As a first time homebuyer, I would say this is the best decision I ever made. I am glad KB Home and HomeLoans assisted me with my first home! I was nervous but they guided me along the way and did not leave me stranded with questions.

Our experience with KB Home has been awesome from beginning to end. The staff was always worked together to ensure we mattered as customers and treated us as if we were the only ones. I am pleased to say that I would recommend buying a home with KB to anyone in doubt and hope that you have the same result.

From start to finish I've had such a good experience with KB Homes. From the sales staff to the construction manager. They respond immediately to any questions I've had. Kept me informed with videos throughout the building process. Did walk through explaining everything from construction to the features. They continue to immediately answer any questions I have. I just moved in my new townhome the end of last month and love it!

I love how they have the model homes on site and you pick your home and your lot, then the design studio picks, it's an awesome system and they are very customer care oriented and take good care of us through the process. I love the KB homes. They are high quality and great floor plans, I definitely will recommend them to family and friends and anyone interested!!

As a true skeptic I came in with eyes wide open waiting for the shoe to drop or for some hidden bombshell that would impact my family financially and be stuck. I can truly say that the KB team we had sold us the dream, walked us through from A-Z and kept their word on what was realistic and what to expect. We were kept up to date weekly and always felt welcomed by sales and construction, plus there was never a dumb question. I recommend looking into the KB homes and reviewing the process for any family looking to plan a future move and watch it build from the ground up making your own selections on design and features from a real world practical budget and being really within reach with an active team. This is for you!

We are so happy with our new KB home. Even thru the Covid virus and lockdowns KB still made this happen! The entire journey from the first day at sales, to the details of finance and thru the construction process was a wonderful feeling and amazing experience to see unfold. Our KB Home experience was great because our GC was super helpful, informative, and involved. With this being our first home, it was a huge relief that we were able to have such a great and personable experience (we were able to write scriptures inside the framing and put our Bible under our foundation); of course there were problems, however the people who were over our building (Kenny and Luke) made sure those things were rectified.

I would not recommend getting a new built from KB or a KB home in general because they are all too rushed and not done properly. Me and many other KB home owners I've spoken with have had bad experiences with our new homes. They don't finish your home correctly by the closing day, they push the closing days, they don't fix what you tell them needs fixing. One of our neighbor's front yard is sinking already and all the sidewalks in our neighborhood are ugly. It was very obvious that this neighborhood was not a priority to KB.

KB Homes experience was fun for the most part. Meeting the staff from frank in the sales office to all the construction guys especially Brandon was a great experience. The care of making sure everything home related was as close to perfection as possible made me feel like I was being taken care of throughout the whole process. These are people that you wish you could be friend with on a personal level. I'm going to miss my weekly phone call thru the pandemic. Also they were always practicing safe measure as far as masks and hand sanitizer. This was a great overall experience. Thank you to all of you that I encountered. I am overall happy with KB Home. I like the customization. I added a second master bedroom in the second floor. I utilize the Home Pro Wiring Bundle option and got wired internet connections throughout the house. My house HERS Index Score is 53 which is good for energy saving. I like that KB offer 9 ft. ceiling by default on the floor. I was hoping to have a high ceiling but it was not offered in my community. While signing the purchase contract, KB didn't require a lot of money to reserve the house and KB sales staff provided me with over 30 pages with upgrade options. This gave me plenty of time to chose what I needed for the upgrade. I had a fun time in the Design Studio. I did felt some of the upgrade options were kind of limited. But overall, I am happy with my upgrade option. To sum up, I am happy with my KB Home Experience and will recommend others to try them out.

Started off happy experience. But then as it goes on you definitely get feeling that once they have your $, you are going to get what you get. The excuses and lack of ownership or even own pride in their work was very disappointing. Have built 3 prior homes and had 2 friends also building during COVID that didn't seem to have same issues which makes me think company issue to be addressed.

KB Home has been a positive experience with each step of the home buying process. I did not feel lost as the staff has kept me up to date and informed on the building process. The design center was a great experience and options available was what I was looking for. Options ranges from the budget to the luxurious. The Construction Superintendent was very knowledgeable and has been pushing to get items in a timely manner even when it has been difficult to obtain supplies during this time. Each staff member has been easy to communicate with and has been available for any questions. Will recommend KB Home to others.

We are pleased with the home and the aesthetic look of it, however we believe things were rushed and not done to normal standards. Our front door is a huge concern of ours and still isn't fixed after almost 2 months and more than 10 attempts. The design studio had great choices and we are happy with them. Upon closing no one cleaned our home before we closed and it was filthy. I couldn't even allow my baby to get on the floor because it was filthy and there were pieces of trash and caps from things all over the floor. The planking had pencil marks from installation in multiple rooms.

I would never want myself or wife to ever go through an experience like this again. I cannot tell you the stress or tears she had during this experience. While we love our home, we need to do a lot of work to it to make it to our caliber.

KB Home mortgage almost killed our dream of owning this home. Jason ** misled us when we were up front and kept him in the loop the entire time. We feel betrayed and to further add insult to injury his manager Sara D. Also felt the need to tell me that we "learned our lesson" implying that it was our fault our loan fell out. There was no one to rectify the situation and this caused our loan rate to go up because we had to find another lender. Worst experience. Will never recommend KB to another human being.

I built a house once over 20 years ago and the process was uninformed, annoying and slow. KB Home truly did an amazing job of educating us about one of the biggest purchases we'll ever make in our lifetime, and we are completely happy with our decision - from build quality, customization, warranty and price, we couldn't be happier!!!

KB's construction process was top notch. Even with small delays here and there they keep us up to date every step of the way. We had 0 issues from the sales staff, the design studio and construction staff. Every level of the KB process was a pleasure and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

We truly enjoyed our experience buying a home from KB Home. From the model visits, to the customer service, to the construction phase, and to the completion, KB Home made sure we were fully satisfied.

We had the best experience purchasing our new home with KB Homes. The staff provided excellent and accurate customer service throughout the whole process. We always knew what stage our home and loan were at, both departments reached out weekly with kindness and professionalism. We are grateful for the wonderful experience.

Overall I loved the process and the home. But hate being racial profiled by armed security when visiting my house while under construction was not what I expected or my family will forget. We definitely didn't feel comfortable visiting our home when the security was there.

We love our KB home. However the overall buying experience was tainted by the closing process. We felt a false sense of urgency to close. As a result, we received the keys to a house that had not been properly vetted by the builder. As they say, "the devil is in the detail", and we feel that KB Homes did not address the final details, and/or workmanship, well prior to the close of escrow. Faced with issues, that truly were more of an annoyance than anything else, we are grateful that they at least have a good customer maintenance team in place.

Awesome, friendly and informative staff throughout. Everyone seems happy to assist and enjoy what they do. First impression, lasting impression and I have very positive first impression from everyone I have encountered.

I am unsatisfied overall. I would not purchase another KB Home in the future. The customer service and sales staff were great. The home quality was disappointing. Several issues from the time we moved in.

KB provided the best buying experience and home build quality I have had when buying a new home. Delivery was right when they said the house would be done and the house was in perfect shape except for one minor issue that was corrected within 48 hours. Customer service is amazing. I definitely recommend KB as a builder.

The experience was great overall. Every house has hoops to jump through and mine was no exception. What was nice is that there were people taking care of the issues that happened. I think that commitment to making me feel special despite having so many people to work with was very nice to have as part of the home buying experience.

Staffs are responsible and helpful. It's better to delay the closing date than hurry up to catch the closing date and leave the details not polished. And the closing date was still delayed twice. It's not an unacceptable issue, but it could be handled better.

Worst experience ever. From lack of communication to horrible workmanship. The home buying process is supposed to be rewarding and it was a nightmare that I am still living. I will never recommend this company and all buyers should consider other builders before choosing this horrible builder.

The team here at Piney Creek, Tony and Alex, are great and you are in great hands. I never worried about the status of my home as they both did a great job to keep me informed. We love our home so far and have had no issues.

Everyone was very thorough and detail oriented. My phone calls were promptly returned and any questions I had were answered. If the answer wasn't known initially, they got the answer I needed within a day or 2. Very pleased in the decision my wife and I made choosing KB Home.

Purchasing a home seemed like it would be a very daunting challenge. The KB Home staff were really there to walk me through my options and the process in a highly supportive manner. They kept me constantly informed of the progress of my home's construction and helped me navigate through financing.

My overall experience was very good. Building took longer than planned but Covid and weather were a big factor in that. We were walked through every step of the way. If I had a question about anything it was answered and if the person I talked to didn't have the answer, they found it quickly. I think of KB as a well oiled machine that works together to get the job done from sales to finance to even insurance. They all worked together to make the whole process stress free for me.

As a first time home buyer the process was pretty simple going through KB. From the sale of the home to close and beyond, the staff have been pretty consultant and accessible during the process. In general my experience with KB was very good. Tony in sales, Jennifer in Design and Garrett and Alex in construction. I enjoyed working with them and received an equal balance between professionalism and personal rapport.

Overall the experience was stressful but KB's staff did all they could to alleviate that and did their best to make things right. My Family and I didn't have to outbid property investors like we would have if we had bought a used home. We chose a lot we thought was going to have a brick wall on the back of the house. We found out that the wall was "not" the edge of the property. Instead, there is a walk path/bike path behind the house, between the brick wall and our property (back fence). This was NOT explained or disclosed at sale point. The largest issue is what happens at the other side of the wall: a ** TRAIN passes thru. Of course, this was "NOT" labeled or disclosed on the sales materials or diagrams.

We really enjoyed working with our KB Home Team on our first-time home owner journey. Being able to customize almost all aspects of our home was important to us so we could find the right layout and upgrades that worked best for our family and budget. We really enjoyed the entire experience. It was really great watching our home come together step by step! We were able to see everything take shape and the staff were awesome! Anything we didn't know or understand was made very clear to us. They always made themselves available to us. This was our first home buying experience and we loved it. Even the final signing was very easy. Closing was a breeze. The lenders took the time with me to explain everything and I never felt like there was something I didn't know.

I recently purchased a new home with KB and was thrilled with the experience. I have purchased new construction before, from townhomes to single family and custom, and my experience with KB was top-notch. You might be asking why I gave a 5 here and not a 10 earlier. This is because when I compare KB home to the builders of my peer's homes and the availability of selections/upgrades combined with affordability, KB home wins hands down. Fix your lending process and make sure your construction projects have better communication. Other than that, we may be buying another home from you in the future.

As a first time home buyer, I could not have imagined a better experience! Everyone I worked with from KB was excellent and ensured I was informed and comfortable with each step as I went through this process.

I'm leaving this review so that others will think twice before using KB. My first home building experience was in the Midwest with another company. KB doesn't even come close. KB - Harbor Pointe Community, California. Sales Experience: Our experience was OK, but others in the community have stated that they were mislead or lied to by their sales' representative with respect to certain home and community features. Design Studio: KB only has 1 design studio session, which isn't enough. They rush you to pick your selections, and the selections they have are pretty cheap.

When we started our home buying experience with KB Home we were a little leery. We had been house hunting for a couple of months. We even had a contract on a home and when the house was inspected we found out several things that were hidden. Our first surprise was the price of the lot in reference to the size. We selected a beautiful lot at a fraction of the cost of similar lots of the same size. It was very easy to qualify for the build. The builders worked very hard to complete the house once it was started. We even drove by at times to take a look when we thought no one would be there like on a Sunday or when it was raining but most times there was still someone working. When the house was completed it was even more beautiful that we had imagined. The house just flows from the landscaping to all through the house. The general construction and all the hidden features make KB Home number one in my opinion!

From start to finish it's been a wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble, any queries, etc answered straight away, it made the whole process of buying our first house in the USA an amazing memorable experience. Thanks to all at KB Home for showing us how amazing it can be with the right company selling you a new home.

Totally unsatisfied and disappointed unlike my other friends who have an extremely gorgeous home with perfect touch of finishing from Shea Homes and Tri-pointe. I am facing very bad experience with KB Home. I need to think about next steps if my all concerns are not addressed properly.

KB Home is our first home buying experience and while COVID-19 made some processes difficult. Most of the staff was informative and thorough throughout a lot of processes. Special shout-out to Demetrius, Cindy, and Angie in making this a wonderful experience. They got my wife and I our first house, custom made!

The construction people really ruined the experience for me. They didn't come and fix anything they said they were. We also had our closing date changed the day before because of construction's lack of communication. That wasn't very professional.

I love the location and neighborhood of my home and that is the reason why I went with KB Home. I would suggest to pay attention at every step of the construction process and pay for a private inspection prior to closing on the home (even though it's a brand new home, mistakes are made). The quality of the work and materials could be better. Also, don't shy away from shopping around for a better rate other than KB loans.

KB did a great job overall on our home. We are very pleased with the way the sales staff and construction staff helped us walk through this process. We do wish we had a few more upgrade options especially when buying a home in this price range. We also wish they would allow us to "customize" the home a little more by having higher quality options such as windows, interior woodwork, interior insulation, etc. But overall we would definitely recommend this KB home and we are very happy with our home.

This is our second KB Home, but the first one that we purchased directly from the builder. We had such a positive experience. The home quality was superior and the customer support provided was really outstanding. Highly recommend buying a home from KB!

So glad I chose to purchase and build with KB! Everyone always ask who I went through for this and that and my answer is always, "No one, KB handles everything." It was so convenient. The staff I dealt with all deserve kudos!!

House was delayed several times. That was a huge hassle. Garage door was not on even after we were told the house was �done�. Mistakes on the house during the final walk through. Ground was not level on move in. It sucks because we had to reschedule our time off several times and movers as well as move out date. Even after, company has had to come out several times to fix mistakes made.

As a Realtor and previous new build homeowner, I can honestly say that KB exceeded my expectations. Especially during Covid, when we knew to expect delays due to backordered items, our home was completed very close to the original date, and was given a final walk though date well enough in advance. We were kept up to date and very satisfied with the finished product! We are very happy KB Homeowners!

It was a great experience overall. What helps is that all parties involved from sales, lender, construction and service team are very knowledgeable. Make you feel comfortable in a process that is the biggest investment and decision in a family's life. There were hiccups along the way but what matters is how they were handled.

My sales rep was very polite, caring and the reason I signed with KB. The complete experience from start to finish was not as exciting and happy as I started out thinking it would be. I understand that sometimes there are things that may not be able to be controlled when building a home and dealing with contractors, the city, warehouses and suppliers on a large scale. However, I think that keeping your home buyer informed accurately and often should be a priority. I think that KB Home dropped the ball where that is concerned. I like my home, but I do think that a lot of the construction materials used for the building of the house could have been of better quality. The appearance of my home is beautiful, but there are some underlined issues that I do need to fix.

Every step of the way I received great hospitality. Even now that my home is built, there is construction going on and I get to see everyone I worked and we exchange smiles. It's great to know that they still care. I know when the construction is over I will miss seeing them around!

The construction process saw no urgency until the sales team discovered they could meet a quarterly closing in 3rd quarter. Then they rushed the construction and our home was delivered unfinished and remains so today!

Builder and sales agent were fantastic, Corporate only cared about the bottom line and pushed us to close before the house was confidently completed because they wanted to meet their quota for the quarter. I felt rushed and uncomfortable, there was absolutely no wiggle room with the closing date after the house missed the initial completion date (covid shortage of supplies). Corporate completely ruined the home buying experience.

Good learning experience for me and my family, the options KB offers is amazing you really can make your house extravagant or just keep it simple. I believe the flaw KB has is communicating, keeping the buyer in the loop of everything. This is a fun, happy but stressful process and we only look for honestly and assurance going through this.

KB Home really is customer based. Every step of the way, we felt like we could always depend on the whole team to give us responses, timelines, and answers. They had made the home buying process simple but informative.

It was a long process from start to finish for building the home, but one of the staff members was always in contact about status of the building. It was a difficult challenge of seeing the place in person because of Covid, but the staff accommodated by providing pictures of the updates.

First time home buyer and decided to go with a new build through KB Homes. Fell in love with the model unit they showed us and found a great unit that matched the layout. Was awesome to get to check in on the progress of the house as it was built and when it all finished it was such an easy process to get it up and running. The attention to detail they put into the homes is incredible, every room is well thought out and everything has a purpose. Would 100% do it again and couldn't be happier with our house.

If KB would like to receive a 10 then they should take us back to the beginning of this whole process and be honest up front. Be honest about the real cost of the home and let us know that almost everything you would expect in a new home is really an upgrade and will cost a lot of money. Be honest and say that we really won't get a brand new home but a damaged one because of poor construction. Be honest and say that they really don't care about our satisfaction, they only care about taking our money. Be honest and say that we will receive terrible customer service after closing on the house. Be honest and say that they will rush closing and rush construction and slap the house together as quick as possible. Be honest and say they KB does not care about the customers or even its own reputation. All they care about is making as much money as possible on the cheapest product they can provide.

I never in my life purchased a brand new home, watching it being built from the ground up was a great experience. I love the people at KB - they are knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate. Overall, it was a great experience and I absolutely love my new home.

You can tell that you are working with a good company when everyone from sales, construction, design studio, loan office all the way to insurance broker from KB Home are so nice, fast and friendly. The most important point that win my trust is that whenever there is an issue, they are always honest and went above and beyond to resolve it. That says so much about the integrity and passion of the people that works there. I would definitely buy another home from KB Home and recommend my friends/family.

We were looking at several different builders in the area. The price point, location and especially, the staff, are the reasons why we selected KB for our home and we were not disappointed. Thank you all.

Financing options, after negotiating were fair. My home thus far is standing tall and beautiful. I think KB should look into backyard landscaping options. Even minimal options. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the buying experience with KB Home builders

Our overall satisfaction with KB Homes is beyond the highest rate there is. We are first time home buyers and the staff of KB helped us in ways that we will be forever grateful. Especially, Maria **. Maria ** or "Yoyo" was primarily our sales staff. She went above and beyond assisting us with our needs before our escrow, before we moved in and even after we moved in. No matter what time of the day we email her, the response was always prompt. Her accommodating personality was one of the reasons why we love our house and the community the first time we saw it when it was still in the market. She took us in even if we didn't have an appointment and it was still the peak of the pandemic, so we could see the model the house. Attitude that a first time home buyer really needs from the sales staff especially that they are the front liners.

Been over a month since I have spoken with customer service / warranty and have yet to be contacted for pending repairs. Quality of home is horrible. I have started to do repairs myself throughout the house. Paint missing throughout home, water leak, paint drips left on flooring 1st floor, door handles not fully installed and had to re adjust, some doors won't close due to improper installation & measuring, carpet on stairs improperly installed and had hold down spikes protruding causing injuries.

Buying with KB Home is a dream come to true. They made it very easy to get a house. Their staff is full of knowledge and shared their exceptional guidance throughout the process. Their finance department is very knowledgeable and professional to respond back for any inquiries.

The home buying experience generally with KB homes was a very good one. We were kept informed during the various stages of construction and the closing process was very quick and easy. We had a couple of minor issues at final walk-through but they were taken care of to our satisfaction. Satisfied so far with KB.

We signed a purchase agreement 8 months ago and all they've built so far is a foundation. Poor to non-existent communication. They've missed every deadline, every promise that they set up themselves. They'll do nothing for 2 weeks due to "weather" when it rained for 30 minutes one day. Our plumbing has already collapsed 2 or 3 times during the build, giving me zero confidence in this company. If we weren't nearly a year into the build in the current housing market we'd break our contract easily. We were debating between KB, Pulte, Lennar and a few other builders. I know at least if we went with Pulte our house would have been 100% done by now. If you complain they get all passive-aggressive about how you're lucky to have anything at all.

We've had the best experience with KB Home and their team. We have been able to be part of creating our Dream Home and it's been so much fun. The KB Team we worked with was the best! We can't say enough good things about them. Dedicated, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Caring and always there to help us! We are forever fans of KB Home!

From the beginning of 1st appointment to closing - looking for house, signing the contract, loan process, construction engineer and closing dates aligning with my schedule was wonderful experience for me. Frequent updates and smooth delivery by all team members. Great customer service.

Overall when the pre approval requirements are met, the process is fairly easy. We bought our house in the middle of the pandemic so it was wild from time to time and things got slowed down but everyone involved worked hard to make sure the house went up as efficiently as possible.

At the beginning the team was helpful. But the lack of communication was setting me up for a bad experience. To start let me tell you that if you believe that you won't pay a lot in upgrades you are wrong. There upgrades that are a necessity to include in the purchase. An example is no lighting in none of the rooms. Yes mam, Yes sir. You need to purchase them. Then the solar panels no choice whatsoever. Towards the middle stage I pointed some items of concern in the construction area. Even though everyone told me it was going to get fixed it just wouldn't. Couldn't believe they needed the customer to point out mistakes. If you can look at other options. Best of luck out there, I tried to be as brief as possible.

KB Homes provided a great experience for us from the beginning to the end. When we first visited the model homes we were greeted with professional, friendly staff. Once we started the home buying process until the very end we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Picking the home you want, the customization options you have and what plot of land you want is amazing. But the problems with the fixes taking forever after we got the keys to our house make this almost not worth it.

Very personable, made us feel welcome since the first day we stopped by the office to look for information. Always available and when an issue was found, it was fixed immediately. This is our 2nd home purchased and this is our 2 KB Home.

Overall a good first experience, construction was done well and I'm very happy with the final product. No major issues happened during construction and no massive delays, which is impressive given the circumstances of shortages and Covid card constraints. I accepted a high quality product given the price and wait time, and the final execution was highly satisfactory. All levels of staff I communicated with were excellent, much beyond my expectations. They were highly proactive with communication and seemed knowledgeable in their respective fields. The only issues I faced were at corporate level decision making. Compensation for errors in their fault were not satisfactory, and soured what could've been a perfect experience.

Beautiful home, very happy with my purchase. Buying a new home, is exciting. Seeing the home being built at every stage is so cool. We expected the home to be finished in February but didn't actually move in until the end of July. Expect delays.

The team seemed willing to help us with anything we needed but they did seem to be very busy. I feel most missed opportunities were because they were just too busy. Overall we love our home and the parks around us. The HOA process doesn't seem very user friendly.

From the beginning to the end the Sales Counselor was phenomenal. Communication is key and she did just that. Despite a few delays with getting in the lumber and then windows I am happy with the final project (still missing a few light fixtures that are on backorder etc). I do appreciate the hard work and the effort KB construction team took to get my home ready for closing.

No major problems at all. Good builder with commitment and most part of the problems we had they fixed it in a good timing. The studio experience it's great and essential to pick the right details for the house.

I'd say, "sweet and sour" just like the food. Our experience with KB Homes was "sweet" because of David ** (KB Home Agent), Stacy ** (KB Home Construction Superintendent) and Cindy (KB Home Financing) BUT "sour" because of KB Home Design Studio Manager (Stephanie **) and also Material and Workmanship Quality as stated on my comments on specific categories. Nevertheless, we still appreciate KB's outstanding employees, who did their best and still making sure we will be HAPPY for the FINAL results.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase of my home. The house was within my price range, has a good layout, a decent sized lot and the majority of the upgrades I wanted. I really liked working with the sales, mortgage, and the warranty staff. I did not enjoy never knowing when we were going to close on our home (we didn't know until the day of), how unclean the house was when we closed, and the number of items that needed to be fixed between one week before closing and a week after closing.

KB Home made our first new construction home buying process extremely easy. From beginning to end, the communication with our community team was stellar. Always available to answer questions, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. Excellent communication throughout each process of construction, and even provided excellent advice on some of the things we wanted. The loan process was hard with the lack of communication and the amount of duplicate requests. The sales team was great. The move in date was pushed back 3 weeks. The washer and dryer weren't ready on move in date. There was an issue with the floor in the kitchen with a hole being left and covered by the floor. The construction and service staff were great and quick to respond to issues and fixing any problems.

We were nervous being first-time homebuyers, but KB's staff and professionals walked us through every step of the way and made us feel very comfortable. The end product exceeded our expectations and we feel very confident in our home purchase decision!

This is my first time buying a house and KB Home have help me throughout getting my first home. From sales staff, they have help me explained different options of plans available. They provide us information about the pricing and recommended us the best option for our family home. With my home loan lender agent, they are very helpful getting our loan papers done and submitted on time. I was able to get the interest percentage I wanted by giving us an options and informative information. Overall, the house construction was done on time with the move in date we wanted. There are some minor issues about the house but the warranty services have that resolved. I am happy about my home and satisfied having KB as our builder company.

I felt KB was very cheap in terms of the options they provided and cut a lot of corners during the whole construction and materials. I felt a lot of the items were fairly cheaply made and some of the standard options were embarrassingly bad.

I am giving KB homes 4 as above average due to outstanding Sales and finance teams. They help us made our final decision in buying in this property by thoroughly showing and guiding us on every facets of the process. They are outstanding. However, after support or after closing support for minor issues like paint touch ups, switches that are malfunctioning and missing materials, is below par!

Promises were made by the builder and superintendents that were never followed through on. The warranty service after taking possession of the home is terrible and non-responsive. It is heart breaking that our first home has been such a disaster.

During the build process, John and the construction manager, Bricio, did an excellent job giving me weekly updates and addressing any concerns I had.

From the initial walk through with Kyle picking out our home and lot until the finish walk through right before closing of our finished home with Erik; I must say every step was an amazing process. They were all there to answer any questions and to always give an update on our home. Even with Covid everyone remained safe and followed protocol for the safety of everyone. KB Home have good eyes to choose the best location with their projects. Also happy with their materials. Therefore, we have chosen this Moraga unit after we purchased SF unit six years ago. However, this Moraga purchase did not bring up our expectations. So far is very disappointing, especially with construction crews.
