an insulting $500. I was told �things like this happen� which is a garbage answer to give to a customer. After fighting for what I thought was the bare minimum KB management washed their hands and let the heat fall on low level folks. Got a call from sales begging for �all 10�s� because it�s not each individual�s fault. But each individual represents KB and therefore everyone is at fault.

The sales team over at KB Home was outstanding to work with. I purchased from out of state and and my sales rep. was readily available to do a walk-through of the home virtually and answer whatever questions I had. He worked with my realtor and made sure to send me pics of every spec of the house which ultimately drove me to make my decision on the home. Overall I'm satisfied with the level of customer service that has been provided and hope it continues going forward.

We needed to find a home and close in thirty days because our home went under contract, and we had 30 days to move out. We were a bit nervous about staying on deadlines. We are grateful Sharlin made a call and set us up with Jeff ** to handle the loan, and he did exactly what we needed to stay on track. Jackie and Keisha stayed on top of the minor items that needed to be fixed and took care of each issue quickly.

The new build and home buying process with KB Home has been a phenomenal experience. Starting with the Sales Counselor, to the Lender, to the Construction Superintendent, to the Underwriter and Customer Care Rep, this team of 5 that excelled in customer service, has made my home buying experience outstanding. When it comes down to it our home was not done in a timely manner, things were left incomplete, the punch list said it was done, but I walked in with my wife, her mom and Aunt, and it looks like the house was never cleaned and paint was all over the floor and they were still things that need to be done on the punch list. Oh by the way, when we left after signing our house that day we didn't have the right keys and we were not able to lock her home! I could keep going, but there's not enough space and I don't wanna make a reader sit here for four days reading my complaints. I would not recommend KB Home. If you are getting a home built in the sanctuary one in Clermont Florida, I would suggest because Mike will be working on it that you come and check your house weekly and make sure you keep all documentation to make sure he actually does his job.

I've been looking at KB Home for a decade now and I'm finally a homeowner with the home of my dreams. However it wasn't a pleasant experience with the first guy M **. I felt undertones of Disparity from him. I was grateful to have been moved to Arturo **.

The entire KB Home team down here in the Houston area made the homebuying experience a memorable one for all the right reasons. My wife and I were extremely apprehensive going into building a new home (and our first home). This quickly became something we were wrong about. Valerie and the sales team were absolutely amazing. We were updated regularly on the process and told if there would be delays. As we got closer to the completion date we started to work with KBHS and they were absolutely incredible and made the mortgage process easy to understand. We really can't say enough about how well everyone was to deal with and will definitely recommend KB Homes to our friends and family!

The staff at the Magnolia KB Home are very professional and respectful. They are very patient and answer all your questions. They are very detailed with the housing process and timing. I am very grateful to work with them in purchasing my first home.

There is room in each bathroom for a larger vanity by 10". Since there is no room for toiletries, they could have at least put in medicine cabinets. The kitchen could have been a foot wider and the living area a foot smaller because two people can not fit in kitchen at once, you can not open fridge, dishwasher or stove at same time and the cabinets are almost useless by the way they are arranged. Could have put some larger drawers in and lazy susan in the corners so that you can use them without stretching and difficulty. I rated it high because the manager has been working hard with me to resolve issues and doing it with a smile.

Customer service is usually nice as all of them are seasoned and well trained in their field but work ethics and reliability is horrible. Can't trust them without making several calls that work order is put in.

KB homes treated me with respect always in contact with step by step and day by day construction of my home as I lived out of state. They made me feel like I was there and was looking out for me to make this home my forever dream home.

The whole KB Home process was spot on. KB Home you have this process down to a science and the people on your staff provide the art. From the sales rep, to the loan officer, to the superintendents, to insurance reps and so much more to name. With everything being in sort of one stop shop within KB Home, it made the whole experience smooth and easy and it took away the anxiety that comes with making a major purchase like this. It has been almost one month since I closed the house purchase in the KB McKinney community in Easton Park. I am most impressed by the KB team who worked with me diligently through the purchase and post-closing period, Ian on the sales side and Abel and Frank on the construction front. They exemplified the best of the KB team in this community to be proactive in helping optimize the sale price, arranging timely and quality fixes on issues identified by me or house inspectors. Their customer orientation and professionalism in honoring commitment to customer like me has been outstanding.

My KB Home buying experience was great and my KB loan officer was outstanding. My construction process was not great but I'm ultimately happy with my KB home. The small issues I do have with my KB home KB are working to resolve them.

Building a new home in Florida is a significant expense. We realize the home building process has its challenges, especially during the challenging time of 2022-23. Rita's consistent and honest communication, good and bad news, helped us maintain confidence that we were being treated fairly by someone who cared. Quality was more important to us than speed so it worked out for us. Rita's warm attitude also helped us trust that we are getting the quality of appliances and materials that we paid for.

The KB Home experience really is exceptional. The build quality is superb, layouts "feel right" and are spacious, and the staff only want to see you happy at the end of the day. KBHS is an entirely different beast, and I would recommend staying away from them if possible.

KB Home could be a little confusing to work with at times such as conflicting information about walkthrough rules and having to confirm with 2-3 different individuals. However, most questions were answered within 24 hours and the individuals I worked with always brought a great and willing attitude whenever I would point out something to fix.

KB is a very straightforward and professional company. They have well trained staff that takes their time to communicate with their client. I didn't feel pressure or uncomfortable with any of the process and they made it easy for first time homebuyer to ask as many questions.

KB Home fulfilled our wish to own a beautiful home in Manteca. The home includes all the important features which are required in a modern home. It has close proximity to highly rated schools and all the stores are nearby. The home design is perfect which made all the rooms spacious, and the space is very well utilized. Our home buying experience was unique (perhaps all buyers would take that position). Our KB Home Sales Counselor jumped into the mix with enthusiasm and with our best interests in mind. Not only did she provide prompt responses to our questions and comments, she also took it upon herself to proactively keep us informed of various milestones and considerations as we moved through the process. We knew we were in good hands with Susan!

The KB Home construction staff demonstrated zero care for the end item (which was supposed to be a 100% completed home). The wet paint used in my bathrooms and kitchen was not applied correctly. I have door knobs scratched. Holes that remain unsealed. Cracked walls and ceilings and closets and door not painted. Where is the superintendent who's supposed to manage the workmanship and quality. Absolute junk home is what I got instead of a new 450k home.

From start to finish it was a really cool and interactive experience. I loved how you got to see everything from the ground up, and they helped you with all the pictures and picks along the way. The sales staff was great, but the hard part was the end part and getting everything finished and finalized. The ending is always hard, but the good for sure outweigh the bad

KB Homes' entire staff (sales, construction, loan department and design center) all appeared to be on the same page as it related to customer service/ satisfaction. We were kept abreast of the process throughout and received weekly updates right up until closing. The entire staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our home is not only well built, but BEAUTIFUL as well. We have recommended KB Homes to anyone we know that's in the market for a new home.

So far Kb has been good. Time will tell on how things will be now that they sold the home to us instead of buyers. The fridge space dimensions really put a damper on the build. All the staff though have been amazing.

Studio, Contractors, Quality, Selections of Appliances, Sales Agents (Ryan and Brittany), and near to everything had a big issue. This is a top-down (corporate issue). You can't cut corners on quality when other builders don't. Simply put, walk through a Lennar/DR Horton... Construction Site and tell me you don't see the difference. I work for a very strong consulting firm, perhaps KB Homes needs some top-down strategic consulting.

It's been exciting building a new home. Warren has been awesome on this whole process. The structure of the home seems well-built. KB Home has built a beautiful home, my only issue is on the detailed finishes that I reported to Dalton yesterday. I am confident that he will make it all right! Overall KB Home has impressed me in this subdivision for the beautiful homes built.

Purchased in East Village - sales counselor Khanh did an amazing job showing the homes and walking us through the process. She was helpful at every step and is a great communicator. Closing was simple and easy. Our loan officer Juliet tried to get the best case scenarios for our loan. She was very helpful and communicative and still helps me with questions post-closing. For our orientation walk, our CM, Dennis, finish all work found between the orientation and final walk. The closing went smooth with Austin **. Overall, it was the easiest and best experience I've had closing on a home.

Home had the features we were looking for! We have received weekly updates during the whole process. Our lender explained everything and it was easily understood. We fully understood our home and its features. They also made sure we were fully equipped, pre and post-closing. They have stayed available even after moving in. Customer Service is top-notch!

The overall experience was okay, there was some emotional stress in the whole home-buying process but now I get why people prefer to rent the rest of their lives buuuut the satisfaction at the end, I wouldn't change that for anything. It was all worth it.

As a home the experience of buying home shouldn't have to be challenge and this case this was, trying to figure out who left the company who was handling our build the communication was just not there.

Beware of the promises. Nothing was fixed as promised after our home inspector at closing even though they lied and said it was. We were still kind and patient. We were promised at our 30 day inspection all would be fixed. But now we are being ignored. Please be very careful. Do not move until they fix EVERYTHING! Because they will not do so after closing. Very troubling.

FRUSTRATING! Lengthy build to completion. Extension of completion dates, multiple times. No integrity of workers (boots on the ground workers: texturing, painting, door hangers, counter installers, etc.). The KB staff were themselves very professional and upfront/honest.

KB Home is a big builder, one of the biggest, and they seem to be a bit more affordable than some other specialty builders. We were able to utilize the design center to get our home to about 85% of where we would want it to be from a specialty builder, and it gave us a lot of freedom to make it our own. The construction process was not perfect, and I recommend once drywall goes up to visit the house weekly to make sure things are perfect, but the people who work for KB clearly care so much about getting it perfect, and they're so helpful, it won't matter if things are slightly off. Our experience before and after move-in was very, very good and I would recommend KB to anyone who asked.

Sales Agent (Kimberely) & Superintendent (Jeremy) has been very helpful and informative from start to finish. Almost a year when I picked the lot, but with Covid and materials being scarce and hiring the right company to represent building for KB is very crucial. Take your time with KB to ensure a great experience, make sure your walkthroughs are heavily documented and the proper repairs are fixed before closing, ensure after closing any mistakes during painting etc. are handled or acknowledged.

The quality that goes into building a KB home is very poor. There are excessive amounts of details that go unnoticed by the workers or get brushed off. Felt like I had moved into a used home rather than a new home. KB contractors need to step up their quality of work. There are massive amount of small details that do not get addressed (i.e. paint on floors, dirty walls, bad smell in the home, dirty/stained carpets, damaged sink/toilet, poorly cut of outlet holes, uneven sheetrock on some walls, etc.).

Working with KB Homes has been a complete nightmare. The incompetence and lack of communication from the customer service team, sales director, and construction managers have left me and my family in a difficult situation. Not only did they mishandle the appraisal process multiple times, but they also changed the closing date multiple times, which caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty for us. Despite knowing that we needed to leave our apartment on a specific date, KB Homes failed to consider our situation and left us without any updates on when we could move into our new home.

We had a pleasant experience from start to completion of our home. Starting with the sales team and construction crew and superintendent. John and Doug did an amazing job with the walkthrough and explaining every feature of the home to us. Kyle customer service advisor is awesome too. He was very responsive and did everything he promised to do for us to make sure we had the best experience possible. We are very happy with our new home.

Very disappointing experience with the construction process, craftmanship, finished product, warranty, and timely response. The closing date was moved 2 times. Definitely, I do not recommend this builder to anyone.

Great experience buying a KB Home! The first day, I toured the models home and the ones that were ready to move in. I fell in love with a home on Adora Terrace. It was a dream come true. The best part was being close to the parents, 2 min drive from the new home. My agent Peggy ** with First Team Real Estate was able to get us a smoking deal, price reduction and solar included. She helped us buy our first home in Corona CA in 2014 and now Riverside CA 2023. We were so ecstatic about this.

Overall it was great experience to purchase a home from KB Home. KB Home has a great team in the Turlock office. If it wasn't for them we would've never bought a new home. Things don't come easy for my wife and I. There were many challenges during the process. So I can't express enough. Know how much I'm thankful that GAIL ** and SUSANA ** because they were there for us when we needed help.

It all went so quickly and smoothly. I wasn't even done packing the old place before I was moving in here. The staff was great, I was always informed of anything happening. Ryan, the friendly young man who did my walk through, was very informative and thorough.

The majority was a good experience. Changing loan officers in the middle was kind of frustrating but turned out to be good. Little frustrated. After getting into my home hot water heater goes out. Had to be replaced. Could not get a paint touchup because I'm a few days late. Little things that should've been touched up before I moved in was not completed.

My overall experience with KB was excellent. From the day I started looking KB stood out from the rest. My salesman was very knowledgeable and the greeting was genuine. Answered all my questions and concerns. My design studio experience was amazing although I declined some upgrades. I was given the opportunity to makes sure that all options were available and make sure that what I picked was what I chose. My building manager was outstanding. She really was on point in every way possible. Very knowledgeable and professional. My closing experience was well and the loan officer and processor were also on point. Overall I have no complaints at this point in time about KB.

We are confident in the overall quality of the home we have purchased from KB Home. In comparison with other builders, KB offered the most for our money from start to finish. Most builders charge for irrigation and landscaping. With KB we got both with no extra cost as it was included in the initial cost of the home.

The process from beginning to end was fun, exciting, and easy. We bought our essentially "pre-packaged" since a buyer before us had put the options together. However, the fact that every KB Home is different is also a huge plus. You don't drive through the neighborhood and feel like you're in a horror movie in which every home is exactly the same. We got very lucky as the options we have in our home is truly everything we would have wanted! I look forward to someday getting to design the home ourselves with KB in the future. We will forever be KB fans!

Compared to peers that have purchased through other home builders KB has done a superior job. They walked through our home and said that our builders were smarter and more logical. They liked the way they did things better than their home and their home was $200K more in cost.

KB seems promising as they promote and advertise great communication and that things will be addressed and fixed in a timely manner. All that is not true. I have reached out multiple times about things that need to be repaired and worked on. This is a new build and it does not look new in some areas. I have scheduled appointments and then no one shows up. This is becoming ridiculous and I am honestly fed up with the company. My home was not even complete at the time of closing and I regret even signing that day.

We have now moved into the new home and it feels that the team at KB still has our back. The relationship continues beyond sales. Just yesterday a team member came to assist me with my dishwasher. It took one phone call and Trey was here to fix the problem! With them, there is no issue too small for their attention. We are grateful!

For this being the first time buying a home I felt alone. When it came to the KB Lender everything was not explained. When I had questions or concerns I would get voicemails when I tried calling. Sometimes I wouldn't even get a call back. I would send emails and not get responses for days. Super fustrating and made the process more work than it needed to be.

From a HOT market barely able to get selected for a lot to build on to poor workmanship as the year came to an end and rushing to close, the overall experience has been all but satisfying. What stings the most is, now I can purchase the same home for thousands less but would consider another builder if I had to do it all over again...

From beginning to end, the staff were excellent in their respective roles. The value of my home after construction completeness was well above the price I paid. The contractors left minor issues, but the superintendent worked diligently to remedy them until none were left. The warranties, proactive communication from KB Home staff at every level, and the quality of my home makes me feel secure and happy with my purchase.

We wish these categories were truly individually rated overall because Deanna tainted our entire home buying process with KB HOMES! She majorly dropped the ball & we are stuck paying for it with a higher interest rate & a higher mortgage because she did not do her job & lock in our rate! She had permission to re-run our credit & all of our documentation needed to proceed! Instead, due to her disappearing & not doing her job for MONTHS - this UNFAIRLY increased our interest rate from 3.5% to 5.5% & took our monthly payment from $2,100 to over $2,500 which will result in us having to pay an additional $200,000 plus in UNNECESSARY interest.

Our home is beautiful and professional, but the KB corporate policies seem more focused on profit than on customer service. Our home ran 6 months behind schedule and no one would give us an updated estimate. We were told it is KB policy to not give any estimate until right before close of escrow... even though we were given an estimate before they had our money.

We were impressed with the floor plans offered in this new housing community. We found the purchasing process to be very straightforward without much back and forth in terms of pricing and upgrades. We are excited to be moving into this community.

My home buying experience was better than I expected. From the day I walked in the business office to the day of closing every staff member (Nancy, Chris, and Cody) were professional, friendly, informative, consistent, caring, and responsive. I was provided one closing date and it did not deviate from that date. After closing, whenever I contacted Chris or Cody with a concern they ALWAYS responded promptly.

KB Home is a great community and my family and I look forward to enjoying our home for many years. KB Home's motto is "Built on Relationships", they do not live up to it. In the beginning, they are professional & pretend to have your best interest in mind. Once you go under contract & go through the process it's far from true. I went under contract with KB Homes, about a year before my home would be ready to move in. I got to pick the design features and everything. The house was expensive for its size & the interest rates were skyrocketing. I could no longer afford the the home & I also got a new job with far/long commute from the home. Even though, I was given the option to lock my rate, their lender suggested not to. I ended up terminating my contract, but the contract I signed said I could only get back my deposit back if the lot had changed.

My experience with KB Home varies from excellent to average. To start with, the homes at Williams Pointe are customizable according to your taste and we had a good experience at the design studio to choose the options we would like to have. The design studio representative was accommodating and patient in answering all our questions and helped us in selecting the upgrades. The sales people were responsive initially and I was able to call them or go to the office anytime to ask questions. I have a great experience with the construction manager, Steve. Always responsive and helped above and beyond with any issues we had. The closing could be handled better as there is little communication from sales. Again Steve helped me out here. Overall, a great experience.

Overall, Nice and professional sale person that makes the purchasing moving up, nice plant and construction, good customer service. No big issues, but some small problems are hard to avoid if looking for the 0 issue is hard.

It was really outstanding, sales agent Darla, construction manager Sean and loan officer Chad helped me a lot for the home buying process. Darla and Sean updated me every step once a week and they answered my call at any time as if they are in vacation, too. So I really appreciate them for their roles in the company. And it would be remarkable if they give continuity for it.

The KB experience was an easy process from start to finish. I realize that product shortfalls and deliveries were an issue nationwide. The sales staff were knowledgeable about their product. The delivery date was always a concern, but KB came through with flying colors. Issues with the order of progress on which homes were started and completed is unknown to me but there must be some rhyme or reason to the process. Overall, I would highly recommend KB to friends and family and even strangers.

It was an interesting time to purchase a home but I was recently divorced and needed a spacious house for me and my children and KB delivered! I love the space and the price compared to other builders at the time. The quality is decent and the house is beautiful. Since it was a quick sell I didnit have much input on the design but it still exceeded my expectations and the staff, Oscar in the sales studio and Josh from construction were terrific!

Overall great buying experience. Home layout is well thought out and home structure is solid. Energy efficient home is great and definitely saw a reduction in power cost compared to previous home. Appliances that come with home are very nice high end appliances. Our home we did have some minor issue with some of the finer workmanship details like caulking cracking, door creaking/binding, and uneven paint. We were also told we have to seal our tile grout because KB doesn't do it which was shocker.
