Ability to switch or retain Sales Agent. Finally, We should be able to get the price adjustment or credits within 30 days as market has slowed down and the price of the houses decreased to 15K-30K from the time of our purchase. It's truly appropriate cause the demand has decreased, this will put KB Home over the top of their competitors cause, KB can stand by their own quality of home builders on Price, Quality and Craftsmanship.

This was our first home buying experience and we were very pleased with the whole process. KB Home made the process easy and the weekly updates on our new home and progress were exciting and informative. Finally, once in our home our Customer Service Rep (Ryan) has been amazing from the very beginning! He has helped us fix issues and small details we found after moving in and even helped us mount our TVs! Thank you Ryan and KB Home team for helping us set up our new home.

There is good and bad when buying a tract home. The good is that you get to be the first one to live in the house. The bad is that KB Home is under a timeline to get these homes constructed. This can result in some work quality issues. Being a new homeowner myself, I was expecting a perfect home, but as I have learned, there will never be a perfect home. So I suggest, be very diligent when doing the walkthrough of your home and ask as many questions as possible and makes sure they fix everything, even the minor ones.

There was long delay in construction. One of the door handles came in my hand when I was trying to open the door. There are cracks in the ceiling. Landscape is worse as far as sprinkler system is concerned. The worst thing is they don't fix the things. I can't open my garage door. That shows QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION. Two different colors of stucco.

I enjoyed my home buying. KB is a company who has compassion and great work ethics. I closed on my house on July 29, 2022 and I am very happy with KB. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

The overall experience with KB HOME from home site selection to loan process to construction has been great. The people we met along the way were equal parts helpful and engaging during the process. Hard to complain about anything during this time!

The signing of the house and the first half of the process was a breeze. The last leg of the home buying experience was not pleasant. Getting small issues fixed is very time consuming and if you're not on top of the work being put on a calendar, you'll fall through the cracks.

Sales process was great. I always felt like we were our sales representative only customer. She was in constant communication and answered questions we had throughout the process. Once we closed, things changed. The customer service representative don't always respond and we have to email constantly to follow up on on items that are incomplete, not done properly, or missing. We still have several items that we flagged a month and a half ago that are still not fixed.

There were delays and challenges in the process that arose due to COVID. The KB Home staff was very helpful to do all that they could to work through the stress I was facing due to the delays and my own personal life changes during the home buying process.

I have had 3 construction superintendents which was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I will say Paul was the last one and considering what he was left to deal with I guess he has done his best. However, my house still needs the upstairs rails fixed. The KB painter did a horrible job and I have a home full of touch-ups that still need to be done. I also took it upon myself to purchase paint from Sherman Williams to start doing it myself. My grass was DEAD and brown BEFORE it was even put out in my yard! I watered it religiously and as of yesterday, the back yard is still dead, so dead that as I was pulling up the weeds the entire squares of grass was coming up with it! I am aware that there is no warranty for grass however with the purchase of a brand new home KB should ensure that grass is ALIVE when it's placed in a yard.

KB Homes is a great home builder, they offer a lot of options you can use to customize your own home. The amount of things that come standard are also very nice. I had a good experience overall, everyone is very friendly and good to work with. I know I can be demanding at times and the staff were patient with me which I appreciate.

Overall it's a good experience, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Several things that should have been built and designed: 1. community security gate; 2. more trees inside the community; 3. pest control; 4. noise block between homes.

I am very, very grateful to Sonia **, Cindy ** and KB Home. It was quite a journey but Sonia kept me updated and and informed on everything. Thank you KB Home and a special thank you to Sonia. My family now have a place to call HOME!

KB Home was the perfect builder to go with. They created an amazing homebuilding experience for us and the finished product is this amazing blessing for our family. We are extremely grateful and loving our new home.

Many factors in the market last year kept this from being a perfect experience, but KB provided a topnotch home and worked hard to address the issues they could. As someone who used to work in construction, I am greatly impressed with the quality of the home, and we are very happy with it.

The fact that due to their construction delay I lost out on a 3.6% APR and am now paying a 5.6%, my children and I were also forced to stay in hotels for nearly two months costing me thousands while I received updates about lack of workers or "We had to move people around to finish other houses," or "We didn't have any painters".... There fix a $250 garage door opener. Unimpressed with the business side and the craftmanship side, would not recommend KB Home to my friends and family.

From start to finish it was stressful. Our credit is tip top. Our finances are great, yet we were put through so much unnecessary scrutiny to qualify that I was beginning to think it was because we're black, females. My mother has purchased four homes and she said this was by far the worst experience she's had.

KB home has a very structured way of buying a home. When we decided to buy a house, we were guided by the sales office, then a finance staff contacted and helped us with the needed documents for our loan. We received weekly emails about the progress of the house and if we have questions, our emails or phone calls were promptly answered.

KB Home have earned my stamp of approval. This home will be my second home I purchased from KB Home and their floor plans, and service from beginning to end has always been excellent, professional and with a personal touch.

Every single friend/family member that I know who has bought a new build has either experienced delays in the build and/or has felt like they had to battle to get warranty items fixed. So far, KB finished my home 3 months ahead of schedule and they've fixed or reached out to 3rd party contractors to fix everything in a very timely manner. The customer service in every department has exceeded expectations.

KB Home went out of their way to keep us in the loop as to this home build. Emails, pictures, phone calls - all were weekly and very helpful. Loved the opportunity to visit the design studio and work with the consultant there who really helped us personalize our home. Highly recommend the whole building process.

Although I didn't have a good experience with either sales agent (mainly the sales agent I went through), I am happy with the outcome of my home. It did take longer than expected but I feel like if there was good communication along the way and delays were being communicated. It would make up for the delays as we would know what's going on.

My best experience was with Lennar. Sales - customer oriented... Understood the need and resolved immediately. Sales were fighting for our interests. Construction - I cannot stress this enough - awful! Fidel was only one who understood what needs to be done and delivered it professionally. Your executives must come to one of the houses they their team is building and tell us if they would put their families into those structures.

We are heartbroken and sad at the state of our home. We can't believe after a year of construction this is what you turned over to us. Never again KB and we will make sure that everyone we know is aware of how poorly you built our forever home.

The communication and customer service is outstanding, from the week to week updates on the progress of your home, to the finance team and construction staff, everyone was amazing. I truly felt like I was their only customer.

My experience with KB Homes has been positive from beginning to end. The home is beautiful. We love the design and workmanship as well as the features and style of the community. We were informed and guided during the entire building process. The home provides us with beauty, high functionality, efficiency, and practical convenience. The sales, loan, and construction staffs were always available and diligently worked above and beyond to keep us informed and build our home with integrity.

I am thoroughly happy with the house from KB Home and completely happy with the process from beginning to move in. I'd say the whole process was almost completely worry-free and streamlined. I was really happy with the team members and thoroughly happy with how the house was built as well as the green features of the house. I also liked the pricing and value of the house. I'd highly recommend KB Home to friend and family.

Experience could be rated as Okay. At closing trash was left in our yard, garage and the first floor was not clean. Our upgraded floodlight did not work at closing which was replaced after closing. Sales staff did not contact us frequently as promised. Nails in our driveway, house keys mailed to a different state, many more problems with the process was taken by KB Corp Customer Service.

We are so happy with our KB Home. From the pricing of everything, to our options in the design studio. I would recommend anyone buying a home to buy a KB home. And if you want to put the icing on the cake, work with Jaime for an overall amazing experience.

KB Homes is the best of home builders in Texas! They use the best of materials to build your home and they make sure the work that is completed in your home is done correctly. They keep in touch throughout the whole process. They are honest about delays and problems that may arise. Overall they treat you with the utmost kindness and respect. They truly take care of one's concerns and questions from day one up until and after they give you your keys to your home. Absolutely the best!

KB Home business model in relation to consumer service is outstanding - Throughout my Home buying experience with KB Home I only dealt with utmost Professionals - However KB Home can improve in Workmanship and Construction overall -

From start to finish everyone was very informative. Any delays or updates I was notified. I never had to reach out for information. I was notified on everything on a weekly basis. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend KB to any family member or friend interested in getting a home built.

Our home wasn't ready when they said it would be and our lease was up so we didn't have anywhere to go. I have severe anxiety and a panic disorder and wasn't sure what to do especially since our landlord wouldn't let us stay. The amazing people at KB called me and told me they had some funds for us so that we could stay somewhere and help with moving cost since our closing date was pushed back 3 or 4 times. It was a huge relief and an even bigger help. Thank you for that.

Overall I would buy another KB home, especially if Ty was the property manager building the homes, he was super professional with every interaction. No overall complaints other than lending, which was a real big let down for us. Home buying in general isn't an easy process, but the fact that we had that horrible experience with lending was too much. Everything after that was smooth sailing thanks to Ty.

I didn't have issues. The house was built, we had some minor fixes but over it was a pretty easy process for us, if we were able to start the process from the beginning some things we would have changed about the design.

All in all, as a first-time buyer my experience has been seamless with KB, and I have no complaints. The customer service in all areas has and continues to be top tier. I really like the progress checkpoints like the various walkthroughs, it assures that you continue to maintain that satisfaction after the papers are signed.

Overall experience is good, but expect a lot of delays. Sales and construction team are great, especially Susana ** who went beyond and pushed for project completion. KB Home selected their suppliers so they should take responsibility on the tardiness of their suppliers instead of passing the blame. KBSH Loan would penalize the buyer for each day the closing is delayed that is caused by the buyer, but won't even admit fault for 5 month delay on the house completion.

I think the best way you can improve is work with your lenders on ensuring they have the appropriate support staff. Our LO Geeta was great, Gaby was great, but the original support staff was not good.

Apart from the delay of the date, I have a positive experience with KB Home. The staff have been very helpful and professional and the quality of the home is within my expectations! Thank you for being part of our dream home KB Home! Highly recommended.

As a construction worker I have had the experience of working with a large number of developers over the past 6 years as an installer. KB Home has always stood out to me as one that has been on top of the game in what they do in communication and satisfaction within the process of home building. My wife and I had been looking to move for months (almost a year) and viewing numerous homes. We settled quite honestly because of floor plan to our family size, design and uniqueness, and staff friendliness and accommodation. We were not expecting to be pulled from the draw initially but it happened the first week.

I want to take the time and make sure KB recognizes the people that helped me through this experience. Jared at Sales was always ready to answer my questions no matter what time and day of the week. Myra at loans was able to explain and accommodate the loan that would benefit now and in the future. Lastly, Jason ** was the one that mattered the most starting from the walk thru with explaining everything and from the time we moved in. He was always available and was at my doorstep whenever I have a concern or questions.

Home buying experience was not bad just felt unorganized due to us doing the walk through the day right before closing. Wanted to make sure everything was good before we closed because we heard that things don't get done once they have your money. Giving the benefit of the doubt we closed and 2 months later 2 of the 10 issues we encountered have gotten resolved. Appointments are set and no one comes. The electrician was supposed to be here 4 times now and a no show. Cabinet handles we were told they were sold out. Tired of hearing my wife argue I went to home depot and they had plenty. I have began to fix some of the issues myself because I can't count on customer service to do what they say they will do.

Overall, average buying experience for my family. Some aspects of the buying process were better than the others. KB Mortgage was terrible. Design Studio was average as limited options and time constraint to choose on upgrades. The worst part was home readiness as the home was dirty and many small issues not addressed. The shining light was our superintendent Ray who made sure to keep us in the loop with our home. Honorable mention to our sales consultant Barbara for trying her best to mitigate any issues.

From the very beginning, our experience with KB Home was very positive. Not only was their design and sales process simple and efficient, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As we moved through the process we were updated weekly and were able to make changes as required. They expedited our closing date to accommodate our sale of our other house and made our move easy. We are happy with the quality of the house and the workmanship and the materials. We will definitely use KB Home in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a new home.

What to say about this company KB Homes??? If I can give 0 stars I will....It's one of the worst companies I've ever seen, I just had problems, in November my husband and I decided to build our house, then the customer service problems start, then with the people involved in the financing.... Just frustration after frustration, until my mother-in-law who was our co-sign was furious with the situation at KB Home and with my husband and decided not to be a co-sign anymore.

There were a TON of minor issues and a couple of major ones with the house during the build and right after closing. However KB has bent over backward to fix every single thing and make it right. I really believe they want every person to be VERY happy with their home. Also when almost everyone else in the market was making people bid just to build them a house KB stuck with the old fashioned way. Overall I'm happy with my home and happy that I built with KB.

From the beginning dealing with sales representative was a great experience. Communication was always open and very detailed about progress, changes, and anything that needed to be addressed. The building was lengthy as expected but was within the time frame provided initially which was a very clear process. During the building process I continued to get regular updates and was always aware of the status and what they were working with. Even after closing the experience has been great and hope to continue to handle business with KB Home.

KB Home refused to compensate me for expenses related to 6+ Month delay in completion of my home. Yet per my realtor, KB Home has provided $10000 to other buyers to address their concerns. Additionally the KB Home loan officer did nothing proactive to get me the best rate, failed to inform me of rate lock availability and various rate lock options. I learned of rate locks from other lenders. My 30 year fixed rate was 3+% higher than rates available at the time construction completion was originally expected. My high rate was the discounted rate rewarded me for using KB Home loan. I had to complain to KB Home corporate to get a small reduction in my 30 year fixed rate. DO NOT TRUST KB HOME TO TAKE CARE OF YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A MINORITY.

Buying home in this time of covid19 era is unprecedented. But KB Homes has excellent professional staffs this made the whole buying experience exceptional. No stress, they are well mannered, knowledgeable, extremely professional, and the communication was on point. Many thanks!

Friendly staff, but that's about it. Home was 99% complete at closing. Missing tile, fixtures, touchups, loose shutters ext. Trying to get repairs is almost impossible. The warranty rep is nice but he can only get in touch with the sub contractors. They seem to work on their own schedule.

Our second home with KB. Will highly recommend them to anyone. Great value and caring process. What is normally considered a stressful process; not with my team (Sales, Design, and Construction Superintendent are all rock stars!)

Overall I had a great experience. I was really upset about the backyard fencing (considering it was one of the main reasons I wanted this house) but everyone I've come into contact with has been professional, and have worked hard to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Of course every team can be different, but the team we had at KB was truly wonderful. We've heard some horror stories from our agent about other builders she's worked with, and feel incredibly grateful that we chose KB.

We're very happy with our new KB Home! We were able to buy a new home, in a nice neighborhood, and at a reasonable price. Compared to the other builders around us, KB made it possible to buy a new home with a flat, manageable deposit amount, and a very approachable and friendly sales team.

This was my first time buying a home and overall was excited going through the process. The house was already preselected however, I was given a tour of the model home and ended up loving it. Given the option to visit KB Home design studio was a great experience. Overall I learned so much from the assistance of all of the individuals with KB Home.

Everything was fine from the beginning, but some decision was taken without mentioning (even if the contract said that), will be nice to mentioned by email just not go there and find out that something change without notice.

My experience with KB Home has been very bad, I haven't been properly informed about the process, I haven't had the chance to walk though the build process, I had to beg for information, and most importantly KB home has put my family safety at risk because I did not buy the upgraded carpets. And in order to make me regret that I didn't upgrade the carpets KB home has done such a poor job that tacks are sticking out of the floor and my 4 year old daughter who has stepped on them and has bleed. Please make this comment viewable by public and I am going to put out a sign in the front about how KB home has put money and upgrades ahead of family's safety.

The process was okay. Nothing great. Took 18 months to build the property. The excuse of not have material was going very frustrating. When I know was out of their control but why was items should been order in advance not week before trade is ready to be installed. This should be corrected asap!

We had an awesome experience in buying our home and liked all the staff involved in providing us with the information and knowledge of a KB home. We especially love how they continue to provide service after our purchase.

They are the worst builder. Their customer service is very bad and sale representation is very rude. They don't care about their customer at all. They never respond to email and phone call and their homeloan program is the worst.

We had an excellent experience overall dealing with the KB staff. Rhonda (our sales rep) walked us through the entire process from beginning to end, and was always happy to answer any questions we had regarding our purchase. Michael (our loan officer) was also very helpful and patient with all of our questions regarding the loan process. Daniel walked us through every inch of our home and gave us detailed explanations and tips on how to properly maintain our home. His recommendations gave us eased some of our worries about how to properly care for our home.

Sometimes purchasing a new home can be a nightmare, but having Chase and Amber as our Sales Group made purchasing a new home super easy and fun! We love our KB home, and appreciate all the staff we worked with throughout the whole process. We love the energy saving features and feel we have a lovely home at a great price. All the staff that worked with us were friendly and helpful. We moved from out of state, but we got regular progress reports. No home buying process is completely glitch-free, especially when it's long distance, but everyone on the KB staff did all they could to assist us through our issues in a fair and understanding way. We did not have issues with the quality or service.

Overall, KB was amazing. The quality of the build is heartening, and it's obvious there was lots of thought put into sustaining designs (efficiency, etc). I'm confident the issues I have will be fixed. Only advice, run from their loans department. I've never felt so harassed and disrespected when dealing with such large sums of money. Absolutely tried to prey on me, and I'm quite convinced they pulled my credit without my consent to get their manager to approve their fantastic new offer (magically $500 less per month from their first offer????). Run. Get an outside lender, and you won't regret going with KB.

The value and quality of my KB Home is very good. They are efficient home builders and that results in more bang for the buck. Even though they use quality materials, you can tell they move quick, resulting in some fixes after the fact. However, their construction team is responsive and with a little patience, you'll get more than what you paid for compared to other markets in LA.

Daniel, Robert and Leo provided me with updates frequently about the build of my home. Explaining the build process step by step and including inspection completions. I was very pleased with the work ethic and professionalism they displayed when I was jobsite visiting. All three addressed any and all concerns about the home. I was very pleased with the construction staff.

The staff is incredible, the home is amazing, the process was easy to follow as a first time home buyer and I felt cared for and informed throughout the entire process. It was wonderful working with KB.

The whole KB buying journey has overall been really great and smooth. The whole process of buying and being part of designing your own home felt surprisingly easy. This was mainly due to the step by step plan and a great staff guiding you through. On top of that, the end product was better than we hoped for!

There is not much of an experience when one has to buy a home. Sale personnel want to sell and do their best to try to bring the positives of the house. The buyer is not giving enough time to see the negatives. If I was not in the market urgently I would not have bought this house. Anyone having time, do not go with KB, there are certainly other builders better qualified.

KB was very transparent throughout the entire buying process. Even during a pandemic they delivered our home in the reasonable amount of time. The community is great and we can't wait to meet our neighbors.

Overall, we were initially hesitant to work with another new construction, but KB Home made us feel at ease from the moment we walked through the doors. From the Sales team, to our walkthroughs with the superintendent, all the way to working with customer service, it was all fantastic!

The house itself is pretty good considering it's a track home. The buying process was the negative part for me. There were requirements to prove my taxes were paid by showing a cleared checks, which seemed excessive and unnecessary. There were delays on getting the house due to supply issues. The saleswoman was extremely unhelpful and unresponsive at closing, because I had a issue with an improperly built, unsightly, cheap, last-minute retaining wall that was added. She said she would contact HQ and then I get a text saying she was told to cancel the contract (after I waited 8 months to get my home). A cancellation was even emailed to me. She then refused to respond to and calls or texts I had sent. I had to email and call HQ to get a response from someone.

I can understand there is a pressure in building so many houses, but communication is the key to success. I would of appreciated if I was informed a month ahead on delays other than arriving to Florida and seen things with my eyes when I was just a call away.

Working with the team was not a pleasant experience. I felt Brad made many bad jokes that translated into poor taste. For example, he try to insinuate that I was taking advantage of KB after clarifying the terms of the deal negotiated between KB and myself. That was offensive!

I am happy with my townhome. KB staff are helpful and friendly. The landscaping is very nice and the home is comfortable and well designed. The quality of workmanship, particularly in cabinetry, leaves a bit to be desired, but it is at a lower price point so you get what you pay for. You definitely have to advocate for yourself when closing and when getting things fixed. But other than that, I am glad I purchased my home.

The process can be grueling, but is worth it in the end. You have to be flexible on finishing timelines. As a buyer, you have to dedicate time to be a strong self advocate and take a leadership role in making sure your home is completed as designed. KB builds comfortable, well constructed homes, but is slow in responding to areas needing correction, taking into consideration that the home was built during a pandemic that has impacted supplies acquisition and labor shortages..

Need better communication during building process & need better building/material quality. I've been warned about KB's quality but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Less than a month after move-in, I'm finding all of the issues.

Our overall experience with KB Home was outstanding and we love our new home! This entire process from start to finish was a great one. We appreciate every single person who played a part in helping us get to the finish line and we are so happy to finally be in our home. We will absolutely be recommending KB Home to anyone who asks in the future!

Given that our original target date of April 15th, I understand that the Supply Chain is suffering right now. The delays did cost us more on our monthly payment. Those delays could have altered our monthly payments even more. We're just glad that we did close when we did.

I was surprised at how great the experience was, to be honest. From sales to moving in it was seamless. It made the experience exciting and enjoyable in a very stressful time with Covid. The only area I would say could use work is the design center experience. I just didn't feel that my rep was that engaged.

Sales was great until we were getting nowhere with concerns raised with construction and they either couldn't or wouldn't help. Design studio was great. The superintendent at the time was more focused on closing than doing things right and didn't have the help or support needed to be effective. Things slipped through the cracks more than they should have and quality suffered immensely, and construction was ok with that. Customer service quit or was let go so not much to say about that other than non-emergency warranty claims were pretty much all halted. Larry in finance saved the day and was probably the only thing that kept us hanging on.

Our overall home-buying experience with KB Home was great - we met some wonderfully skilled, knowledgeable, and very friendly representatives during the 10-month process from when we signed our contract to the completion of the house. We love our new house and the community it is in! The design studio process is very much appreciated as it gave us an opportunity to make it really ours and customize it to a large extent - we selected flooring, cabinets and countertops that matched our vision for the home. There were small touchups that were needed after we moved in and we would appreciate a timely customer service response but that is yet to be determined. All in all, we are very happy with the building process of KB Home in these very difficult times to get contractors and materials. KB Home provided constant updates and patiently answered our multiple questions on the construction, loan, and design.

This was my first experience building and buying a home with KB at Winnridge, I started this process in January 2021 and did not finish till April of 2022. Had I known about all of the construction issues, design studio issues, and Mortgage originator issues beforehand. I would have chosen another builder. Hindsight 20/20.

Loved working with the KB Home seller and lender but the build of the home has some things to be desired. If you want a home you can later do upgrades to or it's a good shell KB is the one for you. They are reasonably priced and felt they were an honest company which I loved (always updated us on completion date or material changes) and didn't take advantage of the market by adding all these additional fees. I just wish they provided more upscale or new upgrade choices and that the repairs were done in a more timely manner. Improve communication on repairs and you would be a 5!

Went with KB Homes based on reviews and realtor advice, But I also knew once we met Kevin ** that this would be an awesome experience, he showed us options and we were lucky to get the lot we actually wanted. Then we met Alexandra ** and she showed us how to make our home budget friendly and affordable. Then receiving the weekly updates from the staff was exciting. then came the final push and they all came together and finished the house as we requested so we didn't have to pay extra month's rent. KB has definitely stepped up their game since our last KB purchase in 1997. We were very impressed with constant updates throughout the entire process. The staff was very professional and informative.

Overall the entire process was a pretty quick and we felt informed at all times. There was no guessing. We got regular updates as where they were in the building process and what to expect next next. as well as regular ( weekly ) photos of our home as it was being built.

This has been a great experience and we love our house. KB offers more custom options than most of the builders around here and that makes it amazing to be able to get all of your favorite things in your new home. My experience with KB has been a poor one from the very start. All areas/departments (except design) needs to be overhauled and emphasis placed on quality. As a customer who has already purchased the home, I don't have any real power to make changes in your company but I do have a voice and social media. I can make sure that the other person who is a potential customer is aware of the lack of quality work through KB. I can also tell them that the model homes are not indicative of the quality of work that will be done in your home. I can also recommend that KB not be the way to go. Unfortunately, I have read many reviews of KB in San Antonio that have experienced the same thing as me. Lesson learned.

I like KB as a builder. The experience was fair and reasonable until the very end. Once my house was getting close to completion and it was time to deal with the financing part, everything became a headache. I had to keep reaching out to finance about my loan, credit and documents. It became so bad I had to involve my sales person for help.

KB Home is a highly trusted builder and gives the option of selecting houses with multiple floor plans depending on the budget of customer. I'm very satisfied from the house and the closing was done on the promised date. They have used products of good quality and I didn't run into any problem till date. I'm happy that I choose KB Home and will do more business with them in future.

The homes are very nice but if I could offer a suggestion. If possible, it would be nice to make the two smaller bedrooms bigger than 10 x 10. Also if you could put curbs instead of the rounded street drain. In New Jersey we had mailboxes right at the front door. Having all the mailboxes about a half-mile from our home will take some getting use to.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. They do their best to take care of their buyers. However, I do recommend that you are able to visit your home regularly throughout the buying process or at least towards the ending stages in order to make sure things are done how and when they say they are. We had a couple of hiccups at the end of our build and had we not been there it could have cause major issues a couple of years down the road.

Everything was great, upgrades could have been more reasonable. Less restrictions on how we could build our home, so demanding on building certain ways to keep people from enjoying the home without spending so much on the high upgrades. The build took a while due to supply chain issues. Juan, our contractor was easy to speak with and listened to all our concerns. We did see some build issues that the contractors didn't do to well on but Juan attended to them right away. Thank you Juan!

Even during these trying times for everyone from labor shortage to supply chain issue they made it all to come together in a timely manner. I was pressured into buying a home even though they knew I was a few months away from a layoff. Had a hard time getting my check back so I ended up having to putting a stop payment. They don’t care!!!

When buying a home with KB Home you will be pleased with the overall finished product, however, the process in achieving the finished product will leave you frustrated. Outstanding delays, lack of communication and truthfulness in regards to said delays (construction and/or loan), and lastly the lack of empathy for their clients. Almost all responses begin with "We're sorry" and ended with "But there's nothing we can do about it." Overall I love my house, but would have almost preferred elsewhere to save the headache.

Nearly the entire home-buying experience with KB Home was smooth and stress-free. Our Salesman kept in contact with us throughout the nearly year-long process and was constantly sending short progress reports and pictures to us via text message. Any questions that we had of anyone throughout the process were answered quickly. The only gap throughout the entire process was with the closing process. Even this issue was resolved by the KB Home staff in an expedited manner. We would certainly have no qualms in building another new home with KB Home.

I have been a homeowner before but I have never purchased a "new home". The experience was quite intimidating for me but everyone that I worked with from sales to design center to construction to after I moved in, has been amazing. They helped keep this single mom feel secure in the decision that I made. I have friends that have bought from other builders and I have heard horror stories. It took 1 year and 10 days from contract to close, but that was based on market conditions, nothing KB Home could control. During that entire time Cheryl, Mark and Brady were so wonderful about keeping me informed every step of the way. The design center was also very overwhelming as I'm at home looking everything over trying to decide what I wanted, needed and could live without since I was on a budget.

I had a great experience. I am grateful with everything from the start to the end. I would highly recommend KB Home to friends and family, they provided great service with clearness. Since the start I was recommended with this company. I had great hope in it since it had come from a close friend. I had great expectations in which they were filled. Now that I can be in my house I can express myself with my own words what I went through from the start of pre-construction till the end. With my experience I can predict that they will help many family in which they will to a great good at. Make no mistake that KB sells and builds lots of homes. KB just doesn't finish them worth a damn. Poor quality work from contractors due to lack of oversight are pawned off as warranty items. We still can't wrap our arms around the fact that multiple representatives at KB thought this home was actually ready for close. Weeks and months of inactivity and consistency created issues that KB attempted to address at the last minute. KB blames the subcontractors and the subcontractors blame KB. Nearly 2 months after closing and attempts to get those issues addressed timely and accurately has turned into a run around. Have had multiple contractors not show up to repair/replace work that KB scheduled and KB has been horrible at communication about that. This home was sold. It was clear that is all KB Homes really cared about. I thank KB for wanting a fair and accurate survey from us.

Very unsatisfied with their lack of consideration for buyers who incur the situations we did after purchasing our home. You don't get 100% satisfaction from a homebuyer when their issues are brushed aside after signing contract and not trying to rectify any deficiencies that present safety issues because it may cost a little more to remedy the situation.

KB Homes stepped up to deliver us a house in a compressed timeline when other builders just told us no. KB looked at options in multiple neighborhoods for us and allowed us to buy and move in even faster than we planned.

The overall homes are good for the price but note all issues on walk through and DO NOT close until they fix everything. Be sure to get a good home inspector and do things you wouldn't think of such as sit on toilet to ensure it does not rock, look at door height, check ac actually works, lawn is properly installed etc.

Knowledgeable people and an overall great buying experience. Lots of flexibility with home buying options. A dream come true for a home buying experience. Especially compared to what I've seen some of my friends go through with other companies.

From the moment we signed our contract to the moment we closed was a horrific year-long experience full of constant stress and frustration. Blame was shifted in any direction but their own when concerns were voiced and lots of issues that were promised to be fixed, were not.

For the exception of the loan process and despite the delayed of the appliances and hardware, my experience was mostly stress free. KB Homes is amazing to build and buy with! They showed us a wide selection of options within and outside of our budget to see differences of course and what we do and don't want. While also making sure we stay within what we could do which was awesome. They showed us great examples digitally and in person of what you can do with all their home layouts. They go over the whole process from beginning to end as far as expectations and do's and do not's which were highly appreciated.

Overall KB Homes does a good job, but attention to detail is seriously lacking in some areas. Having been through the home buying experience with KB Home, if I were to do it again, I would look for another builder.

The big reason that we bought a second home with KB, in addition to the quality of the home, is that we were able to work with our original salesperson, Jossie, and our original design center professional, Jonathan. The KB Team is great to work with, provide a great product at a fair price, and didn't increase the price due to supply chain issues.

Having to be in a lottery was not fun but I know there was a lot of demand. Everyone was very helpful. We were always in the loop. Picking thing at the studio was so fun. It talked me into doing some upgrade I didn't even know I wanted.

We like our place and neighborhood. Overall the experience was good. However we would have liked a better experience with the lender and the services for fix the problems (foundation, Grass, Doors) on time.

KB Home made the new home buying experiencing very enjoyable. From the friendly sales team showing us the models and explaining what to expect to the loan team helping us navigate through the loan process. KB always provided us with the resources and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Even after closing and moving into our new home, the post construction team did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.

KB should be more honest by pricing these houses, they need more supervision on workers to make sure they do a quality work. Everything is so commercial. They should train the Sales Staff more properly, meaning teaching them not just how to sell but also how to be honest, respectful and friendly to homebuyers.

DID a CONCRETE TRUCK EXPLODE NeXT TO THE HOUSE? Not one of the other houses in this area have the mess I had to work with. I have been evaluating the houses being built to see if this is a norm. IT IS NOT.

KB Homes offers beautiful layouts and customization options. But I feel they are a bit overpriced. They force you to go with their lender to take advantage of their "incentives" but will still give those to you if their lender can't get you approved and you get approved through an outside lender. Which makes no sense. Some of their customizations options are way overpriced. They set closing dates that they can't fulfill. Our original close date was 12/15/21 and we didn't close till 4/6/22. We had too many delays and the communication of those delays were very poor. The KB lender gave us a decline on our final approval when our close date was 30 days out. Our KB Lender associates Joel ** & Angelica ** ghosted us and didn't return our multiple efforts to contact them to see what we could do to get an approval.

We went through many challenges as we began building our home last year to move our Mother into our home. She past away and we sold our home and had to wait for our home to be built. Through the many challenges of COVID and time restraints as our closing was moved up our home was completed and everything we expected is done and being done.

My home buying experience with KB Homes was exceptional from start to finish and continues to be as I live in my home. Staff is genuine, responsive, and professional. Very happy with my decision to buy a KB home!

KB Homes did a great job of completing my home in as timely a manner as possible, especially given the current circumstances and the difficulty of hiring skilled labor and the shortages of materials sometimes encountered.

KB Home provided me a home that I plan on building a family in. They made me feel heard and always had answers for everything that I would ask. The whole sales team, build team, Design team, and mortgage team have been fantastic to work with and provided the best service that I have ever had and think I ever will when it comes to building a home. If everyone could be as efficient and helpful as this group has been I think no one would be afraid to build a home. I want to recognize everyone who helped get to this point.
