I bought this brand microwave only about a year ago. Right away the rotating tray made loud popping noises during operation. Then there was a black charred area in back corner which I am pretty sure was caused by fire. I consider them to be a fire risk and would be wary about leaving it plugged in especially when you are away for any period of time.

Bought the Galanz retro toaster oven about 1 year ago. Today my wife put a piece of bread in, turned the dial for toast and went about her other business in the house. The dial never counted down, the toast burned to a crisp and the kitchen filled with billowing smoke.....absolute nightmare as this thing tried to burn our house down.

I purchased this multi-function microwave in July 2024. In Aug. 2025, the light went off, and then a couple of weeks later, it kept shutting off within a few seconds. The air fryer did not cook anything for more than 2 seconds. I unplugged and reset multiple times, but failed to fix it. It is a piece of junk that won't last beyond the warranty period.

I liked the microwave but it didn't last a year before the door open button broke. I fixed it the best I could and it lasted another few months but the cheap plastic just wasn't durable enough to stand up to normal use. Piece of garbage. Do not buy!

Microwave have started to cut off while in use for whatever reason. I thought it was the wall socket, so connected it with a power strip cord an it trip the power cord off. Microwave cuts off after a few minutes after using.

I just bought the Galanz 3-in-1 microwave from Walmart. I plugged it in, the light came on, and the table started turning. I tried to set the time, thinking that would fix it, but it did not. It stops when I open the door. I could not get it to work either. I called the service number and was told to return it to Walmart for a replacement. After reading these reviews, I'm wondering if I want to try another one.

Mine is under 3 years old, from a single person household, that does not use microwave for cooking, as a matter of fact very low usage and it quit under 3 years old. When I phoned the company they said unplug for 30 minutes & plug in a different socket. Sounded like a hokey test and yup! it didn't fix it. I like to stick with more well known brands and would never buy this brand again. 2.8 years is not enough return on investment and I see Costco has discontinued selling them

I notice a review with the same problem I have. I bought a toaster oven Model # GFSK215S2EAQ18. The toaster oven itself works fine and I like it - it has two french doors that swing open and is very spacious. However, within the one-year warranty period, the LED display lost one bar. By the end of the second year, it had lost almost all the bars and Galanz said "Sorry, out of warranty". So now I can't see the bars to set the time, or alter the times programmed for each function, or see how much time is left to finish cooking/baking. This is planned obsolescence. Galanz has built a good toaster over and then installed a terrible LED display that can't be swapped out like the display on my Samsung stove. Very bad faith vendor - avoid Galanz.

Yes, my mother bought the "GALANZ" microwave oven everything in one. About a year ago and she was using it in the glass tray shattered inside the oven after using it while she cut herself got over 100 stitches. I emailed "GALANZ" about it and they said, "All you have to show is proof of everything" so I send pictures and they said, "All we need to see is a receipt too, that you bought it." Well, I can't find the receipt but I showed pictures and everything and they told me there's nothing they can do so good luck. "GALANZ with my lawyer" and I do not recommend this product to anyone!!!

This is the worst appliance I have ever owned! Haven’t had it 2 years already rusting and burned spot around the ring under the glass plate! Should be thrown in the trash and certainly not on any shelves for anyone to buy. This is bad for all the customers to have the same complaint! Do better or stop selling this kind of garbage. I am very unhappy and disappointed. This was a Birthday gift for me. I would hate for someone to come over and need to use the microwave to see all the black and rust stuff going on in the inside of this microwave. We all deserve a replacement or our money back.
