In 2004 I purchased my first KB Home. I loved it so much that I purchased my second KB Home in April of this year. Everyone is so customer service oriented...from sales, to studio, to service and everything else in between. Michelle ** and Dominic ** in Sales were amazing. Mariel ** in the Studio was so attentive! Joel ** and Tim ** are always there when I need them. I couldn't be happier. I love my new home!

Still cleaning. KB Home is a great builder and the home came out great but I think they need more people watching over what gets done.

The KB Team delivered on all fronts. Excellent partnership and customer service. Amazing Delivery. Amazing Staff.

Ever since we started looking for homes, KB Home stood out to us the most. KB Home gives an excellent service and portrays what every homebuilder should be like. Not only is the company outstanding but the quality of the workers, the sales staff, the constructors, and just about everyone that works for KB Home is excellent! I was very pleased with the upgrades and the prices they had to offer, and the homes are beautifully constructed from top to bottom inside and out. My experience with KB Home is something I will never forget and I think KB Home is a very great company and very successful with their work. I would like to recognize Val ** and Jeff ** for helping my family and I achieve this wonderful experience.

From the first time my wife and I stepped into the KB office we knew we had found our builder. We had worked with DR Horton and Miranda only to walk away unsure. KB granted us the assurance and quality we were looking for. Thank you KB.

I bought my first house brand new thinking it would be better but little did I know it was the wrong choice. Only two years into the house I start seeing problems occurring that the KB home builders don't take responsibility over. This is truly disappointing that they don't tell you about any of this before purchasing such an expensive home. You'd think KB home builders would be liable and fix anything going wrong to your brand new house but it's the complete opposite. They try to blame it on everything else but themselves. This is truly disappointing and I recommend everyone to purchase a home elsewhere so you're not in my situation.

We wanted to move into our first home get off the renting hamster wheel. We were a new family who were looking to settle and that was when we met Kelly **. She showed all the models, how much each one would cost on different lots and different neighborhoods. She went above and beyond and got us the house we wanted at the price point and we could not be happier!

I would recommend KB Home as far as the home buying experience, but the mortgage part was a little bit confusing and the lending process has to be more streamlined and efficient, instead of rushed in the way at the end. If we had taken the way we originally started, everything would've been fine. I was able to send in all the documents they had immediately. Then they promised me a closing date, and I was here in advance and we prepared for that. We took time off and arranged to try to get movers. And then we were told about a week before that the date wasn’t confirmed and it got moved. That was pretty disheartening, especially when I have to work a job where I have to put in a fixed notice to have a day off. We had to expect 5 days which wasn’t really good at all. Everything else was perfect and wonderful.

We were told that the home prices were going up the next day... we picked out our lot, went through all the details of the home, then ask for some assistance with closing costs. Our salesperson with KB homes in Homestead subdivision in Maricopa, AZ, said he would call the broker and ask about closing costs and get back to us and it might be the next day... After trying to reach him (salesperson) all morning the next day, the earnest deposit was taken back to the office to finalize the deal. We were told our contract from the day before was no longer good and now if we wanted the home it would be 3,000 more. Never did the sales agent tell us that... He lead us to believe we could bring in the earnest deposit the next day and give him time to talk to the broker about helping with closing cost. I would never recommend KB homes and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear from this company. We feel we were lied to and the sale person mislead us.

With the quality of home that we got and the price that other builders are charging, KB Home is reasonable and affordable. The quality is just as good as the other builder. The customer service and our construction manager was wonderful. It’s the most value for your dollar. I’m satisfied with KB Home.

I was a first time home buyer that wanted to have her dream home built and stay close to her mom that lives less than a mile away from Ibis Cove. I wasn't sure what to do or what to expect. Dominic was my first point of contact with KB at Ibis Cove, and was an essential part of making my home a reality. I had some bumps in the road when it came to the construction side of things but Dominic was always there for me lending a guiding hand throughout the whole process reassuring me that everything would work out and it did!

I've purchased several homes before but this was my first new home. I assessed several builders prior to my encounter with KB Home. I was not satisfied with what was offer by the other builders in that area because either the homes were too overpriced or the layout was just not right. I walked into KB's office at Ibis Cove still doubtful about what they would offer and I was also apprehensive above several reviews I read about KB Home. Dominic ** was my sale representative that day. He was there from the beginning to the end of the sale. I developed a trusting relationship with him because I found him to be honest and transparent.

This was our first home building experience and really didn't know what to expect but, I will have to say, the entire experience from start to finish went very smoothly. Dominic at the sales center was very knowledgeable and accommodating and was always very responsive. Joel, the Construction Manager, was also very accommodating and responsive. Dominic, Joel and the entire KB team has treated us like family and not just a number. I would highly recommend KB Home to anyone thinking about building a home.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled and so far satisfied. The KB Home office Ibis Cove at South Forks are amazing!!! Dominic explained everything from A to Z and made sure all questions were answered. I can't wait to have our house built!!! Thanks Dominic.

Our experience with KB Homes has been a pleasant surprise. There were no pressure sales. The homes alone speak for themselves. We are very pleased with the purchase we made. The location provides us, in our senior years, with all the necessities (food and medical) within four miles.

Great sales staff, extremely easy one-stop shop for your home buying experience. Be wary of local project managers and being forced to close before home is ready.

Buyer Beware!! I am very dissatisfied with the whole process of building a KB Home. There have been numerous issues since day 1. From the hose bib being installed inside the house to the A/C duct work getting completely soaked by the rain because it was installed before the roof was dried in. The sales agent was very rude especially after we closed on the house. The sales agents only care about the money they will receive over you being satisfied and happy with your home. All of the subcontractors they hire do a half-ass job. If we could do this over again, I would not purchase a home made by KB Homes!!! Very Dissatisfied!!!

I purchased a home in the Tuscany Woods development in Daytona Beach. While KB Homes as a company limited their staff there, their staff did everything to meet my needs and concerns. I learned after the fact that my General Contractor Jesse stayed late on his birthday to make sure my final walk through we perfect. You really get some hard working and caring staff members at KB Homes. The staff truly cares about their home owners.

I'm very satisfied with the overall value and the ease of purchase with KB Home. They have very courteous staff, too. I am very happy with my experience.

The KB team I worked with provided excellent customer service. They were all very good at their work & successfully guided me through all different aspects of home buying. I would definitely recommend this team to family and friends. Overall, I am very happy in my new KB home.

I purchased my KB homes in 2007. During the purchasing process I opted for many expensive upgrades including the carpet and padding. Last we I had a contractor come to the house to replace a piece of chipped tile. During his repair he pulled up a section of the carpet exposing the padding underneath. Seeing the thinnest standard 5 lb felt I was shocked since in the showroom I spent a considerable amount of money more for the highest quality padding. I immediately called KB Homes warranty department where my claim was denied in less than 20 mins. So for 9 years KB Homes had gotten away with not installing the correct carpet padding which was paid for. I think the worst part about this entire situation is they told me the pad in my home is correct, without any verification, and denied my claim. Now I am wondering what other upgrade I cannot see, such as insulation, sheathing, tech shield are not present or were not installed during construction.

When we did walk thru everything needing to be fixed were obvious things that should not have been left. Cabinets doors on backwards, boards on fence not attached, holes in wall (still not fixed), vent holes cut too big, no plug for water softener, no plug in laundry room, windows not working, etc.

I've owned several homes, this is by far the best quality, design and location. Thomas really made this all happen for me and my wife. His patience, communication skills and honesty made for a smooth buying experience. As a business owner you can't ask for a better person representing your company. Thank You very much!

KB went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. There was no having to settle on something. They were very invested in our decision to buy our house, not just a seller saying, "Here are all the options. Choose what you want." They invested time and took the many, many man hours through all the different phases to make sure that what we were getting was exactly what we wanted. It was a simple process and we now have a perfect home.

Overall, it's a great experience with KB Home and I'm really satisfied with the house. Any little problems that I had along the way, they've been real prompt in taking care of it for me. The only issue I had along the way was come closing. They had KB Mortgage as my mortgage insurance but I wanted USAA. I had mentioned that prior. I never even spoke with anyone at KB Mortgage. They had sent me an email that I never replied to and they called me and left me a voicemail once but I never called them back. I wasn't really interested in the mortgage because I had a good deal with USAA. I had a sent a quote in and everything but ended up putting KB Mortgage instead of my USAA insurance.

Overall, KB Home made the home buying process very simple. They provided excellent service, answered all questions, and were on top of everything. Any issues that came up, they got back to us with a response or a solution in a timely manner. They offered a quality product at an affordable price. And being our first time buying a home, I would definitely go back to KB Home and do it all over again.

KB Home has beautiful properties and they employ excellent sales representatives that are caring, understanding and always very helpful. I will always recommend the KB product!

My overall experience with KB Home was okay. The home quality is great. However, I would not finance with the in-house lender. And whatever a salesperson will tell, no matter what level, don't sign the contract unless what were told are in it.

KB Home was great and knowledgeable but the in house mortgage company was the worst. The size of the home to the price is the best in the area. I would recommend KB Home to others but keep them clear of the mortgage company.

We were very happy with the process from start to finish. They were very informative and communicated well throughout the entire process.

To us it seems KB is more into quantity not quality. Houses are being built so fast that the quality of the home is being pushed aside.

The people at KB Home were very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. They gave good advice and opinions, and were very responsive with the warranty. I never once felt uncomfortable asking a question and they would answer as much as they could and make me understand things that I didn't understand. Rick was very good at communicating. The whole experience was great even with the Design Studio where we were shown all the options. It was a long process but they made it enjoyable. The key is that they were very organized and punctual when it came to making commitments and giving appointments.

I'm happy with KB Home's punctuality, accuracy, prices, and their logistics support. Everything is well-explained and clear, and I understood well what I was buying. I'd recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Sarah ** was a great customer service person to speak to whenever I have issues or questions. She immediately sent me over to Matt to deal with the fence and they made a fence around our neighborhood promptly, now our neighborhood can all enjoy the safety of the fence when the kids are playing at the playground, they will not be running out on the street. Also Gary ** is amazing!!! Doug ** always answer my questions as well or relayed them to Gary who handles Ashford Place. I am IMPRESSED!!!

Initially, we were disappointed with the finish. Then KB Home moved forward and made it right. The experience was fantastic. They provided excellent support. If something is wrong, they will make it right which is what's very important.

The professionalism and the friendliness of the KB Home staff was very welcoming. Moreover the quality of our house for its price is amazing. The lending company was horrible though. I thought it was just us but after we've moved in about a month later, our neighbor said the same thing.

We had a great first time, home-buying and home-building experience with KB Home. They offer more preferred upgrade standardizations which are cost-efficient. I'm loving our new home but I'm hoping they are gonna fix a part and it will be better.

Great communication and experience! We really enjoyed working with the design team and the construction manager. Any questions or concerns were answered and dealt with quickly. Often times the construction manager already was resolving an issue when we brought it to his attention.

KB Home is the place to go to if you want to understand what you’re doing. I am aware that some of these buying experiences can be very daunting, but I didn’t have that case from the moment I stepped into their office. I was very nervous about buying a house, but they made it very easy. It was a beautiful experience. I understood exactly what I was getting ready to do. I’m very pleased with KB Home and I would recommend them a hundred times over.

Initially when buying a home 9 years ago, we were very happy with our KB experience - found the people professional, polite and helpful. However, those were the glory days. Cracks showed up in our foundation - 7 years after our home was built. 2 years later, we are still battling with them. They have done foundation studies that showed our foundation was cupping, the cracks around our house are getting bigger. They seem to have the impression that if you keep on "watering your foundation" we will be okay - they won't need to do anything. We were informed this past week, that KB Home Warranty does not cover foundation issues, only structural issues. You do not need a degree in anything to know the person telling you this nonsense, doesn't know what they are talking about.

The superintendent and construction staff have been amazing, extremely accommodating, and don't hesitate to pick up their phone or respond quickly to any questions or concerns we have. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient, and pain-free experience with KB Home.

KB Home is professional and organized. I like their concept and all the energy-efficient things they offer. But the one negative is how bare bone the asking price is to the home one is getting. There are a lot of necessary upgrades.

House was built thirteen years ago. After a couple years, water was coming in window. They came and claimed they fixed problem. Today tore out sheet rock and black mold and rot over the years. Never really fixed the problem. Now I have to tear out a wall that they should of repaired years ago. Be careful of the quality of work they claim they do. Obviously they led us to believe they fixed the problem and really never did. Now I have to pay out of pocket for their negligence years ago.

I'm completely satisfied with my home buying experience with KB Home. I'm now in my home for the second month and I'm very comfortable and happy. It's been an outstanding experience. I'm thankful for KB Home.

If I were to buy another home, I would buy one with KB Home. We had a very good experience with them. The quality of the home is awesome. They were talking about energy efficiency, and we actually see a difference in our electricity bill already, like a $100 difference from our previous home. The craftsmanship of the KB home and what they exemplify are correct.

Our sales person was great. The overall experience was pleasurable from start to finish to see the process. We did experience little hurdles that we expected, but all things considered, it was a smooth home build. I would build another KB Home.

We love our house that was built by KB Homes. Everything went very smooth and the staff was always helpful and had answers to any of our questions in a timely manner. We have enjoyed our KB Home buying experience and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family! There is one small issue that we brought up the customer service rep. during the 6 months walk through but nothing they can do about it. The bathroom downstairs that nears the kitchen and family room does not have any kind of sound proof or insulation. Every time someone goes into the bathroom, we can we hear it. Being a large and experience builder such as KB Homes, but does not have a logical design to protect the sound coming out of the bathroom is disappointing. I hope someone from KB Homes reads this and responds to me.

I had a pleasant experience with KB Home. It was a perfectly easy and smooth process in sales and particularly construction. They have been very responsive to all of my questions and inquiry.

With KB Home, there's a house for anybody and anyone's needs. If one wanted a home right away, there's the inventory home option like the one I went with or people can sit with an agent and they could build one from scratch. I'm loving it.

The financing process was very smooth and the staff was always helpful and had answers to any of our questions in a timely matter. KB Home purchase in Converse, TX - 4/25 signed contract with KB Home, 4/28 - got eConsent Invitation (after bugging Home Community, serious calls/emails to send me what they are needing). 5/2 - still harassing Home Community as to what in the world they need. 4/30 - finally got call from Home Community and sent what they needed. 5/4 - we get KB Home and insurance a congrats (mail letter) on buying a home (news to me), called in and it's just a formality of what they send (really, all hyped up for nothing). 5/29 - Home Community finally calls to wanting more documents (really) sent them on 5/30 and confirmed, never got a response back. (530-6/8, calls and emails.) Finally on 6/9 he's waiting on me to get documents and I told them I sent it (proof on emails), resend again on 6/9... 6/11 we finally got the final electronic signing and now they tell us that it will be another week till we get a yes approved or no, denied.

KB Home will be my preferred builder if I ever have to build a house again. They stood out above and beyond their competition and brought a home two levels higher than what we could buy from their competition, but within our price point.

KB Home's sales staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about everything. They made the whole process from walking the models to financing to getting closing so easy. It was a great experience for a first-time home buyer.

The sales process is excellent. They are not pushy. In fact the sales went above and beyond in meeting and understanding my needs. They followed up and endured. I was satisfied. The sales manager Brandon initially went on FaceTime on a weekend to show my houses and even went to other home builders with me to see properties. And then accommodate me better. Jeff, the construction manager, showed me details I would have missed and followed up promptly on completion. He even did multiple walk through himself and explained our benefits purchasing KB Home. Wow is all I can say. We are super happy with the home and the experience.

The customer service Kullen ** provided. The best thing was always knowing how the home was coming along. We work two jobs so going to the home was a little difficult and Mr. ** always kept us informed of the progress and that is priceless. He is truly the reason we continued with the home purchase. We love KB and would refer friends and family!

Excellent service! We had a wonderful experience with purchasing this new home. It has been about 8 yrs since we owned a home so it is very exciting and rewarding at the same time.

KB Home was a bait and switch experience. It was unnecessary and frustrating. Don't buy from them. Run from them!

KB should change to a different person to do the carpet because my niece who's an infant bled her feet on an exposed nail. The guy should’ve used something that should cover the top of the edges of the vinyl and the carpet where the nails are. My niece was walking a lot so we had to cover it. While KB Home's work was clean and nice, we're not satisfied about the counter and the carpet.

Jim and Mike were very helpful. They went over and beyond what I considered what their job was. I'm very satisfied with KB Home.

I really enjoyed working with KB Home. I enjoy the house. I love the location and the amenities and look forward to living here in the next 10 years or so and raising my kids here. Great home, good experience.

KB was on the spot with us all throughout the process. They led us with their hands and guided us so we weren’t lost at all. They were also very helpful as to getting us the decisions we made in order to purchase a KB Home. It's been a very informative experience.

My son paid for one of KB Homes in the Orlando area and the plumbing alone is far below anything I have ever seen. The kitchen sink is falling down because the support brackets were not installed the correct way. The company put an under mount sink in and did not put any clips in the middle in front or back to support it. The garden tub that was installed does not get hot, the mixing valve that was installed has never worked, should have never been installed.

(0 stars) Service at time of buying was hardly adequate. Overall the house is adequate. If you can find a similar house not built by KB I would recommend buying from other builders. Since owning the house (we bought it brand new), there have been many issues. Most of which have surfaced after the warranty. These issues are not self-inflicted. Examples include but are not limited to: electrical problems, landscape quality, and other issues like tile/upholstery (no kids/no dogs). Their home buying experience is rigged to make the customer feel okay for a time, but beware of the ethics and integrity of the real estate/home business marketplace.

Since the first day I talked to KB Home staff regarding my options I told them I want a shower in my 2 bath because I have family member who are not safe to use a bathtub. When they did the approval the shower was cross-out and I ended getting a bathtub. I sent an E-mail to Mr. Brian ** telling him my frustration. I received an email from him asking me my best number to be reach.

We moved into our new house in December 2015 and have had nothing but problems with this house that KB homes built. Everything from continual electrical problems to no landscaping done to steps pulling away from the house to AC not working etc. I regret buying from KB homes and will discourage anyone and everyone to avoid KB Homes like the plague. I consider KB Homes bottom feeders in the Home building industry.

They were very accommodating and quick moving! They deliver on time and as expected. Looking at some friends who are currently buying, it is clear that I had the better experience because of KB Home.

After this awesome experience... why buy anywhere else? KB is truly in the business of selling homes... and they are good at what they do. GO TEAM!!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new home from KB. I highly recommend buying a new home. It's truly a fun process!

My son is a first time home buyer. A friend referred us to KB Home at Harris Branch in Austin, Texas. His son was also buying a house in that neighborhood. They told my son about an allowance for the selection of options for the house. When he showed up to KB studios they explained that the allowance is a value for a given home so that the home appraises at that value. Anything over the allowance will have to be paid for before construction begins.

It was an experience I will never forget. Moving from New York was inconceivable at first but in the end enjoyable and I wouldn't change one thing about the process.

Unfortunately there are no enough complaint descriptors or options to describe the atrocious process that has been purchasing a KB Home. I would pay someone personally to go with another builder to save them the hassle and concern, they are running a completely inept business with lack of organization or clear leadership.

There is not enough characters to really express my disapproval of KB Homes. KB homes will tell you that they will take care of you, but will give you every excuse in the book to not to. If you have a issues during construction and fixing it is more than your deposit they will tell you they will return your deposit and take a hike. KB homes has no pride in their quality or workmanship.

KB Home has been outstanding. The people in sales really know everything about the home that they're selling. The construction staff is on top of everything, answered all questions and explained anything that you have questions about the house. They also keep an eye on everything that's been done. The people that designed the house, through the years that they've done the work, if you don't know the type of brick you need, they can tell you where to go and match. When the house has been completed, we didn't know a few things but Orlando gave us some suggestions and he's been outstanding. This is our second home we bought from KB and all of our experiences have been great.

My overall KB Home experience went smoothly and perfectly. KB's staff is well prepared and highly professional in their field.

During the process we never felt that we are customers. Instead they made us felt that we are FAMILY. We felt how sincere Javier & Chris with their job.

Our home purchase was an awesome experience. It was quick, easy and all online, which was nice. The mortgage professionals Chris **, and Monaye ** were very helpful in assisting with mortgage process and we were in and out relatively quickly. Robert ** kept us abreast of all the process and timelines while Tyler ** seemed to know what he was talking about and figured out to keep us happy with our final product.

From the beginning with the salespersons and then through the whole process, I liked the way KB Home explained to us the features of the house and everything. Then once going over there to the studio, all these options that we could use or get for the house were pretty good. They have everything laid out. The person that helped us there was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She was giving us options also because sometimes we were undecided. And then she’s like, “You know what? We can put it this way and then see how it looks, or maybe we can put on the other job.” That was pretty good and neat. Then once we got out where they were building it, that’s when we were communicating mainly with David. I was satisfied with his part in the building of the house. Everything was pretty good. KB has knowledgeable and kind people working for them in each of their department.

KB Home had very good deals. I got a great home at a good price, and the sales representatives had great communication skills too. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I just want to let everyone know that before you by a KB Home please, please get a realtor or you will be screwed! KB gave us Home Community Mortgage to be our lender and they were horrible! They pre-approved us and started building our home and we watched our home being built and through the process they never kept up with us and told us how things were going with our loan until 30 days before closing and they started questioning things. My husband and I got screwed and we aren't even going to get our home! Sad! Sad! They dropped the ball big time and you must know that my husband, a military veteran, was slapped in the face by all this! So much for defending our country! Now I see how other veterans feel when they talk about how they get used and treated! Please don't ever buy a KB home without getting a realtor! My husband and I are back to square one and homeless on top of all this!

We have recently purchased a new home in August 2015. Now we are in Maine and our carpet looks horrible as if there was a daycare going on here when there's only two adults and one teenager living in the home. We sent a request to KB Homes. They sent someone out to inspect the carpet. Then he also tried to say maybe it was our vacuum and he asked what kind of vacuum we had. Then I turned around and asked him which vacuum did he recommend. Well what do you know, we have the recommended vacuum so that could not be the issue. Then KB Homes responds with, "That is normal wear and tear." Really, in seven months? Our carpet looks horrible compared to other carpets that we have taken pictures of in our neighborhood and the families have multiple young kids. The joints are showing in our carpet.

Overall, I'm satisfied with KB Home. It was a good process to get into the house or to a lot of options, especially with the designing our own home to the specifications I wanted.

My honest assessment of my KB home buying experience is as follows. The sales staff are knowledgeable and able to make sales and get you a decent deal. With that being said, they all are not equal and some need to improve their knowledge a bit on the product they are offering. I did not care for my local finance contact through KB and almost went with a different company for financing until I spoke with their main finance office and they made everything crystal clear. By far my best experience was with the construction manager Tommy. He is top notch, along with his crew of minions who get what he asks to be fix. Completed quickly, efficiently and without sacrificing quality. Been in my house for a month now. A few minor issues here and there that are being fixed as they pop up. Overall I would recommend for someone to buy a KB home.

My overall experience was good with KB Home. Bob in sales was nice and not pushy and the other salespeople were nice and helpful as well. Alan was extremely easy to work with and made the building process go easy and smooth. We love our new home and are overall very happy with our decision to build a new home with KB. We love our new neighborhood and the amenities offered. My only truly negative feedback is that I am very disappointed in the mortgage company that belongs to KB and I would not recommend someone to use them especially with the very limited amount of incentives they provided. Honestly for the hassles and issues with them they should have paid all of our closing costs.

Their customer service with every person encountered was impeccable! Any and every question I had was answered quickly and explained thoroughly.

Great value. The overall process, like the sale and the receipt of the home, had no mistakes on it. So there was nothing for us to follow up and there was very little hassle about when we can get the home and what we needed to do. It's one of the easier parts of the home buying with KB Home.

My experience with KB Home was good. They accommodated me in every way they can and answered any question I had. My wife and I were satisfied with them. I got family members coming from Puerto Rico and I've already recommended them.

Great home at a reasonable price. KB Preferred lender however does transfer your mortgage to a 3rd party mortgage company (Nationstar). They tell you that it will be transferred but not to who. I would have rather went with a better mortgage company.

I would like to say that my husband and I have been to Esperanza since it first started to build and we tried from the beginning to get approved for a home there, but due to our credit we did not qualify. Belinda has always been so nice and positive saying not to give up and we never did. We finally got our credit good and we finally have our home.

It was good. More like 3 1/2... Not sure about the quality for the price... Also HOA is steep for no amenities being complete yet and by the looks it will be couple months for anything is done.

I’m very pleased with KB Home. The process to customize our home was enjoyable and the energy efficiencies pay off with our bills. It has been a good experience.

KB Home's a great builder. There were a few hiccups in the construction which were mainly related to a change in the superintendent, but otherwise it was a great experience.

Saturday 04/09/16 @ 1:18 pm, our Cadillac CTS was parked in front of our home as it is every day due to the fact that it is my husband's work car and the garage has our other 2 cars inside of it. After a long day of shopping we came home and noticed that the entire front end of our car was dented, the fender was bent, the front right tire was busted wide open, so we checked our cameras only to see one of Brent's workers had dragged our car 5 feet down the road, thereby messing up several items under the hood.

I was not sure that I put my initials with respect to paying $600 for the infrastructure cost related to water and sewer. I was surprised to get a bill in the mail yesterday. This a hidden disclosure agreement snuck when signing many pages during closing. I'd to ask the bill collector to send me a copy. This cost would be considered as part of the infrastructure cost for normal thinking mind, which would be eaten by KB Home. It is shocking that those of us who bought town houses are liable to pay $600/year for 30 years. Is there legal way to force this builder to eat this cost. Don't buy KB Home.

KB Homes' sales staff were so kind and helpful, especially as we were trying to pick out exactly where we wanted to build the lot. The design studio was great. They helped us pick out all the things that we want and saved up our budget. The rep was very conscious of our budget and understood exactly how much we had available to spend. The final superintendent that we had, he was really great and was very responsive to our questions. Every time we texted him, he responded usually within an hour. Overall, we are very happy with our home and are enjoying it. It was a great home-buying experience.

The sales associate was extremely professional and courteous. Georgeann ** explained the community features, various floor plans, and pricing. Showed us the inventory home available and answered all our questions. Explained the nearby shopping, schooling, points of interest. Community seems to have enough for our needs. We are strongly considering to sign-in.

With the sales and the construction itself, the personnel of KB Home were outstanding. They responded to every question and every request I had.

KB Home's design team and construction team are second to none. Great importance was given on making sure customer satisfaction was put in on their list. All turned out ok, and our experience was great.

If you're a first-time buyer and have no idea what to expect and have tons of questions, KB people answer everything. They weren't pushy and were very patient. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer them all, to even let me go into the model homes several times because I did buy that floor plan. They were very helpful and let me look around, making my experience much more pleasant. I would deal with them again! I'm new to the San Antonio area and was so happy to have found this neighborhood that happened to be across the way from my daughter's community. The floor plan I chose and all their floor plans are practical. A family will find something that they want in one of the very many floor plans that KB offers. It was great.

KB Home has great value, expert workmanship and outstanding service even after the sale. They're an outstanding builder.

Overall, it was a good experience with KB Home. Being a first time home buyer, I wish I knew a little bit more to prepare myself because I do feel like I was pushed. But I would buy another KB Home if I decided to move, and now that I'm more knowledgeable about buying a house, I'll be better prepared next time.

I am always weary of homes built by large-scale developers, but KB Home far exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was very easy, everybody was very accommodating to my individual needs, and many of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

The sales team and construction team studio team were all awesome. Very professional. Very helpful and wonderful to work with.

My brother was the one who referred KB Home to us in the beginning and we had a good experience with them overall from the sales, design, and all the way to the construction. KB Home and the staff associated with our home in Bartram Creek delivered on every aspect of satisfaction. KB Home and our team helped me deliver on a long standing promise to my wife that she would have the home of her dreams!

I purchased a home from KB Home in the new development known as Creekside Commons located in Clayton NC in February 2015. I have had nothing but problems trying to get things repaired and/or replaced inside my home. Finally when these things were taken care of another problem arose - the ground behind my home is sinking. KB says it's not their problem, but refuse to give me contact information for who is responsible. KB took care of one neighbor's sinking ground problem because someone in that household worked for KB. KB stated although they are not responsible, they would take care of it because they want the homeowners to 100% satisfied, but nothing has been done to date.

The KB staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They even went out of their way to help contact the lender when the lender wouldn't respond to our inquiries. KB Home was the highest, most efficient, and well-rounded group that we worked with. It was a good experience.

The best part of the buying process was witnessing the KB representatives delivering what they promised. Our home is beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

Everyone at KB home from sales to the mortgage affiliate, sales management, customer service, and the construction superintendent went above and beyond the call of duty to make our experience smooth and seamless. We have never had such great service with a new home purchase from start to finish.

Homebuying process was streamlined and clear. I feel that I got the greatest value for my dollar with KB.

They were always very efficient when offering products, when answering our requests, and the studio home was very nice - we really enjoyed it.

We love our home, but wish there weren't so many repairs needing to be done after living in it. The staff is very helpful and their follow through is appreciated.

This was our first home buying experience. We really didn't know what to expect and how much work/time is put in into buying. At first KB Home sales team made it sound very easy and how much they'd be there the whole time for us. We were originally promised a time frame by the sales guy... A couple of months passed and we had noticed that there had been no progress. I had repeatedly asked the sales guy if it was still on schedule as promised and I had even emphasized that we were in no rush and the only reason for me asking was whether or not I had to extend my lease to my apartment.

Par for the course for quality of home. Think fair for the money. Sales and support staff did good job guiding through process.

Our new home is nice and what we wanted. I wish they would have done more on the problems we had with our loan agency as they are in contract with them.
