Don't let the design and the looks of the homes put you off. They look really expensive but they are not and quality does not suffer because they are not highly priced. I urge you to go look at some models and see for yourself. Phenomenal!

I met with Donna. Having been a realtor myself, I know a good one when I meet one. Donna was very professional and took all the time I needed to understand the prices and to show me the model home I was interested in. Sadly, the subdivision was too far from my wife's work and we had to pass on this sub.

We purchased a KB built home in the Cary, NC area within the Amberly subdivision. Within months of taking residence, we discovered a foundation issue which KB Homes corrected since the home was under warranty. We've recently uncovered additional foundation issues and only discovered the issue after pulling up the carpet to resolve a water leak resulting from improper installation of the dishwasher. We have reported this to KB Home and have yet to hear back from the company. Since the home is no longer under warranty, we have no speedy resolution without taking legal action. We are in the market for a new home. Never again will we work with KB Home.

The whole experience went well. Marshall **, Bruce **, and Brian ** were great to work with and had no real issues. Main issue that I relayed to Marshall was some of the cost for what you guys call an upgrade. For example you get a garage door but the garage door opener is $600, that should not be and should be included in the price of the home from the get go.

If you are having a home built you can't go wrong with KB! This my first home and it has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They calmed all fears and anxiety throughout my first home buying experience. The general contractor Eric was amazing and he is a perfect definition of customer service. This veteran was more than pleased.

Glad we made the decision to let KB build our home. Very satisfied with our home. We were able to pick out our own designs and overall the experience with KB Home has been satisfying. Our family is very happy to be in our own home.

KB provides you with a stellar sales, construction, and customer service team to guide you along the way. Being a first time buyer, I was extremely nervous but the staff at KB made the process enjoyable.

We had been really concerned about buying a home sight unseen. But Norma was always there to hold our hands and was so patient with all of our questions. Michelle in the showroom needs a medal for being so thoughtful and helpful that the fear of making choices we would have to live with was so much easier. Once construction began we would come by once a week and whenever we had questions Mike always responded promptly and put our fears to rest. We are most thankful that we had such wonderful people to help guide us thru the difficult time of buying a home.

We went to look at the model home at the KB community we liked, and were very impressed by the layout and feel compared to the competition that we'd already looked at. Working with the sales and lending staff, we could see the dedication they possessed in helping us fulfill our dream of being first-time homeowners. When we met with the Superintendent, Chris, we knew right away that we were in good hands. He took the time to educate us and answer any and all questions we had concerning the building process, and was in constant contact with us throughout. The KB warranty service is an added benefit that really lets us know KB stands behind their product, and Marisela from the warranty department has been great with addressing any minor issues or concerns we've had. Bottom line, KB Home delivers an excellent product and unparalleled service, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new home!

The KB Home staff gave my wife and I amazing service from start to finish. Their level of professionalism and knowledge is second to none. Each and every member of the KB Home team was consistent in making sure they took their time to explain each and every detail to my wife and I, so we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Building and buying a new home can be stressful but KB made sure the experience was enjoyable.

I definitely give a 10 to their staff. Very professional, make you feel like family and the whole process with KB home is just pleasant, I recommend KB Home to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home, they will provide you with the best experience you could ever find in the market. KB Home is one of the premier builders. We were able to customize our home to our specifications and if any changes were needed or wanted they responded in a timely and professional manner. Our home has the feel of a home far more expensive, the workmanship is top notch and we would definitely consider purchasing another KB Home in the future.

Overall the home seems to have turned out well. We had one issue that I really hope does not affect the integrity of the build. Our garage on the front right side was built with an angle to it. I am speaking about the wall where the house number is located, and I have verified that it has a slope by use of a level checker. The other issue is that the wrong doors were installed, they are quite similar to the ones that are in the home now, so we did not notice until after we had finalized all of the paperwork and closed. I can understand that it was an easy mix up. The biggest reason I cannot give 5 stars is once again, that incorrectly angled wall.

We really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We were excited to see the build go fast. We were able to see every step of the process. We feel very lucky to have had this opportunity as first time home buyers.

I enjoyed working with KB Home. My favorite part was being able to customize my home in the KB Studio. Every staff member was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend KB to a friend. Overall working with KB Home was a nice experience.

Upon first arrival at the KB model home in Heron Isles we were treated by Charles ** the sales member on site. He was very warm and welcoming and made me and my fiance feel right at home. There was another couple that was talking to the construction super so Charles took us into the model and walked us around telling us all about the Home and its upgrades that it had. I believe that because of how Mr. ** was able to explain the floor plans and options and because he took the time to walk with us around several models that he was a major factor in us deciding to purchase a home from KB Homes.

I've turned in my 1-year warranty items. It was a specific list provided by an inspector. One month later the contractors were scheduled to come to my home. I've had to follow up several times with the warranty contact, and the contact admitted to dropping the ball. I've taken time off work and not all of the contractors were scheduled. I'm extremely disappointed in Round Rock, Texas.

With the overall experience I've had so far, if I could do it all over again I'd most likely buy a KB Home. It fits my families needs in today market. I just wish the attention to detail was there. Like the attention to detail that was provided with my in-laws new home by Taylor **. We lived in that new home until our KB Home was built. Comparisons are inevitable due to recent living in 2 new homes, and that's why I'm disappointed in the finished product (comparatively speaking). I have a nice KB Home, but there are obvious and definitive levels to builder's quality.

Awesome Job and I love our home! This is was an overall great experience! Everyone in the process from sales, to lenders, to studio, and construction all played their roles really well. They made this process less stressful than I could have ever imagined.

I give KB a five, not because they are perfect (nothing is in this industry), but because they are honest, listen to the customer, have good people working for them, and take a lot of pride in building correctly. I am happy!

We loved our KB Home experience! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. Our construction supervisor was fantastic and communicated with us weekly about the progress of our home. It was amazing seeing the process from lot to home. The hardest part was just waiting for it to be done because we were so excited to move in! Only thing I would do differently is make two separate studio appointments instead of both appointments in one day. We will definitely recommend KB Home to our friends and family!

Angie was absolutely amazing. We are excited for our shutters to get put on, she knew us well! I had to request updates on the loans, the rates were not competitive, I had to get another loan quote to show them that we qualified for far better rates than they were offering. At one point to get a response I had to reach out to the manager to get an update. Further, I had an experience where I asked her as she was "matching" my quote where we were on that, we waited 5 full business days for a response to find out that the person who was analyzing it was on vacation. She should have known this from the get go. That is unacceptable. I know she was screening my calls because I would call, not leave a message, and a couple of minutes later get an email about the loan. That's not OK. Pick up the phone and talk to me.

We had great experience with KB home, Apex at Berryessa Crossing! Went to the model homes so many times, had so many questions, but all of our concerns and questions were addressed by the sales. Thank you for helping us find the dream home!

KB Home has a really nice floor plans, the team is really helpful, customer service is really good and the construction team is great. The quality of the materials can be better for the price of the houses. In general I will recommended.

I have never had a home built from the ground up, but I feel that this has been a good experience and everyone on staff fits their job well for the company. Starting with sales and moving on to the final walk through.

In general, I want to express my satisfaction and experience with KB Home. I believe that KB Home is a company of excellence with an attentive, helpful, friendly and collaborative staff for each of its clients. Fantastic and a great place to live. KB Home do beautiful work. Nice and friendly staff. Nice and friendly construction crew. Sales was very helpful and at the end of the day with the blessing of God they gave me a beautiful home.

Very disappointed with this experience. Sales staff was great, lender was great, construction was great. The issue was the CORPORATE OFFICE. We are extremely disappointed with the fact that the corporate office absolutely refused to respond to phone calls, emails, and other requests to speak to them. They never showed us the courtesy of returning a phone call. This shows us how they valued us. We were denied a new homebuyer's incentive that was being offered to new customers at approximately the same time we began the process of purchasing our home. KB still has not even attempted to make this right. FOR THIS REASON I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND KB HOMES TO ANYONE. You still have a chance to make this right. Someone from corporate can call me or you can simply ignore this because you already sold the home and you've been paid. It's up to you.

Sales team amazing, lenders are barely satisfactory, building quality could be better, home is beautiful but the quality of materials used is not the best. Overall it was an okay experience. Closing date kept changing and this was by far the most frustrating part.

The price is decent, but overall workmanship is not good. KB could have done better on floor plan and design, a lot part were left for home owner to fix later on. KB Home never provide option to fix the issue.

My experience with KB Home was enjoyable as I appreciate that all partners involved went from the beginning to the end. I did not question the status on the sale, builder, or lender because I was kept in constant contact with each party. They also kept each other informed which helped in case I spoke to any of them and they were able to relay the message. This is my second home purchase, but my first construction home and it was a much easier process when working with the KB Home team.

Again... my only issue was with the sales staff. There were things that they were suppose to tell me and was not told until studio time. Had issues with incentives that were promised to me and then almost denied to me. Just things like that.

It was a grate community. I like that we where able to pick our floor plans. And that we have options to upgrade the design of the house to our family needs. This was a good price property. This seems to be a good community for our young family.

I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. Amy, Josh and Darin went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy KB Homeowner! If anyone out there is looking for a quality home with a "custom feel" for a reasonable price in a nice neighborhood, choose KB. You won't be disappointed! :)

I am glad I went with KB because when I hear stories from friends that went with other builders, my experience was by far the best! I get to brag about the relationships I built in the process of me purchasing my home.

We bought a KB home two years ago... We had a small ranch, built to order for over half a million dollars. The landscaping is the cheapest they can put into the homes and so are the plumbing fixtures. But we can replace those and live with that. Our lot was across from an open area that we were promised was going to look like a "park." What we got is a "native" grass weed lot that matches any intercity vacant lot I have ever been to. When we go to the meetings to complain, we are told though... "That's what the city approved and that's all we are going to do." They lied to us and they will lie to you. Good luck if you don't heed this warning.

From our first visit to the sales office we knew we were going with KB. Michelle treated us like family. She was very professional and extremely patient with us. The houses are beautiful and the staff is amazing. Extremely happy with the entire experience from beginning to end.

We are very happy with our KB Home. We search all over Duvall, Saints John's & Clay County Florida to find a home with everything we wanted and their only place we were able to find their Quality and Value was KB HOMES Forrest Hammock in Clay County Florida.

Being able to choose everything we wanted in our first home was great. With the help of all the different staff members our entire home purchase from design to construction to completion went very smoothly.

My experience with the staff and all the contractors was great. I have met some of the neighbors are very nice people and I’m very satisfied with the craftsmanship of my home and the overall staff, I would recommend KB Home to friends and family.

KB does not only provide quality homes but also quality service and quality staff. The customer service is outstanding and the satisfaction of the customer is their top priority. It was a very pleasant experience to buy KB Home and their staff makes it even more worthwhile.

I looked at three builders in my home purchase journey, I selected KB Home because of the sales staff and later the home delivery staff. I had a tight timeline due to issues with a previous offer that ended being too close to a sinkhole. I was tired when I began my talk with KB Home and thought I would delay my home purchase for a year. However the professionalism, positiveness, solution minded, and care given to me as a customer won me over. Although my experience with the lending side was not great, I would still recommend KB Home.

Excellent service. They listened to their customer. Overall, we have an outstanding experience with KB Home and they made sure we are happy and they fixed a lot of minor stuff in the house after we moved in even if these minor problems were a result of our moving in stuff and furnitures but they were happy to fix it for us because their ultimate goal is for their customer to be happy of the house they sold to us. Awesome! Highly commendable to all homebuyers out there! Special mention to Sandy, Charles, and Martin-they are all great and asset to the KB Homes!!!

We were very happy with the experience. We had minimal issues and for the most part. We were very happy with everyone we had to deal with. There were only a couple small hiccups with the design center and during the building process but nothing that wasn't resolved. Anytime you build something like this you can expect a few issues. We're very happy with our new home.

My experience was fascinating to watch the entire home come up from this process. It makes us feel proud and to be able to select all the essentials from the inside to the outside to make it to what we desire. Especially that you will be the first owner to live in this incredible home you can call your own it's PRICELESS!

This is our third home purchase and I can honestly say it has been the best one. KB Home is a great company that builds dream homes for families such as mine. This is our first time building a home but our second home we have bought. KB has been fun watching the house go up and discussing all the ideas. Our backyard has a pond and it's nice watching the geese and ducks. Very happy overall!

We had an amazing experience in this purchasing! We are in love with our new house! Since day one to the end of my closing day Pat and Lori were a blessing from heaven whom made my dream come true. The sales and construction staff were wonderful to work with. We feel they went above and beyond to make us happy. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Freddy and Joseph made the experience a wonderful one.

Every cabinet in the kitchen or bathrooms opens into something. Several doors hit walls. The attic ladder runs into the office door Jam. When I was buying my home I referred a friend who bought home as well. I was told I would receive $250 then was told, "No. It's only $50." Never was paid a cent. KB Home sent out several surveys which I completed with this information in them and have never hear back from anyone. The house is delivered all at once nailed together with Gusset plates. My issues here is KB does not want to hear about the design issues. What is the point of sending out surveys.

We are a little over 2 months into our new home purchase and everything went not only according to plan but better than in some situations. You get a great value for what you pay and they are there at every step to help you in your home buying process. I highly recommend KB Home to you and your family.

Overall, KB builds a great home. I've heard many horror stories about other builders and great things from realtors and others about KB. We recognize that nobody's perfect, but KB has taken steps to remedy anything we've been unhappy with - which isn't very much - and that's very important to us. We are also very happy with all the features of the home.

In April 2016 I purchased a new residence from KB Home (Mission Gate). Since that date I have filed multiple claims (10+) with their warranty department for construction defects and workmanship issues. KB Home has refused to address my concerns after multiple attempts to remedy many outstanding issues citing that everything was "industry standard".

KB Home is DEDICATED to customer satisfaction which extends throughout every facet of their business. Our home buying experience was stress free knowing that if there were any issues, KB Home would solve the issue without question. We are extremely pleased and have confidence that we purchased in the right neighborhood with the right builder!

When we started the process we were not at all ready to buy a home, we just went to a seminar to have an idea how the buying process would be since it was going to be our first home. After the seminar we were sold and started the process of buying right away. We got much help from the realtor, sales associates, lender etc... to make the home buying process a reality. Overall the experience with KB Home was great and we would recommend KB Home to friends and family as well.

The home is beautiful! We love our KB Home and feel happy with our decision. Not happy with our backyard and gate. Can barely get trash cans through the door. Would love it if they built homes with more backyard room. The backyard is disappointing. Overall, the house is wonderful and well insulated with energy saving features and beautiful upgrade options. We would recommend KB Home. Make sure you ask lots of questions before purchasing.

Before buying my KB Home, I had read reviews or heard negative comments about this builder. I bought here because my good friends bought a home previous to me in this development. My entire experience was nothing but exemplary. The sales, financing/loan, design, construction, and post-sale staffs were all top-notch and I have no complaints. I'm happy with the quality, the design, the features, and the value. Overall an excellent new home-buying experience.

I would recommend KB. I read a lot of reviews prior to building with them and most of the issues I found could be resolved if the home buyer got their own inspector. I found this to be the case for me as well. My inspector found several issues during the home building process and KB responded quickly to resolve them all. At the end, everything is fine with my house one month in. I will say, the inspector commented that the house was being built well and all the issues he identified were minor.

Absolutely the worst buying experience in my adult life! The two factors centered around disrespectful conduct by sales agent and a lack of communication. As an employee on Ft. Sam Houston, I cannot say at this point that I would recommend KB as a builder to meet a home buying need.

I visited different new construction neighborhoods in the immediate area, I found the KB Home sales staff to be more personable and outgoing as I looked at the models. The model homes had good layouts and were more reasonably priced than the surrounding neighborhoods. Very happy with my decision to buy a KB Home.

KB Homes exceeded our expectations. The most surprising aspect of our experience happened after they completed that house. You would think they will just disappear after they turned over the house to us, but they did exactly the opposite. They always check up on us to make sure everything is in working order and to our satisfaction. Nothing is ever perfect and KB Homes know that. What is important to any customer is how fast issues are addressed. KB Homes not only addresses things almost instantaneously, but they also check up on you regularly to make sure everything is to our satisfaction.

Since the first moment I met with Sarah and Ronnie they were so nice, explained me everything very clearly and they sent pictures every week to keep me updated. Edwing explained me all the construction stuff.

The KB Home team is great they are always there from start to finish. They are always available for any questions you may have. The workmanship is top notch. They follow up on any questions or concerns that you may have.

Very efficient process to purchase a new home. We were not on the area when our home was built so we have to rely on the KB team to keep us informed and to resolve any issues. They did a great job keeping us informed about our build!

From beginning to end, Alex was there to answer all the questions and was very cooperative with our schedule which I really appreciate. Our new house is great with so much natural light and great new features. We love our new house and all our friends/family fall in love with it as well.

I needed a house to close in 6 days. That was accomplished. The title company and the building company all worked together to get that accomplished quickly. This is a national company with experience from many state codes and restrictions. So your house gets the benefit of a national code versus a limited local code. This was especially beneficial in Bexar county where there are no building permits.

We have had a wonderful experience purchasing our home. The sales and construction staff are friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. From the outset we described this as probably our last home purchase. Now that we have moved in, we feel even more strongly that will be the case. Thank you KB for our beautiful home.

Our entire experience from beginning to end has been exceptional with KB Home. We have built several other homes and this was the best experience we have ever had. The quality and energy efficiency of our home is exceptional, and every member of the KB Home team was so helpful and made the homebuilding process an enjoyable one. We had been looking at this KB model for several years and although we visited many other builders we always kept coming back to this neighborhood. KB HOMES is an outstanding builder with excellent employees. They care about the home owner and the purchasing experience. Customer satisfaction is a priority with KB Homes, they go above and beyond to address any concerns and answer all questions at every level, from sales to closing, and beyond, with follow-up and customer feedback. The warranties on the home meet or exceed other builders that I have researched. We love our homes interior and exterior design.

We saw the house and immediately fell in love. The outside could be a different color but we can live with it. From the time we saw the house to closing we had constant contact with Lori and Dale to make sure everything was coming along as planned and we closed on the exact date we had planned all along.

The best value in a house we’ve ever seen. They curate the product offerings based on feedback from previous homeowners--generally, we found that this means we get better quality stuff and great prices due to national-level sourcing. Great design studio to help pull it all together and upgrades are reasonable price. Only issue we had was our closing date kept getting pushed out when we were within a week of closing--this led to a lot of tense moments as we negotiated with our landlord to let us stay longer than our stated move out date (we had to give this 60-days in advance, and we even padded it with a week).

Building a home with KB Home has been a great experience. You are never alone for a single step in the whole progress. The staff is great and all work together to build your dream home. Great quality and workmanship. I recommend KB for all my friends and family! Thank you for a wonderful experience -- I love my home!

KB has surpassed my expectations. My home is beautiful and well built. The staff remains available to me and I get calls and emails reminding me that they are there for me. I still can't believe it's mine!

Even if I had same negative observations on the work done I still say KB HOME is the builder I would chose and recommend against every other builder from the area and for sure I talked to people about building here if they want a good house. Please understand I am very demanding when I buy a house, because I buy a house not a chicken (as funny as it might sound).

We choose our dream house- Elevation B, $14,146 upgrade and a $2,000 fridge credit for $288,136. As soon as we gave the $5,000 down payment everything change quickly... We end up with an Elevation A, $3,878 upgrades and $0 credit= NO FRIDGE house for $286,218. Looking an estimated 5,918 dollars.

From the initial walk in of the first model home, to the sales staff I was instantly sold on what I imagined my family and I spending much of our time and lives together. The open floor plan, amazing kitchen & island, and overall practical layout of the home made it an easy decision. Compared to the competition, the price of the home along with the feature made it make sense. I checked in throughout the construction process with the proactive staff often and never had a need or question left unanswered. The process was fast, friendly and exciting. The home for us turned out even better than the model home! We are so happy overall and thank every single person who help make this a reality for our family.

We had a KB Home built Sept 2017. The home was built over 1 month past the scheduled completion date. Most things in the home look like they were just thrown together. Most of the floors feel like they have air pockets in them, the cabinets are crooked, doors don't close properly in some areas, crown molding looks like it was just thrown up there, pencil marks everywhere they installed something, paints spots all over the hardwood floors. They just put the house together like they didn't care about the homeowner would feel about the finished product. I would not recommend anyone to have their home built by KB Homes.

We have been trying to purchase a house since Oct 2017...retried again In Feb. 2018. We did everything we were told to do fixing our credit...lower our credit cards and still nothing. The only person that helped us was Alejandro ** from Las Misiones. We spoke to 2 loan people. Mr. **...I never heard from him again then we were talking to a Gloria **. We spoke to her 1 time. The rest never heard from her again. We would leave msg. and text and no reply back. Very bad experiences. Although the only person that replies back is Alejandro and I appreciate that but looks like we will be going elsewhere.

This company clearly doesn't care about their customers. They leave you high and dry when their subs use faulty products and you're forced to fend for yourself against contractors who don't care about making things right. I've reached out to my local KB office multiple times and am not getting any response about my fire sprinklers that have been proven to go off WITHOUT A FIRE, resulting in total devastation. A handful of my neighbors have had their entire homes flooded and destroyed, and now their homes have to be rebuilt.

I purchased my home about 1.3 years ago. Several surveys have come out and some of the design issues I put on there were. Several kitchen cabinet doors open onto something like the microwave the oven and that goes for the same in the master bath. My backyard door opens into a low ceiling. My pantry door opens into the a kitchen counter. The master bath bathroom door opens into the bathroom counter. The attic stairs open into the top of my office doors and the stairs have cracked because you really have to push back on them to get them to open.

While I still don't love some of the policies of the company, a few of their employees went to bat for us in a big way. I do now feel valued as a customer.

KB Home built defective houses all over the state of Florida. I own one. They refused to honor warranties for years. After the whole state contacted lawyers, politicians, FTC, they repaired them. MY REPAIRED HOUSE IS LEAKING LIKE A SIEVE. They fixed the house with only one coat of stucco when three are required. The windows are not installed correctly. The whole stucco system does not drain correctly and the house is leaking and full of mold. The Attorney General found them guilty of deceptive practices but that still did not get the houses fixed. I'm ruined financially. 70% of our neighborhood defaulted. There is even one wrongful death lawsuit for exposure to mold of a child. How does this company have a high rating when they used to have hundreds of complaints on your site? Shame on you Consumer Affairs. I'm a senior citizen, my husband is a disabled VET. Shame on you all!

Very satisfied and extremely happy with the purchase of our new custom built home. Our experience has been amazing from finish to end. We have never dealt with such professional, experienced and caring team members. Every one we had to deal with always was available and exceeded our expectations. We are so HAPPY we chose KB HOME and will recommend to others. If we had to choose all over again, it will definitely be KB HOME.

My KB home is poorly insulated. The heater keeps coming on all night but the upstairs is overly warm. There is a noticeable difference between the upstairs and ground level (4-5 degrees.) This causes the heater to overwork. The master bath is cold in the winter so we have to use the other bath. The heater is underpowered. The unit barely puts out any air and because of the insulation in the walls on the ground floor we have to shut the vents upstairs to help heat the ground floor. Even doing this the heater has to run all night. The heater has been repaired 6 times in the first 5 years. The repair company knows our house.

Staff was very helpful, did not try to pressure into make a purchase. Build quality of homes and communities are excellent. Definitely would recommend builder to others, will be purchasing my home from builder. Could see the care and effort they put into constructing the homes and the available options.

New Build Copper Leaf village. The builders turn around a decent product but details are sloppy. I have a job which is very inflexible and the builder threatened me with fees when their shortcomings delayed our closing date. I had to do ridiculous things to meet their timelines for closing since supposedly they lose a lot of money per day, yet the company could care less about how they affected me. They blamed my lender, even though they messed up carpet, delayed closing and failed to account for the laws around an appraisal. Overall, I would not do this again. It is easier to buy a new home without the drama of a builder! I do not recommend this route unless you have a really flexible job and care less about customer service. The design center is okay, but pretty overpriced. Like I say, in the end, I would not recommend KB to friends, unfortunately.

We had a very pleasant experience. Our house was almost finished by the time we found it and were still able to add on a few things that we really wanted. Dawn answered every question I had and was knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. We couldn't have picked a better starter home I don't think and I'm so excited to see this community grow and flourish.

The plans of KB Home are very good with the open space and gorgeous high ceiling plus bay windows, making regular single family home look like luxury mansion. Excellent sales staff and customer service as well as warranty service. Buyers are fully satisfied and worry-free.

It was such a smooth process for us, which we really appreciated since we were first-time homebuyers. Michelle at KB Homes has been phenomenal keeping us apprised of construction of the house at Alberhill Ranch. I get a call once a week from the superintendent to give me an update of my house. Hoping the house will be done end of February. So far KB Homes has been a pleasure to work with.

The KB sales office at Loma Mesa has been very helpful and professional throughout this process. The KB Home studio has excellent options and answered all my questions. The loan side has room for improvement, but my experience with purchasing my first home with KB has been splendid. I am excited to have my new home.

Be VERY careful and ask All your questions & Read the reviews. This builder agent said December and now it's Feb 15th. They don't care how inconvenient you are & if you back out they just keep your money. So Never put down more than you have to. I was told today from the KB REP, "We could be delayed a year and we still wouldn't give you any money back." I ask her to compensate us by upgrading my dishwasher from black to stainless and she said, "NO. KB will not do that." So I've had a really bad experience with KB Home Watercrest and can't say I would Ever recommend this builder.

We are the second owners of a condo by KB Home in 2009. Unbeknownst to us, there were problems with the original installation of our laminate floor, which KB attempted to repair for the original owners. The floor was improperly installed, too close to the wall and was glued down. Therefore, it cannot expand/contract as humidity dictates. Last winter in California we had heavy rain after many years of drought. Our floor began buckling. KB came out to inspect, and at that time told us of the prior repair. However, since then they have refused to remedy the situation, citing various inapplicable statutes and code sections. Every time we pointed out an error in their legal argument, they changed their theory. We are to the point of consulting with a construction defects attorney, but clearly KB is not proceeding in good faith.

Fast and efficient, sometimes at the cost of quality work. Be involved and vigilant, even if you are being reassured that everything is fine. The homes are beautiful inside, but the details are breezed over with very little care.

My overall experience with KB Home is they are an experienced group of people that can help get you a decent house and get a deal closed. I feel overall quality is less than excellent, based on my home and neighbors', but that the price paid tends to be appropriate for the craftsmanship. I would recommend to an entry level buyer to pay on the low end of the market, but I would encourage anyone interested in an entry level home to give KB Home a look.

We had never built a home so we really didn't know what to expect, however our experience with KB Homes overall was a great one. As we lived out of state, the sales staff, design center staff and construction manager were very accommodating of our timeframes. All parties were very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Our house was built within the promised timeframe despite Hurricane Harvey hitting the Houston area. There were minor glitches along the way but they were always promptly addressed to our satisfaction.

I purchased my home Oct 11, 2017. There are many issues with my home that was not move in ready when KB approved the closing date. It rained through my kitchen door, ceilings cracking, lower flex wall cracking, Hearing whistling noises through the bathroom vent when it’s windy, bathroom floor not leveled, back and front doors are not closing properly, garage door falling apart, recess lights flickering. KB repairmen have informed me to leave my own home if there is a storm because of the material KB uses. The electricians that KB sends have been to my home at least 4 times and my recess lights are still flickering.

I couldn't ask for a better first time home buying experience. The entire staff have been extremely professional, and upfront in all aspects of the build, and purchase experience. I would recommend KB Home to anyone looking to build a home.

All the KB Home employees we worked with from initial sale to closing have done an amazing job and have been a pleasure to work with. However, the people actually building and doing construction or repairs on the home do a subpar job compared to what I expected given the cost of the house. We are working with warranty service to resolve the issues, but it's still annoying to have deal with so many problems in the first place.

KB Home gave us individualized, personal attention throughout the entire home construction process. We received information and guidance during our selection process and especially appreciated visiting the design center. Weekly updates from our sales counselor and building superintendent kept us appraised of the construction progress.

With only a minor exception, I got exactly what I was promised when I first spoke to my sales agent. It was quite a long process, but the team was very supportive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

What to say in order to convey our utter and complete satisfaction and love of our new home from initial design, which is great, and the ability to add things like a fourth bedroom, the third bathroom, the 300 sq foot covered patio, the rock exterior and the finished garage. We choose the larger baseboards as well as the bigger door casings. The value in changing all the interior door and the ability to choose our granite from a large selection at the design studio. I don't even know where to begin... From the sales, to the construction, all of the employees, customer service follow-ups, we have not had one positive experience in purchasing this house. I have already posted one review from before we moved in (yes it was even a nightmare then) and our problem then was rectified, but that doesn't even scratch the surface for the problems we have encountered in the year we have lived here.

Out of all the home builders we looked at KB Home provided us with the most professional home buying experience and recommended a lot and floorplan based on our needs that we fell in love with. After the home was built their support has not stopped there. They continue to ensure we are happy with our new KB Home which we are!

BEWARE. KB Home does not care about your house once you sign the loan documents. When things break and you have proof, they play the blame game and end up doing nothing. It is always someone else's fault. Buyer beware!!! My neighbor's water lines are buried in the same trench as mine and his line is vibrating and it is resonating into my house and causing damage to my wall. I can't even get them to come and look at it. Aside from that, my foundation cracked all the way across my house, cracked tiles, cracks in walls, doors that do not sit level and open and close on their own. Not happy at all with this company!

My home has a number of structural issues due to the foundation. KB sent an engineer that they use. I had no choice in who to use. The report stated that my foundation is not needing repair. I’m stuck with a house that’s cracking.
