Closet Factory Reviews

We took an appointment with one of Closet Factory's representative, and she came in and we told her about our ideas. And we didn’t go around, we liked her and her ideas. The installation took three days but it was finished on time and the installers were really good. They installed the study room, all the bedroom closets, and a few cabinets next to the fireplace on either side. They cleaned up everything after they were done with the work. There were some few issues, and they came back and they fixed everything. I liked their work and I’m happy with them. I would definitely refer Closet Factory to my friends. I referred a couple of my friends and they are also going with them.

We went to see Closet Factory and they had what we wanted. They were very agreeable to deal with and seemed reasonable too. They did two closets for us and then they turned the closet into an alcove with a desk and they put in two murphy beds. It was done mainly in one room, a third bedroom. And we wanted to make it a den and guest room if we needed it. The designer was very agreeable, pleasant and he made great suggestions. He was very good. The installers came on time and they cleaned up too. They were excellent. They came back when they needed to add a couple of things that we decided we wanted, so they were very good. We’re very pleased with Closet Factory.

I Googled custom closets and Closet Factory was close to me. I had a desk and some built-in cabinets installed and the designer was really good. She seemed like she was very knowledgeable and she made some good recommendations that I appreciated. I assumed that Closet Factory was a privately owned business because everybody seemed to know each other, and I like that feel of a small business. However, the day before the install was supposed to happen, I never heard from anyone. So I wasn’t even sure if someone was coming out. It would have been nice to hear from someone.

I had a wall closet done by Closet Factory. I explained everything over the phone and I worked with my designer before and she knew exactly what I wanted. I like their professionalism and they did the job quickly. I didn't have to go back and forth and there were no issues. I've recommended them.

We heard about Closet Factory through friends and family, and we went with them since we trusted them. We had full doors and internal closets installed in our master and second bedroom. The designer was very clean, walked through everything, answered questions and made measurements. Also, the installation was easy. The first part was taking out the closet, which was quick, and then they repainted and resealed everything. The second part was they came back the next day and installed everything, which took a few hours. Everything went as planned.

The design consultant from Closet Factory we dealt with was fantastic. She was easy to work with and she cared about our needs. She would almost fit in as part of the family when she was here and she was the main factor why we chose Closet Factory. Two gentlemen came here to do the installation of the closets and it took them almost the entire week to do most of the work and didn’t rush, and they did a good job. There were a couple of small things that weren't perfect the first time, but they took care of what needed to be done and there were no issues regarding that. Everything's in good shape.

I was satisfied with the woman from Closet Factory who came out. She was very pleasant and interactive. She used a computer program to set up the whole design, so I could see what it was going to look like. I had them install drawers, shelves and hangers in our master bedroom closet. They also did hooks on the wall for our hats and jewelry. It took less than a day and the two gentlemen that came out were very efficient. There was an issue with one of the units that I had ordered that didn't come in on time, so they had to delay my installation. But the owner of the company called and talked to me personally about it.

The other closet company, the quality and the contractors that I spoke with, didn’t do the drawers and poles like I wanted. So I went with Closet Factory and they did our whole master closet. We had shelves, drawers, and shoe rack installed. I liked the designer and she was good. However, they installed a bit too far so, our closet door wouldn’t open or close. They came back and fixed it quickly. It wasn’t too much of a hassle. The cost was expensive but the closet was nice, so I was happy with it. If you are going to stay in your home for a while and enjoy the closet, Closet Factory is worth the money.

We had closet inserts already in our closet when we bought this house, but we had some water damage. I called around to see who had installed them. The first place I called was California Closets, and the guy asked me for our address. They said they've done a lot here in CrossRidge, and so have Closet Factory. But they said that they could tell by looking up the house address, so that's how I found out who had installed them. When I called Closet Factory, the lady was very helpful to begin with. I was going to go with whoever put them in to begin with, but Closet Factory was cheaper. Besides, if someone else took them down and the boards broke, they wouldn't be guaranteed then either.

We had Closet Factory do a closet in the home that we owned previously. We just moved in to a new home this fall and needed something done, and we had a good experience the first time so we called them again. We had a small pantry done with just solid shelves. And then we had one small sliding door closet done. It had a single hanging rod all the way across and then two shelves up above. And then the third closet was the master walk-in that had stacked hanging rods on both sides and the back wall of it is all shelves.

We had Closet Factory install closets in our bathrooms and a laundry room flip and I liked their products. Their designer was good. She understood everything that we said that we wanted. My daughter graduated with an Interior Design degree and she liked the designs. The installation was very neat and was done in one day. Closet Factory did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody.

Closet Factory offered interesting types of products and I had used them for three properties already. The first job was good, the second job was better, and this last one was the best one. One was a closet, then the second one was when they added those for shoe closet and for jewelry drawers, and then they just finished doing a library in my living room. Their designer was great, very knowledgeable and delivered everything that I asked. It was almost like he got in my head. Then the installation was perfect. The carpenters were very easy to work with, quick, and very tidy. They cleaned up after themselves and their craftsmanship was very good. My library was between a hallway and the walls were uneven, they gave me different options and in the end, it was for the best.

I was at a home and garden show in Albany, California and saw Closet Factory and they were geographically close to my hometown in Stockton. I had them customize a bedroom closet for me. They took out our basic rod and shelf and put in more shelves and two-level rods. They improved the storage capability. I had a pleasant and professional interaction with their designer. However, there were days that a representative had to come to the house. There was a degree of disparity between what the rep at the home show quoted and what actually turned out to be. The quote was about a thousand and the end price was $3000.

We told our Closet Factory designer what we wanted and she did pretty everything like the measurements. She was really great to work with. The installers did a good job too. They cleaned up after themselves and they were in and out in no time. My wife loves the main closet in our master bedroom. It's nice and now I'm thinking about doing mine next.

A Closet Factory franchise is right down the hill from where I’m living. They were convenient and they seemed reasonable. The young couple who owns the franchise were very nice people and they did a nice job. We had Melamine-coated shelves installed in a pantry and in the master closet and in an office closet. It was really sturdy and it met all of our requirements. The installers were neat, they worked hard and they cleaned up immaculately when they were done. It was cleaner when they left than when they came. I’d tell my friends that Closer Factory was great and if they needed closet work done, they should see them first. They’re really top-notch and they really care. When the owner of the company shows up and works alongside his men doing the installation and really knows what he's doing, then that's a great endorsement in today's day and age.

I looked up Closet Factory online and they had better pricing than other companies. I got the basic kit from them for a bedroom closet and the designer I worked with was really good and very personable. Then their installation team did everything at one time. Everything was handled properly and all materials were ordered and delivered on time. Overall, it was a great experience.

I googled closet organizing companies and I liked what Closet Factory had to offer. I also liked the lady designer, Cindy, who worked there. We got started with two bedroom closets that are off at our bathroom. Then I added two other closets that involved my kitchen and a hallway closet. The installer, Jim, started in my office doing bookshelves and cabinets. Then he did the other side of my office, which is the desk that I had them create for me in my office space. A different gentleman did the closets, but both installers were equally wonderful. Closet Factory has been great and the quality of the products that have already been installed was very good. It’s a wonderful feeling to get organized and Closet Factory does a great job of helping out.

I was referred to Closet Factory by one of the builders that I use regularly, and it ended up that the Closet Factory guy was great. We had several things from them, including shelvings and drawers. This time, we had a pantry done. The designer was fantastic. He came, he did some great measurements, and then he made some recommendations. When they called to schedule, I said, “Gee, that day is not going to work for me.” And they were very helpful to move it around and send somebody when it would work for me.

I had a couple of people come giving me quotes, and Closet Factory was more expensive, but it was more of what I was looking for. I had a closet installed. I was on vacation during the installation day, so I had my sister watch the house and she would just send me pictures every day after the installation was done, and it was great. The designer was very excited about doing a closet like this because it was one of the biggest closets she has done. So, she was very on top of things and was always asking questions, if everything was okay and just making sure that it was what I wanted.

Closet Factory was local. It was in the neighborhood. The price is non-negotiable but their staff is really good. The sales rep that came out was very helpful and informative on materials and giving advice on what he recommends and what’s popular out there. The designer was excellent. I think his name was Sonny. The install crew was really well too. It was a master bedroom closet that was installed and it was a professional, in and out, and very clean install. They got it all done in one day and the quality of the work was outstanding. I'm very pleased.

I moved to Sacramento and started going on the internet. I found a very good review about Closet Factory so I checked around and contacted them. When I made my initial call, they were very patient and they very thoroughly explained to me everything that they could do for me. Then, they set up an appointment for me and their rep came in right on time, sat down with me, talked to me, and did the initial evaluation. They were very friendly and very thorough.

I called three companies and they showed me their layout, and the best design was from Closet Factory. Plus they gave me almost the same price that they quoted me. They did the shelvings for my walk-in closet. The designer was very professional and he listened to what I needed. The best part was when he designed the shelvings for my shoes because I collect shoes and now, I have a lot of room for them. Also, the installer did pretty good. He was a little early for the appointment which was good, and he did the job in a little over half a day. He even went beyond his duty because he took out my safe for me, came back and bolted it back. I'm really happy with the job, and because it went through Costco, I got a 10% back for the price. Some of my friends have seen my closet and they really like it. My daughter is thinking about doing it for her closet too.

Due to the Costco rebate, I went with Closet Factory since they are a part of a membership promotion. I supported Costco. I had two walk-in closets done. I have white cabinetry plus glass doors and drawers. The Closet Factory designer came and she was great. She asked me questions about my lifestyle, shoes, and if I was going to buy more shoes. She was very thoughtful in how she asked those questions since I hadn't asked them. I'm retired and she talked about the kinds of clothes and if I needed a long hanging area for formal wear. She took my lifestyle into consideration. When we were planning on a design and we were looking at cost. She was very cost effective in helping me determine what things I could add on later versus trying to foretell everything at one time. I really appreciated that because when doing two closets to the extent that I did can get costly.

Closet Factory installed a bathroom cabinet for me and did a really good job. I found them online and went with them since they could meet my timeframe. The installer had to do a lot of work and he did it really well. Their designer was good too. I'll definitely be recommending them.

We had done work with Closet Factory before and, this time, we went directly to them for a closet system that we needed. Their designer was very nice. I had a good experience in dealing with her. Also, their installer was polite, clean and he did a great job. It was a good experience.

I saw Closet Factory at the Auburn Home Show that was here last year. We had them install two closet organizers in both the master bedroom and the extra bedroom and we've had these for more than 4 months. We love their products which are great, quality-wise. Hillary, the designer that we dealt with, was excellent. She had great ideas and she was innovative in how to use the space efficiently. I had a lot of stuff to put in there and she had to design something that would accommodate everything that I wanted to put into the master bedroom closet. The installers were excellent, too, and they were very clean, organized, and respectful of my home. We just had one minor follow-up. There were little marks on the drawers and they called me within two days to schedule someone to come in and change the drawers, and they did this within a week of the original installation.

Everything was good and I’m 100% satisfied with Closet Factory. A salesperson helped me with the design. And then a lady came out and cut it all to spec and installed it. She did an excellent job. I would use Closet Factory again.

I got two closets from Closet Factory installed. They were a little more expensive than I wanted but I really liked the people I was dealing with. The designer was very nice and I liked her. I probably made decisions a little too fast, but when I went back to her, she was super accommodating. The installation was very good as well. They got it all done and I was very happy with my experience.

Every closet of my home was done by Closet Factory recently. They’re an awesome company with very friendly people that communicated very well and did good work. The quality of their products was good and, for a lifetime warranty, the prices were decent. The designer, Beth, that I dealt with was very nice. The installers were very friendly and they didn't make a mess.They got in here, got the work done, and got out, and I was very pleased. I’m still waiting for knobs that were back-ordered, so that’s the only thing that remains to be done. I have already told people about Closet Factory. I own a company and I shared about them on my company Facebook page which has 140,000 followers. I said there that if people are looking to have closets done in their house that are high quality and they want to get excellent service, they need to look into Closet Factory.

Working with Closet Factory has been a very positive experience. They were very anxious to please and wonderful to work with. I had them install a number of closets in a number of rooms. The designer worked with me very well and was very patient. Everybody in their installation crew was wonderful. In addition, they corrected any issues that were there. I'm in the process of adding something small and I'll have them come back if we redo anything.

Closet Factory did a Murphy bed for me and my experience was a fine. Their designer came out and she was wonderful. She told us what our options were. She looked around the house and which room we wanted to put it in and showed us what the style was. Also, the installation team was perfect.

We used to have an office, but we no longer needed it and it became a junk room. Then we thought of turning the entire room into a closet space. I googled Closet Factory and whenever I spoke to someone from them, the customer service seemed decent. They were also good when we had someone come out. They were very flexible with the scheduling. The designer they sent was very professional and although it took a while, he was good. The installers were good too. The closet space came out really nice and very neat. We also had them build an area for the computer so that we're able to use it, and it worked out great.

Closet Factory, as everyone might know, is a custom furniture maker. I first came to know about Closet Factory when I was looking for a murphy bed to go into my den/office. I could not find one online that suits my need. I needed the murphy bed to blend in, to look clean, and to function the way I envisioned it: be an office when not used as a bedroom.

Our designer Casie ** did a great job working in as much shelf space and hanging space as our closet would allow. She had great ideas to utilize all the elements we wanted and save some money where possible. The installers were professional and had some challenging angles to work around. They figured it out and it all looks and works great!

Closet Factory did a complete storage system in my garage. Their people were great and the girl that came out knew what she was doing. If I didn't like what I was getting and if I didn't like the product we would stop everything but they did a great job. I am thoroughly pleased and I would recommend Closet Factory.

I had a very wonderful experience with Closet Factory. Their designer was very knowledgeable and did a very good design on my closet for my master bedroom. She came to my house in a very polite way and went into my master bedroom closet. She pointed out what I really needed based on the closing that I have. Then she drew sketches in front of me, and when I felt like some of them were very expensive, she would do more options for me so that I can afford the money. I requested for shelving and a door, and the installation was also very smooth. About three guys came in and worked very quietly and very productively. They got the job done in two days and it was very good.

I used Closet Factory three years ago for my first closet and I really liked the way it turned out. So I wanted them to do the master bedroom closet and my daughter's room closet as well. Their designer came to my house and discussed the design. She's been so kind and wonderful. Their installers were also very professional.

Our experience with Closet Factory was good. I read the reviews and then I spoke to a consultant Jerry who suggested in a calm way of what to do and how to go about it. It also helped that they had a computer animation to see the products from all angles while using the space where I wanted it to be, so I had a real-time look at how it would be. It was expensive compared to buying a closet from a regular store but I was a little anxious and when the product came in and when the installation happened, everything went smoothly. I am still enjoying it and the quality is good. It was a good investment as well.

Closet Factory did some work for me in Colorado before. This time, I had a couple of people come by and gave me quotes and Closet Factory had a better price so I had them install a white melamine board shelving and door for a closet. Their designer was good, competent and professional but we had an issue with the design. We had a little hiccup when the shelves were first installed because they were either too tall or too short but the installers fixed it and I was happy with the way that they handled the situation. The installers were quick but they were a little shipwreck and a little sloppy. They could have used a little bit more care when they were nudging around things. They left ample space to nudge but it was a little tighter. But, it was a good service and product and it was a quick and affordable way to get a lot of use out of your closets.

We had Closet Factory install a custom closet organizer for an owner's residence which the owner uses when he comes to this coast. Their designer was very smart and a great woman. The owner wanted something similar to what he had and he was descriptive in what he wanted but the designer was able to model that while sitting in the living room of the residence. It was a really impressive operation and the whole meeting took about 45 minutes. It took about a month to get the installation scheduled because Closet Factory was so booked up but it was fine because the owner was never here.

We did some research and Closet Factory’s name came up. I called them and their prices were okay. Their product was similar to some of the other companies that we have talked to but I liked that instead of hanging clothing closets, they do their closets from bottom up. So, we got shoe closets from them. Then, recently, we had them do cabinets underneath our kitchen countertop. Their designer, Michael, came in and I explained to him what we were looking for and what we wanted, and he agreed with it. I also kept telling him that we needed maximum space.

I browsed online a bit and I liked the designs that Closet Factory had than any other closet factory. The designer that came over was really friendly. They explained everything and went over everything clearly. I had some garage closets installed. The installers were quick, efficient and did their thing. I would recommend them.

I had talked to a couple of other closet companies then a friend recommended for me to use Closet Factory. He had a positive experience dealing with them and I had a good experience, too. They did some built in cabinets and counter space for a home office. My interaction with the designer was positive. They were able to do what I wanted and were very accommodating and helpful. I was satisfied and I would use them again.

We had Closet Factory revamp our closet space in the hallway. It was just cabinets and some drawers weren't the way I wanted it to be. The designer did a fantastic job. I told him what I wanted and he exactly knew what I wanted. He also knew what dimensions would best fit my needs. The experience went really smoothly.

The Closet Factory sales guy I had was so good that I decided on them instead of another company. He clearly understood our situation and he was able to really write things out for us. He gave us a feeling that they knew what they were doing and that they could do what we wanted to be done. So, we had peace of mind. We did a walk-in closet and we are very happy. The installation crew was good and very quick as well.

We were looking to add a walk-in closet to our Master along with closets in our kids bedroom in anticipation of our new baby. We signed the contract with a designer who seemed to lure us about Costco discount only to realize that he had no idea what he was doing. We regret choosing Closet Factory and highly recommend to be cautious in choosing an able designer. We are still unsure if the designer miscommunicated the plan or if the entire operations chain of this office is a disaster. Plan that was finalized and that was sent to the installers were completely different. We encountered series of issues and the front office kept asking us to touch base with the designer even after a month of incomplete installation. The designer finally came and started sharing the wrong cost because of which he said we had cut back on the orders. He came to us showing a bill for less than 13 K while we had paid 14.3k.

I have used another closet company eight years ago and it was a horrible experience. I did four different bedrooms with Closet Factory and it was just the basic materials that they have because I was in a hurry to get it done before the summer was over. It was the full shelving, hanging and transformed the whole closet but with the basic materials. Their designer was fabulous. She was thorough, quick and had it designed for me. I was able to see it on the computer. I really liked her. The installation was great too. Compared to the previous installers that I had, these guys were really good and they were clean. It took them three hours to complete the job. The whole thing was just very professional.

Closet Factory products are reasonably priced but I also had California Closets come out to do a comparison of both companies. I liked the fact that when they were onsite, California Closet used a computer model to show me the exact outfit and changes of the layout, which I thought was very interactive and very nice to actually see, and they were able to give me a quote and tell me options right then and there. That's something I would suggest to the Closet Factory as that was a really great experience as a consumer. The Closet Factory designer was very responsive and matched the deal with me, and I had a closet installed in our bedroom. However, after installation, I noticed that one of the boards at the bottom isn't staying, and it's because it's kind of adhering. It's probably just a change in the heat and old and I feel that maybe now it's not fitting tightly. My experience with Closet Factory was easy and simple, and the product came out great.

Closet Factory did the closet system for my wife. It's an organized and a better system with stuff drawers and hanging rods. Our messy stuff that used to be on shelves could now be in drawers. The designer was very helpful, gave some good suggestions and worked very well with my wife. Our experience was good. Closet Factory did a great job in the time that they allotted.

I’ve worked with Closet Factory several times. The first time was about three years ago. So far, I liked their quality, selection, price and they’re close by. We did a wall bed, desk, shelf units, and then, we did several closets. They're holding pretty good. We’ve had a few problems with the drawers in one of the rooms, but other than that, they're okay. Closet Factory has been great coming out and fixing it.

We had a two-bedroom closet and a pantry installed by Closet Factory. The designer was great. He was courteous, on time, plus I knew him. Also, the installation went well. I definitely had a good experience with Closet Factory.

I have used California Closets before but I thought I'd go with Closet Factory for my laundry room. The Closet Factory designer was out saying things very intelligent. She had a computer that shows what she had. I had a little issue and she solved it so I really liked her. The installers got in and got out and it was excellent. Overall, Closet Factory was outstanding.

We had our master bedroom closet done by Closet Factory. The expectation and the problem solving were upfront, and the design was exceptional. We talked to some other closet companies and Closet Factory was the most responsive and their website was a little more informative. Their designer stood out among the others that came out. He was more professional, more knowledgeable, responsive and really good. He answered our questions while the others didn't have in-depth knowledge or answers or even solutions. Closet Factory was able to work with us in solving challenges that we brought up on the spot.

I like Closet Factory’s location and we had them do two master closets and a laundry room in our house. The designer was very friendly and helpful, and the installation crew was great. The Closet Factory team did a great and timely job, although there's always room for improvement. They were informative and professional and I would recommend them.

Closet Factory turned my extra bedroom into a closet with shelves and everything. Their designer was very nice and she answered all of my questions. The installers both did a great job. On the second day, only the lady installer came and finished the job, and she vacuumed the whole place and cleaned it before she left.

I live in a fairly rural area and Closet Factory renders service in our area. They installed our pantry system. From design, install, to the follow-up, it was a great experience. The installers took two-thirds of a day to put the closet in and they did a great job. I would recommend Closet Factory.

I liked Closet Factory’s designer, Laurie. I interviewed a couple but I felt comfortable with her and she could tell me exactly what was going to happen. We had a very good connection and she's a very clear communicator. And she sketched out right there so I saw what she's going to do. Plus, their factory's local so I liked going over there and everything was done right here. I had them install a closet for a small bedroom and the team was very professional and did a great job.

I’ve had friends that had used Closet Factory and I had seen some of their work. I walked into their showroom, talked to the woman there and we had set up an appointment for her to meet with me and my wife at our house. The designer was very professional and very friendly. The design for the master closet was great and the price was reasonable so, we went with it. I left the installers to do the job and the installation went smoothly. The work was performed as agreed and as promised. We’re very happy with it.

We looked at different companies and talked to a couple of different ones, and ultimately, we decided to go with Closet Factory. We like the quality of the materials and part of it had to do with how it was put together. The weight-bearing was going to be held on the floor instead of by the wall, for example, and it wasn’t just going to be hung on the wall. I also like that they were going to be building the closets locally, as well as my experience with the designer. She was very attentive and had a lot of information and she was willing to try a lot of things to get what we really wanted.

I had a friend of mine who had used Closet Factory a couple of times and he recommended them. I have two closets from them. They did a whole closet system for me, customed to my needs. I had drawers put in it and space for hangers. It has storage up above and a place for shoes. They also put a laundry bin. Whatever I needed, they've done with perfection. It's the second time I've used them. The first time I used them, a gentleman designed a special space for me and also, a desk office area. Then the second time, a woman came out and she was really nice and easy to work with. The quality of work is excellent. I'm very happy and I would highly recommend Closet Factory.

I had Closet Factory install a walk-in closet with some drawers as well. The designer was awesome and she came in and listened to everything my husband and I wanted in the closet. She then drew a little on her computer and was able to adjust accordingly. And she was able to give good insights as well as examples of prior closets. She really hit on all the options and specifically gave me what I wanted. Their installers were quick and everything was done right and I was really happy with the end result. They were flexible with the dates, too. We'll go back to Closet Factory for some other closet.

Closet Factory did our closet and compared to other companies, their work is stronger and the way they mount the closets in the garage or to the floor and not to the wall is so much better. I also got two other companies do the estimates and Closet Factory was a bit more expensive, but the quality makes up for it. Closet Factory came out, did the measurements in front of us, and they were on point because they had a computer. I could tell them if something was too much, to take away one cupboard or make a cupboard a single one, and they would do the drawings in two minutes, while the other ones had drawn them all by hand and take a long time. They were extremely low pressure, too, and I liked the experience all around.

I had Closet Factory install a wooden closet organizer in my child's bedroom. Their designer was very nice and very personable but I'm not sure with her ideas. I had already measured it out and I knew what my daughter wanted but she wasn't listening to me at first about the drawer size and space. We wasted a lot of time doing a lot of other possible designs but we ended up coming back to the one I had presented her in the beginning. Also, the designer didn't inform the installer about an outlet up in the closet. It would've been a complete showstopper for getting the installations done that day if I had not solved it at that moment. However, the installer was really good at what he did and overall, it turned out very nice.

We went to a homearama in Virginia Beach and we liked the display that Closet Factory had. We worked with Sharon, their designer, and had them installed closet organizers in our master bedroom. She was wonderful and everything about her was great including her suggestions, designs, efficiency and she was just on top of everything. Their installers were in and out, very professional, cleaned up, and better than expected. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was better than most customer service experiences I’ve had.

I used Closet Factory and the price was right. The designs were great too. The designer was very professional. He seemed really young but he had a lot of experience and knowledgeable in his craft. The installations were great and sturdy, and everything worked great. We had other contractors working at the same time and there were a lot of changes in the schedule and things get delayed and pushed out, so I had to reschedule my installation once or twice. To Closet Factory's credit, they warned me that it could be up to four to six weeks before they can give me another date. It would've been nice if there was a little bit more flexibility though. But on the other hand, they called and told us that a day opened up and asked if we could do that day. They were great about the follow up. I told my boss he should use them too.

Closet Factory sells affordable products. Their rep was a nice guy and an intelligent salesman. He kept to San Francisco and was like a local. He was also attentive and figured out what we wanted. We got what we paid for and more because he helped us get it right. The installation also went well. Their team didn't tear my house apart and they didn't take long. They came in and were done in a few hours. They did a great job and I have some other orders with them I would probably continue.

Closet Factory was referred to me by a group I worked with who helps you move into a house and packs your stuff. I had a wall unit where shelves had originally been designed to accommodate a TV and I didn't need that kind of accommodation anymore so I needed to replace that unit into a wall with shelves and doors across them. My point person was very good because he had both the technical and artistic ability to do the job. He looked at my unit, assessed it and knew what the workman would have to do when they came in and he measured it up. It came out really beautifully. Also, the installation guy made it less scary because it's really tough to watch stuff get torn out off the wall. He was terrific. If right now I had the budget, I would call Closet Factory to redo our walk-in closet off our master bedroom. Their service was definitely amazing. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it.

I had cabinets put into my garage a year and a half ago. I reached out online and I got a meeting set with the designer who came to my house. His name was Ish and he was great. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He did a proposal using 3D and photos, and I went to his office and went through the exact materials and finish color that I wanted. I bought my own handles and dropped it off at the factory. Then I had an installation about a month and a half later after my initial meeting with them. So, it was pretty fast. They were not the cheapest option I looked at but the quality was there for what I wanted.

When I moved into Senior Citizens at the Crossings Closet Factory was recommended to me. The lady from Closet Factory that helped me couldn’t have done any better. She explained everything and she was so nice to the other people that she talked to here at the Crossings when she set up her table. Closet Factory redid my walk-in closet and they did a terrific job. I’m so pleased I show it to everybody. I’ve got six drawers and an open cabinet and then they put the shoe rack all the way up, almost to the ceiling. It’s big and real nice.

Closet Factory's quotes were easy to understand and they were fair with their pricing. We have had some service issues with the prior company we were using, so we hunted down a new one. We used Closet Factory on a few projects of ours earlier this year. Recently, we had them install cubicles and a custom shelving system for the closets. Everything was satisfactory with the installation and there were no issues.

Eight years ago I worked with Closet Factory and everything was fine except for a couple of little issues that my husband fixed. I decided to get an additional pants rack this summer and ordered it on the second week of July through the same person I had ordered before. Then I got a notice by email a week later telling me I had to go online and approve if it’s bronze or gold. It was not chrome or nickel. We ordered it correctly and my husband said it was chrome. I called the Closet Factory rep and she said she didn't believe it and she would come and look.

The quality and price of Closet Factory were better than that of the other places that we looked at. We had a closet installed that was of basic white materials and we also had a sliding drawer that was about nine feet tall, three feet deep and three feet wide. It was a fairly spacious closet that was done in the master bathroom. The designer was very friendly and she had a little sample that she brought in that we could look at and see the materials, and that was definitely a nice selling point. The gentleman who did the installation was working the entire time but we're very pleased with everything that he did. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and when he had a question, he let us know and we worked on it. We're very glad that the closet is there right now.

Closet Factory installed a laminate two-tone closet with some built-in drawers and a bench seat for my clients and it turned out well. I visited their showroom and they were helpful and their products were good, so I went with them. I’m an interior designer too and I did one project with their designer. She was good and very helpful. I also quoted another project and she lost some files in the process, my client ended up going with somebody else because Closet Factory had a higher price. Their prices were not as competitive and it would help the process if they were lower. Also, the finishes they were offering were limited compared to other places, not the most cutting edge. They also need to have more locations. But they were good and professional overall plus the installation was great.

Closet Factory has a competitive price and their service is better. I went to their local office one time. I talked with the owner then their rep came to my place. We talked about all the details and she was very helpful. I had the walk-in closet and a cabinet-type beside the fireplace installed. The installers did a good job. They finished the work on time and the quality of the work was good. Then, I ordered another small part after that because I realized I needed a cover at the top of the cabinet so I called and then their rep told me they have a solution. Then once it was ready, she brought it to my home. Closet Factory met my expectation. I told my neighbor about them and she also used them for her new home closet.

Closet Factory installed a walk-in closet in our master bedroom. The designer was really great. She was very accommodating and tried to give us what we wanted as well as the features of the space could accommodate. The installers were good, respectful of our house and took off their shoes. It was fun and easy. It was fast and it was a good value for the money that we spent.

Closet Factory is nearby the site where I work. They installed shelvings and drawers for my closet space. The interaction I had with the designer was fine and the installation went fine too. However, the closet did not meet my expectations. The installers touched the veneer with stuff on their shirts. It never quite cleaned out. They also had to come back out as they don't have the panel drawer and it was ordered. The final product was not the way it should look. I expected that their price quantified their quality, but it didn't live up to it.

I like Closet Factory’s quality and price. The designers were very good and the installation went well. They did the installation in my master closet and a few other walk-in closets as well. Everything’s fine except the drawer and I’m not very happy with it because it doesn’t close completely. I called them back once to fix one of the drawers and they took care of it. But the other drawers now don’t close easily anymore, either. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will do it again.

I used Closet Factory for all my closets. I started with them several years ago and so far, I can say thumbs up on all account. When I initially found them, I liked who I talked to and I didn't even compare them to anybody else. Aside from doing closets, they did a little project in the hall for me that included a cabinet and a desk, which I loved. And it was a space across from where the file cabinet drawers were so I can have a place to work close to the file cabinet. It worked great. We used the same designer for all of that. The installers were smart, intuitive, prepared, and cleaned up after themselves. It was mostly one person, but there were a couple of times when there was a helper. They came when they said they would and they were on time even when they drove from Orlando, which is a three-hour drive to get here.

The person from Closet Factory who we spoke to and who gave us the consultation was excellent. She really knew her information. The design factor was really good, and the cost is a little better than the other people we were speaking to. We had a few projects with Closet Factory. We had them do a pantry and a custom nook area at the top of the staircase. And right by the window, we had them do a bookshelf on each side and then a bench and it was really great. And the last project that we had with them was an office install for shelving, and we had a really difficult time with them. The design was awesome and everything was great and what we wanted, but the timing was really bad. They are very busy at this local office. We signed the contract with them for this particular project, and it took time to schedule it out. Once they started the installation, it was supposed to be a three-day project and it took a month to get the whole thing done.

Closet Factory did our bedroom closets and kitchen pantry. They were professional and had a lot of options at their disposal so they could help me customize things. Their designer was also knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, easy and great to work with and made some good suggestions. We went back and forth several times with the measurements and the different functions that we wanted, and the designer held up his end of the bargain when things were shipped out and how they came together. On the other hand, I had a contractor do the installation but he didn’t install it the way the designer and I wanted. It was a multi-step process and he needed some extra pieces to make things work, but it went well. He also said that the price that I paid was really good.

Closet Factory installed our master bedroom closet, a wine cellar closet area, a couple of regular closets and pantry-type closets. With our master bedroom closet installed, it organized the space and made a fairly small area really efficient. We've had some estimates done a few years ago but we had paused the project and we ramped up again. And then, we used Closet Factory because of our friend's referral. The designer was wonderful. She came to our house, did the measurements, gave ideas and suggestions, and she's really nice to work with, too. The installers were on time and they were super clean. It was a four-day project, and they finished up a little ahead of schedule. Our experience was really good and smooth from start to finish. It wasn't the cheapest route to go but we got what we paid for. It was very easy to work with them and the end-product was wonderful.

Closet Factory did a full closet for us. I liked that they were manufactured locally and their designer was awesome. I came in with dimensions and told her what our needs were, and she plotted it out for us. She showed us what they had to offer and worked up a quote. We added a bit to it after and we got exactly what we wanted. We're really happy with it. I have recommended Closet Factory to a friend.

We went to a cabinet store in December and they were busy. The girl that works there told us about Closet Factory and when we went to them, we kind of hit it with their designer. We were happy with the way she did it so we had them do a closet in our master's bedroom, a little cabinet in the toilet of the same bedroom, as well as redo the shelves in our pantry. We're also happy with the product and how it looked after they were installed. But the toe kick in the closet went in when I was vacuuming the floor. So I called them about it and the guy came back out and redid the closet. He tried to fix it, but there’s still one that’s not good. I thought he checked everything, but obviously, he didn’t check that one. So it’s a very good experience except for the thing that they had to come back for.

Closet Factory was having a sale, and I had them install a Murphy bed. Their designers were knowledgeable and pleasant. They were courteous too, like the installer who showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. I've had the bed for almost two years and if I needed anything else like that, I would go back to them.

I got three estimates prior to making my selection and Closet Factory was in the middle. Price and flexibility on design, fit and style made me choose them and I've had several Closet Factory products installed. I had a basement like organization installation room, a closet which was a full room, two smaller typical walk-in closets and then a workout/storage room. I did the basement one year ago and that was how I heard of Closet Factory from a friend. Then I did the closet six months ago and then the bonus room three months ago.

We were doing a garage remodel so we had Closet Factory do the cabinets at the garage. Their reviews were the best out of the ones that I had read so we got them. I did a lot of remodeling and my interactions with their designer were like with everybody else. I was also busy so I just told her to come.

I had something done by Closet Factory when I was living at my old address. I bought another home and I didn’t like what I had in there so I called Closet Factory to have them come out and give me an estimate first. It was a little bit high, but it was all right. I like the walk-in closet they installed. And I enjoy it and I could hang up my clothes. And I wanted them to put dowels in, which they did, and I also had another closet done. The Closet Factory designer was very nice and we got along fine. In fact, I told her I wanted the spacing in the closet a little wider, and so, she had it widened and she said I didn’t have to pay for anything.

We had Closet Factory work in a bedroom closet, a downstairs entertainment closet, two more bedrooms and our pantry. We had a fabulous designer. She knew what she was doing, she gave me lots of good ideas, she took her time, she measured accurately and it was just a good experience. The installation was perfect, on time and clean. The installers worked with me and cleaned up after themselves. There was no need for follow-up appointments after the installation. It was a great experience overall.

Closet Factory installed some shelving and hanging rod in our closets. We like their price and the product. But some things were not as we had planned and there were some missing items so we had a couple of follow-ups after the installation. They came out and we took care of that.

Closet Factory donated a gift certificate for a fundraiser we had for our company. I bid on the certificate and got it. The Closet Factory designer was excellent. I told her what I wanted and she drew it up and it was exactly what I wanted. The project was a normal white cabinet with doors and the installation team came out and got it done. They cleaned up after, too. This took place last April and it was a good experience. I would recommend Closet Factory!

I had a bunch of different upgrades in my house throughout the past few years. Closet Factory did my garage and it was good.

I had Closet Factory install units in the bathroom and pantry. I liked that everybody was very friendly and honest. The installation team was very good and the installation went well. I like the units and I'm very organized now. The only thing was I called them twice they didn't leave me any papers. But they sent me those right away when I called them.

I had a different company come in and give me a drawing and estimate. I had Closet Factory do the same thing, and I preferred their design for my closet. I have a junior one-bedroom condo unit and the closet is a small walk-in closet. The person who came in listened and was very good about taking what I wanted, how I wanted to use the space and making something that looked aesthetically pleasing plus maximizes as much room as possible. I had installed a laundry bin, different compartments for shoes and the little bars for the closet to create the most use out of my closet space. As for the installation, they said that I am not to be home. They came in, put the closet in and finished the same day. They cleaned up after themselves. But there holes in the border on the floor that needed to be repainted because of what they removed. I wish they had been neater in terms of not leaving holes because I have to patch those up myself.

We were at a home improvement show this spring and we walked up to Closet Factory display. It looked like it was a nice closet and we liked the young lady who offered us a home estimate. We usually go out and look at a couple of others and get estimates then pick the best closet company. But my husband really liked the craftsmanship and he said that the material was really good and that was the deciding factor for him. We almost didn’t go with it because it was so pricey but the salesgirl convinced us. We had one closet redone and we really enjoy it. It had six drawers with two shelves, hangers on either side and two sets of shoe storage for his and hers.

I had an excellent experience with Closet Factory. The house we purchased already had Closet Factory unit in it, but I wanted to have hangers placed in one closet and shelves and drawers on the second one so I called them. I asked their designer what she thought about it and she set the project up and it was within my price range. The installers were very nice. One guy even did the first closet on a typical day-off. The only thing is I wish we could have done was schedule the closet stuff a little bit sooner.

Closet Factory returned my call and we met their fantastic designer. Closet Factory's people are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installers were clean and they worked hard. They installed a replacement closet for me and my wife and then they engineered it to be better, hold more clothes, and we had them include a built-in hamper and drawers. Overall, the experience was great.

When I called Closet Factory, they sent out the designer. I knew exactly what I wanted, told her what I needed and she worked with it. She was wonderful, efficient, very quiet and unassuming, but a creature of detail. I’m going to have her come and do some more work for me. I also had a wonderful experience with the installation. The installers were there the entire day and the designer had to come back and inspect it. They forgot to put two pieces of finish material on the back wall. So, she had the installers come back to put that on with no charge. They put a built-in closet in my dressing room with lights. It has lock doors and 83 inches of closet hanging space and it's beautiful. Because of that experience, I'm going to have Closet Factory come back and do my garage.

Closet Factory is within a reachable distance to where I live. After speaking with them on the phone and our first meeting, I know that they were reputable and good. They were also friendly and showed the willingness to work with me as a customer. I had a built-in master closet worked on and they were great. They delivered on time, they were very neat with their work and they were polite. They even took their shoes off and they cleaned up well after themselves. The product was installed well. And then, they did follow up with me after the installation. The designer was also great. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. She made good recommendations and didn't upsell. I would highly recommend them as a provider of an organization in their house.

We went to the Closet Factory facility, looked at the display models and we liked what we saw. We had installed a complete office desk, a cabinet and a wall-to-wall closet. They did the installation very quickly and neatly. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in perfect condition. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the installation. They were very professional. They met all deadlines and came through with all the dates they said they would and the final product was excellent. They're truly outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at doing this type of build and install.

I happened to be at my friend's home and he mentioned that Closet Factory did his. I was very impressed with it and looked into having them do mine. I had them completely rebuild a master closet. They tore everything to the bare walls and came back in after I spoke with the designer. He saw what I had and told me what we could do with it. He also made suggestions on how to best utilize the space.

Closet Factory had the most innovative designs out there and I was happy with them. A lot of it had to do with the sales lady. In fact, two people randomly recommended the same salesperson to me. I was super analytical about the whole thing and got four other estimates. Closet Factory's was a little higher except for California Closets, but Closet Factory's design was so much better than what other people offered. They did two different closets for me. I had a big built-in done with shelves, moldings, drawers, ironing board, jewelry boxes and all kinds of stuff. Then the other closet I just did a straight shelf with one little built-in closet door cabinet. The first is basically a big walk-in master closet and the second I use as a shoes and purses closet.

We've had Closet Factory handle a couple of projects when we did our office and garage. Our designer told us about them when we wanted to put a murphy bed in our office/guest room. Their designer came over for a consultation about our garage. I told her what we were looking for and she took measurements. They came back with a design then we went back and forth a few times. We made some changes to the placement of certain cabinets. We also decided on how cabinets would be configured, like how many shelves in a cabinet and how wide. She kept in contact with me through all the changes. She was really helpful and easy to work with. Plus, she took into account all our special considerations to make it all work within a decent budget and the space we had.

We used Ronnie, the designer of Closet Factory, several years ago at our old property. So when we moved, we called them up again. Ronnie is the best. We had bookshelves installed and a little bench that goes in a bay window. The installation was very fast and it was done very well. Closet Factory is expensive, but the quality work is terrific. Excellent service all around from design to completion!

We used Closet Factory when we did some renovation and recently used them again for my daughter's closet. We had a hall closet that we opened to give her a bigger closet, and then we sealed that up. Closet Factory came in and built it out. It's not a huge space but it gave us more room. They did a center area with shelves and then spaces on either side for hanging clothes. Because of the space, we weren't presented with a lot of options. But when I asked for something customized because I wanted a space where we could take my daughter's laundry, like a hamper, they did it which was good. It's underneath the shelving, so it tucks right in there. Two guys came in and installed everything. I had a little bit of interaction with them and it was pretty straightforward. They were efficient and did what they were supposed to do. We've been pleased with everything that Closet Factory did. They delivered what we asked for.

I was very happy with the work Closet Factory did. The developer who built my apartment building gave us a closet allowance and told us they've used Closet Factory before. When they came out to talk to us, I was very impressed. We used them and far exceeded what was available. I also checked out a container store and California Closets but came back to these guys. They did five closets throughout the entire apartment. The designer was terrific. She was very thoughtful and didn't try to oversell us things. She took our advice and told us when we didn't need something. She knew what she was doing and it came out much better than we could have hoped. It was expensive, our allowance was $5000 and we spent $15000, but I didn't feel ripped off.

Another closet company of a bigger name failed to call me back. But with Closet Factory, they were responsive and were willing to talk with me. I’m in a very rural location but their rep drove an hour and a half to get to my home. My house was under construction at that time. There was dust everywhere and my front yard and driveway were just mud but she worked around all of that and did an awesome job. I had two closets done and the installation crew was very nice and professional. I also had three overhead storage bins done in my garage. Our communication has been great and they were on time. They worked around my schedule so I was very happy with it.

We did some research online because I wanted to compare a couple of companies. We had a couple of other options and the pricing and the reps of Closet Factory that came out were better than the other companies. Then when we met with the designer at the shop, we felt better about the time that they took in the options available. She was awesome. We had a big walk-in closet installed and we had them put in all the rods and some doors and shelving. We also had shelving put in a very small linen closet. The installers were great, efficient, and they cleaned up well afterward. I would highly recommend them. It was our first experience and it was a good one.

We just moved and I found Closet Factory in the phonebook. They were pretty local. We had a walk-in closet done in the master bedroom and we had a large closet done upstairs in the guestroom. The designer was wonderful. Everything turned out just the way she explained it and they did the work when they said they were going to do it and they finished when they said they were going to finish. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end from the initial call. Excellent. I would use them again and again.

I liked Closet Factory’s availability and installation schedule and I had them do a couple of custom closets in the master bedroom and two kids' rooms. One of them was dark wood and two of them were more like white particle board type. The designer was okay and the team was reasonably good, but we didn’t get enough shelves for any of the closets and I’ve been trying to get them for the last three years. Some of our accessories were never installed either and we were unable to get good a follow-up. They were responsive during the planning but lost interest once we had paid for it.

Closet Factory had an additional deal through Costco. And their designer was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He was also patient with questions, willing to work with us and our communication was well done. He made a mistake on the original price. He double checked and it was actually lower than he thought so, that was nice and I appreciated what he did. I liked that the installers were local, they were receptive and they confirmed several times to appointment times. I was also happy that they finished within one day. The quality of their product is pretty good and it looks great.

We went over to Closet Factory and they spent a great deal of time explaining the range of options and the ups and extras that they had. We got quotes from two other companies and this on-site visit swung our decision toward Closet Factory’s way. What they offered was a more structured approach and they've got menu-driven options. Three people came to the house and measured, and they showed products and samples of their work. One of the individuals was the owner-operator, so he was very involved in all of the details. Another one was a salesman that worked at the facility and they had all sorts of software tools online to walk him through how to do it. The tools helped to educate me and we discovered our range of options.

We did closets in all of the bedrooms with Closet Factory. We also did coat closets and a pantry. Though I was out of town when everything happened, dealing with the designer was all over email so it was very easy. The experience was great. Everything went exactly as we wanted.

We had our clothing closet, shelving, drawers, and a laundry hamper installed by Closet Factory. We worked with their designer, and she was very professional and easy to work with, and she did a good job. The installation went very smoothly. And the installers are certainly good at cleaning up after themselves and doing the installation right. In general, it was a positive experience and I was happy to work with Closet Factory.

Working with Closet Factory's designer was very good. She knew what she was doing and was very helpful. I had a free standing cabinet, four cubbies and shelving for shoes installed in the garage. During the installation, there was a little bit of confusion over measuring and making sure everything fit correctly. The process was a little more stressful than it should have been, but my organizer took care of that. She handled most it, but I was there for part of it. They had someone else come out and measure an extra time just to double check, but they finished when they said they would. It's a good product and I'm definitely happy with the end result.

I had two places come give me estimates and my deciding factor was the way Closet Factory's designer took care of every space and maximized the storage which was what I needed since our closets are very oddly shaped. It’s functional and looks really nice. We had done our pantry first which was incredible, then she did two master closets, mine and my husband’s. She was also able to design a cabinet that I could put jewelry in and lock. However, there were a couple of times wherein the lock was in the wrong place because the doors were measured wrong. The installers had to come back a few times and get that corrected. They were fantastic and very polite. They did what they were supposed to and I’m very pleased with the work. Everything's good and I highly recommend them.

A previous company let me down as I went for the quickest advertisement I saw. And when I saw Closet Factory, I gave it a try and I was very pleased. About a year and a half ago, I had a bedroom converted to a walk-in closet and about two months ago, I had a wall bookshelf put into one of our rooms. The designer was wonderful and I had no problems with the installation. The installers were polite, came on time, and were very focused on completing the task.

I liked the design that I saw at Closet Factory. We got them to install an entertainment unit and their designer was great. He was polite, knew what he was talking about and had good suggestions. The installation was on schedule and the installation guy did a really good job. We didn’t know where we should put the cords but the designer came right out to make sure that things were going right and told us where we should put the cords. It was really good. We would definitely recommend Closet Factory. They did everything they said they would, came when they said they were going to come, and were available. The experience went very smoothly and I would use them again if the time comes.

I was looking for closet designers and installers in the area and ran across some ads of Closet Factory. They had nice designs and I liked them. I’m happy with the guy who did the measurements and the design. He came here with everything and was prepared with catalogs and a computer. He knew what he was doing. I could tell he was really thorough by the way he was measuring stuff. We sat down and he asked me and my wife what we needed and wanted and then we chose.

The decorator I use with Bittners recommended Closet Factory to me. I live in Lexington and went to Louisville. The designer drove 75 miles to see the space first then I was able to talk to him on the phone. He’s extremely knowledgeable and he had a design that met what I talked to him about. It took me 30 minutes and we were done. Then his installer came and it was supposed to be a bigger closet but they made a mistake in this apartment. I'd have had a fit if I were him, but he was most cordial and rescheduled quickly.

We went to the Closet Factory showroom and the staff was helpful. We liked the quality of customer service they gave us and the designer was good. They installed the master bedroom closet and built out a mudroom between the garage and entryway. They made sure they put down pallets to make sure they didn’t mess up the carpet or the wood floors. They were also very professional and timely. They were done in the timeframe that they said that they were going to be done so that was awesome.

I was highly satisfied with Closet Factory. I had them install two bedroom closets and a utility closet. I was very pleased with the person who came and designed the closet. I was also very pleased with the end result and with every other aspect of the experience except for one thing—my diamond got missing at the time of installation. The problem was there were two companies involved at the time. I had an electrician here and the closet people here at the same time. So, both of them are pointing the finger at the other company. The police were involved, but there’s never been any resolution to it at all. After the installation, Closet Factory’s installation team made an appointment to do a couple of adjustments. They came right back and got all taken care of. I would recommend Closet Factory.

I saw Closet Factory had won a design award from the Lehigh Valley Builders Association so I decided to go with them. Since the company is family owned, the daughter came out. But then, we put the plan aside. When we were finally ready to redo our whole bedroom, we had her come back again to take a look. Although she didn't do the designer’s job anymore, she still came out. My husband was retired by that time and he suggested to do a free-standing storage unit. We had them do a closet that’s cut in pieces made in the room, so they would blend together with the existing closet that’s there. The daughter designed something and sent it online to us to look at it and then brought samples.

Closet Factory installed a closet in the master bedroom last March. The designer was great and she was very willing to simplify things and that was important for me. The installer that we had was someone who was ahead of installing the closet on-point. He was very precise and we were very lucky to have him. However, I have one thing I would have liked corrected but it was a failure on my part not to ask someone. I thought that I would have some sort of follow-up from the company and I didn’t so that was disappointing. But overall they were very good.

Closet Factory came out here, measured the closets and they did them. Their designer was a nice lady and their installer did a good job. However, the only thing I didn't like about the job was that they didn't do the doors for the closets. The way they did my closet and my wife's closet in our master bedroom is like sliding door mirrors. It's organized but you can't really see what you have inside because it's dark. I said something about it to my designer and she suggested that I put folding doors on it that were trifolds. If they would have done that, it would have been great. I also thought she was going to include that with the unit once they did it.

My neighbor has had a few closets done by Closet Factory. When their designer came in, she wasn't in any kind of a hurry, and she did what we talked about. So, it was great. The guy came in and he was probably done within an hour and a half which was a really short amount of time. He did a beautiful job on the two small closets. He showed up on time and he even had a sweeper. It was a wonderful experience. If I have anything else to do, I will definitely call Closet Factory back. I would also definitely recommend them to anybody.

Our designer had used Closet Factory in several other jobs and I wanted to choose who she was comfortable with. She was so nice and easy to work with. She knew exactly what she was doing and gave us great advice. I would user her again in a heartbeat. We had installed in the master bedroom a 10x10 closet, wood backing with all the rails, shoes shelving and a pull-out ballet rod. We also had a center island with cubicles on each side put in the center of the closet and a crown-mold all around the top. Two guys came and did the installation in two days. They came from Louisville to our house which was about an hour and a half away and they did a great job, too. They were very nice. They showed up on time and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They also smoothed out a few areas where we had our baseboard and our wood floor. We love our closet and it has been a perfect experience with Closet Factory.

We've used Closet Factory previously for a mudroom kind of closet. We had a good experience with them and decided to use them again for our master's closet when we did a remodel on our house. We had some double hanging storage space installed, as well as some drawers and overhead cabinetry. Their designer was very easy to work with. She's got a lot of good suggestions and works very quickly. The installation went fine, but there was one mistake. They were supposed to put an eased edge on something but didn't. We're still following up with them to get that remedied. Nonetheless, the products are functioning properly and I'm very happy.

I had a built-in bookcase with drawers and cabinets installed in the office. I got three estimates and the pricing from Closet Factory in Allentown was a lot more reasonable. The owner was the one who came, designed and gave us a quote. He was also very professional, courteous and could also draw the designs really well. The installation was also good and very professional, and the crew was nice and friendly. I really like Closet Factory and I had a very good experience with them.

The price from Closet Factory was right and their rep was really professional. She was pleasant and did exactly what I was looking for. She gave me a direct and practical design and then the installers showed up at the exact time they said they will be there. However, there was one missing part when they came, so they came back a few days later. It took them two days to do the installation, though they cleaned up after. I got a closet for the bedroom, a dresser closet, and a hanging closet installed in several bedrooms. I was anxious to move in and it took them about 30 days from the time that we settled on a design until it was finished. There would be more satisfaction if they can make stuff quicker, but they did a great job. If I have another job that they can do, I may call them again.

We searched online for a solution to our need for some closets and we liked the quality of the workmanship of Closet Factory. We found that they had a local facility, then we went over and spoke to the people there. They showed us the shop and we were very pleased, and we proceeded to arrange for them to come over and give us a quote. We had them do three closets. One was a walk-in closet and the other two were normal closets with rods and shelves. Two of the closets were installed in the bedroom and one was a coat closet.

The woman that we dealt with was great. She had lots of ideas and her design ideas were fantastic. I was happy with her. All the other closets had been installed just fine but on the last one, the installer seemed to keep forgetting things. He's like, "I'm going to cut this, but I don't have this saw." It was a little annoying. Then, there were a couple of the little things weren't done so Closet Factory sent out a non-installer who seemed to be the manager to see what the status was. He then got everything done. I still have another closet to do and I'll still use Closet Factory.

I liked Closet Factory when they came out and they had a quote. The designer was good. She came out and drew the design and told her I'd get back with her in a week, and I did. They sent the design through my email in PDF file and that was fine. They sent an installer out the morning of and he took care of the job. It was done in four hours. I liked the closets when they were finished. I would recommend them to a friend.

We liked Closet Factory's saleswoman, Debra. She was a sweetheart and she was right on top of things. We also liked the idea that the closet is guaranteed as long as we own it and their factory is right on the premises over there so it's convenient. When Debra came to the house, my wife and I told her what we wanted and she measured the area. Then she went and designed our closet. She showed us some preliminary then we went back to the office at the shop and finalized it. They also took me for a tour of the factory where people were working and I liked that, too. I used to build things myself so I know how things are built and I was impressed with way they manufactured it all.

My experience with Closet Factory has been better than most experiences I've had lately. I had them convert one closet so I had four shelves for clothes and four shelves for shoes, two tiers, and two bars. I went and got their services because they're local and the lady was nice. Their price was okay as well. It wasn’t cheap but it was reasonable. Their designer was nice and helpful. I told her what I wanted and she drew a sketch of it. Also, the installation got finished earlier than Closet Factory anticipated.

Closet Factory had good ratings on Angie's list so we had them install our master bedroom closet and it was awesome. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for and they are great! Their designer was very thorough that she came out several times. I'm especially impressed with the installation people - they were incredible, fantastic and professional. I can't say enough good things about them.

I had all the closets done and also had a built-in put in by Closet Factory. The designer did what I told her I wanted. It was good that she knew the products and the sizes of the drawers that can fit. And the installation went really well. I’ve used Closet Factory in my old house and I’ve used them here multiple times, and I like them.

My architect recommended one of Closet Factory’s designers. She was creative, responsive and I really liked working with her but their product was defective. I had a custom closet built and there were two doors where the paint cracked and the material warped. So, the doors are curved and they don't close properly. Ever since the installation, I'd been trying to get the Closet Factory to come by, look at the doors and replace them but they won't do it. They say that they're sending people and then they don't show up. They've done it twice. Then they say that someone's going to call me and no one calls. Even my designer has been torturing them to no avail. I was thinking of suing. I was thinking of contacting my credit card company to see if I can get a chargeback. My experience with Closet Factory was horrible and I'm so upset.

I was looking for a Murphy Bed-closet combination and Closet Factory had some sample of that. They also had a very good website so I decided to start with them. However, at the beginning of the engagement, we had somebody come over but we never heard back from that person. When I called back, it turned out that this person had left and nobody had followed up with her cases. Then I got a name of somebody to call but when I called that person, I never heard back from him either. It was to the point that I was wondering whether they really wanted to do this business. They should make their process a little easier on the customer.

My friend works at Closet Factory and I wanted to give her business. So, I had a shelf and rods installed. One side had a half rod, half shelves and the other side had two sets of rods and a shelf going across the top just like a closet organizer. The designers were excellent. Also, the installation was great. The guy was super nice. He was fast, efficient and neat. I've got several other closets that need to be redone and I will definitely use Closet Factory again. Two thumbs up to Closet Factory.

Closet Factory did an entire master bath for us, like clothes closet, drawers, shelving and everything that would go in it. The designer came over and did measurements and we talked very briefly with her about what we wanted. She put it together while she was still at our house, gave us an estimate, and we were able to schedule really shortly after. She understood us fairly, and we got what we wanted. She was very easy to work with.

I went down to the home show at Stabler Arena and Closet Factory was there. I saw what they had on display and it was nice and close to what I was interested in. I had a conversation with their guy and he was very accommodating and friendly so I gave him a chance. Then he came out and was good in helping me turn a small 10x10 bedroom into a closet. It's pretty wonderful. The guy who came out to install it was Shawn and he was a great kid. He’s very nice and very meticulous. I also had a few little glitches and they were really accommodating. If I was unhappy with something, they were there to help me. It was a great experience and I would recommend them.

I was looking for a local company here in Texas and I did some research online. And I found it very useful that Closet Factory had real customer reviews. We had them do a customized master bedroom closet with doors and a Valley Hanger holder thing as well for ties and scarves. We also did a customized shoe shelving in the closet. Closet Factory's designer was great. He was very patient with us and was definitely detail-oriented. He looked at some of my sketches that I thought of for the closet and he was able to make it happen way beyond our expectation. Once the installation crew got started with the three-day process, they were in-and-out and were very efficient as well as mirable. Our experience was of great value. And I also have future projects that we're going to move forward with Closet Factory.

Judson Manor was doing a complete renovation of the 11th floor so the closets all needed attention and they suggested Closet Factory. The designer was very confident and very helpful. The installers also seemed to be very much on top of things. They mounted a mirror in the bedroom and built a small bookshelf for me in my den, and they have excellent workmanship.

She looked at each of the closets I was talking about and made recommendations. We changed a couple of things and then she told me exactly what would happen next. When the stuff came in, we were contacted to set up an appointment for the installation. The installation went well and everything was good after. It was a great experience and I would recommend Closet Factory to anyone. Everything was great, and the quality and professionalism are there.

I had my master closet done by Closet Factory. I used a different closet company before so I wanted to try someone different, but they all do the same thing except that the customer service and the designer were great with Closet Factory. Everything went well and I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I sold our house and decided to move into Judson Manor, a high-rise elderly living facility in Cleveland, and start with an apartment that could be totally done over. We wanted to be sure that we had the kind of shelves and closets and a design in the apartment that we wanted. We had help from a person from Judson and once we explained what we wanted, she suggested that we talk with folks from Closet Factory.

We worked with Closet Factory on a charity event and we wanted to do something with somebody that we had a rapport with. My husband had his personal walk-in closet done by them. My husband's very organized so he knew what he wanted to make sure he remains organized. He had cubes put in for his shirts and he thinks those are the best. They did a great job. Everything he wanted fit together perfectly and he’s very pleased with it. The designer was fabulous. She really listened to what he said and she made changes accordingly to what he needed done. It was great. Everything went smoothly except when one part wasn't ready or wasn't done when they were doing the install so they just came back and did it after. So, rather done just being done in one day, it took two. However, there was no inconvenience at all. We liked being able to work with designing it and the finished product ended up well.

I’ve used Closet Factory at our previous home eight years ago. And when we moved to the new home, I had the designer come back. I actually got estimates from the cabinet makers who were doing our kitchen and had them look through but it was too expensive. The designer from Closet Factory was very helpful and lovely, and she stayed within the budget. It was very easy to explain to her what I wanted. Then she just drew it up and we worked on a couple of other random items, like hampers. This most recent time, I had them do all of my kids’ closets. The job took an extra day but that was figured out early on. It was pleasant and easy overall. And if I were to do closets again, I’m sure I’d call her back.

In 15 years, we've bought and sold four different houses and I've used Closet Factory every time. It's one of the few companies that I've used for so long because I have no issues with them. When they give you a design, what they present in paper is exactly what they put up and what you pay for. I like their system and their designers too. They're not the cheapest but they're not the most expensive either and I always get a good product out of it. The installers come and have it all done within one to two days usually, depending on the size of the project. They do a good job and they also follow up so I'm more than happy. Working with Closet Factory is a great experience from initial meeting to project completion.

I was over at The Container Store and saw what they had. I thought that there's got to be somebody else that does that besides them so I looked online, found Closet Factory and went on from there. I got quotes from other companies and the range was there, but I liked the wood that Closet Factory had. The coverings that they had were better, too, because others were limited on their colors and the way they did it. Plus, they had a third party installing it and I don’t like to use a third party usually. Also, my salesperson at Closet World knew her business and adjusted things the way I wanted it adjusted for the dollars that I wanted to spend. She was did a wonderful job, was thorough and on time. She had even come out at a special time for me because I wanted to close the deal and get it done.

When I called up different companies, Closet Factory was the best on the phone. They did the pantry and all of the closets of our new house. Their designer was very good and the installation was great. They were also very quick. I decided to add a few things and asked them to put in a couple more suit racks. The quality of the closets is really good. I've had other closets installed by other companies and the ones by Closet Factory are much better. I later found out that they are also the same company that provides closet installation through Costco and had I known that, I probably would have gone directly to Costco. Still, it was a great experience.

A friend of mine used Closet Factory for her project and recommended them. I'm also a Costco customer and at the exit of Costco, I noticed that their name as well as their services were there, so that was a double reference. Ultimately, that made me proceed following up with Closet Factory and have them do the project. I was going to get an estimate from California Closets but I learned that there was a discount at Closet Factory for being a Costco member so that negated me from getting a competitive offer. I chose to save my time since I was already getting a discount from Costco.

I used Closet Factory so many years ago and this is the second time I've used them. I knew the guy that did my other closet, so I like that part and I like the functions of the closet as well. Closet Factory knew what we were looking for and then their designer, Martha provided a couple of different designs for different price points. The first time they worked the lowest but I liked the designs, so when I called them back, I asked for Martha and I also contacted her directly because I still had her email. She’s the reason why I went back to them for this house.

We talked to Closet Factory and what they recommended seemed a good idea. They came up with a pretty good plan. My wife modified it which wasn't a big problem so everything worked like they did. We got another estimate but my wife definitely liked Closet Factory better. We had some drawers and a clothes rack built into a closet in a master bedroom. Before that we just had the manufacturer's wire rack in there and not very good at all. I was there most of the time for the installation and there was one who was a trainer and a young man who was just learning but they went to it and spent a lot of time with it. They talked to me and told me how they would do it and put it in. They did a very good job on it. I would recommend Closet Factory. I'm pretty satisfied with the part they had 'cause they were very professional with how they did it and they cleaned up after they finished.

Since I was able to go out and look at what Closet Factory had to offer, as well as to personally work with the technician and the designer, I went with them. I had shelves installed in the master bedroom, and I also got hampers and drawers. The installers came in and did a really good job. The designer and installers were very professional. A follow-up was also not needed. They were able to give me really good ideas and they presented to me with what I actually wanted. Plus, if I wanted something different, they were able to incorporate that. It was a really, really good experience and I would recommend them. In fact, I'm looking to get them back in to do the garage.

She was so smart and designed beautifully for us. The installation was also good. We didn't have any problem that came out. I might use Closet Factory again for our new house.

Closet Factory was local for me so I had them install a closet in a garage. The designer, who was also the owner, was very pleasant to work with. The installation team was good as well. Once they installed, it was too high so they had to bring it down a bit. The only thing I didn’t like was the messy part at the end. They could’ve done a better cleaning job before they left. Fingerprints were all over the cabinet and we had to wipe and clean everything.

When I build my home, I had Closets by Design do all of my closets. However, some of the designs that I had weren't functional. I then found Closet Factory, who are purely custom and they could change the things that I thought were custom with my original company. I had them do my home office. Their designer was very knowledgeable and she gave me her thoughts and ideas. I relied on her expertise to help me design the pantry. When we worked at my home office, we worked with a budget and came up with a design. It was easy and fabulous. The installation started on time and the installers were nice and friendly guys. The home office was scheduled to be a two-day project but they worked quickly and got it all done in one day. The designer then came back to look at the finished product to make sure it's exactly what we wanted. I will definitely call Close Factory again if I have any other things to do.

Closet Factory provided just what I needed. A year ago, I had a closet installed with wood and shelving in my master's bedroom. The designer was very helpful and he got me exactly what I wanted. During installation, the guy was very punctual and didn't waste any time in getting the job done. Closet Factory was great and I really enjoyed the professionalism of the company. I'm very well pleased with the quality of the work they've done and I’d recommend them to my friends.

I researched custom closet companies and Closet Factory was a bit more sturdy and could get it done within a three-day period. They had the color I wanted and a variety of things too. The only thing I didn’t like was that the back of my mirror has scratched grooves in it. I called Closet Factory and sent them pictures of it. They reviewed it and said it doesn't affect the front part of the glass but I'm afraid in the long run, that mirror is going to crack. They said it won't break and that the scratch doesn't compromise the integrity of the closet. I still didn't like it and I never got that resolved. They said they weren't going to give me any piece of glass for that considering I paid $15,000 for it. Nevertheless, my closet is beautiful and I love it. The other doors I have are mirrored also and those are completely perfect. Everybody was very nice and very helpful.

I've used Closet Factory three times before. They came highly recommended to this person that I know and trust. I had a small closet redone in one house. I then moved to a condo building and had a gut remodel kind of thing. They did a couple of closets and they did an office area with bookshelves and stuff like that. I then moved again and did another remodel. Just this past year they did another bedroom closet, a big walk-in closet and another office type of thing where there are shelves, bookshelves, and doors. Their designers were very good but I had a last-minute change in the product that caught me off guard but they did a very good job for the most part. Their installers were very professional, cleaned up and did a really nice job but it would be nice though if they could send a thank you note like other companies. Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied with my experience with them.

We set up an appointment with Closet Factory and I liked what they said when they came out. Their designer was great. She noticed stuff that I would've never thought about like needing a space for my luggage and table tray and if I'd want to hang up the vacuum cleaner hose. Also, the installation team was pretty quick. I had them install in my master bedroom and hall closet. Overall, I'm very pleased with Closet Factory.

I've been using Closet Factory for a long time. I worked with them on a wall unit before in a previous place and some other closets too. My mom also used them back in 1990 when they were remodeling their house. I always bid them against California Closets, and whichever can get it done quicker and for cheaper is who I go with. I had Closet Factory work on a walk-in closet for my home recently. Dion, the designer, was great and tailored it specifically to what I needed. We talked about my needs and what would work. He was really knowledgeable about the product and ways to save money. Plus, he didn't oversell. He's good at what he does. The installers were okay and took them three days to finish, but they left a couple of marks that I couldn't remove from the carpet. It must be from some material that they used. Overall, it was a good and easy experience.

I had a custom closet with shelving installed by Closet Factory. The designer was good but the dimensions were wrong, which caused problems for installation. I had a problem with the installer too because what he installed was leaning and crooked and he left it in that condition. He wasn't able to install it correctly. He also didn't have the tools for cleaning up the dust. I almost commanded him to take it out because I was so frustrated with the way he left the closet, and then made him back out and had him fix it.

I had a Groupon with Closet Factory so I had them put in a shelving in one closet in our basement three months ago. Their designer was very nice and the installation went very fast. Closet Factory was very efficient but it’s a little pricey. Other than that, everything's fine.

The designer who approached me when I called Closet Factory was very nice. I had a women's dressing closet installed by them and she gave me the good model, explained the models and went through the models' differences. It was a good approach from her side. Whenever I left a message, she would call me back. I made one follow up call because there was one misunderstanding with the basket, but other than that, installation was smooth. I would recommend Closet Factory to anyone.

The first time that the designer came in, I knew what I wanted so there was very good interaction. She was awesome, got it done in one swoop, and then got it installed. It was done in a day like they promised and I've not had any issues with it in the year plus that I've had the closet. I still love it. The work was awesome and the experience was fast and painless. In the near future, I'm going to do the other bedroom and my laundry room, and I will definitely choose Closet Factory.

I picked Closet Factory over other brands because of their name. I had a wonderful interaction with my designer and the installation was exceptional. I had Closet Factory do two walk-in closets. I also had follow-up work done for one shelf since they didn't put it at the top and it was too high for me to get it up, so the installer came back to put it up for me. Everything in this experience was wonderful. I would use Closet Factory again if I had to do another closet.

Closet Factory has the Murphy bed system that I was looking for so I went with them. There were a few communication errors between the designer and the installers and it created some time delays, which was a little annoying. I tend not to be a typical consumer and I know what I want so making decisions is not a lengthy process for me. I think that the fact that I was like, "Yes, this, this, this and this," seemed to not be the designer’s typical consumer so she had trouble keeping up. She has a very calm personality. For most consumers, that would be excellent because they have a difficult time making decisions. But I own a company and run it so I make decisions all day long, and I'm used to doing that.

I had a closet in the bedroom and an office in another room done by Closet Factory. I talked to two other companies but Closet Factory came up with a design that fits closest to what I needed so I went with them. Their designer drew out the plans. We then discussed them and he came up with what I asked for. Their installers were also very courteous. Closet Factory did what I wanted and I was happy with it. I would use them again if I needed to.

There were two times I used Closet Factory. One was to install a whole closet within a walk-in closet in a small townhouse. Then we when moved, I called them to do something else for me again. The designer was very pleasant and the installers were perfect. The experience overall was very good.

I had shelves put in a storage room on the first floor and it’s like a really big closet. I read that Closet Factory had the option of using real wood, which was what I thought I wanted to go with but with a storage closet, we don’t need to really put much money into it and what we got is enough. Closet Factory's team also knew what they were doing. The designer was very pleasant to deal with and the two gentlemen who were here worked quickly and cleaned up. Everything was perfect. I was very pleased with the experience and the shelving. I’ve got more storage space now and I feel more organized.

We had a murphy bed and shoe shelves in my master closet done by Closet Factory. Our designer was excellent. He even went and picked up the mattress for us. Then the installers came in and did all the work in one day. That was awesome and the quality is great.

Closet Factory had all the designs with them. They were prompt and on time. They organized another appointment and helped me see what I want in the closet. The designer was very knowledgeable and they knew exactly what they will use. They built the closet from scratch and put it on when they came. They went ahead with the installation but most of their materials had to be custom-made. It took a little longer but they gave me a date and followed on that. They were very professional and kept informing me what day and time they’ll be here.

I chose Closet Factory based on the reviews online. I bought a closet that has a wire shelving for me and my husband when we moved to a brand-new house. We had them come to customize the shelving of our clothes and shoes, and I also have two jewelry drawers and coat racks. The installation went smoothly. I was at work but my husband was there with the installers. They had one question and they FaceTimed me, and I could see what was going on and it was perfect. Whatever question they had, it was resolved very easily. The closet looks great and we're doing good. I'm very satisfied.

Closet companies are comparable but I went with Stanley. He was a good salesman and designer. I like him and I gave him 50% payment upfront. Closet Factory installed a melamine organize closet, a large walk-in closet and five other closets and everything was wonderful until the installers demanded payment at the time of the installation. I told them to give me a chance to breathe and that I wouldn't pay anything until they give me releases. I also followed up with Stanley and I told him I wasn't going to pay unless he took care of it. He straightened it out and everything was okay so I paid them a few days later.

I've used Closet Factory in the past and have had no problems. Their quality and personnel have kept me with them. They were really reasonable, especially for the good quality materials that we got. Some of the other places were higher, but I really didn't like the construction. It was built and was not something pre-made like what you can get from IKEA. We called them and set up an appointment. The lady came out with her books and we looked through them. I told her what my budget was and what I wanted. Then I asked her to show me what I could afford with my budget, and she did. We placed the order, and they said it would be six weeks, however, they called and had it ready in four weeks. We had a cabinet put in a closet, with shelves on top, the doors, and drawers on the bottom, and then hanging rods, plus two racks. The installers who came were very polite and courteous. They were great and I would use them again without hesitation.

I liked Bob, the owner of Closet Factory, so I had them convert a bedroom into a closet. The designer came out and measured everything, and we talked about the way to do the job. He offered suggestions on what was best and took my suggestions on what I wanted, and they made the products. My experience with the installation was good. The workers were great, neat, orderly, and organized. They were very respectful of my property and didn't damage anything. Closet Factory lived up to the expectations that I had.

Closet Factory gave me the better service and their designer was great. They installed a closet in the master bedroom and that experience was wonderful. The installer that showed up did an excellent job. We are also getting our bedroom done in a couple of weeks and the designer already came out for it. The people at Closet Factory were friendly, and they knew what they were doing and talking about. They gave me a good advice as best as they could.

We got to home shows every year to get ideas for decorating and stuff. Closet Factory has been to almost all the home shows we've been to. They've been a component in the closet designing. So when we went to the last one before we had our closets done, we picked up one of their cards. We have a huge walk-in closet but it only had wire racks, so a lot of space wasn't being utilized that could be utilized. I also wanted to a better closet for my son with better space to utilize some shelved and hanging racks since his was super small and he really didn't have enough space. We then called Closet Factory and told them that we wanted to have a design consultant to come out. Amanda then came out. She was amazing and knew exactly what we liked. I couldn't have asked for a better designer for our space. She measured all the closets that I was looking at and she gave me some design options, and everything came together.

Closet Factory offers good products. When they were starting out, the boss came with me and we discussed. I forced him to do things that he never had experience with and I was very satisfied with the product so I keep calling them. I had an office wall completely done and another time I had my kitchen cabinet retrofitted. I had my closet done and then my husband had his as well a few years later. Installation went very well and was a grand experience. Their team was very clean, fast, and fixed when I had a problem.

Closet Factory is a great company to do business with. They stand behind their products and they have very professional people. I knew about them from a coupon I got in the mail. It was $300 off and it sounded like a good deal so I called them. I had a closet cart and shelving done. The designer who worked with me was very good. The installation was great also. They fixed and cleaned up. They explained everything to us and we knew every step along the way. They did a great job. I was very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a huge closed closet installed in the master bedroom and it's fabulous. I call it my Khloe Kardashian closet. Amanda, one of the owners of Closet Factory, was very good in the design and suggestion. I was so impressed with her that I went with her. She came out, she sent drawings and she had the product I wanted. They were really fast. It was done in about two weeks. As a matter of fact, I called them and added a few valets and I changed the hamper to some drawers because I really didn't need the hamper up there and it was no problem. They came out, did it and I was so impressed with how they handled the installation. They knew what they were doing and I just trusted them. It was exactly what I wanted.

When Closet Factory came out to give me an estimate, I liked the person I dealt with and the walk-in bedroom closet. The designer, as well as the installation, was good. The closet has adjustable shelving too.

I was surfing the internet and I liked the pictures of the different closets that Closet Factory designed on their website. So, I got them to do a master closet and a pantry for me. Danielle, my designer, was so great. She was very personable and she spent a lot of time with me to get exactly what it was that I wanted. It took the installers most of the day getting it done since they started both closet and pantry from scratch. But they did great work and they were very courteous. Initially, there was one issue with the closet. I thought I had paid for one product and then they put in something else. I called my designer and she confirmed it. The owner of Closet Factory here in Columbia came back out to my house the next day and made the correction and it turned out really great.

I was looking for custom closets and started going through Google. I went on Closet Factory's website and started looking at their work. I like how they lay out everything on their website and they have specific customs to the person they're designing for. Once I called, they assigned a designer to me, Robyn, and she's really good and knowledgeable. I had four closets done and an entertainment center, and the installers were great. I like that they cleaned up behind themselves and they're always on time. Closet Factory is going to add on to the entertainment center to make it a wall unit and Robyn will call me, look at the area and let me know how big or small, or what can or can't fit. I had a great experience with Closet Factory. They do a fantastic job and I recommended them.

Closet Factory did some work for us about 19 years ago and they were the only ones that we could find at that time. We had two walk-in closets installed, a closet shelving in my little boy’s room, and shelving in my daughter’s room. We told the designer what we wanted and they drew it up. They were nice. Then we did what the installers told us to prep before they came in. They put the closets in, cleaned up and out the door they went. The experience has been a great with Closet Factory.

We had Murphy beds, closets, and pantries installed. Pretty much all of it. Closet Factory's store was almost local, they are within an hour close to us. Their designer was very prompt and answered all of our questions. She was very helpful. Also, the installers were great. They cleaned up their mess and they were innovatively quiet. It was just a positive experience and everything we needed was done. The services they offer were enough to complete everything we needed.

I had the worst experience with Closet Factory. They made it sound like they were the best. Their closet shelving went from floor to ceiling and looked like a showroom. So I got shelves for my office and at my home. The product was really great and we're really happy with it. But on the other hand, our designer was awful. She didn’t listen to me. She designed our master closet and I said that I need as many drawers as possible.

I looked into Closet Factory to do my closet 10 years ago. I heard about them around town. Barbara who used to work in Closet Factory measured my closet but I couldn’t afford to do it when the market crashed. I had been wanting to do my master closet ever since because she showed me how much more space I could have and how much easier it would be to keep everything organized. I was looking for Barbara but she moved on so I ended working with Jacinta who did an excellent job. I was absolutely thrilled. I had one friend who used a Closet Factory said, “In hindsight, I would just skip the supplies and get a good handyman and save a lot of money”.
