Last month, I contacted Home Makeover LLC for my siding work in Shrewsbury. The team has done a great job, even after the completion, they cleaned up the site. For Anyone looking for a reliable exterior home makeover in New Jersey, I would highly recommend Home Makeover LLC.

The guy who came to our house was very professional and promoted the system from Home Makeover very well. He gave the whole details and showed us for two hours. He was a good guy. Now, we don't buy the bottled water anymore. We just use the water from the sink.

The sales rep was great. He was able to switch languages because my husband didn't speak English. There were some specific things that I said, "You need to say it in Spanish” ‘cause I didn't know what that is in English. I like it because my husband was able to be a part of the conversation and I didn't have to translate. My husband and I made the decision together, and we got Brita from Home Makeover Systems. We like it a lot. I'm usually picky with water, and I had to buy water bottled. With many other options, I didn't get because of it’s flavor, but when I tried this one, I said, "Okay. I can drink this water." I also like when I wash my hands or when I take a shower how soft the water felt. I love to see how my tubes are clean and without the white thing in the drain as well.

Home Makeover Systems has good stuff. The water filtration system was something that me and my wife had been discussing about doing. We've been noticing we were having some skin issues and dandruff. I've lived in the city all my life and it's something I've always had but she came from the country and she didn't start getting dandruff or the dry skin issues till she moved into the city. She was always saying it was the water and I said that we would do something about it. A day or two later, a representative came to the house and he was selling a system. We let him in, he did the water test, and the water was really bad so we ended up getting the system. We've enjoyed it since then. We drink more water, we make more drinks with our water now and we cut out on buying beverages. It's been nice.

The condition of our water has improved dramatically. Awesome water system. Thank you Matt for informing us about the Pro Platinum system. Our drink water has never tasted better. We really enjoy the system. I highly recommend Home Makeover's products and services.

While the installation went very well. Matt has not completed the soap scent selection documentation nor have I received the system manual and written warranty. Matt has missed several appointments to get this finished up (to include yesterday 07/07/2022). Service after the sale is in question.

One of the carrots on the end of the stick is Home Makeover Systems would mail me all these great products that work best with the Brita PRO water softener. The system is fine, and I got good water. But the individual didn't follow through with promises made on the additional things that makes it more luring to buy the product. Because they're very expensive.

Terrence, the guy who came to our house, knocked on our door and told us about the Brita system. We set an appointment with him, and he showed us the difference of the water that's coming out of the Brita and our tap water. He convinced us, so now we have it and our water is softer. Plus, it's less harsher on the skin. I would tell people to check out Home Makeover Systems and see if they like it, 'cause it made a difference.

The installer and I talked a bit, and he explained to me how the Brita water softener works. I had a schedule for the Home Makeover Systems rep to come back after I got my soap on Friday. He was supposed to come test it again after everything was installed to make sure everything was running good. But he never showed up. Everything else was good. I feel good about the quality.

I didn’t like the way the water smelled. We got the Brita and I started drinking more water now. It’s definitely worth the investment.

I met Phil and he was an amazing guy. He was my sales guy. I also met with Will who was the maintenance guy. Their installers were an amazing team. Interestingly enough, they had the same name, Kevin and Kevin. It was a wonderful experience. My water tastes great. My shower is even been better. My clothes are cleaner. I've recommended Home Makeover Systems to one of my business partners and they have an appointment in his house on the 14th.

Home Makeover Systems was offering a free $50 gift card if we did an appointment. They came and did their presentation. It's not just a standard water purification system. It’s a little bit better electronics and a little bit better of a system as far as how it filters the water. You can't get from Home Depot or Lowe's because it's the top-of-the-line and this thing’s warrantied for life. In five years, they have to come out and replace something. It costs $120. After then, it's another five years again before you have to do any kind of maintenance. Another thing that got me was this company specifically said, “If you move, we'll come out to your house, unhook it, and rehook it to your new house, free of charge." They were great from start to finish, and even to the point that we had to stop them. We had to say, “We're already sold. You don't have to do any more selling."

The rep was very professional. He was courteous and he persuaded us. The installation was beautiful and it was all very timely. But I meant to call them because the scent that was there before the Brita water softener was put in is back. What I'm not clear on is the maintenance of the system and whether there are things I have to do periodically. Also, in terms of the financing, a little more explanation could have been given concerning that. There should be a number I can call. Other than that, the product itself is good.

Since having our Brita Pro system, the water taste is different and also there is no hardness anymore. I can feel the softness of it. The smell is also gone. As far as the company's customer service and technicians, they were very professional and did a very clean job and I'm very much impressed with their work.

We had a little bit of a hard time with Home Makeover. The salesman seemed to be overwhelmed. There was a soap product that was supposed to come with the deal and it took them quite a long time before we got that part. But the installers were good and we liked the product.

We ran into some problems with the placement of the water filter. The reps put it right in the very front of our house and it was ugly. I thought it was gonna be a little hidden. So, we had to call Home Makeover a couple of times to get it moved. But they were very nice about it and they were very willing to get it moved and it got moved. So, we're happy with it. The water is amazingly different since we’ve had the water softener. It is so much cleaner and softer.

The rep showed me the test and I’d seen the difference in the water so that was what sold me. They got out here very quickly to install. They even made it where I can get free soap. They came back after a few weeks to do a new test to update it, and it was not where it should, so someone’s gonna service it this week. They've been communicating with fine.

So far, we like Brita. There's no more hard water residue on our glasses.

The guys who did the installation had done their third system of the day by the time they got to my house so they were pretty dead at that point but they got it done in record time. The Brita Water Softener is wonderful. I love it. I got it because I have some skin issues and already, I can see the moisture is back because the moisturizer that I use when I get out of the shower can get through the skin.

We were having some water problems because of the buildup on our faucets and things of that nature. Also, we've read some reports about issues in the Florida Water so when Home Makeover showed up at my door and showed us the presentation, it was a no brainer for us. The customer service reps were very courteous and professional.

We went ahead and scheduled the consultation for Home Makeover Systems to test the water, and we ended up moving forward with the service. The rep was knowledgeable about the product. So, he was able to answer all our questions. It was a lengthy pitch but we're just ready to hit it. It makes a difference. I could tell definitely with the soap. We use less of it. And the texture of the water is a bit different. Also, just a better peace of mind that we have better filtration system in the second worst water in the country.

I love our Brita water softener. It’s the best thing I have ever done. My counters don't have spots on them. My clothes are whiter just in a couple of weeks. I've been so unhappy with New Smyrna’s water. It's full of lime and calcium. Home Makeover Systems came in and they tested the water. Then I made them test the water I had in the Brita pitcher, and they were exactly the same. They really improved it, so I was thrilled. The only thing is when they put the faucet for the freshwater, they put it between the two tanks, and I can't get my hand between there to hook a hose on it. I did text the guy and they're going to fix it.

I went to a demonstration then bought the water softener. We're in Florida and the water here is disgusting. The water is pretty yellow here due to chlorine. In the demonstration, the water looked pretty clear but it was still yellow. This water softener system is nice because it's for the whole house. My other system in California was just under our sink and for our drinking water. Our water is soft now.

Brita is a name that I already knew and trusted because I had the water pitcher. The rep came and I was busy, and he went to my neighbor down the street. We're in a new community and our water stinks like rotten eggs and it's killing my skin. My hands look like alligators. I couldn't deal with it. And it was messing with my stomach, which was even worse. My neighbor got her system, and the next day she said, “Joyce, the smell is gone. It tastes like real water.” I said, “Send them over.” Phil was wonderful. The installation was the next day and they were quick. I love the Brita. I was grateful because I couldn't believe that I came home and my son said, “It didn't stink and it tasted like water.” I've recommended Brita to all my other neighbors here, especially those who are moving in.

The demonstrations Home Makeover Systems did were really good. Also, the guy who came and did it was very professional. It wasn’t the first one we’ve had, so with each one, we were told it takes 10, 15 minutes, but 45 minutes later we were still sitting through it. I already made up my mind that we wanted a water softener before we were visited by anybody. So, the demonstrations dragged on and on. I could appreciate where some of the material for the demonstration was coming from, like information material, but none of it influenced me more to buy it. I don't like people coming into my house to try and sell me something. It's aggravating.

The installer was professional. With the system, the water feels a bit softer. It almost stays on your skin a little bit.

Home Makeover Systems gave me a gift card for them coming to give me a demonstration of the system and how it works. The rep was really nice, and my experience was great. The installation was great too. They were super friendly and very quick. Now, everything feels better after showering.

The person who presented the system was well-versed, very professional and knowledgeable. I've noticed the difference based on what was highlighted to me on what I have versus what I have now. I probably still need some time to figure out how it affects my skin. But I heard what Florida water was, I knew I had to do something. I knew I needed it. But I'm happy. I would rate the system as top of the top.

The young man came in and I was very pleased with everything that he told me. I had the system set up to have it installed. Home Makeover Systems was very professional and courteous during the whole experience. They came in and inspected it all after it was installed and explained everything very well to me. It cleans better, even my dishes and even my own hair.

We've noticed a difference in our water quality so Home Makeover did a great job installing the water softener. It took a couple of hours, which wasn’t very long. The techs were great. They answered our questions on maintenance.

The sales rep of Brita water softener system was very nice and knowledgeable. There's a peculiar smell that was coming out from the water, specifically from the washer. It's everywhere in this area. The water was tasting a little bit different than where we used to live. I was a little bit concerned about that because no one had any explanation when we called the utility services. Since having the Brita installed, the smell from the water is no longer there, which is a big plus. The only concern and I'm the only one that hasn't acquired the taste for the moisture on the water when I shower. But everybody in my house loves the moisture part. I'm just still not used to it. But everything is good, so far.

We took the demo with Home Makeover Systems. They show you what's wrong with the water step by step and the different things that are in it. We could see the difference between the filtered and non-filtered water and the plan seemed good to us. After we approved it, they were here two days later to install and did it very professionally. They knew what they were doing and cleaned it up. We feel a lot safer having the system. We notice the water is coming out clean now. The water looks the same out of the sink but now, we know it’s filtered. In the end, if you go with their product, it doesn't cost you anything. It's a great deal and the lifetime warranty is awesome.

The sales rep was amazing, very personable and informative. It was evening time and we have a big family so we had a lot going on, and he was very considerate of that. The installation tech was great. He left a lot of information for me on how to maintain and assisted me in moving some stuff out the way as well. So, that was good. Our water was hard on the skin. I have eczema so you can tell immediately. It becomes very irritable but now that I have Home Makeover’s system installed, my skin is not triggered as much. My wife says she loves it with her hair. Also, we enjoy being able to drink from any faucet in the house and feeling rest assured that our water is good. It’s amazing with food as well. Surprisingly, it helps with the taste. I wish the system was something we could offer to everybody, because it's definitely needed. A lot of people don't understand it.

We got a $50 gift card for having Home Makeover Systems come in and show us the system. We liked their demonstration so we got the Brita water softener. The guy that game to do the demonstration for us was very personable and the installer was very professional and helpful. The gentleman that did our demonstration was also there at the day of the install. We love the system. The water taste and smell are different. It's 100% improvement. We were impressed overall.

Since having the water softener from Home Makeover Systems, there has been a pretty good improvement on our water. It doesn't leave any water marks and it's cleaner.

Home Makeover Systems has good products. We got the Brita PRO Home Filtration System. The installation was quick. Our water tastes better.

The sales rep was a very nice person and wasn’t pushy. I got the Brita water softener and so far, I have no issues with it. All I got to do is keep an eye on the salt level.
