Overall, my experience with KB Home was wonderful. This is my first home ever so I even though I didn't have any knowledge about home buying and the process and there were moments of frustration, this was a great experience and taught me a lot.

If it means anything... I started this whole process without the intention of actually buying a home. I was actually browsing online and came across information about KB Home. So, I thought why not call and get a little info on how this whole thing works. Within two, maybe three conversations, I was able to build that rapport with my sales agent, Anh and I felt comfortable enough to move forward with starting the process. It was called "sight unseen". It was probably the best decision I made for my family and I. Where I'm from, being a homeowner was just a dream. I never thought I would be where I'm at today. But, I can say working these people, the impossible became POSSIBLE! I would do it all over again.

Overall I'm satisfied and I believe will grow to love my new home, though the overall experience was far from ideal. Ask better questions upfront, know what is vital to the customer and what options selections etc. could hinder those needs. Have more meetings upfront like a site plan meeting and walk the lot with the final site plan in hand before starting any work. Those two things probably could headed off my biggest issues. I don't expect perfection and understand unforeseen issues can arise no matter what level of planning takes place, but not learning from mistakes and then making proper process adjustments would be a failure that should be unacceptable to anyone.

Working with Stan ** (sales person) and Cesar ** (construction superintendent) it was very easy to understand the process since the beginning and they are very good to explain any question that I had.

The house is not perfect, there's minor issues we found after moving in and they were resolved promptly. I believe that having a perfect home would be the ideal but I don't think there's such thing as perfect. In a world where it is almost impossible to get perfect, customer service is paramount and so far KB home has delivered in that aspect.

The home overall is nice and turned out well. Financing and the design studio staff were amazing and really helped me through the whole process. I feel as the sales and construction could improve by being upfront and honest about any potential defects or deficiencies with the lot or home. The overall experience was positive up until I closed escrow, then the communication decreased and I felt like I did not matter anymore.

Never in my wildest dreams did me and my wife ever think that we would not only purchase a home but do it as quickly as we did. Thanks to all the staff, my new family member Debbie ** and everyone else for their role in making that happen! An unforgettable experience we will NEVER forget!

Interesting experience. It was amazing to see our house developed from a dirt lot to a home. The staff was amazing to work with and was always on top of their game. We found the option pricing to be fair, but the staff took the experience over the top.

Good price, Large home, Not the best at warranty work, it needs improvement or you as the homeowner just need to adjust your work schedule to work better with their subcontractors if you want that process to be smooth!

I am satisfied with my overall experience with KB Home. The home that I purchased in Leander Texas was my second KB Home purchase. Everything went smoothly with the sales office through the build cycle.

I made a Home buying reservation with Ms. Vanessa 2019 because she is so kind and explain very well to me about KB Home. When I come back to make a contract, I was disappointed Vanessa was not there anymore. Ms. ** was my sales rep, she is good at ERROGANT but does not care for her job for customers.

Our experience with KB Home from the time Gilbert showed us the house until the end is enjoyable. The Friendly staff (Gilbert **) who always have a smile and faithfully guided us through our journey is incredible and the professional loan officers (Gina ** & Tracy **) who are always ready to answer your questions in a trustworthy manner are amazing. They made our experience buying a new home easy and enjoyable, and after we moved in the customer care and support is outstanding (Devin **) took care of all the touch-ups in a timely manner and treated us not only a customer but like a family. Please continue what you've started because I will definitely recommend KB to my friends and relatives.

KB has been great. First time home buyers and the process was very smooth. We have a couple of friends that are contractors/builders and both walked the house with us multiple times prior to completing construction and said it was extremely well built.

KB Home was wonderful, from the sales team, the design studio team, mortgage, and construction manager. I was able to pick out the entire interior and really customize the home to my taste. I love that there were different options available for the floor plan. We were able to add a bedroom and bathroom which made the home perfect for my family! I love KB Home and highly recommended them.

From when we first did a model home walk through with Tony **, Studio Design with Jennifer **, financing with Vanessa **, construction with Mike **, and picking up the keys with Vivian ** we have felt like family rather than just being �sold� on something. They took our thoughts and desires into consideration so that a normally hectic experience was less stressful.

I highly recommend anyone that is planning to buy a new home though KB Homes and their entire team especially the construction/building team. Because really they exceeded my expectations through the entire process. They are very professional, caring, customer services, and were dedicated, for their job well done!!

Since KB Home provides an option to customize your home through upgrades so you can literally change the interiors of the home the way you wanted. The home also feels very high quality and the materials that are used for construction are really good. The warranty that KB Home provides is the best in the market. The price is competitive and in fact, it cost less than other top builders in the same area. You will save thousands of dollars if you go with KB Home. Overall, It's the best value for your money.

We recently moved into our KB Home. So far, I have been in love with it. KB's excellent staff was not only helpful, but transparent, which is so important in the homebuying process. All of their staff were on top of the ball when it came to response turnaround time, helpful information and tips and tricks, and responding to our concerns. I'm looking forward to living in my beautiful KB Home for a very long time.

On a scale of 1 - 10, our experience was a 12!! Laura and I could not be happier. The design of the home is excellent and is different/unique from most of the builders we looked at in our price range. Plus, the loft upstairs is what sold us. Excellent, excellent choice we made and we're very happy!!

My experience was great and I was informed from beginning and throughout the process. Jeff my sales agent and Tony Construction supervisor were amazing with calling me every week. They made the process easier and even when my husband suffered a tragic loss when his best friend passed away they were very helpful and even the VP of KB homes contacted us to show sympathy for our loss. I will recommend KB to all my clients, family and Friends. One of my friends actually closed right after me and they love their home too!

We are glad we went with KB Home, good quality construction and floor plan, good size lot with a decent view in a great location. It has turned out better than we expected and we feel fortunate to have chosen this option for our new home! The price was reasonable in the current market considering a new house should cost more than an older house. A key factor in choosing new construction with KB Home is their emphasis on energy efficient construction, and the fact that they have won numerous awards and strive to keep improving this every year. A more sustainable home means lower utility costs for years as well as a lower environmental impact.

I recently purchased a home with KB, and couldn't be happier. Everyone went above and beyond to put me at ease while going through the home buying process. My family will have many happy years in our new KB home!

In general, we were very satisfied with the ending, they kept us informed all the time, they are all very professionals, especially Mario who has a lot of patience to explain things with which we are not familiar. The closing of the house was as agreed, not one day more, not one day less. Excellent Company, I recommended 100%.

This was an amazing experience with KB. Staff are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and in general very good people. Delays are inevitable with construction and KB failed to deliver this home on time yet again. I would definitely advise buyers to factor that into their planning. Also, this home design did not allow for water softener, which is so important in this area. Overall experience is still positive.

Having a KB home is literally like building it yourself but not needing to pay for land. You get to choose everything from the design outside to the little details inside & make it truly your own unique home.

The only additional advice I'd provide is that you stay incredibly close to your construction process and or ask questions frequently. First let me start with the positive. KB home sales team was fantastic. They were knowledgeable about the community and surrounding neighborhood. They were helpful and prompt in all their responses. KB homes loans I would give 5 out of 5 stars every time. They knew what I needed to provide and gave me all of the options available. They answered my questions on time and even went the extra mile when closing was delayed due to construction and ensured that my loan was extended so that the sale did not fall through. The sales and loan teams were amazing.

Loved, loved, loved building with KB!! I will probably never build with another company again! I loved how they kept me informed throughout the entire process from finance options to every detail in construction!!

My experience with KB Homes was amazing from the beginning to end. Our sales consultant Tabitha ** made this possible with her hard work and dedication to providing extraordinary customer service. She was such a pleasant person to work with and always made sure we were 100 percent satisfied throughout the process. Trey ** our construction manager was also awesome to work with, he was very detailed and made sure he responded to any and all of our concerns in a timely manner. KB delivered an amazing house that now me and my family get to call home and we truly feel grateful and blessed.

KB maintained their schedule during a global pandemic. I don't feel like they sacrificed service due to the circumstances. I shopped for almost a year and I am glad I chose to buy from KB. They have excellent floor plans and great customer service. Great example of teamwork!!

Please be more thorough in inspections and be sure you are delivering a safe home to families. Based on my experience I feel that the quality of work done is sub par and only saved by the customer service that I am receiving to remedy the issues. Some of my electrical was placed between the drywall and stud which should not have passed inspection. I am worried if there is anywhere else in the house where this mistake was made. I was trying to hang a picture when I drilled into wire that should not have been there. This caused a spark that also blew out my electricity in that part of the house. Had that been my wife or kids using a nail this could be a huge safety issue where I would have reached out to legal representation. To be honest I am still wary of the electrical in the home based on that experience and definitely makes me think twice about buying a KB home in the future or even referring a friend to KB.

I appreciate all of the time each one of the members of the KB Home team took to make my experience less stressful and feel supported through the process and even after. I cannot thank everyone enough.

Overall we had a great experience! KB personnel did a fantastic job, they always were very courteous and attentive. We were very hesitant at the beginning to make the move of buying a new house during the pandemic and on such competitive market. They made the process easy for us first time home buyers and helped us to be.

For what it is overpriced, quality of materials, structure design, and labor was unsatisfactory. Others have warned me not to get a KB home but I was trying to be optimistic. I should have listened to them.

The best thing about KB Home are the relationships built with the KB Home staff. Anytime we had questions, there was always someone I could contact and get answers. We are completely impressed with the entire building/buying process. We are happy in our new home and continued relationship with KB Home's staff.

We regret our choice to buy a KB Home, although our experience was impacted by the pandemic. The people working in the neighborhoods are doing the best they can, but the company as a whole was not nimble enough to do a good job under the circumstances.

KB Home builds a very nice home in a pleasant community at a reasonable price. I would avoid several builders who receive many complaints. KB home is customer oriented and my research of customer reviews shows KB follows up on any issues for complete customer satisfaction. It has been a pleasure working with all the KB Home staff. We had a great experience with KB Home. We had a few hiccups with the lending officer in the lending department, however the sales associate and the studio consultation and the contractor was absolutely amazing. We actually felt like KB Home understood the style and the type of home we were looking for within our price and worked with us every step of the way. They were very professional and polite and extremely patient with us. We have already have recommend our family, who turned out to have bought a house down the street. We will continue to recommend family and friends all over to KB home. However the lending department can use some help with the communications among their customers. If it wasn't for the rest of the KB home family we probably still looking for a home. We are very blessed and overall pleased with KB home in Saint Cloud FL.

Don't buy from KB Home unless you have all of the information. Be sure to save every email for proof. It is an awful experience. Also, be prepared to NOT have your home when they project it. Be prepared to spend a lot of money.

Sales and financing staff made the home buying process as smooth as possible and were a pleasure to work with. Communication exceeded expectations. I originally had an outside lender but switched to KB due to significantly better customer service and communication than the outside lender.

Unsatisfied with my KB experience, very stressful. No communication, I signed my contract middle of February and closed 10/19/2020. Quality of the home is mediocre. I would not purchase another home from KB.

Highest level of proactive communication we have experienced with many home purchases. The staff was knowledgeable and always responsive. The quality of the work is great and we enjoy how energy efficient the house is.

As for the build it was ok. Workmanship flaws here and there, staffing was informative and warranty officer is working with me at the moment. As for Overall experience is still yet to come. Time will tell ONCE the settlement of the newly constructed home is stabilized.

KB Home was demanding in the Market, and when they build the house in Moreno Valley location, We're visit the Model Houses and very excited to apply and after a week, we are happy to announced of Mortgage Loan officer that we are approved. My KB Home was priced well and I am very pleased with all of the custom options I was able to include. The finishing touches on the neighborhood are also a pleasant surprise, and I feel that my home's value will appreciate as a result.

Overall the experience went well. Moving from department to department, everyone involved was pleasant and wanted to see us have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend a KB home. There were a few issues around the house along with blue tape that we need to get fixed but it's been a long process and those items are still not completed. We are still waiting on KB to fix those items.

After my great experience with the whole KB home team then I saw the property and my mind was blown away immediately. It was built to my taste and I didn't have second thoughts about it. The staff at KB were great to work with and made it a painless process to build our home the way we wanted. From design, to loan, to construction it was very easy! Our project manager, Juan, was especially great after construction started at keeping us informed and up to date. We never had a question go unanswered and we felt like we were the only client he had.

We bought our house during the middle of the pandemic and KB was still able to finish the house in the amount of time we discussed. We were unable to go to the studio to pick colors and different schemes for the house but the staff at the studio were able to help us pick everything out perfectly. Sales staff were great to work with. Past that, it has been issues. The studio did not have any products that were shown. The superintendent did not come through on timeline of the house or the completeness of the house. The superintendent did not understand the plans of the house, we have a hole where we didn't think there was and a whole wall where a half wall was supposed to be. When working with the superintendent Drake ** after we had closed, it was awful. The projects were not completed and we were given attitude when trying to work through the issues with him (painting not being completed, concrete in the basement floor being raided and not flush).

I liked the experience it was much better than my last house that I bought. I did have to wait some time for financing to go through. I provided more information than they asked for and it still took a month. I'm not sure if that's a validation method, but it seemed longer than it needed to be. I love my home and everyone in the process was friendly. Thumbs up from me.

KB Home is not a custom home builder but I was able to get my fixtures and finishes the way that I wanted them and it feels custom to me and a much more affordable price. They were timely, responsive and I ended up with a great home and a great location!

We were sold on the attention to detail and quality, but have had to fight repeatedly to get items fixed on our punch list. Lots of sloppy work (concrete, trim and finish, floors), and to quote our Construction Manager "Well that's what you get when we're building 20 homes at a time".

The process with KB Home was very smooth. I purchased a ready-built home, so I didn't have to go through the design/construction process. I feel that my home is very well built and that the builder wanted to make sure everything was ready for me when I moved in. I felt much support from everyone through this process. As a first time home buyer, purchasing your 1st house is a scary transaction. Working in the Mortgage business for 10 years made it easier but scary nonetheless. My family and I have been so impressed by everyone at KB Home that made this dream a reality in the middle of a pandemic. Everybody involved in this transaction at KB Home made this process smooth as I would always received updates and where we stood. I think the most difficult part was moving in the day before Thanksgiving.

Thank you all for bringing our dream of buying a home to fruition. My dad has done handiwork and is extremely knowledgeable about builds from the ground up and he always comments on how well put together our home is. The location is exceptional and the fact that our lot fee was so affordable shows how KB Home is willing to sacrifice the bottom line profits to get people into exceptional homes. People were lined up to buy these lots and you guys helping with closing costs and affordable lot fees shows that the company's priorities are built on ethics and providing high quality, sustainable builds that families can enjoy for years to come.

When I was ready to purchase my first home I was a bit nervous about the process of building a new home. I took my time to go and see all the builders in the Manor TX area knowing I want my house built there. I went 3 other builders around the Manor area KB Home was my 4th builder to visit and once I came in to their model home and meet Cevero in sale office he welcome me in. I told him I was looking to purchase a home in the area so he handed me the key to their 4 model homes and said, "Go into all 4 and take your time look around and I will follow up with you in few minutes."

The KB Home Team has been the epitome of greatness. I am so blessed we chose them to build our home. I waited for so many years to find the perfect location, lot size, and floor plan. I am ecstatic that my wait is now over, and I have what my desires were destined to be. A special thanks to my Sales Counselor: Belynda **, Studio Consultant: Audrey ** and Construction Superintendent/Manager Construction Manager: Justin ** and Loan officer: Derek ** for being by my side all the way from application to close, from the tears to the smile. When a customer goes into a sales office or speak to sale that company needs to be responsible for the good work and bad work the person does. Not be told do you have that in written, like Mr. ** told me. I understand mistakes but I also understand accountability as well and KB has yet to do so. So when ask about KB I reply not a great choice specially when they had the option to make it all well.

We are satisfied overall with the home but with that being said a little disappointed that we were given inaccurate information regarding the flood zone. We asked numerous times if there were any concerns with it being a flood zone. We were told every time no. We were given the assurance that it will be taken care of and the area will be remapped. Praying they are correct.

From start to finish and then some we had such an amazing time. From KB model center to our amazing realtor who we highly recommend through KB & KB management in the model homes to our warranty manager, design center experience to our construction manager to basically every person who helped or worked on our home we give you our up most gratitude and love and respect. Dont sell yourself short. Make KB your future. I know we did!

The process from the beginning to the closing went very smoothly. The salesperson, Rosa, the superintendent, Jon, the design consultant, Leila, and the mortgage rep, Paulette were all very informative. They were always available to answer all our questions.

My dream was to purchase a new build home to retire in. In my search for my forever home I looked at several builders plans in several areas. KB had the floor plan I liked and the price I could afford in a location that is safe and quiet. I am very happy with my home which puts me close to family and old friends.

KB has wonderful people that are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are work so hard to make sure you feel like the home you are receiving is worth every penny. The company goes above and beyond to ensure that everything with your home is just the way you want it to be. However, the kB loans department must stem from a different area of the company because they are hardly ever in contact and they don't seem to care about your time as a home buyer. Once I got within weeks of buying my home it was nothing but issues and problems with my loan that came from early issues that could have been fixed if they were not ignored by the unprofessional people that call themselves loan officers.

It is a major decision to leave your friends and family behind when you retire and relocate to a different state. You want to find the right floorplan and more importantly, the right builder. Of all the builders in Florida, KB checked all the boxes for us. We couldn't be happier with our decision. The home is perfect for our lifestyle and is built with quality and integrity. The staff is superior and was very compassionate and supportive during every step in the process. Thank you for making our decision to move here the right one.

The sales and finance team do an outstanding job. The construction can be better, I believe it due to the overwhelming amount of homes they may be trying to push out causing issues on craftsmanship. Price on the their new homes are competitive for sure.

Our KB home came out beautifully! We're satisfied with our purchase. Though there are things that need to be fixed, their excellent customer service has been excellent! We appreciate the follow up even in months to come to make sure that we are satisfied home buyers!

I've applied twice for financing and both times a message appeared that someone would call me because KB Homes can't access my banking information. Why can't they access it like other lenders? Then, the lot that I was planning to purchase was sold by the realtor I was dealing with. I contacted him on Tuesday to say I was ready to start the process which included a down payment to reserve the lot. First he told me that the lot was "being sold" to someone who had an appointment later that day. I suppose I should have hopped in the car and gone over and put the money down. Then it would have been mine? He said he'd let me know right away after the meeting if it was still available. I didn't hear from him again that day so I assumed the lot was indeed sold. My overall experience with KB was great!. This was our first house and Lori the kb realtor was on top of our updates and answered all my questions I had for her. She was really nice and kind to us. Ruben our super attendant is a great guy. Always answered my call and if not he always got back to me the next day. Anything I had wrong with the house he made sure it got done ASAP! This two made our first time buying a house great!!! I appreciate these two!

After only a couple weeks we had our home flood with sewage due to plumber leaving pipe in our drain. KB immediately worked on fixing this and starting the restoration. It has taken longer than hoped but almost done being repaired and back to how it was when we moved in. On top of damages to the house was about 15 or so boxes that had not been unpacked. About $2,500 in personal property was damaged. Still no resolution on compensation, but being assured there will be compensation.

KB is a good company and great customer service, Service Rep are there to help if you got problems. After you move into your new home, if there is any problem they will not walk away for years, peace of mind they will fixed any open problem with your home. Their major problem is with their Sub contractor. They move too fast to make these homes hoping they pass inspection and the construction KB manager and move to the next home. So, if you are fine to deal with it and follow up with repairs after you move, KB is a good option for a new home.

Management needs to be a little flexible with customer request. Though we are satisfied with our purchase, the quality of the material used can be improved and a small change in planning of home designs can help fix issues very easily.

I do prefer the way KB allows a lower base price and charges for each upgrade. This allows me to customize my home for less cost than most other builders. Buying package tiers like other builders do forces the buyer to purchase items they may not want to get items they do want. I like the a la carte menu. The key customer contact personnel are exceptionally gifted in making the buyer feel they are the only client they deal with. Always attentive and never harried or too busy to handle whatever was needed. Fast and effective. Quality control always made the buyers customer satisfaction the paramount goal.

From the beginning to the end we had a very good experience. We had been looking for a home in San Diego county for more than 2 years. Most of the houses for the price we were prequalified loan are either old or in the ghetto. We lived in San Diego all our lives. Then we were told they would not accept that appraisal so we had to wait for the appraisal to expire. Once that appraisal expired we had to be homeless for 60 days. The prices raised and in the long run we paid a lot more money than what was expected. Everything was out of everyone hands supposedly. They was a lot of miscommunication and we feel all KB cared about was the money and sale. I would not recommend KB to anyone I know.

When I reviewed online comments about KB homes, the number one complaint seemed to be follow up repairs. This was NOT an issue. The follow up repair and touch up work was outstanding. Our point of contact was on top of every issue we had and got them resolved quickly. His communication was exceptional, to include stopping by, email and text. WE were looking for a new home, We first started looking in the used market and did not quite find the house we could make a home. Our agent asked if we considered a new home. We visited several different builders and neighborhoods. We did not expect to find what we did. The floor plan 1694 worked for us we loved the floor plan from the first time we entered the model home. The issue was the lot where the model home was located. Our sales representative explain this model could be built in a different neighborhood.

KB makes many promises they just do not deliver on. Missed timelines, construction errors, NO COMMUNICATION internally and with the customer. They do the bare minimum and fail at that many times. We now have a huge slope erosion issue that is still not corrected 3 weeks later. They didn't paint the entire interior of the home and stained our floors with the primer they used. Horrible response times & very disorganized process.
