Awesome Design/Studio selection experience. Sales and Construction send updates and answer questions promptly. If possible, visit the construction site often and relay issues as they arise; don't wait to think the issues will be fixed as some of them will not.

Every interaction I have had with KB Home and the individuals who are on the team has been incredibly pleasant and professional. The knowledge of the sales and construction was outstanding and all of my questions/concerns were dealt with and answered in detail and in a timely manner. I would recommend KB Home to any of my friends and family who are looking for quality finishes and quality individuals to work with to help them find a home.

The home buying experience with KB Home is one that puts any home buyer at ease, whether you're a first time buyer or a seasoned one. The staff (from sales to construction) are very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I love my new KB Home! It was such a relief to be able to buy a new build in the traditional manner without the new lottery system so many other homebuilders are using. Upgrades were very reasonably priced and I was able to get more than I thought. KB makes a great home for a great price!! I would highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with the quality of my new KB Home townhouse! It was delivered on time and was move-in ready prior to closing Escrow. Both the Sales Staff and Superintendent were very attentive and provided me with updates frequently during construction. The drywall walk through was a great touch - it allowed me to learn more about the townhouse as it was being built. I am delighted with my new home, its quality and features!

Since this is the first time we have bought a new house being built/new construction, the experience have been wonderful, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. This was an exciting and apprehensive experience for me. I was hesitant because I didn't use a realtor. I really didn't know what to look for until I read up on things and what was offered and explained to me to was exactly what the market and some of my realtor friends were saying.

From beginning to end everyone on the KB teams were phenomenal! Communication is so important and KB teams were always on top of my questions within a short period of time. It was an amazing experience and I am so happy to have worked with KB.

I am a first time homeowner and KB made this process seem so easily! I was initially scared to buy a home but KB completely changed that perception. From finding the perfect floor plan, to going to the design center to seeing our home come to life I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience.

We do NOT recommend KB Home. KB home delayed our move in process by over four months with little to no communication as to why. The quality and workmanship of the home is subpar, at best. The construction manager was rude, pompous and unreliable. We have been in our house for a month and still waiting on repairs. We were rushed, belittled and disrespected throughout the process. Furthermore, upon talking to our neighbors they too had similar experiences with KB... It's really disappointing that one can pay so much money for a new home and the end result ends up being a nightmare.

Purchasing a new home and being a first time home buyer we were nervous and excited. The KB Home team made sure no question went unanswered, they checked in weekly and made us feel like family. I tell my Entire family how incredible they are. Even after moving in the KB team checks on us and makes sure we're 100 percent happy with our home as a family. It's a dream to be in our home and they made sure we enjoyed every part of the process.

KB did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the team that I dealt with. Each person talked with me and dealt with me as if it was their personal job to make sure that I got the home I wanted. Positive interactions each time we talked.

Customer service starts out great till you get to the building part. Sales to designing studio was great! I even with with KB loan company and couldn't ask for better service. That's saying something since I went with a preapproval from USAA. But then when they started breaking ground I was handed over the the builder. That was a nightmare. My original builder made it clear I need to work around his schedule. He didn't work weekends and nothing past 4pm. But most of the work on my house was done on weekends and evenings so there was little oversite. After trying to tell me my house was ready when it was substandard at best. This was already 30 days past the original quoted close date. I was giving a new builder. He did major improvements to get me to close. But if I wasn't in a position to wait or walk away I don't think I would have gotten the quality I currently have.

KB home delivered a beautiful affordable house customized to my wants in a reasonable amount of time, the sales staff was awesome so was the superintendent. I am very happy with my new home.

This is our second KB home. To me, I have the space for my money. Great experience from picking up the lot, to the model and upgrades. I felt I gain a family. Those who helped were professional, polite, considerate, they know their job, Very nice people.

Most of the experience was within expectations and reasonable however Key junctures caused serious problems in the execution. The Loan officer made me uncomfortable but I felt trapped by the lender incentive. It felt like The loan department didn't care about it when I brought it up. Also, every time I brought up a problem, I got a lot of deflection and blame-shifting.

Was never a fan of KB, but after the job you all did at Stonegate....you don't understand.... It was like KB was someone else. Our home came out Beautiful. The price, workmanship, my lot. You know what.... We love our home. KB you did good on this one.

The process of buying a home can seem insurmountable, but thanks to the KB team, we felt confident throughout the entire process. From start to finish, our experience was pleasant and relatively stress free. Professional and caring staff, quality workmanship = Happy Homeowners!

It was a long process. They make a good product at a decent price. They have good people working for them. I would say I don't recommend buying a home, insurance the home and financing the home all from the builder. If you think about it, the finance company is not working for you, They work for the builder and have the interest of the builder as their first priority. Get a mortgage outside of the builder.

Since I met Adrien I knew this would be my home. For the price of KB I could get the second biggest house with a premium lot! While NEXT door they start at my ending price. KB has great value, storage and room space. Adrien showing off the model home was great seeing what's new on the market, even helped me decide on which lot and they were selling fast! I acted fast! Only the corner area was available. Orando was awesome in helping design our home. Jimmy's crew was great and ensured we got all our upgrades.

We feel like our build manager, sales person did a great job keeping us updated and we felt that they really did want us to be happy with our home. They had a good eye for details. We have other friends building with other builders and they did not receive the same communication and customer service.

Amazing experience! Everyone that walked me through the process was helpful and caring. Sales staff was help when buying home and walked me through the benefits of a KB home. Builder and loan processed were always on top of everything and if something would come up, I was notified immediately. I can describe the process with KB but a 10 out of 10 experience!

Service has been amazing. Issues are bound to happen but KB has been extremely attentive and taken care of all of our service requests. Would definitely recommend KB Home to anyone looking for a new home!

KB Home gave us what feels like and truly is a custom built home but without the cost of doing the work ourselves. From sales through construction and closing we had extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff help us get into our dream house. If you can find place and floorplan you like (which we found easy) you can't find a better builder than KB for the price! We are in our beautiful new house.

My experience was amazing from the very initial meeting with Randy **. Randy set the tone for the rest of my experience. Randy amazed me, he followed up every week until 2 weeks post my move in! I am just blown away at his commitment. I have purchased several new build homes and I have never had such great follow up and follow through as I have experienced with Randy.

Sales team need to explain thoroughly for customer, no confusing, no misunderstanding, since they are the ones who talk to customer the most. Without these, I give sale team 10 as they very helpful on other things. Loan processer like Hope or Mandy is very helpful. KB need to care more for more Quality than Quantity.

Nice designs and great staff. Materials could be better and the delivery of the home could be better as my house's delivery date was delayed for a month. Sylma ** was great. She walked me thru the whole process.

They have an exceptional team. The value of customer satisfaction is felt from all areas. From you first walked in, to financing, through the construction process, design studio and the after move in follow up. They are truly wanting to make sure you are satisfied. Sure you will find small things in a brand new house that would bother you, but bring that to your KB Home team and they will make sure it is addressed. My husband and I were first time home buyers in the Raleigh Durham area. We purchased the spec home (so I honestly do not know if our experience was different). Our sales rep was great. He took us to see a finished model of our home before we made our decision. We ended up buying the spec home based off of what we saw in the modeled home. We were truly impressed with the sales rep driving over 45 minutes to show us the other house. Once we signed our contract, we stopped getting regular updates on the house. Our realtor had to be the one to get updates on the progress for us. Also chasing down the builder working on our house was a little hassle. Once customer service got involved things moved much smoother.

KB Home offers above average quality homes that have that custom home feel without the price tag of owning one. Excellent staff that are all very respectful and fairly knowledgable. However, you may have to do more heavy lifting as a consumer than you may anticipate if you want your home built on time or find issues that need to be addressed; but the staff are, for the most part, willing to work with you on fixing any issues you may encounter along the build. Stressful build but overall happy with our new home!

If you're in the market for a new home, please do your research, ask questions, get everything in writing, get as many home inspections throughout the process. Our experience was not ideal, we did research and loved the community, but there were so many corners cut and shorty work done to hit a timeline for home completion. If we could do it over again we would not build with KB.

Poor quality of workmanship. Multiple items needing fixing in a brand new home. KB seems to rely on the warranty process to fix everything that was slapped together during the building process. At this point I would not recommend a KB home. I wish we had knocked on some KB home doors prior to building, as we are hearing similar stories from neighbors as well.

We had a very great experience in buying our house with KB Home. The whole staff was great. Buying a house is not easy and somewhat complicated, but they helped us and walked us through from the start until the very end. It was definitely awesome to see your house being built. KB Home did a great job delivering on time, even during the supply chain shortage and pandemic. They were able to substitute a refrigerator with an upgrade when the one we ordered was out of stock. They were professional and safe, masked and sanitized. They allowed us to show the model to friends and family upon request. Very fun to be able to see what we were getting before it was built.

KB needs to learn from other builders and for some small amount of money they mess up the whole house. They should provide best options available for inventory homes with a slight increase in price so there is no upgrades required later on.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and straightforward. Construction started pretty much immediately after the studio appointment and completed fairly fast. Everything came out great!

The staff was fantastic and the service was amazing! Overall the experience was as better than we initially expected. However extremely close to our closing date we were suddenly surprised by an almost ten thousand dollar increase in price that had to be paid in full at close because KB Home Loans didn't delay the Appraisal with the construction schedule. KB Should have paid for their mistake or at least part of it, but the full price of the mistake was put on us to pay in full at close.

Buying a home with KB is very easy. No one will force you into buying a home or trying to lure you into making a decision that is not right for you. At KB Home, I guarantee you will be satisfy with the overall buying process. I have been to other builders before and it was a huge turn off, plus the availability of different floor plans at KB is wonderful. This is our second KB Home, we loved the process and their customer service, we did run into some minor hiccups, but the staff members have been very attentive and helped us through the entire process.

Overall it was a great experience with every department of the KB Home. There were some roadblocks due to Covid-19 and winter storm Uri and closing was postponed twice but other than that everything was on schedule.

KB Home staff went above and beyond throughout the process of buying, building and deliver the house. They did a really great job. They help us to get everything we needed even when we didn't know what we were doing. I really appreciate all the effort and dedication. We are really happy with our house. I strongly recommend KB.

Do not upgrade anything. I really wish the construction team was more cooperative. I was so heartbroken when they did not fix the broken trusses, cracked studs, open joints, incorrect layering of drip edge. If the structure is not correctly done, there's no point in however beautiful the rest of the house physically looks. Our foundation is already cracking, it's only been 2 weeks. It's a $500,000 home, feels like $150,000. I'm so disappointed and heartbroken. I am regretful and not happy. Last week, the electrician said some wires were incorrectly threaded, the plumber found the toilet was incorrectly connected, and HVAC said wires were incorrectly programmed. Even these problems were heartbreaking to see.

Excellent home buying experience! We were always kept up to date with the process of the house and if there were any concerns they were were always addressed immediately. We would recommend KB Home to anyone looking to build a house.

KB Home is a quality builder that really seems to care about quality and customer service. As with any other builder they have their faults, but after working with them on my first home I think they might be the best builder out here. I especially recommend them for a first time home owner.

My family always purchased KB homes with a great experience, but this home was a nightmare. it was a very stressful process. All promises made were never kept. it was delay after delay, in loan, or design studio even. There was always a surprise charge here and there thrown on at the end. I had to contact my loan officer or the design studio because they never got in touch. I felt like the KB we knew is gone. The contractors quality of work was terrible specifically plumbing. I only worry to find more issues.

The home buying process started off okay, then we weren't able to choose our style of home (elevation) like the other residents. In the 7 month building process, we went through three Superintendents as the first two are no longer with KB. I feel this affected the finishing touches of our home as the landscaping was mediocre (mulch filled with construction material- gloves, wires, plastic, nails) and a few items were outstanding when we got our keys (incorrect cabinet handles, light fixture missing, garage opener light missing, water flow to dishwasher not on).

Marcy ** and everyone involved at KB Home kept me updated every step of the way. They made my new build home buying experience a special and memorable one. I will definitely recommend KB Home to friends and family.

I liked the overall process. Design was fair and the people I worked with good. I am happy with the house outcome and quality. I do feel like the reps may have had more work than they were prepared for since a lot of prior communication I had with them was forgotten about, but we got there in the end.

I would say overall my experience has been positive but the process could have been better though. I understand the delays and challenges brought by the pandemic but that should not affect build quality. I shouldn't have to bring up issues after closing and if anything if there are issues KB should have already had a list of what still needed to be addressed to present to me if it were done right. Everything just could have been better.

Due to the people I encountered during this entire process I would highly recommend KB Homes to everyone looking to build their home. The sales, lending, and home design staff were great. They provided great service. Once we moved in we were disappointed with the overall quality of construction. There were many attention to detail errors in the home that were not addressed from our initial walk through. We are still having them addressed at this time.

Northern Ridge Estate from KB Home has a great selection of beautiful homes and a fantastic location. The reason for the 1 star is for the service of the company itself. For something that is supposed to be a fun and exciting time in my life, buying my first house, KB and their team have made it the opposite. From day it has been nothing but a fight and lack of communication. My House wasn't even finished, and they were fighting me on getting my inspector out, when he already was out once before and had all the correct info. The builder work is lack luster and lacks pride. From start to finish I would have to go and point out the issues with the work that was being done on the very expensive house that I am paying for.

Building with KB Homes has been a wonderful experience. We were able to customize our home in almost every way to fit our family's needs. KB has been a pretty great company to purchase our first home through. We did have delays moving in to our home that were unavoidable due to COVID and the sewage systems, but once we got in our home we realized how much pride they take in their work. Even after the walk through, they come back multiple times to make sure everything is fine and fix things that are not. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking with has been very kind. Jennifer in sales was the most friendly, knowledgeable person on the team. If you have a question, she will find the answer!

I give them 5 stars for their ease of buying and constructing a new home. Although I had an issue with some timing of notifications on last minute changes that couldn't be avoided the overall experience was great. The finalizing of interior items at the studio, and updates weekly on progress made this a very pleasant experience. There will be a few warranty items to address, but we were able to move in and enjoy our new place with little effort.

I came into this thinking it would be a stressful experience. My sister has bought a home and she was constantly stressed, but KB Home made the entire process very easy and fun. I knew what was happening at every stage of the build (sure, there were a few bumps on the way, but that is to be expected). All of the people were friendly and knowledgeable and they helped me understand everything. My questions were always answered promptly and in detail. I was able to properly understand all of the features my home brings, but even after they gave me the house they were very good at answering questions that I still had. The home was built well and I have complete trust that it will not fail me. If you're looking into buying a home KB Home is the place to go.

The overall was okay. My first time buying a home so it was very frustrating at first with the whole loan experience and what made it worse was covid having to do everything online or over the phone but some of the loan staff were very informative and always there to answer any question I had so that made it better in understanding the process. Overall it was good especially seeing the house being built step by step. it was amazing.

I am giving 5 stars because we love our new KB Home. Very affordable. I do have one problem, though. It is not just this homebuilder, but pretty much all of them. They need to offer options for people with disabilities that you can choose, and pay for, so they can live in them safely from day one. It is not fair to have to retrofit a home for safety, when you have a disability.

The KB Home buying and building experience was one that I feel everyone must experience. The best part of this process is the build and the communication with the Sales Staff and the Construction Team. This is an emotional rollercoaster, my Wife and I had driven out to the site every Saturday to inspect what we expected. The one weekend we went away on a trip and came back we had missed so much and wish we had been there for that weekend. The design studio is so much fun to go to and see all of the different upgrades we could do and to see it all come together for the finished product. The only thing I can say is that this is a Must Do process. You buy a used home anytime but the new home build is really something special.

The design studio experience is one of the best, most valuable parts of the KB experience. It gives KB Home an edge over competitors such as D.R. Horton. I'd advise KB to continue to invest in that department. Each interaction with KB is mostly positive as they strive to provide excellency and hold themselves to a really high standard.

Overall I was very happy with my experience with KB Home. KB was with me every step of the way, since it was my first time buying a home. I did not have a real estate agent representing me so I asked a lot of questions to the sales counselor (Trina **) and the KB mortgage loan officer (Dan **). Overall my wife and I had a good experience. We did not like the delay in building our home. We know there was a pandemic going on, but felt like there was not a back up plan for any of the delays that happened. The sales rep and superintendent were available to answer questions when needed.

Home was dirty on move in, items were not completed for final walk through. Items to this date still haven't got completed. Windows need to be fixed. I just didn't like this experience with KB. This was my girliest time buying from KB. My last 2 homes were with DR Horton and they were excellent. I'm still waiting for work to be done a month later.. very unsatisfied.

This group will make the house buying experience very smooth and they make you feel welcomed whether you're well dressed or not. We walked in from a day at the beach and had shorts and sneakers and were greeted and treated like royalty. I mention this because when I went to the houses by the sea in the marina area that were for Sale. The way I was greeted seemed as I was unwanted or they might have thought I was not able to afford that house.

Our experience has been great with our Summerlin home purchase. The sales staff are amazing and COVID guidelines were followed the entire time. Lee, the superintendent is the best! As a team, they made this community work! The community looks amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Overall we are very happy with our home, but Covid made it more stressful with some delays. The staff was great and did their best to have answers for us. Their below-average level of communication led to a number of miscommunications in the design of the condominium, which were too late to change by the time I noticed them. The unit was not complete at time of closing, and there are still a number of outstanding issues more than 2 weeks after closing.

To say we are unhappy with our home buying experience with KB Homes would be an understatement. My husband and I decided to purchase our first home with KB homes, and we were so excited to have the opportunity to customize our first home to our liking. We signed our contract with KB back in July of 2020, it is now March of 2021 and we have yet to move into our new home. We were told by KB that once they broke ground, it would take 65 working days for our house to be built. KB broke ground on our house in October 2020, needless to say it has been way over 65 working days and we still haven’t even had our final walkthrough yet.

We love our home and we are excited of building a future here. KB has a strong team (Kudos!) and we count on you to support us in the post-closing needs. The integration of the financing into the whole experience is fantastic, the accuracy on the schedules also was great. Please, pay attention to the communication and pre-inspection of the house before delivering it.

Overall a great experience. There were a couple items I was pretty upset about in the beginning....I was initially told I would receive $10k toward closing costs and then only received $5k which I thought was poor business practice. I was initially told I would be getting the french countryside elevation and then told "someone made a mistake" when I put my deposit down and I would be getting the old California elevation and I couldn't do anything about it. Although I was upset with those two things, again, it was an overall good experience.

As a couple we were extremely satisfied with the services that were provided by KB Home, the painless homebuying process and the customer service rendered by all the staff was immaculate. They were great to work with and very informative.

The KB Team that I worked with was horrible. It started out great, but that eventually changed quickly due to the lack of communication. There were problems almost within every department that I worked with including the sales rep and the customer service rep who did not do their jobs properly. They are very unprofessional and their work ethics do not align with KB's motto's or mission. The customer service rep sent me a text (by accident I'm assuming) that I was a complainer and not to mention the survey to me.

I've built a KB Home before, 18 years ago. However, this experience was much more enjoyable. Cody ** made me feel confident in my decision to buy a paired home. He was very knowledge in every aspect of building phase. Cody was also VERY supportive, accessible and responsive throughout the entire process, which put me at ease. I also really enjoyed visiting the design studio and picking out all the options. Jena ** knew just what to choose to help me achieve my vision for my new home.

The people were great, very professional. But, my expectations are very high when it comes to new homes and overall KB seems to have cut corners as to construction and amenities. This was a bit disappointing. I know these homes are targeted at first time buyers, unfortunately, I am not one of those and overall quality leaves a lot to be desired.

The KB team at Sky Ranch was a joy to work with from the sales team to the builders to Ben at KB Loans. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. By the time it all ended, I felt like they were family.

This is my first home and I appreciate everyone that helped me out and suggested things I wasn't aware of. So it was good to work with people that weren't trying to just have me buy anything but provided good suggestions on why to have certain things. So I appreciate that the most.

We were excited to be buying a brand new home with the upgrades that we wanted for our home. Our salesperson, Laura **, was awesome and very responsive to our questions. After the house was finished - we still had things that had to be repaired. The second bathroom cabinet was warped, water was leaking into the cabinets, and the floor was not installed properly. We are still waiting on repairs and it has been three months. Overall, it is a nice home but wish things would be repaired in a timely fashion.

Happy with the experience and process of moving into a newly constructed home. All team members have been great to work with, and again, if KB would invest in a greater quality product, I think you'd make tough competition in the market.

I would never buy a KB home again. I spent nearly $20K on my floors and the floor boards move because the construction site manager cut corners and skipped a step in the process to level my floors before installation. The workmanship was really awful and the staff didn't seem to care that it was awful at all.

I was looking for houses around the area where I worked. On September 20 was the time that I found what I was looking for even though construction would be complete by late December. KB Home, in my case, would start construction once I have all the pre-approval etc. Begin customization, but really, there's only a few to customize but that's just corporate thing. I love the location, large backyard, and single story. House was completed on Jan 28 and it was rightly towards the end of my 30 day notice of my temporary apartment rental. In summary, my experience with sales, loan, construction were excellent. I found many rushed work to complete on the outside. Those area needed improvement.

This house is going to be our first and forever house. We have already begun to make memories and I'm looking forward to watching my family grow up there. The staff was amazing and worked with us every step of the way. I appreciated the weekly phone calls with updates as to what was accomplished and what was the next step. I am more than pleased with the workmanship. Overall, I would give KB an 11 out of 10 if there was that option. I will certainly be recommending KB homes to my friends and family in the future.

If it means anything... I started this whole process without the intention of actually buying a home. I was actually browsing online and came across information about KB Home. So, I thought why not call and get a little info on how this whole thing works. Within two, maybe three conversations, I was able to build that rapport with my sales agent, Anh and I felt comfortable enough to move forward with starting the process. It was called "sight unseen". It was probably the best decision I made for my family and I. Where I'm from, being a homeowner was just a dream. I never thought I would be where I'm at today. But, I can say working these people, the impossible became POSSIBLE! I would do it all over again.

Overall I'm satisfied and I believe will grow to love my new home, though the overall experience was far from ideal. Ask better questions upfront, know what is vital to the customer and what options selections etc. could hinder those needs. Have more meetings upfront like a site plan meeting and walk the lot with the final site plan in hand before starting any work. Those two things probably could headed off my biggest issues. I don't expect perfection and understand unforeseen issues can arise no matter what level of planning takes place, but not learning from mistakes and then making proper process adjustments would be a failure that should be unacceptable to anyone.

Working with Stan ** (sales person) and Cesar ** (construction superintendent) it was very easy to understand the process since the beginning and they are very good to explain any question that I had.

The house is not perfect, there's minor issues we found after moving in and they were resolved promptly. I believe that having a perfect home would be the ideal but I don't think there's such thing as perfect. In a world where it is almost impossible to get perfect, customer service is paramount and so far KB home has delivered in that aspect.

The home overall is nice and turned out well. Financing and the design studio staff were amazing and really helped me through the whole process. I feel as the sales and construction could improve by being upfront and honest about any potential defects or deficiencies with the lot or home. The overall experience was positive up until I closed escrow, then the communication decreased and I felt like I did not matter anymore.

I made a Home buying reservation with Ms. Vanessa 2019 because she is so kind and explain very well to me about KB Home. When I come back to make a contract, I was disappointed Vanessa was not there anymore. Ms. ** was my sales rep, she is good at ERROGANT but does not care for her job for customers.

Our experience with KB Home from the time Gilbert showed us the house until the end is enjoyable. The Friendly staff (Gilbert **) who always have a smile and faithfully guided us through our journey is incredible and the professional loan officers (Gina ** & Tracy **) who are always ready to answer your questions in a trustworthy manner are amazing. They made our experience buying a new home easy and enjoyable, and after we moved in the customer care and support is outstanding (Devin **) took care of all the touch-ups in a timely manner and treated us not only a customer but like a family. Please continue what you've started because I will definitely recommend KB to my friends and relatives.

KB has been great. First time home buyers and the process was very smooth. We have a couple of friends that are contractors/builders and both walked the house with us multiple times prior to completing construction and said it was extremely well built.

KB Home was wonderful, from the sales team, the design studio team, mortgage, and construction manager. I was able to pick out the entire interior and really customize the home to my taste. I love that there were different options available for the floor plan. We were able to add a bedroom and bathroom which made the home perfect for my family! I love KB Home and highly recommended them.

From when we first did a model home walk through with Tony **, Studio Design with Jennifer **, financing with Vanessa **, construction with Mike **, and picking up the keys with Vivian ** we have felt like family rather than just being �sold� on something. Since KB Home provides an option to customize your home through upgrades so you can literally change the interiors of the home the way you wanted. The home also feels very high quality and the materials that are used for construction are really good. The warranty that KB Home provides is the best in the market. The price is competitive and in fact, it cost less than other top builders in the same area. You will save thousands of dollars if you go with KB Home. Overall, It's the best value for your money.

We recently moved into our KB Home. So far, I have been in love with it. KB's excellent staff was not only helpful, but transparent, which is so important in the homebuying process. All of their staff were on top of the ball when it came to response turnaround time, helpful information and tips and tricks, and responding to our concerns. I'm looking forward to living in my beautiful KB Home for a very long time.

On a scale of 1 - 10, our experience was a 12!! Laura and I could not be happier. The design of the home is excellent and is different/unique from most of the builders we looked at in our price range. Plus, the loft upstairs is what sold us. Excellent, excellent choice we made and we're very happy!!
