Everything was great. They did everything very fast and I really like the system. I like how the water feels. However, my husband checked with the salesman yesterday because we haven't received the soaps and other things that we were supposed to receive. He said that after we had the service, in two weeks, we were going to receive everything, but we haven't so we're wondering.

Home Makeover Systems was knowledgeable and very pleasant. They stopped by unexpectedly. After our conversation, we went ahead and scheduled a service later on that evening. Ty came over and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated him taking the time to demonstrate everything, because it put it in perspective. I was immediately sold.

We had a smooth transaction with Home Makeover Systems. The rep I worked with was great. Our water is definitely way better now. Brita is worth every penny. It's also a good investment.

We bought a filtration system for the whole house, and the sales rep was super nice and helpful as well as very knowledgeable. Home Makeover Systems came the next day for the installation, and we love our experience. Everything is fantastic too. There is a huge difference in the water's smell and taste, and it's super easy to clean dishes.

They were good. They rushed to install the system before we got the credit card or the financing summary. They promised us that we're going to be paying for seven years, ** a month. We got to find out from the credit card company that if we pay $** a month, we end up paying 13 years, and about almost $**. The Brita system is good. It works fine. But I'm not happy with them. It's just a big scam. It's $** for a filter or you'll buy it at Home Depot, same filter, for $2,000, and have it installed for another $500. I'm not recommending them to anybody.

I had a good experience. The sales rep of Brita was very friendly, professional and informative. At first, the installation of the tanks, they did what they were supposed to do. But, the route of the cable and the way that you can see the cable, I asked them if there was any way that they can hijack that power cable. Exactly what I asked, they did. The water being treated is doing what it's supposed to do. My skin feels better, not tight like it used to be, and the water tastes different.

Their customer service was good. The purchase process and the installation didn't take very long. The Brita system is working smoothly.

The product is good. I can tell the difference in the water. From it being so hard at first before I had the system, the water got soft after all the old water came out. I also had a great experience with the rep. He made sure that he showed me everything, the ins and outs.

The installation of our water purification system was very good. Now, our showers are much more comfortable and feel cleaner, the water tastes significantly better and the dishes are cleaner as well. So overall good experience.

The installation went great. We got the Brita water filtering system, and we can definitely tell a difference when we wash our hands. Our experience was a really good one, and I would recommend Home Makeover Systems.

I had a really good experience with their reps. The installers told me about the good things that they have, about what is going to be beneficial, having that kind of system. They were explaining everything while they were making the installation.

We were approached by Home Makeover Systems and they ended up doing a demonstration. The main guy that did the demonstration for us was a great help, and he was a real pleasure. We got the Brita PRO home water system. The installation was really smooth. We weren't here for the installation, so we remotely opened up our garage. They took care of it and were pretty communicative. They let us know when they were done, and we closed the garage up. We really liked the system. My wife was struggling with her hair falling out because of the horrible water and after we got the filter, we've noticed a significant amount of less hair falling out.

I love the water purification. So far, we save a lot of money on bottled water because we have this pitcher. I just refill it from the fridge or we just open our faucet, put some ice on it and we're fine. The installer did an amazing job. I'm very satisfied with it.

The system is fairly expensive. But getting it installed was easy and it was done rather quickly. The hard water isn't on the shower anymore. I can tell the difference in washing my hands or my body.

I liked the information that was provided to me by Home Makeover Systems during consultation. So far, our softener is good.

The sales up was very pleasant and with great presentation. The first issue we had was that they installed the Brita water softener somewhere we didn't agree on. So they had to come back and reinstall it somewhere else the next day, which still wasn't where I wanted it, but it'll do. In the rep's presentation, he said that we would no longer have to squeegee our glass doors in both our bathrooms and we're still doing it because it's still staining the glass.

The softener that I had previously got old and the water wasn't coming through properly. When I boil the water from the filter, there are crusty things in the kettle and the water was kind of smelling foully like. So, I realized that something went wrong and I decided to get a new one. A friend of mine recommended Brita because she has one. For now, I'm pretty satisfied with my softener.

Home Makeover Systems was awesome. I already knew that I wanted a system. I just didn't know who I wanted because I had a previous system and I wasn't happy with service or anything with them. I went on Angie's List where I found Home Makeover Systems. I called and the guy that I spoke to was very helpful over the phone. He said, “Let me call my salesman and see when he could come there.” This was all done Tuesday morning. Tuesday evening, Phil came to my house. I had him test my water. I know that the water sucks down here so it’s not even an issue. He told me about their system. I was familiar with the Brita system from having the Brita one that they sell in the stores. He explained to me about their professional system and how that works. He said, “Would you like it installed tomorrow?” That was Wednesday. I said, “Not Wednesday. How about Thursday?”

I love the Brita Pro water softener that I got from Home Makeover Systems. The water's taste is different now. Also, I used to have itchy skin from the apartment water, and I don't have that anymore. Now, the water cleans my body, my skin and my hair. It feels so good.

The sales rep that came out for the Brita water softener was great. He did a great job presenting the information and explaining everything. I love the product. I feel a difference. Everything is perfect. My hands don’t get as dry. I used to have problems with eczema before and I haven’t had any recent issues with the new water. I also have my newborn and it’s a blessing to have filtered water and drinking water from anywhere in the house is a great thing. I save money on water bottles ‘cause I can just refill everything.

I purchased a Brita water softener. Since having it, the water feels softer. It's completely different and it's pretty good. I love it. I recommend it 100%.

I'm liking my new water treatment from Home Makeover Systems a lot. There are three women living in the house and all of them noticed a difference in their hair and skin.

We always referenced the Home Makeover Systems whenever we were trying to get quotes. Recently, there was one gentleman from ClimaGuard that came out and talked to us beforehand who got the quotes. Then there was a supervisor who came out the day before they started and the day they initiated the work and then the last day that they finished the work. They cleaned up well. They took care of the stuff that they left outside. They also followed what we had asked them to do.

I had Home Makeover Systems paint the exterior of my home and the house looks great. Paul, the sales rep, was great too. The workers were good and Ronnie was a great help. We got his staff to take care of some other problems that were created by other people. They worked well together. My wife was upset though because whatever they used in their paint or other surface preparation materials washed them out in our yard and killed our grass, so we have several spots in our yard that are completely dead. We're gonna have to resow it.

Everything’s going great. From day one, I ran water, filed up my water bottle and put it in the freezer. The water tastes a lot better than even the bottled water. I use the water on my face and I wash up with it. It leaves my body feeling soft versus rough and dry afterwards. I don't have to put a lot of lotion on with the water like I was before. I’m enjoying it for my whole family. I love it.

Home Makeover approached us about doing away with our old system and getting the new one because it was supposed to be so much better. With our old system, we had to put salt in it every month. With the one, you don't put the salt in it nearly as often. Also, they service it every five years rather than each year. They put the system in and within a week, we had the first leak. The first time it flushed, it put water all over half of our garage. We have carpeting where we park the car on so it got that all wet. We called Home Makeover and they came out the next day. My husband had to use some pretty strong language to get them to do that. The next week, we had the same problem with a different hose. When it flushed, the hose came unhooked and it sprang a leak. We contacted the company again and they came out the very next day and fixed it. Again, my husband got very irate with them.

When they mounted the system, they pushed the pipe a little out too far, and I was concerned with the angle of it. It looked like it was putting too much angle on a 90 would break it eventually. So I called them and the guys came out here and jumped on it. Even one of the managers called. They fixed it ASAP. So I'm pleased with it. The system looks pretty heavy duty. I notice the PVC look like something from a pool, so it looks like it’s sturdy. It looks strong. So far, everything is working. The water quality looks good. We're happy with it so far.

The guy who did the installation needed some help. He didn't have all of the right tools for what needed to be done and he had to call a supervisor out. But it was fine.

I was able to text the rep and then go over paint samples. He came over when he was able to, to talk about more and what my options could be. Walked around the house to look at everything. He was very respectful, kind and kind of dumbed things down to the way that I could understand. He wasn't very pushy. Towards the end, he was being a little bit pushy, because it was so expensive and he wanted to get a sale. But overall, he was very nice.

The rep promised me that the water was gonna be drinkable and everybody will like it but we don't like it. The water tastes salty. The system works very good for cleaning but for drinking, I buy my filter at Bed, Bath & Beyond. But Home Makeover Systems has good communication and professionalism. Also, they promised me that I will not have to put salt like every month and that has been true. What I'd like is for them to give me what they promised. The guy said he was gonna come to my house and see if he can help me with our water from the faucet.

The process was very easy when I submit a request and everything went smoothly. Home Makeover is a great company to deal with. I wouldn't be using them for so many years if they weren't honest and a bunch of nice people.

The quality of the hurricane-proof windows that I got from Home Makeover Systems is great. I love them. I can't wait till I can afford to get them on the rest of the house. The rep answered all my questions and demonstrated the product well. The installation was great. They kept the home neat and they were efficient. They did a great job.

Everybody was very professional and nice, even the guy that came and did the installation. It was an easy process. Only two days from getting the service to getting everything installed. I recommend them.

We purchased the Brita PRO and the sales rep was a very nice person. Also, the guy that put it up really knew what he was doing.

We liked the reduction in maintenance on this system compared to some of the other systems out there. Also, it's a little bit smaller and we like some of the changes in the technology.

Derek, the guy that called me, was a very good salesman. He talked to you like a person. It was like he wasn't trying to make a sale. He was just trying to tell you about a product that was good, why you needed it, and why you would want to upgrade. I felt like he had great communication skills and he listened and he answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy as well. He left it up to me. I told him I would check with my husband and get back with him, and he didn't make the next contact with me. I made the next contact with him, which was a couple of weeks after.

I had to have maintenance on my water softener system and someone named Derek called to let me know about a promotion that Home Makeover Systems was doing. I went with it but in the end, I felt like I was taken advantage of. The system that I had before was a Puronics system and it was a 13-year-old system, but it still worked. It just needed maintenance every year. But he claimed that I was spending between 220 and 225 for approximately 12 years and if you times that, that’s close to about three grand. He told me that with the system that they were selling, you don't have to do any maintenance. He also said that it would cost about three grand but I would have free maintenance and never have to worry about paying for anything again. So I said okay and I ended up buying a Brita system.

We got a water softener from Home Makeover Systems and we love it. Every technician and person that we dealt with over the phone were pleasant and accommodating. We've been longtime customers with them and they always take care of us. Great product, water tastes great, feels great in the shower, and clothes come out great. I didn't think they could make a better system than what we had before, but they did. We're very pleased with our water, especially with Florida having one of the worst water in the country. I'm happy with it.

I had a water softener before and what attracted me to Home Makeover System is that I didn't have to put salt every month in it. The installer did exactly what I wanted. My main water was in the front so he had to run pipes to the corner of the house. He did a good job. But on the financing, they need to be more clear on what is the entrance that you will need to be charged. I wanted to know the rate and the gentleman went around the bush and answered me a little bit differently than what I wanted to know. Other than that, the system is really good and I don't have to bother with it at all.

I had a Home Makeover Systems water softener already in my home and I upgraded it. The installation was pretty simple. I had no bad experience and everything went smooth.

But I did my own homework and searched on the Brita systems. I finally decided to replace my water softener with the Brita. The Brita has done significantly better than the other one did. Derek, the contact that we first called, we followed up with some calls and he explained to me the difference between the two systems. But I was holding off because of the cost of it.

Home Makeover Systems called me up and said, “Okay, you wanna upgrade?” My system was 18 years old, and the price was right, so I upgraded it. I talked with a representative. He sold me the system. I told him I've been with them. He told me the price, then I said, "Okay deal.” The next day, the sales rep told me, “Hey, I will have your system available tomorrow,” and indeed the installer showed up. Everything was good. He explained the system to me and gave me the warranty. It was very quick, effortless and no hassle.

I was thinking about getting the house painted and Home Makeover Systems called me and I liked what they had to sell. They came in with the color wheel and the project manager came out and he had some samples with him. I got the paint job ClimaGuard and I wound up going with the blue color. The quality of the work was A-plus. The contractors knew what they were doing and they were punctual. They taped up everything that needed to be taped up and once they started painting, it went like a breeze. They had a lot of it done on the first day, but then the rain came and they couldn't finish. The guy felt he probably would have finished that day. They did a great job. I love the color and I've had a lot of compliments from my neighbors.

Home Makeover Systems did exterior painting and gutters and the experience was really good. We've been really happy with the quality and they helped with everything. They made the process really easy front to back and they were super friendly. I know it's a significantly more expensive service but I never felt they were pushy. It was a solid experience.

I’ve dealt with their company for a long time and they changed names from when I first dealt with them. But I was very happy. I bought my first water softener sometime in 2006. I’ve always worked with them very well. I had a water softener for a long time and Home Makeover replaced it for a more updated model. I was working while the tech was in the garage doing what he did. It took about an hour to an hour and a half.

Somebody from Home Makeover came around the neighborhood and was passing out flyers. My wife made an appointment with the guy to come back to talk to us about painting the house. They were pretty good. There was a couple of incidents that I wasn’t too happy with, but the supervisor pretty much took care of it at the end of the job and gave us a little discount. It could have been a little more, but I was appreciative. There could have been a little more better customer service and I shouldn’t have to deal with what was going on between the painters and their supervisor.

I found out about Home Makeover Systems through Home Advisor and I liked that with them, we don't have to clean our house for another 30 years. The guy that looked at our house and went over everything with us was great. Their crew painted our house very quickly when I was away on business and the paint job came out very nicely. However, the electrical box we have outside ended up being painted when we asked that they don't paint that. I was a little upset about that when I came home and saw it. Also, when they were done with the painting, our front door wasn't painted yet. We wanted that front door to be of the same color as our shutters. Still, their guys came back and painted that door for us.

We have a stucco home and they painted the outside. They also painted my deck, my porches and all the trims. It was beautiful. Phil came out and talked to us about the product they use. He was very, very nice and very accommodating. I talked to him the other day because I found a little area on the patio that needs to be redone. As soon as COVID-19 scare is over, they’re gonna come back and redo that. He’s been perfect. The guys who came out and did the painting were subcontractors from Orlando and they were very nice gentlemen. They were a very young group. They were quick. We had bad weather and they had to stop in between the bad weather, and they were back the next day. They were very good about everything.

I went to the HomeAdvisor website. I just did an inquiry as far as I wanted to get estimates for exterior home painting and then I got a response from one of Home Makeover Systems' representatives. They called me, came over and explained to me what the product was and durability, the cost and whatnot, and that was it. The rep explained everything to me as far as what would be done and he took the measurements to get the approximate square footage. And then, the crew was excellent. They really surprised me and my neighbors because I was a little scared at first just because I hope they got some of the areas that they were painting masked off properly, like some of the windows. But they got it. It was beautiful. They cut the paint in into the corners and they cut around the windows. It was perfect. There was no overspray. Also, they were in and out. They didn’t waste any time and they got the job done.

Sales was not familiar with capabilities of company and so could not get everything done that was paid for. Few issues that remained were addressed satisfactorily. Price for what was received was okay.

Home Makeover Systems did work in a house around this neighborhood. And they came, knocked on the door to let us know that they did the work and if we also want. I would like to hear about the product because we were planning to paint the house. And it went well. We had them do the three-coat house paint and I’m very happy with the quality. It’s very good. They fixed everything because the house has some cracks on the side. They painted and the house looks great. The rep was great. He was very nice and very professional. And in the end, the one in charge of the crew came to me and we went around. And anything that we pointed, he made them do it and it was a very good experience.

We were looking for some quotes on getting the house painted and they reached out to us, and we listened and kind of liked what it was all about, so we did that. They came out very quickly. They painted the house and they were professional. It took about three days to finish the job. Everybody was nice. We don't have to worry about painting the house for 30 years and there's a good warranty on it as well.

They came here and they reassured us that it was not gonna be like this and it wasn’t gonna be like that. I didn’t wanna do it at all. I left the decision to my husband. So when I saw everything, I regret it. To this day, I still feel I regret it and I’m paying for a thing that I’m not even happy about. I was screwed over and this would be my last time with Home Makeover Systems.

Home Makeover Systems came and we talked, and I used them for the first time. Customer service was very nice and they answered all of my questions with no hesitations. They worked with us for the scheduling and it was easy. They painted the house and did a wonderful job. They took 2 days to complete the job and they also asked if there was anything I see that I needed done but everything was fine.

When we went with Home Makeover Systems, they did everything. We thought they were just gonna paint our house. We didn't realize it was a whole procedure. They patched up holes and painted our house, gutters, garage and exterior door. They did three coats which was the most. The process would have been a lot shorter if it hadn't been raining for three days. Even so, their crew was very efficient.

All the services that I got are being well done. They were fast and they did the job that I needed to be done.

I’ve been with them for a while. They were under a different name, Great Southern. They painted the house but before that, when I made an initial call for them to come out, it was to service the water system. I got a water system from them. The people that worked for them were fine. You had to just repeat certain things to them.

We had our house painted through Home Makeover and they did everything great. The rep was very pleasant and informative. And the people who painted the house were very professional. We talked about what we needed and anything that they could do for us. If we needed them, we'd probably call them again.

I wanted a company that was able to cover rust, take care of foundation cracks, replace rotten wood, and a couple of other things without hiring separate companies. I wanted an all-in-one, and Home Makeover was able to provide all of the services that my home seemed to need. Once I got talking with them on the phone, they sounded even professional. The estimator who came, the project manager, and the lead of the crew all interacted very well and they were very professional. They were there for two days, and they did everything in a staged manner. I'm very happy with the job. I'm also very happy that I had hired them to do the job. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I'm hoping that their product is one that is going to stand up to the word of what they advertise, especially here in Florida with the harsh weather inclement.

The sales reps were nice, but their sale is a little different. Their best price was “take it now or leave it", which I didn’t really like since it was pressure. At the same time, we decided to do it, so it worked for them. We got paint done a month ago and so far, it’s fine. All in all, our experience with Home Makeover Systems was good.

I needed to have my house painted, and I got Home Makeover Systems off the internet under one of the home improvement websites. They gave me a guarantee of 30 years for the painting. They triple-coated it and did it with some paint that should protect it against the heat of Florida. So, the fact that I’m never gonna have to paint my house again was one of the things that brought me to have them do it. One of their people was a supervisor named Bokey, and he was very knowledgeable. He seemed to have everything going according to plan, and they were done in a couple of days. They even brought a car cover for my cars so that there would be no overspray on the painting. I’m 100% satisfied.

We were looking to have the exterior of our house repainted. We found Home Makeover Systems through HomeAdvisor.com and we hired them to paint the outside for us along with other things. We scheduled an appointment then a salesperson came out to show us the materials and talked to us. He walked us through the process and showed us a video about all the different steps that they take. He also told us about the company and it was very informative.

They did a great job. On time and neat. Did the work as promised. The house looks great. They also made some suggestions as to color and trim which made the whole place look good. We are in Lake County.

Home Makeover Systems serviced my daughter’s home and I liked the work that they did. I was with my daughter when she met with her representative. I had a different rep come to my house and he was still very professional, very knowledgeable about the product, and very helpful about the cost. Then Home Makeover Systems painted the outside of my house and did an excellent job under the circumstances considering they got rained out almost three days in a row. It took them a little longer than it was supposed to because that week they just kept getting rained, but they worked well and quickly. I’m loving the job that they did.

My husband spoke to the reps from Home Makeover Systems and liked how they were nice. They came over and my husband saw a benefit to having their system. We got a water purification and softener system from them and the rep whom we worked with was informative. The installation thereafter was fairly quick and their tech did a pretty good job installing it and letting us know how to maintain it. Thus far, we can see and feel the difference in having their system. While I feel we overpaid a little bit, we love the system we got.

A guy from Home Makeover Systems came to our front door when we moved in. We purchased a water purification system from his company and their installation team was out the next day. They were really friendly guys who got it done neatly and took care of us. We've been loving the system thus far.

My experience with Home Makeover Systems went well. My house needed painting and I had no idea who to call, so I decided that they might be an option for me. The sales rep was very good. He told me what they were gonna do and walked around the house with me. The price was a little high but I don't have to pay for paint for 30 years. I got the exterior painted with ClimaGuard and they did it in one day. I was impressed with the prep work. When I had questions, they made sure to come and answer them. I'd recommend.

My mother has a water filtration system, and I was looking for one. At first, I got that. Then I was looking for a home makeover system, but the company that did the water filtration system was no longer in service. So I looked for another service to do that and found Home Makeover Systems. I looked up their record, and they looked pretty good. Their reps were really very nice and professional. The crew that came out to do the service was also very professional and did a very nice job. They came out and cleaned the house. They did the pressure washing and fixed several places where the wood was rotted. They replaced the door jamb at the back. They did the base coating, the pressure coating and the texture coating on the house, and it turned pretty well.

I got a telephone call about Home Makeover Systems. When I first answered the call, I was kind of misled. Eventually, they painted our house. They came, prepped, repaired and cleaned the house. They applied this special paint that they had warrantied for 20 years. The paint job itself was pretty good other than painting a few things that shouldn't have been painted down like outlets. But I was really happy with the paint job they did.

Home Makeover Systems came and presented to us. And we liked their product and decided to go with them. We had our home painted and the quality is wonderful. It looks great. We dealt with a good and very informative sales rep from Home Makeover Systems. The installers were very busy. They came the first day and did all the power washing, and they painted and sealed the brink and everything the following day. They completed the job in a timely and professional manner. They were very neat in getting the job done. Overall, the experience was great. They did a great job and we’re happy with it.

We got the high-end 30-year warranty exterior, 20-mil treatment from Home Makeover Systems. So far, I'm happy with the quality and appearance. However, I don't know if it's gonna last 30 years. My hesitation is because they called us and threw a 'take it now or leave it' option. They told us that they could only offer the deal to us one time. We didn't have time to do our homework and compare prices. I've since heard through other channels that they own the product, in spite of the fact they led me to believe that they manufacture and own the product. And so, if I need to cash in on the warranty in 10 to 20 years, they may not even be there to back it up. It's not their product. They may have moved on to something else. I felt I got taken price-wise.

Home Makeover Systems offered to come over and test the water. The salesman tested the water and told us how much chlorine we had in the water. So we decided to go ahead with the water conditioner. But there's no difference with our water than before. We've wanted to get rid of the water conditioner, but Home Makeover won't come take it back. The salesman that sold it to us said they would take it out any time. All we had to do was call them and they would come take it out. We've tried to shut them off at the banks and tried to call them and talk to them. They told me that they would get the right person and have him call me back. But we have never heard from him.

(I wish I could give negative stars!!!!) Everything that the salesmen tell you is a COMPLETE LIE!!!! They do not do anything that the salesman tells you they will. This has created the biggest headache for me because when they originally came out they did all sorts of damage to my property and made endless mistakes. They made me take down the screen on my porch for starters and killed a couple of plants I had with paint. I mean come on. What professional company cannot paint around screen. I created a 10-page document of all the things they did wrong and some of that was in multiple areas but I just simply covered each mistake generally. They came back and fixed everything and to "make up" for the damage they offered to paint my back porch ceiling.

Had them come for an estimate for exterior paint job. Totally overpriced and they try to trick you with markup/markdown and time sensitive pricing. Started with $**+ and giving a "discount" to $**k, then offering a "commercial pricing" down to $**k. They don't seem to understand that buyers need to consider different options before making a decision. They say the price is only good for the day or you pay the original marked up price. They will also do everything to pressure you into signing on the spot. If you decline to sign, they just leave and have no intention of working with you in the future. On the bright side, there is one less option I have to consider now.

I was given three different companies to look into and get quotes from. Home Makeover was one of them and the reps were fine. They came out and did a quote for the whole system. However, it was a hard sell group. There were two men that came first and they wanted us to choose right then, which we finally did, and chose them even though we had another company that was coming to quote the project. Home Makeover said it was only good if we took them then. I wasn’t pleased about them forcing us to make an instant decision.

The house hasn’t been painted in 20 years and there was no kind of maintenance done on it. I had three people come to give me estimates and their quality of work. A lot of what the people were talking about were not what I was looking for. Putting the maintenance work in, the others' whole price was different compared to Home Makeover Systems'. Their customer service was the best. The sales guy who came out and the engineer who conducted the close other than the HOA community, conducted everything to get the color because the color that I picked out wasn’t approved by the HOA. They went above and beyond and took care of that for me while I wasn’t here. They made sure they did what they had to do to get the job started and completed, and I appreciated that.

We had our house painted through Home Makeover Systems. It was pretty excellent. I'm pretty happy with that. The sales rep gave us time to think about it and when we were ready we called him, and we just got started. He was very good. The crew that came was nice and pleasant. At first we thought the price was pretty high, but then we got to thinking about the quality of the paint that we were getting and that was what made us decide, because it was supposed to last a lot longer.

Home Makeover Systems was great and I love the way that they did the job. When you get somebody to come and paint the house, you pay them and you never see them again. But with Home Makeover Systems, it was very good. They had a three years warranty and I thought that it was a good deal. They painted the exterior and I'm amazed at how my house looks. It looks so cute now. Plus, I was missing some part of the edge under the roof and they fixed it and painted it. It looks brand-new. They were very nice. They cleaned everything and didn’t leave a mess like all the people had done before. Furthermore, I received two or three calls after the job to see how I was feeling about it. In fact, the day that I was leaving for Puerto Rico, they called me and it had already been a month and a half. It was a great experience overall.

We had two guys come over from Home Makeover and sell us on the long-lasting paint. The work was good but there was some trim work that was really sloppy. The body of the house is kind of a dark, sandy color, and then we have white trim also painted around the windows. They let a pretty good amount of that dark, sandy color reach over onto the white, so it's not really clean. They also took down some vines and never put them back up again. But their sales reps were very friendly and very informative. We ordered the paint based on swatches, and it turned out the original body color ended up not being the same as what we picked. And so, we had to kinda go back and go with that again, until we got it to where we like it.

The sales representative of Home Makeover was informative. I have my house painted with polymer through their company and the people who did it were nice and good. The price was a little high but it pays for itself in time. They were also overall professional.

I liked Home Makeover's system when it was explained to me. The rep explained everything that they were gonna do. I wanted to get the lifetime coating but it was way too expensive. They have exterior system, in which you don't ever have to paint for a lifetime and it's cooling to your house. But I couldn't get it because they wouldn't give me the financing. So I just got the regular paint, which was expensive but I got 15-year warranty. And I went with them for that warranty. I could've got it done for quarter of the price but no warranty, but I needed my warranty. The crew that painted our house listened to me and everything looks very good.

I talked to Home Makeover Systems' salesman and he was really good. He talked me into getting their service to have my home painted. They knew somebody who was a good contractor on wood works and the work was sent through a subcontractor who redid all the wood all over the eaves and around the windows of my house. The only problem is, my hurricane shelter is peeling more because the wood is so thick on there.

I needed the house pressure-washed and then I was looking for a painter and found Home Makeover. The sales rep who came was very professional and presented the program. He explained the system and how it worked. He said not to worry about having anything pressure washed because they would move everything away from the house first. I liked what I heard so I went for it.

Home Makeover System's product seems good and they price-matched, too. However, I was not too fond of the sales representative. He was almost the reason that I did not go with them. He was very pushy. Me and my partner didn't like him very much. He actually packed up mid-presentation to leave because he told us if we didn’t buy it through them that we weren’t very intelligent. He was horrible. But other than that, the service team was amazing. They handled everything they said they would in a timely manner.

Home Makeover Systems was fantastic. I called them on the phone and their rep and I hit it off. We talked about 30 minutes. I got the painting system where they did the touch around in my house and sealed the foundation. And then they painted it with the special sort of paint that got the 30-year warranty on it. The only issue was the front door that they put in wouldn't lock. But they came back and fixed it in a timely manner.

Home Makeover Systems called me. The salesperson that came to my house originally was very personable. He sat there and talked and explained everything. So I understood what was going on. He was very good at what he did. I was given an estimate which was high but I understood when they explained everything that they were doing. My house had several big cracks in it because it was settling, and with the guarantee that they give you and with the way the house cracks so much, that would be a good thing to have.

Home Makeover Systems did a tip-top job for us. One of my neighbors, Ellen, let us know about them and we used their service for painting and then a water filtration unit. The sales rep Ronald was awesome, very upfront and very good. He was very knowledgeable and he came by all the time to check on things. The painting team did an awesome job too. The quality of the service and of the treatment system were great.

We went to HomeAdvisor and said that we were interested in having our home painted. A gentleman called from Home Makeover Systems and came out. The job was 100% fantastic even though I did not have a punch list. We love it. Then if I called someone, if they weren't available, they called me back within minutes. Between the customer service rep, Ronald, the crew, they really made me feel like I was their only client. That was how quickly their response time was. I wish every company that I dealt with operated like they did. They were impeccable. If they could give some lessons in customer service, some companies could succeed dramatically by their help. They did everything particularly well and were like the Golden Globe of customer service. It was an incredible experience and I would refer them to anyone.

We were getting quotes to get our house painted and we contacted Home Makeover Systems. The reps were very detailed with everything and they answered all of our questions. The communication was good and it was a good experience overall.

Home Makeover Systems was the only painting company that HomeAdvisor.com was referring so I looked them up online and looked at their products. It looked very impressive so I contacted them and set up an appointment. I had them do a ClimaGuard and it was excellent. The whole process was more than just a paint job so we were quite pleased with it. Plus, they were very good with customer service. We had to go through our HOA to get approval for the colors and the person who was in-charge of the painting aspect of the company had to come out five times to put up paint samples for our HOA to look at. At one point, Home Makeover had a young man out by the name of James and he had to paint the sample in the rain so that we could get it up for the HOA to look at. Once HOA gave us approval for the color scheme which took 12 weeks, Home Makeover came out and did the whole job in two days.

We're getting older and we're tired of doing things ourselves. We had Home Makeover Systems paint the whole outside and it was a very pleasant experience. The sales rep came out and he was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He also wasn't pushy. Also, the team that came did an excellent job. I'd never seen people that worked in such a clean and good rate. They did not take a break and they got the job done all in one day. After they were done, they asked me to walk around and look, and it was perfect. There were no runs, no overspray. Everything was wonderful and we never have to paint again. I have several friends who are interested in having it done because they don't want to paint their houses either.

Home Makeover Systems was good. I was delightfully pleased and I would use the company again. We had the house painted and I like everything about it. I love the color and how the paint's not really shiny. They also did everything they said they were gonna do and it came out beautiful. The sales rep had been very informative and patient as well. He answered a lot of questions. My husband had gone online and investigated painting vinyl siding before the sales rep had ever come so we knew if what he was saying was true and it was.

Home Makeover systems was able to resolve the problem with our front doors. We are now satisfied. The paint has stopped bubbling and the colors are matched. Thank you for all your hard work Brian ! And thank you Mr. **.

The sales presentation was good and we haggled over the price. The salesman spent a lot of time and did all right. Home Makeover Systems painted our house and the pool deck, and the workers were excellent. They showed up on time and worked at it until it was done. There were touch-ups that we asked them to do and they did a nice job without griping. I was very satisfied and I'd recommend them to a friend.

I looked into what Home Makeover Systems did and the type of paint jobs that they do. I was looking for something that was exactly what they had on their 30-year warranty. Also, the type of paint that they use is a lot different than most other paints. It was more durable and so that's what I went for. I got an outside paint job for my whole house. Working with their sales representatives went really well. However, we didn't expect the price to be as high as it was at first because I didn't know what I was getting into. Still the company was able to work with me on that given that it's the first time I'm working with them and a few other factors that they talked to me about. Their reps were really good about helping me out with the price.

We were about to go out this winter and paint the house but my husband is an amputee so it was gonna be quite an ordeal for us. Home Makeover Systems contacted us by phone then a salesman came over and was very thorough. He explained everything that they do and the process they use. We liked the fact that the materials and the people who do the work are not farmed out to anybody. It's wholly owned by them and that was a good point. We also liked the fact that it was guaranteed for 30 years and since we just had a new roof put on, it solidified the external part of the house. The price was also less than what we expected and I thought it was a good deal.

We were in the process of looking for water purification system for our house, and Home Makeover Systems offered one. We liked the system itself very much. It was what we were really looking for. The sales rep was very good. But besides the system, he sold us a bunch of junk to go with it. We probably will not continue buying it because it was pure junk. We paid a lot of money for garbage. We'd recommend the system, we'd recommend the company but I would tell everybody right upfront not to buy the solutions, soaps and stuff that the guy was peddling because it's really not as good as everybody says it is.

I found Home Makeover Systems through the HomeAdvisor app and they have one of the best reviews. Fewer companies came and Home Makeover Systems was first. From the beginning, they're professional in how they present everything, go through the things, why it's important, and why it's not important. They put a time until our company agreed on the amount for the job and it's fine with them if we don't want what's given. They seemed knowledgeable and did the job the way they were supposed to. They don't speak English but they were nice and pleasant. I'm pleased with everything. I have a couple of issues with the driveway paint, but they responded quickly. Home Makeover Systems is quite expensive, if not, twice more than anyone else, but it's worth it and I will recommend them.

I had been wanting to have my house painted for years. But being alone, it was frustrating to just pick somebody out of nowhere. I looked for painters and Home Makeover Systems came up. I thought that was what I had been wanting for years but I never knew it existed. I got their ClimaGuard and it's very thick. Several of them that painted the house showed me the consistency. It looks great and I'm pleased with it. The marketing guy, Derek, also told me about what it does and what it doesn't do.

I was looking for a water replacement device for the one I had and wound up getting the Trident from Home Makeover Systems. Their sales rep gave me a briefing about what the Trident did and what it should be doing in the future. That really got me to make the final decision to purchase it. If what he said was halfway true, then I'll be more than happy with it. During the installation, I talked to a gentleman for a little while. He was from New York and was really good at what he did. He wasn't here long enough to really talk to him but he got it done pretty quickly. The system has been okay so far.

We were looking to get our home painted and we priced out a couple of different options. We also needed stucco work done and we needed shutters taken down. The work was pretty extensive. I checked with different companies and Home Makeover Systems seemed to offer the best deal for what we needed to have done. The sales rep was pleasant, friendly and not pushy. He listened to what we needed and he made several suggestions about different things like what he felt we didn't need and those that we did need.

ClimaGuard - This is a personal recommendation for the company representative, Judd **. Due to a change in direction of our remodel, we elected not to use a coating system or paint from any manufacturer of supplier, and are doing something else. However, time spent with the company representative was both enjoyable and educational as Judd is neither high-pressure nor the type to disappear on you later. If he calls on you, hear him out as he understands the importance of under-promising and over-delivering, following through, and the long term value of a client-consultant relationship.

Very Pleased. Workers were friendly and responsive to questions. All done in a timely manner. Clean up was well done also. I regret that we did not know about HMS before we replaced our Culligan softener with a Rain Soft system. Interested party may come look at the finished job. I do not believe that we have received a written Warranty as of today.

I have called numerous times to have the system looked at/repaired with no one ever showing up to even look at it. I had a representative of their company call me to ask me how I like the system 3 weeks ago, explained my experience and displeasure. She assured me someone would call but lo and behold no call. Hmmm...

The representative, Jeff **, was knowledgeable, answered all my questions to my understanding. Most importantly, he was not pushy or high pressure. The installer, Oscar **, was wonderful. Installation was quick, clean and professional. I am looking forward to the advantages and the savings of having the Defender water filtration system.

We just bought our house at the end of July. We had various companies come and test our water and offer us a whole home water filtering system. We even had Home Depot tell us we were approved and that they would call me the next day for installation. They never called or even showed up. Mathew called me from Home Makeover Systems. Was very courteous and on time for his appt. They worked to get me approved and when he said they would call the next day they did and had my system in within a couple of days. I've been a customer of theirs for quite a while now. I bought the silver insulation that goes in the top of the attic back in 2011. My experience with that has been good. My bills have been lower overall, especially in the summer, and my garage is much nicer. They did a bunch of stuff when they did the insulation like wrapping my water heater and my garage door. They also gave me some bulbs. I've been very pleased with it. Just a month ago they called me and asked if I'd be interested in looking at one of their water systems. I know the water is terrible in Florida so I said sure. They came out and did the water test and showed me the systems, and I bought the stainless steel one. It wasn't cheap but I'm glad I bought it. The water is night and day to what it was. It tastes 10 times better. It doesn't smell anymore. Very pleased.

The overall service from Home Makeover Systems was excellent. So happy with our new water. My hair is softer, my skin is smoother and everything in my house is much cleaner. I feel like my family is so much healthier showering with and drinking the purified water. Absolutely love our water system!

My experience with Home Makeover Systems was the WORST I have endured in my lifetime, even exceeding the death of my dear mother, father and three brothers. Salesman Michael ** barged into our health care homestead with no appointment in a gated Community with clearly marked signage stating this is a No Solicitation/No trespassing neighborhood. He then proceeded to use deceptive phrases and high pressure to overcome my then near death wife and me with my dementia and ailing mind and body. He ended up selling a very overpriced, maybe 4 times its value, water system. Not wanting the system we can not return it as Home Makeover System refuses any contact we try to make with them. In conclusion salesman Michael ** downright lied about the circumstances of the sale just leaving us no choice but to initiate a lawsuit, and file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Tallahassee.

We purchased our water filtration system from Home Makeover Systems. Its quality is 101%. Their installer was good. He talked us through it, and he told me what to do afterwards. We've already recommended it to friends and I tell everybody that it's worth it.

I'm very happy with Home Makeover Systems. I purchased water purification from them and the sales representatives were very good, knowledgeable and quick. I also got Home Makeover to deliver and set up the purification. They were concerned about where and how they were going to put it and they worked around with any problems that I had.

I have somebody from Home Makeover Systems come over. I got the water softener and he came out and did it which was what I wanted. I thought the installation team were coming on Monday but 20 minutes after the salesman left and they were there, which was really good. Also, they were very quick, nice, personable, friendly and they did an excellent job and I noticed the difference after getting the water system.

I didn't like our water here. The bottom of my glasses didn't look clean, and I thought maybe there was something wrong with the water. I got a call from Home Makeover Systems and liked what I heard. I like the water purification system very much and should have gotten it sooner. It's a little easier to clean things up. However, I'm disappointed that there's no foam when I wash my dishes. I'm used to some suds and I thought it doesn't seem right, but the rep told me that there's not supposed to be any suds. I just have to get used to the product. I was very impressed with the rep because Home Makeover issues a gift certificate, which I lost mine, and she was so kind and understanding and sent me another one. She was very sweet and responded very well.

Painting of house was completed in record time. Clean up after job completed was very poor. Paint splatters left on driveway & pavers. Garage door was left with a strip unpainted on both edges. White pane on front french doors is already peeling off & has only been 1 year. Paint for touch up was promised but not given.

I'm very pleased with my new PURONICS TERMINATOR IQ Water Conditioner as installed by Home Makeover Systems in Longwood Florida. HMS provided everything that I was promised and they registered my system with PURONICS. My installation required extra persistence due to the large oak tree roots that surrounded my water lines and irrigation system back-flow prevention device. But, after much effort the system was installed and it's working great. Thank you Home Makeover Systems.

We weren't real happy with our old system. It was all digitized and it was impossible to follow and you had no idea what you were doing. My wife was just tired of messing with the salt and the digital screen, she decided to go with Home Makeover Systems. The sales rep we worked with was good and our experience with the installation team was as smooth as silk. When I bought the original system with the salt deal, I no longer had soap scum in my shower. Now, I have tons of it. I still have lines and things in my toilet bowl that shouldn't be there. I expected it to be a little more clean around those areas. Despite that, I would recommend it to a friend.

Home Makeover Systems called us on the telephone and we set up an appointment with them to come. We got the water purification and I like it very well. I'm drinking clean water for a change and I don't have to use so much soap when I take a shower or in my washer for my dishes. We liked having a good quality of clean water because I drink water right from the faucet all the time and I was worried about drinking impure water. The sales representative was a very nice young man and very informative and we liked him very well. The installation team was super nice too, and we didn't have a bit of trouble. He was very efficient and he hooked it up and dug the hole. They were very nice young men, cleaned up their mess, and very nice. We're very happy.

He expected to spend a lot more time with us but we didn’t allocate as much time as he wanted us to. We bought a water softener. The installation team came while we were not there but the installation was very quick. We had some doubts due to some negative reviews online but we didn't experience any. It’s much more positive than we expected and the quality has been good so far.

I purchased Puronics water purifier/softener from Home Makeover Systems for ** as the sales person and the product brochure claimed that purifier will - Soften the water - The food will taste better - Hair and skin will feel soft & silky - Better tasting beverages - Whole-home purified drinking water - Protects plumbing and appliances. After installation of this purifier we stopped buying water from the store and started drinking from the tap. The experience was water continue to - Smell bad - Tastes pathetic like it has never been purified - We see water spots everywhere - skin was getting dry like before. As the result of drinking water from tap my 5 year old daughter fell sick twice and our pediatrician confirmed that it is due to bacteria and the one of the source can be water. My father-in-law and mother-in-law complained that they are having unusual stomach gas and the water smells awful.

Looked into reviews of water treatment systems companies. Found some decent reviews of a few, one of them being Home Makeover Systems (HMS). Contacted all of them. After waiting a few weeks due to the cost of the systems and being undecided on which is the best for the least cost and least ongoing cost I received a call from Vito with Home makeover Systems. The PURONICS product they offer seemed good for the price he was offering though I could not locate much detailed info on the system (Terminator MP).

Home Makeover Systems called us as a result of our inquiry at the home show in Daytona Beach in the fall of 2015. I made an appointment for their rep to come out and talk to us. The rep was first class. We got the house painting package and it was excellent. We had to have some repair work on the soffits and the crew did a really good job. We don’t have any complaints. They went the extra mile to satisfy us. They made an adjustment in midstream because I was standing out in the driveway boohooing because I was unhappy with the trim color. My husband told me to call Ronald, the manager. Ronald listened to me and came out. We looked at some samples of what the new color might look like and changed it. They were very accommodating and I was happy. The quality of the service and product were great. We are perfectly satisfied.

We got a solicitation phone call from Home Makeover Systems. They weren't pushy at all, but were just offering to come and test my water, and if I let them do that, I got a $50 gift certificate to Outback restaurant. So I thought, "Hey, I can take the free dinner at Outback," never thinking that I would actually buy their water purification system, but my husband and I had already been talking about getting something similar to what they offered, and by the time they left, we had the water purification system. The quality of the items we bought was very good. The installation team were very professional and efficient and knew what they were doing. We're very happy with the service we've received and with the product. On the whole, Home Makeover Systems was very professional and offered a good product.

I am happy with everybody who was involved with Home Makeover Systems -- the sales rep, the workers, the carpenter, the painters, just everybody. They were excellent and very professional. Anytime I said, "Could you do this? What about that over there?", they just took care of everything. I got my house painted and I am very satisfied. As a matter of fact, I'm having my other house done by them.

I wanted to make sure I didn't have bad stuff in my water. Home Makeover Systems had a booth set up that was sponsored in Seminole County at Earth Day and they also offered a gift certificate to Publix. I got their Terminator system and I'm very happy. Their sales rep was wonderful. He was very professional and was a deciding factor of us buying. The installation team was also very good. They had put the system in where I had gardening/landscaping done and they went out and got some mulch to cover up the grounds that have been disturbed. The installation was very easy and done very well, and the water quality has vastly improved.

I was looking for a new water system for the house since I was not happy with the one that I had. I called Home Makeover Systems after looking online at reviews. I'm pleased with the system I got from them - it was expensive but good. The sales representative was a very nice and knowledgeable man. He wasn't pushy and instructed me about the system. The installer guy was a sweetheart. He pre-did some stuff but he had to sit in his car since it was almost pouring down rain. I invited him in until the rain stopped, then he went out and completed the installation. I'm very happy with the system and the people I dealt with.

Tina, the salesperson from Home Makeover Systems, was excellent. She's very knowledgeable about the product. She did very well in pointing out several things on the current water system that I had which helped me decide to get the new system and would alleviate most of the problems I had with my old system. I was not aware of the issue until they came and tested my water. We went out to look at the existing water filter system outside of the home and noticed that the tank, purchased six or seven years ago, was rotting and all the salt to filter the water had bugs, molds, and dirt that were being filtered back into the house.

The water system that I bought from Home Makeover Systems has a very good quality. The sales rep was also very good - I didn't feel pressured when I ordered the water system. Everything was done professionally.

I had my house painted by Home Makeover Systems and they did an excellent work on it. They handled the job very nicely. They also have a very good manager up there. He really works with his customers and explains everything from detail to detail. I really love that manager. He was really helpful to me and my husband. I said, “They ought to make you vice president.” And he said, “I like that.”

I purchased the water purifier from Home Makeover and the quality was excellent. I don’t have to buy water bottles and lotions anymore. The sales rep came and I was ready to say no, but he convinced me. The installers had to install it through the outside ‘cause that’s where the water pump was located. So I had to keep opening the door and let him in so he could do his job and drill the hole where it’s supposed to be. Overall, the team is awesome and everything is good with the products.

The company came today and put a new filter in our water softer. The person that come was very professional. Also, would like to say that the company sent me my gift card that I complained about them not doing.

We have the water softener from Home Makeover Systems. The sales representative was great. He had another gentleman training him but he was good. He made us feel comfortable with the system. The guy who did installation did fine. The only thing that we wish we had was the user manual for the actual system because now we don't know what the screen means. We were left with nothing. We're getting to the point when we have lots of questions, like when to add more salt to the system or when to do it. But other than that, we're good. We're completely satisfied with the overall product.

The sales rep, Joe, was a really good and very nice man. He came to us and explained well about Home Makeover Systems and gave us a demonstration. That’s why we're able to get the water purifier. The installer was good too. We love the purifier and we use it especially in taking a bath. Our skins are soft. It's very nice. The only thing is it's expensive.

I had been considering a home filter system because we used a lot of bottled water and I wanted to stop using all of them, so I decided to get in contact with Home Makeover Systems. My initial contact with their sales rep has been good, and he was very informative. My system was very difficult to put in because of the way my line from the street ran and a big tree that I have out there. So the installation team ended up a lot more time out here than they had planned, but they were very professional and got it done. Then we kept having some gravel type stuff in our water, so I had to call them quite a few times and they were responsive. They came out and took care of the problem.

I had a good experience with Home Makeover Systems. I was doing some upgrading on my home and contacting them sounded like a good thing to do and I did it. I had a new air conditioner, insulation, and an attic fan put in. I also had the roof changed. I did everything I could possibly do to get ready for retirement. I haven't had any problems with the quality so far. The sales reps were all very friendly and helpful. The installers were good and I have no complaints with them. I recommend Home Makeover Systems to everybody else that wants to upgrade their home. It's a good way to do the work done.

We bought a new home and got the water purification system from Home Makeover. Their sales rep promised a lot of things it was supposed to do, like not have stains from hard water and not have algae buildup in my toilet, but it doesn't do any of those things. It's more water softener than a purification system, so it's way overpriced. From that standpoint, I'm not happy with the purifier. But the installation team hooked the system up properly, though. The only thing they didn't do was to leave me an owner's manual, but I finally got one from them.

I bought a water softener from Home Makeover Systems and its quality is good. The installers were nice, too. They installed the product, showed me how to use it, and I signed the papers. They also cleaned up before they left. They did a good job and the product was awesome.

The sales representative from Home Makeover was a little strong. But he made a lot of sense about the water system and what it could do for us, so we decided to go with it. The guys who came to install the water purifier did what they are supposed to do in a timely manner and didn't leave a mess after the install. It went really smooth and quality is good. It was professional.

I think the system takes some awful lot of salt but other than that, it's good and the water tastes much better and is softer because of the chemicals in it. The Home Makeover sales representatives were very good and attentive. They explained the products and discussed financing options. The installation team was also very good and professional They cleaned up after themselves. We have recommended them and our experience was very efficient.

Home Makeover Systems just put in the attic shield and I don't know yet if it's going yo save me money or not. My wife talked to the installers when they came in and they went about their business. They did what they were supposed to do and then they were done. Overall, I had a good experience and I'd recommend them.

We purchased a purified water system from Home Makeover Systems and I feel like it's high-grade quality. At first, my husband and I were hesitant to go with it because it was out of our price range, but they worked with us and offered a year and a half of no interest and payments, which was around enough for us to save up the money to pay for it in full, so that was good. Their sales rep was also very kind and took the time to explain everything they offer.

My husband got in touch with Home Makeover Systems and bought a water purifier. The person who came here to demonstrate the thing was good in convincing us. However, he charged so much money and I found out that it was way more than what I should have paid by a neighbor that had the same product that paid $1,000 less. They were not honest. It was my first experience. The second one, once I found out what was happening, it was reasonable. The guys that came to install were amazing. They're polite, clean, courteous and knowledgeable of everything they were doing.

We got the water purifier and we love it. It's definitely something that we needed because we always buy bottled water. It was something we were looking for so it worked well for us. The Home Makeover Systems sales rep got here on time and took as much time as we needed. She took extra time and answered all of our questions. She was good. The installer showed up the day we ordered the water system. The sales rep didn’t finish up with us until 5:00 o’clock at night, and they had a guy in the area and so they called him and he came over and worked right up until dark to put in the system for us. It was a good experience.

We purchased a water purification system from Home Makeover Systems and so far, it's been great. The sales representative was very professional and the product installation went fine. The rep asked us about some other things for the home, like ceiling insulation which we already have. We've also got coating on the outside and double pane windows, that’s why we couldn’t get together to purchase anything else. Overall they did their work like they were supposed to, cleaned up pretty well and did a good job.

I have the water purification system, and I wasn’t happy because the salesman from Home Makeover Systems wouldn’t even test my water after I asked three times for it to be done. I wasn’t satisfied and I didn’t like the whole process. They put the system in and they never came back to test it. It was very annoying. They got their money and ran. They haven’t contacted me since then, and I had to do all the follow-up calls. They had left a huge hole in my wall and they were supposed to come the next day to fix it. I had to call them several times to get them to come out. They also broke some glass shelves that my mom had given me. The showers they picked up at the last minute were too big. They gave me the receipt and told me if I wanted, I could get a new different size and they would cover the cost.

I’m very unhappy with Home Makeover Systems. I believe that I was defrauded and I’m debating still whether to call Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. They sent a salesman out and told us that they’ll be with us every step of the way. They gave an astronomical price for doing the job and told us that they’re using a product that nobody else have and that it can’t be replicated and we can’t get it anywhere else. So my husband and I said, “Okay, if this product is really guaranteed for 15 years and it does what they say it’s supposed to be, then maybe it’s worth this money, and if we can get approved, we’ll do it.” So that’s where we went.

I wanted my house painted so I contacted Home Makeover Systems. The quality of their work is good and I'm satisfied. The contractor, Anthony, did a good job. He came out and worked really hard. They broke a pipe but they got it fixed. But, it wasn't as good as it was before it got broke. That was a little bit an issue but, overall, it went well.

We hired Home Makeover Systems for a home painting with the 25-year warranty, and the quality was not very good. I'm going to be putting in a claim to have them come out and repaint my house. They were supposed to go down six inches all the way around the house to the foundation, but they did not. They didn't scrape anything away from the house. It's supposed to be sealed all the way down to the footer. I'm going to be going around the house, digging away the six inches that they were supposed to and taking photographs and sending it to the website for the warranty and have them come out.

We got the insulation in the attic from Home Makeover Systems. Everything was good except for the Publix gift card they said they were going to give me. I've talked to multiple people multiple times and I still I haven't received it yet.

I thought Home Makeover Systems' product would be a good idea to get better water. I got their water softener and purifier and they're excellent. Their installers were intelligent, proficient, efficient, and got the job done. It was an installation glory.

I received a few calls from Home Makeover Systems. It was a presenter from Puronics. I then made an appointment and he came out and did a demonstration. Since installation of the water system, my wife and I are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend the Puronics Water System.

We didn't like our old system of water purification so we got a new one from Home Makeover Systems. It's a good product. The sales rep was very good and seemed to know his product. And the installation went very smoothly.

We're very pleased with Home Makeover Systems and we're happy with the quality of the items we bought from them. Their sales reps, Barbara, Tracy and everybody else were nice to deal with. The installation team was also very polite and quiet as mice. They weren't intrusive and we hardly knew they're here. The first day when they were taking the other windows out, a little noise here and there but, generally, they were really good. We had one window we found where the caulking wasn't right and was very bumpy, so I called them right up and I told them about it. They were out here the very next day to fix it. It was a great experience. They were professional, expedient and well-mannered.

Had a painting job with Home Makeover Systems using their ClimaGuard. There were two guys that came into our house before the actual paint job. One guy came to give me an estimate of what it was going to be, and was extremely nice and helpful. Then I met with another gentleman who was like the manager and told me a little more precise info as to what I should know. He was able to quote me another price and gave me a good deal, so I felt very good about it. I guess the other guy didn't have as much authority.

First of all, Home Makeover Systems said I would see a reduction in my light bill in 45 days but it's higher than it was before. Now, I have to pay for it or they'll put a lien on the house. They said that I would see a reduction even before I make my first payment but the contract states that the reduction would be seen after a year so I can't do anything until then. Their guy told me he was giving me an Elite Thermostat which is so expensive. They put up all those space-age things and broke my ceiling. They were supposed to fix it but they never came back. I am dissatisfied. I should have checked with the Better Business Bureau.

I was very pleased with Home Makeover Systems. The foil came off the garage door the very afternoon of the installation but they came back and put it back on. Everything was fine after that. Although my son dealt with their installation team more than I did, I was very happy with the quality of their product.

Due to a recent break in our house, we need to replace and upgrade our window and sliding door. Back then our windows and doors when we have moved in with were cheap. We bought new ones from Home Makeover. We also double-paned the glass and stuff. It was very good and awesome. The installation guy, from either Lowes or Home Depot, was wonderful but the problem was he never gave me my receipt for my windows. So I can’t get it reimbursed through our insurance. I’m really concerned because I’m out $2800. The insurance won’t reimburse me until I can show proof. If it wasn’t for the receipt, my experience would have been fabulous. And I’m sure once I get my receipt, my opinion of them will be wonderful.

I’m very happy with Home Makeover Systems. It was a very informative and professional presentation that convinced us it would be worthwhile. They showed the system and installed it the same day. It’s amazing how much cleaner everything is, the water tastes and the shower doors stay clean from the water. The installation team explained the system to me and how it worked and how to bypass it. They did a good job.

I've seen some reduction in my electric bill of about $25 for the month since having Home Makeover Systems. My husband said the quality of the items look good. Their team has been very friendly. It took them two days but the guy was very nice and made sure that we were satisfied and everything was done right.

We owned a Home Makeover System in our previous home. We really liked it and were happy with it. Then we sold it with our last house. We're building a new home and I looked up who sold the system in our area. We have the Puronics system from them. The people who came to install it were very considerate, kind and wonderful to work with. However, we did run into some issues. It took them quite a bit of time to do the installation because apparently brand new houses have different settings that normally come with the system. They had to keep driving around to the local stores to try to find parts. That was a little frustrating for everybody because it made the installation process long and it even extended into the next day.

I got water purification and attic insulation from Home Makeover Systems. Since having the water purification system, the water is now fantastic. It felt great and tasted good. But I'm not happy about the attic insulation. The upstairs still feels hot. We did exactly what we were told, to keep the AC on auto and it'll do its job. I was promised that my bill would be cut down about 45% on the electric for the AC, but my bill went up an extra $30. I spoke to Fernando, their representative, about it, but I didn't get any feedback. I don't know if there is any way that I can get that fixed. The gentleman that made the sale was very professional, but I'm very dissatisfied with their product. It's not doing what it has promised to do. I might as well have those stuff packed because I don't need it.

We got our house painted by Home Makeover Systems and they did everything they said they were going to do. It went fine when I spoke to their sales rep; however, my only gripe is with their installation team. They left big round paint chips around our home. But other than that, I've got no complaints with them. My wife and daughter changed my paint scheme which upset me, but that wasn't the team's fault. Overall, I'd recommend them.

I bought the water purification system from Home Makeover and right now, it's good and I like the water. Although, I don't know much about the system and I guess a part of it eliminates the sodium in the water. I give my experience with Home Makeover the highest rating.

They sold my mother insulation services that were nearly useless, and left insulation and other pieces all over the garage. The 'attic' door insulation was literally aluminum tape and nearly Mylar wrapping paper. My mother felt terrible that she had been shafted and these people should be avoided at all costs. Even though she paid in full, they opened a credit line in her name with GreenSky, who is not reachable on the phone without a rip off being represented at you in the form of surveys and car offers.

My husband purchased the ClimaGuard and it was great. I wasn't home when Home Makeover Systems came in and did the paint job, but we're happy with how it looks. It looks good. ClimaGuard is supposed to last 25 years. So if it starts fading in a couple of years, I would have a problem since we paid so much for it, because we wanted the paint to last and get protection from the weather.

We needed to get the house painted so we contacted Home Makeover Systems. The contractor did a really good job, and came to do the repairs on the fascia. He was trying to sell us a new roof, which we know we need, but we didn’t expect to have to deal with that. But I'd recommend them.

Home Makeover is a little more expensive than I expect them to be but other than that, their workmanship wasn't too bad. I had an issue with some support beams that needed to be replaced when they did some woodwork for me. I have cedar siding and I have cedar support beams and they put in pressure treated and I didn’t catch it until after they did it. They're supposed to be working to replace that because I want the cedar in because my porch is untreated and natural looking. They have green, pressure treated on top of red cedar. It doesn’t look very good. And I don’t know how they’ve decided and they made that choice. I was not there when the guys came out to plan what they're going to do. They showed up that day and I have to go to work. I talked to the guy, Ron on Wednesday and he’s supposed follow up to get that guy to come back out and fix all that.

We recommend Home Makeover Systems, they did a very good job when they painted our house. The sales rep we interacted with was awesome, and the installation team was very thorough, efficient, and professional.

We purchased the "Super Attic Shield", installed on September 3, 2015. The saleswoman stated it would lower our electric bill by up to 40% each month, guaranteeing a monthly savings of 25% off my electric bill. That would be fine, as it would more than cover the cost of financing of the purchase/installation fee. And to say, financed with their suggested company... In the middle of the next cycle of our monthly electric bill, (prior to the Shield installation), we explored to lower our bill and was advised by Florida Power to decrease the pool filter time from 12 hours a day, down to 6 hours a day. We also lowered our air conditioning from 72 to 78 degrees. Since we physically moved into our home the end of July 2015, I only had the prior month to compare my electric savings to my new (so called) savings.

Our daughter works for Home Makeover Systems and she recommended the water purification system to us. The quality is good and everything went well during the installation. We'd recommend them.

I met a representative on a home show. A few weeks later, they started calling me over and over again. On the last call, I agreed that somebody can come by to do a free energy check. I made more than clear that I am not going to buy anything. The rep. told me that that would be fine. They would come, do the energy check and would leave me with an estimate for a special attic isolation, just to keep the local company in mind if I ever decide to get it done. However for my time, I would get rewarded with a $25 Home Depot or Publix gift card. The appointment got scheduled and nobody showed up...

It was a few years back when I got the water softener, conditioning system from Home Makeover Systems. Recently, I got their new paint job and the people who did it were friendly and knowledgeable. All items purchased have really good quality and I never had a problem with them.

I got the new technology insulation and the painting exterior thermal thing from Home Makeover Systems. The sales rep really knew his stuff and was very nice, kind, pleasant and informative. He even came back the second day when I was thinking that I might not do it and explained to me how good of a deal it was and was able to get me an even better deal. The installation team was all professional and quick. They showed me the insulation they put in and it looked thick and durable. It’s supposed to last quite a long time.

The first thing I purchased from Home Makeover Systems was the Puronics water system and then I also did the Attic Shield and the ClimaGuard paint. Their team who came over for several days were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves for the most part, but there were a couple of things that I had to throw that they forgot, but it was nothing too bad. I haven't gotten my first bill yet, but I do think that the attic insulation is helping though I'm not sure about the paint to the window yet.

I can tell you first that I have never liked dealing with sales people in my home because they want to oversell everything!! I know why I ask for them to come and I don't need the whole spiel!! Vito was the greatest salesperson ever. Not only did he sell me easily but his whole personality was wonderful to be around. I always ask how long it will take for this or that because I have better things to do! Well I can tell you that Vito could have spent the whole day at my house. Your company is lucky to have him. A very personable guy and passionate about his work. I love that. The guys who did the install were also great guys. So kind and considerate of you and your time. It was all around a wonderful experience and I would not just recommend you, I will praise your company and the people you have working for you. Thank you for a very enjoyable Saturday afternoon and Monday as well.

We were at an art show and there's a little contest where you spend for free credit. It was a part of Home Makeover Systems' sales pitch and we ended up having someone come over to do a presentation. The paint job is supposed to be an insulation job and it's supposed to bring our power bills down. It hasn't and that's after spending $10,000 worth of work done. The house looks great, they did a fantastic job on it, they came out very quickly, but we paid ten times as much as what a basic paint job would be.

We had water purification through Home Makeover Systems. We were happy with the sales pitch and the information they gave us when they came out. But now, we are not happy with any of the home products that they gave us. It's become five years of soaps that we can't use because none of them are anywhere near the standards that they promised. And it almost seems like every bottle is the same thing - they just relabeled it. I can't use it to wash dishes and I absolutely would not use the shampoo to even wash my hand. However, the installation was great. They actually did it faster than promised. The water is great but the products that came with it are not.

We had Home Makeover did the aluminum or attic installation. Their sales rep was pretty good and informative. He gave us all the information on the products and what it will and will not do. He did inform me of the product lines that the company offered though I was not interested in any other products at that time and still not interested in anything else. The installation team were also friendly. They answered all our questions and did everything that they were scheduled to do on a timely basis. They were very quick in completing their task. The quality of the work is good and it seems to have worked for a little while. But these extreme temperatures, there's nothing that could really cut the heat in the attic. But when the weather was a little cooler, it did work well.

I went to a show and there was a booth for the public, I signed and that's when somebody from Home Makeover Systems came over. My most recent purchase using them was a water system. When I have them, everything is a whole lot better. The sales representative was okay and the installation guy was very nice. He wanted to make sure I got what I paid for and that I knew how to use it. He was very, very professional. Overall, the experience was okay but they told me that I would be getting free soap for four years and I have just two dishwasher in washing the plate and because of that, I don't wanna recommend them.

I love the water purification system I purchased recently from Home Makeover Systems. However, interacting with the sales rep was a little difficult. When I was buying the product it got slow when we got to pricing. It was a long negotiation and felt like a car dealership. Furthermore, I remember the salesperson telling us we can install the product anywhere, but when the installer came, he said that's not true and I didn't get to place it where I want to. But the installer was very knowledgeable and gave us the best recommendation that he could. I also had trouble when my referral credit was going to be denied. I got hold of the owner yesterday and made sure it got corrected, but it wasn't after numerous calls and aggravations with the staff.

One of Home Makeover Systems' client referred them to me. It was through her positive comments that made me decide to go for their services. Their sales rep came to our home and gave us about an hour and a half presentation and was able to answer all of our questions. For the questions she couldn't answer, she had someone she could call and get the answers quickly. She did a good job overall. The people in their installation team were also courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and did a good job. They were easy to work with, fast, and were able to work with our timetable. We had them put in a water purification system and it's of excellent quality. We're very happy with them.
