From the moment we met Shawn in the sales office we appreciated his knowledge & the time he spent with us answering any & all of our questions. He gave us his card & continued to answer a million calls & texts quite quickly throughout the buying process. Rachel our construction manager was just as available & kept us updated week after week. Mallory at the design center was an absolute delight! The process was wonderful & our home is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

Over the course of my life I transferred a lot. But I knew going in that this house was going to be my last. So I wanted a house that I would really enjoy, at a price that fit my budget. KB helped me do that. I just moved in and I love my new home! Thanks KB!

We signed with KB just prior to Covid-19. We knew there would be delays. We knew our home would not be ready when we expected. Throughout the entire process, we received a minimum of 4 updates a week: 1 from the Sales Person, 1 from the KB Loans Officer, 1 from the KB Realtor and 1 from the KB Construction Superintendent. For every one of those calls, we had questions. On every one of those calls they were patient and explained the answer to every question. The Design Studio experience was overwhelming. So many choices to make. Our Design Studio rep was patient and explained every one of our options. I know KB is a very large nationwide builder but we received the "locals" experience. At the level of communication we received, it all seemed very personalized.

Gonna make long story short; so here is a review.. Location: Preservation Pointe. DAVENPORT FL. Used a V.A. loan for the purchased. Home started at $233, gave a deposit of $2,000 as required, supposedly without it no process was gonna be initiated. To my surprise everything including electrical outlets was an upgrade. No patio, if I wanted patio was an upgrade. No outside lights or outlets because those were upgrades..

KB Homes built my dream home! It was a wonderful experience. I found the perfect model to fit my needs and the perfect team to build it. Their expertise and dedication made my experience exciting and pleasurable. The result is my beautiful home with a support team behind it to answer any questions and to help me keep my home in perfect working order. Everyone from the sales team to the design specialists and building crew did an outstanding job. They helped me choose the features that would come together in a lovely, user-friendly, and easy-to-care-for home. I look forward to many years of happiness in my new home!!!

In our experience, the front line of the process (sales) turned out to be the weakest part of the entire experience, but once the house started being built, it was a fun time. Working with our construction manager, Brandon, he helped get us our dream home. Granted a lot of issues were due in part to the COVID crisis, but at the end of the day, we have moved into and are loving our home!

Highly recommend KB Homes for a new build. I researched about a half dozen and none seemed comparable to them based on value, quality, options and customization. You definitely get your money's worth if you're dealing with KB homes in the Austin and surrounding area. Fantastic customer service and follow through.

As a first time home buyer my experience with KB Home builders was a pleasure, This was all new to me. Karen ,Chris ,Ray and Maria my real estate agent made it Seem so easy. I can truly say I felt like I was part of KB�s home builders family.

We were initially suppose to go with KB Lender and work with Nora, as we got closer to closing our home we requested an updated LD and was told my APR would not change due to our FICO score. I was not satisfied with that response and shopped around. We were able to get a lower rate elsewhere and than was told that KB lender can give us the lower rate but will have to take away our 5K special to keep that lower score. We ended up with using a different lender and KB lender stopped assisting with appraisal report as it was done before switching lenders. We were suppose to close on our home 6/29 but did not close until 2 1/2 weeks later. It was very unprofessional of the lending team to respond back and say "it's no longer our responsibility" when asking for assistance. I would definitely not recommend the lending team to anyone if they are that unprofessional.

We were so excited to start the process of buying a home. We thought it was gonna be fun to see it get built from the ground up. We did not enjoy it because we were stress out with so many uncertainties. We felt bullied and pressured by the finance and loan teams. Even at the closing of our house we had to wait about 1 hr. after closing to get the keys even though in the last month my employer and my wife employers had verified it 3 in that last months. We also provided all paystubs and bank statements all verifying everything. I was so close of cancelling everything at the end of signing the paperwork.. ****Not only did we not get the keys after signing all paperwork at closing, but we got kicked out so others could sign and we had to wait in the car until KB verified our employer after signing papers for closing.****

This is my fourth home but first new build, but I'm now questioning my sanity for waiting so long to do a new build. The experience of working with KB Homes from shopping at different builders to moving in was smooth and professional. The staff at KB Homes showed professionalism and care at every step of the way. If I move again, I hope that there is a KB Homes community there so my home buying experience will again be a pleasant one.

Choosing options at the design studio was pretty much the only pleasant experience I had. The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I would be able to do what I wanted, which included relocating the data panel and adding many additional cable drops for cameras. After that, the rest of the construction process was frustrating and disappointing. Much of that leads back to the superintendent and his lack of oversight. I visited the site several times a week, and I frequently had to call out items that had been run to or installed in the wrong place. Or I had to complain about missing items. But I frequently had to complain to have things moved to the correct location or fixed, and I felt most of the items I found should have been caught by the superintendent to be corrected, not me.

The quality of the house itself is fine. My biggest complaint is how the landscaping of the house was done. The company that KB works with on landscaping has done a terrible job thus far, from retaining water in areas to unlevel areas. I've been in my new house for over a month now and still haven't been able to enjoy my yard. It's unfortunate that KB is working with such an incompetent company.

For Service the best especially the Sale man Mr. **. He is always keep communication with his customers. He help us a lot. This person full of experience, one things we would like to comment is about the home material still have limited, Not bad. It was fixed. We are ok.

KB Homes did a awesome job in building our new home. The pricing sq footage and the quality of materials is a great. They provided the best customer service you can get. The warranty sales and construction are the best. Our experience with kb homes was above our expectations. We had built a home with another builder and they don't come close to kb homes. We highly recommend letting kb build your home. They will take great care of you.

I read a lot of reviews talking about how KB Home builds on cheap materials and they do a sloppy job... But my experience has been the opposite. Builder and sales rep was in constant contact with us weekly. They both felt like friends and cared about our feedback. The construction team paid very close attention to detail. I was concerned that they would treat my home like it was just something that had to get done in order to move on to the next, but that wasn't the case at all! They did an amazing job with the paint, floors, carpet, and cabinets. Everything is nearly perfect and precise. Even after we closed, Steve the site manager, is STILL in contact making sure our house is running smoothly. They don't just abandon you after the sale and that's what I love the most. Even Suzette, our sales rep, got us a little house warming gift on the day we closed. The entire KB Home team treats you like family! You are in good hands.

I had a very positive experience in buying a home from KB. It was the people I was dealing with that made that experience so effortless and smooth. I was always greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. Kathryn and Mike never hesitated to keep me informed since I was so far away. They made me feel very comfortable.

KB was not my first choice, but I stayed. I think there are other builders in this area doing decent work and it will remain a super competitive field regardless of how long or established KB claims to be.

The best part of our entire experience with KB Homes was communication. Each person we came in contact with during our process replied in a timely manner and was so helpful in our first time home buying process.

We built with DR Horton in 2017 and in our opinion, KB is far and away the leader in customer service in Sales and Construction. Communication is key to making sure customers feel valued and KB knows how to do it. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for taking such good care of us!

My experience was easy, painless, exciting, and in the end, exactly what I wanting it to be buying a home. The only thing I wish I could have done was to visit the KB design center but due to Covid-19 the health and wellbeing of everyone around me are more important than picking out the color paint for the walls. There will be time for that when this pandemic is over. I can't wait to customize my new home!

Overall, the process of buying with KB was a good experience. As with any home buying experience, there are a lot of emotions mixed with fear and excitement. The KB team we had interactions (Kathy, Eric and Cesar) with always made sure we had what we needed and felt reassured by them. The not-so-stellar scores came with my interactions with the lender. We came to KB with a pre-approval in hand and a relationship with an outside lender we already trusted and had a relationship with. When I first met with Steve (KBHS), he very much had car salesman vibe that exuded overconfidence and it in fact turned me off. But because working with the in-house lender made the process easier, we went with KBHS. Anytime I had a question that I wasn't satisfied with any answers from KBHS, I turned to Kathy and she always reassured me and gave me responses without having to sell me.

We have had so much fun with this process. It is exciting to see it go up and see choices you have made come to life. Those who worked on our house overcame the pandemic and built us a home that we will enjoy for many years.

I now love my home however my experience was terrible from the beginning. KB Home needs to really explain the process to customers. Communication was terrible from Sales department and finance and not clear at studio. This was my first time buying a home and it was a terrible experience, closing was the worst. It took us 3 hours because “again” communication. Right in the middle of signing the lady left us. Did not know what was going on and she NEVER came back. Tony is the reason we stayed with KB. We are big in the community and sad to say I can't and won't recommend a KB Home to friends or family.

KB Home builds an excellent home, delivers on time, and it is always and exceptional value! I've both lived in a KB Home and used for an investment property and in both use cases, they do a great job!

We went with KB Homes because of their options of homes. The entire experience from start to finish was individualized to our wants and needs. Sales staff is so kind- Amanda is amazing!! She kept us up to date from breaking ground to completion weekly! Buying from out of state that was really important for us since we couldn't just drive to check progress. This company truly cares about its customers satisfaction!!

KB Home is a professional company! The staff personnel are honest and truly cares about the customer. Home buying is not easy but the folks at KB Home make it very much enjoyable. Quality homes at very competitive price.

Process was messy, broken thermostat, home was not ready at closing, more issues with home that there was at orientation (1 week before closing). It's been extremely stressful. I have gone with very little sleep having to call out of work because I'm in healthcare. Still waiting for someone to help solve the thermostat problem. Not sure what to do at this point. Think twice before your purchase a home with KB - ensure everything works...

Great sales staff, superintendent staff. Quick and accurate follow up with questions. Sincere professional people. Honestly there should have been an incentive for CASH buyer and quick close. WE all know the savings to the Builder with these type of purchases!.. :)

I can't say it enough, Amber and Ryan were both great. They helped out with the whole process tremendously, even went out of their way a few times for us. The biggest problem we had (which was a big one) was the lack of communication with Mayra, the Loan Counselor. Four hours prior to getting our keys we got a text saying we have to wait another week because our paperwork wasn't done. I told her we had our entire house packed up, ready to move, truck rented, took days off of work, all utilities being turned off at the old house the next day and all utilities being turned on that day at the new KB Home; she told us that's our problem/fault because we should've waited until we had our keys to schedule all that. The Loan Counselor Manager did compensate us in the end but that doesn't negate the problems entirely.

We were brought in like family, our needs, cares, concerns were addressed and we feel that every possible effort was made to build and deliver to us our amazing dream home. Staff is always responsive and even though many homes being built at various stages, we always feel we are the top priority!

Since coming from an overseas location (Active Duty Military) Fidel ** (KB Home Superintendent) has helped me and my family throughout the process of owning our first home. Explaining every step about our first home and has made this process extremely easy with KB Home. Fidel shows he cares and is extremely responsive to inquiries. Thank you Fidel!

Staff at all levels were knowledgeable about the homes they were selling. Sales staff worked at learning what type of home we were looking for and presented us with viable options. Construction staff were always timely in getting back to us with questions we had. Construction manager was knowledgeable about the construction of the home and got the other professionals involved when necessary. The construction manager had great delegation skills. For the price range of the home it is overall very well constructed. Loan staff worked with us to make the loan process run smoothly. Thanks to the great team!!!

KB Sales staff and Mortgage Officers were fantastic. The construction superintendent was extremely over tasked and I felt I was inconveniencing him by being overly thorough during the initial and final walk through. He was patient and informative but seemed to need to be in 4 places at once. He followed through with my requests but I had to be extremely adamant and I sensed he was frustrated.

We are very pleased with the quality of our home, and even more happy with the customer service in the follow up to our purchase. Every issue we have raised has been dealt with quickly and completely.

We love our KB HOME! Tristan the construction manager is amazing and has continued to be helpful even after move in! So happy to have had the KB staff to help us, and make it easy and assure us throughout the whole building process.

From our limited experience it appears that KB strives to build a quality home for a reasonable price. We are satisfied with our choice and especially with the fact that it seems that you pride yourselves on customer satisfaction and therefore try to "make things right" if they are not.

They don't fix issues. Not one issue has ever been resolved. Walk through consisted of a guy that's "real busy" but he goes through a walk through with nothing to record what I'm telling him. Pen or paper... Idk maybe write one of the 6 issues down. Maybe follow up with a schedule and something other than the importance of giving him a 10 on this survey. Very disappointed!!

Our salesperson was an excellent and knowledgeable salesperson. She went way out of her way to keep my wife and I informed throughout the building process as we lived in another state. The Design Studio experience for picking out the homes features was simple and easy. My wife and I could not be happier with the way our home turned out. There was one area that we were unsatisfied with and that was that our closing was held up 3 days due to an error by KB Home Loans. A senior representative from KB Home Loans got involved and stayed involved until he was ensured that the issue was rectified to our satisfaction.

Best builder in the business. I couldn't be happier with my home! Personalizing my home was so fun! The energy saving features are fantastic and the whole process and everyone involved were phenomenal!

Me overall experience was very good. The staff was very helpful and understanding that I am a truck driver. I could not come the home or office every day so Kerry ** took pictures of home as it was being built and sent them to me. Thanks Kerry.

Everyone with KB Home was very informative and forthright. Although I believe the option for carpet or vinyl sheeting throughout the entire home should be an option for basic choices, I enjoyed my first time home buying experience. I am excited and feel confident that any issues that I have with the home in the first year will be resolved in a timely manner.

I enjoyed my experience in the design studio and am very satisfied with the variety of design options presented. I am dissatisfied with the state of the Security System I ordered, however, as I expected it to at least be usable at closing.

KB Home was an amazing company to work with from day one. Everything was easy, seamless, and stressless. It didn't sound like others who said home buying was horrible. We loved working with Tricia and Ken. They were the best.

We have had the most excellent experience from the very start. A knowledgeable Sales staff. A very helpful Lender team. A comprehensive walkthrough with the builder. A wonderful close experience... in our car during COVID-19. It's been a very good and very interesting time to buy a home and we are glad we were able to do it with KB Home.

The home sale went as smoothly as it possibly could. We closed fast to get me the keys the same day I moved. This is unheard of and I very much appreciate the work people put into it. Also the post sale service cannot be matched by any other builder. They are genuinely care about you and your home.

I have not been pleased with my KB Homes experience. My Sales and Lender staff were below adequate. Kalene at design Studio OUTSTANDING! Brandon my Construction Superintendent Great! I love my house and the location but will need to make a few changes to get where it needs to be.

New home in Mandarin area of Jacksonville, FL, currently under warranty. 4 Warranty claims have been filed, with no positive outcome. The backyard borders along a steep public easement. The yard has considerable erosion/landslides/sinkholes. KB Home has made 2 different band-aid attempts to repair, and the problem is now worse than ever. Each rainfall causes more erosion and sinkholes. See attached pictures. Good luck to you if you decide to purchase a KB Home. Read all the reviews on different sites before you buy.

This is our 2nd KB Home. Both experiences were pleasant & efficient. KB Home is a very reliable organization who place a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction. I would recommend KB Home very highly.

Being this my first home buyer experience, I must say I was kinda nervous. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. I never felt pressure as I must buy this house or else. The price was fair in the market even during this Covid crisis. I believe I found a very nice new built home as the price I was looking for and would recommend to other people.

Overall, I was treated like a person not a buyer. Everyone wanted to make sure I was happy and knew what was going on with every step of the process. Our home was built in a timely manner and was presented as such. We have enjoyed the ability to provide our family with our new forever home.

KB had wonderful communication through our whole process- from picking out which home we would like to build to the day we got our keys. The process was very smooth and we would highly recommend them to anyone interested in building or moving.

My experience with KB was good. The process of building for the needs of my family was great! My sales and construction staff were very responsive and I am satisfied with the quality and value of my home. However, I can't recommend their preferred lender, KBHS. I received an initial loan approval and got all the way to my close date (6 months after my initial contract), and was then denied because the underwriter had an issue with my self-employment income. Why did it take 6 months for any issues to come up?! My new lender took my application and had me underwritten and closed in exactly two weeks. We all sat there dumbfounded as to what KBHS's problem was with my income. The new lender had zero questions or problems about it!

The sales and design process with KB Home was an exciting time for us as first time home buyers. It became fairly obvious throughout the construction process that the attention to quality of workmanship just was not there. Our home was not complete by the time we closed on the house, but we were assured the final work would be completed within a week. Six weeks later, we have dealt with non-functioning new appliances, incorrect electrical installations, lot erosion due to lack of adequate landscaping, and a litany of other workmanship concerns. Of all of the craftsmanship issues we can see on the surface, it concerns me what we may encounter down the road with issues not seen with the naked eye.

My overall satisfaction with KB can be summed up as this: if I could go back in time to the start of my home search and do it all over again, I would without hesitation choose KB again. I love my KB house. My family loves this house. We are supremely happy here. It cannot be better. KB asks for these reviews for a reason, because they worked so hard to make the entire experience as perfect as possible. It is because of these perfect 10 reviews that KB works so hard for every customer and every house. They earn these perfect reviews. I am in no way exaggerating. KB could not have done a better job. I am honestly shocked at how good everything turned out.

This is our first home and we lucked out on finding a great location and a great company to build with in KB Home. We appreciated the attention and timely response we got from all the staff at KB. The design options were priced reasonably and we were able to get upgrades that we wanted and still stayed in our budget.

Working with KB Home was a great experience. They really listened to me from the initial sales office visit to after the closing date. They declined my request for a basement ?? But otherwise we're able to turn my dream home into reality. They quickly addressed most issues. We had a few topics it took a little longer to resolve but they were alway committed to working with me. They welcomed my feedback and input. I'd definitely build with KB Home again.

We purchased our first home With KB in May 2020. So far we have not been fully satisfied with this company. To start they gave us a very difficulty time with everything after not choosing their preferred lender and title company, so much that they refused to give us our keys at closing (we are so glad we had a amazing broker who fights for his clients). Our broker had to fight with KB for a whole day until they finally decided to release our keys to us at just a few minutes before their office closed.

Our experience with KB was amazing, not only was the construction of our home done professionally and with care, but the team could not have made our experience any greater! They are what made our journey such a pleasure! They were great every step of the way!

I am very satisfied with this house purchase and I have a very good experience with KB Home. Through this purchase, I get to know its spirit to build a house. It does make the customer's satisfaction its priority. KB Home provides homebuyers with good price, quality houses, outstanding service and makes you feel you get more from them. Actually, I do get more from them. I have a suggestion for the survey. I hope the survey can be saved at several steps so that people can finish it step by step in short time. For me, this survey is like a big project to do. During the move-in time, I don't have a lot time to do it, but the due day is coming pretty soon. If I can do it in several pieces of time, I will feel less stressed for doing a survey.

Great overall experience. Communication was key due to us buying sight unseen. The staff did awesome in keeping us informed and updated throughout the entire process and were knowledgeable in helping us understand the buying process.

We are extremely happy with our new home. We got a good value, nice options, nice floor plan and much of what we wanted. But beware and stay alert! We personally inspected the house twice a week during the whole build process, documenting our concerns, photographing every one of our concerns. Then we emailed and called the Builders again and again regarding those concerns and followed up with them again and again. This was so crucial to do. It was a lot of extra work and stress, but the end result is that we did get a better house!

Thank you KB for a memorable experience purchasing our first home. You alleviated many of the burdens that come from working with 3rd party companies. We love this home and look forward to raising our kids in the West Village community.

Overall good, sales team needs to work on their execution of selling and keeping the buyer informed. I felt like I was starting the conversations they should have been. We began our purchase during a pandemic which was difficult in itself but the sales staff was absent for most of the process and I hardly hear or spoke with them within our process.

We all know that no matter who you purchase from it'll be a high level of stress going on with the process, but everything I was told by my sales rep and mortgage agent came to pass and the stress went out the window!

This was my first experience buying a home with KB Home. Lot of things fell in place and feel I bought the right house for me. Got prompt responses to my questions which made the buying experience easy.

We purchased our home in 2007, Monroe North Carolina. Late 2016 before the expiration of the 10 year warranty we contacted KB Homes by phone and email advising that like many other homeowners in our neighborhood we had large cracks and holes you could set through the vinyl and feel through the carpet on our floors. 3 years later, we still have cracks and a hole you can see from inside straight outside into the yard. KB also used interior wood on the exterior of the home (door frame). They never connected the intake line for the upstairs air conditioner. However KB Homes refuses to fix anything. They've said although we contacted them and received the run around, we should tried harder to make them do what they were supposed to do. Please for your peace of mind Do Not Purchase a home built by KB Homes! Inferior work, cheap labor and, no accountability... Plus their customer service is horrible.

We had an outstanding experience with KB Home. Every individual (salesman, loan officer, KB studio person, construction staff, customer care staff) provided us the great service of their knowledge. KB Home team was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend others to use KB Home to buy their new dream home.

I was being priced out of my apartment, but as a single mom I wasn't sure I would be able to purchase a home, let alone build a new one! KB Home made that dream a reality for me and not only that, they made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. From the sales staff and design studio to the loan officers and construction supervisor, everyone was amazing to work with! Full of knowledge and very responsive in communication. Now, my son and I have a brand new home that we absolutely love and it's perfect in every way thanks to all the amazing people at KB Home! I love my KB home and the sales staff, mortgage company, and construction manager have all been great during this entire process. The only thing I didn't like was that my closing was delayed due to KB not depositing my earnest money check for 2 weeks. Besides that, everything has been great so far.

While the sale of our old home was stressful, the purchase and construction process of our KB home was incredibly smooth and easy. We had a great experience with every aspect of the process, particularly when we chose all of our options and upgrades, and while watching the home as it was constructed.

The construction staff and sales staff are amazing. Perfect. The loan process was horrible, they would ask for documents 1 every 2-3 days. They did not pick up the phone when we called. Half of our calls were returned and that, 2-3 days later. But the good thing is that you get a lot of a house for the paid dollar.

The KB team members Devan K., Jake M. and Cristina K. were amazing. They made purchasing a home during these challenging time less stressful. Jake was always professional, honest and maintain an open line of communication with both myself and my husband.

Having worked in new construction and real estate sales for over 25 years, I am very familiar with the building process. KB has excellent floor plans to choose from and the design center is exceptional. Having moved into our neighborhood now, we have observed first hand how efficiently their crews work. While building long distance was not ideal, we are pleased with the end product and love the Terrain neighborhood.

At "Bristle Vale" we see a community different with KB Home's previous projects. The entrance is beautiful and the architects of houses seems to be much more nicer than the more expensive neighboring communities. An additional single tree in front of each house, would have made it greener, and probably one of the best communities to live in LAs Vegas.

KB homes have beautiful models. Their sales agents are so friendly and accomodating, making us feel at home and gave us space and allowed to us to pace ourselves in preparing for the purchase. The loans department was very friendly and kind. I never felt like I had to rush to get any kind of requirement turned in.

There are some things that I dislike about the home and was not aware of. One being the vents above each door and room. I also would like to say for future homes to raise the level where the microwave is above the stove. There is not a lot of room to cook and the stove (for it being considered a gourmet kitchen) is too small when you have multiple pots and pans on the stove. If they raised it up 6 inches and shortened the cabinets above would be great and moved the knobs to run on the fire lower. There's really not much you can put in those cabinets anyway and that would give more space. I also have issues igniting the stove at times. It just needs more space to cook in general.

I recently purchased a KB home in Tucson. Loan funding and home closing went without any problems. The major issues here concern the finished condition of the building. Paint splatter everywhere, stripped screws, no further communication with the builder after I signed off on the house. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the 30 day follow up inspection. It seems the work crews were under a deadline to finish and move on to another building.

Just keep doing what you guys are doing putting smiles on people faces. Putting families in homes. That's what's making America great again. I give you guys 2 big thumbs up. I would definitely recommend Kb Homes to friends and family. You guys rock.

Poor workmanship displayed by the construction crews; however, the rest of the staff (sales, studio, and warranty) work to resolve outstanding issues. Would recommend buyers do a pre-drywall inspection in addition to a final inspection before closing.

Awesome experience except for some glitches. At the design studio. Our expectations was that the staff would give us insights, recommendations, encouragements, explanations etc.. on upgrades, costs, materials, and beautify your home but we were frustrated.

I guess we had high expectations when buying a new home. Didn't expect the lack of quality of construction. Was surprised to have walls that are not straight, corners that are not square, door casings that are not straight, windows that are not installed correctly, paint dripping on base boards and doors, paint smeared on brand new carpet, cabinets that are not all painted the same color. Still working through issues that we find after being in the home for a month.

My overall experience with KB Home was very pleasant; everyone at KB Home was easy to work with. They delivered an amazing home and have good features in the home. The house was made with good quality construction and with energy efficient products to lower energy costs. The house had a very good layout for my family. I used KB home as the lender as well and they worked with construction of the home to close the loan when the house was constructed in a timely manner. The design studio also presented modern upgrade features that really enhanced the look of the home. If I were to buy, another new home would buy an KB home again.

I felt that I was taken advantage of due to my family relocating and did not have a chance to s check the progress of the home until it was actually built. I am not satisfied with the shutters, and it seems the design is backwards or flip flopped from the design plans. The sales rep also told me that, I could not make any changes to the cabinets, counter top, etc. even though the home was only framed. She also mentioned that I should not go to a Design Center because it would be a waste of time...This design was my only option. I wasn't given an option for the paint color or shutters for the front of the house. The elevation I chose also looks different than what I was shown. If my elderly parents were not on a time constraint and ill, I would have cancelled the deal.

The staff was extremely helpful and kept my in the loop from the beginning to the end of the process. There were several unexpected issues that arose during the buying process, and KB Home's representative and loan company assisted me at every turn to meet all challenges that arose. What a great team and wonderful experience for my first home purchase. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the KB Home team and staff.

KB Home is a difficult builder to work with. Even when something is clearly their fault they refuse to acknowledge it and make excuses for themselves saying things such as "It is standard practice to put a sump pump in the basement bedroom" which is not a proper excuse for not notifying me that it would go in the bedroom when it could have gone somewhere else such as the corner of my rec room.

The Whole experience with KB Home was wonderful. From the sales counselor, loan officer and construction manager, they're all very good to us. They are all very patient and helpful to us. My wife and I were truly appreciative of what they do.

I was really looking forward to the outcome of our new. It was an exciting experience but the issues I had was after moving in noticing problems after problems the builders had left. I feel that maybe the house was rushed being built and more time could have been spent to ensure quality. Their idea of the front yard are being landscaped wasn't pleasant either. It just didn't give off the appearance of a beautiful landscape.

For our experience the process started out great with a few hiccups to be expected as this is a large purchase. Towards closing, communication began to falter, especially with KBHS. I know that the sub-contractors are going to do their job as quickly and cheaply as possible, but some things that I have found are really just pure laziness by someone that is just working for a paycheck.

I think more than anything, the KB team is fantastic! Both professional and friendly, they really make you feel at home (or want to buy!) I think more than anything, we look for the best location, builders, and all the other factors. In fact, when many buy, they buy from the people and I'd buy from KB folks (specifically Christine, Vinson, Steve A. and Alex) any day!

CJ was the worst agent I've dealt with, she could not be bothered to get up from her seat to greet us the multiple visits we made. She would demand for a check at hand if we wanted to be taken serious. Tony would drop bombs on us on a Wednesday knowing he would be off for two days. We would lose 4 days of work because he had two days off and the weekend escrow will not be available. No one was there to cover for him. Per KB regulations you are not able to take a walkthrough until there is docs, took the walkthrough scheduled to close and last minute KBHS decided to pull docs and not close loan. They blamed Regulations but I doubled checked on it who write guidelines for home loans and their accusations were baseless.

From the start, we have been impressed with how we were greeted and treated by everyone we encountered with KB. Having lived in KB homes in the past, we knew what to expect, yet we were pleasantly surprised almost every step of the way. KB always manages to stay competitive and at the cutting edge with regards to new technologies in construction and comfort, all while remaining affordable. So we were skeptical about buying a new home, specially as we were very happy with our current rental property. But, boy, are we glad we walked into KB Homes' Primrose sales office with a friend who was looking to buy a new home!

Need to improve cosmetic qualities and reduce A LOT the amount of trash going everywhere. Also, the cleaning quality after construction (around the house) is definitively not good. I would not recommend or buy again from KB Home, unless there was a lot of changes in the company mindset.

I will say KB Homes is one of the best approaches for getting a good, wealthy home. I was told/given an explanation for every doubt I had while construction. Even if you had any natural minor issues (of course no house can be without) addressed while final walk-through. They take it seriously and finish them in the given time. We absolutely love our new home. From start to finish it has been a great experience. Mainly due to the customer service from Sales, Design, Loan, and Service Manager. Everyone has been pleasant to work with and KB really cares about their customer's overall happiness which goes a long way.

Very friendly staff who always stay in contact with you. The contracting side is where I think the problems are. Build quality is not the best, lots of dings, dents, scratches, and scuffs throughout the house after close and walk throughs.

KB Homes has put us off, and our house is falling apart. The customer service is blocked by Mr. ** who tells you there is no problems and quickly closes your work orders and says he will open another for the next problem. He is hard to get a hold of and brushes you off.

I purchased a KB Home in Arizona while I lived out of state. I was nervous about this at first, but Christian **, the KB Home sales rep, along with my realtor local to the area, made the process painless and exciting. The quality of construction of our home was high and the customer service for the entire process from beginning to end was outstanding. From sales, to picking out design features, to getting input and follow-up from superintendents, all the way to close, there was no pressure from KB Home staff. All of my needs, questions, and concerns were addressed at every step of the process. We're so happy we went with KB Home.

Quality of construction - excellent. Development layout - excellent. Sales and construction staff - excellent. Only have had one experience with a support staff member on a 4 week follow-up call - very knowledgeable and caring individual.

KB offers well built homes at fair prices. Their homes are up to date on latest technology, particularly in energy efficiency. We have enjoyed the building process, a large number of KB staff went out of their way to keep us up to date, as we were stuck in a remote location.

I would recommend Kb Homes to anyone. They made this home buying experience a breeze from the time I walk into the sales office, from the design studio to my final walk with construction. KB is the Chick Fil A customer service of home building.

This is definitely NOT the KB Home of 30 years ago.... They have really become a great builder, fair price, totally customizable builder. They used to be known as really low end low quality, and cannot say that now.

Great builder to work with. I bought a home that was ordered by another person so I essentially "bought it off the shelf". The home had a number of the things I wanted and a lot of upgrades and it was sold to us at a good price..

My wife and I never thought about buying a new to be constructed home as this takes far more time and energy than buying a move in ready home. But by doing the new to be constructed home you really own a home that's uniquely yours. It's worth all the time and effort to do this your way. From the moment my wife and I walked in the KB sample house we were treated very openly and correctly. We had a bunch of questions, mostly about the construction as I am a contractor myself, I know where some projects can get ugly. No questions remained unanswered or unsure. We were very satisfied with the warm acceptance and the communication went smoothly along the way. During the construction progress we were contacted very often to get a feel of progress with pictures and videos shared. We look back to a great experience and would surely recommend KB home to a friend or relative or anyone.
