I would like to thank everyone that helped us in the process of getting our new home, from start to finish. Everyone was so nice to us when we bought our first KB Home in 2017 that we had decided to sell it to move into a newer KB Home in 2022. So, this is our 2nd KB Home that we have owned. Everyone in the sales office, Liset **, was helpful in all the paperwork we needed to get done. The KB Home studio design team was great and very patient with all our design ideas. Dean and Cody kept us updated on all of our house progress. Cody was and continues to stop by and check on us to see if we need anything while he is in the area working on other houses. Thank you once again to all the KB Home Team for all the hard work and support that you all have provided.

As a homeowner purchasing a brand new construction and have to go through all this trouble to get my house finish is just nonsense. I should be enjoying it not stress over it. It been 2 month. My patience has exhausted. I just want my house to be done. Is that too much to ask???

Quality of the work is not good. Please improve it. The workman doesn't care what they do. They just finish the job, doesn't if it is working or not. We don't have problem with their personality but not their work.

Overall the construction of our home is good, we felt that KB Home rushed us to close so that they could make their quarterly earnings. Presently we are still waiting for parts on certain things for the house. These issues are mostly of defective in nature and are from the manufacturer. Not from KB construction.

Very satisfied with the construction staff as previously stated! Greatly appreciate those guys and they have both taken great care of any concerns that we have had! They both have also gone above and beyond and words cannot express how much that means to my wife and I!

It has been two months and I still don't have my laundry. My hot water stopped working for two weeks, leaks from the bathroom and flooding because of installation negligence. I still don't have a home that I can leave at yet I'm paying mortgage.

I had read about some poor experience others have had with KB so I was a bit unsure going in. After completing the home-buying process, I honestly have only good things to say about everyone involved at KB Clover in Valencia, CA. I'm sure that results may vary at different locations and for different homebuyers, but everything has been smooth going here.

A small quaint community that from the sales office to construction professionals, made this an exciting experience. Knowledge of the area, city/county plans was so informative and made a difference in my purchase. For my concerns/questions, they were addressed and follow through on any changes.

The process was incredibly easy and was obvious catered to first-time homebuyers as we never felt lost through the process. Mark and Lane both gave us consistent updates to make sure we were in the know as the home was being built. The resources from KBHS also helped us cut through the noise to make sure we knew exactly where our money was going and gave us options as interest rates began to rise.

My husband and I have purchased multiple homes from different builders. Hands down, KB Homes provided above and beyond excellent customer service. The entire process from sales, and financing to construction close, the process was easy and enjoyable.

So, for almost a year I have been trying to get my floors fixed to no avail. The builders send crews who only repair bits and pieces without actually fixing our problem. You walk near the furniture and the tv on the stand moves back and forth (not tipping over), the dresser does the same... Instead of tearing up the floor and fixing the problem they claim that it's the furniture that we own that is causing the problem (too heavy and sits in between joists!)

Very frustrating experience with construction before and after closing. I just can't get dates and times organized in a timely manner. Warranty has been a disaster. The whole house flooded day 1 of being in, over a month later and it still isn't fixed.

The purchase of my new KB Home was such a great experience from the day I signed the sales contract till now dealing with Chad **. I have nothing negative to say but sure a ton of positives from everyone that made my dream home happen! Thanks John, Jim, Wendy, Allison, & Chad for making my dream come true. You have a FANTASTIC STAFF!!!!

KB values more quantity over quality. Not the best experience with fixing/repairing issues before and after closing, not honest with a real timeline on when can things can get fixed, not the best experience in general....

The personal attention and knowledge that KB Homes Staff provided during the homebuying process was exceptional. It made all the difference in the world for us. With the homebuying market being so unpredictable during the time of our purchase, KB staff made sure we were well informed of all our options and were available from beginning to end.

In this market where every dollar counts as you start to build your dream home. Do not rely on KB homes to build a solid product, with the correct materials, with integrity to everything in their power to make the home match the price tag. Several issues along the day from using outside trim material as inside framing material, to moving in and having trash through out the house, a ladder, insulation spread out and over all cleanliness of the home was terrible. Still incomplete home and empty promises since day one.

We bought KB Home because of the quality of product and work. This is our second KB Home and are excited to start anew. The location is great. We love the area, our kids' park as well as the dog park coming soon, close to shopping and not too far from the freeway or schools.

I have purchased all 3 of my homes from KB Home through the years and have been impressed with the quality and customer support the company provides. KB, and the various sales folks and construction managers, have been a pleasure to work with. I trust KB Home to provide and deliver quality homes.

The best experience I would have to say in working with KB Home is the people who helped me with the home buying. Without them, Bill, Eric, Laura, Sandra, Rick, CJ, I would have a lot of questions and unsatisfied feelings. They all reassured me and they followed through based on my needs. Thank you.

I love my new house. It's beautiful with so many features and up-to-date technology. I wish there were more amenities like pools, gyms, etc in the community though (especially with $200 HOA every unit is paying...)

Amazing experience. For such an overwhelming process, KB Homes make it feel easy. I was allowed to pick out all the design features and made it feel like a custom home. After construction began, I was updated weekly on the status of the house and provided ample opportunities to come see the house during this process. Nothing like owning a new house, I love the confidence of having a warranty, the pristine condition, and the new home smell every time I walk in the door.

It was a long process however it was to be expected the staff that I worked with did a great job even when there was some issues with the process. They made sure they address the issues and make it right.

My experience was very positive, I definitely got the "A Team" at KB Inspirada, everyone I worked with really cared that I was not only satisfied with the outcome, but that I was 100% delighted and gratified. Everyone was gracious with their time throughout the whole process, I would definitely recommend KB to anyone who asks!

I love our new home very much. I am grateful to all the KB employees that we had the pleasure to work with. Each person brought us answers, solutions, care and comfort in their respective ways. We also feel very lucky that our home was ready a bit sooner than we had anticipated. Thank you again for making our experience such a great one.

The final result of our experience with the builder KB Homes leaves us happy and satisfied with the purchase. KB Homes and their team have been honest and respectful of the city rules about the building, and energy and water-saving policies. Our first Hurricane experience to become one of the most powerful storms in history was spent in our new house, which resisted without any damage to its structure and others. We can only highly recommend KB Homes to build your house.

This is my second home and I have to say that if I am to buy another home in my lifetime, or know any family looking for their dream home, there is only one builder for me. KB homes - And especially the team in the Citrus Heights community. (Mitchell Village). I have no more words to express how completely satisfying this experience was for me and my family. They made our dream come true. God has used this team to bless my family.

At the very beginning, we were so excited to have found KB Homes to build our forever home. After all the problems, delays and general lack of ** given by KB Homes at different stages of construction on our home, we were just so tired after having to wait for our home to be finished, at the end we were just vanilla happy to get our new home.

Since the beginning everyone was always communicative. Always had answers and knew what they were talking about. Construction took a little long to start due to materials, but once it kicked off it was real quick and satisfactory. Overall a great experience with KB Homes.

Home is beautiful and well built. Love that I could personalize it and it's not a one fit all type of deal. They took almost a year to complete the project but some of that was due to material shortages.

This is our first time buying a home and KB made us feel safe throughout the process and continues to go above and beyond even after the closing date. From sales team to construction staff everyone has been overly kind, thoughtful, and helpful.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amber ** and Chase **. As investor buyers, this is our third transaction with them both in a second KB Home community, and we literally followed Amber and Chase to Montalado! They are the kindest, most professional and hardworking sales reps at KB Home. We did run into an encounter with our mortgage lender closing their division, which required a change in lender a few weeks before closing. Both Amber and Chase were extremely courteous and helpful in facilitating a new appraisal order, and took on a completely white glove approach to work with our new lender to get everything in place for closing. Despite closing later than expected, they kept everyone fully informed, including KB management, escrow and lender, and worked as a team to get this done.

From day one when I walked inside of the office at Carter landing I felt a good vibe. Nancy helped me from day one and never stopped. She is absolutely amazing. My experience with everyone was amazing. Derek, was awesome!! As well and Deneen. When I tell you just the connection over the phone with them was great! They all kept me informed about everything every step of the way. Couldn't ask for any better service and support from everyone. Chris was awesome as well and Cody. I had a great! Team and and thank you all for everything?? Even at closing the staff was nice!

Considering the scale of the whole process we are very satisfied with our new home. KB has been very accessible and professional throughout the entire construction. A big thank you to all those involved.

Overall not bad. It was a rough start but with the two men I described they made it a lot easier. It's very important to have people like that because what we say is they are the end all be all of the company.

Sales and loan process I would have to say that they were the easiest and the best experience I have had in the home buying process. Really impressed with the sales person JR **. Also impressed with the services that I received from Debra ** and Rosanna ** at KB Home Loans.

After one month of closing, I am still hopeful that things will get completed and issues rectified. Issues in supply chain can be mitigated by having a good communication with your customer and a robust follow through. Leaving things for future is OK but do not expect a customer to keep reminding you. Quality control will help maintain customer confidence. There are new communities which are coming up in the vicinity. New prospective customers have options.

KB Home was a fantastic fit for us. As new homebuyers, we didn't completely understand the process but the team helped fill the gaps and helped us along the way. They have an amazing team here and the quality of their workmanship definitely shows. We are thrilled to be in a KB Home.

From start to finish, every step and person involved in my home buying process was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Home buying can be stressful but it was such an easy process because I had a team to help me through.

KB has been an excellent partner for the past year. Every member of the staff that we interacted with has been incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We couldn't recommend KB more and we are in love with our new home!

Excellent experience. This is the third time we have bought a new build and this has been the best experience. Everyone we have had contact with has been very attentive, answered all questions and quickly resolved any concerns we have had.

The value of the materials seems to be sub-standard in my opinion. It appears to be cheap material, that is new, but jacked up in price, with huge mark-ups and great profits to the builder. I expected much more for $295,000. They use very cheap labor, and cheap materials but charge the customer top dollar prices. Rot iron should not be cheap METAL! I should not see any paint on the floor, after 2 walk-thru inspections. Yet, I still do. It is even on the carpets.

From the sales staff (Kelly ** to the repair staff (Al), our experience has been an absolute disaster. Roger and Shelby were amazing but that is pretty much it. We just want a new home in the shape and condition I believe most would expect. However, that has not been our outcome. I hope this survey reaches the right hands so we can get the repairs done to our home that are needed.

We were so excited to build our first home. KB made it easy with an amazing team to walk us through each step of the way. The design options were absolutely incredible to make our home truly feel like our own. We can't wait to raise our children here and make memories that last a lifetime.

I wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent services that we received from the KB Home staff. We appreciate your professionalism, sensitivity to our needs, and your desire to give us the best for our dream home.

We are very satisfied with our KB home. The only thing that I would change is the option to have yard irrigation. We were advised that it was not available as an option. Other than that, everything went well. Closing was delayed but it was due to late appraisal and our planned vacation schedule conflicts.

We love our home. KB Home staffs are very informative and attentive. We just built a home during an odd time. We had a lot of frustration and both the sale and construction manager listen and assure us the home will be great when we get it. We just hope that KB Home can be more adaptive to this odd time and had better solution. We were not happy with the workmanship and quality of work for the price that we pay. We hope that the construction manager could visit the work site more often and comment about the vendor's work.

I am very happy with my home. Rita and Jimmy were great during the process. Kerlyn has been very helpful with all warranty issues. I am very disappointed with the no internet situation. I have been reaching out to Spectrum many many times and nothing is been done in almost a month, KB shouldn't say we are ready for internet installation if the community is not ready. I work from home and is very frustrating that Spectrum is not ready yet and nobody has internet in the whole community.

Really love the whole home buying process starting with weekly updates to Carolina from the Sales team. Always available to answer any questions and concerns. Along with Luis from the Customer Support Team to be really helpful and quick to get any issues fixed.

The process from start to finish was a lot easier than my first build with KB back in 2008. There was more communication from the mortgage, construction, and sales staff on this build. It was mainly the workmanship near the end of the build where it faltered slightly.

The sales staff, loan officers, and construction team at KB were highly responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. The design options provided allow you to make your home the way you want it and offer ample options. The sales process is thoroughly explained and the weekly progress calls are an added bonus to ensure you are always in the loop. Our home is beautiful and we couldn't be happier!

The people who pushed this survey to be completed and to receive a 10/10 were ironically the ones who did the least, and were not helpful. Closed end of July, and still having issues that have not been fixed today, end of September.

Our house was completed 3 months The later than scheduled and the quality of the workmanship is shameful. Our home was covered in paint splatter; fixtures were falling off; leaks; creaking doors; holes in the grout; and unevenly cut tiles. They took no pride in the work and seemed to go with the lowest bidding subcontractors and cheapest material. Really embarrassing. Thoroughly disappointed! I recommend you consider another builder.

My experience with KB was easy and effortless as a first time home buyer. I trusted the staff at KB and they helped me with every step along the way. They communicated with me frequently even after I moved into the house to check to make sure everything was done correctly. Thank you very much.

Exceptionally well built home. Had a very good experience with the Sales team, Customer service team, and KBHS Mortgage team. Had some hiccups at building with a singular individual, but an individual in customer service went above and beyond to make up for his shortcomings. Very happy with the outcome, and pleased to be living in a KB Home.

The staff was pleasant and nice from start to finish. Inferior workmanship though. Constantly blaming Covid/economy for supply chain issues and worker shortages gets old after hearing for a year or longer. It should have been a warning sign. Now we have to hopefully fix as many issues as possible and get on with living in our new home. Felt overpriced for what we got.

The KB experience was great from start to finish, including the construction options available, the timeline, the construction quality, and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. If we had to do it again, we would 100% go through KB Home again. We love our new house and have a continued ongoing great relationship with the builder. Even after closing, they continue to be responsive and helpful!

When we considered building we read KB's reviews and were impressed. We never expected a flawless process but it came as close to flawless as one could expect in building a house and lived up to the reviews.

My recent experience with KBH will hold me to tell others to buy, not only my joy and happiness to a new house have been stolen by the way many of the people, from Lenders to superintendents, made me feel/treated. I cannot believe KBH did not have a Quality assurance person to view the property before owner has walk and me finding the awful situations that have experienced! I was ready to walk away of this property but knowing I was losing financially already made me keep it. I am still losing accommodating all subcontractors during my working hours, while I am losing part of my salary (which is money to make a payment). During Covid having the superintendent using his saliva to clean spots, floors stains, etc. LV_care has a list of emails with PPT/digitals and letters.

The thoughtfulness that goes into building these homes is what surprised me the most. All the features and access points, the walk-throughs so you can see what is where before the walls go up were all good to know about and I definitely appreciated both Josh & Erik keeping me in the loop and updating me every step of the way. They answered all my questions and eased any worries I had.

KB employs professional individuals that go above and beyond to ensure you are getting a product that meets your budget, that you're happy with, and that you look forward to getting home to at the end of the day. I never had a question go unanswered. I never felt neglected through the home buying or the home building process. I was informed, received regular updates, and they were proactive in getting my moved in when the home was finished. Something not up to par? Let your team know. YOUR satisfaction is THEIR priority.

KB homes very nice and good builder and they whatever they said and KB home staff is very nice whoever worked for my home. Finally we love KB Homes and we have recommended our family also and they signed the contract with in a week! We are very happy for that! Once again Thank you everyone whoever worked for my home.

We chose KB home by ourselves, therefore we get what we are given. However, I have to admit: with the price we paid, and the location we got, this house at Retreat Stonebriar community is still a good buy consider it achieved our goal!

Overall very happy with my home. The prices are fair and KB employees are in general very knowledgeable and kind. Any issues I've had I feel are out of the control of the employees and likely an issue at a larger scale with rushed home building.

My home buying experience with KB Home was unforgettable. The staff was very professional and very knowledgeable. Kb takes care of their customers! The building process was quick and on time. Even with covid causing material shortages they managed to have my home ready before closing!

Probably the most unnecessary thing I've ever done with the most debt I've ever acquired. I would not recommend KB Home unless someone is certain of their processes and okay with them. I am not okay with the way things were handled at the end. Now when I ask for something to be fixed I feel as though I am disturbing the ones who didn't do the work right in the first place. This was just a crappy experience and stole the joy from becoming a first time home buyer.

The overall experience of buying a KB home is a blessing. I've shown many of your existing homes as a realtor and they always seem to be of good quality and craftsmanship; and now having our own -- I can see why people would always ask "do you have any KB homes we can see"? I'm disappointed with KB. I chose to build a new house to avoid having problems and you guys gave me the house with a lot of repairs to be done. Nobody is perfect, but you should dedicate yourself more before handing over the keys to customers to avoid these disappointments. Hope all issues are resolved as soon as possible.

Painless process and I love my new home. We didn't live very close to the property during construction so our sales rep would send us weekly progress updates. We worked with KB for all documents and finances which kept everything streamlined and simple. Our house is beautiful and we are so happy to own our first home.

I never had an opportunity to meet anyone from KB Home in person other than Paul, and that was at the walk through. I find it for someone who moved from out of state KB should make it their business to meet new homebuyers face to face by some means if not in person. Face-time, Zoom WhatsApp etc.

Building a KB home in Tucson AZ was a great experience. The staff listened to my concerns and always took care of any concerns I had. The quality of this home is far more than I expected and I am so far loving my home.

I looked at a few different builders around Riverside and although the other builders had some nice homes, none of them really grabbed my attention like KB Home did. I love my new home. People who have come to visit have mentioned how beautiful it is and said they feel like they are in a 5 star vacation home. KB home did an amazing job from their customer service down to the materials they used. If anyone I know is looking for a home, I will be pointing them in the direction of KB Home.

KB Home in San Antonio has treated us well. I appreciate the warranty requests process. They ensured that we were happy and satisfied with the end product. Would definitely recommend. Our house is by no means perfect, but that is really just the state of the market in 2022.

Construction was horrible on our house. We were told 2 days before closing that our house would not be done for another month, and then we had to find places to live. We were supposed to close another day, and we were told in less than 24 hours that we would not be closing for another week. This forced us to move back to another hotel. Communication was horrible with construction, and we were lied to multiple times regarding timelines and construction being done on the house.

My experience as a first time home buyer with KB Home was great. Can't believe the great individuals they have when I was going thru the process. I felt good talking to people I did not know. I knew They care without knowing me. Thank you kb home!

The Sales Staff, specifically David ** was very helpful in showing us homes in our interest range, pointing out various features of each model, explaining how features worked, and then allowing us to make our decision without pressure. From the viewing of homes available, providing earnest money to closing on the home and after, the sales staff, Customer Service Staff and Construction Staff all were professional, helpful, and responsive to our questions and requests. As I stated earlier in this survey buying from KB Homes was the most stress free and enjoyable home buying experience we have ever had and we have purchased six homes previously. In summary, the quality of KB Homes, the professionalism and responsiveness of KB Homes' staffs, and the a very fair purchase price makes KB Homes, in my opinion, the best value on the market today. I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone in the market for a new home.

We bought a spec home through KB as our first home purchase. We were very impressed with the sales, mortgage lender and construction staff throughout the process. The communication from everyone on the KB team keeps you informed and excited beyond your closing date. We love our new home and are extremely satisfied with the quality of materials used. I have bought two homes from KB Homes. The value KB Homes offers exceeds my expectations. Their staff are always responsive to questions. The quality of build is also satisfying in terms of both the design style and construction quality. More importantly KB Homes has a vision in selecting the locations for their home construction. The two homes I bought from them both have great locations.

The entire process is well scripted, planned, and executed. The workload of such a massive undertaking is well organized, so you always feel like you have the right resource at the right time if any questions or concerns arise. The team is great at setting expectations and delivering on their promises.

Our overall experience with KB Home has been exceptional! From the day we came to look at the model home when we were just shopping around for houses we absolutely fell in love with the KB homes. Each community was so unique and beautiful that it was hard to choose which one we wanted! But after going through all of the model homes in this area we had to have the one we chose! KB Home really care about customer satisfaction and public opinion upon them!!! All employees who work with customers delivering high level of support! But they are cannot influence the builders who builds haphazardly without the expected quality of the work performed.

I was taken cared of by the sales and the loan team. I was extremely nervous at first but with time and advice I got comfortable. I didn't have the greatest credit in the world so naturally I didn't think they were going to close but I fixed my credit and it took 1 1/2 years to align to their requirements but I finally did it. Just trust the loan process. I am so grateful to the loan staff, studio, sales, and construction folks. Thanks you so much for the opportunity!

Buying the house was easy, getting it fixed not as easy. Sales consultant handled all the paperwork and was responsive on any questions or status. Closing date kept getting pushed farther out but that is to be expected. Items discussed during walk in inspection were not resolved by move in date. No contact was made until a month after move in. Warranty service issues are currently being resolved. Overall build quality is good, just some small things that need to be fixed.

We had a great experience in purchasing our home. The team was constantly sending us updates on the home every week throughout the process. The team continued to be there and helped with any questions and issues we had after we moved in.

Ability to switch or retain Sales Agent. Finally, We should be able to get the price adjustment or credits within 30 days as market has slowed down and the price of the houses decreased to 15K-30K from the time of our purchase. It's truly appropriate cause the demand has decreased, this will put KB Home over the top of their competitors cause, KB can stand by their own quality of home builders on Price, Quality and Craftsmanship.

This was our first home buying experience and we were very pleased with the whole process. KB Home made the process easy and the weekly updates on our new home and progress were exciting and informative. Finally, once in our home our Customer Service Rep (Ryan) has been amazing from the very beginning! He has helped us fix issues and small details we found after moving in and even helped us mount our TVs! Thank you Ryan and KB Home team for helping us set up our new home.

There is good and bad when buying a tract home. The good is that you get to be the first one to live in the house. The bad is that KB Home is under a timeline to get these homes constructed. This can result in some work quality issues. Being a new homeowner myself, I was expecting a perfect home, but as I have learned, there will never be a perfect home. So I suggest, be very diligent when doing the walkthrough of your home and ask as many questions as possible and makes sure they fix everything, even the minor ones.

There was long delay in construction. One of the door handles came in my hand when I was trying to open the door. There are cracks in the ceiling. Landscape is worse as far as sprinkler system is concerned. The worst thing is they don't fix the things. I can't open my garage door. That shows QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION. Two different colors of stucco.

I enjoyed my home buying. KB is a company who has compassion and great work ethics. I closed on my house on July 29, 2022 and I am very happy with KB. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

The overall experience with KB HOME from home site selection to loan process to construction has been great. The people we met along the way were equal parts helpful and engaging during the process. Hard to complain about anything during this time!

The signing of the house and the first half of the process was a breeze. The last leg of the home buying experience was not pleasant. Getting small issues fixed is very time consuming and if you're not on top of the work being put on a calendar, you'll fall through the cracks.

Sales process was great. I always felt like we were our sales representative only customer. She was in constant communication and answered questions we had throughout the process. Once we closed, things changed. The customer service representative don't always respond and we have to email constantly to follow up on on items that are incomplete, not done properly, or missing. We still have several items that we flagged a month and a half ago that are still not fixed.

There were delays and challenges in the process that arose due to COVID. The KB Home staff was very helpful to do all that they could to work through the stress I was facing due to the delays and my own personal life changes during the home buying process.

I have had 3 construction superintendents which was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I will say Paul was the last one and considering what he was left to deal with I guess he has done his best. However, my house still needs the upstairs rails fixed. The KB painter did a horrible job and I have a home full of touch-ups that still need to be done. I also took it upon myself to purchase paint from Sherman Williams to start doing it myself. My grass was DEAD and brown BEFORE it was even put out in my yard! I watered it religiously and as of yesterday, the back yard is still dead, so dead that as I was pulling up the weeds the entire squares of grass was coming up with it! I am aware that there is no warranty for grass however with the purchase of a brand new home KB should ensure that grass is ALIVE when it's placed in a yard.

KB Homes is a great home builder, they offer a lot of options you can use to customize your own home. The amount of things that come standard are also very nice. I had a good experience overall, everyone is very friendly and good to work with. I know I can be demanding at times and the staff were patient with me which I appreciate.

Overall it's a good experience, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Several things that should have been built and designed: 1. community security gate; 2. more trees inside the community; 3. pest control; 4. noise block between homes.

KB Home was the perfect builder to go with. They created an amazing homebuilding experience for us and the finished product is this amazing blessing for our family. We are extremely grateful and loving our new home.

Many factors in the market last year kept this from being a perfect experience, but KB provided a topnotch home and worked hard to address the issues they could. As someone who used to work in construction, I am greatly impressed with the quality of the home, and we are very happy with it.

The fact that due to their construction delay I lost out on a 3.6% APR and am now paying a 5.6%, my children and I were also forced to stay in hotels for nearly two months costing me thousands while I received updates about lack of workers or "We had to move people around to finish other houses," or "We didn't have any painters".... There fix a $250 garage door opener. Unimpressed with the business side and the craftmanship side, would not recommend KB Home to my friends and family.

From start to finish it was stressful. Our credit is tip top. Our finances are great, yet we were put through so much unnecessary scrutiny to qualify that I was beginning to think it was because we're black, females. My mother has purchased four homes and she said this was by far the worst experience she's had.

KB home has a very structured way of buying a home. When we decided to buy a house, we were guided by the sales office, then a finance staff contacted and helped us with the needed documents for our loan. We received weekly emails about the progress of the house and if we have questions, our emails or phone calls were promptly answered.

KB Home have earned my stamp of approval. This home will be my second home I purchased from KB Home and their floor plans, and service from beginning to end has always been excellent, professional and with a personal touch.

Every single friend/family member that I know who has bought a new build has either experienced delays in the build and/or has felt like they had to battle to get warranty items fixed. So far, KB finished my home 3 months ahead of schedule and they've fixed or reached out to 3rd party contractors to fix everything in a very timely manner. The customer service in every department has exceeded expectations.

KB Home went out of their way to keep us in the loop as to this home build. Emails, pictures, phone calls - all were weekly and very helpful. Loved the opportunity to visit the design studio and work with the consultant there who really helped us personalize our home. Highly recommend the whole building process.

Although I didn't have a good experience with either sales agent (mainly the sales agent I went through), I am happy with the outcome of my home. It did take longer than expected but I feel like if there was good communication along the way and delays were being communicated. It would make up for the delays as we would know what's going on.

My best experience was with Lennar. Sales - customer oriented... Understood the need and resolved immediately. Sales were fighting for our interests. Construction - I cannot stress this enough - awful! Fidel was only one who understood what needs to be done and delivered it professionally. Your executives must come to one of the houses they their team is building and tell us if they would put their families into those structures.

We are heartbroken and sad at the state of our home. We can't believe after a year of construction this is what you turned over to us. Never again KB and we will make sure that everyone we know is aware of how poorly you built our forever home.

The communication and customer service is outstanding, from the week to week updates on the progress of your home, to the finance team and construction staff, everyone was amazing. I truly felt like I was their only customer.

My experience with KB Homes has been positive from beginning to end. The home is beautiful. We love the design and workmanship as well as the features and style of the community. We were informed and guided during the entire building process. The home provides us with beauty, high functionality, efficiency, and practical convenience. The sales, loan, and construction staffs were always available and diligently worked above and beyond to keep us informed and build our home with integrity.

I am thoroughly happy with the house from KB Home and completely happy with the process from beginning to move in. I'd say the whole process was almost completely worry-free and streamlined. I was really happy with the team members and thoroughly happy with how the house was built as well as the green features of the house. I also liked the pricing and value of the house. I'd highly recommend KB Home to friend and family.

Experience could be rated as Okay. At closing trash was left in our yard, garage and the first floor was not clean. Our upgraded floodlight did not work at closing which was replaced after closing. Sales staff did not contact us frequently as promised. Nails in our driveway, house keys mailed to a different state, many more problems with the process was taken by KB Corp Customer Service.

From start to finish everyone was very informative. Any delays or updates I was notified. I never had to reach out for information. I was notified on everything on a weekly basis. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend KB to any family member or friend interested in getting a home built.

Our home wasn't ready when they said it would be and our lease was up so we didn't have anywhere to go. I have severe anxiety and a panic disorder and wasn't sure what to do especially since our landlord wouldn't let us stay. The amazing people at KB called me and told me they had some funds for us so that we could stay somewhere and help with moving cost since our closing date was pushed back 3 or 4 times. It was a huge relief and an even bigger help. Thank you for that.

Overall I would buy another KB home, especially if Ty was the property manager building the homes, he was super professional with every interaction. No overall complaints other than lending, which was a real big let down for us. Home buying in general isn't an easy process, but the fact that we had that horrible experience with lending was too much. Everything after that was smooth sailing thanks to Ty.

I didn't have issues. The house was built, we had some minor fixes but over it was a pretty easy process for us, if we were able to start the process from the beginning some things we would have changed about the design.

Overall experience is good, but expect a lot of delays. Sales and construction team are great, especially Susana ** who went beyond and pushed for project completion. KB Home selected their suppliers so they should take responsibility on the tardiness of their suppliers instead of passing the blame. KBSH Loan would penalize the buyer for each day the closing is delayed that is caused by the buyer, but won't even admit fault for 5 month delay on the house completion.

I think the best way you can improve is work with your lenders on ensuring they have the appropriate support staff. Our LO Geeta was great, Gaby was great, but the original support staff was not good.

As a construction worker I have had the experience of working with a large number of developers over the past 6 years as an installer. KB Home has always stood out to me as one that has been on top of the game in what they do in communication and satisfaction within the process of home building. My wife and I had been looking to move for months (almost a year) and viewing numerous homes. We settled quite honestly because of floor plan to our family size, design and uniqueness, and staff friendliness and accommodation. We were not expecting to be pulled from the draw initially but it happened the first week.

I want to take the time and make sure KB recognizes the people that helped me through this experience. Jared at Sales was always ready to answer my questions no matter what time and day of the week. Myra at loans was able to explain and accommodate the loan that would benefit now and in the future. Lastly, Jason ** was the one that mattered the most starting from the walk thru with explaining everything and from the time we moved in. He was always available and was at my doorstep whenever I have a concern or questions.

Home buying experience was not bad just felt unorganized due to us doing the walk through the day right before closing. Wanted to make sure everything was good before we closed because we heard that things don't get done once they have your money. Giving the benefit of the doubt we closed and 2 months later 2 of the 10 issues we encountered have gotten resolved. Appointments are set and no one comes. The electrician was supposed to be here 4 times now and a no show. Cabinet handles we were told they were sold out. Tired of hearing my wife argue I went to home depot and they had plenty. I have began to fix some of the issues myself because I can't count on customer service to do what they say they will do.

Overall, average buying experience for my family. Some aspects of the buying process were better than the others. KB Mortgage was terrible. Design Studio was average as limited options and time constraint to choose on upgrades. The worst part was home readiness as the home was dirty and many small issues not addressed. The shining light was our superintendent Ray who made sure to keep us in the loop with our home. Honorable mention to our sales consultant Barbara for trying her best to mitigate any issues.

From the very beginning, our experience with KB Home was very positive. Not only was their design and sales process simple and efficient, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As we moved through the process we were updated weekly and were able to make changes as required. They expedited our closing date to accommodate our sale of our other house and made our move easy. We are happy with the quality of the house and the workmanship and the materials. We will definitely use KB Home in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a new home.

What to say about this company KB Homes??? If I can give 0 stars I will....It's one of the worst companies I've ever seen, I just had problems, in November my husband and I decided to build our house, then the customer service problems start, then with the people involved in the financing.... Just frustration after frustration, until my mother-in-law who was our co-sign was furious with the situation at KB Home and with my husband and decided not to be a co-sign anymore.

There were a TON of minor issues and a couple of major ones with the house during the build and right after closing. However KB has bent over backward to fix every single thing and make it right. I really believe they want every person to be VERY happy with their home. Also when almost everyone else in the market was making people bid just to build them a house KB stuck with the old fashioned way. Overall I'm happy with my home and happy that I built with KB.
