Our overall satisfaction with KB Homes is beyond the highest rate there is. We are first time home buyers and the staff of KB helped us in ways that we will be forever grateful. Especially, Maria **. Maria ** or "Yoyo" was primarily our sales staff. She went above and beyond assisting us with our needs before our escrow, before we moved in and even after we moved in. No matter what time of the day we email her, the response was always prompt. Her accommodating personality was one of the reasons why we love our house and the community the first time we saw it when it was still in the market. She took us in even if we didn't have an appointment and it was still the peak of the pandemic, so we could see the model the house. Attitude that a first time home buyer really needs from the sales staff especially that they are the front liners.

For first time home buyers, coming from out of state, we had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was helpful in giving us answers to our questions. KB provided good resources and tools for us to be able to be aware of the process. They kept us informed on the progress of construction. We are happy with the service and the home from KB.

We loved the model we decided on. We enjoyed the honesty and respect of the Sales Staff and were very impressed by the Construction Team. The community is great and we have definitely noticed that the neighbors we have met are also very happy to be living in their KB homes.

Been over a month since I have spoken with customer service / warranty and have yet to be contacted for pending repairs. Quality of home is horrible. I have started to do repairs myself throughout the house. Paint missing throughout home, water leak, paint drips left on flooring 1st floor, door handles not fully installed and had to re adjust, some doors won't close due to improper installation & measuring, carpet on stairs improperly installed and had hold down spikes protruding causing injuries.

Buying with KB Home is a dream come to true. They made it very easy to get a house. Their staff is full of knowledge and shared their exceptional guidance throughout the process. Their finance department is very knowledgeable and professional to respond back for any inquiries.

The home buying experience generally with KB homes was a very good one. We were kept informed during the various stages of construction and the closing process was very quick and easy. We had a couple of minor issues at final walk-through but they were taken care of to our satisfaction. Satisfied so far with KB.

We signed a purchase agreement 8 months ago and all they've built so far is a foundation. Poor to non-existent communication. They've missed every deadline, every promise that they set up themselves. They'll do nothing for 2 weeks due to "weather" when it rained for 30 minutes one day. Our plumbing has already collapsed 2 or 3 times during the build, giving me zero confidence in this company. If we weren't nearly a year into the build in the current housing market we'd break our contract easily. We were debating between KB, Pulte, Lennar and a few other builders. I know at least if we went with Pulte our house would have been 100% done by now. If you complain they get all passive-aggressive about how you're lucky to have anything at all.

We've had the best experience with KB Home and their team. We have been able to be part of creating our Dream Home and it's been so much fun. The KB Team we worked with was the best! We can't say enough good things about them. Dedicated, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Caring and always there to help us! We are forever fans of KB Home!

From the beginning of 1st appointment to closing - looking for house, signing the contract, loan process, construction engineer and closing dates aligning with my schedule was wonderful experience for me. Frequent updates and smooth delivery by all team members. Great customer service.

Overall when the pre approval requirements are met, the process is fairly easy. We bought our house in the middle of the pandemic so it was wild from time to time and things got slowed down but everyone involved worked hard to make sure the house went up as efficiently as possible.

At the beginning the team was helpful. But the lack of communication was setting me up for a bad experience. To start let me tell you that if you believe that you won't pay a lot in upgrades you are wrong. There upgrades that are a necessity to include in the purchase. An example is no lighting in none of the rooms. Yes mam, Yes sir. You need to purchase them. Then the solar panels no choice whatsoever. Towards the middle stage I pointed some items of concern in the construction area. Even though everyone told me it was going to get fixed it just wouldn't. Couldn't believe they needed the customer to point out mistakes. If you can look at other options. Best of luck out there, I tried to be as brief as possible.

KB Homes provided a great experience for us from the beginning to the end. When we first visited the model homes we were greeted with professional, friendly staff. Once we started the home buying process until the very end we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. It's obvious that the KB staff is happy and love what they do as they manifest that to the customers. Thank for making our experience a great one.

KB Homes delivered a quality product and on time given the challenges of dealing with a pandemic and rising material cost. The people we have met during this process represented KB Homes with integrity and professionalism that you expect when buying a house.

Picking the home you want, the customization options you have and what plot of land you want is amazing. But the problems with the fixes taking forever after we got the keys to our house make this almost not worth it.

Very personable, made us feel welcome since the first day we stopped by the office to look for information. Always available and when an issue was found, it was fixed immediately. This is our 2nd home purchased and this is our 2 KB Home.

Overall a good first experience, construction was done well and I'm very happy with the final product. No major issues happened during construction and no massive delays, which is impressive given the circumstances of shortages and Covid card constraints. I accepted a high quality product given the price and wait time, and the final execution was highly satisfactory. All levels of staff I communicated with were excellent, much beyond my expectations. They were highly proactive with communication and seemed knowledgeable in their respective fields. The only issues I faced were at corporate level decision making. Compensation for errors in their fault were not satisfactory, and soured what could've been a perfect experience.

Beautiful home, very happy with my purchase. Buying a new home, is exciting. Seeing the home being built at every stage is so cool. We expected the home to be finished in February but didn't actually move in until the end of July. Expect delays.

The team seemed willing to help us with anything we needed but they did seem to be very busy. I feel most missed opportunities were because they were just too busy. Overall we love our home and the parks around us. The HOA process doesn't seem very user friendly.

From the beginning to the end the Sales Counselor was phenomenal. Communication is key and she did just that. Despite a few delays with getting in the lumber and then windows I am happy with the final project (still missing a few light fixtures that are on backorder etc). I do appreciate the hard work and the effort KB construction team took to get my home ready for closing.

No major problems at all. Good builder with commitment and most part of the problems we had they fixed it in a good timing. The studio experience it's great and essential to pick the right details for the house.

I'd say, "sweet and sour" just like the food. Our experience with KB Homes was "sweet" because of David ** (KB Home Agent), Stacy ** (KB Home Construction Superintendent) and Cindy (KB Home Financing) BUT "sour" because of KB Home Design Studio Manager (Stephanie **) and also Material and Workmanship Quality as stated on my comments on specific categories. Nevertheless, we still appreciate KB's outstanding employees, who did their best and still making sure we will be HAPPY for the FINAL results.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase of my home. The house was within my price range, has a good layout, a decent sized lot and the majority of the upgrades I wanted. I really liked working with the sales, mortgage, and the warranty staff. I did not enjoy never knowing when we were going to close on our home (we didn't know until the day of), how unclean the house was when we closed, and the number of items that needed to be fixed between one week before closing and a week after closing.

KB Home made our first new construction home buying process extremely easy. From beginning to end, the communication with our community team was stellar. Always available to answer questions, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. Excellent communication throughout each process of construction, and even provided excellent advice on some of the things we wanted. I am truly happy with the decision to be part of a KB Home community.

I loved building my home with KB from start to finish. I loved that I got to make it my own! Deborah was amazing and made this process perfect! Chad, once we closed, has been the BEST person ever! I am so grateful for them both! They made this experience perfect!

My experience with KB Homes was amazing! EVERYONE I work with was professional, informative, and knowledgeable! My home is well built and very energy efficient! I would definitely highly recommend them and or buy another home from them.

I rate them a five because the one person that always help told me that any bad review as a company will tarnish his reputation and goals for they are rated as a team. There has been some team members great to work with but in all honesty they only deserve a three.

KB Homes floor plan designs are open and spacious. There is a floor plan to meet every family needs. Staff is thorough and professional. If you are looking to buy a new home, KB Homes is the place to buy.

It isn't big issue but KB Home may offer the model house as a option to buy it instead of make me choose every detail. If I fall in love the model house could be great. Just say I want the model house exactly like kb home show it.

The loan process was hard with the lack of communication and the amount of duplicate requests. The sales team was great. The move in date was pushed back 3 weeks. The washer and dryer weren't ready on move in date. There was an issue with the floor in the kitchen with a hole being left and covered by the floor. The construction and service staff were great and quick to respond to issues and fixing any problems.

We were nervous being first-time homebuyers, but KB's staff and professionals walked us through every step of the way and made us feel very comfortable. The end product exceeded our expectations and we feel very confident in our home purchase decision!

Our KB Home experience was truly amazing. All the people we dealt with were knowledgeable, positive and cared about our home. We ABSOLUTELY love our new home and neighborhood and we would DEFINITELY recommend KB Homes to all of our family and friends, to which we already have several that are interested.

Any new constructed home definitely will have issues, but KB's strong team of sales, construction manager, service manager and design center personnel are always by customer's side and take care of anything requested promptly! Greatly appreciated!

I work for the permitting department for a county and see a lot of builders and I knew one day I wanted to built a home for our family. KB Homes provided me the best overall choice to choose from. They were better in price, upgrades, and overall customer service. From the sales staff to the lending team to construction. They were always providing me updates and answered any concerns I had. I am very happy we decided to go with KB Homes. Of course there were little bumps here and there but I would have not change my decision if I had another choice.

From the start of the process to the day we received our keys it was an amazing experience. From the quality of construction, KB Home loan team, and sales, it was the best home buying experience I have ever experienced. So happy with our home and community!

This is my first time buying a house and KB Home have help me throughout getting my first home. From sales staff, they have help me explained different options of plans available. They provide us information about the pricing and recommended us the best option for our family home. With my home loan lender agent, they are very helpful getting our loan papers done and submitted on time. I was able to get the interest percentage I wanted by giving us an options and informative information. Overall, the house construction was done on time with the move in date we wanted. There are some minor issues about the house but the warranty services have that resolved. I am happy about my home and satisfied having KB as our builder company.

I felt KB was very cheap in terms of the options they provided and cut a lot of corners during the whole construction and materials. I felt a lot of the items were fairly cheaply made and some of the standard options were embarrassingly bad.

I am giving KB homes 4 as above average due to outstanding Sales and finance teams. They help us made our final decision in buying in this property by thoroughly showing and guiding us on every facets of the process. They are outstanding. However, after support or after closing support for minor issues like paint touch ups, switches that are malfunctioning and missing materials, is below par!

Home buying can be very stressful. The experience we had with our recent KB Home purchase was the easiest home purchase we have ever made! Every team member from start to completion was professional and proactive. We will recommend KB Homes and KB Home Loans to everyone!

Promises were made by the builder and superintendents that were never followed through on. The warranty service after taking possession of the home is terrible and non-responsive. It is heart breaking that our first home has been such a disaster.

At the Stagecoach Crossing community in the Austin, Texas area, the entire staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make the home buying experiences as smooth as possible. From the very first interaction with the sales consultant, John **, he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had promptly. During the build process, John and the construction manager, Bricio, did an excellent job giving me weekly updates and addressing any concerns I had.

From the initial walk through with Kyle picking out our home and lot until the finish walk through right before closing of our finished home with Erik; I must say every step was an amazing process. They were all there to answer any questions and to always give an update on our home. Even with Covid everyone remained safe and followed protocol for the safety of everyone. I would gladly recommend KB Homes.

From Kapila at the sales team, to Chuck building, and Doug running numbers to get us exactly what was within our means. We are truly blessed to have worked with KB. Our family is growing and we were coming from Virginia and we're not able to see the home every week as we'd liked. The KB Dream Team really looked out for us and made us feel like a part of the community. Everyone I mentioned above provided us with weekly updates that honestly were more frequent than just once a week. Their attention to detail and understanding and care when we would ask a question to them made us feel like we really fit in here. Moving from another state was not easy and if we did not have the staff we worked with at KB none of this would have been possible! I thank God for these wonderful people!

KB was our first buying experience and we are very pleased. From the moment we started the process we were met with a friendly face and extensive information. KB Home has proven that obstacles can be overcome, like every experience it's inevitable that challenges are bound to happen, but don't be alarmed, they handle it with professionalism and give you reassurance every step of the way. One will especially enjoy the whole home Buying experience through their daily updates on the home progress from the sales team as well as construction, to be witnessing first hand on how a home is being built from ground up eg as watching slab turn into a home was magical. KB Home have good eyes to choose the best location with their projects. Also happy with their materials. Therefore, we have chosen this Moraga unit after we purchased SF unit six years ago. However, this Moraga purchase did not bring up our expectations. So far is very disappointing, especially with construction crews.

The KB staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers this process can be very stressful, but the people we worked with at KB not only made the experience less intimidating but also enjoyable. We are in love with our new home and will be sure to recommend KB to all friends and family.

We were sent weekly progress photos and updates throughout the duration of our home build. It took approximately 9 months from start to finish and that was with manpower and supplies shortages due to covid. We highly recommend KB Homes and would work with them again. We love our new home!

From the beginning, Rosa **, took us step by step and made it easy for us to purchase this home. Rosa was always there and available whenever we needed questions answered. John the superintendent kept us posted and provided us with the updated information during the construction phases.

Waiting to see if KB Homes will make things right. We still don't have a functioning home after 8 months of waiting for it. Get a different builder who will do quality work and provide a beautiful, new home!

The sales staff and construction supervisor were magnificent. KB Home Loans sucks. KB Homes is not transparent. Be aware. What you see in the model is not what you get without paying significantly more. I'd suggest you ask for written documents comparing the model to a standard build. To even come close to the model, we had to pay $35K more at the Design Studio. The sales agent is not at fault. The docs are not provided to them to go through with the customer. This is not sour grapes on my part. I expected to have a big bill at the design studio. However, I was once inexperienced in the home buying business. Just beware! Get the differences between the model and what you are buying in writing.

Not your average development builder. They took the care to preserve mature trees around the development and the customizations you can make really do help to make the house more of your own. They are backed up by a great workforce who genuinely care about getting you the house you want.

I am overall satisfied with KB Home. They were very transparent about the home-building progress and did not play any games. Just be patient with them especially in today's market and they will treat you well. If you are starting from scratch, the studio process is a bit challenging learning about the options and price tiers. I would recommend providing extra time and reaching out to your local studio to learn about those. After that, the process is very smooth.

KB Home is like what you see on a TV dinner box versus what it actually looks like. You go into a model a home and it grabs you, but then when you get your home, it looks nothing like the model. The quality of the model is much better, because they obviously spent more time building it to make it look nice to grab people. Then when you build one, it's like an express build. If you're a super picky person like me, be very careful and know that everything you want repaired/fixed won't get repaired/fixed. On a more positive note, the people I've worked with were nice and respectful, for the most part.

It's pleasure working with the nice staffs, especially the mortgage team. However, as a first time buyer and home owner, we are kind of disappointed with the value and outcome as new construction. Will look into more KBH portfolios in the future while see more other builders before recommend to friends.

My new KB Home has fallen way below my expectations for a newly constructed home. I previously purchased new construction from 2 other new construction builders and my experience with KB was the worst by far in terms of the craftsmanship and process. I fully understand no process or product is perfect but the mistake on my KB home has far exceeded our expectation and caused a great deal of frustration even now after a month and half.

First of all in my experience it all starts with the sales person. Sales person is the one that makes it or breaks it. She explained the process from start to finish and overall great experience. Thanks Elizabeth.

We appreciate the knowledgeable staff who took care of us in the home buying process. The only comment why some scores are nine is because of the delayed closing date originally projected to be June 23 but it closed on the 30th instead.

Certain aspects of the process were outstanding (i.e., sales, loan and follow-up with construction on-site manager). Others such as not have the right electrical outlets in cable boxes is totally unacceptable as it causes provider to use work arounds or not complete a most important task as installing a home security system.

The home is beautiful, and well-constructed. There are many opportunities and selections, and are very pleased with how everything turned out. Our experiences with Kerlyn and the Orlando post-close warranty team have been phenomenal, and are literally the best customer service experiences I've had in my life. KB takes good care of you and stays engages with you throughout despite the long term complexities inherent in a project as large as a new home. Well done, and thank you for everything!

The overall experience after I purchased my home has been terrible. There were times I have cried because things were not in place. No new home will be perfect but the amount of things that were wrong with my home was ridiculous and embarrassing. I paid too much money at closing for this to not be corrected. I'm still having things corrected after being in my home almost two months.

The overall experience was relatively stress-free. We received great support and communication from the KB staff from the lender all the way to the people working on the home. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our new home purchase and wouldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

Until KB Home reforms its sales department I would advise home buyer to shop with another developer. I suspect that the sales department has be suffering from long term issues with the normalization of deviance. The sales department is infrequent with communication. Often I had to initiate communication to get updates on my home. I was almost never informed of developments or delays until well after the fact. I was pressured in to closing on a incomplete home. I've been living in the home for two months and my home is still not complete. All the while the builder is building and completing new townhomes in my development. My experience has been stressful, complex, and exhausting.

For a first time home buyer it was a very smooth process to go through with great communication from the sales team. With active construction on both sides of the house they have maintained a clean and safe area with no noise, bother or inconvenience whatsoever.

KB Home says they're going to deliver a certain product with specific promises -- and they absolutely follow through in every way. At each step of the process across various departments, there are helpful and honest people ready to help make sure the home-building experience goes as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. We were thrilled with the outcome.

We had a great experience with KB Home. We loved all of the communication we had with all of the different parts of the team throughout the experience. What's also wonderful is that they continue to be there for us after closing. Also after hearing others' experiences with other builders, we are even more happy that we originally chose KB. We always felt listened to and we felt that we could put our trust in KB. They worked efficiently, openly, and with high quality, and we were able to customize as we wanted. KB Home presented their product in such a manner that I had reasonable expectations of what I would get by building with KB Home. There was no ambiguity regarding what my expectations should be versus what they represented as to what they would provide. They met their obligations every step of the way at all phases of the process and for that, we are very grateful for the wonderful experience.

All the home buying process has being amazing except some issues with the construction manager not having stuff ready on time and improving customer service skills. Other than that, everyone has being very knowledgeable from the home design studio, to Frank from the sales, to Ms. ** who is committed to resolving all matters immediately. I can say workmanship may needs to improve, having issues resolve before the houses closes will be best. But thankfully all repairs have being resolve immediately.

We had a good overall experience with the KB team. Despite the delays, we were happy with the final product. The wait did seem awfully long, but we were appreciate the KB team's effort in getting us into our home. The sales team was friendly and responsive- we worked with Delena and she helped us on a weekly basis with updates; the design center was helpful in getting us the home we wanted within our budget- there were an infinite amount of options to choose from; the construction team explained why the delays were occurring. Guy helped us with our home orientation and discussed our home and its features; the warranty team was very helpful getting all the fixes done in a timely manner. Norman was very diligent in getting the home repairs done quickly and to our satisfaction;.

The lack of communication and constantly being rushed even though our home was delayed by 3 months was very frustrating working with KB Home. Our first time buying a home was more stressful than it should have been.

As buyers we were treated with respect and utmost care by the KB Home team. They truly looked after our best interest during the whole process. KB gave us the opportunity to own a beautiful home, at a great location with a tremendous value. KB Home team was resourceful and strived to meet our needs with a great attitude, professional manner, and in a timely fashion.

I never expected to purchase a home during a pandemic, let alone have one built. During the entire process I kept waiting for something to go wrong, it never happened. The amount of care, concern, and attention I was shown was amazing and beyond anything I expected. It was clear very early on that I made the right choice for myself and my family. I'm in love with my home and could never fully express my appreciation for how the KB team treated me and helped to make this happen.

We feel very grateful to have chosen KB Home. We were fortunately able sign on with KB right before housing cost skyrocketed and Covid had an impact on progress but, Deb ** kept us informed along the way. After our visit to the Design center we were eager for construction to begin. Samuel ** (Construction Superintendent) scheduled a meeting with us right before construction was to begin and clearly explained the process to us from beginning to end. Franco ** was assigned as our construction supervisor and kept us updated along the way and thru completion of our home. Deb ** & Franco ** have followed up a couple of weeks after we closed to ensure all is ok with our new home.

The overall experience with KB Home was terrible. We were lied to on numerous occasions and yet when we tried to contact someone to talk about it no one ever called us back. Our home was not 100% completed and two months about living in it it is still not 100% complete. KB home hires incompetent workers.

Overall good experience other than house being 4 months late, design team doing a bait and switch last minute and construction team not fixing anything on 15 and 30 days. It's been over a month still.

KB Home has a great vision for building a beautiful home suitable to today's consumer and new home buyer's needs. It offers them at a great price point and makes its best effort to keep its customer happy despite difficulties presented by the unique challenges of today. As long as they continue their current best practice of listening to their customers' feedback and keep up the great effort working with customers to address their concerns during the post-sales process, we will continue to recommend them to all our friends and family as a trusted builder.

The sales staff and superintendent were wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Working with the design studio was fun and exciting. Our home is beautiful and is what we were hoping for. KB Home was professional and offer wonderful homes. We're happy we went with a KB Home over other builders.

This was my first ever home building experience. I didn't know what to expect. But overall it was very smooth process. I was able to come and check the Construction process. We searched all over and we found this community and home builder to be topnotch, we liked the design of the home and loved the finished product, there are some minor issues that will be taken care of over time.

Home was presented half-** done. Items were repaired instead of being in new condition. Construction manager didn't send anyone to refill digging site at water leak. That leak has occurred three times now and currently leaking.

Buying a house with KB Home is a great advantage, you have a great accompaniment from the moment of the visit to the office and throughout the process, in the construction and especially with the documents.

From start to end, the experience was a brand new process. Everyone on each team made it a safe place to ask questions as a first time home buyer. We really appreciated this and felt everyone had our best interest as a priority.

When I first chose to have a home built through KB, I was a little nervous to work with a "big box" builder. Throughout the process, they definitely changed my perspective. The customer service was exceptional from the sales team to the construction team. I always felt I was part of the build process because the communication was so consistent and detailed. The response time for questions was very quick, usually within hours, not days. I would definitely recommend KB to others.

The home was not ready at time of closing but we had to close on the home anyway. KB did not fix the items we asked at the final walkthrough to the level one would expect. It was like they wanted to close on the property so they didn't have to work on it anymore and get their money.

We understand that the housing market is booming, demand has exploded, materials are delayed and more expensive, and labor is harder to come by. In our case, it looks like craftsmanship was rushed near the end of the build and quality was affected in some areas. Nevertheless, overall we had a great home buying experience with KB Home and would definitely recommend to friends and family. The house turned out beautiful.

KB Home is definitely a class act and quality builder. I will buy KB homes for this point forward and refer to your company to all of my friends and family. Again, it is the high customer service standards and quality of build that makes your company the best builder (in my opinion). It seems that you do not cut corners, ensures that that the trade folk are doing the best job (and not sloppy work), and your quality check system ensures a solid built home. Couldn't be happier.

This is my 2nd KB home and I absolutely love it! It is the best value for the money and the sales staff and construction staff provide phenomenal customer service. From the beginning of the home buying process to the end of construction we loved every step along the way. When KB advertises that they are number 1 in customer satisfaction, it is the truth. They are the real deal.

As a person in commercial construction, I was extremely happy with KB Home and the building process. I was very pleased with the variety of choices I had from wall colors and floor styles to the appliances and fixtures. The construction team was one of the best I have ever worked with. My home is an 1855 model which is an open floor plan on the first floor. I purchased extra ceiling lights for the first floor, and the construction team worked with me to get them installed in the locations I desired. It sounds simple, but installing a half dozen extra lights requires lots of planning and coordination. KB Home exceeded all of my expectations and I would definitely build with them again.

We are Very disappointed and frustrated! KB need to focus on elevating their brand by raising their standards, not their profits! HIRE QUALITY CONTRACTORS and hold them to a standard of excellence. Improve internal communication with all parties interfacing with homebuyers. If we had to do it again, we would not choose KB Home to build our house.

I think it is very good that your team sends inspectors & customer service representatives to check in with us early after moving in. There are so many questions to ask, so many services to start and the chaos of unpacking is exhausting. They convey understanding & make sure we know that they will follow up and help us with any information we need to help us transition. The support is welcomed and appreciated.

KB Homes is an amazing company with employees that truly care about your experience. Even though the pandemic year has caused a lot of issues with the supply chain, it was the people at KBHomes that were there to help you navigate these crazy times. The sales staff, the construction Superintendent and the warranty staff were all excellent communicators and quick to respond to every issue. We looked at several other home builders but always went back to KB Homes. They had the best layouts and the best people. You never felt like you were paying strange fees and they always seemed completely honest and upfront about their products. We looked at 8 different KB Homes sites and felt the same at every location.

KB Homes has a very warm culture of quality and experienced individuals. I am a first time home buyer and they made me feel comfortable, were very patient, and provided referrals where applicable. I was in good hands. Even after moving into my brand new home, the relationships with the team continue to check in on me and make certain everything is doing well. They have a high standard of follow-ups with a 10-day and 30-day warranty walkthrough helping you make your first couple claims if there is anything.

Everyone at KB from Sales to lending was great. The entire staff wants you to be 100% satisfied at all times and it is great. Everyone that I have dealt with was always attentive and caring, they made us feel welcomed and important.

I addressed a pressing issue since we moved in our home in 2018. Kb patched up the issue on 5 different occasions. Last time was 8 months ago. The issue is huge now and kb says it's my fault and my warranty is up.

We are not even in our house and the whole experience has been a disaster so far. Put a deposit down in early February for a new house and told it would be ready in August. We were told we had to list our house within 30 days to abide by the contract. We did and sold our house. We negotiated a rent back to stay in our current house till new house would be ready. Approaching August and they have barely even started our new house. Constantly, fobbing us off with one excuse after another. No estimate of completion date and we will be homeless in 3 weeks. Very stressful situation to be in. We did everything they asked of us to the letter and they have done nothing but fob us of with lies and excuses. Very disappointing.

KB homes are beautiful and the assortment of options meets all family sizes. Our KB Home experience from sales office to construction and the follow up with customer service was top priority. We were always informed and involved in the process. The team was always communicating with each other and on the same page.

We purchased our first home with KB Homes and the experience was wonderful! From Sales (Sandro) to Financing (Jason) to Design (Danelle) to Construction (David), the team was helpful and responsive every step of the way.

Dismissive and patronizing; disregarded everything I said, ignored all the information I provided that supported my claims and tried to make me feel like I was being unreasonable. KB Home flat out disregarded standards set by an ANSI-accredited organization, the ICC and multiple manufacturer's recommendations/specifications; the result is egregiously substandard workmanship and a brand-new home that incites anger and frustration instead of happiness and comfort.

Trouble from the start. KB messed up the permits causing a chain reaction of events and extreme delays. Never felt like I was taken seriously due to my age. Constantly given the run around and different answers. There's obviously poor communication within the company.

Overall, purchasing a home with KB has been a good experience. The team members take pride in what they do and take a special interest in making sure we are happy with our home. I think that you all did an amazing job with what you had to work with. It is unfair to judge how well the staff performed with the circumstances they faced. The team did an amazing job keeping up with the COVID standards of operation and maintaining their core responsibilities. The team was knowledgeable and eager to help with all my questions and concerns. The sales and construction team worked together to help with all of my requests in a timely manner.

Watching the house from dirt lot to final product was amazing. Doing general a walkthrough during halfway and completion helped ease any worries we had. One of our best investments was in a place we now call home!

Jim ** was our first Sales Consultant and he was awesome. Shortly after a couple of months, Jim was reassigned and we were assigned with another Sales Consultant, Marcy **. She was not a skilled, informative or as professional as Jim. It felt there was a lack of training. We received false, incorrect information and the contract had been inappropriately cancelled twice by mistake. This is a terrible experience when you are planning your first home purchase. Marcy couldn't tell us with facts why it was cancelled. Ultimately, we didn't get a straight answer on many phases and repeatedly told us, "She was sorry, but just doing her job". We found this response unacceptable. Her job is to get it right.

KB home provided us affordable dream home in great neighborhood. From the moment we signed our initial contract, design studio, building process and weekly updates everything was a great experience. We (me and my wife) would like to recognize that our sales staff's kept us up to date with all progress with weekly updates/photos. He is a great sales staff to have by your side when you are building your dream house. There were some confusion and errors on loan & closing but Elizabeth ** (loan officer) stayed on top of those issues and helped us in resolving all those issues. We would also like to thank her for her great service. Last but not the least, we also want to recognize our construction manager, Gill. He also did a great job in providing weekly updates and taking care of all our requests.

Honesty and concise, clear communication is what we asked for throughout and never felt we received. We were told on multiple occasions by multiple people that our concerns were being heard, or that "KB Homes would make it right", but no follow up (we are still waiting for things to be made right). Aside from our wonderful sales counselor, the entire process was a nightmare, and I would not recommend any family go through this. In the end, we did receive a good product (although we are still waiting for several things to be fixed at the home), but I would not put my family through this again, and if I could go back, I would have found an already built home to move into.

Great staff and customer service. During all phases there was always someone to talk to and ask questions, from sales to the loan officer, to contractor and customer service, your questions get answered and all concerns attended. They have the best prices compared to other companies and projects. The house looks beautiful and is well constructed.

The KB Home team made this experience enjoyable and as stress free as possible. While visiting the Orlando area in July 2019, from Hawaii, we looked at KB Home and several other builders in the entire metropolitan area. KB Home and Maronda Homes were our top picks. In October, 2020 we returned to Florida and selected KB Home as our builder. After a walk through of the model coupled with a quite informative and professional presentation, we was sold on a home in Sawgrass Bay.

The Mortgage Team is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The Construction Superintendent (Randy **, in my case) was one of the most impressive members of the entire KB Home staff. He walked me through every detail of my home, taking personal accountability for even the most minute details that he did not feel were up to the KB Home standard. His transparency and integrity are unmatched.

We have enjoyed our home building experience, we felt as though people were responsive when we had questions, the team was knowledgeable and helpful. We feel the quality in our home, and this neighborhood provides is immeasurable.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I received weekly updates, and with using KB lending and their homeowner's insurance it made things easy. Everyone was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. My home is beautiful!

I decided to buy a home from KB Home since price versus location and environment are good. Design studio experience were very good. He guided me every option in detail, explained the advantage and disadvantage kindly. So, I could choose the options that I needed while doing design selection meeting. They sent information every week by asking what we needed. They answered in detail and supported us regarding mortgage interest rate and helped us to adjust it very kindly and informatively. Homes have water run off issues. Every home should have their water contained and not have neighbor's water flowing through yours. Bad engineering and design. Streets also have issues with nuisance water flowing through asphalt instead of flowing through the curb and gutter as that's the intent of installing curb and gutters.

KB is a fantastic home builder with knowledgeable staff that have lengthy experience. We loved that the sales team were not in-experienced in their home knowledge or construction process. We felt that they provided information on home efficiency that we did not have.

They only provide few options at the studio and the options you select don't fit properly. The bathtub is so small. Make sure you go while the construction is going on. Make sure you have selected things correctly at the studio.

We just closed almost a month ago. There were a couple of minor issues that have been fixed. Overall we enjoyed the actual building progress experience with the weekly updates. That was fun. The construction managers were friendly and easy to deal with. Sales was nice and professional. The worst part was the loan process with their preferred lender - nothing but constant headaches! Be prepared to pay WAY more for closing than what they tell you. Uncertainty up to the very end! But in the end it was worth it and overall we love our new beautiful home.

Friendly staff. Super easy loan process. Not impressed with the quality of the home built. Completed home must be inspected and contractors have to be closely monitored/supervised. Be ready for multiple repairs to be needed after the move-in date. Staff replies quickly to text messages and phone calls, repairs are not completed in a timely manner.

KB homes are beautiful homes and we'll constructed. Had issues with one of the sales rep who was being very belligerent and vulgar to me when asking questions but KB Home was able to take my complaint and concern real seriously and transfer me to a new rep. The design studio has a lot of unique features and designs but I feel they have the process backwards when getting approved. As soon as you are pre-qualified they send you to the design studio and if you do not get approved the item selected are already being selected and therefore they can't make any changes.

My experience has been a 5 star one. Unless you are independently wealthy, and can build a home to custom specs I think this is everything you can hope for. I was able to find a floorplan that I like, personalize the most important details (even with my own limited budget), and I had a team that made me feel confident and comfortable with such a huge investment. From Sales to Superintendent I was able to have my questions answered whenever I thought of them. They went above and beyond to make sure I was updated and understood the process.

KB has been great to work with. They really care that you are in the loop and value your opinion. They are quick to respond and fix any issues you are having. Comparing our experience to friends who went with a different builder, I would definitely recommend KB.

Overall Terrible experience. We Purchased the largest Square footage Model Home from KB.... The Tile floor was destroyed.... They attempted to clean said floor and did remove its stains however floor had no more luster or shine. We were forced to pay to replace floors ourselves at our own costs. 8 thousand dollars in costs... I dont know many people who buy a new house that start off repairing their floor before they make their 1st mortgage payment but we had to. Sad sad customer service from KB. We are both retired US Veterans. I am 100% Disabled and my father served 20yrs in the marine corps... Shame on KB.

Steven ** really sold us on the property and delivered everything that was promised. He walked us through every phase of the construction with photos and narrative. It was wonderful experience and everything was done in a timely manner. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. I feel that KB Home delivers incredible value for the money. I am particularly impressed with the design/use of space and energy efficiency. Jacob ** the construction supervisor satisfied every minor issue. I feel that he went beyond the realm of what would normally be expected. His presentation of our home and all its characteristics during the walk through was very thorough and easy to process. He was very patient as we took notes and he made great suggestions on ways to preserve the home's value. We can't thank Jake enough for all of his back and forth effort.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, the loan staff, the building staff and warranty staff were all and still is easy to get in touch with and communication is always great. No questions go unanswered and all concerns are corrected. I have had no issues and this whole process went smooth almost like it has been too good to be true!

KB is a great builder to start our first home. The process was easy and we were able to customize every aspect of our build to what we wanted. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Any issues were immediately rectified and addressed.

KB Home were great to work with all around. Louis helped me to get the financing where we needed to be to feel comfortable and Michelle kept us up to date on the home building progress step by step. Once we moved in, KB kept checking on us to make sure everything was the way they had promised and if it wasn't, they made sure it was exactly as promised, couldn't have asked for better service during this process.

The staff at KB Home are very responsive and were quick to address all of our needs. They kept us apprised throughout the build process of the status of our home (with weekly updates) and promptly addressed questions and concerns. The options available for our home were great and construction seems to be very good. The only improvement could be in the quality of final touches like painting and drywall.

Overall, even though this an extremely bumpy road to get to closing. I know we're all humans and make mistakes even if we have processes and standards that we follow. The "11th hour" showed her ugly face but we were still able to close thanks to a handful of dedicated individuals.

Overall we are satisfied with our home. We wished that the experience from beginning to end would have been smoother. This is our second KB home and we had high expectations this time around that were not met.

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Paxton ** was amazing! His communication throughout the process was flawless. Every single question or concern I had was answered same-day. KBHS was also great! Brad ** was exceptional, and kept me informed and educated from start to finish. Ryan, with the construction team was also perfect. He addressed any and every concern and has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. Finally, I can't say enough about the quality of my home. We had no intention of building our dream home, but that's exactly what KB delivered; my dream home. It is quite literally perfect. I'm looking forward to many years in this most perfect space.

I was skeptical about going with KB but what got me was that I got to pick every single feature out at the studio. Other builders you walk into the home and it's built "as is". Going into the studio can be overwhelming because of ALL the options that are shown to you. I had to have 3 (2hr) appointments to complete my process. Each feature in my home was hand picked. From paint, doorknobs, outside trim, garage door, light fixtures, ceiling height, granite options, size of windows, tile choices to even grout color. Can other builders give that to the home buyer?

LeMonte, Cody, Ena, JoAnn, and Mike all played instrumental roles with us deciding to purchase and build our first home. The KB Team helped us build while we were still stationed in CA. We were very nervous throughout the whole process, once we made it back to Tx we were able to see our home on a daily basis until completion. We are very pleased and happy with our home and will recommend KB Home to family and friends.

KB Homes is definitely the way to go nowadays when buying a home! Not just when you are building a home, but purchasing a home in general! You won't get a better bang for your buck while being able to get a home literally built out to your taste and standards then you will when going with KB Homes, truly. We researched all builders in our surrounding area after looking at all the homes on the market at that time and couldn't be any happier with our choice. The Customer Service and their overall commitment to guaranteeing your happiness with the final product even after your house is completed is truly a blessing. They will work with you to make sure that even if there is bumps along the way, that those bumps get corrected! That, in and of itself, is something to applaud; not to mention the beautiful house my family and I now get to call ours! Thank you KB!

The house was not finished to the standards we were promised at our closing date, and it took a lot of calling people and pushing to get the majority of the unfinished items finished & repaired even after waiting almost a year for the house to be done. While some of the staff was exceptional and seemed to really care about getting our house done, others were not very concerned and only seemed to care about getting our signatures so that they could line their own pockets. This was our very first home purchase & while we knew it would be stressful, we were not expecting to deal with a lot of the issues we had to deal with.

KB was a great company to work with throughout the home buying process however like any other organization, it is not without its downfalls. Aside from all the reviews and stories I read about, I felt KB handled all of my escalations appropriately. They worked with me each step of the way although sometimes I had to reach out to get a better understand of what is going on. I will definitely build another house with KB in the future. Just be ready for a roller coaster of a time! Aside from the stress, the end product is awesome, especially if you are there weekly assessing the progress and asking as many questions are you want. The superintendent and sales folks are always there to help and put you at ease.

Top notch service! The Freeman Farm team made us feel as though we were part of the community while our house was being built. Their weekly progress communications kept us excited because we they would send photos and provide detailed information of what activities happened on the house from the time of breaking ground until we closed.

As a first time home buyer, I asked a lot of questions and received lots of good answers. The team made things easy for us to move forward on the purchase, and was pretty painless throughout the process. As I mentioned, I wish we had had more time to make decisions in the studio. I understand the limitations due to Covid but sure would have been nice. I tried to use the online tools, but they were not effective for us in making decisions. We wanted to look at and actually see the things we wanted to put into the home. Wish there had been some additional selections available to us in terms of appliances, what was available just didn't satisfy our wants for the home. Thanks to the team for making this a positive overall experience.
