Before buying a KB Home. I did my research. KB Home has really stepped up to the plate by making their homes better and more energy efficient. I feel like I made a smart decision and I got a beautiful new home that I am proud to own!

I had a pleasant experience, everyone was very helpful, they all were very accommodating as well when it came to changes and issues with paperwork on my side of things. I appreciate all the help I received.

KB Home have provided us a superior service and product from start to finish. The price of the house is reasonable and that's reason why we were able to do a great upgrades. The ending product has materials of good quality and a beautiful finished.

The home buying process is nerve racking and especially if you're building a new home. I enjoyed that I had one to three calls a week from the construction and/or the loan staff. I felt that if we had any questions they were answered quickly.

We started the build process thinking that KB built quality homes at a reasonable price. What we found is that quality is only there when you force the issue and check up on them during the build process. Be ready for phrases like "that is how we have always done it", "that is normal" and "we only do it this way". First thing you should know is that these are engineered homes. This means that the walls are built somewhere else and will show up on a big flatbed. The quality of the wood is terrible. It is like they went shopping for the worst looking pieces of lumber available. I counted over 50 studs that I would have thrown aside if I was picking them out at Lowe's or Home Depot. For our build only the front and back walls are reinforced with OSB.

We enjoyed our buying and building experience with KB homes. Antonio, James and Jeri always made every effort to help us no matter how big or small the question. We would recommend a KB Home to anyone looking to build or buy a new home. Thank you for a great building experience.

KB Home is a great option for first time buyers looking to customize every detail of the home. The sales team is very friendly and not pushy at all. Our experience with Bert was that he truly cared vs. some salespeople only looking to sell you something and profit from it. The Design Studio has many options to choose from and offer great selections. Our contractor John kept us informed on construction and helped explain the inner workings of the home. Overall very happy so far in our first 2 months.

The homes are well built with nice underground gutter/drainage systems to handle flooding issues that may arise. Love the serene environment and streets with well placed beautiful lights to light up the community. The accessibility to a large number of malls and other commercial settings is an added advantage to owning a home in this community.

Our experience with KB Home was made very easy by the people that we worked with and how well executed the process was. Our house was built quickly and everyone we worked with addressed any concerns we had in a very timely manner.

We moved here from the Midwest. KB representatives were flexible and understanding, as we watched our home being built from pictures on our phone. We only had to travel to FL twice. The Selection Studio is beautiful, so beware---it is easy to go over budget. Our advice: relax and enjoy the whole experience!

After 1 month of living in my newly constructed KB Home, I can say with honesty that the experience has actually been a great pleasure. For our first home buying experience, the sales staff, construction process, studio selection process and closing were all relatively smooth and problem-free. We had small issues along the way regarding negotiation of pricing, construction/design concerns, appraisal issues and closing, however, the KB Homes staff provided excellent customer service throughout and in the end, they provided exactly what we wanted.

KB Homes are nice and the sales and service we got from them was great! We wanted a better selection of upgrades and appliances but were not available. This was our first time buying a new home and it was a good experience working with Joanna and Debbie.

The process was smooth and was moved in to our home within 3 weeks. Everyone at KB is polite and professional and is always available when you need something or have questions. I would 100% recommend KB Homes to anyone.

KB Home made the home buying process simple, but more importantly, comfortable. Every employee took the time and had the patience to educate us about the process until we were comfortable to continue. There was never any hard sales, and it was never difficult to get ahold of anyone involved in the process to have our questions answered. I am very pleased with my new KB Home. The arches on the entryways give it a beautiful look. I appreciate the energy saving features they put in every home and makes me feel good about saving money on energy every month. Complete, blessed. The only request I would like KB Homes to know is to Place grass on homes before closing, then the appearance would look a 100% better and customer that's making these big purchases will feel complete hands down.

Our experience with KB Home was very poor throughout the whole process. Multiple items were changed without our consent. The sales staff and upper management that we spoke with were not very helpful at all. It was more of a take it or leave it scenario with every issue we encountered. The one bright spot we had with our build was Chase **. He was our builder and did a outstanding job. Overall our experience was one of the worst I have experienced. I would not recommend KB Home to anyone!

KB Homes will do whatever they can do make sure you are happy with every single part of the home building process. When you say jump, they backflip. Each person at this company knows everything there is to know about your home, and the best way to go about completing it on time. Do yourself a favor and if you want to buy a home, do it with KB!

I am happy with my home buying experience. Sales, Design Center and Construction Staff are all knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. They made sure that they attend to all your inquires and request. I am happy with my new KB Home.

The experience was easy, professional and was kept up to date at all times. I had no problems going to view the progress on my house at any time. All my questions were answered promptly and Jayson and his team sincerely worked on satisfying me at all times.

The KB employees are exceptional. They make the building process enjoyable from start to finish. I was provided weekly updates, had all of my questions answered and most importantly I saw how important it was to the employees that I was happy with my home. That meant the world to me. I am very pleased with the quality and design, and absolutely LOVE my home! But it all goes back to the employees. They made it all happen.

Sweeta, our sales consultant was very helpful throughout the process, and KB Home certainly offered homes that fit in our searching criteria. The surrounding area is also easy to access and very clean. All of the KB houses are very nice to looked at.

Overall, our experience with KB has been more positive than negative. The design center experience and customer care AFTER the close of our house were amazing and worth noting. It was so nice being able to move in and then still be provided customer service to make small cosmetic and warranty items worked on. It definitely felt that KB genuinely wanted us to feel happy and comfortable in our home. However, KBHS and our projected completion date was a part of the process we were not satisfied with.

It was my pleasure to work with such a great team from KB Homes. They are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction from the time of signing the contract to the close of escrow. Even after, their team checked up on me to make sure everything is to my satisfaction.

Overall, it was a good experience. It would be nice to know the sequence of events in the construction process and the mortgage process. I would enjoy the opportunity to provide more in-depth suggestions on how to improve the process.

It is a company with a lot of experience in building houses. The sales and construction staff is highly professional. KB Home has a construction system very friendly with the environment and the digital system to design the style of the house is quite attractive and efficient.

Working with KB has been a dream! They were so nice and helped me at every point of the process. Any question or concerned I had was answered immediately. At every step of the process they were thorough and I felt so comfortable working with them.

Pleasant sales people. Value for Home. Only three problems the homes are too close together. And no 3 car garages for the large homes. Width of garages too narrow for storage. The clothes closets are in some of the bathrooms mildew problem.

I bought my house in 2013. First issue, house being built on wrong lot. I made several calls because the light bulbs kept blowing out. I called so often, they gave me a case of light bulbs. Each time, they found nothing wrong even though light bulbs continuously blew out. I have had to hire an electrician to do some rewiring and need to call an electrician again due to some lights 'humming' when turned on and my porch light not coming on and my security light continuously going out. I called KB Homes when I lost power in the rear of my house and was told, "Sorry. Your warranty has expired". Even though they have record of an ongoing issue with the lights going out which had to be an electrical issue, I'm SOL. I have found more negative reviews than positive ones.

This was my first new home experience and it was great! I had seen your sign, came in for a tour and we were off! Within a month, I closed on my home and I am a happy person. I love my home, I love the layout and the whole experience was top notch!

My experience with KB Homes was wonderful, I'm a first time home buyer and I have heard horrible stories about buying a home. Well the team at KB Homes, made my experience very easy. There was a couple of bumps in the process, but the team I worked with never stopped and made the end. A Lasting Impression. I would recommend KB Homes to all.

KB Home makes great promises, however frequently and regularly fails to meet standards and requests of Homebuyers. I will never recommend or purchase another KB Home purely due to the problems I had during the construction process. There were behind schedule which put me into a pinch due to moving out of an apartment. I gave them the opportunity to need more time 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the expected completion date. The day of completion they told me they would be five days late. There were lots of grand promises made, however the execution was terrible. There were many shortcuts taken that the inexperienced homebuyer would not pick up on.

Overall KB Homes has been a very professional and organized company to do business with. From contract signing to being updated along the way throughout the process I felt that I was valued as a home buyer. The staff was always there to help and I feel very fortunate to have had such a smooth home buying process. The KB Home Studio is one of the highlights of the entire experience, where you can really bring your visions to life. Thank you KB Homes!

KB Homes has done an amazing job when it comes to communication and organization. They have stayed with me the entire step of the way and made sure that I was fully satisfied. Every new construction home will have issues, but it's the response of the builder that matters. They have been very respectful, helpful, and communicated all the details. My husband and I could not be happier for having chosen KB to construct our new home. From the quality of the construction, to the outstanding staff dedicated to making your home buying experience a good one, I don't think we could have done better. The reason I say this, and I know there are many other great homebuilders, KB did not stop in just offering nice home models, or great quality construction, KB also took into account a homebuyer's additional home costs by constructing with EnergyStar Certified homes saving us utility costs and protecting our environment. From the HVAC system, the types of faucets included that controls the water flow, saving you money, to the CFL lighting, energy saving appliances from a well-named brand and many other energy saving features.

We shopped around a lot before picking KB was our home builder and we are so glad we did. No matter how many model homes I toured, I always came back to this one. The things that were standard in our home would have been upgrades with other builders. The customer service has been great. We are so thankful to KB and its staff for building us our dream home!

During the home buying process it has been overwhelming, however when we first met Amber she was right there to answer all of our questions. Other properties you go to everyone is too "busy" to help or go over options and details with you. It has truly been the the individuals that work for KB homes that have made us want to choose them when purchasing our new home.

Many new construction homes are not much different nowadays. Maybe different quality of materials and different size of home. And locations, etc. Out of all that I think the most important matter is who you meet at the first place and how they are. If I did meet someone else besides Angie, I might bought my house from other builder. Starting from her I met several people from KB Home. They are all trustworthy people. If I have another chance to buy one more house, I would look for KB HOME people again.

We purchased a model and the construction of the home was very good. We used an outside lender so there's no comment on KB financing. There are minor issues to be resolved but that was to be expected since it's been a model for approx. 3 years. Overall we are well pleased with this home and our experience with KB Home.

The home buying, designing, and building process with KB Home was an excellent experience, especially as first-time home buyers. Someone was in communication with us the entire way ensuring that we knew what to expect and easing any concerns we may have had.

I love KB. Love the service they provided for us. From the studio to construction, everyone was so friendly and genuine. Our loan officer helped us every step of the way. Art answered questions on the spot as if he was Google for loan questions. He was like 100%. Our construction manager helped us from day 1 to present, we love Mario and everything he has done for us and our home. Our sales rep. showed us different models even those outside our community so that we can personally visualize the upgrades we'd be getting in our home. Everyone at KB has been the best, if I buy another house in 30 years, it'd be with KB.

From the mortgage lender to sales to construction to customer service following closing, the entire team at KB Home has been phenomenal! Thank you to Heidi ** at KBHS Home Loans for putting up with my constant questions and reassuring me through the whole process! Thank you to Jarret ** for being the most caring and thoughtful sales counselor. He truly made us feel like family and has kept in touch with us following the sale. He has even come by the house on multiple occasions to see how we are settling in to our new home. Thank you to Sam ** for getting everything in tip-top shape for our move-in. We closed 22 days from going into contract and he really had his work cut out for him. He jumped through all the hoops for us and he made sure our home was move-in ready following closing. We couldn't be happier.

I looked at 3 other builders and they did not offer the choices KB offered. In fact one painted the interiors one color and offered no other options. KB's design studio gave us many choices and let us design our home.

The experience I had with KB Homes was very surprising. The way they made the process so simple. Especially since I was in California buying a home in Florida. Their customer service and eagerness to want to make the process, was simply amazing.

As stated above: We waiting a long time to do this survey as we could not properly gauge our feelings about our experience. Dealing with KBHS felt like a cumbersome experience. Our initial closing date was scheduled even before our walkthrough was scheduled. We constantly had the feeling they were trying to hurry and get us to close. The construction manager Bill ** has been great fixing our issues but he seems so very busy. He along with our sales consultant Robbie Moreno have by far been the highlight of our experience with KB though We still have issues with our home that are still being worked on. I kind of expected a bit better quality in a new home.

Buyer beware!! If you are contemplating buying a home built by KB Home, please, please, please, beware. You better get a separate, private home inspection done before assuming occupancy of your home or you will soon regret it. As much as I would like to give this builder a zero, I can't. My experience with KB was initially a good one, at least with the sales staff. I bought my home some 12 years ago from KB, built from the ground up and paid upwards of $250,000 for it. Due to the shoddy construction of my home, my house is now currently falling apart around me. Not from poor upkeep, but from shoddy construction.

It's my first home, so it was very exciting to select how my house will be in the inside and outside. Really want to say that the whole team as a one did a great job and that KB should feel proud of the people who actually make your company move forward, James, Jeremy, Mariel, Rosa and Linda, all of them were amazing people who helped me through the process and made this purchase possible and a pretty exciting one. Thank you all for the help.

We were told by a variety of people, that buying a home is a hard and long process. But for some reason we didn't find it that difficult. When we told friends and family about our house they were in shock and awe, because it seems like it happened so fast. Everything just kept moving along smoothly. We were even told, "Y'all make buying a house look easy." And my response was it's because of the KB people we were working with. Their communication and dedication is what kept the ball rolling.

My KB Home experience has been great. We compared houses with other companies that were around the same price range and came to the conclusion that KB offered more for the price. The houses looked better as well. Next up, lakefront house!

Home was not delivered on time as promised within industry standards. Staff did not have end user and their needs included in their delivery of our home. (i.e. wet garage floor with wood imbedded in concrete, showers caulked, blue take still where identified areas to be completed before possession, sod dead, flashing not completed above front door and on and on). KB Home loan underwriters created unreasonable and unnecessary requirements during application process. You need to value your customer and supervise the trades that work for you. They just are like unattended children not knowing what to do or say.

Everyone at KB, from sales, construction and lending seems to be knowledgeable and efficient in what they are doing. Phone calls and emails were returned timely and any questions or problems that arose were taken care of quickly. People listened to the customer and wanted to help. A pleasure doing business them. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I decided to buy a new build here. Even after my sister warned me about many negative reviews that have since been removed! We chose one of the models 2003 in Riverview, Florida in a community called Medford Lakes. We noticed the windows and sliding doors are much smaller than the model. They charged me full price with no concessions. They came back saying that it was an upgrade and no where on my contract states the window sizes or sliding door sizes. The manager said that there are signed in the models stating that the model isn't what you get!!!

I wanted to say that from the first moment I walked into the sales office or model home I was greeted by Frank who very nice and in detail help me throughout the process of picking a lot and the home style I wanted and always optimistic through the process. I'm pleased with KB Home.

KB Home by far surpassed the other companies that I've dealt with when buying a home. They made the transition quick and easy and really worked with us to provide my family a home that we really wanted. The team that worked with us were so friendly, courteous and made sure it fit our budget. They were accommodating throughout the buying process and even after buying, with follow ups and touch ups and fixing anything we needed. Someone was always available. Very blessed by the service KB Home puts out.

Overall my experience was negative. I purchase a very expensive home and the amount of dishonesty and disrespect that was apparent is upsetting. I am a life long resident of Manteca, I work in the community with families and professionals and I would not recommend KB. The home is beautiful although the lack of professionalism in your customer service team lacks integrity and honesty. At one point I even had to call corporate office because no one was calling me, I felt as though no one could take the time out to call me and answer my questions on the closing of my home. At this point I am still completely frustrated with KB.

From day one, the KB Team has treated me like family. They genuinely wanted my house to be exactly what I envisioned. The minute I sent over a question (and I asked a lot of questions), they were quick to send an answer. If I had a concern, my construction manager and sales consultant immediately put me at ease with their knowledge of the process and materials. I wouldn't hesitate to build another house with KB Homes.

I was so impressed with how KB Homes has streamlined this process, they offered a ton of choices so I could get exactly what I had envisioned and I was amazed at the quality of work they were able to achieve while also keeping to their timelines and great value. The process was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The home itself is worth the price and is very comfortable. The KB studio visits help us get a clear vision of our future home. They made it worth it with there level of service. Again, not happy at all with the lending dept and the things at that was told to us and not fulfilled. But overall, I am very happy with KB Homes.

KB has great customer service. All my questions were answered. Overall throughout this whole experienced KB kept us up to date with the whole process of the house from signing papers to closing. They've even helped us after moving in. I had a minor leakage underneath my sink, and my front door knob wasn't locking properly. Both issues were fixed in a timely manner.

This is my first experience with KB Homes. Alfred ** was my KB Homes Sales Counselor and he was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and if he did not know the answer he would find out immediately. Since moving into my new home I have maintained contact with Mr. **. I can still call and ask him questions and without hesitation, he responds. My Construction Manager was Joseph ** and he is totally awesome as well. There are always minor issues associated with a new home and each everyone has been addressed and rectified in record time. Mr. ** has been very helpful and thoughtful and has gone beyond the call of duty. He's still willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. In closing, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the KB Homes team and I would truly recommend them to my family and friends!

KB Home was a good first time home buyer experience for me, being able to pick out all of the features for the home from countertops to light fixtures to carpet color was by far the best part of buying a brand new home since you are able to get exactly what you want from the beginning. You do pay a premium for brand new, but you also get a very energy efficient home that will likely need little to no repairs for years to come. KB seems to stand behind their product and takes feedback seriously if you have any complaints, they are also very receptive to fixing any issues as they come up. I did not use their in-house lender as they misplaced my original paperwork and delayed my approval process by a couple of weeks which left a bad taste in my mouth over the poor handling of my application, but the house is great and I'm glad I made the purchase.

KB Home has wonderful staff who are excited for you. They will go above and beyond to ensure that you find your dream home. KB Home has resources that help make the process much smoother by partnering with KBHS Home Loan and First American Title to ensure that each party is fully informed of the application process. The apps were also a handy tool for me as a homebuyer because I can easily contact my sales agent, lender, or escrow officer. Two thumbs up!

All KB Home's staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The home was delivered on time (and sooner than we expected overall). There were minor flaws after closing but they were quickly resolved. Overall the experience went very smooth.

I appreciate how Jason ** tried to make this experience pleasant rather than intimidating. He answered all of our comments, questions, and concerns in an outstanding manner that made this process that is so stressful, slightly more enjoyable. This was our first home purchase and everyone at KB made it a smooth and easy experience. The home is amazing and there were hardly any issues. I have a bad experience with KB Home. Materials and quality of workship are very poor. I feel that I am not in a new house. In fact, paint and texture are horrible. Doors and baseboards not well done. Did not like irrigation system. It is too loud. Garage was not well done. I will not recommend KB Home for all these reasons and I am thinking of selling soon. Not happy.

KB Homes has different selections of homes to choose from and great prices... I was so was so amazed how fast and easy my process in purchasing my home was and there is no words in explaining how happy I am in having a home for my family... I thank you so much KB Homes.

I have been trying without avail for approximately a year to have KB come look at our home we purchased in May 2016. We first noticed the uneven floors on our second floor upon move in and originally we thought it was from the carpeting. We replaced the carpet in December 2018 and noticed the imperfections even more. I had an inspection of the house and a sinkhole survey done In case our original inspector missed something, both with no issues. I have been trying to find the right people at KB to help and everyone says to call someone else until you are so frustrated you give up for the day. I hope the right person see this review and can help.

I had a house built with KB Home after looking for an existing home and also looking at other new homes throughout the Jacksonville, Florida area. With KB Home you get many options to choose from and they even have a design team to help you in making your choices. I choose KB Home because of the Energy-Saving Features they offer as well as the Exterior details and the Interior craftsmanship as well as the open floor plan and the option to upgrade to a Gourmet Kitchen and upgrade the master bath. I felt like I was building a custom built home with all the options KB Home has to offer. My Sales Counselor Anh ** was professional and was there for me every step of the way, she even called and sent me emails to check in with me on my questions on her days off. I was updated on a weekly basis with pictures and what was done for the week and what I could expect to be completed the upcoming week.

Carpet with upgrade doesn't have good quality. No HOA information received from either KB Home or HOA. It has been three weeks and every time I call HOA, the operator just said, "Wait for the Welcome Package" with no additional information. There is delay for buyer to set up privacy gate registration etc.

Overall I am really happy with the customer service I received in this buying process from the sales agent & the construction team did a good job. But I was extremely disappointed from the KB loan department, took extremely long time with my loan process and to have them at the end refusing to approve my loan because of the fact we have same last name as my realtor agent. A lot of people have common last name but that doesn't mean they are all related.

My experience has been good. Everything went smooth and the people I dealt with Leeca **, Joel **, Luis **, were all fantastic. They all knew the process very well and took care of any issues that came up. I didn't have to do anything but pick the lot, floor plan, studio items, and walk throughs in order to get the house built. The financing process was quite easy and they asked for all documents in far enough advance that I didn't have to wait to close.

As a first time home owner, KB Home made this experience a very pleasant one. The staff was great to work with and I was very pleased with the outcome and timeliness. I'd definitely recommend KB Home!

And the finished product is outstanding! I have yet to find any issues with the house. Very satisfied home owner here.

The ease of working with the KB Staff was exceptional. From start to finish, professionalism. After having two homes built before having this KB Home built and having to deal with delays because manpower shortages or material shortages, that was not an issue with KB, We actually enjoyed the whole process and got a beautiful home completed on scheduled and cheaper than what we thought we would pay. Our home is what we expected and no hidden cost or over budget issues. Going to one place to choose all of your selections granite, lights, plumbing fixtures, shingles, brick, paint and so on was one of the best experiences we had.

From start to finish our experience with KB Home was amazing. Being a first time home buyer, and having zero experience in what to expect from buying a new construction home the KB experience was aces. Everything, every step, every process was explained with ZERO surprises along the way. Staff was very friendly and took as much time needed to answer everything we threw at them. They never once made us feel like we were just "another sale". I liked that in our neighborhood there was a zero upgrade model home to look at, which gave us a real perspective of what to expect at an entry level price point. Bottom line you can't go wrong with KB home.

KB Home did an excellent job in constructing our property. Sales, design center and construction were great in explaining the process thoroughly. KB Home really need to work on home mortgage process to give the buyers an honest approach as we had trouble with the mortgage process.

The area is beautiful, I would love to live there, the park and water are a bonus. The sales counselor Jennifer ** was very friendly and helpful. I would have no problems working with her. There was no homes except for one (1) model so I cannot provide an opinion on the community. I was turned off by the high HOA on a community that has no amenities. I would not want to spend more than $50.00 p/m and was told it would be about $80.00, too high. Thank you for the food!

Very pleased with KB Home. Starting with the Sales Rep being professional and courteous which sets the tone of starting the home building process. Taking a visit to the Home Studio where you deal with professional staff that assist you on making your home beautiful from the inside out. Next, having a Construction Superintendent that is knowledgeable and can explain the building process thoroughly. Having a loan officer that can answer your questions and if they don’t have the answer taking the time to research and get you the answer. Then finally after closing, your Construction's Superintendent and Sales Rep stop by to make sure that you are settling in okay and that you don’t have any issues with your new home. Great and exciting experience.

First lesson to learn is never even look at a new house without an agent. We made that mistake and we were in trouble already at the beginning of the process. Initially when we looked at the house we thought it was little high, however when the lady at the model home contacted us back they had dropped the price a little for end of the year close. She sent me a text. In the text it says (and I have the text as proof) "We have a 4br 2ba single story home for $319,990 and we have a lot for it". So we went there and she said she needed a $5000 deposit to secure the lot, and lock in the price. So we cut them a check and they ran our numbers through finance and we got our pre-approval.

After we finally closed on our home, the same day we moved it we had a large leak in the master bedroom. Our closet was flooded. They repaired it and it happened again. We've had so many issues. Our wall in our master bath is crooked and we were told they wouldn't do anything" due to they would have to tear down the entire shower. Today we've discovered a crack running from our dining room to our kitchen. The tile has actually cracked in the kitchen and is moving towards our stove. We checked the master bath and we have a crack forming there. This entire experience has been horrible. We had chosen KB because their reviews were good. We should have taken the time to speak to people in the neighborhood prior to purchasing.

My experience was pretty bad when my loan officer stop communicating with me by phone calls, emails and text messages. My experience started getting even worse because my sales rep didn't communicate about my 10x10 slab. There was no communication with the sales team and construction team on what was going on. The only reason why we decided to stay with KB was: 1) Laura provided us a great experience. 2) Lori ** for assisting us with our issues and meeting us halfway with our closing cost.

From the salesperson, design consultant, construction manager, loan officer and processor, my experience with KB was top notch. I was kept informed weekly of the progress of my home. Everyone was very professional and my home is beautiful. KB Home went above and beyond my expectations.

First I will say that I'm a first time buyer. I did intense research on different builders, analyzing building process, selections and customer service. By far KB Home experience was top notch compared to others. Customer Service is excellent and Their staff take pride in it. They would do anything to ensure 100% satisfaction. I contracted my own Homebuilder Inspector during the entire process, and he did pointed out that KB building process and materials are much better quality than other builders. During the inspection phases we pointed minor issues and the Construction Manager immediately made adjustments without any hesitation. We are happily living in our new home, Overall Great experience!!!

KB Homes use quality material which attracted me. I am an architect by trade so the first thing I look for is the manufacturers they use. Carrier, Moen, Kohler, Whirlpool, and Rheem are just a few of the companies whom all make great products. The last thing I want to do when buying a new home, is not to have to replace anything for several years. Hopefully with the quality and workmanship KB Homes has provided me with, I will not have too.

Just signed contract to purchase an Energy Star home from KB in Surprise AZ. Appears to be a great value for a well crafted home using the latest most innovative high quality materials and appliances. Right now we are thrilled with our experience as we enter the design phase. When the new home arrives some time more than a half year from now I will write another review regarding the entire process.

Three years ago I built a home with CENTEX-that was a mistake. KB was awesome! From Denese the sales rep to Alan the construction manager, they really made me feel liked they cared about me, their customer and wanted to do the best job possible.

After different family members experiences with other builder we were skeptical of anything build new. KB put us at ease. Their whole process is great. We didn’t feel no sales pressure at signing, unlike other builders. Site manager was great, he took care of us and anything we asked was done. Sales reps were and still are courteous to us. Anything we ask for they are always glad to help. KB provided a great experience and if I purchase a new home again, it will only be a KB Home.

Overall, the experience was amazing! We were kept in the loop and visited the home almost daily. The quality and quickness was surprisingly wonderful. They were able to finish our home much quicker than anticipated. We have been in the home for 30 days now and would love to be in for another 30 years!! It's a beautiful home full of customized options led by a competent Home Studio staff. It was a great experience from Day 1!

When we started looking for a brand new home we went to all the builders in the Sacramento area and the one that stood out the most was KB Home Montauk, from first walking in. I have a lot of tattoos and other places looked and treated me like I couldn't afford it... that didn't happen with KB. Everyone from sales to lender, construction to warranty have been top notch. All my questions throughout the build everyone was happy to help and answer any and all questions and above and beyond to make sure my home closed on time. Thank you very much.

I met with Donna. Having been a realtor myself, I know a good one when I meet one. Donna was very professional and took all the time I needed to understand the prices and to show me the model home I was interested in. Sadly, the subdivision was too far from my wife's work and we had to pass on this sub.

We purchased a KB built home in the Cary, NC area within the Amberly subdivision. Within months of taking residence, we discovered a foundation issue which KB Homes corrected since the home was under warranty. We've recently uncovered additional foundation issues and only discovered the issue after pulling up the carpet to resolve a water leak resulting from improper installation of the dishwasher. We have reported this to KB Home and have yet to hear back from the company. Since the home is no longer under warranty, we have no speedy resolution without taking legal action. We are in the market for a new home. Never again will we work with KB Home.

The whole experience went well. Marshall **, Bruce **, and Brian ** were great to work with and had no real issues. Main issue that I relayed to Marshall was some of the cost for what you guys call an upgrade. For example you get a garage door but the garage door opener is $600, that should not be and should be included in the price of the home from the get go.

If you are having a home built you can't go wrong with KB! This my first home and it has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They calmed all fears and anxiety throughout my first home buying experience. The general contractor Eric was amazing and he is a perfect definition of customer service. KB Home is one of the premier builders. We were able to customize our home to our specifications and if any changes were needed or wanted they responded in a timely and professional manner. Our home has the feel of a home far more expensive, the workmanship is top notch and we would definitely consider purchasing another KB Home in the future.

Overall the home seems to have turned out well. We had one issue that I really hope does not affect the integrity of the build. Our garage on the front right side was built with an angle to it. I am speaking about the wall where the house number is located, and I have verified that it has a slope by use of a level checker. The other issue is that the wrong doors were installed, they are quite similar to the ones that are in the home now, so we did not notice until after we had finalized all of the paperwork and closed. I can understand that it was an easy mix up. The biggest reason I cannot give 5 stars is once again, that incorrectly angled wall.

We really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We were excited to see the build go fast. We were able to see every step of the process. We feel very lucky to have had this opportunity as first time home buyers.

Upon first arrival at the KB model home in Heron Isles we were treated by Charles ** the sales member on site. He was very warm and welcoming and made me and my fiance feel right at home. There was another couple that was talking to the construction super so Charles took us into the model and walked us around telling us all about the Home and its upgrades that it had. I believe that because of how Mr. ** was able to explain the floor plans and options and because he took the time to walk with us around several models that he was a major factor in us deciding to purchase a home from KB Homes.

I've turned in my 1-year warranty items. It was a specific list provided by an inspector. One month later the contractors were scheduled to come to my home. I've had to follow up several times with the warranty contact, and the contact admitted to dropping the ball. I've taken time off work and not all of the contractors were scheduled. I'm extremely disappointed in Round Rock, Texas.

With the overall experience I've had so far, if I could do it all over again I'd most likely buy a KB Home. It fits my families needs in today market. I just wish the attention to detail was there. Like the attention to detail that was provided with my in-laws new home by Taylor **. We lived in that new home until our KB Home was built. Comparisons are inevitable due to recent living in 2 new homes, and that's why I'm disappointed in the finished product (comparatively speaking). I have a nice KB Home, but there are obvious and definitive levels to builder's quality.

Awesome Job and I love our home! This is was an overall great experience! Everyone in the process from sales, to lenders, to studio, and construction all played their roles really well. They made this process less stressful than I could have ever imagined.

Angie was absolutely amazing. We are excited for our shutters to get put on, she knew us well! I had to request updates on the loans, the rates were not competitive, I had to get another loan quote to show them that we qualified for far better rates than they were offering. At one point to get a response I had to reach out to the manager to get an update. Further, I had an experience where I asked her as she was "matching" my quote where we were on that, we waited 5 full business days for a response to find out that the person who was analyzing it was on vacation. She should have known this from the get go. That is unacceptable. I know she was screening my calls because I would call, not leave a message, and a couple of minutes later get an email about the loan. That's not OK. Pick up the phone and talk to me.

We had great experience with KB home, Apex at Berryessa Crossing! Went to the model homes so many times, had so many questions, but all of our concerns and questions were addressed by the sales. Thank you for helping us find the dream home!

KB Home has a really nice floor plans, the team is really helpful, customer service is really good and the construction team is great. The quality of the materials can be better for the price of the houses. In general I will recommended.

I have never had a home built from the ground up, but I feel that this has been a good experience and everyone on staff fits their job well for the company. Starting with sales and moving on to the final walk through.

Very disappointed with this experience. Sales staff was great, lender was great, construction was great. The issue was the CORPORATE OFFICE. We are extremely disappointed with the fact that the corporate office absolutely refused to respond to phone calls, emails, and other requests to speak to them. They never showed us the courtesy of returning a phone call. This shows us how they valued us. We were denied a new homebuyer's incentive that was being offered to new customers at approximately the same time we began the process of purchasing our home. KB still has not even attempted to make this right. FOR THIS REASON I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND KB HOMES TO ANYONE. You still have a chance to make this right. Someone from corporate can call me or you can simply ignore this because you already sold the home and you've been paid. It's up to you.

Sales team amazing, lenders are barely satisfactory, building quality could be better, home is beautiful but the quality of materials used is not the best. Overall it was an okay experience. Closing date kept changing and this was by far the most frustrating part.

The price is decent, but overall workmanship is not good. KB could have done better on floor plan and design, a lot part were left for home owner to fix later on. KB Home never provide option to fix the issue.

My experience with KB Home was enjoyable as I appreciate that all partners involved went from the beginning to the end. I did not question the status on the sale, builder, or lender because I was kept in constant contact with each party. They also kept each other informed which helped in case I spoke to any of them and they were able to relay the message. This is my second home purchase, but my first construction home and it was a much easier process when working with the KB Home team.

Again... my only issue was with the sales staff. There were things that they were suppose to tell me and was not told until studio time. Had issues with incentives that were promised to me and then almost denied to me. Just things like that.

It was a grate community. I like that we where able to pick our floor plans. And that we have options to upgrade the design of the house to our family needs. This was a good price property. This seems to be a good community for our young family.

I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. Amy, Josh and Darin went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy KB Homeowner! If anyone out there is looking for a quality home with a "custom feel" for a reasonable price in a nice neighborhood, choose KB. You won't be disappointed! :)

I am glad I went with KB because when I hear stories from friends that went with other builders, my experience was by far the best! I get to brag about the relationships I built in the process of me purchasing my home.

We bought a KB home two years ago... We had a small ranch, built to order for over half a million dollars. The landscaping is the cheapest they can put into the homes and so are the plumbing fixtures. But we can replace those and live with that. Our lot was across from an open area that we were promised was going to look like a "park." What we got is a "native" grass weed lot that matches any intercity vacant lot I have ever been to. When we go to the meetings to complain, we are told though... "That's what the city approved and that's all we are going to do." They lied to us and they will lie to you. Good luck if you don't heed this warning.

From our first visit to the sales office we knew we were going with KB. Michelle treated us like family. She was very professional and extremely patient with us. The houses are beautiful and the staff is amazing. Extremely happy with the entire experience from beginning to end.

We are very happy with our KB Home. We search all over Duvall, Saints John's & Clay County Florida to find a home with everything we wanted and their only place we were able to find their Quality and Value was KB HOMES Forrest Hammock in Clay County Florida.

Being able to choose everything we wanted in our first home was great. With the help of all the different staff members our entire home purchase from design to construction to completion went very smoothly.

My experience with the staff and all the contractors was great. I have met some of the neighbors are very nice people and I’m very satisfied with the craftsmanship of my home and the overall staff, I would recommend KB Home to friends and family.

KB does not only provide quality homes but also quality service and quality staff. The customer service is outstanding and the satisfaction of the customer is their top priority. It was a very pleasant experience to buy KB Home and their staff makes it even more worthwhile.

I looked at three builders in my home purchase journey, I selected KB Home because of the sales staff and later the home delivery staff. I had a tight timeline due to issues with a previous offer that ended being too close to a sinkhole. I was tired when I began my talk with KB Home and thought I would delay my home purchase for a year. However the professionalism, positiveness, solution minded, and care given to me as a customer won me over. Although my experience with the lending side was not great, I would still recommend KB Home.

Excellent service. They listened to their customer. Overall, we have an outstanding experience with KB Home and they made sure we are happy and they fixed a lot of minor stuff in the house after we moved in even if these minor problems were a result of our moving in stuff and furnitures but they were happy to fix it for us because their ultimate goal is for their customer to be happy of the house they sold to us. Awesome! Highly commendable to all homebuyers out there! Special mention to Sandy, Charles, and Martin-they are all great and asset to the KB Homes!!!

We were very happy with the experience. We had minimal issues and for the most part. We were very happy with everyone we had to deal with. There were only a couple small hiccups with the design center and during the building process but nothing that wasn't resolved. Anytime you build something like this you can expect a few issues. We're very happy with our new home.

My experience was fascinating to watch the entire home come up from this process. It makes us feel proud and to be able to select all the essentials from the inside to the outside to make it to what we desire. Especially that you will be the first owner to live in this incredible home you can call your own it's PRICELESS!

This is our third home purchase and I can honestly say it has been the best one. KB Home is a great company that builds dream homes for families such as mine. As a veteran of the armed forces, I was very happy to use my VA certificate with this purchase. My family is beyond happy with this house and we feel very blessed to be in it. All thanks to the wonderful staff that was assigned to us. We have no doubt that all our neighbors shared the same experience and we are glad to be part of this group now.
