KB's houses are very nice, the problem is the part of the bank that the last days of closing asking for documentation to complete the loan that is a too stressful situation for the client asking please to improve a lot in that sense.

We are extremely happy to buy our first new home from KB Homes. It was wonderful journey throughout the process. And the home was delivered to us above and beyond the promises made. We would like to thank KB homes staff who helped us on our new home buying process.

Before purchasing KB Home, I already heard about it and I was told KB home has great quality. And obviously, it is. I compared so many different constructions and KB is the best among all the constructions I checked. And working with KB sales counselor, lender, and customer service also great experience. They are very efficient and reliable. I highly recommend KB homes.

A home is SUCH an important purchase. I trusted KB Home to make our dream come true and they knocked it out of the park. Always communicating and making sure that we were happy with the building process. Wouldn't want to build with anyone else.

Overall great home buying experience due to the knowledge and helpfulness of all of the KB Home staff. Constantly kept me updated and let me know what was needed of me through every step. We love our new home! Martin was an excellent advisor throughout the home buying process, Clay advocated to get us competitive loan terms, and Jason has been responsive and knowledgeable about all our technical questions and issues with the house. There are still a few pending items awaiting resolution, now that we've moved in and had a chance to notice issues that need addressing, but we feel confident KB is going to address those, and feel that KB has treated us fairly throughout the process and everyone we've interacted with is genuinely invested in our satisfaction with the home.

KB Home is the best choice when it comes to building your own home. The staff is amazing. They answer every question that you have and try to find a solution to make you feel comfortable and happy. The final product looks and is amazing. And the staff is one of the best I've ever seen.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Gary and Matt. I am still very much upset about our treatment and how long it has taken to resolve issues with design center and sales staff. Was not treated personally. Was treated like a number as lot #31.

KB Home team in the bay area is really amazing, I'm first time home buyer and didn't run into any issues or problem, the whole process has been really smooth, and we love the house (been living in the new house for a week now still excited)! I'm really grateful that I'm able to buy a new house during Covid19 with not-so-crazy price (given the crazy price jumps in the bay) and finally moving away from crowded apartment, I feel really good!

The entire home building/buying process with KB was completely stress free from our initial contact with the sales staff to our house being completed and closing. I cannot say enough about the professionalism sales, lending and construction teams. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

KB treated us horrible, this was our first time buying a home and they made everything hard. We were told it was a appraisal on the house and that we did not have to get one. Then we were told they would not accept that appraisal so we had to wait for the appraisal to expire. Once that appraisal expired we had to be homeless for 60 days. The prices raised and in the long run we paid a lot more money than what was expected. Everything was out of everyone hands supposedly. They was a lot of miscommunication and we feel all KB cared about was the money and sale. I would not recommend KB to anyone I know.

Once we signed our sales contract, the sales staff was in regular communication with us. We had an excellent experience with the construction manager, Joel. The options provided at the design studio were excellent with plenty to accommodate any taste. We are in love with our new home.

Being a first time home buyer, I found the staff at KB Homes very helpful and supportive. They were quite responsive and gave me timely updates of the escrow and explained to me in detail what was expected of me. The home itself is quite spacious and I love the floorplan. The KB team was very knowledgeable during the entire process. Sherry walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date including what to expect next so I could be ready for the next step of the process. Pat was the superintendent and walked me through the construction. During the construction, if I noticed something, Pat had already noticed it and scheduled for it to be fixed. Near the end I did notice one issue and let Pat know and he said he would get it fixed. The next day it was fixed.

When I reviewed online comments about KB homes, the number one complaint seemed to be follow up repairs. This was NOT an issue. The follow up repair and touch up work was outstanding. Our point of contact was on top of every issue we had and got them resolved quickly. His communication was exceptional, to include stopping by, email and text. It could not have been a better experience.

The entire process was very easy! I feel as though I have made friends during the entire process! All of my questions were answered, usually within minutes! I would recommend KB to anyone who is looking for a new home!

We had a good experience from the signing of our sales contract to closing. There were some bumps along the way, mainly due to Covid-19, but the house was completed correctly and on time. We feel the value was in line with other offerings from builders in the area.

I have lived in my new home for only a little more than a month. So this review is only for the short time I have been here. I am also only speaking regarding the experience I had with the people in particular I worked with, in other words, your mileage may vary. The sales representative did a really good job explaining the job features and our loan options. My loan officer was fantastic too, very patient to explain all the loan features, timelines and things I could make use of.

My experience with KB was great being a first time homebuyer not knowing what to expect. We were walked through everything, questions and concerns answered in a timely manner and even afterwards we were called and check on to see how it was going and if we had any questions or concerns. Deb, Jamie and Bricio are are the best. I would recommend.

We didn't get the full experience because we purchased our home after it was built and all options were selected. We were treated great by everyone involved. As first time homebuyers this was a learning experience for us. Overall, we had a great experience and only had a few speed bumps along the way.

The price of KB home is cheap for me and tax rate is low for normal income. In KB homes, from Sales Counselor, Constructor, Loan Counselor to Studio Design, they are friendly, professional to help me reach out what I need in processing of buy homes. When we are done, if I have any questions, they are also happy to answer me or help me solve problems.

KB does not fully consider functional implications of their offered options. We have a house with a non-functioning kitchen pantry. Beware when selecting optional room layouts with KB. Any needed changes will be responded by KB that they are not a custom homebuilder.

For a first time home buyer it was a very nice experience working with Scott (sales) and Trevor (construction). They always answer all of our questions and shared updates and pictures throughout the construction of our home.

Sales and Construction Staff are great. Did a good job. Very professional. Loan and Escrow is a nightmare. They definitely blew it. Lied and did not know about the 1031 Exchange until the last minute. They cannot even acknowledge their mistakes and did not even apologize..

The sales staff and finance team were friendly and knowledgeable about the home and put no pressure during the pre-decision phase. And that level of service continued after I we went on contact. They were always available for questions and answered in a timely manner.

KB Home are amazing and they are one of the top! Out of the 4 developers, they were the best and we are happy we chose them. I highly recommend them and your housing need. WE were looking for a new home, We first started looking in the used market and did not quite find the house we could make a home. Our agent asked if we considered a new home. We visited several different builders and neighborhoods. We did not expect to find what we did. The floor plan 1694 worked for us we loved the floor plan from the first time we entered the model home. The issue was the lot where the model home was located. Our sales representative explain this model could be built in a different neighborhood.

If you are looking to buy a home, KB Home is the way to go! Our overall experience was one that we will never forget and the staff is made up of people who are very pleasant and helpful. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Please let your salesperson talk properly and explain everything in detail as we're paying for this house and owning it not renting it. Construction aspect house looks beautiful. But when the home was handover to us and it was not fully cleaned.

KB makes many promises they just do not deliver on. Missed timelines, construction errors, NO COMMUNICATION internally and with the customer. They do the bare minimum and fail at that many times. We now have a huge slope erosion issue that is still not corrected 3 weeks later. They didn't paint the entire interior of the home and stained our floors with the primer they used. Horrible response times & very disorganized process.

My home was built already so I wasn't able to experience the build from ground up. But my experience from the sales office was professional and so helpful in answering any questions I had. My lender was the best person ever! She made the processing of documents so easy and kept in contact with me daily, always available. The super was professional & so knowledgeable, very helpful!

The overall experience was great. The value of the home compared to previously owned homes in the area was affordable. The upgrades were great. I wish we had been explained that we would not be getting more cabinets in the gourmet kitchen. Our contractor was amazing. He was quick to answer our questions and always professional and friendly. I do not recommend using the finance company.

We had a good overall experience with professional staff combined with frequent follow ups. There were delays due to unforeseen circumstances from Covid-19, yet the staff were proactive with an updated timeline for each phase of construction. Finally, they delivered on those updated timelines.

My overall experience with KB Homes has been very positive. They kept me up-to-date (even sending me pictures as the construction progressed since I was living in another town). I have found very few issues and they have been quick to correct those issues.

Quality of workmanship poor. No mitered corners on baseboards. No baseboards in garage. Short wallboard in garage. Cutting corners, shortage of materials. homeowners out of pocket expenses builders should have taken care of. No fencing separating property. No place for garbage. Wrong installation of surround sound.

KB Homes built a quality, gorgeous home for me and my family. It was fun choosing options and watching the house grow. The layout is amazing and I am glad I made the choice to buy new to be able to pick the exact home I wanted. They even were able to complete it during a global pandemic. The one criticism I have is the options buying experience wasn't designed for a virtual space. This would be a good pivot in the future to provide an amazing options experience for future buyers.

The sales team (Josh) and construction supervisor (Bill) were extremely professional and kind... The purchase process was smooth for the most part, but Covid-19 added a bit more difficulty... The lot and house was sold/designed unseen due to timeline necessity and a few things should have been brought to our attention before we got as far as we did... Additionally, in today's world, your standard items in the house should be upgraded... Linoleum countertops are a thing of the past and companies like KB should want to elevate their standard designs; include the extra cost in the standard price of the home and be done with it... We upgraded our cabinets as well and they are STILL made with cheap materials...

The process is like a Broadway play. Everyone has their part to play and really focuses on their role. When the centerstage needs to be passed on to the next player, it is done in a seamless manner and the timing is on point. At the final house showing, everyone shows up in some way to say thank you and waits for feedback (applause or tomatoes!).

KB home staff are professional, prompt and personable, they go above and beyond to help you with your questions from the beginning to the end of home buying process, and the communities are very nice!

My wife and I had been searching for a new home for almost 12 months when we came across KB Home. We were looking for a used home in a specific area and the cost to purchase and update, not to mention to time to update the home, was starting to be a real concern. Especially since we had our 1st child on the way towards the end of our search. With KB Home we are able to get a NEW home in the area we wanted and have it customized the way we wanted. It took a lot of the stress out of the process and gave us time to focus on our growing family.

Overall my home purchase went extremely well, my family and I are very happy. As stated above, I do wish some of the upgrades were a little better priced as I would've committed to more upgrades in the home. KB has good signed of the floor plan but the quality is poor, so many issue when we moved in and some issues are even not fixable. But we are very appreciate the sale agent, finance agent, service person, construction supervisor.

Everything would have been great if it weren't for the construction staff and installers. I know items get damaged during delivery, but they should be prepared for that and learn to get items delivered with minimal damage to the products. I received broken cabinets, scratched up medicine cabinets, and a weirdly dented shower wall with a bunch of little holes. I love my home, but there are just so many tiny issues that could have been avoided that lead to me not being so jolly about this house. I expected better. The house wasn't left totally cleaned before we moved in. We needed people to enter the home multiple times to fix issues that weren't fixed before we moved in and they leave the house dirty which means I have to do extra cleaning. They leave the door with their dirty hand marks and they left my floors and shower like that too. I'm just not happy about all the details in the home.

KB Home gave us a wonderful experience from front to back. As first-time home buyers my wife and I were a handful to deal with. I knew this, my wife knew this, and I am sure every staff member we encountered knew this. Regardless, there was no stone left un-turned and no process that left us uncomfortable. Each associate/expert helped us with charisma, patience, and expertise to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Our home was completed within 45 days of the estimated closing time- and that was during COVID-19! That is pretty good. Overall, if you are on the West Coast (Las Vegas to be precise) don't be weary about using these guys. Their construction crews are on point and the craftsmanship is topnotch. We have only been in our home for a little over 2 weeks but we can wholeheartedly say we are truly happy with our decision! We cannot thank the staff enough for the continued support, and for how good they are at their jobs!

Exactly what you would expect from a "modern from-scratch neighborhood" builder. Maximized profit and speed at the cost of value and quality. However, I would rate KB above average in this category for striving harder than most for excellent customer service and issue resolution. For this reason the home buying and building experience was less combative and frustrating than it could otherwise be and we are very appreciative to KB for that. In addition, the "Studio" set up they have is very nice and it's a great value added to have such customization variety even with standardized floor plans. Would recommend KB over other builders in this category for that reason.

We had such a great experience with KB Home. From the day we signed to build until our keys were handed to us we felt very blessed. The two people we dealt with weekly, Sandy, our salesperson, and Allen, our construction superintendent, were amazing. With all the trials of COVID, weather and everything in between they kept us updated and always were there to answer questions and do anything they could for us. Even since our move in they both check up to see if there's anything to help! They are marvelous and KB did an amazing job of giving us a beautiful home, well built with quality. We are very blessed!!!!

Most of the staff members of KB Home are willing to help and make sure the buyers are happy with their homes. However, I had numerous issues with the Lenders that KB Home uses. The Lender we were assigned had our best interests at heart, but came off as pushy and made us feel rushed into making quick decisions without getting a chance to think them through. The sales staff was phenomenal and the construction manager is wonderful too. KB Home are great quality and we haven't had any problems so far! KB Home does work to make sure their customers are happy and if they aren't they will do whatever they can to make it right.

From the moment we met Shawn in the sales office we appreciated his knowledge & the time he spent with us answering any & all of our questions. He gave us his card & continued to answer a million calls & texts quite quickly throughout the buying process. Rachel our construction manager was just as available & kept us updated week after week. Mallory at the design center was an absolute delight! The process was wonderful & our home is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

Over the course of my life I transferred a lot. But I knew going in that this house was going to be my last. So I wanted a house that I would really enjoy, at a price that fit my budget. KB helped me do that. I just moved in and I love my new home! Thanks KB!

We signed with KB just prior to Covid-19. We knew there would be delays. We knew our home would not be ready when we expected. Throughout the entire process, we received a minimum of 4 updates a week: 1 from the Sales Person, 1 from the KB Loans Officer, 1 from the KB Realtor and 1 from the KB Construction Superintendent. For every one of those calls, we had questions. On every one of those calls they were patient and explained the answer to every question. The Design Studio experience was overwhelming. So many choices to make. Our Design Studio rep was patient and explained every one of our options. I know KB is a very large nationwide builder but we received the "locals" experience. At the level of communication we received, it all seemed very personalized.

Gonna make long story short; so here is a review.. Location: Preservation Pointe. DAVENPORT FL. Used a V.A. loan for the purchased. Home started at $233, gave a deposit of $2,000 as required, supposedly without it no process was gonna be initiated. To my surprise everything including electrical outlets was an upgrade. No patio, if I wanted patio was an upgrade. No outside lights or outlets because those were upgrades..

KB Homes built my dream home! It was a wonderful experience. I found the perfect model to fit my needs and the perfect team to build it. Their expertise and dedication made my experience exciting and pleasurable. The result is my beautiful home with a support team behind it to answer any questions and to help me keep my home in perfect working order. Everyone from the sales team to the design specialists and building crew did an outstanding job. They helped me choose the features that would come together in a lovely, user-friendly, and easy-to-care-for home. I look forward to many years of happiness in my new home!!!

In our experience, the front line of the process (sales) turned out to be the weakest part of the entire experience, but once the house started being built, it was a fun time. Working with our construction manager, Brandon, he helped get us our dream home. Granted a lot of issues were due in part to the COVID crisis, but at the end of the day, we have moved into and are loving our home!

Highly recommend KB Homes for a new build. I researched about a half dozen and none seemed comparable to them based on value, quality, options and customization. You definitely get your money's worth if you're dealing with KB homes in the Austin and surrounding area. Fantastic customer service and follow through.

As a first time home buyer my experience with KB Home builders was a pleasure, This was all new to me. Karen ,Chris ,Ray and Maria my real estate agent made it Seem so easy. I can truly say I felt like I was part of KB�s home builders family.

We were initially suppose to go with KB Lender and work with Nora, as we got closer to closing our home we requested an updated LD and was told my APR would not change due to our FICO score. I was not satisfied with that response and shopped around. We were able to get a lower rate elsewhere and than was told that KB lender can give us the lower rate but will have to take away our 5K special to keep that lower score. We ended up with using a different lender and KB lender stopped assisting with appraisal report as it was done before switching lenders. We were suppose to close on our home 6/29 but did not close until 2 1/2 weeks later. It was very unprofessional of the lending team to respond back and say "it's no longer our responsibility" when asking for assistance. I would definitely not recommend the lending team to anyone if they are that unprofessional.

We were so excited to start the process of buying a home. We thought it was gonna be fun to see it get built from the ground up. We did not enjoy it because we were stress out with so many uncertainties. We felt bullied and pressured by the finance and loan teams. Even at the closing of our house we had to wait about 1 hr. after closing to get the keys even though in the last month my employer and my wife employers had verified it 3 in that last months. We also provided all paystubs and bank statements all verifying everything. I was so close of cancelling everything at the end of signing the paperwork.. ****Not only did we not get the keys after signing all paperwork at closing, but we got kicked out so others could sign and we had to wait in the car until KB verified our employer after signing papers for closing.****

This is my fourth home but first new build, but I'm now questioning my sanity for waiting so long to do a new build. The experience of working with KB Homes from shopping at different builders to moving in was smooth and professional. The staff at KB Homes showed professionalism and care at every step of the way. If I move again, I hope that there is a KB Homes community there so my home buying experience will again be a pleasant one.

Choosing options at the design studio was pretty much the only pleasant experience I had. The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I would be able to do what I wanted, which included relocating the data panel and adding many additional cable drops for cameras. After that, the rest of the construction process was frustrating and disappointing. Much of that leads back to the superintendent and his lack of oversight. I visited the site several times a week, and I frequently had to call out items that had been run to or installed in the wrong place. Or I had to complain about missing items. But I frequently had to complain to have things moved to the correct location or fixed, and I felt most of the items I found should have been caught by the superintendent to be corrected, not me.

The quality of the house itself is fine. My biggest complaint is how the landscaping of the house was done. The company that KB works with on landscaping has done a terrible job thus far, from retaining water in areas to unlevel areas. I've been in my new house for over a month now and still haven't been able to enjoy my yard. It's unfortunate that KB is working with such an incompetent company.

For Service the best especially the Sale man Mr. **. He is always keep communication with his customers. He help us a lot. This person full of experience, one things we would like to comment is about the home material still have limited, Not bad. It was fixed. We are ok.

KB Homes did a awesome job in building our new home. The pricing sq footage and the quality of materials is a great. They provided the best customer service you can get. The warranty sales and construction are the best. Our experience with kb homes was above our expectations. We had built a home with another builder and they don't come close to kb homes. We highly recommend letting kb build your home. They will take great care of you.

I read a lot of reviews talking about how KB Home builds on cheap materials and they do a sloppy job... But my experience has been the opposite. Builder and sales rep was in constant contact with us weekly. They both felt like friends and cared about our feedback. The construction team paid very close attention to detail. I was concerned that they would treat my home like it was just something that had to get done in order to move on to the next, but that wasn't the case at all! They did an amazing job with the paint, floors, carpet, and cabinets. Everything is nearly perfect and precise. Even after we closed, Steve the site manager, is STILL in contact making sure our house is running smoothly. They don't just abandon you after the sale and that's what I love the most. Even Suzette, our sales rep, got us a little house warming gift on the day we closed. The entire KB Home team treats you like family! You are in good hands.

I had a very positive experience in buying a home from KB. It was the people I was dealing with that made that experience so effortless and smooth. I was always greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. Kathryn and Mike never hesitated to keep me informed since I was so far away. They made me feel very comfortable.

KB was not my first choice, but I stayed. I think there are other builders in this area doing decent work and it will remain a super competitive field regardless of how long or established KB claims to be.

My experience was easy, painless, exciting, and in the end, exactly what I wanting it to be buying a home. The only thing I wish I could have done was to visit the KB design center but due to Covid-19 the health and wellbeing of everyone around me are more important than picking out the color paint for the walls. There will be time for that when this pandemic is over. I can't wait to customize my new home!

Overall, the process of buying with KB was a good experience. As with any home buying experience, there are a lot of emotions mixed with fear and excitement. The KB team we had interactions (Kathy, Eric and Cesar) with always made sure we had what we needed and felt reassured by them. The not-so-stellar scores came with my interactions with the lender. We came to KB with a pre-approval in hand and a relationship with an outside lender we already trusted and had a relationship with. When I first met with Steve (KBHS), he very much had car salesman vibe that exuded overconfidence and it in fact turned me off. But because working with the in-house lender made the process easier, we went with KBHS. Anytime I had a question that I wasn't satisfied with any answers from KBHS, I turned to Kathy and she always reassured me and gave me responses without having to sell me.

We have had so much fun with this process. It is exciting to see it go up and see choices you have made come to life. Those who worked on our house overcame the pandemic and built us a home that we will enjoy for many years.

I now love my home however my experience was terrible from the beginning. KB Home needs to really explain the process to customers. Communication was terrible from Sales department and finance and not clear at studio. This was my first time buying a home and it was a terrible experience, closing was the worst. It took us 3 hours because “again” communication. Right in the middle of signing the lady left us. Did not know what was going on and she NEVER came back. Tony is the reason we stayed with KB. We are big in the community and sad to say I can't and won't recommend a KB Home to friends or family.

KB Home builds an excellent home, delivers on time, and it is always and exceptional value! I've both lived in a KB Home and used for an investment property and in both use cases, they do a great job!

We went with KB Homes because of their options of homes. The entire experience from start to finish was individualized to our wants and needs. Sales staff is so kind- Amanda is amazing!! She kept us up to date from breaking ground to completion weekly! Buying from out of state that was really important for us since we couldn't just drive to check progress. This company truly cares about its customers satisfaction!!

Process was messy, broken thermostat, home was not ready at closing, more issues with home that there was at orientation (1 week before closing). It's been extremely stressful. I have gone with very little sleep having to call out of work because I'm in healthcare. Still waiting for someone to help solve the thermostat problem. Not sure what to do at this point. Think twice before your purchase a home with KB - ensure everything works...

Great sales staff, superintendent staff. Quick and accurate follow up with questions. Sincere professional people. Honestly there should have been an incentive for CASH buyer and quick close. WE all know the savings to the Builder with these type of purchases!.. :)

I can't say it enough, Amber and Ryan were both great. They helped out with the whole process tremendously, even went out of their way a few times for us. The biggest problem we had (which was a big one) was the lack of communication with Mayra, the Loan Counselor. Four hours prior to getting our keys we got a text saying we have to wait another week because our paperwork wasn't done. I told her we had our entire house packed up, ready to move, truck rented, took days off of work, all utilities being turned off at the old house the next day and all utilities being turned on that day at the new KB Home; she told us that's our problem/fault because we should've waited until we had our keys to schedule all that. The Loan Counselor Manager did compensate us in the end but that doesn't negate the problems entirely.

We were brought in like family, our needs, cares, concerns were addressed and we feel that every possible effort was made to build and deliver to us our amazing dream home. Staff is always responsive and even though many homes being built at various stages, we always feel we are the top priority!

Since coming from an overseas location (Active Duty Military) Fidel ** (KB Home Superintendent) has helped me and my family throughout the process of owning our first home. Explaining every step about our first home and has made this process extremely easy with KB Home. Fidel shows he cares and is extremely responsive to inquiries. Thank you Fidel!

Staff at all levels were knowledgeable about the homes they were selling. Sales staff worked at learning what type of home we were looking for and presented us with viable options. Construction staff were always timely in getting back to us with questions we had. Construction manager was knowledgeable about the construction of the home and got the other professionals involved when necessary. The construction manager had great delegation skills. For the price range of the home it is overall very well constructed. Loan staff worked with us to make the loan process run smoothly. Thanks to the great team!!!

KB Sales staff and Mortgage Officers were fantastic. The construction superintendent was extremely over tasked and I felt I was inconveniencing him by being overly thorough during the initial and final walk through. He was patient and informative but seemed to need to be in 4 places at once. He followed through with my requests but I had to be extremely adamant and I sensed he was frustrated.

We are very pleased with the quality of our home, and even more happy with the customer service in the follow up to our purchase. Every issue we have raised has been dealt with quickly and completely.

We love our KB HOME! Tristan the construction manager is amazing and has continued to be helpful even after move in! So happy to have had the KB staff to help us, and make it easy and assure us throughout the whole building process.

From our limited experience it appears that KB strives to build a quality home for a reasonable price. We are satisfied with our choice and especially with the fact that it seems that you pride yourselves on customer satisfaction and therefore try to "make things right" if they are not.

They don't fix issues. Not one issue has ever been resolved. Walk through consisted of a guy that's "real busy" but he goes through a walk through with nothing to record what I'm telling him. Pen or paper... Idk maybe write one of the 6 issues down. Maybe follow up with a schedule and something other than the importance of giving him a 10 on this survey. Very disappointed!!

Our salesperson was an excellent and knowledgeable salesperson. She went way out of her way to keep my wife and I informed throughout the building process as we lived in another state. The Design Studio experience for picking out the homes features was simple and easy. My wife and I could not be happier with the way our home turned out. There was one area that we were unsatisfied with and that was that our closing was held up 3 days due to an error by KB Home Loans. A senior representative from KB Home Loans got involved and stayed involved until he was ensured that the issue was rectified to our satisfaction.

Best builder in the business. I couldn't be happier with my home! Personalizing my home was so fun! The energy saving features are fantastic and the whole process and everyone involved were phenomenal!

Everyone with KB Home was very informative and forthright. Although I believe the option for carpet or vinyl sheeting throughout the entire home should be an option for basic choices, I enjoyed my first time home buying experience. I am excited and feel confident that any issues that I have with the home in the first year will be resolved in a timely manner.

I enjoyed my experience in the design studio and am very satisfied with the variety of design options presented. I am dissatisfied with the state of the Security System I ordered, however, as I expected it to at least be usable at closing.

The home sale went as smoothly as it possibly could. We closed fast to get me the keys the same day I moved. This is unheard of and I very much appreciate the work people put into it. Also the post sale service cannot be matched by any other builder. They are genuinely care about you and your home.

New home in Mandarin area of Jacksonville, FL, currently under warranty. 4 Warranty claims have been filed, with no positive outcome. The backyard borders along a steep public easement. The yard has considerable erosion/landslides/sinkholes. KB Home has made 2 different band-aid attempts to repair, and the problem is now worse than ever. Each rainfall causes more erosion and sinkholes. See attached pictures. Good luck to you if you decide to purchase a KB Home. Read all the reviews on different sites before you buy.
