Tanner and Nate did a fantastic job explaining everything. One hundred percent would recommend them. They took the time to explain the roofing system make it simple to understand where I could recommended their system to all my family and friends. Had Dabella come out for roof replacement. I love the color and Jordan my rep was so easy to work with and he went beyond and above to help me get a roof and his manager Nikko was awesome to communicate with. They are very efficient. They had my appointment set up right away and no time was wasted.

Julio and Maurice were fantastic to work with. I’m very comfortable with the decision I made with them. And I cannot wait to get my new windows. And start saving money on my energy bill. Update: The installation was flawless. I love my new windows. It feels like a whole different house in here. They finish 22 windows and a sliding glass door in 2 days (that's very impressed). I recently got some windows install through DaBella in Reno and the whole experience was amazing. From the window consult to the installation everything went very smoothly. We have just completed another Idaho winter. The windows are fabulous. We have those windows because of Izzy ** and his presentation and his knowledge of the product and his teaching us. He is absolutely incredibly dedicated for Customer Service. He works on a stellar level of customer care and exceeds the boundaries of acceptable. He actually told us about the Rocky MountainPower had a rebate program for home improvements. If it had not been for Izzy, we would not have known that we did apply and received a tremendous rebate. Thanks to Izzy. We trusted him so much that we are now having Gabe ** come and evaluate our bathroom for a new shower. Izzy has been here for that meeting also and again dedicated to making this project work. If every business had an Izzy, they would not have a complaint department. We appreciate having him as our personal rep.

We had our windows done after a hail storm. Lucra made the process easy. The team who installed our windows were very nice, and did a great job. The windows turned out better than we expected. Our experience was so pleasant we returned to get another window done and then to do our roof. The quality of work is high quality, and I haven't had to follow up with them to make sure the job gets done. They are on top of getting the logistics organized in a prompt manner.

Oh the several contractors I invited to provide a quote for installation of a new roof, The DaBella rep, Kaden, was the only one who provided a complete and thorough assessment of damage to my home from a roof leak. He was the only rep who went into the attic to assess any interior damage. All other potential contractors would have had to include undocumented extra charges to repair hidden damage. While not the least expensive quote, DaBella is very competitive because of the completeness of their assessment. Material qualities are unsurpassed in the industry. Highly recommend them.

Out with the old and in with the new! I am so thankful for Dabella and the crew that installed my new shower. It’s just beautiful and so much fun to use, I am in awe! I recommend Dabella to anyone that is interested in doing a bathroom upgrade. The guys that installed, cleaned up as they went, too

I cut out A LOT to fit, here is a TL;DR; Assume it's 2x as bad as it sounds! 1) Sales people LIED to me on timing. Told 6-8 weeks, took 16 weeks. 2) Great couple came out to look at the windows, talk about how they would retain the historical woodwork. It's a front, they just dish the work out to local contractors, whoever is cheap! 3) Was told they would do a build up, then 10 weeks in they tell me they can't/won't, even though it was part of the deal. 4) They send some ** contractors who didn't have their own materials or tools needed who ripped off thousands of dollars of custom historical trim.
5) Job was half assed, window install ONLY! Total bare bones, no attempt at any kind of trim. 6) Was given the run around and lip services before, during and after the job. No follow up/returned calls, ever! 7) Had to hound them months for a refund they offered, that they only provided half of, and chase them down for months to get the other half.
*** Hands down the single worst company I have ever dealt with *** It started decent enough, I was looking to have some windows replaced and they happened to be in the neighborhood. Two younger guys came in and took more than an hour to give me a quote on two windows. They played the hard sell game "calling the supervisor" for a lower price, and it was only good for so long, etc. Price was a bit more than expected ($6500for 2 windows), but DaBella was the only place that would do a build up as part of the install. $6500 for TWO windows... I was told 6-8 weeks, which seemed reasonable based on quotes from Lowes and Renewal. They had a couple come out and talked about how to do the build up and install that kept the historic woodwork and would blend with the interior trim.
I signed the paperwork, gave a deposit check and then planned the whole kitchen reno around it since getting that build up done was a crucial part of the plans, and I gave myself a two week buffer in case I was running behind or the windows were a bit late. Six weeks later, no word. I got the run around on the phone for a week before I got to a “district manager” who gave me a super generic, not helpful answer of "they are being manufactured" and "you should hear from us very soon to schedule".
ANOTHER week passes (this is now the END of week 8) and I'm reading the fine print to see how I can get out of this. Fine print reads that if I cancel after 3 days they get to keep my money AND charge me for anything they claim they have down. So at this point they could easily claim they made the windows and I'd have to pay everything but the install, which I'm sure they'd claim was only a couple hundred out of the $6500 price. Interestingly enough it didn't say that they had to then provide the windows. It also forced an arbitration.
After a few more days of getting the run around on the phone I just drive over to the office off Horizon Drive. I meet with Chip who tells me he just took over the branch. I explain everything that is going on and tells me that they pretty much let all the sales people know and the guy who sold me mine had a habit of "misrepresenting timelines". ie, the guy flat out lied to me. They were looking at 12-16 weeks. So I had another 4 weeks on the EARLY side of things! He did at least offer me a discount on the price of the windows.
As we were coming up on 12 weeks I explained the build up was needed that the cabinets could be put in and the countertops measured. He tells me he's going to call this guy and that guy, and then call me back. Two days later I'm calling him back because I still hadn't heard back, and I get a bunch of stories/excuses and the gist is that they can't do the build up. I was pissed! It was THE ONLY REASON they got the job! If I had known, well they wouldn't of had the sale, but I could of had someone else do the build up weeks ago and not pushed things back. I demanded he cover the cost of the buildup. He agreed to $500 off.
Installed nearly 16 weeks after signing. A couple of guys show up, they pull out one window and say it needs to be reframed and they don't have the materials or tools. I was floored. Thankfully *I* had materials and tools, which they used. While reframing, they pulled out all the historical wood trim that was on the outside around the window! Not only that, but they did it on the OTHER they had NO REASON to touch! Claimed it was because it was rotted. FIRST OFF, ONE piece was, the VERY top, which was already going to be replaced. TWO, IT WASN'T THEY JOB!!! THEN, get this, not only that, but they CUT THE OLD STUFF UP, so I couldn't even try to salvage it. Apparently it was to show me that it was rotted.
While they were messing around in the house I pulled a piece out of their truck and the lower sill was not rotted at ALL! Install was COMPLETELY barebones. Two months later after refusing to sign completion paperwork Chip calls me b/c the loan agreement is about to expire. We agree on a refund of $3250 for the botched install. Took MONTHS of hounding to actually get the money!

We enjoyed working with Logan on our first DaBella project. We decided to change out our old gutters after many years and added metal covers to eliminate all future gutter cleaning. We were thrilled to get this scheduled before the leaves started to fall. The crew that came was hard working!! It was nice to start and finish in one day with all old material taken away. The color matched perfectly.

DaBella put new roof on to over the rotted wood. After many calls in 3 months, went to Vancouver Office and sat there till someone agreed to write and sign an agreement to come out and fix the roof. They did and sent a crew out the next week. They took 3 days and kept calling their Boss and saying really bad. It was a crew of 3 **. They said they finished the job and left. It's been 4yrs. I'm preparing to sell the house, putting in new heat pump, well, light panel, plumbing etc. Also rewiring each room and new drywall. I went up in attic to do some wiring and found they still didn't pull out the dry rotted areas. One 2 ft. spot had no wood because it had fallen down and they had just put shingles over it and nailed. It is leaking. You can't walk on the roof, it's too dangerous. Same as master bedroom. Drywall is leaking at edge of ceiling and peeling.
Paid 250.00 for a roof inspection from a local roofing company. They sent me their report. Missing Ice and Water Underlayment, shingles overlapped, shingle seams lined up with starter seams and leaking, old 1 x 6 tongue and groove should have been pulled up and new plywood put down. Not up to code. They just covered it and nailed it. There are spaces from wood shrinkage over the years in this and when they nailed it, a lot of the nails didn't hit wood and are now backing out and leaking. Also, nails backing out on ridge cap, low nails exposed and covered with caulking, rotten cdx that should have been replaced in back V of roof, front edge of roof at porch area never replaced, rotted. I took this report to Vancouver WA. DaBella and showed them. They said, "We'll take care of you."
I started this about the beginning of this year. DaBella took their time, finally said after a month, "We have to figure out if it's our problem or GAF's." I told them, "The shingles are fine, it's your crew who did the shoddy work." DaBella called me and said, "You'll have to file a complaint with GAF." I did. Got a letter back saying that a roofing contractor will be coming out. A crew of two came out and put tarp over the bad areas of roof. Contractor came out inspected the roof, and said, "They screwed you. We're going to tear off the roof and replace it. It'll be 5900, but you have to pay for the wood, it'll be 2000.00." I said I'm not paying another 2000 for a roof I already paid 11,600 for, with a 50yr. warranty, which was almost twice the price in the beginning. He said he would call GAF and talk to them. I figured out how much plywood you can get for 2000$. It was 80 sheets. At most my house would only take 39. What the **.
I called the contractor and asked him what he found out a couple weeks later from GAF. He said he can't get anyone to return his calls and gave me GAF's phone and email. I have called and left messages and sent emails. No one returns anything. I need this roof done so I can sell my house. The Person at GAF is Drew **. I have left messages on his phone. I have contacted attorneys, they are 3000 down and 450 an hour. They said it's a good case but would cost me a lot. I don't know where to turn.
