I liked Closet Factory's salesperson and their price. We had the company do a small white closet. Their designer had to come to our unit. She measured and spent two hours just inventorying everything. She was really thinking through, listening to what we needed, and being really thoughtful. She was awesome. She’s another reason we went with the company. The installation was easy - just spent the morning putting everything together, keeping the house clean, and being quiet. We have a new-born so that was important. We had a great experience.

My experience with Closet Factory was really good and I'm very happy. I learned about them on Jerry Taylor's Facebook page and I liked the photos and the past work that he has done that I saw on the Facebook page. He also knows a lot of people that I know, so he had a good reputation. He came over and looked at what I had, and he stayed there for about an hour after we talked about what I wanted in my garage. Then, he got right on the computer and drew up a drawing and had me an estimate within an hour.
I had the garage cabinets installed. They are about eight foot tall and are off the ground with legs. They are white, like a laminate. I had two big ones, like four sets on each side of the garage. I also had Closet Factory do a big cabinet and a smaller top cabinet over a sink on the back wall in the garage. Jerry was very thorough and quick and he delivered on his promise. It turned out exactly how he drew it and I'm very happy with it. The installation guys were great and very nice. They were great listeners and they answered all my questions. They came on time and they finished early. They cleaned everything up and it was all good. There was one shelf that had a little scratch on it. It was like a circle that was missing off the laminate and the installers came back and swapped it out in a couple of days. I would recommend Closet Factory.

We do all our shopping through Costco and decided to go with Closet Factory since it's connected to them. We thought we would get good experience and good quality. I have them installed the pantry, the mudroom closet and the coat closet in the mudroom. The designer seemed new to the company and was still learning, she tried to find answers for me. However, I was not happy with my project in the pantry. I have a few pullout baskets and spice racks and I asked about the color initially. I was more interested in bronze as I have everything in that color, even my floor.
When we talked about it at the very beginning of the process and we were in the store, I was told that there was no other color available. But when everything was installed, she mentioned that there was a bronze color available as well. I said that I asked for that color and she told me that the bronze was available for the pullout basket but not for the spice rack that was why we went with chrome. Now, she said that the spice rack was available in bronze as well. I was not happy about not getting a clear information.
After placing everything, a different color is available, which I really wanted to go with. I asked her what could the replacement be and she told me that I have to pay $1,600. It was too much money to pay which I was not very happy as well. I will talk to Costco and see what they say because they have good customer service. They said that you have to be happy with your product. But the installation team was very professional and knowledgeable.
There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed which I talked to my designer. They put the broom holder in a wrong way and there was one pullout drawer that I don’t know how to fold. The last one, they made it small, 10 inches instead of 13 inches, which was a little odd to me. There was also one scratch on the door as well.

I've been doing business with Closet Factory for about 30 years and they're the best in that industry. Recently, they did the pantry, the book shelving, and the master bedroom closet. Their designer was outstanding. She was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She really wanted to do well and make this a happy transaction. The installers were very professional too. They were all in uniforms, were very courteous and clean. They cleaned up the mess away and did a great job. The project is 99.99% done but I'm extremely satisfied with the finished products. I am having Closet Factory do more in my garage.

Closet Factory did our master closet. We live in a rural area and I had not seen any closet companies in our area until they showed up on Facebook, so they were the only ones available that I knew of. The designers were fantastic and the installers are really great guys. The closet that they installed is beautiful and I'm very impressed with the workmanship. I love the service done and I would definitely recommend Closet Factory.

Closet Factory was running a sale and the designer, Annette was wonderful and knowledgeable. The installer showed up a little earlier than I thought he would and he cleaned up after himself. He also did a nice job installing a couple of drawers in my bedroom closet, which is everything I had hoped for. It's white wood with little holes I can adjust the shelves in. Closet Factory did a very nice job.

We were moving into a new place and it just had a shelf and a bar across. So we needed closets for the bedrooms and the coat closet. Closet Factory did a consultation and the designer was very detailed. It was really important to use the space well and she was extremely helpful, prioritizing the space management and making room for everything we needed. She visited our existing home to see what we had and then made recommendations based on that. The installation crew was also really efficient, clean and nice. The did great on the job. We got a nice finished product and now, we're thinking about doing the laundry room too. I would highly recommend Closet Factory. They are detailed and they have great customer service.

I'd highly recommend Closet Factory, specifically the Lexington, South Carolina franchise. Anybody can sell you a box of something but it's how they sell it to you and Closet Factory's people were really good. The person I dealt with was very professional, efficient, and helpful. He gave me expert advice and suggestions about their capabilities that best fit my needs. I started out with a concept and Closet Factory helped me refine it. My house has a lot of white trim and they carry that color. I felt it most went with my decor and I went with it. The company was very clear and upfront. They gave me plenty of advance notice so I could be prepared for the two-day installation and that was very helpful.
We had a great installer and he was wonderful, efficient and professional. When you have a stranger who comes into your home for a period of time, you could always freak out and wonder how it's gonna be, but he came in and it was a great experience. He did the shelving system and storage organizational components by himself and on day one, he gave me some idea on when he was leaving. He told me what time he'd be back the next day and left everything tidy. There was good communication. He was courteous and respectful too. The product is of great quality and I absolutely love it. I'm very satisfied and I already recommended them to people here.

We did two small walk-ins with Closet Factory and they were able to take off the existing wire hangers and put it in the price. That was something other people didn't offer to do. The one thing I would've done though was to look at a couple other companies to compare prices and materials. I would also tell others to look and search around for what best fits their needs.
Mike was easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and was prompt with delivering the design to my email. We changed a few things and he did work with that. He also knew that turnaround time with the changes so they were able to make the final decision. So he was great. Closet Factory was very easy to schedule as well. The installation team came in and did their work. They didn't bother me and they finished it in a timely manner. They were respectful too. They had to go back into their truck a few times and I requested that they take off their shoes. They wore booties and acted as if it was a new place. They also didn't leave any sort of that stuff behind. They were good and everything works well. It's functional and I knew I was paying for the basic type of material. I do wish it was a little bit more upgraded or higher in quality for the price that I paid. But I'm satisfied.

I got a chest of dark wood drawers and several pieces of the two-levels of the rods installed through Closet Factory. They got back to me immediately after I filled out something online and the designer we worked with was terrific. She was very personable, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. As soon as we finalized the contract, they set a date for installation. It was 30 days out and they stuck to that date. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased. The guy called before he got here for the installation, and he was here early. He was very neat and he put down a drop cloth, and respected my home. He then worked straight through and didn't bother me. He was a very good representative of his company. Working with everyone at Closet Factory was a pleasure. They were prompt from my initial phone call, and the whole process was very pleasant.

I was a new implant down here and I needed something that had to be built. So I went online. I chose Closet Factory based on the fact that they could build this closet without having it look like an afterthought. I also considered the representative in the area and the quality of the workmanship. The designer was here for quite a few hours, helping us to design the closet so that the interior would accommodate a lot of my husband’s items. It’s also a workout room so it had to accommodate some other things in there. She helped us pick the shelving, the extras we needed and the type of door we wanted. She also worked with a designed floor plan and we could almost view it before it was even built.
The installation crew was also terrific. Everything was just about precut but when they discovered that there was another outlet, they had to cut another area and it looked as though it was built in. They had to pull the outlet through and adhere the closet to it. They really did a good job and they were so quick. I noticed a slight flaw in the molding because we went floor to ceiling. But they’ll be back to fix that. It was their suggestion too. They weren’t happy with the way it came out.
It would have been something that would have bothered me but it’s not as though it's a closet that went inside another closet. This is free-standing. It’s adhered to the wall but it looks like it was built there. It was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend them. In fact, we’ve already recommended them to two other people. Closet Factory really does some magnificent work on some interior closets. This was a fairly sizable closet, about 12 by 10 feet high, and they did a great job.

Closet Factory came as a recommendation from my interior designer. I had them do a full walk-in closet with shelves and racks. The woman who came to my house was excellent and did everything in a timely fashion. She designed the whole closet, and the whole process was really smooth. I had a lot of questions like how this and that were going to work. She did a great job of making me feel like I didn't have to worry about anything. All my questions were answered right away. She told me it was gonna be perfect. The installation was very good too. It was timely and they were friendly. The designer also followed up with me even though I didn't need it. She came over and called me. It was awesome customer service. I've recommended Closet Factory to a couple of my friends who are redoing their homes.

I had Closet Factory install a drawer, an island, glass shelves, doors and crown molding. The designer, Debbie, was great. She was very responsive and yet also receptive to any changes I wanted to make. The installation was good. However, I'm still waiting for a couple of things that, for some reason, either got lost somewhere or misplaced because I'm still waiting to find out about a couple of things. I had to delay the final finish work because of some electrical work that needed to be done, but the final install was supposed to happen last Friday and I have not heard from them since Monday. Other than that, they did a great job. They were very clean. In general, it has been a very positive experience and I will be using them again. They just need to improve on communication.

Working with Closet Factory was a great experience and what we got is a beautiful closet. We have a total of eight drawers and the shoe self that can hold at least 100 shoes. They also built more space that holds my longer dresses. The designer was a very personable person. She was very people-oriented and she made sure that we were getting what we wanted. She respected our wishes and she didn't force anything on us. She drew out all the ideas that we wanted in the closet and she was very helpful in figuring out end results. We had Closet Factory install new closets in our home. The woman that came out and worked with me was a little more professional than some of the others that I had talked to. I had a few, different design options that I asked the designer about and she was great about getting them to me. Then the guy who did the installation was really professional and quite efficient. We were redoing a home office and we had some drawers and a desktop going around the perimeter of the room installed with Closet Factory. The interactions with the designer were pleasant. It was actually very simple and straightforward. He drew up and proposed a design and compared with other companies, we liked those drawings better. We just made a couple of minor changes and that was what we went with. The crew came in the morning and finished all the installation in one day. I was gone most of the day and when I got home, they were gone. They had some trouble fitting in the desktop in one little corner and it impinged against the wall so they scraped off some of the paint on the wall. But other than that, it was fine. The quality of work is okay.

Subsequent to my review the owners of the company reached out to me and are correcting the original error. It will take two weeks to have the drawer made but the are taking the right steps. I will shift my rating from one star currently to three stars based on the outreach and most likely to five stars upon completion.

The closet was okay overall but they put the wrong thing in the contract after two visits to the house and refuse to correct the problem without charging $200. The representatives deny ever speaking about the issue despite two emails dealing specifically with it. I would never let them in my house again.

We got three or four estimates and all things being equal, Closet Factory had the fairest price. So we went with them. We had them build a cabinet in our home office and their designer was really great. My husband and I had an idea of how we wanted this to look and she understood completely. Then she made wonderful suggestions, so we were real happy with her. The installation went perfectly as well and they completed the job in a short amount of time of five weeks. John, the guy who came out, did an excellent job. There were three doors that were scratched but you can hardly even see them. Closet Factory mentioned that they would be replaced and they did that. Overall, we were very pleased with the job they did. And everyone we spoke with and came in contact with were wonderful.

We had them put shelving in our pantry and the designer that we worked with was fantastic. She helped us get the most for our dollar. Things were very smooth as well with the installation team. We had a very small issue though because one of the parts was on back order and then when it got sent in, it didn’t fit properly. But they fixed it within about a week.

I had three different closet manufacturers come out. I reviewed all of their plans and prices ended up choosing Closet Factory. They did a pantry, two walk-in closets, a guest closet, and a laundry room for me. The designer was fantastic and she was one of the reasons I went with them over a similarly priced company. She listened to what I was asking for and went out of her way to make it more of a personal experience instead of one that is straight off-the-shelf. She really made what I imagined come to life but even better than what I anticipated. We had a blank wall in the master closet and we were debating whether it was deep enough to put in shoe shelves. She measured my shoe and told me that it was 12 inches while they had 13 inches of space so I could definitely put my shoes in.
However, I needed to cut back on some cost because the whole process was extremely expensive. She had some creative ways to make one particular closet attractive, but she still cut back on some of the cost. As far as the guest closet, she also told me I could do something else that would save me a lot of money and I probably won't notice the difference. She was very thoughtful and she was good. I made changes down to the last minute and she was always available. I could always reach her or she would call me right back. She even asked me what color I was painting the walls of the master bedroom to see if a certain paint color would match the color of my walls. She went out and found the paint color to make sure that the two would go together.
I contacted her afterwards and thanked her immensely for all of her help and told her how great everything looked and how happy I was with everything. She wanted to come out to the house to see it, but I haven't heard from her. I extended the offer to her to come out and take a look because I was so pleased with how it turned out. The installation team was fantastic, too and everybody in the organization was a pleasure to work with. I already recommended Closet Factory to my mother and I told her what a pleasure it was to work with them and how great the designer was. I suggested that she contact them. Their prices were competitive. I got one bid from California Closets that was higher and I got one from a Portland closet company that was lower, but the guy didn't listen to what I was saying. When I asked him if he could do certain things in the laundry room, he said no, whereas my designer at Closet Factory said that they can do it and other things.

I had them install closets that look like wood but are white that have a little gray grain in them. The workmen were fabulous. They're so considerate, nice and wonderful. We have an older home that we moved into and it had wire shelving in the master closet. We looked in Lowe’s to see what things looked like in general, but Closet Factory was someplace we could go to on that particular day and we looked at the quality of the product. We opted to have Closet Factory come out and redo it, and it was beautiful. The designer, Leanne, was wonderful. She was very helpful in helping us envision what her plans were and she gave us a visual of what we wanted. She was very informative from the beginning and we shared ideas with her. She came out to look at our closet and gave us the plan and helped us figure out what would be the best to meet our needs.
We wanted hanging space, shelves, and drawers. It was not an exceptionally large closet space, but it was larger than anything we’ve ever had, and it was a his-and-hers closet, so she helped suggest where to put which type of unit and how things would fit in the unit, what to put in the drawers, where to put the drawers in relation to shelving and the hanging areas, and where the door for the closet will be because the door was at an angle. She helped figure out size-wise, in pieces, how that would work and what confines would be put on the space. She was also helpful as far as how high to put the shelving in it.
The installer that came out and did the work was very professional and very nice. However, he was given one wrong piece. They gave him a tie rack as opposed to a belt rack and I said that it was okay and that we can keep it, but he really insisted on doing it right. He was back out the next day with the belt rack and installed that instead. He could’ve walked off and not let us even know about it, but he was very honest in saying that they gave him the wrong part. He left everything clean and we didn’t have to do any clean up after him. It turned out much better than we even thought.

I used Closet Factory a year ago and I really liked the rep that came out. He was an older man and made sense. He made good suggestion and did three of my closets. I used them for a second time for my master closet and the designer they sent out did everything. He listened, made good and common sense suggestions, and he told me what would be necessary, what wouldn’t be necessary, and what I was looking for. I appreciated that because I needed some kind of direction and he helped with that. The installation went quite easy and friendly. This one was a brand new build and the guy who came took the stuff down, but you couldn’t notice where he had taken it down. So when he did his work, it was very nicely done. The craftsmanship was really good. There's a door turned a different way than I had anticipated but other than that, it was very good. There were no follow-up appointments needed.
Closet Factory was easy to work with. They were professional. They showed up when they said they were gonna show up. They told me when they were gonna call, and they called. He was very down-to-earth and respectful. I liked his personality and that’s why we didn’t go over to the other people that quoted us. I went with his design because it looked nice on paper and I was pleased with his recommendations as well. Then the installer was very respectful and pleasant. He was working the whole time he was here and when they said that they didn’t have the tools, they came back the next day. One of the poles was too long or not long enough and immediately, the same guy that installed it came and brought the right pole, and it was fine.
The people from Closet Factory were always very forthcoming and reliable. They were kind and respectful and all those interactions with them were very positive. My husband loves the overall finished product and I'm satisfied with it. But I'm not crazy about the closet as it doesn’t look as elegant as I expected it to be. We put drawers in the middle and left all the space on the side but maybe if we did another design, we could’ve used that space. Still, we would recommend Closet Factory.

My experience with Closet Factory was awesome. However, they are still not done because I called to see if they can put in soft close hinges instead of the ones that they have and they have never gotten back to me on it. My jewelry drawer is also still not here and they left the cabinets a mess. The glass wasn’t clean and the shelves weren’t wiped down. Furthermore, they had to have the jewelry drawer made, so I’m still waiting on their rep to call and tell me that everything is in and ready. Though I like their closets and the designer was great, we missed one closet so she is gonna come back out. Still, their installers were really nice guys. They installed the first section and they cleaned everything beautifully. Though they were missing parts, they came back to finish up the job.

My wife and I were interested in getting a closet done for our master closet and we asked for a couple of quotes when we looked online. Closet Factory came out and gave us one that we were happy with. We put a drawer, several hanger areas, shoe storage and some shelving. We were having a hard time envisioning it but after hearing what my wife wanted, the designer figured it out quickly. She put it on a computer and it was perfect. She brought it together well for us and she was great. My wife said the installation went very smoothly. When I got home, it was done and it was clean. We were very happy and we're gonna use Closet Factory again.

We sat down, designed the closet and she was so nice, kind and helpful. The installation was incredible too. It took two days to redo the closet and the installer was well-mannered and very nice. He was great and he did a good job. In fact, he installed my valet on the wrong side, I called Closet Factory and it wasn't a couple of days, they came out and fixed it.
My closet is awesome and I love it. I also felt that the experience was great and wonderful. It's something I had never done before and something I got to do. There are other people who can benefit from all types of service and Closet Factory needs to advertise to different groups of people. I don't hear about them much, but my mom used them a long time ago and my interior decorator suggested them. They need to get their name out there more.

There was a little bit of design change and we got another appointment and got everything installed. I had a closet unit installed through Closet Factory and I love it. It's a flat finish, white with brushed nickel knobs. The designer I worked with was very good and thorough, and the installation went smoothly. The only thing that was amiss was that the bar should have been set higher for dresses, but it was very easily fixed. We just moved the shelves for the shoes up to raise the bar. It was actually good because that showed me how I could change things up and maneuver the sizes of the shelves. So, it worked out fine. We’re happy with Closet Factory's measurements, product and the people that we dealt with. We had them install the double hangers for the garments, necktie rack, belt rack and a side for shoes and hats. The designer was excellent. She used every inch of that closet and explained it all the way. She let us choose colors and whatever we asked, she had an answer for. I might like to have known that they were so far out in the scheduling because we travel quite a bit, so it was a stretch to be here in time for them to come back up here and install. The installation was fast but not furious. They had to work through some wall plug but they did a great job.

I chose Closet Factory because it was, comparably, a very comfortable price. Alison was the designer and she was really good. She knew her stuff and was flexible to changes. I had a certain look in my mind and she adjusted the diagram to fit exactly what I wanted. Then, two guys did the installation and they kept me informed of the status of where they were at with the closet. They did a good job with the baseboards fitting and they cleaned up after themselves.
But they ran into some problems with the ordering. I wanted the hamper to just pull out but I wanted the front of the cabinet to be on there. The confusion was for me to get a pull-out hamper, it would not have the front of it. It would just be a wire hamper, which I didn't know. So, now, I just have the drop-down hamper instead of the one that pulls out, like a trash can cabinet. Also, when the guy was installing the valet pins, he split the counter so that had to be replaced. And then, because he had the wrong bit, that had to be replaced and he had to come back out to reinstall the valet pins. Another thing is that Alison didn’t come by to see the finished product and I thought that she would’ve. Other than those, the closet looks really good and very professionally done. I had about 14 drawers, 10 cubby holes, and two hampers put in. It was an upgraded color on the material and had a mirror. It was a good experience with Closet Factory.

The installer clearly knew what he was doing and went about doing it quickly and efficiently. It looks great and I'm really happy with it.
I initially ordered the bars to hang the clothes on and I was going with the less expensive, but because of the length of it, the installer said that I really needed the rounder ones. The first day Closet Factory was supposed to come here, it was a Friday morning at 10:00. At 7:00, I got up but 10:00 came and they didn’t show up. So, I went out into my office and I got a recorded message around 8:00 saying that their installer didn’t show up for work. That day was kind of a blown day. I couldn’t work and couldn’t go back to work. They rescheduled and a lady came over to measure.
The next time they showed up, Jorge was the installer and he was a very nice guy. I had this open-type space under a vanity in my bathroom for a chair but I never sit there so I wanted locking drawers and they were supposed to be 30 inches wide. But they brought 24-inch drawers and it was nothing even close to what was supposed to be there. Jorge called his manager and told them it was the wrong size. He was told to bring those back and they would fix them and had to make another appointment.
Another week went by, and finally, Jorge showed up again. I asked him to bring someone else because the pantry doors and shelves in another job that they had done in my little guesthouse were all crooked and they weren’t set in right. They were supposed to fix that. But he came and no one came with him and he couldn’t fix it by himself. Then, he tried to put my drawers in and this time, they were a half-inch too big and they wouldn’t fit in because they were custom-made. There was no way he could alter them.
Jorge called his boss and he came out with another guy. The two of them went back to the backhouse and they tried and fixed the problem with the pantry doors and shelves. They did an okay job, but still not up to par. As for the drawers, it had been over a month and a half that I had been waiting for them then. I had missed four days of work. I told them that I couldn't go on and because they had not started building the drawers yet, I told them that we should stop the whole deal. The rep agreed with me. They were just not able to get the drawers right and it was costing them money because they gotta drive two hours each way to get here. I had already paid a $490 deposit when I bought them and they charged me the rest of the job like it was finished. I saw that on my credit card the next day and I called them up about it. He refunded me that $490 and I never got the refund for the rest of the money and then they charged me again.
I went to Capital One and I tried to go through their company. It was a fiasco. They all talked to each other, but nobody was on the same board. But I finally got it straightened out with Capital One and I went into Yelp and I gave Closet Factory a very bad review. Then, I got a call from someone there that said they would give me my money back and make it right for me. The rep also said they would give extra money if I take it off of Yelp and I didn’t like that at all. I said I just wanted my refund but I never got it because I didn’t take it off of Yelp.
I called back again and talked to another lady that said she did not understand. They put on my paperwork ‘Job complete’ but I didn't have anything. She said they were gonna refund me. They had charged me $287 for the drawers that I never got and she said they were reimbursing me $387. They gave me $100 for all my hassle. I went online afterward and looked at all the other reviews, which I should’ve done in the first place, and they have terrible reviews, the same problem I had. I even emailed the CEO of the company and never got a response. But all that I was concerned with was my money and they gave it back in the end. Also, they may do good jobs for someone else. It’s just that I had a bad experience.

The designer I worked with was fabulous. We have a brand-new house, so it was under construction when she came out and the lighting wasn't finished or turned on yet. She had to actually stay by flashlight late one evening to finish up her measurements by herself. I was very worried about her doing that since we're in the country and it's a secluded area, but she insisted. She was all over this thing. Her follow-up was great too.
We had Closet Factory do two master closets, two guestroom closets, and a big office with bookshelves, standing desks, and lower desk. We also had work done in a storage area and in the garage area. The installation went flawlessly and the office was incredibly beautiful, although there was one hiccup. The doors weren't installed yet when the designer took the measurements and one door didn't swing right as a shelf was in its way. But, Closet Factory took care of it at no charge to us nor any aggravation. They also came to see how everything went and to make sure we are happy. I really love Closet Factory.

He was a professional installer, a real carpenter, and a craftsman. He took pride in his work and he made sure that it was everything we wanted and even more. Closet Factory was absolutely incredible and it didn't matter that they were several thousands of dollars more than the other company. The designer I worked with was fantastic, very pleasant, and very customer service-oriented. He listened to what I needed and made recommendations regarding what he thought I needed, but he wasn’t trying to sell me more than I needed. When it came time to learn the prices, there was a little room for negotiation. I’m a firefighter and some of the work I do qualified me for a bit of a discount, so he made sure I knew that kind of stuff.
The installation was great as well. I had the experience of working with two different guys and they were really customer service-oriented, kept things nice and clean, and explained what they were doing. If they had to adapt to a certain situation on the closet, they explained what they were doing and even did some things that I didn’t even expect them to do that made it even look nicer. She did everything and there was no stress. It was wonderful and they were great. And even when I called in to confirm the appointment and the reps were really sweet and everything was a positive experience. The designer was very personable and she really believed in the product. What sold it was her passion. She also followed up and stayed on top of everything. She was in touch from the beginning till end and even after to see if we were still very satisfied.
The installers were on top of their game and very polite. They were good guys and took their time. They were also methodical and cleaned up after themselves. We did a complete master bedroom closet with drawers and hanging and room for a safe. It was beautiful and we also did a linen closet. We had a couple of handles that were damaged and they shipped them right to the house. My husband is techy so, he was able to install them. It was a nice experience and I’d do it again in a heartbeat and I’ve already recommended them to several neighbors.

We had been looking at other closet companies and talked to people about other closet companies. We happened to see the Closet Factory building and went inside and was very impressed with the fact that they made everything there. The people were very gracious and answered all of our questions. They sent out their designer who was very knowledgeable and who put everything together and gave us an estimate. Her design looked fabulous and we couldn’t turn it down. We had a master closet and guest closet installed and we had three pantry, laundry room closets done. I’ve had my neighbors over to see ours and they were so impressed with what we had done. They were sorry that they went with who they went with.
The installation was top-class. The guy who installed it was very patient and he knew exactly what he was doing. I didn’t even know he was here. The closet was done in a very quick and efficient way. It is clean and beautiful. I’m thankful everyday, when I go to my closet, that I have had them do my closets. I would totally recommend them and tell my friends to have Heather, the designer, come over and give them an estimate.

Closet Factory's designer came out and asked me what it was I was looking for and I gave her a description and she put it together. They installed a closet system and five of my closets and it took them three days to finish. The installation went well. However, I wasn't happy with the way they did the trim work. I waited three weeks for them to come back and fix it. They said they had to wait to get me back on the schedule. Nevertheless, the installers were very good and pleasant. Also, Closet Factory's price was comparable to that of the other four closet companies I looked at but it was better for what I was getting. The combination of price and design led me to go with them.

We just moved here from California four months ago, and we’re currently living with my daughter and son-in-law. We have a large home and we’re on the third floor. We needed some extra space because I was in the fashion apparel and we needed a closet space. We didn’t have adequate space, so what we did was we converted one of the rooms up here in the third floor into a closet. It worked out great, so we're really happy.
My daughter contacted Closet Factory, and the designer who came out was very professional and she came back a couple of other of times to check-on some other things. The workmanship was good. It was executed well and the quality of the merchandise that we have is fine. It should hold up for the rest of our lives. We’re really enjoying it now. My wife has about 90 pairs of shoes and I’ve got about 40. And being in the fashion industry, we’ve got so much clothes. And if we ever need any additional work, I look forward to working with Closet Factory again. It’s good.

It was everything we expected and everything was explained very well. The installation team did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves too.

I really like the sales representative when she came to talk to me. The whole part of the design process was great. Communication wasn't really good after that though. The designer said that she'd sent me the spec sheet and a rendered picture so I could show my husband. I never got them until the day before the installation. It was several months before we got the product installed because Closet Factory was really backed up. It was a long wait. And there were several emails back and forth. But other than that, it was fine. I had cabinets installed in my laundry room and they look great.
The guy that did the installation was really good. He was very polite. He was just one guy and he stuck to his word and got the job done. There was one door that was needed to be adjusted and he did that and showed me how to do it if I needed to in the future. Closet Factory is a little on the expensive side, but the whole process was pretty easy. I would recommend them. They did a good job.

The designer from Closet Factory was able to envision what I had in mind very well. Everything was perfect. She was very good and I couldn't be happier. She sent me the blueprint after she had it designed. A guy then came and tore out what was in my kitchen. I wasn't there that day but my husband who was there said he was nice and did a fine job. I was there the day the closet was built it. Again, the guy was really nice and it just took him a few hours to do the job.

He had done homes in the area and he knew exactly what I wanted. My closet isn’t the largest in the world but with the way he designed it, it would actually hold everything I have. He also called shortly after the job was done, about four days later, and asked how I liked it.
They installed an area for my dresses and for storage boxes. I have a ton of blouses and skirts and they did panels for each. The installer worked from the moment he walked in until he left. Only one man did the work but it didn't take very long. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very good. It was an excellent experience and I was very pleased with Closet Factory. Closet Factory had an advertisement in one of our local magazines and we were looking for something that was custom-built and floor-based. We liked the quality of their product and the way it was built so we went with them. The designer was superior and it was wonderful dealing with him. I gave him a rough idea of what we were looking for and he asked all the right questions such as how many pair of shoes, what kind of things we hang versus fold and all that. He then came up with the absolute, perfect design for our space. The gentleman who installed it knew exactly what he was doing, did his job, cleaned up after himself and it turned out perfectly. I sent them before and after pictures and some comments as soon as they were finished.
We wanted white in our closet space and we went with that. We have four areas of double hanging and then one whole wall were shelves for shoes and other things. We also had some drawers with shelves above it. We had to hang everything before because we didn’t have all the nice, separated shelves. And now, the things you wouldn’t normally have to hang are neat and we can see every single thing that we own standing in one spot. I hated it before and we would shut the door all the time. And now, we leave the door open and we absolutely love it. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Then Stacy and Bill approved it. The three of us interviewed them and the two of them went to the facility, too, in Fort Myers. The designer really took into account our own personal needs. She immediately realized that I have a lot of shoes and I would need a lot of room for those, but I didn’t have that much hanging space. She designed the closet pretty quickly and she had samples of finishes and knobs for us to look at. She was great. And the installer who came was absolutely the nicest guy ever. He worked tirelessly for nine hours and did the installation all by himself. We gave him water and that was all he said he wanted. He did an amazing job.
I had Closet Factory install a master bedroom walk-in closet. It’s kind of narrow but it’s long. When you first walk in, on the left is a whole row of shoe shelves and then past that is a set of shelves. Below that is a set of three drawers and then below that is a basket. Beyond that are the two rows of medium-length hanging space. Then the back wall has shelves and the right wall has a full-height hanging space, some more shelves and two rows of medium-length hanging space again. We could not be happier with the end product and I've told everybody about it.

But I didn't hear from her after the initial interaction until the installation. She said she was gonna stop by but her position changed and she wasn't gonna be able to make it. But she gave me a call on the day of the installation to let me know she had not forgotten about me. The installer who came out was helpful and he gave good advice. But it could’ve been explained that he was gonna have to patch up the area when he removed the shelving that was already placed on the wall and that there would be big white splotches. I guess it was common sense but we didn’t realize it and if it was explained, it would’ve been a little bit better. So in a panic, we went and repainted around the closet area. But that aside, he was awesome and it was a good experience overall.

Since I had seen the previous work to completion of this closet company when my parents used them in their house, I already knew what the end product was gonna look like. So, I went with them when I had reach-in closets installed in the master bedroom and in the guest bedroom of my house.
The designer was hands-on and she did everything right in front of me, which was really nice. The installers were super nice and respectful of my house. A very minor thing, though, was that when I went up there on the tops of the closets where I have storage, there were still things written there and some tape and stuff were left which they didn't remove, and I would have to take care of that. Nevertheless, I was happy with the installation of the closets and that experience was great overall. If anybody bought this house that is 5'3", they'd need a step stool to have to get up to get into it." They really need to get the installer in there and ask what height they want. So my girlfriend recommended that I look into a certain closet company but then I got Closet Factory's flyer in the mail that same day so I just reached out to them thinking it can't hurt to ask. And so I spoke with their designer, Lisa, and she was fantastic. She was very clear and patient. She took into consideration what I wanted to spend and what I was looking for, and spent quite a bit of time measuring and going through the different options. She followed up with text, emails and phone calls. Even when they were installing, she was following up on that and afterwards also.
Closet Factory built me a wardrobe with four sections plus shelves on both sides. It has of course the closet space, a shoe space and a storage space. It goes from the floor to almost the ceiling and so it takes up almost the full wall in the loft area. Then the wood is not a "wood" wood. I want to be able to mix, match and I didn't want a "wood" wood color and then have to try and match wood to wood for the headboard and tables. So the wardrobe looks almost gray black with some brown. And it's very well constructed. The guys who did it were awesome and very professional. They were in and out in one day and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. I spent a little bit more than I had anticipated but it was well worth the investment. And overall, it was a very good experience. I would use them again if I needed to in a heartbeat.

The closet designer from Closet Factory called me and had a long presentation plan. But I'm not living in the place and I only wanted the standard package since I'm a 30-year-old male and I care 1% about closets. I just wanted a walk-in master bedroom closet that had shelves. The installation didn't go entirely smoothly and that's partially my fault. The building that they installed the closet in, I needed to get them permission to use the elevator to bring supplies, but I didn't know how many loads of supplies they needed. And then, the elevator was not available that day for that many loads of supplies. But the installer was cool about it and helped reschedule. At the same time, the renters were moving in, so it was a little hectic. Another was that I had written an email to Closet Factory to ask for the installers' names because I needed to report them to the front desk. But I never got a response and that was a point of annoyance.
It's a $12,000 closet and I just paid my credit card bill. I was surprised that I never got to see a picture. I've not seen or walked in the closet. I don't know if it was a good or a messy job. I don't live in the same state that the unit is in, although I may live in the unit in the future. And so, I would love to see what it looks like. If I were to do it again, I would do a bit more homework. Because I asked for the basic sort of getup and $12,000 felt like a bit on a high side.

We were looking for somebody that would do a Murphy bed. I did a Google search and Closet Factory had good reviews. We worked with one of the owners who is one of the engineers. He was great. We wanted something special that they had not ever really done before and they were willing to research it, get any mechanism and try it and make this special thing for us. So it was great. However, the installation really took a while. They were there pretty much all day, close to nine hours. But they worked solid.
We were expecting it would have been pretty much built and they would just bring it in and set it up. But they had to do a fair amount of the building while they were there. They had to cut out a piece of the baseboard to fit it up against the wall and it was quite an effort. They were also very considerate of our time, very polite and professional too. They cleaned up as well. I would highly recommend them to somebody. It was a great experience all around and it turned out to be a beautiful piece of furniture for us.

Closet Factory's reviews seemed good and the prices were reasonable. We had them build out our mudroom closet for shoes, purses and coats. The rep was super helpful, friendly and down to earth. She was knowledgeable and she knew what she was doing. She also took the time to measure our other closet. It was just out of our price range at this time, but she took the time to do whatever we wanted in the house and got any type of design choices and ideas in our head. So, it worked out well. The installation was fast and easy. The installer was efficient. He was in, got his job done, he made me check it to see if everything looked good, and then he signed off and he was on his way. We love the finished product and we are very satisfied with Closet Factory.

We have used Closet Factory in 2005. We had them do some closets, add some closets in our clothes closet. And then the harder part was the shelving for CDs. We had four or five of them. They had incorporated those so it looked like it has been built in. Recently, we had some changes made in the clothes closet. We had some shelving for my husband's nice collection of phonograph records. And then, in the den, we had a few shelves put in to help us store things. The closet designer was very good and so was the fellow that came out and did it. He was worth every second, and he surprised us at how quickly he got it down. All in all, Closet Factory is good and I would definitely recommend them.

My organizer, Lou, recommended Closet Factory and I had two closets full of shelves installed. Lou designed those closets for me. She did a better job than the local cabinetmaker. She's been working with me for a long time. The closets are in the bedrooms but I’m not using them as bedrooms. I’m using one as an office and a sewing studio. The other room is a painting studio.
The installation went very well. We just kept working around the installer and didn’t pay much attention to him. However, somebody forgot to load his truck correctly one time. He had to leave and go back and get what we wanted and needed. Even so, the closets are beautiful. We took the doors off of the closets and then we installed the shelves in there. They have a curve in the inside corner. They really are pretty, having the frame of a door around them and then the shelves inside where the closet was. So it's just open shelves opened into the room, which added a lot of space to the room and it's elegant-looking even though they are just white shelves. It’s because of the way it’s styled. Also, the quality is great. There was one side where the Formica had chipped off and we just put it up high where you couldn’t see it. All in all, Closet Factory provides a very efficient way to get new closet shelves.

Closet Factory installed 6 closets that we have. We did four at a time and then two at another. The technicians that I had come to the house were very professional, efficient and clean. Both crews were good plus the ones that came the second time were even better. Their designer was great as well. She made a lot of good suggestions and those things worked out and I was happy with it.

I wanted to get some different bids and interviewed different companies here in Arizona. I got three estimates for my master walk-in closet and Closet Factory's designer was fantastic. She worked with me and stayed within the budget. It was a good experience. The installer was a great guy too. He told me what they were gonna do and everything was smooth and quick. Closet Factory did a great job and if I knew anybody who was looking at doing some closets, I would definitely say to give them a shot.

We considered a couple of closet companies. We spoke with a representative from Closet Factory and we were impressed with her so we went with them. She ended up doing the designing. She understood very quickly what we wanted and found a way to make that work in a limited space. We had them install a closet in the master bedroom, a laundry room and a mudroom entry. The installers were efficient. I was impressed with Closet Factory from start to finish. They were professional and on time, and got the job done right the first time. I'd highly recommend them based on being very satisfied.

I liked Closet Factory’s sales lady, Sarah. She was very friendly, experienced, easy going, and very professional. I had a master closet installed and the installer was great, efficient, and timely. They had to come back for the handles on the drawers. The lady came back on her own time two days later. Everything is perfect. It was a good experience and I'd definitely use Closet Factory again.

The installation was great, and the installers cleaned up nicely. They encountered some problems that weren’t anticipated and they were very good about handling it.

The closet designer from Closet Factory was great and professional. She showed me 3D models on her tablet on what it would look like, and a couple of different options to choose from. I had them installed a closet organizer for a master bedroom closet. It was easy enough that they just sent one guy out to do the installation. He was in and out, did it quickly and didn’t make a mess, so that was good. People should talk to Closet Factory and see what they can do to help them with organizing needs.

We really liked Laura, the Closet Factory rep who came out. She gave us a plan and spoke with us about the laundry room that we wanted them to work on. Their prices were a lot cheaper, too. So, we went with them. The designer was awesome and I loved her. Her personality was fun and she'd tell us if something would work or not. She also listened to our ideas and implemented a design based on what was important for us. We could tell that she'd been doing it for a long time. Then, everything was installed fine and the installers weren't here all day for that. Plus, our laundry room came out fantastic.

I looked around and Closet Factory was the best option. I had a cabinet installed in the garage, and I had a great experience with them. The designer was great. She came, measured everything and we set up a date. I paid her and then it got done. The process was really easy and very smooth. However, for the cheap material installed, it was too much money. Even so, the guy who installed my cabinet was awesome. We had a great communication. He gave me an estimate amount of time of the installation and that's how long it took so it was good. Closet Factory helped organize me. People should look into them and if it's something that they wanna do and they wanna be organized, they should go ahead and install if they have the money to afford them.

I had Closet Factory install a closet for me considering what I thought was their price then. I thought I was gonna be getting a better deal than what I got and it took a month to get it in. Looking back, if I had to do it over again I probably would have gone a different direction and be just as happy, saved several hundred bucks and gotten it a lot faster. Although the closet turned out nice, for what I got, it was awfully expensive. There are some baskets, shelving and a spot for hanging the clothes on. It was a really small job which took the guy about two hours. And I just find it hard to believe that they wouldn’t have had two hours in over the course of a month that they could’ve gotten here and sent it to me before three weeks. I kept calling and saying, “Would you happen to have any other opening?” That part was just extremely frustrating.
But I had signed on the dotted line before I knew how long it was gonna take. So in the mean time I had stuff scattered all over my house. And then I had to put half of the payment down when I first did it, so I’m out $750. Although the girl that came was knowledgeable, and she had this software and she sat here with me and we designed it all out. That’s why I was excited. It's just that the scheduling was off.

We looked at California Closets and though it was gonna be extraordinarily beautiful, it was gonna be extraordinarily expensive as well. We knew where Closet Factory was as we had been there before so we went to them. We had a bathroom gutted and started from scratch, and we had them do a closet in it. My husband was probably challenging for the designer because he wanted to use every inch of space possible and it was supposed to be a custom closet. So, she called and they promised that they would do that. They would make the drawers as long as he requested to use all the empty space in the back.
We weren’t home the day it was installed, but the drawers were not installed. Closet Factory didn’t do what they said they were going to do at all, so we have all this empty space in the back that could easily have been used. It’s really not a total custom experience. It is custom according to what they have available. Other than that, it’s a beautiful look and it fits beautifully in the bathroom. The doors that were chosen were good and it looks nice. But if other people really want custom, they need to deal with somebody else.

I looked on the internet and Closet Factory looked like a legit company so I gave it a try. I took a day off work to have the master closet installed but when the installers showed up, they didn’t have the drawers. They didn’t bother to give me a call to let me know and we could have rescheduled, so I was unhappy. Also, the installation was not done as promised. I paid someone to come prep the closet and take out the rods that were in there. I also had the the baseboard taken out because I was told Closet Factory would put in a very thin baseboard to cover up the gap that was from my wall to the floor. But Closet Factory’s installer didn’t do it. When the guy left, I had sections in my closet with a gap from the wall to the floor.
I called back to speak with the owner, Sue, and it wasn’t a good conversation. She wanted me to take a picture and send it to her. But I told her that we had talked about it and I was expecting it to be a master closet but I didn’t have drawers. She also tried to get me to put in drawers that were not what I asked for. What I wanted was the kind that opened when pushed on but she kept wanting to give me the kind that has to be pulled. She said that there was a problem with their hardware and that it wasn’t working like it should.
My communication with Sue was so messed up. She wanted to say her side and she didn't hear me well. I told her that I’m a customer and that she should listen to the comment I'm trying to communicate. Finally, I said, “I guess you’re not going to agree.” But we set the appointment and the guy showed up to fix things. He took care of the gap in the wall and did it well. But he didn’t put something thin. He just put parts of the shelf that he used as a baseboard. But I accepted it and I paid Sue all but the last little bit of money because I felt like I didn’t have the install and the communication wasn’t excellent. She didn't ask for it either though.

We had used Closet Factory a couple of years ago for another house that we lived in. We liked the person that we worked with and their pricing was better than the other quotes that we got, so we got them again for our master bedroom closet. I love the designer that I worked with. She had a great eye for designing the most use of space that you can get out of an area. The guy that did the installation cleaned up after himself and it took him a day and a half to do the work. He put in a whole new unit, shelving, long hanging, short hanging, drawers and shelving areas for shoes. I have one area in the new closet that is like a display and has Plexiglass drawers. Closet Factory did everything right and the closet is beautiful.

A friend of mine referred me to a specific Closet Factory rep who did her closet. Her closet was amazing and I trusted her referral. In my old house, I had a master closet designed with shelving, drawers, a jewelry tray in one of my drawers, plus there were long and short hanging cabinets. I just bought a house and in there, I had something similar and had a flat wall installed in both closets.
Closet Factory's designer, Julia, came to my house and she's amazing. She ended up adopting one of my foster puppies and we’re good friends now. I’ve used her twice and referred her to several people. The installation was on time. The installers did exactly what they were supposed to do. They consulted with me about what they were gonna do and explained about the process and timing. I’m more than happy. I’ve already recommended Closet Factory multiple times.

My mom and brother had a good experience with Closet Factory and they recommended it. I got three other estimates, one of which was from Closets by Design, but I went with Closet Factory and had them install the full master closet and cabinet doors. Their designer was very good in designing and she seemed to know what she was talking about. It was a fairly quick and easy process to see a design.
However, the installation wasn’t good because we had some challenges and some quality issues. I had to get the designer to make some modifications and install the panel right over the air vent. It didn’t seem like that was thought out thoroughly. Maybe that was part of the design. And then without asking me, they cut one of the panels kind of sloppily because there was an outlet. It looked uneven in places. And instead of fixing it, they offered to give me a discount which wasn't much. The designer was very responsive and apologetic. She wanted to fix it but it was the quality of the material I wasn’t happy with. It’s a higher end home and it was not done well. If you want a cheap closet, you might be okay with Closet Factory. But if you want something that looks nice and is a higher quality, I wouldn’t use them. In the end, I want something that I like and good quality and it wasn’t.

Since I've established a relationship with them, I have used them several times exclusively for my bedroom closet, laundry/mudroom and the kitchen pantry. Angela was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and needed, and she worked very hard and diligently to come up with the best designs for me. The installers came and did what they said they were gonna do, and they did it as quickly and efficiently as they could. One time we had to call to have a closet fixed. It's a lifetime warranty and we didn't have any problems as they came and fixed it.

We had Closet Factory install a closet for us since our neighbor works for them. The designer was great and had some good ideas. She had a good initial plan and we refined it a little bit. The installation went well too. I looked over them and there was one guy doing it. He went through it smoothly. We also had a couple of small requests for aligning things and he accommodated it. He was done in about half a day and all came together beautifully. It was good quality stuff and everything came out as we expected. On the expenses side, that was something difficult to swallow but it was worth doing in the end.
