How DaBella works

Each service starts with a free consultation. During this time, a DaBella representative gets to know your project requirements, takes measurements and delivers a price estimate. They will also discuss your warranty options, timelines and answer any questions you have.

Once the project begins, you’ll work with an assigned team. This person is in charge of ensuring the project stays on track. If you need help paying for the project, they can help you find a payment plan.

After installation is complete, DaBella will provide information about your transferable limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.

DaBella bathroom remodeling services

DaBella provides acrylic bathtubs and shower conversion services. Because each project is different, you need to consult with a DeBella representative before they can give you an accurate cost estimate. In general, a bathtub replacement can cost anywhere from $6,000 to $10,000 or more.

  • Bath replacements: DaBella sells tubs made from nonporous acrylic that resists chips, cracks and strains.
  • Tub-to-shower conversions: Conversions can save space and enhance your bathroom’s functionality. You can also upgrade your new enclosure with bench seats, foot pedestals and grab bars.
  • Walk-in bath remodeling: New baths are protected by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty and DaBella’s labor warranty.

Installations take about a day or two. After your project is complete, the company recommends waiting 24 hours before you use your new bath or shower.

DaBella roofing services

DaBella partners with GAF for all residential roofing materials. These include various shingles options. GAF is known in the industry for its long-lasting materials and good warranties, and all DaBella technicians are trained at the GAF factory to provide a high level of service.

Labor fees include the cost of removing your old roof. During the process, the company’s team coordinates with you to find a place for disposal that works best.

DaBella window services

DaBella has its own window brands, Glasswing, and also uses Sheffield, Mezzo and Fairfield windows from Alside. Availability varies by location. All windows sold by the company are enhanced for energy conservation and come with a limited transferable manufacturer’s warranty.

DaBella sells triple-pane vinyl windows in the following styles:

DaBella financing

The process involves filling out an application form; DaBella uses this information to help you secure approval from one of its lending partners.

Approval is subject to credit requirements and satisfactory completion of finance documents. Once the paperwork is finalized, your project can begin. It's important to note that DaBella is neither a broker nor a lender — third-party lenders arrange the terms and conditions of financing.

DaBella warranties

A warranty comes standard in most cases, although coverage varies by product and service. To file a warranty claim, you have to call DaBella or fill out an online claim form.

  • Roofing: Covered by a two-year DaBella warranty on workmanship and the 50-year GAF Golden Pledge
  • Windows: Covered by a one-year DaBella warranty and a limited lifetime warranty through the window manufacturer Alside
  • Siding: Covered by a one-year DaBella warranty and a 30-year limited warranty through the siding manufacturer James Hardie
  • Baths: Covered by a one-year DaBella warranty and a limited lifetime warranty through the manufacturer Sentrel

    Updated on 04/05/2024: Follow up….. my roof has been replaced and I couldn’t be happier. It was completed in a day. The crew was great and I’m pleased with how it turned out. The prep-work done beforehand was amazing, which made clean up afterwards easier. Here are a couple of photos of before and after.

    Original Review: DeBella was going through the neighborhood and contacted me, asking if I would like to have my roof inspected. I agreed (I had some concerns in regards to my roof). We had an inspection the next day by Brandon. It was a thorough inspection, with photos of areas of concern. Let's just say, it was worse than I expected and the photos confirmed that. Brandon was able to show me what kind of options were available . I asked if he could give me a couple of hours, so I could ponder my options.

    After, a. couple of hours, I reached out to him and asked him for his best deal. The offer I received was very acceptable. Contracts were signed and now, I’m awaiting my new roof in about 2-3 weeks. Brandon and his Supervisor Blake, stopped by later that afternoon/ evening. Went over contracts and I had a couple of questions. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to deal with and they were very professional. I will be going back to the business when I’m ready for my siding to be replaced and my wife’s garden window.

      I had the pleasure of working with Craig ** recently to upgrade our home with a new roof, gutters, and three sliding glass doors, and I couldn't be more impressed.       Yesterday a representative for DEBELLA came out to my house to ask if we would like a quote done for either siding, windows or a roof. I explained we were in the process of looking for window quotes due to hail damage as well as the aging of the windows. I agreed to a 10:00 am consultation the following day to view their product. The following day, Preston and Katelynn were at my house on time and greeted me and my family with kindness and respect. During the explanation of the product they were personable and thorough in their presentation. At the end of the presentation I believe they successfully answered all questions and concerns pertaining to installation, pricing, quality, and warranty’s associated with it. They were professional in every aspect of the encounter and I would highly recommend both Katelynn and Preston as well as DABELLA as a company in general to do any home renovation projects.

      Michael ** from DaBella, Came out to my home and gave a thorough education about all products to the industry. Michael explained in superb detail about all the features and options, mainly the krypton gas in the windows. I was thinking just triple pane argon, but Michael said that there is a more efficient option with krypton gas. He explained all the different options of the spacer systems and why some gas bleeds out and their system it stays in. I wanted something much more energy efficient the way the sun hits my home. Besides the gas, Michael brought up the low E coating that the Glasswing product as it seems much more Efficient? Michael explained the differences of their product compared to the other companies products out there and it made the utmost sense to move forward with the triple pane krypton Glasswing.

      This is a huge investment as I have 31 large windows throughout my home. Michael made it very easy. Very patient as we took a very long time as he educated me properly. Michael was listening to me throughout the whole process, mainly the energy efficiency, and then the noise that I was sensitive to. He thoroughly explained what's called the STC ratings, and it sounds amazing of keeping the noise out of my home. I highly recommend Michael and the DaBella team.

      I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and sharp appearance of the two young gentlemen, Dax and Kelton, that came to give me an estimate on my window replacement project. I was told over the phone prior to their arrival what to expect from them during their visit to my house and that’s exactly what I experienced.

      When we toured my home they found issues with my windows that I didn’t know existed, but was not surprised with either. They photographed the issues they found and discussed their findings with me so I understood exactly what I was dealing with. If I had to provide an example of something, I was unhappy with, the worst I could say is that they offered me a discount if I went with them instead of waiting for bids from other companies, and making them come back if I chose to go with them in the end. Ultimately, I was only slightly bothered by this because it made things a little awkward when the other contractors called me back. However, they were the original company that I wanted to go with based on my independent research of the companies I requested bids from. I have yet to get my windows and sliding door installed. Otherwise, I could provide feedback on that part of the process as well.

      I paid $7,489 for Dabella's premium gutters. 2 years ago their subcontractor came while we were not home and installed cheap gutters. He told my partner that he would charge $2,400 for these gutters for his own customers. I have reached out to Dabella many times to get the gutters that I paid for installed. They said they would over the past 2 years, since the wrong ones were installed. Nothing was ever done.

      I spoke to a Dabella customer service rep over the phone about a refund. She said Dabella would refund $4,000 to me. Dabella emailed a contract for me to sign, which stated that they would "credit" $4,000 to me. Edgar, the customer service manager, called me and pressured me to sign the contract. I told him that I was offered a refund - not a credit. I would not sign it.

      Not only did they scam me - but the gutters leak so bad that we cannot use our front door whenever it rains or snow melts without getting soaked. The leaks have damaged the fascia boards that support the gutters, over the past 2 years, and have caused wet rot on them. I lost more than the $7,489. Now I have to pay another contractor to remove these gutters and also the fascia boards, and put up new, leak-free gutters, and new wood fascia boards. That's another expense on top of the $7,489. It would be advantageous to them to just refund the $4,000 that was offered. Then I am happy to give a review that states that we settled amicably.

We spoke directly with the consumer and offered a settlement, but unfortunately, the solution did not meet their expectations.       Dani ** and Rafael came out to discuss siding. Dani was very knowledgeable about James Hardie siding. She also knew about the competition. They took their time taking the measurements and photos. She explained in detail the quote.

      I worked with Marco today to see what I could find out about replacing my roof. He was amazing at teaching me the ins and outs of what I needed to have done. I learned a lot since the last time we had our roof replaced 19 years ago! He was professional, and patient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I am unable to afford replacement at this time but I will be referring my friends and neighbors if they need your services.

      Don't even think about making an appointment. We were interested in upgrading our master bathroom, but had found someone else. We called and cancelled our appointment 3 days prior to schedule. Two men showed up anyway on the scheduled day in separate vehicles. We told them we cancelled. They didn't believe us. They insisted on coming in, but we refused. They went away for a few minutes and then came back and asked us to call their office to confirm the cancellation, which we did, and it was confirmed. They aggressively tried to come in our house again, but we kept refusing. They were extremely pushy.

      This time they wanted to sell us new roof and windows. We told them NO. Finally got the door closed and they stood outside in front of our house for about 1/2 hour. We decided to call the local Police Dept. and while on the phone with the Police they drove off. We took photos of their vehicles. We felt threatened and the Police told us next time don't wait so long to call.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! On August 26th we had a sales rep for Dabella come out to give us an estimate for window replacement. Austin was very kind and professional and gave us several quotes ranging from $32,000 to $14,000. Now even though the pricing was a little steep we ended up choosing the lower level windows because we really didn't have need of the windows that had the bells and whistles. I think what sold us on these windows more than anything was the fact that they are made in the USA and made to order, they are just windows sitting in a warehouse somewhere getting warped.

      Fast forward to October 17th, 2 weeks after our original install date of October 3rd, the installers came out and got right to work. They set up barriers for possible lead exposure and cleaned up every bit of debris. They also worked with us on containing our 5 rescue dogs which was super helpful. Now during the installation of the windows one of the installers grabbed the brick above a window and broke it away from the house. The lead installer was very quick in reacting and applied some shims to hold the brick in place until Dabella could get someone out there to fix the brick stating I should hear from someone within a week.

      Fast forward to October 28th, at this point I have not received any calls regarding my broken brick, so I take it upon myself to call Dabella's customer service number and after being on hold for over 45 minutes I explain the situation and she sets up a work order and sends it via email to the local office here in Tucson. Several hours later I get a call from Ebony from the local office. I am asked to reiterate everything that happened and to send pictures of the damage which I do within 15 minutes after our phone call ends. The response I got was "give me some time to investigate this".

      On October 7th I have yet to hear anything from Dabella or Ebony regarding my broken brick. So once again I reach out and ask what the status of my brick repair is and I'm told I will be getting a call from a local masonry contractor to set up an appointment to get an estimate. On November 14th the masonry contractor comes out and does his viewing of the damage and states he will have the estimate to Dabella within 48 hours. I also contact Ebony at the local office to let her know he was here and to keep a lookout for the estimate.

      Fast forward to November 26th I have not received any communication on the status of the repair to my brick, so once again I reach out to Dabella to check on the status AGAIN and the response I get from Ebony is "let me get you some answers". Fast forward to December 5th with no word from Dabella or Ebony on the repair to my house. At this point it's been 7 weeks since my brick was broken and I'm no closer to getting this resolved. Needless to say I don't hear anything back from Dabella or Ebony until December 9th unto which I get this email from Ebony:

      "Hello Audi,
      My apologies we are having issues getting ahold of the person who came out to look at the bricks.
      This issue is being actively spoken about and we would like to make this issue right.
      I have spoke to my General manager and because we can not get ahold of the Masonry,
      Are you able to get a quote for the repair around the window and send it to us?
      This will be reimbursed to you. I am also free to speak tomorrow after 9am 520.589.1048 is the office number.

      Thank you for all of your patience in this matter."

      I am just beyond myself that they would think it is ok to push their work back on my lap and am I really supposed to trust that I'll get reimbursed when they can't even do their job correctly? This is not even remotely satisfactory customer service. It is now December 30th and of course my brick is still not fixed. I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone, because most people don't have time to play these games with the back and forth. So Buyers please beware if something goes amiss on your job you might be waiting a long time for resolution.
