I feel that I was offered great customer service from the sales department on down to the mortgage department. I was offered a great home at a reasonable price especially with the increased prices of the homes and current pandemic. I feel that KB over exceeded my expectations of buying my first home.

No plumbing or electrical or any support or services even if your home in warranty. Sometimes plumbing issues leads to water leak inside Cabinet and wall but still KB Home don't care even if home in warranty period or not. Above are my experiences.

The KB staff was extremely knowledge, professional, honest and helpful with my overall experience. Starting with walking through the model homes, selecting my lot, constant but not overwhelming communication/updates. Their design center offered a multitude of selection to fit anyone's budget. I minimized my selections due to my budget constraints; however, you can't tell from the final built as everything came together very well. Their mortgage staff checked in giving a quick status update until the escrow process when we communicated more frequently. They worked with my dates and got me the BEST rate available. Construction staff was on it. I would recommend KB to any family or friends looking for a home.

Overall, I love the experience to work with KB home teams to make things converge. I made decision to buy this house very quickly and every step is pretty smooth because I just closed one house with KB home shortly before. I had nice experience with KB home team: sales, constructions, services and etc. I got weekly updates from Bryan on the projects, which helps me to understand the progress very well. The studio experts were also very helpful during our upgrade options selection. After the house was complete, we very friendly and nice support from Ken on the defects we found. Most of them are resolved very quickly.

KB did great by me and I'm forever grateful. Sure there were minor bumps here and there throughout the process but KB did their best and rectified whatever situations arose. Even after closing Erick and his team have kept me in mind and have come through to tend to my concerns. I would highly recommend KB to anyone that would need a new construction in their lives. And if they don't, I'd do my best to change their minds cause a new construction home made by KB was one of the smartest decisions I've have ever made. Thank you guys!

The home buying experience was exceptional. From the initial engagement, home studio visit, and home walk-through to the service after home delivery was exceptional and wonderful. I would highly recommend purchasing from KB home in the future for anyone that's looking for new homes.

In this market when you find your self looking for a home, and you decide to built I recommend KB. I researched other builders in my city and no one else stacked up. Best experience ever. I love my new home!

We are new to Texas and wanted to move close to our family. After weeks of searching for an existing home at the start of the market going crazy, we decided our best bet was to build. The neighborhood was so close to our family here in Texas, great schools, and still rural feel but close to everything, and we fell in love with the model home right away. It was a great experience to pick our lot when it was still just a field. We were lucky to be right down the street and watch the whole thing take shape. My husband and son went by every day to see it. Now that we are in our home, we love it so much, and couldn't be happier. We had the best project manager, Chad, who took so much pride in our home it was like he was building it for himself. Anything we needed, he was there to help. Very pleased with KB Home. My only negative would be to avoid going with their preferred lender KBHS Home Loans.

I felt like my experience with KB Home was like a track meet: Tanika in Sales started it-->Diane & the Design Studio came up with the second leg-->Dusty & the construction team help with that long stretch of building-->Mohammed & Katherine (my loan originator and processor, respectively) got me to and across the finish line.

I will ask and request KB to give the house clean and neat (Flooring, Cabinets, Carpets,etc..) before closing the house. I understand when building a new house there will be lot of cosmetic changes need to be done, I am ok with it since I am expecting those things can be done later with KB team. Sales team is amazing, finance is good and construction should be little better. Overall I am very satisfied with my new home expecting KB would treat their customers the same.

The Piney Creek Bend location of KB Home in Bastrop, TX is a Godsend! The quality of the house construction is truly superb! The neighborhood community is not very large but that is what makes it so nice and peaceful. With the wonderful greenbelt views and simple things such as children happily and safely playing, families strolling with their children and pets, the sounds of wild birds, and even the far away sound of the occasional train gives this community an authentic small town feel. I feel like I'm reliving my childhood in the neighborhoods I grew up in over 50 years ago!

Overall, I feel like we were provided with a quality built home in a great community. There have been many challenges that affected the timeline for completion but I was very happy with the professionalism of the construction team in keeping me up to date with vital information. We are pleased with the home we purchased.

We are so pleased with our KB HOME and the stellar staff that walked us through every step to home ownership. The Sales team was so nice and accommodating, letting us look at the model home multiple times. When we made the decision to purchase, we did have to wait for lots to open up however we received frequent check-in even if there was no update, just to let us know we were not forgotten. When there was a lot available, Lee was very kind and professional, walking us through every detail and answering every question. When we moved to being introduced to our Mortgage Loan team, they too were great communicators in the process, again providing us great information and answering our questions. The Design Center was a great experience.

Overall KB Homes did good on our homes despite finding the price being a little too high with regards to materials and workmanship. Despite all that we are still thankful, we hope you continue to build beautiful homes!

KB made the home buying experience simplistic and easy. I would suggest to anyone that is in the market for a home to consider a newly built home by KB Homes as the satisfaction of having a brand new home is amazing. The ROI is also a great factor as I have accumulated equity on day one of move in.

We loved the size of the play and how we were able to customize every inch of this home. It did turn out beautiful but we had to stay on top of the KB Homes Teams every single day. Even still, a lot of the finishes are rough and need a lot of work (you could tell they were rushed). We signed our contract on 4/8/2021, closed on 3/11/2022 and it is now 5/5/2022 and we just got our garage door opener last week and are still waiting for our cooktop and laundry room cabinets. You REALLY need to pay attention to your contract as well because upgrades that you paid for seem to get missed very easily. Pay for your own inspection prior to close and it will uncover a lot.

Overall, satisfied with the home. It was well built, except some minor contractor workmanship. But overall, it was well done to specification. One thing is that KB has no single incentive for its customers at the time I purchased my home and that is not good. Some other builders had some very attractive incentives, but you know, they may give you one thing and collect it in other ways. Outright incentive would be a good business for new customers. KB also kept to time to finish the project as scheduled.

This was a great experience for being my very first home purchase. You get to choose your lot, home and upgrades. In house lender choice & The KB Homes team gives constant updates from start to finish.

KB Home is a great home builder and I highly recommend their communities if you are looking to buy at all. The KB staff are all so friendly and helpful and continue to do so after out move-in to ensure to are and continue to be satisfied with our home. They have great floor plans, design options (included and upgraded options), and excellent communication.

When contracts are agreed upon they need to be honored. Work should be performed and reviewed and when it is done incorrectly it should be corrected before moving to the next step and blame should not be placed on individuals who are not builders. Very sad that a very expensive home was poorly built. It is nice but still not done a year later. And once you close on the home. No one updates you again.

I had an average experience. Options could be improved/increased. Improve construction quality. Provide an accurate move-in date so customers can plan accordingly. Buying a new home is like buying a new car. You buy a new car to not deal with any issues/repairs. If you have to do more than 20 repairs on a new construction home it does not feel like a new home.

The overall commitment to making my home buying experience was exceptional. Though the current environment made it very difficult to deliver customer service, KB staff worked with us throughout the process even if they had to deliver bad news. Thank you. I love my new home!!

Because of the amount of attention and knowledge of the staff from the time we enter the sales office in June 20 20 until we closed escrow in March 20 22, moving into a new house did not feel awkward or strange. Rather from day one it felt like home.

Decent experience but definitely room for improvement with the quality of the build and getting it right. Not satisfied with the KB Home HOA Board. They are unavailable and don't seem to care about the common area after people close on their homes.

The overall experience was excellent. Since I was an early teenager who was out of school one day and went to the bank with his mother and saw a KB Homes Take Me Home Magazine that showed KB Floor plans I had always wanted a KB Home. We lost our house in a fire on August 24th 2021. It had been our home for 20 years. We were now homeless. KB is the builder we went to, to get a new home built. John ** lead the way in getting us into our new home and overall the experience was so amazing.

KB Home has shown me that its practices are misleading and lack integrity. Sales are #1 priority and worry about the houses falling apart later. I believe KB provides a lengthy warranty because of how long they take to respond to concerns.

Everyone I worked with at KB Home was very friendly and professional. They did everything they could to make my buying experience a pleasant one. I love my new home, it's beautiful and they are on top of everything. Any issues I have come across have been taken care of very fast. I highly recommend KB Home. They are very thorough and accommodating to their customers.

Many homes today can look similar and be similarly priced. Thus, the key is quality, affordability, and customer service, of which KB Homes has all three. When I think back when we bought our first home, and compare that builder to KB, we did not get the service, nor the transparency that we got from KB. I will forever speak highly of the weekly text and email updates that were consistent from March 2021 to closing March 1, 2022.

My overall experience with KB Home was fantastic. The ability to be able to choose options to design my home was priceless and I enjoy all the features I was able to add on daily basis. The team was effective and met deadlines consistently. They all were very passionate about their role in the process and it showed in the results. I'm a very happy first time homeowner and KB has another happy customer under their belt. Thank you Frank, Kimberly, Chandler and Isabeau for all your help; you guys did an amazing job.

I loved going to the design studio and putting together my dream home from top to bottom, from floor plan options to finishes! I personalized the floor plan with options such as adding the fourth bedroom and third full bathroom in the front, surround sound pre-wiring at the family room, and a "super" bath at the primary bedroom's en suite bathroom. I completed my design with beautiful finishes such as the white cabinets and light oak flooring throughout, plus quartz countertops and a farmhouse sink and blue tile backsplash in the kitchen. I am also grateful for the peace of mind that comes with the KB Home warranty.

The team that you have here at the Skyline location in converse Tx. Are very professional but also made me feel very comfortable like they were family. Everyone that has assisted me within your company has put my needs first and also made everything that we wanted for the house they made it happen. I'm so happy I had the pleasure of buying my first home with these people. Thanks Guys!!

KB overall delivered a good home for us. Minor repairs here and there is acceptable. I would highly suggest having capable staff to handle to loan side dept. To be honest, they were all over the place with our loan. There was a time, few weeks have gone by, and we weren't notified that our original loan have been let go and the new loan officer didn't even bother informing us. I had to find out for ourselves. Very unorganized.

Based on our experience, you are sales agent's #1 priority up until you sign the purchase agreement; most stuff is canned scripts or robotic messages afterwards. Stay on top of the entire build process, make multiple visits, and let your superintendent know immediately of any issues or poor workmanship. Ours superintendent is outstanding and continues to help us. Design center is fun, but stick to your budget.

We receive exceptional service from the sales lady, construction site manager to the loan officer. We had everyone's phone number and were informed to call or text throughout the process. Our questions were answered within a couple of days.

While the home wasn't built on time and not everything was complete during move-in, the customer service has been good both in responsiveness and resolution. Most of the resolution has been from contractors and the time of resolution can vary depending on the contractors, we at least knew it was being taken care of.

Our experience with KB was nothing short of wonderful. The instant we signed our contract we felt a part of the community because the sales staff were so welcoming. I was consistently informed on the process and never doubted the quality of construction on our home. It was a very collaborative, exciting process that was surprisingly enjoyable - even as stressful as the home buying process is.

KB home was very disorganized through the entire process. Our concerns were often ignored. We were given less than 24 hours notice about signing for closing and when we would get our keys. Home was 4 months late and they they forgot the extra insulation we paid for, they tried to delay it further for that but it violated the contract. They did not fix everything they said they would. We even struggled to get the information regarding where to pay mortgage because they lost the loan information after we moved in. Many issues in the home. Construction continues to dump debris in our gated side yard (physically saw them do it). It's not a pleasant first home experience. It's been emotionally and mentally exhausting. I would not recommend KB home to family or friends.

I would HIGHLY recommend KBHS home builders not only to seasoned buyer, but more especially to that first time buyer as this team did a terrific jobs minimizing my stress and making this purchase as joyful as possible.

KB Homes was a unique process from the sales team to choosing your own options in their design center, to their knowledgeable construction teams. The process is laid out efficiently and as a first-time homeowner it gave me confidence in their work and their delivery. I would 100% buy another KB Home if I wanted.

Honestly, I would recommend KB Home to others. The experience was pretty good for me for a first time home-buyer (especially living out of town during the home buying process). From the perspective of a buyer that purchased a move-in ready townhome, giving me options to include upgrades would have been appreciated, as well as including me in correspondence of obvious items (eg. lights in rooms) that what wasn't included so that I would be prepared to purchase those items on my own instead of discovering what's missing when I got in. I like facts and details to make a well-informed decision. Maybe that's something KB would would want to improve on. However, it's still not enough to dock down the value for the home and good customer service that I experienced and all in all appreciated.

When compare to any neighborhood, KBHOME is reasonably priced and the quality too is very good. Options are reasonable priced. On the downside, construction has to be little faster, I know last 2 years is not well due to the Covid, but still needs improvement when compared to most of the other builders. The best thing is honest salespersons and nice construction teams and very importantly never increased the prices in between signed the contract.

Overall, I received highly professional and quality services from KB Home on a consistently basis. There wasn't a point when I felt lost or confused or couldn't get help, and was provided information throughout the whole process.

My overall experience with KB Home in the building process was very good. The people I mentioned previously were outstanding in their given departments. I had a real problem with the electrical contractor guy. He did not seem to know what he was doing...My kitchen light switch doesn't work and he damaged the stucco and installed the photo cell crooked near my garage door. But overall I am very happy with my KB Home experience. So glad I chose to have them build my home.

At the start of the home buying process with KB, everything was great largely due to the sales staff and the design studio staff. However, we were left pretty disappointed after doing the initial walk-through of the home and still have many issues that have not been fixed almost two months after moving in. We are still missing upgrades that we chose and just can't seem to understand why.

The planning and execution through every phase of the process was a breeze. I was kept informed throughout and received prompt responses to my questions. I felt that everyone - Sales, Design and Construction - was invested in delivering a great experience for me and they DELIVERED.

1. Worked with an unprofessional KB mortgage loan originator who dropped the ball so many times that it caused us to pay thousands more in closing cost.

Rip Rap issue is the most serious concern that was never satisfactorily resolved in the least bit. Very disappointed. We were supposed to move in in August but did not until March which increased mortgage rates. Craftsmanship lacking in most aspects of the house.

From beginning to end, the KB staff was very informative, updating us along the process. Everyone we worked with was professional, experienced and most of all, demonstrated passion for their work and how it would influence the end product. Robert certainly exceeded expectations by providing extremely knowledgeable information, insuring minor issues were addressed, and recommendations for care of our home. His passion for the final product is noteworthy, he personally ensured us we had made a proper decision. As I said before, clone Robert!

I have been a full time real estate agent for 31 years, I say this only to establish my knowledge in the field. I have sold many KB Homes throughout the years, this is because I think KB Homes puts out a good product at a good price and makes it available to everyone. Their sales professionals are always friendly and always welcome license real estate professionals. This year, 2022, I closed 3 homes at Sundance, Valley Center and both my clients and I are very happy with the service and product.

This is our first home buying experience so we really didn't have any idea what we were getting ourselves into. Our team at KB Homes walked us through the entire process and made it as painless as could be! We appreciate their due diligence as well as their patience! Overall it was a great experience. The sales staff, design studio staff and construction supers were great. There was constant communication from Jen at the sales office at every step of the way. They were very professional, and the quality of the home is great as well. The energy-efficient features are a great addition.

During the final walkthrough, a list of things were supposed to be fixed and were not. After signing, we have heard no word about any of our issues and still haven't been contacted about our 30-day inspection. I would tell everyone not to sign until the house is 100% some, because after signing, you are gonna be stuck with issues.

The staff maintained a level of professionalism that anyone should expect from an organization. Overall, I felt that I was treated as a person and not as their "bottom line." They were attentive to my needs as a customer and as a person. I would highly recommend KB Home to anybody who is in the market for a brand new home built from the ground up!

Salesperson and Construction manager always keep me posted of the progress of the house every week and at times twice a week if needed. They are very much professional in dealing with customers and with their dedication towards work. KB home did not increase the price of the home after signed-up, but many other competitors increased price by 10% or more after signed-up - I really appreciate KB for honoring initially signed-up price although construction cost is increased.

We love that we were able to Custom Build our home from bottom to top with KB homes. The entire staff from salesman, loan officer to construction superintendent really kept us up to date with the entire home buying and build process.

KB home provides the best quality of home construction and custom care. They are easy to reach and communicate. Wonderful experience from the contract, choose upgrade, walkthrough, closing of escrow and the follow up service after the close of escrow.

The closing was horrific dealing with Alamo Title!!!! Wire instructions not given to us until the morning of closing & only after emailed everyone from Alamo & KB. Perhaps a "champion challenge" to Alamo is necessary? Find their competitor to compete against them regarding best reviews?? Personally, I will be sharing our horrible Alamo Title nightmare with all my friends in the Real Estate arena.

Overall, our KB experience was pleasant and remarkable. We had support throughout the whole process from the sales team, lender, and construction staff. I felt comfortable with the staff that we worked with because they treated us like family and that means a lot when going through a process such as this one. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication that everyone took place into creating our forever home and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The entire process, from the first day of visiting the first sales office, was outstanding. There was great communication between all the KB departments every step of the way, so we felt extremely confident that we were in great hands. It is understood that a new build home is a process and there will be challenges, but to be honest KB failed to live up to the reputation KB claims to have with customer satisfaction. Things were pencil-whipped and that's not acceptable. Be honest and do what you say you are going to do.

Despite the pandemic and supply chain issues, KB had my home ready for move-in within the timeframe estimated at the beginning of the process. Along the way, I was kept informed about each step of the process. I felt like they really cared about my family, we weren't just another sale. I would highly recommend KB and would use them again if I every build another home.

We stopped by KB Home without intentions of buying from KB. We were just in the area. After a walk-through of the model and meeting with the sales office, my wife and I were hooked. We then walked through our potential home as it was being built and that night we knew it was the home for us. The process from there went smooth and easy. We still can't believe we got our dream house this easy.

KB Home was the best company we could choose to buy our house! Their professional team guided us through the whole process where we could realize to have our new home. Thank you KB Home!!!

The builders had a lot of mistakes that I (the buyer) had to identify and bring up to the construction manager for resolution. The construction manager never followed up with his team so he did not know if the issue were resolved or not. For example. I purchased a R38 insulation for my roof but a R30 was installed. The construction manager had no idea that the wrong insulation was installed. Also, the wrong baseboards were installed, again the construction manager had no idea that the wrong ones were installed until I brought it up to his attention. Furthermore, the home numbering in front of the house was installed in the wrong place, the construction manager changed it to the correct location but glue residue was left in the old location. We had to bring this up to the construction manager 3 times before he fixed the issue.

The sales office applied no pressure like Meritage homes did. They didn't harass for personal info in order to see the model homes and let me decide when I was ready. That is what I liked most about KB was they treated you like family when you walk in to the office.

I am very grateful for KB Home and all the staff. They really take care of you and guide you through the entire process and they are always there for you 24/7. I enjoy the attention from all the staff and the respect they give to anyone doesn't matter where you are and where you come from they will give you respect and a fantastic customer service.

We gave 5 stars here to be fair to the hard working people there are at KB. I understand how important these reviews are and by no means do we want to damage or slander those people in any way. We are frustrated in some ways and want to make sure that KB understands that. We have worked long and hard in our own personal careers, which we take great pride and hold ourselves to extremely high standards, to buy what is supposed to be our dream home and like I stated above, if these problems are addressed and corrected to reflect the value and excellence that KB is dedicated to we will be grateful and happy.

When we were considering building a new home, we visited models with various builders in the Las Vegas area. With another builder, we had actually gotten to the pre-purchase stage of selecting wish-list options from a price list. However, at that stage we were told that the options that we had desired would cost more when signing the purchase agreement shortly afterwards. We were somewhat shocked that the price seemed so fluid as we were about to sign. Looking back, the entire process with that builder was backwards compared to the way that KB goes through the purchase process. We would have no reservations regarding suggesting others carefully consider what KB offers and how they do the entire process when comparing builders.

With everything going on in the world right now (pandemic, supply chain issues, etc.) KB Home did an overall great job with my house. I love that KB is one of the few builders that still has a design studio and allows buyers to truly customize so much of their home. I really had a great home buying experience from working with a great salesman, to an awesome designer, to a great team over at KBHS. The process was fairly easy and I love my new home.

Thanks for KB to give us a new home and we love it. Buying a new home isn't easy but they do help us through the process responsively, lot and price, upgrade, walkthrough and minor touch up, even future maintenance. I feel eased and no stress with KB. We will consider KB for further homes for sure!

I purchased and had KB build our home back in 2002. I was happy with it but as I get older I can no longer climb the stairs. So we just had built a 1 story home. We are very happy with both homes and are very glad that technology has advanced in the last 20 years.

KB Home was a pleasure to work with, and through all of the homes I looked at and builders I explored they were able to provide the best options that would meet my desires in a home. On top of that the pricing was competitive making the choice easy to partner with them on building my home.

I had a good experience overall despite the hiccups along the way and the delay which is not exclusive to KB homes. Maybe there would have been less delay had KB Homes not opened one community after another. I am also surprised they built a house on what was supposed to be a dog park in our community.

I've purchased 4 different homes in the Raleigh NC area. My experience with KB HOME has been my best experience thus far. Great communication, great service and the best value for the money. I love my new KB HOME!

My overall experience with KB Home was just phenomenal! All the staff was readily available for any questions that I had. Communication was very transparent & clear during each and every stage of the process. The house looks great, loved how personalized the whole experience was!!

It was a pleasure working with Marla ** (Sales) and Jordan ** (Construction Superintendent) during the purchase of our new Summerlin KB home. They are true professionals and made the home purchasing process run very smoothly for us. We truly appreciated their expertise and professionalism.

We made it clear from the beginning that we were not in a hurry, and when we neared our closing date, we asked for an extension because we knew the home was being rushed, and would not be 100% upon the closing date. We were informed that per our contract, we could not change the closing date and told our home will be ready. This was clearly not the case. It was obvious that our construction supervisor was being rushed to compete this home, in order to make a month end closing.

I was going to buy two homes from KB but I lost one of them because of KB lenders. They fired two lenders who were working on my loan. They made a lot of mistakes and canceled one of my loan applications because of their communication issue between the departments. It cost me $70K and I am planning to sue the company for this! Besides those, construction was perfect but it took over one year to build the home so be careful with the dates.

I would just like to say that KB was amazing and really took me under their wing and made the process of buying a home that much easier. A special thank you to Joan **, Hope **, Kevin **, Richard and Cecil for making everything possible and making me feel right at home with out all of you things would of been possible. Thank you once again and keep up the amazing work.

Working with everyone at KB throughout the home building and home buying process was terrific. They kept in constant communication at every stage of the process and were very responsive. We love our new house and the growing community.

Overall, house buying/building experience was almost perfect. The floorplans to our house is amazing. The available upgrades were all good but limited on the appliance side. The price is fair given current market. Build was done a little behind schedule but not enough to cause issue. The construction so far seems to have good quality, except for some paint here and there. Overall, I would use KB again and recommend them to friends.

DO NOT CHOOSE KB HOME!!!! My house was 6 months off schedule and nothing was offered to me to make up for it. People who purchased their homes months after me had their homes finished first. There are small issues with the home that was not done correctly and they are still not fixed. I never had my 30 evaluation and when I asked about it, I never got a response. All of my neighbors have on going issues for months now.

Jamie ** was our main point of contact, and he should be recognized for his fantastic effort. I would also like to compliment Junior ** and Kaitlin ** for their excellent customer service and help in critical areas where we needed technical help. Overall very happy with our new home. There were minor things here and there. Nonetheless, the home did not have anything that was a deal breaker. The staff did their best to make it an easy process. As for the repairs, staff has been quick to respond. Scheduling a work order is a somewhat difficult but they are on it.

We have been very pleased with our experience working with KB Homes! Starting with the people we worked with including Tony ** in Sales, Beau ** and Karla ** with KB Home Mortgage, the Construction Superintendent Jacob ** and Trisha ** in Customer Service were all AWESOME! We loved the floor plans, the quality brand name construction materials including cement fiber siding, quality windows and roof shingles etc., Carrier HVAC system was a definite plus and all the choices and upgrades available in the Design Studio were great! We looked at a lot of builders in the area and KB Homes really stood out as the hands down best choice!

We are a family of 6. We had spent over 2 years looking at buying existing homes or building new. This is a tough market to do either in. We spent thoroughly researched and looked at all options, spending countless hours, days, nights, weeks home hunting. It was exhausting. The KB staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. We were beyond stressed at many times, and they addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. Was the process perfect? NO! But neither is life. For the most part the customer service from the lender and construction was top notch. The sales person made me feel as if I was not important and a bother. I didn't get the welcoming feeling I thought I would receive from her until I told her how she made me feel and she did apologize. The lender has kept in contact and even remembered my birthday. The construction team have been extremely helpful especially Mark. I just wish the sales person would have put in a bit more effort like she did to get me to buy after that I was not treated good. Also I think everyone purchasing a new home should receive a house warming basket or card or something just letting them know they are appreciated!

The process to find, buy and build our home was a great experience. It was comfortable having KB personal with us at every step before, during and after the purchase and move in. Beautiful new homes with some design issues. HVAC design needs improvement. For my model and some similar models, the AC condenser were designed and installed right against the master bedroom where the headboard is at. It creates a lot of noise in the master bedroom when the fan is on. There is also an ongoing exhaust fan in the attic which is on 24 hrs. It creates a lot of noticeable noise as well. Maybe it's a newer technology, but the constant noise really made me very uncomfortable. Overall, it's still a good home. But needs improvements.

After closing I had small issues related to hot water, and an appliance, KB Home came thru and fixed everything quickly. KB Home delivered us our house 5 months after it was promised. We were lied to by the Sales associate on multiple occasions. They tried to coerce us into using their mortgage lender. They tried to sneak tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs into our mortgage at the very last moment. Everything about this process was deceptive and terrible.

Our experience with KB Home was fairly positive up until the most important time for a good experience: closing. The lack of clear, correct, and honest communication leading up to our closing date and during the chaos created by missing our closing date levied enormous stress on both myself and my wife. Our sales rep was very emotionally driven and could not properly navigate the stressful situation that she contributed to creating and on a couple of occasions lashed out at myself and our realtor.

I was very frustrated with the construction experience but now that I am in the home and very happy with the quality of the build. If you are looking to build a house through KB Home I would recommend it, but I would caution you against making plans based off the schedules they give you early on. I have 4 kids and so never really knowing when the house would be done and soft deadlines that were made missed, I never really knew when to start packing up the old house. Do better than I did and manage your own expectations by not making plans off schedules provided - albeit I did this build during the pandemic so it's possible the schedule misses are all a byproduct of that.

Started with a dream and was apprehensive about cost, the team supported me and my wife in making the best decision for us, no pressure but a ton of support. It can be scary to dive into investing and we felt like our best interest was considered throughout. Now we have a killer home to relax in.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, however the quality of workmanship and building materials is poor. Cheap toilet roll holders and towel bars on a million dollar house is not appropriate. There was a lack of attention to detail in the building of the home and especially the painting which was extremely snotty work.

The Draw process it's very bad, I hope find a best and a fairer choice; after 3 months trying to be selected finally we finally won the draw, after that the process was very easy and smooth that's because KB had a excellent team in each of the areas making this an unbelieve and excellent experience!

I am very pleased and satisfied with KB Home, everyone that was a part of building my home, it is so beautiful, I only had minor issues, I notified Travis and Jesse and everything was taken care of right away, I was very pleased with the quick response, the only thing I have a problem with is the landscape, the sprinklers were broken, water running in the streets, and the plants were already dead before they were planted, with beautiful homes on my street, we should have better landscaping, but overall, again my house is beautiful, thank you to everyone.

I can accept that delays happen (especially in the context of the last few years) but it is unacceptable how much hounding I STILL have to do just to try to get my house to the state it should have been over a month ago at closing. The overall feeling I got was that closing was not based on actual home completion, but on meeting some quota and using the warranty period as "free" construction time.

To say the least this process of buying our home through KB home was a journey. When we first signed on December 2020 we knew that our initial closing date, June 2021, would be delayed at the most to August 2021. To say the least it was extremely stressful trying to close on our KB home while moving cross country and our home being delayed 5 months. There was an error on KB home's part and very few communication as to how the error would be fixed. After several calls to lake county, we found out that our home was not being delayed by the county but rather KB home. I would like to note that it is extremely frustrating seeing multiple new communities within a 20 mile radius being built, all while your home sits because of constant "construction delays".

Thanks for this opportunity. We don't want to sound like we are picking on Ms. **. The problems we had with her happened multiple times. It was not an incompatibility issue, she just didn't know how to explain things and did not like/want to spend time with questions.

Although the process was arduous due to supply chain complications and the COVID19 pandemic, the end result speaks volumes. The staff were on their A game throughout the entirety of the process from beginning to end. I am very satisfied with my new home, the value I received, and the customer service mindfulness of all of the staff. Our experience was quite pleasant. We felt like we were really wanted in the neighborhood and KB was understanding of every concern or situation that had arrived. We were not bothered by the delays because there was frequent conversations always keeping us in the know. We are also pleased with the size of our property and feel like it's just the right amount for entertaining as well as our daughter to play in. It was overall a good experience. I would do it all over again if I had to. I would just take more time through the walk throughs to catch the stuff that I am finding now that we moved in. Walk throughs should also not be rushed or timed. We as homeowners should be given a roll of blue tape and let us take the time to walk the house as we need.

We got all the relevant information of the property like tax rates, amenities, and features provided for buying this property on our first meeting with Sales rep. Project Manager assigned for construction was very knowledgeable. Kept us updated on the timeline, stages, and possible delays we could anticipate in this COVID time so that we are not surprised. Both Sales and PM were available over phone and SMS anytime which made us communicate easily.

They followed through with everything from buying the home to delivering the keys to me. In comparison to other home selling companies, they are way better. I appreciate the time and effort they have given and I appreciate getting my home. They made what is a very stressful thing into something not so stressful. And the outcome is everything I wanted.

Overall they have done a great job with the house. There has been frustration with promising certain amenities (we were told there would be tennis courts, but there are not). As well, there was a frustrating amount of push back and changes with our move-in date. We also have had not the best customer service since we have moved in. We have many cosmetic problems with our house that have not yet been resolved.

It was a good start of the purchase, design and building process, but somehow got a bit slow and less accurate at the end of construction. The closing date was setup way before house was ready. Not much fixing was done after walkthrough. I was told the rest will be done as customer services work, but still waiting for any action on that - 20 days after got my keys.

Waiting for my home was excited. From start to finish KB Home made the process easy. As far as the actual construction it seemed as though the contractors had been hired without building experience In regards to paint, electrical and tiles, fixtures, etc.

I think all builder have basic quality. The rest of thing is all about customer service. If the the service is good, everything is good. Here, I would like to recommend Allen ** again. He is very nice and knowledge anyway.

KB Homes did an outstanding job from start to finish. We were able pick out floor plan, our lot and our finishes and when it was finished it had met all of our expectations. It took longer than expected during the pandemic but they stay engaged and communicated with us all the way.

Stay away from this home builder, terrible customer service, and they do not care about their customers. All they care about is making the sale and taking your money. They do not follow up with their promises, create contracts to avoid all liabilities and take advantage of buyers for maximum profits. They are unethical and cannot be trusted and should not be in business.

KB Home is an open space concept, the design/layout has a very welcoming ambiance (#2293) -- We LOVE IT... KB Team is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable & efficient. They're there in our house construction journey from start to finish -- very accommodating. They provided weekly updates of the house (especially delays/issues). Great people to work with. The process can be fun and exciting. The sales person and loan officer is full of information and very helpful. The downfall is when I got my final product, my new home. My new home was delivered to me unfinished and the quality of the home is very bad. I have many walls that are not straight, windows are not aligned, I was given a home with an unfinished kitchen. The kitchen island was not finished and there was no knobs on my kitchen cabinets. I have filed a claim on the house and I am not having anyone respond back to me, sometimes after 2 weeks. I am left wondering if they will fulfill their promise of making repairs. I have also spoke to my neighbors and friend who are also having the same issue. I want to advocate for myself and future KB homeowners, homes need to be finished when a homeowner is walked through in the home.

The buying experience with KB Home was easy and made our first time home owner experience wonderful! I truly appreciate everyone on the team who walked us through and made sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable through the process.

From the first meeting with the sales team, to designing your home, from getting your approvals, watching each wall stand or brick be laid, the entire process is one that I fell in love with and could watch a thousand times over. The entire staff took care of my family and gave us exactly what we were searching for. Any builder can build a house, but KB built us a home.

KB Home is really all about customer satisfaction, and they went above and beyond to make sure I loved my home buying experience. The sales rep, building manager, and loan processor were all professional and knowledgeable. They communicate regularly and make themselves available for any questions or clarifications throughout the process. It's obvious that their internal communication is also great because it didn't matter who I asked about my home, they all knew that exactly what's happening at every step.

The customer service aspect was exceptional. Mark and Mallory were fantastic. Rene was also exceptional with helping navigate our lending process. We had transitions of construction staff throughout the building process. Scott was new, but exceptionally helpful and caring. Prior to Scott, we addressed multiple concerns that were not addressed in a timely fashion and in some instances, these concerns were attempted to be covered up. For example, the zip board was significantly damaged in several areas in the basement; therefore, compromising the structural soundness/integrity of our home. When addressed with construction staff, we were assured the boards would be replaced. Instead, the construction team placed siding and internal insulation to cover up these damaged areas.

KB Home is a great company with great staff. We bought our home just before the pandemic and it was completed in Nov. of 2021. Even through the headaches of supply chain issues, KB's staff made sure we were in the loop and fully aware of the process. This helped shape expectations and prepare us for different situations. I would recommend KB Home to any new or seasoned homebuyer.

My Overall experience with KB Home in North River Ranch (Tampa FL Office branch) was phenomenal. Every Branch we worked with from sales, studio, lender and the insurance partner was excellent and we are thrilled in our new home. KB has attended to any discrepancies (minor ones) that we found after closing. We loved every aspect of our process and couldn't be happier with our purchase and for working with us and the VA loan process.

I was very disappointed about the whole process how KBH delivered the house esp. during the last months. There was no much information flowing about the construction delay, home inspection and transitions. We found some damages and non-completed work during the home orientation but we were given no time to check it again before the closing day. The sales manager did not even bother to send us a copy of the home orientation form before our closing day. They asked for a signature after the closing day without even showing the completion of all the fixes. What was the point!

Don't stress out your customers by complicating the process. Help them have the least possible stress. For example, the home delivery was delayed by two months due to construction delays. We the customers had to accept it. However during closing we were told we will be fined $1000 per day if we delay to close by the specified date.

This is our first home and we are very Happy we went with KB home. It's a very spacious plan which we did not originally plan on but it on recommendation of Sales staff we went with. Design studio experience was great. Loan process seamless and construction experience has been more than satisfying. We are recommending friends to buy and few have already.

Some aspects are phenomenal and some aspects (design and loan) were subpar. Please don't ghost the person who's spending a quarter million plus on a home purchase. Design studio needs to respond promptly (should be allowed to change design after 2-3 days in case we change our mind) and home mortgage officer should be involved and present.

As a first time homebuyer, there were a lot of questions and concerns. The team from KB fielded all of them and made sure to respond quickly. The process was super easy and I received a status update every week from my sales rep/construction rep. I love my home and would buy from KB again in a heartbeat.

In today's ever-changing world of supply chain issues, KB was always sharing their outlook on any schedule slips that may happen as a result and was quick to minimize the impact and not sacrifice quality.

Buying a house with KB Home was an amazing experience. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about all our questions and concerns due to this was our first house. They really do build their community off relationships!
