We were impressed with the floor plans offered in this new housing community. We found the purchasing process to be very straightforward without much back and forth in terms of pricing and upgrades. We are excited to be moving into this community.

My home buying experience was better than I expected. From the day I walked in the business office to the day of closing every staff member (Nancy, Chris, and Cody) were professional, friendly, informative, consistent, caring, and responsive. I was provided one closing date and it did not deviate from that date. After closing, whenever I contacted Chris or Cody with a concern they ALWAYS responded promptly.

KB Home is a great community and my family and I look forward to enjoying our home for many years. The home is very well built and we feel secure and comfortable in our new home Once our Clubhouse opens we will be excited to use the facilities. We are hoping to inform our friends and family to also invest in a KB Home and come join us.

KB Home's motto is "Built on Relationships", they do not live up to it. In the beginning, they are professional & pretend to have your best interest in mind. Once you go under contract & go through the process it's far from true. I went under contract with KB Homes, about a year before my home would be ready to move in. I got to pick the design features and everything. The house was expensive for its size & the interest rates were skyrocketing. I could no longer afford the the home & I also got a new job with far/long commute from the home. Even though, I was given the option to lock my rate, their lender suggested not to. I ended up terminating my contract, but the contract I signed said I could only get back my deposit back if the lot had changed.

My experience with KB Home varies from excellent to average. To start with, the homes at Williams Pointe are customizable according to your taste and we had a good experience at the design studio to choose the options we would like to have. The design studio representative was accommodating and patient in answering all our questions and helped us in selecting the upgrades. The sales people were responsive initially and I was able to call them or go to the office anytime to ask questions. I have a great experience with the construction manager, Steve. Always responsive and helped above and beyond with any issues we had. The closing could be handled better as there is little communication from sales. Again Steve helped me out here. Overall, a great experience.

Overall, Nice and professional sale person that makes the purchasing moving up, nice plant and construction, good customer service. No big issues, but some small problems are hard to avoid if looking for the 0 issue is hard.

It was really outstanding, sales agent Darla, construction manager Sean and loan officer Chad helped me a lot for the home buying process. Darla and Sean updated me every step once a week and they answered my call at any time as if they are in vacation, too. So I really appreciate them for their roles in the company. And it would be remarkable if they give continuity for it.

The KB experience was an easy process from start to finish. I realize that product shortfalls and deliveries were an issue nationwide. The sales staff were knowledgeable about their product. The delivery date was always a concern, but KB came through with flying colors. Issues with the order of progress on which homes were started and completed is unknown to me but there must be some rhyme or reason to the process. Overall, I would highly recommend KB to friends and family and even strangers.

It was an interesting time to purchase a home but I was recently divorced and needed a spacious house for me and my children and KB delivered! I love the space and the price compared to other builders at the time. The quality is decent and the house is beautiful. Since it was a quick sell I didnit have much input on the design but it still exceeded my expectations and the staff, Oscar in the sales studio and Josh from construction were terrific!

KB Home provided the best possible experience for us as 1st time buyers and we love the staff they have in place before and after purchase. KB even accepted our offer under the asking price and helped us with closing cost credits. Thanks for helping make our dream of owning become a reality for our family.

This process of getting into the home was stressful and unfair to the home buyer. We were not given accurate information and honesty regarding delays. We still have significant issues in the home that need to be resolved.

Overall great buying experience. Home layout is well thought out and home structure is solid. Energy efficient home is great and definitely saw a reduction in power cost compared to previous home. Appliances that come with home are very nice high end appliances. Our home we did have some minor issue with some of the finer workmanship details like caulking cracking, door creaking/binding, and uneven paint. We were also told we have to seal our tile grout because KB doesn't do it which was shocker.

The person who met me and heard my interest in this area showed me a home that filled most of my 'wish list'. The construction build, home design studio experience, the visits to the 'build' site all made me feel connected to this process of building my HOME, not just a house. Thank you sooo much!

This is the 3rd new home purchase I have made, all with different builders. With KB Homes, it's been the best of 3 good experiences & I would certainly purchase another home from them if ever I need one.

Overall we had an excellent experience with our home purchase from KB. We felt very informed along the way, were pleased with the selections we made at the design meetings, and met some wonderful KB staff members who helped us along the way.

The process was a long one. It's my first time buying a home and a new build at that. Saul was very helpful and informative and got back to me with my many questions even on his off time and continued to follow up even after he left the company. Mark was also great to interact with. He really knows his stuff and was fair and honest about the processs. You can really tell he works hard and goes the extra mile to get things done.

KB Home provided great customer service. Beth, the sales associate was always on top of everything during the process. She communicated with us weekly with updates and always answered our questions to the best of her ability. Our superintendent Charles was very transparent and honest throughout the process and that was very appreciated. Annie, the loan officer was extremely detailed when walking us through the whole loan process and she helped us whenever we needed as well.

See when there is demand customer service is less important in my opinion. Not only KB experience but some other builders in Vegas. There are times when we visited project sites staff sometimes would not even acknowledge our presence understandably because there are people lining up for inquiries. But now that the demand has becoming lesser and lesser surprisingly we would received calls, emails from the very same staff asking us if we're still interested in their community. "It is what it is", we said to ourselves. That's how it is. We are flexible people who understands the situation. This is just one of our fondest experience in Vegas home scouting.

Took over a year to build. In the end there was a lot of rushing. Workmanship was sloppy in many areas, specifically the HVAC system (carbon monoxide leaks because no one hooked the vent up in the attic).

Great experience with KB Home - my KB Home Team (Steve ** (Sales Consultant), Kalene ** (Design Studio), Brian ** (Loan Officer), and Jon ** (Superintendent - Home Build site) was extremely personable, very quick to respond to questions, and kept me apprise of everything (so, no surprises) along the way (weekly on progress of home build and monthly on the details of my home loan and details of home build).

Brian ** gave us the best customer service that we are looking for a KB lender agent support. He really touch base and communicate with us all the way until the loan was approved. He was transparent and very honest on all the transaction. We will recommend him in all of our friends.

Our overall experience has been nothing short of awesome! From the start of our initial signing, (home was in the framing stage), we've been very impressed and completely satisfied with how informed we were weekly and how smooth the process was. Every staff member we've encountered from sales, lender, superintendent, and customer service has been very professional, personable, quick to reply, and cared for our needs. Even after the close, we've received multiple follow-ups, they've been living up to their slogan "built on relationships".

From the time I viewed the model home, Steven ** had been very helpful in answering all my questions. He was very patient in guiding me through the process as I literally had very little idea of what I was doing as a first time home buyer. He worked smoothly with my realtor and mortgage company. Overall, he made everything hassle-free. Cesar ** was very accommodating with all my questions. He stayed on top of everything, was receptive to all my questions, comments and suggestions. The design consultants Kim and Miriam did great in assisting me design my new home within my budget. I love the way it turned out!

The home buying process with KB was excellent. The sales staff was very polite and kept us in the loop regarding the construction process. Our loan officer was very nice and always responded to me in a timely manner. Our superintendent was amazing and did a great walkthrough of the home with us and even followed up with us after we closed to see if everything was ok.

Despite the current market volatility with supply chain, manpower and rates KB Home constantly kept us informed with our home progress on a weekly basis so there were NO surprises. We were provided a realistic time frame when we put our offer in and thoroughly guided throughout the process. From their sales team, design team, construction superintendent and mortgage team were all very knowledgeable and made a very stressful process enjoyable. Their home prices and upgrade options are on par with the current market. I have had several homes built and I would recommend KB Home on their customer service alone!

KB Home made the home buying process easy. We knew we had professional, trustworthy, and experienced help at every step of the way. The home designing process could have been more robust, but, the options available were all reasonably priced. KB Home kept me involved through the entire process.

KB Home did a wonderful job on my house. The house turned out amazing. The people I spoke to and met from KB Home were all really professional and easy to communicate with. I had a positive experience. I am really happy with the house.

We have been seriously disappointed in the quality of the home we purchased--its inferior workmanship and its overall unprofessional process. We had expected a home of moderate-to-excellent quality delivered in a timely and professional manner. Our expectations were not met, and in fact were shockingly beneath acceptable standards.

Given this horrendous disappointing experience with sales, construction and customer service, we do not plan to business with KB Home again nor recommend KB Home as a viable option. We take pride with companies that display respect, dignity, integrity, accountability and sincere customer service. We have had experiences with other builders such as The New Home Company and Tripoint Homes, which have all surpassed the level of customer service, integrity, and overall satisfaction we've recently experienced with KB Home. As a relatively young family, we look to continue to invest in homes but can't see ourselves doing business with KB Home given the treatment we were offered. The lack of professionalism, integrity and accountability speaks louder than words.

Ray (Contractor), Tami (Sales) and Rebecca (Design Center) made my experience very easy and stress-free. All three of them are outstanding and should be recognized for their superior knowledge and customer service.

KB Home worked with us to to deliver the home that we envisioned. Despite the challenges of homebuying during the pandemic, they provided professional service and support to help us move into the dream home.

Overall experience with KB Home was quite exciting and unforgettable. Everything from the Sales staff making us feel appreciative and visiting your home as its being built is definitely something you can check off on your bucket list.

In my experience, no one in the process was on the same page. I had to remember everything and relay to each person that I worked with along the way. Some promises were taken back. KB financing company took over 2 months to tell me that I was approved.

"This is acceptable as per our standards". I don't think there was any quality check performed on this home. If someone like me can find so many issues, I'm sure a pro can find 1000s.

Again, I appreciate the streamline process of buying a KB home from sale, walkthrough, close, and the customer care after we've moved in. This is my first time buying a brand new home and overall, a positive experience.

The overall experience was great. We valued and enjoyed being able to watch the house being built from the dirt lot and being able to choose many options. We wish we had more options available that are supposed to be available but your supply chain limitations prevented that.

This was our first home and the entire KB Home home buying experience was really really great. Being a first time home buyer, we had may questions, but KB Home helped us to understand every single aspect in detailed. Since we signed the contract to all the way to escrow closing, never had any issues at any point of time. The sales team was great. The construction of the actual building seems great with great insulation. I'm excited to see how the solar works. The kitchen cabinets are really the only thing we weren't that impressed with.

I like the house but I do not like paying this much for a house with this many delays and defects where I have to wait for basic things like an appliance. Responses are slow or missing or forgotten about with the customer service team. The people are very nice but are disorganized, which leads to owner frustration. All of the owners now discuss these issues, and are in agreement with the disorganized nature. I would love to discuss this with who manages this area.

I am beyond satisfied with the KB team and experience. We never thought we could be able to own a brand new home but KB made our dreams come true. We are so grateful for all the people who helped our dream come true. We tried buying a home last year and were unsuccessful. KB made the process of our first time homebuying pleasant and put our minds at ease.

Builders always have the power with new builds, everyone knows that, but I think it's important to judge the integrity of the people you are communicating with. It's best to go into this process with an open mind and flexibility in schedule, but also hold the company accountable to what they say. My experience with KB was a rollercoaster, but overall the house is beautiful and I've been lucky enough not to have any major issues so far. The real positive is having the warranty.

Keep a record of what needs to be done before closing. Make sure you walk the house many times between orientation and closing to make sure things are getting fixed how they are suppose to. Do as much as you can to be involved with the build.

We are disappointed with the home we received after waiting 13 months. We built a KB home in 2018 in which we were very satisfied with. This is why we decided to go with them again as we were downsizing. We moved in one month ago and are still waiting for things to be taken care of. We know that this is not just our home but is happening to several others in the neighborhood. Wish we could write a better review.

My house is well designed and I absolutely love it, my neighborhood and neighbors. For me it is perfect. My overall buying experience was terrific. My main issues are there was a Corporate End-Of-Year rush to hit their numbers and, as a result, I had to move in with many items not complected. Some finally were resolved but others haven't to this point. Many neighbors have had even worse experiences. Some make me wonder how the County issued occupancy permits. Something someone should look into?

Overall we're really happy with our home and if it wasn't for our sales assistant Jennifer we probably wouldn't have bought a home with KB home. She gave us that personal experience and care that was needed into making our first home buying purchase.

Working with KB Home was really a very easy buying experience. They don't feel like a seller selling you a house but rather a partner building you a custom home. Rolanda, Lee, Tito and Donald are a wonderful team to work with. Each one handled his part in a superb manner making the experience a very easy and happy one. I believe the best part of this buying process is not only the brand new home that you get but more so the above and beyond customer service that you receive.

Mortgage is the best on the market even the stress amount that comes with buying new home, but I'm so thrilled with my interest rate. Jason was honest and helped me out a lot.. The warranty staff (Barry and his team) great service and they would do everything to help you. On the other hand, if KB monitored the home and check on the houses after every process during construction, they would not deal with a lot of issues. I can't believe lights in the ceiling are not measured rights.. They aren't aligned, showers install were not properly finished but the warranty staff helped to resolve that.

Robert, CJ, Bill, and Hope have been amazing throughout this process. There are still a couple of items that need to be corrected but they have assured us they will be taken care of. They made the buying process super easy with all the questions we had for them. Had a great experience! Thank you guys.

I have mostly enjoyed the experience although due to some difficulties getting our loan approved as originally submitted during to KB Loans unfamiliarity with information that we believed to be clear at the start, our mortgage had to reapplied for through Loan Depot and ended up costing us $500/month above the original interest payment.

KB Home was a pleasure to work with, from the very first time we walked into the sales office we were treated with kindness, Kelly showed us multiple homes and never pressured us once, we felt very comfortable! We enjoyed the process all the way through and have zero complaints, great job to the entire KB Home team, we love our new home!!!

A reputable brand in KB is what kept us confident that we were making the correct decision as the process to get to the finish line was tough at times. One POC for a homebuyer would be very helpful. On-site construction team should get more leeway to provide information as they were boots on the ground and knew what was next.

I've had great customer service with KB Home, but I had numerous issues with my house. It sucks that customer service had to do so much work for me to resolve these issues, but nevertheless they did their job well. There are a lot of quality issues that are "within spec" that annoy me a lot like uneven window sills and unaligned cabinets (off by 1 mm or less, which to me is an eyesore). I wish I was able to upgrade my solar option, but at least I was able to get a Tesla Powerwall. Not a regretful purchase, but next time I buy a new construction, I will pay much closer attention to the model home because the model home here had the same deficiencies and I overlooked them!

A frustrating protracted experience where their first goal is selling the house and second is customer service. Problems with trades especially cabinets which are still wrong. The end goal of a high quality beautiful home will be achieved but with much greater difficulty than it should have been.

Had a great and easy experience buying a house with KB Home. All the staff were friendly and helpful in the whole process. Even after move in they made sure our new house is up to expectation and satisfactory. They also came to check up multiple times and fixed any issue very quickly if there were any.

Buying a new home is supposed to be a joyful time - especially when designing your own - but our journey with KB was absolutely wretched. Sales and construction only wanted to check their boxes and had no regard for doing things right the first time around. They cut corners and made no effort to turn over a quality product. They took no responsibility for things not painted, caulked, or installed properly.

Everything about this was extremely stressful, with poor customer service from start to finish. We were lied to, got locked into a bad rate, and not a single person really communicated or tried to help alleviate any of the stress. We have been in our house for 2 months, and are still missing some basic parts they just have not gotten in. Still haven't even gotten our final touch up we were promised because the home isn't even done yet.

The overall experience was amazing from front to back relating to the areas KB Home had the power to control. Due to the storm Ian and third-party events (contractors, theft) there were some things that caused some road bumps, but KB Home made sure to make things right! We worked with Debbie ** and Erick ** for the majority of time we were building the house (new construction) and we are happy to have made the transition from New Hampshire to Florida to become a part of one of their communities!

Best home buying experience I've ever had (4th total). KB Homes staff was professional, caring, fun and proactive. I am so thankful and happy for the transparency and care they demonstrated for my situation, and the support they provided. I will definitely, if ever needed, would buy from KB again!

From day one Debbie, Justo and Maydolli worked closely with us and ensured great results. The process was a bit long but that group made things a lot easier. Jessica ** did a magnificent job with our virtual home design. She is very knowledgeable and was brilliant with her design ideas, she helped us so much. Eric in construction is brilliant and magnificent with his knowledge of the house. He showed us all the latest features of appliances and as well with the house interior and exterior. Kriegsman, and Glauciene in warranty are fantastic. We communicate mostly with email and they reply back within minutes. It's extremely nice to be working with a incredible team, Thank You and have a great day.

We thank KB Home and its great work team for having made this whole experience so fun and pleasant, my husband and I were satisfied and happy with how they involved us in the entire construction process of our house, the communication was always excellent and the result, a beautiful house. KB Home is the only builder that allowed us the autonomy to design our home, and provided the excellent resources of a design consultant and a studio with extensive options at every price point. The construction team was incredible -- honest, hardworking and dedicated to making sure they built us a quality home. After settlement, KB Home remained available to us, following up on our home and responsive to any questions or concerns that arose. We remain very happy and satisfied with our decision to trust KB Home with building our home.

Outstanding service from KB Home Staff, very easy process with them because they provide help and knowledge to each home buyer personalizing their new home at a price that fits their budget, while also explaining the features and benefits of their choices.

We were told the closing a month early, and we were pretty happy about it. But then we had almost no communication on the closing date because there was no 100% guarantee the house would be completed (as in moving ready, passing all inspections); it caused a lot of stress since we scheduled the movers and PTOs from work. The closing date was confirmed 2 days before closing. Was told by KB that closing can't get pushed back somehow. Supposed to close on a Thursday, but somehow there is no possible way to close next week, which conveniently is the following week is the new month.

KB Home was a disaster when they needed to stand up. The sales rep disappeared, the closing agent and title company did not communicate in advance the closing date. The person designated to sign for me with a POA was disrespected and treated poorly by the staff of First American Title. The paperwork was signed with wrong dates, and they had to be signed again. In summary a total disaster. I really expect some disciplinary actions can be taken against the following KB Home people: Leslie ** and from First American Title: Ally **, Angelica, and Allice the manager of the First American Title. They do not deserve to work there, they are disrespectful, discriminatory and unprofessional.

When we first saw KB Homes Maurice was the first person that we had interacted with. He took us to our house and we had no idea we were going to buy that house. He ended up helping us through the process of getting our loan started and also was a good helping hand along the way. Our lender was not the greatest Jose **. He was always asking us for documents that we had already given him once or twice. And he was losing them. However Wilfredo came into the picture and he helped the scenario. He was very intuitive and always checking up on us.

My overall experience with job was an awesome process and every Step in this process was fun and memorable and everyone in this process was kind and friendly. Special thank you to Cliff and Michelle!!!

I would recommend KB to my friends and family but would lay out all the issues we had first. I also don't like that some things aren't standard like at other builders such as Ryan Homes (like granite countertops and a garage door opener)

At KB Home's request, we agreed to early close without having the home fully ready. We were told this was due to interest on KB Home's side and that we could rest assured that the pending items would be taken care of expeditiously. Two months later, with mortgage obligations and the house is still waiting on items to be completed. Must improve in their home delivery process and in establishing trust with clients.

Be sure to scrutinize an active or recent worksite to see what you will be getting in terms of quality. The quality of the model is in another league compared with the quality of installation in our home, and it didn't seem to matter that we purchased almost every upgrade available at the design studio. Be sure to hire a third party inspector as well.

KB chooses building partner that have poor build quality and much of the materials are damaged. KB took 11 months to complete the build and after living at the home for more than 1 month, we still have countless issues that need correction and we have had no updates on these fixes.

KB did an amazing job! The staff is so nice and friendly and helpful. You can tell how straight and solid everything is built. Options are great and the architecture is beautiful in the layouts. Really love our home!

Overall, the experience as a whole was not easy, it was extremely stressful, I had my financial stability put at risk, I was threatened with losing my deposit, and even at one point when I inquired about a change of our closing date with my Real Estate agent of the line I was told "We have two years to build your house". The Finance portion of the transaction was by far the worst experience I have ever had all the way up until we finally found someone with a solution based approach who was ethical and perseverant. Internal communication between departments was not in-line and there were times were it was not even accurate. This caused severe problems.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences in my life. I know homebuying can be stressful, but this was ridiculous. Even after my realtor expressed concerns on my behalf, I felt like we were ignored, even more so now that I have closed.

KB Homes is the way to go. They were professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. KB homes walked us through every step of the process even leading up to final closing with no surprises. We had weekly updates with quick responses to any questions. When we first started our journey to find our forever home, the whole bidding process became so overwhelming and stressful. We were about to give up until our real estate agent Renata ** led us to look at some KB model homes. Our search ended there. We live in Birchwood Grove, a new KB community and have a everything we wanted and more, plus a huge yard. My husband and I could not be more happy. Another advantage is they are veteran friendly so we were able to use our VA loan. It is the best decision we could have made.

NHO items that needs to be done has not completed. Even if we wait for 2 to 3 weeks they are doing the same amount of work which they are doing it in 5 days. It doesn't matter how long we wait, it's the same pending work. We have to call 'N' no of times and have to come to the site every day in the morning for follow up of pending items. Still they are a lot of pending items which are not taken care of till now (It's been close by 2 months). The worst management I have ever faced in my 20 yrs of Experience. The management/Construction staff is mainly focused on the no of houses to be closed and not the quality of work. It's not the opinion of just mine, show one homeowner in Belterra who is happy. Kudos for horrible work you guys were doing.

My experience with everyone who collaborated with me at KB Home was prompt, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. I had so many questions and was very nervous since this was my first home purchase, but everyone I worked made me feel so comfortable and in good hands all the way through. I can't say enough good things about their staff. Thank you all for making my first home feel so special.

KB should ensure that contractors are leaving worksites in clean conditions, and ensure that homes are 100% complete before closing and/or keep their commitments to rectify these issues in a timely manner.

It was an interesting experience for being a first time home buyer. It was nice to see the stages of the build. From partially being built, to the completion of the home. Everyone we interacted with throughout the process was nice and helpful.

KB has a reputation of good work. Don't move in before everything is completed. You'll be waiting for a very long time. Also make sure you are walking thru often looking for details. I didn't do this because I was deployed in a combat zone.

This is my first KB Home we brought from the sales and Construction updates and walk through of the properties we are satisfied. The timely completion of home and especially closing the home with pending items by trusting the KB home Directors on timely delivery of pending items is not something we were very dis-satisfied, as those items are still not complete even after 4 weeks of home closure and still no update on times when we are going to receive them.

I had a great experience with KB Homes and I am really enjoying my new home and location. Through the home buying process I was teamed up with great people. I would recommend KB homes. Very good experience for a first time home owner.

KB HOMES gave us quite a great experience with our first home buying experience. They have shared knowledge and experiences to us in terms of financial, construction and design. The community that KB has chosen to build is also very ideal for growth and quality living. Super grateful for the whole team in guiding us through the process.

After reaching out to see when the things that was not done are going to be done, the personnel of KB Homes took care of us and ensure us that whatever was left is going to be completed soon. Sure, enough they did everything in about a month and a half. We are glad that they ensure and help us to get everything done in our new house.

We were super excited at first! Then soon realize this was a long, tedious process with not very good. We were originally told that we would be in the house in April from the salesperson but then soon realized after we moved our family down here from Washington at our house is it gonna be done anytime soon. We signed contract in August 2021 and didn't move into our house until October 12, 2022. Don't get me wrong. I'm super happy to be in this house and I love everything that we picked out from the design center. It's wonderful. Just the whole process of non-communication was a huge downfall to me.

It could have been better for 1st time homeowner. Did not getting any information about the process of building and buying house. Since nothing was fix on the day of the 1st walkthrough I will like more upgrades from the home to be able stay long term.

Our family love our new KB Home! I think KB Home are affordable and the location where the new subdivision are, in good area. We wished there are more amenities besides the outdoor pool and kids play area. We wished KB Home would consider adding gym center, walk trials and other option for older people besides young children.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of care and follow-through that we experienced during our buying and moving phases. After many years of admiring KB Homes from the outside, looking in, we finally were in a position to obtain one for our family. The care provided after closing is unmatched!

Our overall experience was great, and we were happy to have KB as our home builder. There were a few issues but all of them were addressed and fixed quickly. I know our situation with the closing date being pushed back a couple times is not unique, as a lot of customers experienced the same. We have nothing to complain about, we were fortunate enough to receive a brand-new home.

We love our home but there is still repairs needed. We don't want to be forgotten and the more time passes the more concerned we are getting with the issues not being resolved. We feel the warranty will expire from our long wait time for these issues that we had since day 1.

My overall experience with KB was excellent. I believe the people who work with KB are the strongest selling points. They go over and beyond to ensure that you as the buyer are always kept apprised of what is happening with your home. The construction of the home is great and quality is of the utmost importance when building your home.

I told them that they made a nightmare out of what was to be a very happy and exciting enjoyable experience. They told me to show up for signing the contract and they took seven hours to get their act together. Did not give the incentives promised. Very much a nonfunctional group.

Overall very stressful experience. Things could go wrong, did go wrong or broken. House was dirty and not moved in ready. Garage pipes leaked, found out there were 4 holes in it. Garage was not textured and painted as ordered. Both bathrooms tiles needed to be taken out and replaced among other Numberial cosmetic issues too many to remember.

Throughout the whole building process we were updated on a weekly basis on the progress of our construction. Every time we had any questions, there was always someone available to help us out. The whole process was smooth, and we are pleased with the amount of help that we got through the process.

KB Home did an amazing job keeping our home clean during construction. There was even a cleared temporary pathway for our weekly visits. Every home had consistent cleared temporary pathways to their home during construction. We visited other builders known for being high end/luxury and the construction site was so deplorable we could barely walk the home. Congrats KB Home on getting it right!

I am an individual who tends to research, analyze, and over-analyze just about everything; so obviously purchasing a home for the first time would be an intense process. There were several other communities and builders that I considered before selecting KB Home, but I have not one regret. The staff has been informative, patient, and communicative with me throughout the entire process which helped to alleviate my fears and calm my nerves. Needless to say, I am grateful to be a part of the KB Home family/community.

Construction Supervisor and the overall construction quality is why this is as high as it is. Sales and the poor value for the price are why it is this low. A lot of sales pressure. My suggestion to improve Overall Satisfaction is that KB Home offer more value (washer, dryer, refrigerator, garage door opener, ceiling fans, shutters, handles on cabinets, local mailbox, doorbell camera, etc.).

Overall, experience was smooth and easy. David was helpful with daily updates and questions about my home, Theo was nice too, to answer any questions about the neighborhood. The loan process could've been a 10 but the whole thing about my interest not locking in and now went up double was very frustrating. Overall tho KB was pleasant to work with and I would do it again.

I think KB could use better contractors. They have resolved my problems very quickly but I feel I shouldn't be having so many issues moving into a brand new home. If things were done correctly the first time I would have no problems, but I do appreciate them fixing things quickly.

I am happy and satisfied with the professional services provided by KB Home and their staff, I also very pleased with construction staff and their supervisors Tom and Chad who went above and beyond to help my family move into our dream home. Thank you.

The overall Home Buying experience with KB Home was Excellent. KB Home provides simple and lean process without any hassle. In future we would love to see newer designs in KB homes & 3D graphics option in Design Studio that can help visualize home with chosen upgrades when completed with construction!!

With KB, you are guided through the process by knowledgeable, helpful people, who tend to stay with you, even after their part of the process is over. The stages of the buying process are clearly explained: no surprises, no gimmicks.

The home-buying experience with KB was awesome till we started going to the house and looking over the quality of work being put into it as it was being built. We had an awesome experience with sales. They were very thorough and explained everything to us well. We weren't happy about the restrictions on bringing in our own lender at first but KB lenders were able to do better than the outside lender we were thinking of using. The design studio was sooo much fun and we had a great time picking everything out. Now for the construction... We kept up with the building process and visited the house often.

The process with new builds has a reputation of being stressful. We felt the process with KB was easy truthful and non-stressful. We have friends that have used other builders and it�s been a nightmare.

We would not recommend buying a KB home. The construction of the home, often dependent on the quality of the contractors doing the actual work, and the oversight by the KB construction staff, was sub-standard. The response from the KB team to get problems resolved was too slow. We closed on our new home almost two months ago (about 2 - 4 months later than promised), and many critical repairs have not yet been performed. There does not seem to be any urgency on KB's part to resolve the problems. It has been and still is a very upsetting and frustrating experience.

Working with KB was great. The KB team set our expectations from the very start and always delivered on their commitments. The design center was instrumental in selecting the finishes and providing options in a no pressure setting.

KB Home offered a great layout and home for us. However the home was not delivered ready for us to live in it at closing and it has taken more than a month to address all of the items left incomplete or poorly done. This has not been a good home buying experience.

If you want to be included in a home-building process, KB is the place to go. We were never out of the loop. We knew everything that was going to happen and had happened. From sales to mortgage, to the builders, they are all amazing and make you feel part of the process!

Thank you KB for building such a beautiful home for my family and I. We were able to start our family holiday traditions this year in our new home thanks to you all! My family is comfortable and very thankful for everything and everyone!!

This is our second KB home. We came back because we knew we'd receive outstanding service, which we did. From sales to studio to lending to construction, everyone was world class.. We are very happy with our home. Not many builders allow buyers to go through the studio anymore, so that was a key differentiator.

Don�t let little details let you become a mediocre builder, not painting the base for the water heater is one of those, or not painting under the windows frame, shame on you. The worst part is rushing a customer to close on a not perfectly completed home just to meet your fiscal year closing. Shame on you.

KB Home and their great team were FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! They made the purchasing process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. This was the most seamless process I have ever experienced while purchasing a home. I have left the process extremally satisfied.

If I could go back, I would have gone with any of the other builders. We have friends with a Century home and they have a nice quiet AC, ours is incredibly loud, their home looks nice and not sloppy like ours as well. KB left our home so messy that we found a mouse in it while it was being constructed (after drywall). I was called a liar by the superintendent for not answering his phone call. We were honestly afraid to even reach out to him for updates after that because he was so rude towards us. He also just didn't have most of our things from the blue tape inspection fixed and informed us that they were not going to. We moved in weeks after we were supposed to close and at that point, we couldn't wait any longer to move, so we just had to accept it. Also, one of the workers wrote their name in the master closet, we marked this during the blue tape inspection and then had to complain about it again after they removed the tape but did nothing to fix it.

From contract signing to loan signing, we had a wonderful experience with KB Home. All staff were amazing and attentive. John in Sales, Bricio in Construction and Shelly in Loans answered all of our questions and offered excellent customer service.

The process was long and under the circumstances with the economy and supply chain issues is understandable. Just wish things would've been completed in a more timely manner and the end product was what was advertised.

Generally speaking we are satisfied with the house and the price. We feel comfortable at move-in. There are some small defects before closing date and at the time of move-in but I believe that KB will do the repairs. It is much better if KB home Inspectors check everything thoroughly before the closing date. The time of delivery is a bit late but we sympathize with it.

The overall experience was good. I know that there were delays in the closing caused by the supply chain and availability of crews. The sales staff was very good about keeping me informed and also about assisting in the interim between the closing on my old house and the CO date for my new house (i.e. I had to stay at a Marriott Suites for three weeks and my furniture had to be stored). Your sales staff was could not have been nicer!

I had a good experience with the sales and design team. Construction really made this a terrible experience for me. Construction manager did not seem to care about customer experience. The construction team made several mistakes in my home and he did not handle this on properly. The people who work on the home constantly left bottle/cans and leftover food in the walls and around the house during construction. My walls are already cracking and just after 3weeks of closing. I would not recommend a KBHome to my enemy. And once you close, don't expect the construction team to keep any promises they made to you before closing.

Overall I had a great experience buying this new construction home with KB Home. The people at KB were all top tier people and very knowledgeable about the process and demonstrated their expertise every step of the way. I truly am grateful for all the care that the team showed me. Likewise, the confidence that they conveyed provided me with a peace of mind that was invaluable. I felt I received the best value for my home, with the best people, for the best price. Thank you all again!

Understanding it was a different time when it comes to home building/purchasing. With pandemic after affects. But that should have affected more the home building time frame and not the workmanship of the home. Sales team, finance team and studio team were great in selling me the home. But construction could use a little assistance with the details in quality of home building. The fine tuning of the home.

From the beginning, the KB team was very unresponsive and we had to follow up multiple times to get things answered. We experience multiple shifts in our moving date that were never properly explained. Once given an accurate closing date, it was relayed at the last minute which resulted in missing personal and professional commitments and unplanned expenses. If I was to ever build a new home, I would not use KB again or recommend it to others.

The KB team overall has been amazing to work with. From start to finish we had a great experience working with knowledgeable and professional individuals from the construction side to the loan process.

Terrible overall experience with purchase. They made false promises that they did not honor, and mistakes were made but the company was more concerned about hoarding profits rather than making fair or ethical corrections. Loan officer did not follow up, provide any updates or give any requested information in a timely manner. I had to contact the loan officer and continue reaching out for basic information, I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

I bought a brand new KB Home in 2020. Within 4 months in, the pipes exploded in the wall in the kitchen. The home is under a short 2 year warranty. They came and fixed all issues which I had to take 7 days off to just watch them come in and work. 2 years later, another pipe burst in the kitchen wall but in a different place. Hired a plumber to come fix the issue and they said that KB Homes hired a company called Victory Plumbing to do the work. The plumber stated that the clamp for the pex pipe was done incorrectly. Another plumbing error. As of right now, I had to go through the insurance company as the 2 year warranty barely expired (of course). It has been over a month and I have no first floor. Shotty work, Shotty workmanship, worst experience I ever had as a first time household buyer. I have pictures of the horror show I am dealing with if needed!

Do not buy with KB Homes. After being denied for a loan with their mortgage company, I lost my deposit money. Even though that money is supposed to be part your house down payment if your loan falls thru, they will keep your money. This company is building houses on behalf of people's money. No one can anticipate life’s hardships, God forbids anything happens to you or your family before closing on the house, you can trust me KB homes will not be part of the solution. They will be part of your misery. STAY AWAY!!!! Don’t give them your money!!

My partner and I have been together for 13 years and recently just got married. As two young gay males, having recently moved from Hawaii, we couldn't help but be concerned with the quality of service we were going to be provided when given the chance to expand our future when taking that next step into purchasing our first home. From the moment of first interaction, the staff made us truly feel welcomed and went through the entire process without feeling any prejudice nor facade, but true aestheticism. In their professionalism, we could feel not only how much they cared for doing their job, but also the pride they felt in their product. Excellent experience with all the KBHS staff, in particular Danyel and Todd, very attentive to my demands, always with a correct response, 100% satisfied with the entire process that they have given me.

The location is great and convenient, the house is very well laid out and creates a living space for family and entertainment. Labor and material issues seem to be driving poor quality and slow delivery in many areas. Customer service does their best to help service problems but it takes longer than expected. Community was laid out in an odd manner in my opinion.

WRONG kitchen countertop was installed and they kept insisting that is the one we selected. We took photos and it doesn't even match what was given to us. I understand there are variations in granite; however, I am also aware that the color is totally wrong. I have seen the correct color in other KB homes but they would not fix the issue so I am giving them 2. Warranty and construction team are great, but sales and design center need much improvement.

Prior to getting my current home, I visited over 50 different home and I really liked the workmanship of KB. Be it the design, the quality of work or the engineering design, it is a very beautiful home that my family is very happy to live in this home.

We can not begin to express the frustration we have. We were asked to close before the house was done. As we did agree, we were promised that the items would be finished in the next few weeks. When pressed, there was no accountability or empathy for what happened, just excuses. We were offered no compensation for being delivered an incomplete home. For me, this is a complete lack of integrity. Unless this is resolved, or some type of compensation is offered, we will take further action. The responses of your current supervisor on site are unacceptable. We are now 2 months into the ownership and do not have a livable home. I would love to talk to someone live.

The design studio is fantastic. There are so many options and the people are friendly. KB will do what they can to accommodate you. The quality/price ratio of the house depends on when you signed the sales contract. The earlier you sign the cheaper your house will be. There are people who are buying the same house I have for $100,000 more because of the time of signing. I cannot see this house being worth $100,000 more than it is. The quality of the house is less than expected. They rushed through our house, didn't check behind themselves, and made a lot of mistakes. We're still having to deal with some issues. Having said that, they are doing everything they can to fix these issues and they do try their hardest to keep their promises. The KBHS Home Loans was not the way to go. The Loan Originators were great, but our processors were a constant pain.

Unfortunately, I have not moved in yet, but my interactions with your team has been seamless. This is the first brand new home I have ever purchased. The crew you have in place is supportive and gets things done. I love the house and anticipate all going well in the future.

It's never easy when buying home. I'm very thankful that we are 1st-time homeowners. Can't wait to do some personalized upgrades project as we transform this KB construction into our very own. Thank you Team KB!
