Our experience with KB Home has been incredibly positive. From the very beginning, the team was professional, attentive, and committed to delivering a high-quality home. The process was smooth, with clear communication and support every step of the way.

One of the best parts of the home-buying experience from KB Home is its people. Everyone we worked it from the sales, construction and the customer support team, were excellent professionals with a great sense of integrity and a true desire to delight the customers. KB management is clear with its communication and commitment related to the progress and the final delivery date. The homes offer great value in terms of price, location and amenities. We felt KB puts great importance to customer satisfaction.

This is my First Home. I Love how my loan approved. Thanks to James. Lori helped with the progress and photos. I am inspired the communications used by all KB teams includes Design Studio. It is a great experience and KB Design Studio team helped me to select my BEST options to design my First Home. After my Home delivered, the KB team help me to resolve issues quickly. Thank you to Miguel. My kids love our Home and we are so happy to stay.

The entire process has been disappointing, from the poor customer service to the low-quality construction and frustrating lending experience. Customer service was disorganized and failed to address key issues, leaving the construction team to step in, though their efforts came too late. The property had numerous defects, including missing parts, uneven surfaces, and loose fixtures, which are unacceptable given the cost. Additionally, the lending process was slow, unprofessional, and lacked transparency, with promises broken at the last minute, leaving us with an unfavorable rate. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations.

All the staff was wonderful and easy to work with. Lots of helpful information and I was sold on the facts and information for the local area. The neighborhood had lots of great friendly people. The one thing I think would be most helpful would be a list of factors about the town with maybe a map or list of festivals or activities area for anyone re to the area. I love the town, shops and restaurants and so look forward to exploring Fuquay Varina.

KB studio options and their loan department are excellent in service. As for construction, I had my own inspector come out twice and would definitely recommend doing the same for peace of mind. Lesson learned, do not sign until all items that need to be addressed are done. In my personal experience, the home was not move in ready. There was a lack in excellence, workmanship and in meeting completion at closing dates.

When first looking at homes we met the most amazing sales team with KB Homes. Their attention to every detail you could want for yourself and your family were always met. Working with the builder was like a dream and we never had a moment where we didn't feel like we had a concern that wasn't heard and taken care of as soon as possible. Every single step of the way was exciting and less stressful than I would ever have imagined it to be and now we are in the most amazing home. It is a true dream come true for myself and my family.

KB Home was very professional and accommodating. The houses were design for a modern, and comfortable living. All the staffs were very responsive and proficient, which contributed to a smooth experience. KB Home was willing to go beyond to meet your satisfaction.

Doug, CJ and Carter in construction team were the best in their fields who continue to support us in every request we need. Overall, KB Home team provided us excellent customer service throughout this journey.

Unfinished workmanship, bad communication, lack of care in their work, and I'm a very unsatisfied customer. Left me too many things to point out during my walk through that just goes to show they never took time to look closely at the house. I still have issues with the house now even after I've signed it off.

I have to say, building my home with KB Home has been an exciting and rewarding experience. From the very start, I felt like I was in good hands. The team really took the time to listen to what I wanted, whether it was picking the ideal lot, spacious kitchen, energy-efficient features, or thoughtful design touches throughout the house. I was amazed by how many customization options were available, which made the process feel more personal and less 'cookie-cutter.'

We spent years researching all the builders available in NE FL. With a construction boom and so many to choose from, we saw KB Homes was hands down the best value in our price range. The customizations, design studio, and floor plans were far better than all the other national builders. We felt we were getting a custom home at a spec home price. At first interaction with our sales rep, we knew we were in the right place. We felt like we were working with a good friend rather than a sales person. She advocated on our behalf, was insightful, and even took us to several communities to make sure we were making the right decision.

I didn't know what to expect when buying from KB. The process was smooth and the staff was communicative. The web portal with all the information was great and then after closing all of your documents are there to view.

KB was informative and fairly priced for the home quality. The sales staff was informative and worked with us to select the ideal lot and model for our home. The construction team was fantastic in communication and promptness of repairs/cosmetics.

From the moment I walked into the KB Home sales office, I was treated to the most helpful care. After taking a tour and asking questions I knew I had found people I wanted to work with. The next day I chose my perfect home, my perfect lot, and the perfect company -KB Home. The whole process is exceptional. I was guided and had weekly contact from financial, building, designing, closing, and follow up support.

A comprehensive team who works to find you a lot, home plan and design features to partially customize your new home to the way you want it. Their entire staff and assisted third parties and subcontractors are consummate professionals ... I cannot sign their praises enough.

I think there is a lot of areas where things can be improved, pride in one's (physical) work is the highest on my list however. My experience started with the sales staff which was great. Then it moved to construction which is where the bulk of the issues were at. If you expect a finished home with no effort from the homeowner, think again, customer third-party inspections are a requirement to ensure you are getting a complete home you want to live in.

I was a little skeptical in doing business with KB as there are a lot of mixed reviews out there; however, their staff and team members do make significant efforts to ensure you are kept well informed, your questions and concerns are responded, and if there is an issue they do have a plan to solve it. As per the build quality, so far so good! I am hoping this does not changes in the future.

The teams at KB are knowledgeable and very helpful. They do a great job of helping you understand the general process and answering any questions you may have. Be sure to do your research or write down any questions, the process is long and there is a lot of information, so some things inevitably can be sped past, but if you maintain communication they do an excellent job of clarifying and keeping you informed.

KB keeps in touch with you throughout the homebuying process because they haven't closed you yet. Once you sign though it's a different story. My advice - do not purchase floors or countertops in their design studio. Very limited selection. The the craftsmanship is poor. Wait a few years and hire professionals of your choosing. They built my house in 4-5 months but I closed 07/26 and am still waiting for them to take care of issues and it is 12/09 today. I think it's because I'm already here I am no longer a priority. Some of their contractors workers are nice and some aren't. Just be prepared you will have issues when you move in so take my advice and visit your home several times and mark all little things for them to fix before you move in. Do not sign until it's all done to your satisfaction. You may have to give yourself at least two weeks before having to be out of your current home and your closing date so they can do it before you have to move.

Overall it was a great experience for us. We don't move very often and have been very happy so far. I do appreciate the patience of everyone involved to overcome my naivety in all aspects of the process. The experience was both professional and enjoyable.

We have had nothing but problems since we bought a lot in Birchwood Grove. This house didn't pass a framing inspection plus our own inspections have shown various issues. Our overall experience with KB Home was great! The team over at Palm Court was very attentive to our process and made sure to keep things moving along as fast as possible. We felt that they had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. A massive amount of paper work comes with the homebuying process and Janice answered all of our questions, and got more information from her sources for us when the answer was not known. She even went ahead and took some measurements for some rooms for our appliances on her own when we weren't able to, and that was very helpful!

When we were looking, we visited a lot of the common developers (Lennar, DR Horton, Pulte, etc.). What stood out to me was the experience that we had from the beginning. It was the sales person (Emanuel "Manny" **) that sold us. It was the time he took to answer questions and put things in perspective for the both of us to understand. Buying a home can be stressful and I can honestly say, it was far from that. Very much so satisfied.

KB Home is very professional but the difference maker are Scott and Jolanda. Jolanda will make sure you are aware of construction, the entire process and Scott after moving in will make sure that you have the best customer service. They both are A with service, KB Home is very lucky to have these 2 dedicated employees.

In all honesty, everyone at KB Home is doing such an amazing job that I have no issues writing positively about them because I think they deserve it. I am so very happy with my new home and it was such a great experience to work with KB Home. I have nothing negative to say about them otherwise I would highlight it but at-least in my experience it has been an overall 10/10 excellent experience.

KB Home delivers solid construction and customizable options, making it easy to design your dream home. The team was responsive during the building process, addressing most concerns promptly. Overall, the experience was positive, but there's room for improvement in follow-up communication and ensuring all minor issues are resolved efficiently.

I felt like everyone on the team took their job personally. When I would phone or message, I got a response - every time - inside of 48 hours, usually inside of 24. There were some glitches along the way, as there are bound to be, but the response from Enrique and Ariel and Jody were immediate and they were concerned about what they could do to help.

This was our first home we have purchased and the process was so easy and everything was explained to us very well. Any issues or concerns we had were promptly answered and resolved. After speaking to other people in the area outside of KB, we had a much better experience than others had with other builders and will always recommend KB. Our purchase at KB Home at Gladden Farms was an extremely positive experience. Chris at the sales office was courteous, professional and responsive to all our questions. The house was not yet built when we committed to purchase it, and communications with both Chris and Tyler (the construction manager) was timely and informative throughout the entire process. We also met via phone with the design team to make some upgrade selections and this too went without a hitch. As we lived out of state and were not able to visit the site regularly, communication was critical. Tyler and Chris communicated with us every week with both pictures and the status of construction. We were able to do our first "walk-through" via video conference with Tyler narrating as we viewed the house from Colorado.

KB Home offers a wide variety of floor plans to fit any home buyer's needs. Their "special sauce" is allowing home buyer to tailor their home in their Design Studio, which is an absolutely AMAZING experience! Ultimately, when they deliver the high quality house you realize you chose the right builder.

This is my 2nd KB Home and evidently, my first experience must have been great or I would not have come back for a second time. Well, the second time around wasn't great. I would not recommend KB Homes to anyone again. The builders did not take care of the materials in the home. Rusted bathtubs, damaged brick all around the house, The house must have been built on an ants bed because ants are all over. We do have the Home Team, but this is just bad.

From the moment I entered the sales office, I was impressed. Klay was professional and very knowledgeable of the community, product and financing. After moving to the financing side I was introduced to Gina whom was also a complete pleasure to deal with! Closing out my experience was Evan! KB Homes has put together a very professional staff that made my experience pleasant and to both!!!

I would not recommend KB Home to anyone, including my worst enemy. If you want a year of arguments, gaslighting, and awful workmanship, a KB Home may be right for you. The disrespect and unprofessionalism that was shown by the KB Home staff was outrageous, the fact that these people are still employed here and have high up roles is shocking. They sell you on that they care for you and your experience, that couldn't be further from the truth, on multiple occasions I was told by staff at KB Home they wish they didn't have to deal with the homebuyers at all.

I really had bad experience with KBHS. Buying a home does not have to be stressful. But KBHS was not able to close the home on-time has caused my entire family stress. Till now they did not communicate the reason not moving the loan. Personally I put lot of effort to close the home with another lender and closed the home within 15 days. Due to poor communication by KBHS, I lost close to 10k from my pocket.

This is our first time building from dirt and the experience has been memorable. We find it very difficult to recommend KB Home to anyone and wish we experienced KB Home slogan built on relationships.

When we finally made a decision to buy the house we are in now, the superintendent/construction manager (Brandon-great guy) was very laid back, not pushy, attended to our every needs and concerns with a few defects with the house and corrected them as soon as he could. Overall experience is a good one but if you could adhere to modify some changes requested by home buyers like I want my thermostat downstairs to be moved to the right wall instead of where it is as I wanted to hang a painting. So I'm dissatisfied only thing.

Sales staff was active for sales at first but I'm not satisfied with the integrity and honesty part where nobody mentioned the challenges I will be facing of an excessive noise and vibration from a train track causing me depression, sleeplessness, mental torture, anxiety, stress and affecting my well-being. I am living my worst days in a new home and enduring pains. I am supposed to enjoy my new home as a new homeowner instead I'm enduring pains. Sincerity, integrity and honesty when selling properties to customers explaining details and consequences. I am not satisfied with their work because they are not honest with us giving us a portion of land close to a train track with an excessive noise and vibration to the house. We were given false information. It won't be a challenge but my worst fear just began living in a new home.

I don't recommend someone buying primary home. It may good for someone like to chose lot of customizations but it's stressful to know few are very expensive to get it.. Tub -5k, Covered patio -8k, gourmet Kitchen - 5.5k, cabinets -3-4k, each will add up so not worth it.. If basic like tub I need to pay 5k, cabinet height 3k... Not worth of buying it.

KB is a medium level home builder, plain and simple. Everything they do is medium level. If you want a decent home that will not have major issues, you need to watch the property like a hawk. You have to get lucky with a good construction manager, otherwise your home will be build poorly.

Working work with KB Homes Sales (Michael **) was absolutely amazing. Michael was very attentive and just always there every step of the way. Even after move-in, he's still available to answer any questions and just be there to entertain my questions and comments. The homes are spacious and beautiful. It's exciting to own a brand-new home. However, the issues that have arose since move-in is very disappointing. I have had to replace brand-new defective appliance (under warranty) to having other appliances repaired due to braking soon after move-in, to replacing appliances myself due to cheap quality.
