It was a great experience to buy a home through KB. I've researched other home builders like Lennar and D.R. Horton and KB by far was the best. The others homebuilders' homes were overpriced and a lot smaller in size.

My wife and I were looking to buy our first home, we looked at different builders but the one that really stood out were the KB homes, we saw one of the model homes and it was love at first sight, we both fell in love with our home, it was spacious and met every requirement we had, the whole KB team help us achieve our goal of owning our home and we couldn't be happier, thank you.

I was provided weekly updates from day one of construction. The lending phase was pleasant. Neal and his team were outstanding in providing updates and answered all my questions promptly and made the entire process stress free.

Throughout the process the customer service exceeded my expectations. As we settle into our new home we continue to be impressed by the post sale support offered. Any minor issues that arose were quickly resolved to ensure our satisfactory even after the sale was complete.

We are blown away by the customer service of KB at Gladden Farms. Other builders we tried to work with seemed to only be concerned about selling homes while KB was concerned about selling us the right home and making it perfect for us. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and reliable. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We had a great experience with KB Home. We needed to find a home and did not have time to build. Zina our sales agent was able to find us an inventory home that met our needs. Then the financing team worked quickly to get us the closing date we wanted. Thanks to the great interest rate KB was offering we were able to purchase a home. When it came to the walkthrough Stacey and her team were able to have our house ready in days. We have now been in our home for 1 month and we are loving it.

Buying a home with KB has not only been rewarding, but also smooth, easy, and fun. My wife and I love our home as it fits our needs and lifestyle perfectly. Buying a KB Home was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I signed a contract on New Year's Eve and spent the next 6 months making choices and watching them realized. By mid July I was in my new home and loving it. I would totally recommend the process and KB to anyone.

The experience towards the end was extremely disheartening. The closing was rushed and it made me regret purchasing with KB Home due to the lack of communication after closing. There are multiple findings flagged during the home orientation that have yet to be resolved. There wasn't a 10-day post-closing follow-up a month later, I have yet to hear from a customer care representative despite my various attempts at trying to get in touch with someone. There is a total and complete abandonment of any questions/concerns the buyers have after closing.

We are very happy with our KB Home! It's always stressful trying to coordinate the selling of your old home with the closing date of new construction. Being kept in the loop by KB was extremely important to us. We are close to our 30-day review and we don't see any nail pops!

All the staff we worked with were cheerful and timely in guiding us through the buying/home building process and their response to questions or resolving issues. This is the 23rd home I've bought in the last 50 years and this was, by far, the easiest. KB has a process that integrates all aspects of buying a new home; from selection through closing, with follow up to resolve issues. If required, they have insurance and lenders available that are prepared to, immediately, step in and provide their services, with prior knowledge of the builder and the the various home models. They make it easy, with top quality.

Everyone involved in building/purchasing our home were fantastic. From sales, finance, construction, design center and customer service. Being a first time home buyer, I was stressed with all the questions I had. But the whole team was truly great in answering and explaining. From day 1 that we meet Bibiana everything was great! She explain us everything with details about the whole process. She send us every week the updates also. We first seen a KB Home model in November 2023. We also seen homes at Lennar, Anderson, Century, and a few older homes in the area. The KB Home took the cake. Not only was the staff the most professional out of all the home sites here in Hollister, but friendly and welcoming set them apart from the rest.

The overall experience was very good, I closed on time thanks to Stacey's diligent work. She delivered what we discussed and that is very important to buyers. I felt all staff in the process was helpful. Zina and Derek were also very knowledgeable in their part of the sale making it an overall wonderful experience.

Overall KB Home has a lot of good processes in place on paper when it comes to ensuring the home is built correctly. However, there was a lack of execution when it came to supervision and quality checking the work that had been done. Some of the contractors do not follow the policies set forth by KB Home.

Salesperson was nice. House has a great floor plan and big backyard. Admin delay/ closing escrow has been delayed for 2 weeks and inconvenienced. Finishing could have been better multiple paint drips on the floor. My window screen has been removed and still not put back for 2 months now.

Overall, we had an amazing experience with KB Homes. Michelle and the sales office was very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed getting frequent updates and seeing pictures of the build process helped the time go by quickly. The KB staff was welcoming and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had.

Excellent experience buying our home with KB Home this year in June of 2024. We purchased a spec home that is a 1 level back to the woods which is beautiful. We are from New Jersey and buying a second home and found a realtor on Realtor.Com, Annie **, who introduced us to KB Home, and so happy she did. She introduced us to our salesperson, Scott, who was very personable, knowledgeable and understood our needs to move in quickly. He took us through several models and spoke about all different features and upgrades but we always went back to the first one which was already complete and got a quick closing date within 4 weeks or so. We are very pleased with everything concerning the house. If anything is needed they get back to you quickly and things get done quick. We live in Sawgrass I and are very happy in our community. Very friendly people and a very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of children.

From May end KB told for closing and now in August 5th they have not given my handover and sent one false estimated closing letter and I left my room and homeless now. They don't care and now they are telling if you take loans from KB, you may get soon with Temporary CO. It's a very worst and I can say pathetic situation for me with two kids with all of stuff without any home. This is happening in Magnolia Creek Riverview FL. I am literally begging and calling five times in a day to get my home after investing half million dollar. I never face this type of situation and it's a worst builder I would say.

KB Home provided a phenomenal experience throughout the process. Great experience purchasing the home from the realtors to the lenders. Homebuying is never an easy process no matter where you go. There will be positives and negatives with every builder. KB has been amazing all around! We did run into a few issues with the model home we purchased but they are all being handled accordingly. Great community, great neighborhood, great family environment! Only major negative - too many solicitors!

I have had mixed experience overall. There is great deal of improvement needed in lending and construction quality of the homes. There was good experience from the sales team and very polite, generous after sales customer service.

The home was given to me in poor condition. We bought an independent inspector and provided the list of things to fix. But even after that the things were not fixed. Poor experience with Bryce and Daniel **. I had to do several emails and phone calls to get every small things fixed. I am very unhappy customer.

If we would have been able to keep our original sales agent, I believe a lot of things would have been different in our overall experience. I think a lot of our bad experience was that there were many changes to our KB Home team: sales, loan, construction. Although those changes happened, the studio team and construction team went above and beyond to make sure our voices were heard and our vision came to life. When we think about the overall experience, we felt as if we did not get the KB Home promise: built on relationships. The mission and motto should be known & reminded often to your staff, especially the ones selling KB homes.

My experience with KB Home has been a mix of challenges and exceptional support. Initially, the process was quite frustrating due to issues with the loan officer, Scott. He consistently failed to answer our questions clearly, displayed a bad attitude, and was often rude and short-tempered. His delays significantly slowed down the process, and his repeated errors in the paperwork added to our frustration, nearly causing us to abandon our loan application.

I would like to recognize Nick, Tami, and Kevin for their outstanding contributions. They made my home-buying experience exceptional, and I am grateful for the time and effort they dedicated to my customer experience. Home prices were very affordable, and I got a very good deal on a brand new home. The mortgage process was very thorough and transparent to me through each step of the process. We bought KB Home in Vista CA in late 2023, and I am writing a review just after 6 month in a brand new house. At first everything looked great, and then we started seeing water falling down from counter top, water puddle in garage floor, cabinet woods chipped where screw is, bad microwave, side door lock installation issues, floor squeaking and so on. For few months we have found so many workmanship issues. KB customer service is fine at some level but not to the level of resolving/fixing issues. They claim all things are within tolerance when it comes to leveling issue but ignore the fact that water not going where it is supposed to. They point fingers to contractors, the contractor points finger to another contractor and so on and so on. Basically, they have playing ping pong on some major issues I have. I would never buy any kb home, and I will mention this to every potential homebuyer in my reach. I am very pissed.

The KB home itself is awesome. Especially if it's your first time like ours. BUT we do not recommend using KBHS. It was a horrid process and it almost took three months. For it being our first time it was extremely mentally and physically draining. We recommend using your own outside lender.

The homebuying process was filled with a lot of great highlights but also a lot of frustration and disappointment. The Sales staff, KB Studio staff, and Lending staff, were all great to work, they all did a fantastic job, I really enjoyed weekly phone calls with updates on the process. On the other hand, there was a total lack of quality workmanship with the building. Our home inspections turned up multiple serious issues. In the end, we had to close on the house without everything being addressed or face moving into a hotel. If you do buy a KB Home, please make sure you get multiple private home inspections and do not let them bully you into closing until all issues have been resolved. In the end, I would not buy another KB Home and I would not recommend KB to friends or family.

The KB sales crew and the building supervisor were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I liked the KB Home experience so much I bought two houses in two months! After buying a home in Wildomar, California, the overall experience was so positive (Jen, Tony, Elijah, and Barry) that I bought a rental home in Winchester seven weeks later. What clinched my house purchase choice was even after I signed for the house, the KB team promptly responded to and fixed the "blemishes and bruises" I discovered after I signed for the house.

Everything went fine until the last few days. I was told the Friday before closing that as long as they received my funds on Monday that I could sign and get keys on Monday. On monday they received my funds before 10am and then things went crazy.

KB house designed looks very nice and privacy from our neighbor. For example, my house is a one story and next to two stories, but KB designed that my house feel like watching from the two stories neighbor.

From the beginning, we were reassured the house would to built to our expectations with quality and integrity. It was not. From the beginning, most of the crews drink alcohol while working. None of the crews seem to take pride in their work. They were definitely the lowest bidder. The house was built with close enough dimensions. Not sure if a tape measure was used on a lot of items. One of the subs tracked mud all over the carpet to steal a showerhead for another house. Eventually, the shower head was replaced with some random shower head.

Home with good price, we had to monitor the changes in construction sites. Choices in studio can be better with respect to cost and lucrative options. I like the help provided at each step from David, Jeff and Jared especially. I request KB Homes to perform the background check for individuals buying and staying in the homes as it affects the community, neighborhood and future buyers.

Overall, my experience was good. The mortgage portion was probably the most complicated part being that I had three different sales reps, and the last sales rep was not notified on when my closing date was because I had to ask and was never told a lot of miscommunication going on which I do understand when there's a lot of parties working together, but these are important things for an important purchase.

Kind and hard working staff that yes have a job to do but never made me feel pressured to purchase a home. They let the house do the talking for them and they assisted extremely well with any questions that I had throughout this experience. Helpful and always informed me of anything I may have requested.

KB Home service was wonderful. They were on top of everything and made sure we feel comfortable throughout the process. House is well made and we love all the energy saving features. After sales support from KB Home Staff has also been fantastic. Overall it was a very positive experience. We would highly recommend KB Home!

The lending experience with KB Home almost made us pull out of the process completely. There was such a limited explanation on how mortgages worked, how our numbers would change with how much we put down, and what the best "bang for our buck" might be in how we could allocate funds. We almost went with a different lending company, too, but the only reason we gritted our teeth and used KBHome Lenders was because they offered the $30k in credits towards the home purchase.

However, when it comes time for inspection and the walk-through, it is very much on yourself to find everything that you want to be fixed and you will definitely miss things.

The close went well considering I was an all cash buyer. The final walkthrough was handled with detail and everything was communicated well. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase of a KB home. I just needed one warranty thing done with replacing the shower valve in the primary bathroom.

KB has been deliberately untruthful during the home buying process. They purposefully mislead potential home buyers and end up leaving them high and dry. Our displeasure with KB is not just confined to one person, but KB employees and management as a whole. We have been lied to and told that a mistake made by KB, due to their lack of training or employee management, is our fault and our realtor's fault. Ridiculously, KB has not even offered a proper apology for their extreme lack of professionalism and continued deceptive practices. We wish we could rate the whole experience with a 0; we will not (nor will our realtor) EVER recommend a KB home to anyone and we will continue to voice our dissatisfaction with KB's treatment of home buyers.

The housing market has changed and home prices are much higher than pre-pandemic prices. Me and my wife moved from out of state with our newborn, our agent found us a great lot and house through KB, we put in a offer the same day, everything was going smoothly until they contacted us about their financing. Without too much detail, they were extremely paranoid that we were just going to rent the house out and not physically move in? They were extremely hard to deal with after we went with our private financing. Then they caused us to rearrange our entire finances due to further "problems" costing us far far far more out of pocket than anticipated. Overall The sales team and the build team were great, the house is beautiful, love the location. I've bought and sold many homes and have had far worse and far better experiences. Don't be afraid to shop with them in the end but be prepared for the potential of some hoops.

Having previously owned a KB home in which we loved to building our new KB home 6 years apart we saw many differences. Our sales representative, Travis, was wonderful. Travis is knowledgeable and always answered questions in a timely manner, even when he was off. We appreciated that very much! We liked that we could customize the home to what we wanted. The design studio was our favorite part of the whole journey. We wished there were more lighting/fixture options and could have chosen a higher grade paint than what is offered. We could upgrade the color, but that's not what we wanted. We like the standard alabaster, just wanted a better quality of paint used.

However, we wish KB had offered more upgrade options, such as whole-house wood shelves and bathroom vanity lights. Overall, I am happy to have selected my lot and to build the plan I like most with the desired upgrades. However, the upgrade options are quite limited, and it would be beneficial to have more choices available. Unfortunately, the price variation for the same house model in different locations within the same city is significant. Additionally, it would be more helpful if the loan processing team could provide more accurate and detailed information upfront.

I love my home and mostly had a good experience with the building process. My home was well built and on time. KB frontline employees were great. Upper management was not. An issue arose 3 weeks before closing and upper management made it clear that business was more important than the customer. KB skews the review process. They aren't interested in true and accurate reviews. It was made clear to me that anything less than a 10 negatively affects the employees on the frontline. How unfair when the upper management were the failures, not the frontline employees.

Please consider the quality of work from the bottom up and not the top down. It doesn�t matter how many pencil pushers suggest changes and choose new designs for homes or coffee for the office. When the workers contracted do a quick sloppy job, the product will always be substandard.

Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the contracting process. Once construction started, the construction manager was on top of all of the subcontractors. The home is very energy efficient for its size and is well constructed. We feel like the homes are fairly priced.

We purchased a home in a new development in Tucson after our adult daughter and her husband moved there. The overall development is fantastic with lots of amenities and great for raising a family. The house is well built and as expected for a production home from a volume builder. It is very comfortable, efficient, and beautiful. The best part is that it is a low-maintenance home mostly due to the limited yard and desert landscaping.

I was told my original close date was 2/28. I was then told week by week it would be ready to close and I have all of the emails from the title company. I moved halfway across this country and was held in limbo for over 2 months until we actually closed on the home. I lost over $30,000 in missed wages because I put my two weeks notice in being assured that 2/28 the home would be complete. I have recommended KB to many people but I will no longer recommend them to anyone. I did not receive my 10k builder incentive that I am entitled to and I feel that I have been cheated.

My KB Home buying experience has been good. My recommendation is to find your own lender as the KB lenders didn't do their job and cancelled on us after dragging out the process to buy our home. But if you need the right person to find the right house for you contact Kerry at the front office and if you have issues with the house (siding damage, replacement stove, etc.) Brandon is your man to get it done right and in the timeline you need.
