Enjoyed our experience with K.B Homes beginning to end. Sales staff was friendly and professional. Design Center was a lot of fun and offered an excellent variety of options and prices. Our home was delivered on time and clean.

Overall experience from Sales to close is very smooth, staffs are very knowledgeable. Quick response, most of questions were answered within 24 hours. KB Loan is also very convenience, since it's the same company as KB Home. So no back and forth communications. The loan is a little bit pushy, especially during the pandemic, putting more consideration for consumers is recommended. Building is nice in general, but need some detail improvement.

Building a home from the ground up is a huge learning experience but we could not be happier with our choice. The energy efficiency is no joke and saves you tons. Overall we are in love with our house and it is awesome to watch your vision come to life. Highly recommend KB as you can spend your money and customize the areas in your home you personally use the most (kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc.).

I had an amazing experience with KB Home during my home building process. Everything was clearly explained, organized, and up to my standard. I appreciate all the communication throughout the process and the positivity and efficiency at which items were handled. I could not be happier with my new home!

With the desire to purchase new, and the limited time we had to get into a house along with the challenges of the Pandemic lockdown, I wasn't sure it would be possible for KB to deliver what they did, I was happy to be proven wrong.

Good, but needs improvement. We were satisfied with the buying and building process, just disappointed with workmanship issues, especially the plumbing problems, and the reliability of the closing staff.

The whole process was great. We are really happy with our home and really enjoyed working with the whole team. Construction was great about giving updates and answering questions. Made you feel like you were really part of the process. The quality of our home is excellent.

Finish work is very sloppy. Painter, plumbers, sheetrock guys, flooring, clean up crew, etc take not pride in their workmanship. They do the job as fast as they can without regard to quality. KB Home could build the best house available but if the final product looks bad the new owner will question their decision to buy a KB Home. Getting correction done is impossible. If you are considering a KB Home take an hour or two to look closely at the home you are considering if it is finished and require those items to be corrected before closing. If you close before corrections are made you will go to the bottom of the list and you might never get the corrections done. My last house was build by the Johnson Group. They have a person who visits the home and develops his punch list and then visits with the new owner and adds your items to the list. Within a week he has trade people coming in to make corrections.

This was the best experience ever for home buying! The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly...accessible. The home is beautiful, with very nice landscaping, fencing, energy-saving features, fabulous granite countertop and lovely hardware and appliances. We would definitely recommend them and buy again from from KB Home!

My wife and I were very worried since this was our first home purchase. The team at KB worked with our agent and lender to make the whole process straightforward and stress free. We absolutely love our new home and would recommend KB Homes to all our friends.

KB is a company that cares for the people they are putting in a home. I never treated like I was just a sale to them. They made the process easy and possible. No company is perfect but they do try to be.

This was our first home buying experience and it was a very smooth and fun process. Everyone involved was genuine and straightforward from the beginning and clearly showed they had our best interests in mind.

I had great experience with KB home buying.. All staffs I interacted with are knowledgeable and courteous.. I got all my questions and issues addressed quickly.. The sales counselor was my primary contact, but she was able to connect me to other staff with relevant area of expertise quickly.

The entire staff was very helpful and professional. The quality was very impressive and well above what we expected for the price. Brian and Nancy were wonderful to work with. The loan processor was a challenge but the rest of the staff made dealing with Carla bearable.

The buying of this home from the day we walked into the show room to the day we walked into our new home was seamless. Good customer service and a very good product for the value. We are very happy with our decision and our new home.

It was a great home, overall straight-forward and easy process. The staff was there every step of the way and I did not find any issues that caused any delays or problems. The home was well built, even an inspector was impressed, and I feel happy with it everyday I'm here. I am glad I made this purchase.

Great service. Good quality. Don't know much about construction, I just worked a few month on the industry but that was enough to notice a difference in building quality compared to other construction companies around.

My experience with KB Home started with Josh at the model homes. He treated us like family. He was friendly and answered ALL my questions. As the construction process was going on, Josh stayed in constant contact with us. Kevin was our Construction Superintendent. He sent weekly photos of the progress on our home until it was finished. The woman at the Design Studio helped us make smart decisions on our options so we used our money wisely. Overall, it has been an enjoyable experience and we are truly happy with our forever home.

KB offers many features to customize home to personal tastes. Sales and design center very helpful. Buyers need to be aware the time frame for decisions in the design center. I do not have a problem making decisions or knowing what I want, but the process seemed a little rushed.

Unfortunately I’m just not 100% satisfied with this brand new house. The construction team rushed. Cracked cabinets, missing paint spots, broken garage door, globs of Caulking stuck in windows, cracked cement.

KB Homes has great customer service and really helped me out when I accidentally made a large purchase on a credit card the day of closing. I closed the following Monday (it was originally scheduled for a Friday) and it wouldn't have been possible without the guidance they provided. The construction manager also helped us out in any way possible prior to and after we closed.

We received accurate information from the first visit and interview with the sales team. We received the best home possible given our budget. We visited other builders but they offered less space, or no upgrades or poor design for the same price.

I am generally satisfied with my KB experience. I am most dissatisfied with the easement situation of my backyard and the fact that I received misinformation from KB loan officer that heavily affected my experience.

We loved working with KB for our first house! Being able to pick a floor plan and make design choices makes it feel special and homely. The quality and communication through the process is topnotch and we are very satisfied with our new home.

It started in Gramercy Farms in Saint Cloud when I met Devon. He showed me that community and me and my wife fell in love. The reason why we didn’t choose that community was because it was priced way out of our budget. The mortgage was projected to be around $1800. Me and my wife were sad because we loved the layout of the KB home and thought it would be perfect for our family. But we were convinced that KB would just be a fantasy. So we continued our home search and it was a Monday that I decided to drive out to Mascotte and I met Tracey.

KB Home has a really professional team. I have a really positive experience building a home with KB. I have been through a few home builder, and KB Home deserved to be the best in my opinion. Each member of their team really devotes to satisfy their customers and understanding customers' need in their home purchasing experience.

The KB sales process is easy and smooth. There is a high emphasis on making sure the client is well informed and happy during the process. The various dept work together well and so the buyer does not have to fill in the gaps. We are enjoying our home!

I was treated unfairly, made to feel like I was in 'default' with no hope of closing on these properties - I was not treated like a valued customer by Sudesh **, who I have to say is a pompous supervisor who fails to embrace the KB Home belief "Built on Relationships" - he has no customer relationship building skills and should not be dealing with customers at all. Needless to say, I will not be considering KB home again for my future investment properties because of this experience.

This is our first home. We had a very good experience not only with the people who helped us from choosing the design but up to the people who helped us with the loans. I love my home, its design, its size and the modern aspects of a good house. Highly recommended.

Home experience was uneven. Value for the location was terrific. Home construction was well executed. On time and well done. Floor plans and amenities were well thought out and appreciated. Sales and construction staff were excellent. Exterior design was pedestrian if not somewhat homely. Landscaping was poor and needs to be completely replaced. Mortgage origination and solar process left a bad taste.

KB Home has been the best dream home building experience we could ever hope to have. Their people are truly gold and make all the difference in the world. They make one of the most stressful processes pleasant. We will recommend Kb over any other builder every time. They promise and they deliver!!

The level of service is beyond what you would expect in any type of sale. It is comforting knowing you have great professionals trying to make your purchase be as smooth as possible. All members of the staff were so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. What impacted me the most from the purchase, is the level of customization that KB allows. You are basically picking what your ideal house would be.

If you are a first time home buyer, make sure you only communicate with your assigned sales agent. Even if they provided you a substitution on their days off, learn how to wait until your actual agent is available. Asks questions, a lot of questions, don't expect or assume that your agent will feed you with all the information that you might need to know. Sometimes, they only give you the good details and let you figure out the rest on your own.

KB Home has some many beautiful floor plans to choose and affordable upgrades. They put a lot of pride on each their built homes. Most important, their commitment to customer service has placed on each clients' needs.

We chose to build with KB because we really loved a specific floor plan and the option to have a finished walkout basement in the community area we wanted to build in. We also liked their emphasis on energy savings. The sales staff were very helpful and friendly and made our first home building process fun and relatively easy. The construction team did a great job and were very upfront and accommodating. The design studio experience was delightful and they were pressure free about our budget, we even came in a little under. We definitely felt like there were plenty of choices and most upgrades were a good value. We have been in our home almost 4 weeks and so far I would recommend them to friends and family based on our experience.

The whole team KB professionals (sales, construction, finance, customer service) made my home purchase a pleasant experience. Cross-functional communications made it easy for me to get answers to any questions during the process. My new home is great to live in, and I am also comforted by several warranties that cover appliances and home construction for several years.

My experience with KB Home was fantastic. Each team member was extremely responsive, helpful and personable. I felt supported throughout the entire process and I am so grateful for each team member I came into contact with.

Best decision we took to own 1st home. Overall experience is good but there were couple of things like Break-in from window, gas leakage, tankless water heater not working. Out of them everything took care. I understand that it's not right time to get contractors to come and work but they did their best to solve the problems which are major. There are minor problems which can be addressed after this lockdown.

KB Home built me a beautiful home. As a first-time home buyer, the entire process of picking a floor plan and customizing everything from the flooring to the doorknobs was exciting and so much fun. As my sales officer went on a leave of absence during my sale, and the sales office in the neighborhood closed, it was very difficult to get in contact with the right people I needed when I had a few last minute hiccups during the closing process. However, I was eventually patched through to the right person and everything worked out 100% right in the end. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable in the home buying process, and it really was a good experience to build my own home.

We watched our home be built and anytime we had a concern Freddie was there to make sure it was handled. Everything is taken care of which such detail and care and we love it. We are so happy with our purchase. KB gives you so many amazing features and gifts. We couldn’t be happier!

If KB is all you can afford & you really want to own a home then go for it, but I'd save for a better quality home. They are just pushing & pushing these homes out & not caring about the craftsmanship. Materials are cheap & their options in the design center are overpriced for what you get. Sadly this will be our first & last KB home.

I was selling my home in Mesa & buying my new home in Vail. Very stressful time for me. The staff at KB HOME really helped by keeping me informed every step of the way. They sent me photos of my home throughout. They all were very upbeat and personable. The construction meetings also reaffirmed the quality of KB HOME construction in the energy saving features used and well thought out designs.

Buying a home is stressful enough as it is. When there's people that can make that as easy and enjoyable as Caesar and Hector did it really makes a huge difference. I'm very grateful to have found this development at the time that I did, KB Home is doing a great job at hiring the best people there is!

I purchased this townhome because of the location and I fell in love with the model. The use of space in the layout is well planned and designed. The Sales Counselor, Construction Manager and KB Financial Loan Officer provided me with excellent customer service and great communication throughout the process. The price is within the range I wanted to spend; many choices of design upgrades. Items needed to be addressed when I moved in, more than I anticipated. Submitting another request to KB Customer Service to address the issues (this determined my rating).

Hard to say if construction was worst or the warranty process in getting all the items fixed after moving in. Both teams are equally bad and gave us the worst possible experience ever. These 3 names of individuals stick out like a sore thumb just like the physical issues with our home. Dealing with tyrants like Charlie, Jack **, and Justin ** have been far from pleasant. No one really wants to admit to problems and fix things right. Anyone that has anything to do with trying to fix the home physically are either simply incompetent or just simply not trying to fix it.

The KB home staff was really great, we were contacted very often of the status of our home and the required paperwork that was needed before we could close on our home. We are very satisfied with all of the services provided.

Overall, my experience with KB Homes was a good one. Although there were two instances where I was frustrated by the actions of two different employees, both of those situations were addressed and corrected. In all other aspects, everyone involved in the transaction was very friendly and willing to help make the transaction as smooth as possible. I would definitely work with KB Homes again.

KB has been easy to work with. I used my own lender, and all the issues I've had with the minor issues around the house have been resolved, or are currently in the process of being resolved. As I stated earlier CJ ** has helped resolve every issue I have had, and he takes personal responsibility for the any damages. I cannot thank him enough for all the help he has been.

We felt a connection with our sales manager immediately. If it wasn't for her, then we wouldn't have been determined to buy within this community or even with KB. Everyone has been extremely helpful every step of the way, and helped us get our home. We couldn't be happier.

It was obvious the home construction was rushed. Critical things were missed and left: uneven floors, wrong fixtures, a gas leak. The house completion and documents were delayed during an extremely tight escrow process. They simultaneously reduced the escrow time and increased the price. We had to make a counter offer to even have a month to close. No seeming way to hold KB accountable. We were asked to agree to arbitration. KB agreed with the government to no longer use arbitration.

My personal experience is that it was more of a relationship built opposed to a business transaction made. I was in direct contact with sales and construction with no issues. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed head on with no push back.

This was a dream and first time experience for me and my children. We enjoyed having the freedom of checking on the progress of our home whenever we wanted. Any questions that we had were not taken lightly and answered in a timely matter. I am SO satisfied with the outcome of my home. It is everything that I ever wanted and I am still wrapping my head around the fact that it is all mine.

The experience buying a new townhome was stressful but KB homes provided enough resources and communication to keep me calm. The house was ready in time and all items were always explained to me properly. Although I had a few problems with the home, they were rectified with a warranty claim. The problems were LED light fixtures falling out and the HVAC controls were reversed; upstairs controlling the downstairs and vice versa.

KB Home staff had the patience and expertise to assist me in every step of buying my first home. They promptly answered inquiries and even followed-up with me. They truly exceed my expectations for customer service. I've only owned my home for less than a month and already recommended them to friends and family.

The upgrades that are presented to you sound good and may look good in the studio but the price is inflated by double on most items and the quality is very poor. Knowing several friends and family that have purchased from other builders and seeing what was included or quality of upgrades and workmanship, KB has really let us down. We would not buy from KB again in the future.

The staff was great before and after the home was built. They keep you updated consistently through the process. And even if you run into issues after closing KB Home is easily reachable and fixes the problem.

John ** in sales is a wealth of knowledge & has a great sense of humor. The Design Center was so fun to design my own home with my own personal advisor. The loan officers and processor were very informative. I was notified via phone call each week of the progress of construction. Overall a great experience.

He threatened to return our earnest money deposit because he told our realtor he was "sick of these buyers". The construction superintendent could have been a lot more detailed with the items that needed repair during the initial blue tape walk-through, as some items were not completed 3 days later. Ryan ** was the saving grace of this entire experience.

We purchased a home August 2019 at which time there were concerns that seemed to get dealt with. We have now realized that the rear yard is not level. One side is higher than the other and The other has a ton of extra dirt such as 18 inches - 2 FEET of extra dirt on one side compared to the other side of the yard! This has been confirmed by a level and also by the concrete sound wall’s base being buried under dirt! I have contacted our warranty agent and his answer was that it was related to drainage and purposely made that way. When I actually physically showed him the inconsistency, he sort of laughed it off. Then said “we are not going to regrade your yard”....

What can I say, when we first arrived we were a little nervous and quickly set at ease. The staff were very friendly, nice and easy to talk to. They allowed us to walk through the model homes by ourselves which gave us time to look at our leisure. Then when we were done they came and walked with us so that we could ask questions. They were kind and generous with their time toward us which kept us at ease and comfortable.

KB Homes is a very transparent home builder. They are very open about their pricing and features. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Sales staff was welcoming and the constructions/warranty staff are very good. A lot of people worry that builders will leave you in the dust when they are done with your home, not KB, they will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your home even after you close. They also pride themselves on how energy efficient their homes are. I thought it was a lot of hype but clearly I underestimated actually how efficient my home would be. Our energy/utility bills rival the bills of small apartments.

Words cannot justify the satisfaction we have with KB, but if we had to narrow it down to 3 words, it would be quality, relationships and experience. Indeed, the people, the service, and the product itself are of top-notch quality, from trustworthy answers and information to top-of-the-line materials and construction. But KB doesn't stop there. It could have been a much easier process if everyone did not push to close this home before KB yearly close. From the short time I have owned the house it seem to be built well but I would not do business again with KB based on the poor customer service. If you have concerns about the KB agent conduct or services don't expect support from the manager. They are all about selling units and meeting sales goals not making sure the customer receives good service after they provide a deposit and sign the contract. If you don't sign documents to correct errors they have made in the contract they will threaten to cancel your contract and keep your deposit. Make sure you know your rights before dealing with KB.

KB Homes relies on the base price point to define their reputation; in retrospect, my wife and I both agree that we should have paid more and purchased through another builder, or purchased a pre-existing home that was in the same price range.

The house came out amazingly. I love the layout. Working with the construction lead made us enjoy the build. He was very communicative when we had questions. The upgrades in the studio actually look a little different than how it comes out. For example, in the studio, the brick looked grayer than our house and the roof looked darker in the studio than it is in person. I really like how KB does a lot of follow-ups and fixes things as time goes on that happen with the house especially when I found some finer details a bit off.

All of KB staff genuinely care about your concerns and inquires. All made the attempts to provide guidance and reassurance during the home building process. Everyone had my best interest in mind so I did not need to worry during this whole process.

Based on exterior, we have the ugliest house in the development. I almost walked away from the purchase when I saw it. But we accepted this, and several other shortcomings, and we are pleased. Not thrilled, as we hoped to be. But we are content. I am done complaining, I feel as though that is all I have done since I signed the purchase agreement in August 2019. You guys got our money. We bought a new home from KB and we have had nothing but problems with it. We have called the company on numerous times and still takes months to get issues fixed. Home is just junk built with cheap materials and very shoddy put together. Our problems are walls not plumbing. Cheap appliances. Microwave has been fixed 2 times already. Broken sprinkler lines that cost us a very high water bill. Windows that allow sweat from temp diff to drip on inside of house. Light fixtures not installed right loose on ceiling. A whole lot of other issues. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KB HOME AGAIN..

The sales and escrow process were marred by a lack of communication both before the start of escrow and up until closing. The home has a couple of initial quality issues that still aren't addressed a month in. That said, I like the house and it'll be great once those issues are addressed.

As someone who has made good use of surveys in their work, the emphasis on 10's and only 10's is actually detrimental. It causes false responses and drives your team toward bad behavior. If, for example, you gave your employees a passing grade for anything 8 and above, and they got 10's from your customers anyway, you would know they performed over and beyond expectations. As it is, you have no way of knowing when your people actually gave perfect service. No way to differentiate very good from amazing. That said... both Ken and Chad were amazing.

We have been very satisfied with all phases of this project. From our initial contact with the sales staff, financing, the Design Center, construction update sessions, and the willingness of KB Home, in general, to work with us through the high pressure period of trying to sell our former home.

The process of buying the home, although extremely quick, was well handled and everyone was working to get us into this beautiful home! I love the attention KB puts in to the energy efficiency of their homes and of love that they are so accessible to help when needed! Overall our experience with KB Homes was very enjoyable and I believe we have made a few new friends in the process!
