    I am so excited to be working with John and Raff to get new siding on our home. They really helped me to understand not only the benefit of their product, not only as an investment for my home, but also as an investment in our health. Our home has lots of leaks due to its complex build and we have mold which has caused respiratory problems for my daughter. We are thrilled to be working with a company that we know we can trust to do the job right.

    David came to my door and told me a little about what DaBella does. Since I am in need of roof work we set up an appointment for the following day. Worked with me on the price and helped me get what the walk-in tub that I've been wanting. Wish it was here now but can't wait to use it in a few weeks so I can enjoy it.

    Micah came to my home to initially give me an estimate to repair a window, and after being honest and forthright with me, I decided to purchase a new window.     We did not get past the free consultation stage. The salesman was very pushy and was told "We will not be signing any contracts today". He was told this very early on in the conversation. His claim of "If it's a no, it's a no and all I ask is you tell me that and be upfront" apparently was a big lie. In the end we kicked him out after he insulted our intelligence. The only reason we need a contractor is because the one person in the house with knowledge is disabled. You do not tell someone with experience in actual construction they are not an expert, but that the salesman is. His exact words were "You are not the expert here, I am". I can't imagine that line ever working, at least not the way he said it. It was said with frustration and anger.

    I wanted an estimate for new skirting on a 1979 model mobile home. I have pretty limited income, just wanted a figure. Representatives came and inspected the whole house, including evaluating the siding, which I am in NO position to replace, and I said so. I also asked for a roof quote and was told 25k$! They asked way too many very personal questions about my financial status and I foolishly answered them...takes me a minute before I realize this was all extremely inappropriate.

    I found myself getting rude and defensive myself, which must've been my discomfort with what was happening. After I said there was NO way I could afford 25K at this point in my life on a 45-year-old unit...end of the conversation, they left quickly...though they wanted to 'help' me. Terribly unprofessional, I don't even think they introduced themselves to me? Very hard-core sales pitch, including several warnings of how bad a shape things were in (not that bad btw). I would NEVER recommend this company after this experience...Beware!

    DaBella of Vancouver, WA came to my home while canvasing the neighborhood. They made an appointment for their Salespeople to come by the next day. The salesmen arrived on time and followed through on the inspection of my roof that had been promised. They showed me photos and evidence of the condition of my roof which I already knew was not good. After lengthy discussion explaining their process for replacing the roof, and going over the promotions that were available to me, I went ahead and made the to have my roof replaced by DaBella.

    While I was nervous to make such a big decision, working with David S. and Julian S. at DaBella has been the best experience it could be. Both David and Julian were so nice to talk to and work with. They took the time to get to know me and to understand my family and financial situation. They worked with me running numbers all afternoon listening to my situation and working to make an arrangement that would work for both myself and DaBella. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. I appreciated the same values from their supervisors and managers.

    I was trying to find someone to install a walk in shower as it was almost impossible to step over the tub for me to take a shower after my back surgery. I looked locally with no results so went to social media. That is where I found DaBalla. Samatha came to the house and we sat down and discussed all the options. My wife and her choose a color and we signed the paperwork. It was a few weeks that I got an email stating the order was in and I would be contacted shortly. The same day I got a phone call from Nathan ** asking me if he could come the following day to do the installation. Nathan was very polite and respectful during the installation process. We are very pleased with the new walk in shower as it sure will make my life easier. Again I appreciate both Samatha and Nathan for being super helpful and professional during this process.

    These guys came out and they did a fantastic job on our estimate for our roof, it started as going to replace our windows but we decided that the roof was more important. They both were great at explaining all of the options and we came up with a very fair price, especially for this old house. We are really excited to see the finished product.     So far I am very disappointed. I am having new siding installed and they have been here for only a few days but the workers said they were finished. The siding is chipped, cracked and loose. The trim is patched together and not evenly installed. T nails were used on the trim and they reused old trim around some of my windows, other areas were filled in with trim instead of siding like it should be. Gaps and holes all over. This was done over two days and I'm left with a mess! I am holding out hope it will be corrected but my faith is dwindling. I am in contact with the job manager but feel like he's just trying to brush off my concerns. I am paying A LOT of money and will absolutely not be taken through the ringer. I have included pictures of exactly what I observe and am keeping very detailed, documented issues with bad work.

    I signed the contract in May 2024. Attempted to cancel the contract. Was told by Debella rep was not able. It was over 3 days. The windows were supposed to be in production. After calling in Sept 2024. They were not even ordered. I did receive a check for the inconvenience. The windows showed up for install in Sept 2024. The Livingroom window was 7 inches short. The installers had already removed the original and had to make the new window work. They made up the length by putting 2×4 up and filling with foam. The window was to be one complete window. Not three individual windows. The window was not assembled as one. The local manager for Dabella suggested that was normal for spacing. They agreed to replace the window with the correct window. One large window in the middle and two double hung on either side. The first window showed up Oct 2024. Was built the same length as the original window.

    They reordered the window. Showed up around Jan 2025. Was completely wrong. A slider. The third window showed up. It was white on both sides. The fourth window showed up April was the correct window. They installed the window. The window was an inch wider and taller. The installer had to modify the house frame. And place the window. They did not have the inside trim pieces to finish the project. The installers mentioned they would be out the following week. I called the person who made the install date. The work order only showed removing and installing the window. No mention of the finish trim. He said he was waiting for a call back from Dabella. I've called and have got the run a round. I would reconsider using them for any projects.

I wanted to make sure everything would match on the outside., that did not happen. They ripped off siding on my house and replaced it with a color that is not even the same match. The outside trim of the windows doesn’t match the windows that I previously had just put in. I was told they do the indoor trim work, which they don’t..

    I just gave DaBella several hours that I'll never get back. Yesterday (Friday), two people canvassing the neighborhood knocked on my door. They were friendly but incredibly pushy - essentially would not take no for an answer about scheduling an 'evaluation' of the windows on my house. The timing could not have been worse for a variety of personal reasons. My dog had just had surgery (literally 24 hrs prior), which I explained and said it wasn't a good time for random people to come to the house, but they said the 'evaluation' would mostly involve the person being outside taking photos/measurements... They also said that I would get a call ahead of time to confirm it was still a good time. I signed up for an appointment the next day (Saturday) so that they would leave, planning on cancelling it when I got the confirmation call.

    Well now it's Saturday - I have my 5-year-old twins home and my dog, I never got the call to check on the timing, and this guy knocks on the door to do the evaluation. He was INSIDE my house for over 2 hours!?! Going through an incredibly detailed presentation (slides, demos, etc.). NOT at all what I thought I had signed up for (and planned to cancel anyway...). I feel like I politely explained multiple times that I was not interested in replacing windows anytime soon, was not able to commit to anything at this time, and frankly do not have the financial resources right now anyway. He said something like "it's either going to be a yes or a no," and I said "well it's going to be a no." He did NOT listen and kept on with the speil. My kids are getting antsy, hungry, etc., it's just chaos, and he's bringing in a heat lamp and samples to demonstrate energy efficiency!

    Despite my saying several times I'm not interested in this, he's giving me dollar figures and asking which range 'feels comfortable.' Legitimately almost in tears at this point - we just took out a home equity loan, my job is at risk from the funding cuts happening right now, my dog just had surgery, all of which I told him, and obviously I have two young kids... still he's pressuring me on these questions.

    I apologized for the fact that he was catching me at a bad time and he was like "it's okay, I've seen worse... at least no one died..." Like what?? Finally I said I am reaching the end of my availability, STILL he does not leave, instead asks what I have going on the rest of the afternoon, seemingly questioning that I actually had to go? Ridiculous. He calls his 'manager' to see if they can give me a better 'deal.' Finally my friend who I had been texting throughout came over with her three kids to essentially intervene and I'm like it's okay he's just leaving and he finally left. I try to be polite and respectful but he legitimately would not take no for an answer. The whole thing was so upsetting and infuriating, and a terrible way to spend several hours on the weekend with my kids. :(

    Installed shower smaller than original, should have been at least the same size. Sales team promised an enclosed shower to the ceilings, only done in 1 of 2 showers. Caulking not done around shower head pipe to wall. Handle to water left lose. They look much better, but for the money I spent, should have got better service. Not the professional company that I expected them to be!! Would not use them again for other projects!!

    They came over to look at my roof. They quoted me $8,000 then after talking on the phone away from me they now come with $12,700. Do not hire this company. They are crooks.     I am a 80-year-old senior citizen and veteran. I signed a contract with DaBella to preform siding even after they raised their estimate by 4k. Paid my deposit then didn't hear anything about const schedule for 2 months. Upon checking several times I was told that they couldn't make enough money on my contract so they were cancelling. I have never been able to talk to a manager and never got a written explanation. This wk was for fire protection but they don't care and they don't care about living up to their contractual obligations.

    As a 80-year-old senior citizen/veteran they just can care less and feel they can run over and disrespect. No written communication even though I have sent a certified letter to their president and contacted customer service I have never encountered such a non-caring business in my whole life. Their mission statement is a farce and I wouldn't trust them in any way. They have a contract and my deposit but will not communicate. Unbelievable.

    Where do I begin??? Great sales pitch, financing was approved on the spot, then everything was downhill after that. Materials were dumped on my yard, just off of the curb, without ANY prior notice. After office was called for installation date, 3 weeks later and 1 day BEFORE scheduled date for work to be started, workers arrived without prior notice, dropped off by Supervisor without specific instructions and no toilet facilities available for the entire workday. When Supervisor did arrive at the end of the day. was very dismissive of any questions I had, and work ended up getting done that was not initially requested, resulting in shortage of materials, resulting in more delays. Work was done in semi-darkness, resulting in panels coming down immediately, repairs had to be done, not just once, but twice the workers had to come back.

    Shortly after I signed the "work completion" paperwork, the panels dropped again (pictures attached) on three sides of the house, and on the deck side the top railing slipped down exposing the side of the house to all this winter's moisture from rain and snow. Phones calls were make to my salesperson, final inspector, and Colorado representative and no calls were returned. Kinda at a loss as to what my next course of action will be and in the meantime the financing office is asking for their monthly payments which I have refused to give until this gets resolved, so of course my credit score is taking a hit and it has been almost a year since the installation

    I had a DaBella sales representative out to my home a few days ago. The salesman was very nice and seemed to know about the product he was selling. Other than that, it was not a good experience. What I wanted and had let DaBella know was, I wanted a price quote for a small area of siding work. I had also told DaBella and the rep that I would not be making a purchase decision that same day. After listening to the presentation that was somewhat lengthy, he finally got to price. He told me a price and I told him that I would not be making a purchase decision that day. He then called his manager and the quoted price went down.

    The discounted price was only available if I would purchase right then and there. I told him again that I wasn't going to purchase that same day. He called his manager again and then told us that he could not believe what his manager was doing, and then lowered the price again. They kept putting pressure on us to purchase right then and there. Their whole sales tactic was one that you would expect at a used car lot. If you want a clear and upfront good price with people that are not going to jerk you around, don't use DaBella. These are high pressure salesmen.

    I was approached by a young salesman named Dominik as soon as I arrived home and was getting out of my car. He immediately asked if I lived there with anybody and if my husband was home, which he was not. This gave me pause but I continued on the conversation. He pitched me a roof evaluation and a quote for a new roof. I told him I was interested to hear a quote as we have been considering a new roof in the near future. He said somebody would call to confirm our appointment and headed out. He then came back 3 times shortly after that conversation. I did not answer the first time because I did not hear him but my cameras picked him up. He then proceeded to peek in windows and knock on the windows at me. Which immediately made me feel extremely unsafe as a woman home alone, which he had already confirmed.

    The 4th time he returned my husband was home and he confronted him where Dominik said he was told to do that by his manager. We checked my community's Facebook page and several other people posted with similar experiences. We feel harassed and violated and cannot believe that their salesman are not only allowed but encouraged to act so inappropriately.

    Horrible business practices. Will for sure rip off old folks in a NY minute with their sales tactics. Again, tactics is the best word. Answered an ad. Asked for a price for 2 window replacements. Rest of the 25 year old double pane efficient, vinyl, etc. are fine. One is cracked and one double hung mechanism is broken. Told the scheduler this information when her sales pitch starts. Will I be home. Will all the homeowners be there. They are going to want to see all the windows. I said they can see the 2 that I need quotes on. That is it. I will not be there. My 82 yo dad, with no decision making ability, will be there to show them the two upstairs windows in question.

    I get a call from the sales TEAM that has descended on my house and is trying to pressure my father. I told them as above. Repeated what I told their scheduler. 2 windows. No more. No less. Leave me their quotes. Corvette level, Camaro level, Chevette level. They did not like that. I then repeat all the above to their manager when he calls me with the sales pitch. After all is said and done, they left me no quotes as it was not worth the time to do 2 windows. Sad state of affairs.

    My husband made an appointment to someone coming through the neighborhood who told him he would talk to us about tax incentives regarding replacement windows, and it would only take "a few minutes." The salesperson came, and we were very up-front with her that my husband had since been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer the week before, and so we were unable to commit to anything at this time. She asked to measure and then talk to us. The "few minutes" became an hour and a half of hard sell on her part, with us repeatedly explaining we absolutely could not make a commitment at this time due to our medical emergency. She continued to press, call her supervisor, call her supervisor again. I finally left the room absolutely furious to determine how to handle the situation.

    When I returned, she had yet ANOTHER offer to present. At NO time was anything even mentioned about energy rebates, what had gotten them in the door in the first place. I finally told her she needed to leave, that there was far too much stress in our lives, and she had totally ignored our situation. At NO time had our response ever changed regarding our reasons for not committing to the work. She completely ignored our situation and, while pleasant enough, behaved completely callously toward us in our time of crisis. It is difficult enough to accept a life-threatening diagnosis and dealing with that without being badgered into doing something that could also hurt us financially in our uncertain future. This was Friday. We have received two pushy follow-up calls since and have now blocked the number. We now have a "No Soliciting" sign on our front door. Honestly, I wouldn't hire these people to do anything at this point were they the last contractor on earth.

    I contacted Debella to give me a quote on siding, the salesperson arrived as scheduled and did a good job but then became very pushy with us in an attempt to get us to sign paperwork right there and then even though we could never get the price to an arguable number. The quote started out above 52,000.00, and they were only able to get it down to 34,000.00 if I was willing to pay upfront with cash, this is still 14,000.00 over my budget. This was Thursday.

    Two days later on Friday, I started to receive sales calls that started at 0800 am and continued until 5;30 pm with a total of 6 calls in this time period in an attempt to get a sale out of me. I informed them I was not interested related to pricing and to please be removed from the calling list upon the 1st call I have received. The calls continued the next day Saturday, but I had silenced my phone. I have since contacted Debella and filed a harassment complaint with them. It is now the weekend so I will see if this harassment continues on Monday.

    We had windows and a high end new roof installed. We are very happy with the new windows, roof, and the installation crews. We were very disappointed with the finance company they recommended. The Service Finance Company, LLC charges daily interest rates that add up very quickly. And if you pay more than the required monthly payment they still charge you interest on the total amount before applying what's left to the principal. Sales people should make customers aware of this when suggesting this finance company. We will never go with SFC again.

    DaBella promised 'Trained' installers..Apparently the ability to speak English was not part of the training. NO ONE on my roof could answer any questions or offer any help about issues like dropping nails EVERYWHERE including my neighbor's driveway. The neighbor issue was mostly addressed except the Manager, Dustin promised my neighbor 200 dollars for his inconvenience. Which was fine but HE NEVER PAID A CENT! As a matter of fact they left nails everywhere and never came back to finish the job. The manager, Dustin will say whatever it takes to move forward but never honor his word. His ability and willingness to lie right to your face is breathtaking. He will say anything, agree to anything, and when you try to call his mailbox is full and he ignores your texts unless it suits him to call or text you to lie to you some more.

    I paid $7,489 for Dabella's premium gutters. 2 years ago their subcontractor came while we were not home and installed cheap gutters. He told my partner that he would charge $2,400 for these gutters for his own customers. I have reached out to Dabella many times to get the gutters that I paid for installed. They said they would over the past 2 years, since the wrong ones were installed. Nothing was ever done.

    I spoke to a Dabella customer service rep over the phone about a refund. She said Dabella would refund $4,000 to me. Dabella emailed a contract for me to sign, which stated that they would "credit" $4,000 to me. Edgar, the customer service manager, called me and pressured me to sign the contract. I told him that I was offered a refund - not a credit. I would not sign it.

    Not only did they scam me - but the gutters leak so bad that we cannot use our front door whenever it rains or snow melts without getting soaked. The leaks have damaged the fascia boards that support the gutters, over the past 2 years, and have caused wet rot on them. I lost more than the $7,489. Now I have to pay another contractor to remove these gutters and also the fascia boards, and put up new, leak-free gutters, and new wood fascia boards. That's another expense on top of the $7,489. It would be advantageous to them to just refund the $4,000 that was offered. Then I am happy to give a review that states that we settled amicably.

    Don't even think about making an appointment. We were interested in upgrading our master bathroom, but had found someone else. We called and cancelled our appointment 3 days prior to schedule. Two men showed up anyway on the scheduled day in separate vehicles. We told them we cancelled. They didn't believe us. They insisted on coming in, but we refused. They went away for a few minutes and then came back and asked us to call their office to confirm the cancellation, which we did, and it was confirmed. They aggressively tried to come in our house again, but we kept refusing. They were extremely pushy.

    This time they wanted to sell us new roof and windows. We told them NO. Finally got the door closed and they stood outside in front of our house for about 1/2 hour. We decided to call the local Police Dept. and while on the phone with the Police they drove off. We took photos of their vehicles. We felt threatened and the Police told us next time don't wait so long to call.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! On August 26th we had a sales rep for Dabella come out to give us an estimate for window replacement. Austin was very kind and professional and gave us several quotes ranging from $32,000 to $14,000. Now even though the pricing was a little steep we ended up choosing the lower level windows because we really didn't have need of the windows that had the bells and whistles. I think what sold us on these windows more than anything was the fact that they are made in the USA and made to order, they are just windows sitting in a warehouse somewhere getting warped.

    Fast forward to October 17th, 2 weeks after our original install date of October 3rd, the installers came out and got right to work. They set up barriers for possible lead exposure and cleaned up every bit of debris. They also worked with us on containing our 5 rescue dogs which was super helpful. Now during the installation of the windows one of the installers grabbed the brick above a window and broke it away from the house. The lead installer was very quick in reacting and applied some shims to hold the brick in place until Dabella could get someone out there to fix the brick stating I should hear from someone within a week.

    Fast forward to October 28th, at this point I have not received any calls regarding my broken brick, so I take it upon myself to call Dabella's customer service number and after being on hold for over 45 minutes I explain the situation and she sets up a work order and sends it via email to the local office here in Tucson. Several hours later I get a call from Ebony from the local office. I am asked to reiterate everything that happened and to send pictures of the damage which I do within 15 minutes after our phone call ends. The response I got was "give me some time to investigate this".

    On October 7th I have yet to hear anything from Dabella or Ebony regarding my broken brick. So once again I reach out and ask what the status of my brick repair is and I'm told I will be getting a call from a local masonry contractor to set up an appointment to get an estimate. On November 14th the masonry contractor comes out and does his viewing of the damage and states he will have the estimate to Dabella within 48 hours. I also contact Ebony at the local office to let her know he was here and to keep a lookout for the estimate.

    Fast forward to November 26th I have not received any communication on the status of the repair to my brick, so once again I reach out to Dabella to check on the status AGAIN and the response I get from Ebony is "let me get you some answers". Fast forward to December 5th with no word from Dabella or Ebony on the repair to my house. At this point it's been 7 weeks since my brick was broken and I'm no closer to getting this resolved. Needless to say I don't hear anything back from Dabella or Ebony until December 9th unto which I get this email from Ebony:

    "Hello Audi,
    My apologies we are having issues getting ahold of the person who came out to look at the bricks.
    This issue is being actively spoken about and we would like to make this issue right.
    I have spoke to my General manager and because we can not get ahold of the Masonry,
    Are you able to get a quote for the repair around the window and send it to us?
    This will be reimbursed to you. I am also free to speak tomorrow after 9am 520.589.1048 is the office number.

    Thank you for all of your patience in this matter."

    I am just beyond myself that they would think it is ok to push their work back on my lap and am I really supposed to trust that I'll get reimbursed when they can't even do their job correctly? This is not even remotely satisfactory customer service. It is now December 30th and of course my brick is still not fixed. I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone, because most people don't have time to play these games with the back and forth. So Buyers please beware if something goes amiss on your job you might be waiting a long time for resolution.

    Bait & Switch. Didn't receive products ordered. Windows installed improperly and ALL failed within days: condensation between window panes, water collection in window well. Extensive damage to walls around the windows. Door installed improperly. Doesn't fit into door opening. Leaking. Oak trim removed and destroyed.

    Replaced with USED 1" square white stock with upper butt joints that don't fit (corners are not mitered). No caulking or painting. No shims used. No interior door threshold. No sliding screen door. All products left FILTHY. Not cleaned at all!

    My husband made contact with this company to get an estimate for a bathroom upgrade. He took time off of work so he could be home to see what they had to offer and the options that were available to us. Not only did they not show up, he didn't even receive a phone call. So after waiting for over an hour he called to find out why they didn't show up. He got the "they had car trouble" excuse. Don't you think that would have warranted a simple phone call? So he set another appointment for the next day. Again taking time off of work we waited for over an hour for them to arrive. So he called and asked what happened. This time he got the excuse "something came up". AGAIN, wouldn't a simple phone call be warranted?? They wanted to make another appointment with us and my husband politely told them that they were the MOST unprofessional company that he had ever dealt with! NO phone calls to let us know ANYTHING! Just left us hanging.

    I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE. VERY unprofessional. 😡 If they can't even show up for an estimate I can imagine what would have happened if we gave them money to start the project. I'm POSITIVE that our bathroom would have been left in shambles and not received any phone calls as to why. Not impressed at all!!

    I ordered windows in Sep 2023, was promised they would be installed no later than Jan 2024. The WRONG windows were installed in April 2024. I was promised at that time that the correct ones would be installed within 3 weeks and I would be refunded $2000 for incorrectly ordered trim. Today is 22 Nov 2024 and Dabella has STILL neither completed the job nor refunded the $2000!

    Following is a partial list of problems - there are others: 1. Job has not been completed. 2. Trash and debris were left all over house, inside and out, including broken glass. 3. Windows are not properly sealed. 4. Many windows are not properly sized. 5. Sliding doors are not properly sized. 6. Light was reduced by 50% in the downstairs windows (partly due to the use of two 2X4s on the bottom, one on top, and one on each side to make up for undersized windows, partly due to the 3” frames on 20X30 windows) – general manager said these will be replaced with smaller-framed windows but Dabella refuses to provide me with any dimensions.

    7. Hardware is upside down on some windows. 8. Some windows are too skewed to close properly. 9. Some windows are so poorly installed that they cannot be locked. 10. Sliding doors are so poorly installed, they cannot be locked. 11. In April, I was promised the windows would be replaced in three weeks - it is now November and it has not happened. 12. I have not yet been reimbursed the $2000. 13. The first general manager had previously promised an additional reimbursement of $2000 because I had originally been promised installation by January and it did not take place until April – I have not been reimbursed that $2000 either. 14. The windows are NOT Energy Star certified in Colorado.

    15. Interior and exterior trim, interior walls, and exterior siding incurred extensive damage. 16. Trim was left on the floor, with the nails still in, and has scratched the hardwood floors and furniture. 17. Parts were left in the carport, uninstalled. 18. Bugs, including wasps/hornets, entered the house throughout the summer. 19. The improperly sealed windows do not allow my home to be properly heated (recent temps have been sub-freezing – and there is now snow on the ground). I have been forced to use space heaters in addition to the central heating system, and in fact, there is more airflow into the house than prior to this installation. 20. I have been unable to rent out space and have now lost over ten months' rent. 21. Dozens of calls to both general managers were ignored, the first blaming the salespeople (even though he was on speakerphone when making the promises himself), the second (and current) blaming his predecessor.

    See photos of Dabella’s “completed” job: **. I have requested dimensions of the new windows and doors more than half a dozen times but Dabella refuses to give them to me. I have requested assurance that the new windows will be Energy Star Certified in my region, but Dabella refuses to provide it. The windows themselves are poor quality. They are very difficult to open and close as it is just vinyl sliding on vinyl. Stops to limit opening are made of plastic. Joined pieces were not trimmed, with cheap plastic trim glued right on top. Hardware seems cheap and of low quality. I also purchased siding from Dabella.

    Even the siding, installed PRIOR to the windows (which no other company in the world does, and was probably done solely to avoid losing the sale of the siding) was poorly installed with large, unsealed gaps and holes, equipment left detached. I had to call Dabella at least five more times to get them to come back to reattach the electrical equipment they had removed and to reinstall the railing they had removed. Faucets were left unattached to the walls, and the sprinkler timer was attached several inches off center, leaving the conduit at least 20° from vertical.

    In the meantime, I have reached out to Dabella’s customer service, both local and corporate, many times, only to be given promises that never materialize. If Dabella valued customer satisfaction, the windows would have been installed in January, eleven months ago. Barring that, they would have reached out to me to apprise me of any delays instead of ignoring me and not returning my phone calls for the next four months.

    I recently contacted DaBella for a quote for my insurance company, and the experience was disappointing due to unprofessional behavior from their sales representative. During the initial visit, the representative spent over four hours at my home, mostly discussing money and contracts, despite my clear request for only a quote. I felt pressured by repeated attempts to secure deposits and down payments.

    The representative also showed up unannounced at 7 p.m. on a Friday night, asking me to sign a contract, even though I had stated that I only needed a quote. My request to add a building to the quote was ignored. Finally, when I texted about a refund I thought had been processed and requested emails to stop, the representative replied, “Hmmm… maybe, but I doubt it,” implying I was mistaken.     Everything turned out to be just like DaBella said. They were very polite and very knowledgeable. We purchased windows. Angel was our lead salesperson and he was awesome. He went over and above all the time to get whatever we needed. If he could hurry something up or check on something, he was always there for us.     We had DaBella put in a walk-in shower. The sales team was absolutely wonderful. Three guys came in for the installation. I had to have a plumber, too. They came in and they were very efficient.     Stole thousands of dollars and still working on getting it back from them. NO work has ever been done. They never showed up. Never returned calls or emails. But they took the money and ran and never communicated anything with us since. Fraud complaint filed with the courts. No callbacks or communication until we cancelled our overpriced non-service. They first tried to overcharge us, double the going rate, for gutters. Talked to 2 sales employees and they said it is modeled like a pyramid scheme. That is why prices are jacked up so high. Search almost anywhere on the internet and find loads of the same issues with this misleading company. Check Reddit or any real review site. Others (like the BBB and possibly this one) like to hide the truth about these types of fraudsters. Buyer be VERY aware and stay away from this one.

    The team of men that came for the project were outstanding. Their supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took Monday through Thursday to get the job done. So, it was a big project and they did a wonderful job. The quality is fantastic. It's everything we could ask for. The supervisor was totally fluent in both English and Spanish, but there were only a couple of workers we could address in English.     I got the calls and finally agreed to letting them quote. Untrained young man came with a tape measure and tried really hard (in Phoenix 105 degree temps) to get all the windows measured. He then sat down (after 2 hours of measuring) and had a lined note pad that he wrote a big number and a small number on. He asked if the small number was something I could afford each month. It went downhill from there (even two calls to his “supervisor”). I asked for an emailed quote which I didn’t receive, even after three follow up calls to get a chance to come back and reinspect and re-quote. It seems like a scam, I just can’t figure out how they are gaining anything.

    DaBella replaced the entire siding on our house. The experience was mainly good. But the installers left a few things incomplete or poorly done. On a lot of the parts of the siding, there were surface blemishes of white streaks going across the siding in a lot of different places throughout. I'm waiting to hear back about what they can do about that. The installers also left the front steps with a threshold that is unsupported underneath it. So, if it's stepped on, it can break right off. They left a lot of Styrofoam pieces in the front yard and around the house. They left all the electrical wires hanging out. The cable box top was completely missing. Some of the vertical conduits were not clamped back on. I'm waiting for DaBella to come back and fix what they can fix.

    We have had the worst experience with DaBella. After the initial installation. They’ve had to come back to fix the front window so it will lock. We had to have them come back and replace and fix the handle on the sliding door because it would not lock. Then they had to come back a 3rd time to put a part back on the slider door because it came off because it’s so hard to slide. They came and put the part back on. However, never fixed the way it slides. It’s so hard to open and shut the door the handle moves. They’re ignoring us and it appears as if they have no intention of fixing the way it slides. I would never recommend this company to replace windows and doors for the amount we spent what an unprofessional experience and bad customer service experience to feel ignored.

    I am a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income. After being discharged from the military, the home my wife and I purchased had asbestos siding, and since we had small children, siding was our top priority. We chose DaBella because of the values and ethics the company preached that they held. Including the salesman telling us everything they use was made in America "to the nail." Additionally, the training and minimal experience requirement of "their" crews was another heavily highlighted talking point. My wife and I are both veterans, so we thought the $67000 price tag would be worth supporting this company. Unfortunately, the company did not display the values and ethics it preached from the time we signed the contract.

    Our home was halfway completed in the wrong color (one shade off) before the installers realized the mistake. At the time, the General Manager (GM) at the Idaho Falls office insisted they finish the job in the wrong color before negotiating prices. His initial pitch was a $2000 discount for doing the job in the wrong color. The issue was eventually negotiated to something I felt neither party was happy with, but it worked. Two short years after installing the siding in July 2024, I noticed some issues with the caulk, peeling and cracking all around the house and windows. After a brief walk around my home, I saw the problem was widespread. After a few days of hassle with the customer service office and speaking to a manager in the Dallas customer service office, my complaint was upgraded to the highest level and sent to the Idaho Falls offices.

    The Idaho Falls office (now under a new GM from the installation) sent the original crew to inspect their own work, which seems absurd from my perspective. However, after I raised concerns about this, the office GM showed up to walk around with me himself and "hear" my concerns and issues with the siding. He pointed out installation errors in several areas from the advertised 7-year minimum experience crews who participated in advertised special-caulking schools. Objectively speaking, it seems okay at DaBella to rush $67000 contracts; I didn't work as hard for my money, I suppose.

    We ended the interaction with a plan to have a third-party James Hardie representative inspect the siding and make recommendations. The plan was to correct the recommendations. Since the caulk shouldn't fail two years after the installation, as a homeowner, I have concerns for the project as a whole and any damage that the faulty caulk may have caused. Having a third-party inspection is the appropriate course. After a week, I hadn't heard anything from the GM and followed up. I was informed that James Hardie blamed the caulk company, and they saw no reason to come out. I asked the GM to call me so I could better understand what the plan was going forward. After all, it is my home, and businesses should speak to me before making decisions. He never called. I gave the GM two more weeks to call with a solution, but I am still waiting to hear a reasonable solution.

    After giving the GM THREE weeks to contact me with a solution, I had heard nothing from DaBella. I called on 28AUG2024 and spoke with the project manager. After a short conversation, it became clear that there had not been an in-depth conversation between the project manager and the GM about correcting the issues at my home. Both the Idaho Falls office and the Dallas call center refused to give me the regional manager's contact information. This leaves me wondering, who is holding the Idaho Falls office accountable to the standards Dabella advertises? After almost a month of patience and understanding, I find myself writing reviews as a warning to others. Do not support this business!!!

Bout 2.5 months after that one window cracked and broke from the inside. I am currently waiting... Been 4 months now for that to be replaced. The company is just awful at returning calls, communicating between staff and responding to anything. I have voiced a complaint and no response at all by company! Very expensive..     I made an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on siding. The appointment was at 6 pm. The sales man got there before 6pm, didn't call and inform me at all. I didn't even make it inside my home. Long story short he kept me outside getting ate up by mosquitoes for 3 hours. I didn't realize that it was an estimate, a contract and give me money lets get started next week appointment. I am very upset that it was not explained what would go on at that appointment and how long it would take.

    I am normally in bed by 830 and dinner by 730. I didn't eat and got in bed at 10 due to this. And the sales guy was being a bit pushy even saying well I can meet you at the bank on friday! I will not be doing business with this company. We made it very clear that they were one of 4 estimates we were entertaining. The reps would not listen to anything we were saying and demanded we sign a contract. We asked them to leave, but they wouldn't. They put their manager on the phone and he began to berate us to the point my wife hung the phone up. Even after that the reps refused to leave and kept pushing. I was just about to call the police when they finally left. Worst sales tactics ever! When we contacted the number, Mr. Max ** came to the house. Max gave a good demonstration of the windows, helped us get started, and followed through until the windows were here and ready to be installed.     I purchased 4 large windows from DaBella last year. The windows were installed in Feb. 2024. Unfortunately for me the double hung windows are so tall that I cannot reach the top window to pull down for venting or to clean. My salesperson has bowed out of the picture in trying to resolve my issue. Two managers have suggested that I get a stool to open the top windows! I have two windows in my bedroom that have locks on the top and bottom, the top window lock I cannot reach. I was told that I can just leave the top locks unlocked. I was again told to use a stool. A stool has never been considered to be included in my decorating ideas.

    I did suggest that the two double hung windows be replaced to casement. DeBella said they would be happy to install casement windows for an additional $4100.

    Through this process I have been told that nothing is wrong with my windows. I have more windows that need replacing. Lucky for me my new windows are not near the old ones.

    I DEEPLY discourage you from working with DaBella if you actually want anything accomplished. I worked with a representative for the company to have replacement windows inserted into my home. We signed a contract and I made my initial deposit. Unbeknownst to me, DaBella CANCELLED my contract without ANY warning or communication. I was alerted to the cancellation when my account was refunded the initial deposit. The representative was unavailable to field questions that I had.     Had Josh and Josiah from DaBella come out the other day to do an inspection on my home. They did a thorough inspection and I was happy they took the time to look into all the issues they could.     Updated on 04/05/2024: Follow up….. my roof has been replaced and I couldn’t be happier. It was completed in a day. The crew was great and I’m pleased with how it turned out. The prep-work done beforehand was amazing, which made clean up afterwards easier. Here are a couple of photos of before and after.

    Original Review: DeBella was going through the neighborhood and contacted me, asking if I would like to have my roof inspected. I agreed (I had some concerns in regards to my roof). We had an inspection the next day by Brandon. It was a thorough inspection, with photos of areas of concern. Let's just say, it was worse than I expected and the photos confirmed that. Brandon was able to show me what kind of options were available . I asked if he could give me a couple of hours, so I could ponder my options.

    After, a. couple of hours, I reached out to him and asked him for his best deal. The offer I received was very acceptable. Contracts were signed and now, I’m awaiting my new roof in about 2-3 weeks. Brandon and his Supervisor Blake, stopped by later that afternoon/ evening. Went over contracts and I had a couple of questions. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to deal with and they were very professional. I will be going back to the business when I’m ready for my siding to be replaced and my wife’s garden window.

    Daniel form DaBella Eugene came out today and gave an inspection on my windows after I had my roof done from them. He gave good information about my current windows and the windows they offer. My roof project went well and I would have them come look at your roof/windows.
