My overall experience with KB Home was amazing. I was able to meet amazing/good people, I was never left with questions unanswered. Everything I asked for was handled quickly. There couldn't have been a more easy or better experience.

The overall experience was excellent. All of the KB Home's employees that were involved in the closing of my first home were incredible - professional, informative, proactive and most of all very helpful. I am extremely grateful to KB Home.

Overall very happy with our new home purchase with KB Home. The staff communicated regularly throughout the entire process (sales, construction, financing) and followed up post closing to make sure everything was working properly. Love the house and the location!

Our experience with KB Home was wonderful! Tony in the sales office kept us informed with weekly emails and picture updates. Jason, the construction superintendent, is very knowledgeable and made sure our home was exactly how we wanted it. Even after closing both Tony and Jason have answered questions and checked in with us. We feel very happy with our new home and with the warranties it comes with! Thank you!

Our overall experience was very good. We were pleased with the KB team from beginning to end. Every person involved was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, sensitive to our wishes and needs and prompt with their follow up and deliverables. Of particular importance to us was the level of integrity that the KB team operated in. Additionally, they made us feel that what was important to us was also a priority for them.

Although I've purchased 3 other homes, this was my first NEW home purchase. While I didn't get to select the interior design, I still got to enjoy watching my new home being built. The entire staff, from sales, construction and loan origination, kept me informed and patiently explained and/or answered all my questions. Everyone was very helpful and truly made me feel part of the family/team!

Sales great, design studio ok, construction process and communication needs a lot of improvement. Closing kept getting postponed, few to little communication from construction staff, quality control needs work in the sense of house meeting buyer's expectations and being ready after numerous walkthroughs.

KB provided overall best services throughout the whole process. They stayed with us on every steps. Few things shown up but they took immediate actions and resolved. Overall I would recommend. If you are a first time home buyer then kb will not disappoint you.

KB Home's quality and professional staff makes buying their home a no brainer. The quality of workmanship and materials they use is 2nd to none. Where do I begin, from the sales coordinator up to the day the keys were handed to me, everyone has been outstanding. My wife and I love our new home. Any concerns are pretty minor. We would have no problems recommending KB to others or considering KB again if we were ever in the market for another home. Our home was already built and up for sale on the market, so we did not participate in the design process, but we felt that the design choices made for this home were chosen wisely. There are a lot of modern features that left us impressed. The home is very energy efficient as well. Our solar panels are producing more energy than we are consuming in a day, and this is while running the AC throughout a very hot summer. The buying process was excellent as well. We were on a deadline for the move and the KB team was able to pull through to help us close by the needed move-in date. Thank you, KB.

My agent Rob ** and Richard the construction guy. Starting out in the beginning with Rob he was very funny and patient. He showed us many homes even when we were undecided on what house we want. Now Richard the construction manager. He is really dedicated to getting everything done in a timely matter. He made feel comfortable in the walk thru. He explained everything very clearly.

KB Home has a beautiful, thoughtful layout that is not a standard cookie cutter. I was a first time home buyer and it was completely STRESS FREE. Once I was told construction started I traveled from Pennsylvania to Florida every 4 weeks to check on the progress. The superintendent of construction made time for me at the home site, usually around 2 hours each time to go over the progress and answer any questions I had, and if they couldn't answer right then they would call me with the answer in a day or two. It was a very refreshing experience to see the level of care and concern they take with their customers.

We had a wonderful experience with KB. Any question concerns or issue were addressed and resolved so quickly. We have never had a builder that was so focused on taking care of their customers. Thank you.

After my experience with KB Home and their staff, it's now my favorite builder. The whole team no exception have been great and contributed in making this experience as amazing and smooth as possible. Buying a home is a big thing and could be stressful and complicated but the KB staff helped answer all my questions and making me feel confident and comfortable with every step of the way. My KB home buying was excellent except for going through KB loan lender. It took too long to go through the loan process due to the poor quality of their underwriting department. I applied for an FHA loan and the loan process took way too long and it was so frustrating due to the additional add on contortions all the way to the end making my loan process very difficult and closing finally way after our commitment. I would suggest getting your loan elsewhere. Otherwise, our KB home itself is great!!!

I really enjoy the house, the location and the price was decent. As far as trying to purchase the house, it takes forever. It's a lot of headache and heartbreak. The loan officers don't contact you and make it very difficult for you make to any progress. Site manager came in, posted about their great customer service and has pretty well ghosted me. I have to contact him constantly and he claims that he's fixing things but he fixed one out of the 10 things that I brought up to him in the past two months.

Sales/Construction staff are good with their work. No complaints on that front. I observe issue with the process and backline. Quality and openness for Customers to change few features of the home is very bad. Design itself has a lot of issues. No one understand why the AC Condenser sits right in the middle of the backyard when there are options to keep that in a corner. It is just next to the master bedroom window. With no reason, the side fencing wall was left just 10 % from the backyard. Entire space from there looks totally wasted. Fence wall should have been extended till 80% front. There are a lot as such which creates bad feel.

When we decided it was time for our starter home, we were determined to find a builder that still offered customization since our market is mostly comprised of spec homes and fully custom homes. We were pleasantly surprised to see KB still offered options and customizations and was even willing to add options we requested that weren't part of their usual options. Sherry, our sales rep, Brian, our loan originator, Wes our PM, and Virginia our Design Consultant, were all amazing. We hope everyone buying from KB are blessed to have a team like them guiding them through this new home build process. Overall, we would definitely buy a new build with KB again.

Good overall experience. The tight time schedule was tricky to work around on sometimes short notice. There were multiple cosmetic issues on delivery that are still being resolved. But KB walked through the whole process and made easy-to-follow steps.

Pleased overall with the knowledge of the staff and willingness to explain the entire home building process. The team was willing to go out of their way to answer any questions and kept me updated regularly with progress updates throughout the process.

Overall experience was great. This was our first new build purchase, so there were some learning curves that we needed to get through. Our real estate agent was a very big help with this process as well. Sales staff was great, Financing team I worked with was great as well, and Steve (our final walkthrough rep) was and has remained to be a great help. Very responsive for any questions or concerns we have had.

My overall experience is great specially Harvey took very good care of me. After I have signed the contract he use to send me updates every week and answers all my query. The date mentioned for my home delivery has been kept well within the time and I am always well informed ahead. The studio experience is always a nice one which was really exciting. I am at my 30 day mark and Mike has noted all the minor things I found and I hope it will be scheduled as promised.

As someone in the real estate field, I have seen a lot of homes. KB has a great product in this price point. I love that you can customize your home to give it your own personality. They have a design center but it not as overwhelming as others. There are enough options to personalize the home. I would definitely recommend KB homes to a friend.

KB Home provides you more plans and options than your average homebuilders. They did have a good 6 month plan from lot and plan selection to closing of the home. It seems like they have good construction rules at the home site. The construction progresses quickly. There may be a few quality products that could be used.

We are very happy with our purchase of a townhome in the Henderson, NV area. KB Home made the process easy to understand and their staff was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. They had terrific in-house financing options, a great sales staff, and a knowledgeable and skilled construction team.

Finding the RIGHT home builder isn't easy. I've visited many builders around my area and none provided what was most important for me and my family. Large lot size (homes having much space in between one another). Spacious interior design, large back yard, lots of interior storage spaces, large master walk-in closet, upgraded kitchen features included, and multiple interior living room spaces for functionality. This being my 1st home build experience (from dirt to house), I have to say that KB provided an exceptional experience throughout the process.

We were quite disappointed with the quality of the KB homes, which we feel does not align with the price being offered. Specifically, the condition of the inventory and walk-in homes was significantly below our expectations. We encountered numerous issues that suggest the homes are not maintained to a standard that justifies the cost. We believe this discrepancy between quality and price needs to be addressed to better reflect the value of the homes.

Our entire experience with KB has been the best experience I could ask for! This is our first new home and KB has really set the gold standard on excellent customer service in our book. Overall quite satisfied. We were short of time in our hunt for a new home, had to choose a move in ready home. We would have chosen to upgrade a few minor things if we had the time. Otherwise, the process overall has been smooth and easy with KB, they've been consistent in their follow ups which is quite pleasing.

It was a great experience to buy a home through KB. I've researched other home builders like Lennar and D.R. Horton and KB by far was the best. The others homebuilders' homes were overpriced and a lot smaller in size.

Buying a KB Home was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I signed a contract on New Year's Eve and spent the next 6 months making choices and watching them realized. By mid July I was in my new home and loving it. I would totally recommend the process and KB to anyone.

The experience towards the end was extremely disheartening. The closing was rushed and it made me regret purchasing with KB Home due to the lack of communication after closing. There are multiple findings flagged during the home orientation that have yet to be resolved. There wasn't a 10-day post-closing follow-up a month later, I have yet to hear from a customer care representative despite my various attempts at trying to get in touch with someone. There is a total and complete abandonment of any questions/concerns the buyers have after closing.

We are very happy with our KB Home! It's always stressful trying to coordinate the selling of your old home with the closing date of new construction. Being kept in the loop by KB was extremely important to us. We are close to our 30-day review and we don't see any nail pops!

Professional in every sense of the word. All the staff we worked with were cheerful and timely in guiding us through the buying/home building process and their response to questions or resolving issues. This is the 23rd home I've bought in the last 50 years and this was, by far, the easiest. KB has a process that integrates all aspects of buying a new home; from selection through closing, with follow up to resolve issues. If required, they have insurance and lenders available that are prepared to, immediately, step in and provide their services, with prior knowledge of the builder and the the various home models. They make it easy, with top quality.

Everyone involved in building/purchasing our home were fantastic. From sales, finance, construction, design center and customer service. Being a first time home buyer, I was stressed with all the questions I had. But the whole team was truly great in answering and explaining. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the house is built nicely. If I could buy another house, I definitely would want the same team to work with, no doubt.

From day 1 that we meet Bibiana everything was great! She explain us everything with details about the whole process. She send us every week the updates also. Then we meet Isabeau and that was a plus! She was really kind and professional every day! Sending us updates and answering every question that we had.

We first seen a KB Home model in November 2023. We also seen homes at Lennar, Anderson, Century, and a few older homes in the area. The KB Home took the cake. Not only was the staff the most professional out of all the home sites here in Hollister, but friendly and welcoming set them apart from the rest.

The overall experience was very good, I closed on time thanks to Stacey's diligent work. She delivered what we discussed and that is very important to buyers. I felt all staff in the process was helpful. Zina and Derek were also very knowledgeable in their part of the sale making it an overall wonderful experience.

Overall KB Home has a lot of good processes in place on paper when it comes to ensuring the home is built correctly. However, there was a lack of execution when it came to supervision and quality checking the work that had been done. Some of the contractors do not follow the policies set forth by KB Home.

Salesperson was nice. House has a great floor plan and big backyard. Admin delay/ closing escrow has been delayed for 2 weeks and inconvenienced. Finishing could have been better multiple paint drips on the floor. My window screen has been removed and still not put back for 2 months now.

Overall, we had an amazing experience with KB Homes. Michelle and the sales office was very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed getting frequent updates and seeing pictures of the build process helped the time go by quickly. The KB staff was welcoming and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had.

Excellent experience buying our home with KB Home this year in June of 2024. We purchased a spec home that is a 1 level back to the woods which is beautiful. We are from New Jersey and buying a second home and found a realtor on Realtor.Com, Annie **, who introduced us to KB Home, and so happy she did. She introduced us to our salesperson, Scott, who was very personable, knowledgeable and understood our needs to move in quickly. He took us through several models and spoke about all different features and upgrades but we always went back to the first one which was already complete and got a quick closing date within 4 weeks or so. We are very pleased with everything concerning the house. If anything is needed they get back to you quickly and things get done quick. We live in Sawgrass I and are very happy in our community. Very friendly people and a very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of children.

From May end KB told for closing and now in August 5th they have not given my handover and sent one false estimated closing letter and I left my room and homeless now. They don't care and now they are telling if you take loans from KB, you may get soon with Temporary CO. It's a very worst and I can say pathetic situation for me with two kids with all of stuff without any home. This is happening in Magnolia Creek Riverview FL. I am literally begging and calling five times in a day to get my home after investing half million dollar. I never face this type of situation and it's a worst builder I would say.

KB has been amazing all around! We did run into a few issues with the model home we purchased but they are all being handled accordingly. I have had mixed experience overall. There is great deal of improvement needed in lending and construction quality of the homes. There was good experience from the sales team and very polite, generous after sales customer service.

The home was given to me in poor condition. We bought an independent inspector and provided the list of things to fix. But even after that the things were not fixed. Poor experience with Bryce and Daniel **. I had to do several emails and phone calls to get every small things fixed. I am very unhappy customer.

If we would have been able to keep our original sales agent, I believe a lot of things would have been different in our overall experience. I think a lot of our bad experience was that there were many changes to our KB Home team: sales, loan, construction. Although those changes happened, the studio team and construction team went above and beyond to make sure our voices were heard and our vision came to life. When we think about the overall experience, we felt as if we did not get the KB Home promise: built on relationships. The mission and motto should be known & reminded often to your staff, especially the ones selling KB homes.

My experience with KB Home has been a mix of challenges and exceptional support. Initially, the process was quite frustrating due to issues with the loan officer, Scott. He consistently failed to answer our questions clearly, displayed a bad attitude, and was often rude and short-tempered. We bought KB Home in Vista CA in late 2023, and I am writing a review just after 6 month in a brand new house. At first everything looked great, and then we started seeing water falling down from counter top, water puddle in garage floor, cabinet woods chipped where screw is, bad microwave, side door lock installation issues, floor squeaking and so on. For few months we have found so many workmanship issues. KB customer service is fine at some level but not to the level of resolving/fixing issues. They claim all things are within tolerance when it comes to leveling issue but ignore the fact that water not going where it is supposed to. They point fingers to contractors, the contractor points finger to another contractor and so on and so on. Basically, they have playing ping pong on some major issues I have. I would never buy any kb home, and I will mention this to every potential homebuyer in my reach. I am very pissed.

The KB home itself is awesome. Especially if it's your first time like ours. BUT we do not recommend using KBHS. It was a horrid process and it almost took three months. For it being our first time it was extremely mentally and physically draining. We recommend using your own outside lender.

The homebuying process was filled with a lot of great highlights but also a lot of frustration and disappointment. The Sales staff, KB Studio staff, and Lending staff, were all great to work, they all did a fantastic job, I really enjoyed weekly phone calls with updates on the process. On the other hand, there was a total lack of quality workmanship with the building. Our home inspections turned up multiple serious issues. In the end, we had to close on the house without everything being addressed or face moving into a hotel. If you do buy a KB Home, please make sure you get multiple private home inspections and do not let them bully you into closing until all issues have been resolved. In the end, I would not buy another KB Home and I would not recommend KB to friends or family.

Everything went fine until the last few days. I was told the Friday before closing that as long as they received my funds on Monday that I could sign and get keys on Monday. On monday they received my funds before 10am and then things went crazy.

From the beginning, we were reassured the house would to built to our expectations with quality and integrity. It was not. From the beginning, most of the crews drink alcohol while working. None of the crews seem to take pride in their work. They were definitely the lowest bidder. The house was built with close enough dimensions. Not sure if a tape measure was used on a lot of items. One of the subs tracked mud all over the carpet to steal a showerhead for another house. Eventually, the shower head was replaced with some random shower head.

Overall, my experience was good. The mortgage portion was probably the most complicated part being that I had three different sales reps, and the last sales rep was not notified on when my closing date was because I had to ask and was never told a lot of miscommunication going on which I do understand when there's a lot of parties working together, but these are important things for an important purchase.

Kind and hard working staff that yes have a job to do but never made me feel pressured to purchase a home. They let the house do the talking for them and they assisted extremely well with any questions that I had throughout this experience. Helpful and always informed me of anything I may have requested.
