I loved the triple pane windows Braxton and Mason showed us today allowing us to get them using their financing offered to make this an easy process to get our windows and sliding glass door replaced. They really explained everything about the windows to make sure we were comfortable with this decision.

Jagger and Cobi from DaBella were very insightful and helpful while inspecting my roof and even offered to give me an estimate on a new walk-in shower. Both were very professional and pleasant while helping me. They left me with some great information & some signs to look out for on my siding which has began to peel. 10/10 would recommend going through them & DaBella.

Yesterday a representative for DEBELLA came out to my house to ask if we would like a quote done for either siding, windows or a roof. I explained we were in the process of looking for window quotes due to hail damage as well as the aging of the windows. I agreed to a 10:00 am consultation the following day to view their product. The following day, Preston and Katelynn were at my house on time and greeted me and my family with kindness and respect. During the explanation of the product they were personable and thorough in their presentation. At the end of the presentation I believe they successfully answered all questions and concerns pertaining to installation, pricing, quality, and warranty’s associated with it. They were professional in every aspect of the encounter and I would highly recommend both Katelynn and Preston as well as DABELLA as a company in general to do any home renovation projects.

Javier and Christian were great! Highly recommend them and DaBella! They have the best roofing system I have seen. Best quality and a great price as well. I was pleasantly surprised with what dabella has to offer! If you have them come out to see you request to see these two gentlemen as they have done a great job. I am very excited to see the finished product. They went above and beyond, they will be replacing my roof as well as my gutters and taking care of five leaks that they found in my attic.

Paul was around my neighborhood and stopped by my house. He had a great attitude and was very professional. I have a lot of windows in my house and I was interested in getting them replaced with tinted windows. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things.

Jimmy ** was one of the sales persons that came to help me with this. I was not happy with my siding from day 1, after my house was built and turned over to us. He was very personable and it helped that we knew each other from working in another co. He was knowledgeable and upfront with all he saw when assessing the siding that was on my house. Michael ** from DaBella, Came out to my home and gave a thorough education about all products to the industry. Michael explained in superb detail about all the features and options, mainly the krypton gas in the windows. I was thinking just triple pane argon, but Michael said that there is a more efficient option with krypton gas. He explained all the different options of the spacer systems and why some gas bleeds out and their system it stays in. I wanted something much more energy efficient the way the sun hits my home. Besides the gas, Michael brought up the low E coating that the Glasswing product as it seems much more Efficient? Michael explained the differences of their product compared to the other companies products out there and it made the utmost sense to move forward with the triple pane krypton Glasswing.

Gary was out to give us a window and roofing bid. He was polite, and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and went through the proposal taking time to explain it all to us. We are so glad we found Gary and DaBella! Now if we can just get interest rates to drop so we can call Gary back!

Gary ** came out and did a thorough examination of my windows. After his initial inspection he went over what I have and how long they probably will last. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable about what would probably be best for me. When it comes time to pull the trigger on this, Gary will get the first call!

I filled out some information online and Dabella was the first to call, they sent Thomas to help me, he was very informative, patient, my dog and cat loved him as well! He walked me through the process, the company sounds great and I'm excited for new windows that are NOT drafty!

Truman with DaBella came out to assess my roof damage. He took the time to educate me on problems and solutions. I think DaBella is the best company with great products to work for solutions to your roofing needs and budget. Truman is an asset to the company with a fantastic personality

Jagger and Sam were very professional and helped me get a great idea of some home projects. I recommend having DaBella for your home project after seeing how they work and what they offer for home renovation. My bath tub was out of their realm of service but they offered to inspect my siding and other bath. Thankfully my siding is in good condition and were very pleasant while in my home. 10/10.

We called to ask information about installing a walk-in shower in our home, as medical reasons make it essential to get done. We were contacted by DaBella and RoseMarie ** was sent to us to do an assessment. She was very knowledgeable, nice, and went the extra mile. She was determined to make it work for our budget and our needs. She punched numbers after numbers and then her Big Boss Nick ** helped give us a deal we couldn't refuse. The loan was quick and exactly what we could afford. Like I said. Essential for medical purposes. I bought my house a few years ago, and it had a 5-year-old roof when I bought it. Wanted it looked at recently to make sure there were no problems. Janston did a thorough inspection. He took pics and explained everything he found, and even knowing that I didn't need a new roof, he took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely call him when it is time to replace it!

Laila was very thorough and made sure she covered everything we needed to know. I would recommend DaBella windows to anyone that needs them. Very happy they have a lifetime warranty and very easy to take care of. I will also be having my bath redone for our next project.

Leon was very informative and personable. He took many pictures and showed areas of concern and why, along with areas not to be concerned about structurally in regards regards to our roof. We saw many leaves in our gutters clearly indicating the need for new improved in certain locations. We are excited that we will be having high quality USA made roofing materials too. We feel Leon truly wants what is best for us.

I had the best, but most unique experience with my Dabella rep. Elijah ** was so personable, that I had to ask him to stop stealing my sister's attention and give her back haha. We were at the end of our meeting and my sister showed up from Idaho. She works in sales as well, so the two of them hit it off and started sharing stories. I had already completed my application and thought it was funny. After a little while I jokingly said, "Can I have my sister back?" In all seriousness, he was amazing and seemed to know the products extremely well. Thanks Elijah! Love the roof!

Elijah ** is a godsend!!! Not only is he extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable, but he helped us through some issues we were having with the install. Nikiya gave a great presentation and showed me a great window at a fair price. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Michael ** from Dabella came out to my home that is listed for sale. As I told a number of other companies, I just need a few tiny windows reglazed, puttied. Michael was the only one that knew the term. I as well didn't know the proper term. The other companies just tried to HIGH PRESSURE sell me into all new windows. I already bought another home the needs all new windows, siding and roof. Michael also talked to me about the roof vent system they use. Michael called a couple of glazing companies. What a blessing that Dabella has such great ambassadors. I look forward to working with Michael and Dabella on my new home.

Harley came to my house today to measure my windows and discuss replacement options with me. She was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would love to have at least my front picture window replaced; unfortunately it was not within my budget. But having Harley work with my difficult situation to try and find an option that worked for me was an absolute pleasure. May of 2022, my wife and I had Dabella come out and tear off our original 1951 siding and update our home with James Hardie Siding. I wanted to get on here to give an update that it has been wonderful. It holds up great in all seasons, super durable and easy to clean, and my favorite part is it’s transformed our home completely! For anyone on the fence about if you should do it or not, I definitely encourage you to do it. I was told over the phone prior to their arrival what to expect from them during their visit to my house and that’s exactly what I experienced.

We have just completed another Idaho winter. The windows are fabulous. We have those windows because of Izzy ** and his presentation and his knowledge of the product and his teaching us. He is absolutely incredibly dedicated for Customer Service. He works on a stellar level of customer care and exceeds the boundaries of acceptable. He actually told us about the Rocky MountainPower had a rebate program for home improvements. If it had not been for Izzy, we would not have known that we did apply and received a tremendous rebate. Thanks to Izzy. We trusted him so much that we are now having Gabe ** come and evaluate our bathroom for a new shower. Izzy has been here for that meeting also and again dedicated to making this project work. If every business had an Izzy, they would not have a complaint department. We had our windows done after a hail storm. Lucra made the process easy. The team who installed our windows were very nice, and did a great job. The windows turned out better than we expected. Our experience was so pleasant we returned to get another window done and then to do our roof. The quality of work is high quality, and I haven't had to follow up with them to make sure the job gets done. They are on top of getting the logistics organized in a prompt manner.

Oh the several contractors I invited to provide a quote for installation of a new roof, The DaBella rep, Kaden, was the only one who provided a complete and thorough assessment of damage to my home from a roof leak. He was the only rep who went into the attic to assess any interior damage. All other potential contractors would have had to include undocumented extra charges to repair hidden damage. While not the least expensive quote, DaBella is very competitive because of the completeness of their assessment. Material qualities are unsurpassed in the industry. Highly recommend them.

I cut out A LOT to fit, here is a TL;DR; Assume it's 2x as bad as it sounds! 1) Sales people LIED to me on timing. Told 6-8 weeks, took 16 weeks. 2) Great couple came out to look at the windows, talk about how they would retain the historical woodwork. It's a front, they just dish the work out to local contractors, whoever is cheap! 3) Was told they would do a build up, then 10 weeks in they tell me they can't/won't, even though it was part of the deal. 4) They send some ** contractors who didn't have their own materials or tools needed who ripped off thousands of dollars of custom historical trim.

We enjoyed working with Logan on our first DaBella project. We decided to change out our old gutters after many years and added metal covers to eliminate all future gutter cleaning. We were thrilled to get this scheduled before the leaves started to fall. The crew that came was hard working!! It was nice to start and finish in one day with all old material taken away. The color matched perfectly.

DaBella put new roof on to over the rotted wood. After many calls in 3 months, went to Vancouver Office and sat there till someone agreed to write and sign an agreement to come out and fix the roof. They did and sent a crew out the next week. They took 3 days and kept calling their Boss and saying really bad. It was a crew of 3 **. They said they finished the job and left. It's been 4yrs. I'm preparing to sell the house, putting in new heat pump, well, light panel, plumbing etc. Also rewiring each room and new drywall. I went up in attic to do some wiring and found they still didn't pull out the dry rotted areas. One 2 ft. spot had no wood because it had fallen down and they had just put shingles over it and nailed. It is leaking. You can't walk on the roof, it's too dangerous. Same as master bedroom. Drywall is leaking at edge of ceiling and peeling.
