I had a really good initial meeting with Closet Factory's rep before she came out to meet with me personally. I liked the attention I was given and she said that they could work to make whatever I wanted happen. Their designer was wonderful and their staff was courteous. The installation took three days because this was a big project but they made sure that it went as painless as possible. Plus, when one thing didn't work, they came back and fixed it. The whole experience was very good and I would recommend them to anybody.

The designer's great. She’s the best. We’ve done several jobs with Closet Factory now within the last couple of years. We had the garage closets and house closets installed. The installation crew showed up on time, did the job, called when they’re coming and we had a good relationship. Plus, Closet Factory has very good quality to start with.

My husband came across Closet Factory’s advertisement while he was shopping at Costco. We had them install our master closet as well as my daughter’s closet. Everyone from Closet Factory was very courteous and very professional. Their designer, Mandy, was fabulous, very patient and took a lot of time. I actually requested for her when we had the second closet done. She had a lot of good ideas and was great that I couldn’t ask for it to go any better. The installation was really good, too. It was an excellent experience and I would do it again.

We had Closet Factory completely re-do our walk-in closet in our bedroom. There were shelves hangers, cabinets, drawers put in on three sides of the closet. Their designer came over to my house on two occasions, looked at the space, and we talked about what I wanted to do. We also looked at the various materials, colors and options. She then did a mock-up and sent it to me in an e-mail. I asked her if she could come back over so we could go over it in person to make sure that I was interpreting the diagrams correctly and she did. We made a few little changes at that point.

I’m trying to get organized and working with Closet Factory has been phenomenal. They showed me how they could maximize the space I already had so we didn't have to do construction. They also have creative suggestions and solutions that I wouldn't have been able to come up with on my own. It was a life-changing experience. I had them complete our master bedroom closet and two different hall closets. I'd like my laundry room done too but I’d probably do it within the year. It’s addictive that once I get organized with a part of the house, there’ll be other parts that I have to do.

I always love Closet Factory. They are my favorite. I've been using them for eight years now and I’ve had them complete several projects including desks and closets. I have trust in Closet Factory’s products. I also trust that everybody from this company will make any job right. My relationship with their designer, Candice, is also among the things that make me come back to this company. She's wonderful and she's also been doing this for years, so this is her specialty. She knows how to give the clients what they want and goes above what the client even knows by digging in how they live. She gives everybody more than what they expected too.

I liked Stephanie, our sales rep from Closet Factory. When I met her, she was very outgoing, personable, and was excited about working, coming out and giving us an estimate. And then when she came out, she was great. She sat down and listened to what I wanted. She looked at the area and kind of gave me some ideas and then drew up a plan for me. And then, from there, we worked on making it just what I wanted, which she was very good about. She wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was utilizing the space appropriately. I had another company come out to give a quote but I decided on Closet Factory and I had a custom pantry made in the kitchen. The installer was very prompt and courteous. He did his work and cleaned up afterwards. He did a good job and the installation went well. I’m very happy with the company and with Stephanie. I have recommended them to family and friends.

We went straight with Closet Factory after seeing its good reviews online and that they were in Ohio. We had two closets installed, one was for a kid’s clothes and one was for normal clothes. Our designer was great, very professional. She’s from around our area and drove over our place multiple times to give the quotes and whatnot. She even sent us a little gift because we had a child just recently. We still text with her since we still have a couple of projects we’re planning. It might happen in a week, or in a year or so. We’ve been back and forth with her about those. And the installers cleaned up real nice. Then there’s one little piece that got to our place broken, so they installed that later on and fixed it up quite a bit. Closet Factory people have been very professional. They were able to tell us, “You probably don’t want to use that type of fixture there.” Like, “Here is the type I would use…” It was exactly what we wanted, and it was a painless experience for us.

I went to four different companies, got estimates, and decided to pick Closet Factory. We did the office, the entertainment center, a walk-in closet and a Murphy bed. And we did these for two years. We did a few things at a time. The first we did was the walk-in closet, and then I did the office, and then I did the entertainment center. The last thing I did was the wall bed, the Murphy bed. Desiree, our designer, was very good. She’s very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and explained things thoroughly. She gave us all the solutions and the different prices and scenarios, from which I can choose. Two brothers did the installation, Andre and Claudio, and they’re really good. Their work is very precise, it’s really beautiful and it’s top quality. The scheduling was also very good. They were on time. So it’s very nice. The price in general is also reasonable.

Our Closet Factory designer who did our closets last year was wonderful, very efficient, very professional, and very pleasant to work with. She did an amazing job and checked on me to see if everything was okay. She’s very good at what she does. The closets look fabulous, and we’re very happy with them. I went with Closet Factory because of her.

Closet Factory installed shelving units and drawers in the closet and I had a good experience with. I also had the Murphy bed from them. I got two estimates and I decided to go with them because of their prices. I had good interactions with the company’s designer and the installation went fine as well. The installers showed up on time and after they were done with the job, they cleaned up. I would recommend Closet Factory to a friend.

I liked the price and the design of Closet Factory, so I had them install a product with white pressboard and tons of shelves. I had good interactions with the designer and the installation went great as well. My only criticism is that the rep didn’t follow up with me afterwards to see if everything worked the way we had intended it to. I would have bought a few more things from them, but the rep never followed up with me. Other than that, I had a good experience with Closet Factory. They were fast and cost-efficient, and they met my needs.

I had my walk-in closet done by Closet Factory and then I had a kitchen pantry done a year later. Their designer was really nice and I liked her. She's the one who came both times and worked with me on the price. The installers were on time and everything was completed on schedule. Plus, they called me from time to time see how it was going. It was an excellent experience.

Closet Factory installed standard wood product throughout my house. The designer was good and helped us figure out what we needed. The install team took a little longer to do what they needed to do but it was installed correctly so it was fine for me. It was a little expensive but they build quality works. I’d recommend them.

The way the Closet Factory people that came out dealt with everything was really nice and the rep, Andrea, was awesome, so I had them install a closet for me. My closet has two ceiling-to-floor shoe racks and four hanging rods. There are no drawers and there's just white wood, not dark wood or anything fancy. The installers were super nice, on time, and did a great job. There was one little piece that wasn't good, but it came like that from them, so they came and brought it back the next day and installed it, and that was great.

We rent out our house yearly for the Masters Golf Tournament. We make any kind of home improvement to make our house more rentable. We had a nasty wire shelving stuck on in our closet, so we decided to build something a little bit nicer that would allow us to put more of our items in our closet and make it much neater. There was a Super Saver coupon that came in the mail which made the Closet Factory products more affordable than some of the other companies.

I liked Closet Factory's salesperson and what she was able to do. She gave me ideas and was also open to suggestions and look at the photos I had. She was very good at communication and was really accessible through email or telephone. If she wasn’t available, I always knew that she had me on her list to get back to. Their installer was great as well. He did it quickly and everything was clean. Overall, I had a positive experience with Closet Factory. They’re easy to work with and if I'd need anything after the installation, it would be just to expand on a project that I started.

I just used Closet Factory for the second time because I was happy the first time I used them. I moved from one house to another and all the closets in the house was done by Closet Factory. Melissa, the designer, was great. She was the same person I had about five years ago at my old house. With my old house it was more of a challenge because they had to put in a built-in. They had to match the crown molding with the molding that I had in the bedroom but it turned out absolutely beautiful. I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. And because of that experience I did not go with the closets that the builder wanted us to go with and had Closet Factory put in the closets at our new house.

Closet Factory was fast to respond and had very competitive pricing. They installed a closet suspended on one side of my closet, so, hanging bars and then shelves and the product is great. The installers were great as well and the installation took about a full day. Closet Factory is attentive and they are easy to work with.

Cassie was our designer and she was very good. We had a closet installed and an office built in. Everything went smoothly. For the day and timeframe, everything went as we were told. It was a great service and I will definitely recommend Closet Factory.

We have an older house and we're trying to maximize space. I live in the middle of nowhere and I was looking for a local company with an experienced record that was near to me. Closet Factory was the closest. Their designer came out, looked at the closets, and put a design together. When I okayed it, they came back and re-measured for perfection. I switched the timing of the installation to be longer than what they could have done. And then because I went longer, I get to pick my installation days and it took a day a half to install. It's not an elaborate closet redos and they did a good job. They also put a big walk-in closet in the basement. I picked finishes that were not super high-end so it was reasonable in the scheme of things. Closet Factory was very professional and everything was on time. I'm very happy with the way that things turned out.

Closet Factory filled all my needs besides my closet and they were able to get all of that done at a discounted price. I had them install my master bedroom closet, the storage unit in my garage, and my garage floor. Actually, they also did my son's garage. My interaction with the designer was excellent and the installation went very smoothly and faster than I thought, and I would recommend Closet Factory to other people.

I talked with a friend and got a good recommendation for Closet Factory. They did my master closet and their designer was very personable, educated and she had great ideas. Installation went smoothly as well. We had one little glitch since one of the drawers didn't work but they came back out and fixed that right away.

I had three wooden, full, walk-in closets installed by Closet Factory. The installation was fine, but the installers made some mistakes and some follow-up appointments were needed, but the mistakes got fixed in the end. In general, it was a pleasurable and great experience.

The woman from Closet Factory who came to my house was great. She was very outgoing and I felt like she really heard what I needed to do and did that for me. And then the installers, were very, very nice as well and left it nice and clean, and did the job quickly and efficiently. I had a very great experience. They were very professional. I love my closet and it's worth the hassle of going through because it will keep you very organized and saves you lots of time, however, the cost was a little high.

We have Closet Factory products in our bedroom. One was a shoe closet and the other one was a full-blown, whole left side of our wall with drawers and places to hang our clothes. The designer was more in tune with what we were sharing with her instead of trying to guide us into something we didn't want. They were very positive and informative and that's what sold us on it at that point aside from a friend’s recommendation. The installers were very positive and seamless. They came in, they did their thing, brought us down to take a look at it, and made sure we were happy with it. They banged it all out and they cleaned up everything that they were doing. They were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was perfection. It was really a good experience.

We had installed a lot of products from Closet Factory for our brand new home. I got three quotes and I like those prices. The designer was very good and very responsive. The installation went perfect, too. I have no complaints with Closet Factory. They are one of the better ones that I worked with. I would recommend them anytime.

I talked to two other companies before I met Angelina from Closet Factory. She's better than some of the other salespeople I spoke with and I really clicked with her. She was very sweet, informative, and helpful. I went with her based on her knowledge and expertise. She was really good explaining the material and why they were better than others in their space. Also, their price was good. I had three closets installed and the installers were great, very efficient, on time, and did their work in one day and got out. I still have to outsource the closet doors to someone else but they're so pretty that it's okay right now. I love Closet Factory and I really enjoyed the experience with them. Hopefully, we'll have a garage done with them in the near future. I also referred my sister-in-law in Texas to see if she could find someone over there.

I had two closets and a pantry done by Closet Factory a few years ago. This time, I had an office room where I needed the walls filled in. It's made out of wood and it has cabinets in it with lights. It's built for computers so we have two computers rather than a lot of displays. It takes up two walls and it's really pretty and nice. I knew what I wanted so when Lorie the designer came, I laid it out to her. She's knowledgeable, knows what she's doing, and very professional. She was perfect and did a wonderful job. Then the installers who came were very young people but really professional. There was a follow-up where they had to do two doors that were too short. They called us and it was all done in within 15 minutes. I am happy with Closet Factory and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I had a contact with a sales associate at Closet Factory and I heard about their services from her. I had them install bedroom closets and everything went super well. But then after they finished, a door came loose and I haven’t had any feedback yet. Other than that, the experience was great. Angelina, the designer, is fantastic and the service was great and also, they were on time with everything.

My husband found Closet Factory and we got them to do a walk-in closet and a wall of reach-in closet for us. We liked that they're a family-owned company and we also liked Kathy who came out and did the design. She asked us what we wanted and then came up with a plan for it. She gave us suggestions and made it simple. Also, installation was quick and went fine. Both of the closets are very nice. They’re a little on the pricier end than some of the other options but the service and quality were great. Closet Factory is easy to work with and everything was as we requested. So, it was a great experience.

Closet Factory has been great. I had a room that's a size of a master bedroom, that is my actual closet. I had a bunch of all kinds of stuff to make it organized, like California Closets where it looks like furniture. My friend Lora, who works at Closet Factory, is an excellent designer and a hard-working designer. Wherever Lora works is where I go. She has a reputation in St. Louis as being one of the top interior designers. It is hard to find people that are dedicated and will give it more than an eight-hour day. The installation went very smoothly and the guy who did it, I left him to himself because I work out of my home. He was a nice young man, cleaned up everything and awesome. I've had an excellent experience and I couldn't be happier.

We were building a new house and we tried a different closet company but our designer, Candace, didn't want us to use their finishes. Instead, she referred Closet Factory to us. She had done work with them before and she felt that their selection and the quality of their work were better. We also liked her a lot and she was amazing. So we went with Closet Factory and we knew that they were more expensive going in. They installed off-white cabinets, an island in a master closest and the pantries for us for $16,000. But the other place we shopped with first could do the closets in the entire house for less than that. Also, the rest of our cabinets in the house we had made by the Amish in our area and we would've had them install the closet and pantries too because the value of the ones made by Closet Factory wasn't really that great. So my husband and I were a little bit disappointed.

We talked to the woman at a home show where we first heard about Closet Factory, and everything sounded good. We saw pictures of what Closet Factory had done for work so we decided we'd have them come in. We had them install a bookshelf with storage underneath and it was in a narrow hallway. The reps were wonderful and they went over and explained everything. They measured and remeasured, and everything turned out perfect. The installation went very well. They came in, did an excellent job, cleaned up, and were done in a short period of time. We had a really good experience with Closet Factory and we're very happy with what they did.

Closet Factory was my first choice to build a Murphy bed. We had to make a quick decision to get the room done and their rep was very helpful. The process was quick and they had excellent installers who did a wonderful job. The experience was good overall and if I ever had the need for something like that again, they would be the people that I would call.

The designer had a software program that she used, she was very talented and she did a good job too. The installers were very polite and worked efficiently. They knew their job and did everything I asked.

I chose Closet Factory over the others because of their adjustability to work with us. They knew our budget and how to design within that. We had shelves, racks and things to hang clothes on. The installers were wonderful. They came in, cleaned up, and got rid of everything so there were no issues. Closet Factory was awesome.

It's been almost a year since I had Closet Factory install a closet. The installation was great. They were very easy to work with and they helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. There was a one piece missing that they got later. Everything was good.

I Googled Closet Factory and people gave them good reviews. The designer came out, set out at home and measured things out, told us how to make the best use of the space that we have, and what products are available and the cost of each of them so we can make a good decision. They have great products for the price. We had some closets installed in the mudroom and everything was completed and on time. I was happy with it.

I had my master closet and pantry done my Closet Factory. I saw them at Costco and did not look anywhere else. I knew that if it's fronted by Costco it should be good and it should have a nice warranty. Closet Factory's designer came to my home and she helped me with the designing. She was nice and very helpful. The team came on time, and the installation went well. But they had to come back because a basket was not installed in the pantry when they came the first time. Also, the small closet in my master bedroom was not measured as good as I wanted. I called their designed to have the small closet in the master bedroom remeasured, and they came back and reinstalled it. I’m happy with Closet Factory's service.

We had someone from Closet Factory install a walk-in closet with drawers in our master’s bedroom. The designer I spoke with was pretty good. He drew the closet on a computer right there, including its size and color. So far, my experience with them was good and I'm satisfied.

I had Closet Factory install a master bedroom closet, laundry hamper, four-drawer dresser with two large cubbies above that, eight areas to hang clothing, and racks for shoes and towels. They were local, and I liked their price compared to other companies, so we decided to go with them. We also liked their designs better than the other companies. Their designer was amazing and did an amazing job. She came out to our house, did a drawing of our closet and then we sat down at the table with her. What we wanted to do was get the maximum amount of space usage that we could, because it’s a very small closet and even though it’s a walk-in closet, it’s configured really weird. She put storage in some places we didn’t think we would be able to get storage, like behind the closet door. She told us it would be about two weeks and somebody would call and set up an appointment.

I had a friend who had some work done with Closet Factory and they were satisfied so I decided to have my shelving system done through them. The designer was on time and very professional. We sat down, talked, and she kept in touch with me to make sure that things were done on time. I had two shelving systems put in a hall closet so I made it like into the pantry. and then I also had a cabinet and a clothing rack put in my laundry room. The installer came in and got it done faster than I thought it could be done. Everything was done the first time he came and I’ve been very satisfied with having the closet systems put in. It was a wonderful experience all in all.

Closet Factory recently installed my walk-in closet. I didn't know what the size was going to be then it turns out the space that I get to hang the suits and shirts up was a little too short. It should be two more inches or wider then you can hang your shirt up properly, not busting out and the shape get wrung at the bottom. It really pissed me after I already got in to put my clothes and start hanging them up. The designer came out and installed extra shelves but it still wasn't satisfactory. I wish I got more estimates from some more companies than just taking Closet Factory's word for it. They didn't impress me one bit. It wasn't the best experience I had and I was dissatisfied with them.

My wife’s a cosmetologist and some of her customers had done work with Closet Factory. They said that Closet Factory did a very good work, so we had them do a closet remodel. Their designer was very good, listened to my wife’s needs and gave her exactly what she wanted. The installer was absolutely fantastic. I was impressed with his speed, dedication to doing things right and care for the house. I loved the overall quality of the workmanship and the materials used.

I have a relative who works for Closet Factory. They came up with discounts, so the cost came out a few hundred dollars cheaper. The designer was great and the installation went well. The installers cleaned up and tested all the holes. Overall, Closet Factory offers a great product. The full closet organizers with drawers we got turned out nice.

I had several different components installed in my master bedroom's closet. They were modular closet pieces, shelves, drawers and places to hang clothing. The customer service of Closet Factory was amazing and the designer was great. She was very responsive and super nice. When she came out, she provided 3D depictions of what the closet would look like. She also did all the measurements. She was really good.

We looked in some of the big buck stores like Lowe's and Home Depot for closet stuff but we went with Closet Factory. They were good and I liked them. We went to their place of business where they cut the parts and cold called them. They made an appointment for the designer to come out and she came to the house twice. She sat down with my wife to look at pictures and took measurements. I had one complete wall closet installed for my wife. There's one bay for shoes and the rest has shelves from floor to ceiling, as well as places for hanging stuff. The installation was good and everything was pre-cut so there weren't any fitting issues. In the end, there was a gap between the wall and the base inside of the cabinet, but the installers came back and put a quarter round to seal that. It was a very good experience and we were pleased. In the future, I may go back to Closet Factory and get myself some closet stuff.

A friend used Closet Factory and I got them too since I liked what they did. We did a master bedroom closet, shoe shelving and drawers and racks for clothing. Megan, the designer, came to the house and we talked about what I wanted, what she felt would work, and she measured and then left. And then I made an appointment to go into the showroom a week later to work on the plan. So then I went in and we came up with a design. One guy came to install and it took him the day and then came back the next day just for a short time. But he worked fine.

I went over to Closet Factory's showroom and looked around. They made an appointment to come over. The designer came to the house a couple of times to go over design and measurements. She was very cooperative and pretty confident, so we're happy with her. The installation was done in two stages. First, the installers came and removed my old entertainment unit before taking final measurements. Then, they custom made the unit, came in and installed it in my den. It went fairly well and, overall, I’m happy with the result. However, the installers left before completing everything.

I got an advertisement for Closet Factory. I called them and everything worked out well. I had two closets done. I had one major closet. And then, I had a unit made for my family room, which was really great. So, I was very pleased. It’s big, very attractive, and it came out everything the way that we wanted it. I personally liked the woman that I worked with. She made several trips and we spent hours putting this together. She was excellent, extremely accommodating and wonderful. The installation went well and the installers were very good, no problem with that. There was just one minor adjustment that had to be done but everything else was good. They were very professional, on time, and they did what they were supposed to do. They gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Everybody from Closet Factory was good and very attentive. When we went to their showroom, the salesman showed us what products were good. We got a lot of stuff from them—a tall closet, a double closet, and a four wall of low closets. The installers were good as well. We had them install the products in the living room and two bedrooms. There was an error in the first installation due to a wrong measurement, but they had corrected it. That’s fine because it only matters how the work ended and the installers came back and took care of it. I’d recommend Closet Factory. Everything’s positive with them.

I've been using Closet Factory for years and have pushed for good designers and installers. I'd tell others that too. I'm a person who's very detail-oriented. It's easy for me to work with a closet person because I know what I want. That's important when you're designing a closet. Otherwise, you're not going to be happy with the products more than likely. Nobody can read your mind.

I bought an apartment in a new building and it was move-in ready, except that the closets were unfunctional. So, I needed to do the closets quickly and I selected Closet Factory as they got back to me. The designer that they sent was really professional. She came in on time, brought her laptop, and gave a huge brochure with different types of closet photos and ranges and the things I could do and special touches. She asked me several questions as to what my needs were for each closet and based on that, she designed a closet that would take in everything that I still had in boxes.

Closet Factory is a dependable company. I had them install a wall unit with a space for a TV in my master bedroom and I love it. I liked their designer Karen. She was smart, very nice and patient. I spoke to her on the phone and she tried to decipher what I wanted. She then came out, took the measurement and then gave three plans. She never tried to sell me something that I didn't want, and I appreciated that too. I told her, "If I build a unit, I'm going to build it with you because of your character, more than anything."

When I walked in, Closet Factory addressed my needs and they weren’t afraid to show their fantastic drawings. The other places I went to wouldn't share their drawings and I wanted to be able to share them with my wife. I also had a real tough delivery challenge. I have been out of town and we needed to get the closets in before some other things with the contractors because we're renovating our entire house. Closet Factory responded on short notice and said they could meet our tough time demand but they didn't make the commitment on the spot. They said they'd call me back after they had a production meeting then they moved some things around and made it happen.

We signed up to have Closet Factory come and figure out what they could do for our closet when we were at the Home and Garden Show, although we already knew about them before. The designer who came out was really sweet. She took one look at the closet and said it was way too small for the size of our house. She took measurements and came up with the design for a walk-in closet. She did the design on her computer and we proceeded to go through with it. The installer was nice and courteous. He was in and out of the house, took his time, cleaned up, and did a great job.

I had a master closet, all closed closets, garage and all guest bedroom walk-in closets plus shelves for my house and condo done by Closet Factory. They were recommended by the builder of the condo building I live in and was the company that the building has used a lot. I really like working with Closet Factory's designer. She was great. As for the installation, everything went really smooth. They were really good at trying to adapt to our schedule and our dates and making it as fast as possible. They also cleaned up after themselves when they left. They came back and installed a couple of hooks they forgot. Overall, I'm really happy with them. They were professional and easy to work with. I could really recommend them.

We tried to go to other places and didn’t have success. We ended up at Closet Factory and the representative showed us certain things that Closet Factory does and also showed us the shop floor. They gave us a quote and we liked it. We installed two long hanging sections and eight half hanging sections. We had some drawers, shelves and some shoe shelves put in the closet. We had a cabinet put in a bathroom and some shelving and cabinets in another room. Then we had two rod hangers with some baskets and shelves put up in our laundry room.

I checked several other companies and Closet Factory's price was good. I also read the reviews and then one of my friends from Georgia, recommended them to me so I decided to go with them. They installed a closet in my master bedroom. Two ladies came and they worked with me on the design. Then they showed me on the computer the design and everything. Afterwards, they scheduled the installation and the installers were fast, effective and professional. My experience with Closet Factory was very satisfactory.

I've used Closet Factory years ago and I had them redo my closet recently. My interaction with the designer was very good and I didn’t have a problem with her. When they did the installation, my wife didn’t have a problem too. But we were surprised with the material they used, which was compact wood with laminate on top that had a white skin similar to a particle board, and I was not happy with it. I thought we were going to get better quality wood for the price we paid. After the installation, they called to follow up, but we didn’t have a need for someone to return. Overall, the design was very well done but the material was below grade. I probably won’t use Closet Factory anymore.

Closet Factory installed shelving and cabinets in our garage and in our unfinished basement. We got them since we didn't see anything comparable to what they offered and we had a very positive experience with their designer. The installation was excellent but there was one piece of hardware that had to be replaced and the installers took care of it. I would recommend Closet Factory.

I saw Closet Factory at a home show at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and I liked the way they looked. I also liked the flexibility of being able to pick out what I needed. There were a lot of different options, too. I had Closet Factory install two full-length shoe racks that had mirror doors on them. I also got a whole cabinet that has two laundry bags at the bottom, and two full shelves that are for jewelry. I also had eight places to hang gowns and dresses on.

We went to a home show in Augusta, Georgia and Closet Factory had a booth set up. We liked what they demonstrated and the person that was explaining stuff was very knowledgeable. Our designer was the same person who was at the home show. She knew what she was doing and she also had suggestions on what would work as far as the layout of the closet. She took all the measurements and everything fit when the company came and brought it in. The installation people were very efficient. They were on time and everything went along very smoothly and I’m satisfied.

I've used Closet Factory for years because of their customer service and the quality of their work. Their designers were great and their installation team did a really good job. They were also timely and very friendly.

I liked Closet Factory's design. I got three estimates and Closet factory gave me a perfect estimate. Their designer was thorough, polite and very professional. Everything went perfectly including the installation. The installers were professional as well. They came in, did what they had to do and it was timely. When they got ready to take their lunch they said that they're going to take their little break. I had a white shelf and three drawers installed. Also, I had a bedroom turned into a walk-in closet. And I had the actual closet part for that bedroom turned into a shoe rack. I had to laminate the front and I also got the valet and belt hangers. I love my closet and the overall experience with them was great. I will recommend Closet Factory to anyone.

I’ve had Closet Factory do some work for us twice and we had a great experience with them. First, they did our master bedroom closet, then we had them put floor-to-ceiling shelves in our small bedroom that we use as an office and computer room, and also for storage. We had a Valpak coupon for the first job. The designer, Laurie, is a nice lady and she was wonderful and great at her job. We clicked and I liked her. This time around, our installation experience was perfect. The installer came early, had the job done in no time, and left some of the extra, little pegs for me if I wanted to move some shelves around in the master bedroom closet, and that was great. I've moved some handbags and shoes around and I've ordered three more shelves. All in all, Closet Factory was good and I’d advise anybody to use them.

A combination of the price and good reviews made me choose Closet Factory and the designer did a good job on the four closets and office setup that they did. We needed follow-up appointments with the installation team where one was because the shelf wasn’t cut properly in the office, but they came through with that and they were good. We’ve referred Closet Factory tons of times to the people in our neighborhood and we’re sure that we had some referrals, but we never received any referral bonuses that we were supposed to get.

Closet Factory was the closest so I went with them, and they were the only ones that could do what I wanted to be done. They installed a Murphy bed and everything went fine.

I’d recommend Closet Factory. They did everything right the first time and we’re very happy with our new closets. I saw their ad on a newspaper and they had a location that was close to my house. With my husband, I went into the showroom. The receptionist was very receptive and cooperative. We liked what we saw, so the reps from Closet Factory set up an appointment right away for someone to come out to look at our closet and give us an estimate.

We have a master closet and an office built-in shelving put in with cabinets and base installed by Closet Factory. Mostly 'cause of the price point and the quality, we chose them over other closet companies. We had a great dealing with Chelsea, the designer that we worked with. Other companies we talked to, like California Closets, were randomly got into the closet business and they don't really have a background. But Chelsea had a great design background so she was passionate and I can see that through her communication with us, that's why I like her. Then their installer was very professional and keen on mess but he was quiet and I didn't notice he was there most of the time.

My wife found out about Closet Factory through the town Facebook page and we knew a few people in the town that used them and were happy. Closet Factory was easy to deal with. We didn't want to go out and get five different quotes unless they came back with a reasonable pricing, which they did. We had a closet system installed into our bedroom closet and we also had a second unit put into another closet in our family room downstairs. The designer was helpful and had answers for us if we had any questions. Also, the installers came the day they said they would come and they were on time. It was a great experience. The people were friendly, good customer service. If we have any needs to build out any closet space or any kind of organizational type of stuff, we would go back to them.

We moved to a 2,400 square foot house which had been remodeled. However, the closets had not been done and they were horrible. My sister had used Closet Factory and she was very satisfied with their service, so she encouraged me to use them too. I called Closet Factory and got an estimate from them. Other companies also came and gave me an estimate, and some even came a couple of times. But Closet Factory could do the project faster and their product looked better. The designer also negotiated on the price.

My daughter-in-law used Closet Factory and she referred me. I had about three bids from other people and Closet Factory wasn't the cheapest but I liked the girl that gave me the quote. She was very efficient and I was pleased with her design, so I went with them. She came in, looked at the area, drew the design and gave me a quote right then. It was fast. I had two bedrooms done and the whole closet. The installer did a great job as well but I had a little bit of glue on the carpet. They came back and took care of that in a timely manner. It was a wonderful experience and I'm very pleased. I referred Closet Factory to other people and I would refer them again.

I had a good experience with Closet Factory. They were local, so I decided to go with them over other closet companies. Their designer came to the house and helped me design three areas. She was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I had a pantry and two closets installed, which also went well.

I had an awesome experience with Closet Factory and I would definitely recommend them. I had another closet company before and I didn’t care for them. I knew about Closet Factory from the home magazines I get. Their designer was wonderful and very personable. She gave me the dos and don’ts and the ins and outs. She did some sales talk but in such a nice, pleasant and subtle way. She wasn’t pushy, which I like because I don’t like when people come in and say they have a better product than everybody else. When the installer came in, he went right to work. He cleaned up after himself too. I had two basic closets installed and they’re wonderful, so I’m very happy. If I decide to do the garage, I would definitely call Closet Factory.

I looked at some of Closet Factory’s pictures online and liked it. I needed them for two projects but I was nervous to use them ‘cause I didn’t know anybody who had but I just went with it. They built a large wardrobe, a whole one in my bedroom. I worked with a designer named Noel on both projects and she was fantastic. The installation experience was great. They were on time and super courteous. I was pleased with both experiences. When Closet Factory initially came, there were some measurements that were a little bit off and didn’t happen. The laundry room installation was for two days but everybody was professional about it, came right back and got that done. I needed to get a drawer fixed in one of the pieces in the wardrobe, and they came right in when I called them and fixed it in about 30 minutes. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to other people.

I called Closet Factory and somebody came to the house and went through all the products. Pricing was an important factor in our decision-making and they had better pricing than others. We had the closet done in the master bedroom and in the two other smaller bedrooms. It was a walk-in closet. The designer was very nice and very understanding to what our needs were and designed it in front of us. She went back, tweaked it, and sent it back to us, even made changes whenever we needed to and made sure that we maximized the space. It was a very pleasant interaction.

I’ve seen Closet Factory all over the place and we liked what they had to offer. Their designer was great, nice and super friendly. However, she had us purchase things that didn’t work. There were a couple of items that she had designed for us which we thought would be great. But when the layout was done and the installer came, there was an issue with the side cooling. There wasn’t any studs where the designer placed to hang them. The side cooling couldn’t be restocked too, so it was a pain and it seemed that the designer didn’t know the product that well.

I had Closet Factory install shelves in my craft room. We enjoyed talking to them when we found them down at a home show that they were giving here in Augusta. I had them come out and told them what I wanted. Everyone from Closet Factory was great. They said to call them when we decide to do something else, which probably won't be for a little while yet. I used to get Closet Factory fliers all the time in Charlotte and when I moved to Westville, South Carolina, my mom’s closet was not equipped with enough space that I needed, so I called Closet Factory back in Charlotte and then they gave me somebody in Spartanburg, but then they didn’t want to come this close. They told me that the demand and supply are not a high value in the rural area, so they don’t come out. A lady on the phone was nice enough and told me about somebody over in Lexington, South Carolina that would do my area.

Closet Factory was prompt to respond and were very quick to schedule an appointment for the layout and initial consultation. Plus they came back with the layout very quickly. We did a closet and a wall of cabinets, as well as a Murphy bed. We also did a desk area for my kids. We had an idea of what we wanted and the designer helped us refine it. She had some good ideas as well, and she was very quick. There was a lot of back and forth and we really liked our experience.

We called Closet Factory and we got an immediate response. We had them install shelves and drawers in the garage for organizing. Their designer was very informative and positive. The installers had the work done in a day and they cleaned up. I really liked my experience, it was excellent. If I need to do it again, I'll call Closet Factory up.

We had Closet Factory install a closet for us. The designer was all right and fair. They said that two guys will do the installation but only one came. However, he was very good. But we're really unhappy with the drawers because they are so deep and we didn't realize that they would be that way. My mom is mostly blind and she can't see into the drawers because they're so deep. They're suitable for use only for things like thick sweaters. Maybe something can be inserted into the drawers so we can get more use out of them. Despite this, however, we had a pleasant experience with Closet Factory.

Closet Factory guts my closet and did a total closet makeover. It was a great experience. Chelsea, the designer, came in after I asked her to. I’ve been working on this for over 10 years, the same designers came out and had every closet company in St. Louis but I never could pull the trigger until I met Chelsea. And I knew I wanted to work with her but it just had to be the right design. When I told her that I wanted a glam closet, I wanted it to be a shopping boutique. She said that she could do glam, knew what I’m talking about and we could do it. And this is what differentiates Closet Factory from everybody else.

When we first went into the Closet Factory showroom, the reps were busy but they told us they would be right with us. They were very personable and they offered water. Then we sat and told them what we wanted. They put us on the calendar right away and within that hour, I got a phone call from the person that was going to come out. She was very cordial and nice. I told her what I wanted, what we needed and the space that we had and she did everything. And then the installer was very clean and thorough. The installation didn't take as long as the time that I thought so the experience, all around, was good. We're very happy with the work and the people that we worked with and I showed it off to a lot of members of our family. I also want to get a couple more shelves in there.

I wanted to try something different since I’ve always used California Closets so when I had my laundry room redone, I let Closet Factory install the cabinets. While the designer they sent was very nice and fairly knowledgeable, I found the software they use for visualization very weak compared to California Closets. That would be something they can improve on from the sales process.

We just moved in and had Closet Factory install a master bedroom closet. It got the full thing on from floor to the ceiling like shelves and shoe racks. My wife heard about Closet Factory a few years ago and decided to go with them because of her relationship with one of their representatives in Columbia. Her name is Beth. So their professional installers came to our home and installed the closet in a timely manner. It was appropriate for us because we weren’t there.

Closet Factory has done several closets for us throughout the years at a couple of different residences. We get good pricing and good customer service from the Closet Factory group here in Little Rock. We had them install standard closets with the melamine finish and bronze hardware. It's a good product and it holds up well.

The designer from Closet Factory, who is also a friend, came and redesigned the closets in the apartment that I moved in. She saw everything before she did her diagrams and she should've told me that it was the same product that had just been upgraded. She showed the design to me, but I was just moving in and I should've checked more clearly myself but I didn't catch it. I'm pretty upset because it was an expensive purchase. A lot of what was here could've been used and then she could have added to it with the very same product. I didn't realize till everything was done. However, the installation was very nice and very well done. The installers were fantastic, explained everything and cleaned up.

There was a Closet Factory in our neighborhood and they're close to our house so that's a huge thing why I chose to get shelves and drawers in our kid's rooms and a closet from them. The installation crew was really good. My wife was there with them and everything went fine. We've had a bunch of work done so we're used to it and knew what we wanted. We'll use them again when we do our upper level and when we redo our master bedroom.

I was looking for someone to redo a room and did a Google search. Closet Factory had some good reviews and I went with them then I had an entire room turned into a walk-in closet boutique customized to what I wanted. Their designer, Flor, was wonderful. She was very easy to talk to and helped me envision the whole thing. It was just a consultation and I didn’t plan on pulling the trigger but she understood what I wanted. I intended to do one wall, but I asked about if I did more than just that wall, then she took a look at how unorganized the rest of my closet was.

Closet Factory's price was attractive and I liked them the first time that they came. This time, I had them install bedroom closets, storage closets and some storage units in the garage. I like the designer. She was good and I liked her. She seemed very experienced and made some recommendations that other people haven't made. Then the installers did fine, except they didn’t do what they were supposed to do with one closet. I wasn’t there the day they did it and when I saw what they’ve done, I called my designer and pointed out the problem. So, they scheduled to come out and fix it. But whoever came back out completely botched the whole thing up. I’ve been in Australia for several months and I just got back. I went and checked the work and it’s appalling.

I have a bedroom closet from Closet Factory. The designer was very prompt, responsive to coming out, measuring, and giving us some suggestions. Overall, it's a good experience. I also had no issues at all with the installation. The gentleman was prompt, he was very good, and he has cleaned up after himself. It was a job well done. And I'm sure that if another project comes up, I'll be utilizing them again.

The designer from Closet Factory was wonderful. She came out, had her computer, displayed what she thought would work and then sent us additional photos. We looked at them and we were able to fine tune it. I got a little nervous so I went down to the showroom and she went over everything again. It was her one-on-one service that did it and kept us focused in doing what we wanted to do. She also didn't try to sell us everything. I got what I wanted and needed. When I wanted the baskets for the laundry, she was very good at finding the right size for me and putting it in the right place. With California Closets, the rep didn't show anything and what she did was very unprofessional. She sent us all these pictures and we didn't understand what she was sending. Also, the quote I got from them was a little higher but the evaluation was so haphazard.

My neighbor has Closet Factory installation and passed on the information to me. I wanted to have a wall bed and went with Closet Factory as well. The wall bed had cupboards and drawers on the side. The designer listened well and helped us make sensible adjustments when needed. We live in a condo and they had an exit time for work to stop. The installers, who were a dad and son, completed the installation in that deadline and they were fantastic and cleaned up everything. Our designer also came and checked to see the completed piece.

I set up a meeting with the Closet Factory and they came out, did a presentation and their product was better than the first one that came, Saint Louis Closet Co. Closet Factory had several different wood selections and had real wood versus some of the fake stuff. The person who came out to my home really got my ideas of what I was wanting and I was also happy that they did everything on site so it wasn’t prefabricated.

One of the reasons I chose Closet Factory was the fact that their systems go all the way to the floor and they don’t use a rail system. But I had to send the first designer packing. She was new to the job and was not very knowledgeable. She could not do a design or give me a price on premise. I had to call the office and they got somebody else out here. I had a white melamine closet system installed and one of the shelves was missing. But other than that, the quality was decent.

Closet Factory's work was to build an office for me and I required a 19-inch stand between the bottom of the cabinet and the top of the desk surface so I could get a bigger monitor. The designer was excellent and I liked her but the design called for 19 inches and they didn't include the base for the bottom of the cabinet so I ended up with 17 inches. I told them and they said, “Well, we'll just hang the cabinets on the wall higher.” That didn’t work because I specifically based from their drawings put in electrical so I could do under and over the cabinet. I was like, "There's no big deal. Just move it.” They didn't know my condo and they didn't know if it was a big deal or cost me more money. It just wasn’t their flipping problem.

Closet Factory's product price got us to have them install a walk-in closet in the bedroom. Their closet designer is good and very helpful. I wished Closet Factory told me how long they would take. They told me the installation was going to be a whole day but I was hoping that they would tell me if it would be in the morning or in the afternoon. Then the guy who came out to install the closet cut his hand so he had to come back the next day to finish the installation. But in general, the experience with Closet Factory was good. The walk-in closet is good and I like it.

Closet Factory did all my bedroom closets over a year ago. We also had them do our garage floors with the epoxy paint. I made a comparison with three different closet companies and I chose Closet Factory because of their salesman. My dealing with their designers was perfect and their installation team was very professional. They were the best. In fact, right after the install, I commented to a bunch of websites on what a great company it was.

I got multiple bids and Closet Factory wasn’t the lowest, but I had confidence in Bonnie’s skills and knowledge. In my old house, I had a built-in closet installed. I also had a closet and drawers put in the hallway. And then in my new house, in the spring, I had a custom closet put in my walk-in closet. There was a little problem with it wherein there was this gap left but I just called them and they just came right out to fix it.

I called a couple of companies and got some bids. Closet Factory had a better price for what I wanted because they worked with me. I had two walk-in closets and just a standard closet installed. The designer who came in was very good. I could tell that's all he does. He just knew about it and was on point. I approved the design he came up with before we went for it. Whatever I didn't, he tweaked it to my liking. He was able to convince me for whatever reason and whatever I wanted. If I had any questions, he was just very knowledgeable so that helped. Their installation guys were also amazing. They were so meticulous. It couldn't get more perfect.

Closet Factory called me back and the other companies didn’t so I went with them. I had closets done to sell the house. I have a full closet that has these full drawers from Closet Factory. I also had one wardrobe repaired, drawer doors, kid's closet, a shoe rack and hanging racks. The Closet Factory designer was great. She was very helpful and informative. She called back and worked with me on ideas. The installation team was fine and worked hard. They were nice and it was good. There was a top drawer that fell on my toe and broke it. So after the installation, they put that drawer back on and it hasn’t fallen off again. My experience with Closet Factory was effective and it worked.

I saw Closet Factory in an event at a local home show in Augusta in Georgia. They did a good presentation at the service center and it was what we were looking for. The designer came out to visit after we talked to her and just by the way she put things, it sounds very appealing. The designer looked in each one we were interested in having done. She showed us three different closets and then the idea of building a standalone where there is no closet. She talked about advantages and disadvantages of each and then made a recommendation about what would be best for us. We had a single closet done. It was two rods and then various shelving and a laundry basket under receptacle in my home.

Closet Factory was the closest in my area and they were able to get a representative to me quicker than the other closet companies could. They installed a his and hers custom closet for me. I had two of their designers come out. And the first one's design was okay but then I had another young lady come out and she made a space for all our clothing and a lot of shoe space and so it was great. The second design was perfect while the first one was kind of a sketch. The installation was seamless and the young man who did it knows exactly what he’s doing. After the installation, I called Closet Factory to see if I can get a center island to house things, but it was too expensive at the time so I didn’t want to worry about it. Closet Factory was great and from start to finish, my experience was professional and seamless. I've referred a few friends to them.

I wanted my closets done and found Closet Factory on the internet. I needed to have a good price on it because I'm retired and I went to a lot of different places. I had three different estimates. The lady who came out and talked to me was incredible, very professional and had a lot of great ideas. She did the measurements precisely and showed me ways to save money. Not only did I get it in the price I was really looking for, I also had been so happy with my closets. I had two closets in my bedroom done. I also have a suite in my daughter's house. So, I have a walk-in closet and one that opens up completely to the room.

The experience with the installers went fine as well. They were very nice and professional. They installed some dressers, sections to hang the clothes and hamper. The quality is fantastic and everything's great. We're very pleased with Closet Factory.

Closet Factory has fast response so I used them to install the section closet for my master bedroom. I work a lot and I'm in meetings so I can’t always answer the phone. Texting became an option and it worked for me. With a lot of companies, there are company phones but the designer used her personal cellphone to be able to accommodate my needs. Also, the installer was fast and very professional. It took a little bit longer for the install than I anticipated but the quality of the service received is definitely worth the wait and I understand why they’re so booked so far out. It was a bit pricey but I think it was well worth it in the long run.

My friend went with California Closets and she wasn’t thrilled with them so I went ahead and contacted Closet Factory. I knew that this was a local company and I wanted to support a local. The designer was great. She came in and was very well prepared, measured everything, and she was able to design it right on my kitchen table. The guy from the installation team came in and did it in one day and that was good. They were great and were very professional. They came in and did it quickly. It was expensive though. My husband could’ve done the job, but he didn’t want to spend the time and do it cause it wasn’t something for him, it was something for me. That's the only thing I was worried about, spending the money but I just wanted to splurge and treat myself. But they were good.

I liked that Closet Factory was close to where I live and if I had any problems I could call them up. I didn't know exactly what I want based on the things I used and wanted to get to, but the designer and I really worked well together to come up with the right plan. We also tweaked the plan a little bit after we looked at the first draft. I had two closets installed in the master bedroom and a couple of ballet racks. There were also tie racks and drawers for my husband. I did a little area outside the closet and the bathroom where I had a lingerie cabinet and I had a stack of drawers that weren't very deep. I also got two jewellery drawers that were lined and then one that was doubled and has the slide thing in it.

My daughter recommended Closet Factory. She contacted them to install some things for me. The designer showed me the design and options and we picked out what we wanted. I got a whole walk-in closet redone in my master bedroom. I also had the closet in my bathroom stripped and had a closet for storage to match the bathroom. I liked what I got and it was good. The guys who installed the closets did a very good job too. They were nice, accommodating, courteous and quick. They came by when I needed them and they were here when they said they were going to install it. It was a fantastic experience and I enjoyed it. If I need any more closets, I'll be sure to call Closet Factory back.

I had different Closet Factory shelving and pull-outs installed for the laundry and a whole bunch of different stuff in my closet. The designer was great. She came out and designed the closets for us. The installation guys were super great too. They even cleaned up after themselves. I’ve used them before for their price. They did a quality work, and they were in and out. I’d definitely use them again.

Closet Factory's availability and location made me use them to install shelves, a hanging space and drawers in a closet. I met the Closet Factory designer four times and we worked on the layout a little bit and tweaked it based on price and the spacing as it evolved. The installers were 3 guys who were all very pleasant and efficient but had to come back for a couple of items. There were little stickers all over the hooks that I didn't like and there was a gap where some shoe mold wasn't cut properly so they replaced all of those. The installation was relatively painless but they ended up having six screw holes in very random-looking spots. Other than that, everything went fine. The closet looks great and everything functioned really well. It suited our needs and we’re pleased with it.

I'm very pleased with Closet Factory. I've used two different branches. The first time, I just recognized their name. Their price was better than California Closets yet the quality was equal. I continued to use them because I was very happy with the work and the pricing. At my first home, I had two walk-in closets and an office closet. In my second home, I had a walk-in closet, two wall closets in the hallway, a utility closet and the other, just what we call our sports closet. It’s a standard closet intended for our utility type stuff. We had a clothes closet, too.

I saw my friend’s Closet Factory and it was gorgeous so I had a custom small closet under the steps. It was a double hanging shelf in the bedroom. I know the designer personally and she did wonderful. The installers were quick and clean. There were no problems and better than the one I had from a different company. It was a very positive and very streamlined experience.

We got three estimates before deciding on Closet Factory, but it definitely wasn't because of the price. We chose them for the style and the looks of their products, and the ones we chose for the closet were all white and made of wood. The designer was cordial, professional and polite, and we had a good interaction with him. He installed the products too and that's something you don't find everyday. He did a prompt and good job, although he had to do a few adjustments here and there. It was only because some of the shelves were a little too high so he came back out and re-adjusted things. He was also very pleasant, informative and concerned. My wife loves the closets and I'm very happy with Closet Factory.

We saw what we liked with Closet Factory and went with it. We had the base model closet separation and organization installed in our walk-in closet. The designer was very personable, answered all of my questions appropriately and a real pleasure to be around. The installation experience was fine. They came when they said they were coming, were in and out very quickly and cleaned up their mess. We wanted them to do a TV entertainment system built around my TV and called them to come out. But it was too expensive and we couldn't go forward with it. Other than that, it's a great service and everybody we came in contact with was wonderful. We would go with Closet Factory again if we could afford it.

I had a private contractor come in, had them look at the closet, and they were very out of line price-wise so I got Closet Factory. Closet Factory not only did my closet, they also removed a shower in that area. We also built drawers and shelves for storage then we did the workstation with the ironing board in our laundry room. Their designer did fine and she spent a lot of time with me. We kept going over different arrangements and she was very meticulous in her measurements. The installers were here on time and were very organized. The pieces were all ready to be put in, so they were done and out of in just a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and did a fine job.

The reviews that were posted on Angie's List for the area that I used to live in was so positive that I knew I'd have a good experience with Closet Factory. I had two closet remodels done, a guest room closet and a master bedroom closet. Their designer was very professional. She listened and understood the needs and wants that I had for those rooms. Also, she was very fluid with her time. I work and I’m only available at certain times, and she was able to accommodate me.

We found Closet Factory at a convention center in Virginia Beach. They were at the right place at the right time so we had them install an upgraded master closet for us. It was a good experience.

I called companies for some quotes and Closet Factory was the first one to call back. Their designer was really great and the guy who installed a bedroom closet for us was really friendly and fast.

I called Closet Factory when I had some work to be done. They came right out and indicated they could do it right away. The designer and I talked about what I wanted and he said that the closet could be done. He sat and sketched something so that I could tell what it was going to cost and after 15 minutes, he gave me the estimate. I had one large, lock-in type closet remodeled. I got some new shelves, moved the hangers and split the closet. The installation of the closet was fine. It was less than a week later that the installer showed up, did his work, and cleaned up everything. I have recommended Closet Factory to a couple of other people. Everything was satisfactory according to what I wanted to be done.

I had Closet Factory install a walk-in closet. They filled my closet. The installation and the crew were good. They cleaned up after themselves and did everything I needed them to do. The designer was fine. She calls a couple of times and makes sure that everything is on track.

I was looking for some kind of closet, so I Googled it and Closet Factory came up. We had a custom closet installed in my bedroom. The designer was great. Also, the installation team did everything they were supposed to. They messed up and drilled holes in the wrong spot, but they said that they wanted to come and replace it. I told them, “You can’t even tell.” So, it’s all good. Then they said, “Okay. You have a lifetime warranty anyway, so if something happens, call us and we’ll replace it.” Everyone was really good.

My decorator friend told me about Closet Factory. After they were recommended, I went out and shopped at several other places. But I was impressed with Bettina, the lady who worked with me at the Closet Factory, and the guy who owns that particular store there in Little Rock. The installation crew installed a desk unit for me. They did everything they said they would. When something went wrong during the installation, a minor thing, the guy that owns the store came back and fixed it. There was a place that didn’t look finished and I told them that it doesn’t look quite like I expected it to. The guy who had more experience agreed with me and so he went back to the shop and put a finished piece on it. I was pleased with the product. It looks great and I love it. It’s the best part of my house.

I had gone into California Closets because it’s in my neighborhood. And when I talked to them I just decided I wanted to check somewhere else too so I went to Closet Factory and I was very pleased with the service and the people. I’d moved into a new condo that had some work done already in the room that was going to be my office/guest room. I had lower cabinets and closet doors and Closet Factory was able to build upper cabinets and a rope bed that looks like it was all done at once. I was extremely impressed by the whole thing. The rep was excellent and the install team had to come back the second time because they noticed something that they wanted to check so I was completely pleased. The team made it really easy to do business with them. They’re very professional and they kept the schedule. They gave me an estimate and when I saw the design that was way within the estimate and I felt good about that.

I had Closet Factory to do closet makeovers and a garage system put in for storage. Their employees were courteous, prompt, returned your calls and they do excellent design work. The designer was wonderful. I don’t think she works there anymore, but she helped me a lot. Installation was great, it’s just a couple of days and it’s over with. I highly recommend them.

We were in a rush and Closet Factory was the most responsive. We were able to meet with them as soon as we made an appointment. Erica, the designer, came to our house a couple of times. We told her what we needed and she immediately showed us the designs. She was very professional and it was a very good experience. When the installers came out, they were on time though we had a bit of miscommunication on the first day. The guy left before finishing the installation. But the owner was really good about the whole thing. He personally came and finished all the installation at the next appointment so, we really appreciated him taking that personal interest and getting that done.

I got a custom closet and then a built-in entertainment shelving system from Closet Factory. The workmen who came to install the most recent project did a beautiful job and they were excellent. They were on time and the only complaint was that they brought something that didn’t fit and we had to wait for it to be re-cut and brought back out from the warehouse. But I don’t think it was their fault.

We had Closet Factory put outdoor cubbies in our garage. Both the installation team and the designer were excellent. There was one time that they’ve had to follow up with some caulking and the weather stripping at the bottom on two separate occasions and they came right out and handled that. I was very happy with their product.

My daughter-in-law works with Closet Factory so I called them up and they came over and measured. We discussed what we wanted and they showed me a drawing of the gun closet, which was fine. Then they showed up one morning and I had them do the installation in the hallway. I also had gun racks and shelves put in. They were done several hours later so all was done in one whack. It was a very easy process and the work was professionally done. It was a very good product for a fair price.

Closet Factory's price and quality were good. I had them install a complete walk-in closet. Their designer was fine. She knew exactly what I wanted and she did what I asked. The installation came out very nice. I'll definitely recommend them.

Liz, the rep I dealt with, was the one who listened to me the best. It was very easy to set up an appointment with the designer. She came and spent as much time as I needed with her and gave me her contact info and answered questions afterward. The back of the drawer was on their truck and they realized it was damaged. So, they called me and scheduled an appointment to fix it. They replaced it within a week. There was only one installer and he was different from the one who did the initial consultation. He cleaned up everything. Quality-wise, I'm very happy with it. It's money well-spent. Everything was great.

I looked at some of Closet Factory's works online. The closets done by one of the people that work for Closet Factory seemed very nice-looking and has lots of different options with configurations. It seemed to fit everything I needed. I got Closet Factory for our master's bedroom closet which came from Italy. We went through a couple of choices of color and ended up in matching the grain, the wood, and the paneling. I was working with their rep, Andrew, and he sent me pictures of integration and designs that he thought would be a good match even before we went ahead with the installation because I wanted to go over the materials. We chatted over the phone and discussed the options we'd like for our closet and the work that he's done. I saw what would work, what wouldn't work and how he put it together.

My friend Davis owns a franchise of Closet Factory in Little Rock so I called the number in the ad in the paper. I had a home office done, and then I had my closets redone. I explained what I needed to the designer and the installation was great. However, I needed another thing put in because I requested it and they came out and re-did that.

I've used The Closet Factory on two projects in my home - a laundry room and large wardrobe in my bedroom. Both times I used Noel ** to design them and she was fantastic! She worked with me so every detail was perfect and the installation process was organized and efficient. The guys didn't stop until the cabinets were exactly right and I get so many compliments on my laundry room because it's beautiful! I had an idea in my head and Noel didn't stop brainstorming until it was a reality. I'd highly recommend this company.

I had Closet Factory install a hanging wardrobe, dressers, and mirrors. The designer was very good and the installation was satisfactory. They've met my expectations.

In an ad of Closet Factory in the Bend Living magazine, I noticed that they did what we were looking for our office. So, I called their number and they said they would send somebody out to contact. I was going to get two opinions, but after I met with Closet Factory’s representative, I was very pleased with what I heard and what they can do. So, I didn't continue to get another opinion. A designer came, his name was Andrew, and he was very prompt, cordial and professional. He took time to explain then he designed what I wanted. It took a bit of time to do that but he listened to what I wanted. He sent me drawings and we corresponded through email. He and I made changes and we did that several times until we reached the final drawing. Then he came back to the house and we finalized the drawing, the dimensions, and the materials to be used, and we placed the order. That very day, a delivery date was given.

Closet Factory's sales rep was very helpful and I chose to work with them based on the quoting experience. The designer, Ed was very good, courteous and knowledgeable. He came out here twice for a redesign and was prompt. Everything, including timing, was exactly as he said it. The installers even got done ahead of schedule so they were very good. I had the built-in closet, closets with drawers, cabinets, hanging things and custom shelves installed in my master bedroom and Closet Factory did awesome work.

We had multiple Closet Factory products installed. These are their basic products and they're probably on the lower end of what they do. Their designers were very good and efficient. The installation was also easy. The installers came out on time and I never had any issues with them. We had a follow-up appointment once after the installation and Closet Factory was able to resolve them.

My husband’s company used Closet Factory for years. They installed white melamine closets for the entire house. The designer went over the design layout, how we wanted it and the best function. Also, the installation was great and I didn't get bombarded with questions since they had good notes and good layout. The communication and the detail for the layout to where it was easy to install were great too. Overall, it was fabulous.

I called a few companies but I can't stand to wait. Closet Factory came out right away and was the first appointment. The designer was great. He was very professional and experienced, and he knew what he was doing. He measured everything up and helped me design what would be best for me as far as long clothes and drawers were concerned. The installation was smooth and perfect and the workers went in and out. The only negative is that they're so expensive but all of the closet companies are. Besides, my closet is beautiful and it has a base at the bottom so it looks very well done. Everything went great.

Closet Factory installed a walk-in closet and also transformed the pantry downstairs to a coat closet. Their designer came over and got the design very efficiently and professionally. She talked us through the process. The installation was good as well and the guys came in quick and clean Overall, it was a great experience with Closet Factory and I would recommend them others.

We had three different estimates from Closet Factory, Closet Corporation and Closet Fabulous. They're all very similar in names and price-wise, everyone was fairly in the same ballpark. But we used Closet Factory because of the girl that came out and walked the space with us. She was the most thorough and the most helpful of them. She's also very knowledgeable and had the best input and ideas.

I liked that Closet Factory had their attention to my details, not theirs. They worked to make my space what I was looking for instead of trying to offer me packages. The designer was very receptive to the ideas that I brought to the table and she incorporated most of them. Then when the ideas that I wanted didn't fit or couldn't function the way that I had hoped, she explained to me why and gave me a good alternative. And then the installation was very neat, quiet and quick. They sent out a full crew out and in a day and a half, they were completely done. We also did one follow-up walk-through to make sure everything functions. The owners came out and showed me how everything works. Closet Factory was very responsive and my experience has been easy, timely, and pleasant overall.

Someone on the construction site recommended Closet Factory and compared to the two other quotes I got, the price from Closet Factory was very competitive. I bought their products for a lower price. I had them do full closets or master bedroom closets. It's a separate closet room. There were several calls with the designer and they proposed a design and I compared it to someone else. Then they gave me back their ideas and we decided it over three emails. The installation team came the day that they promised they would and finished it all in the same day. Plus, they did not scratch my brand-new floors. That was what I was looking for. The person I dealt with is the owner of the franchise. He was very helpful, followed the design and was reachable at all hours. He was there and was eager to get the business and was easy to deal with. They’re decent people. I had a good experience with them and I would recommend them to a friend.

Many moons ago, we saw Closet Factory at the fairgrounds where they used to do home things. They were very nice and willing to come out here and give a pre-assessment. And I am not just around the corner from them, so that made a big impression on me and my husband. Back then, there was no designer. The owner and the builder were the only two at that time that were working. We got them when they were first starting and they were really good. They were also very patient. My husband had a lot of special needs and they were perfectly willing and happy to accommodate him. And at that time, the price was extremely reasonable. They did an entertainment center, places to put his VHS tapes, adjustable shelves, a desk area that took up a 15-ft. wall, upper cabinets, full extension drawers, places where the computer sat on the desk and underneath the shelf to pull out all the way for the keyboard for him.

I called two numbers and Closet Factory called back first. The designer, Isabelle, was really wonderful, very accommodating and patient because I had never done this before so I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Her comments were very constructive and it just made dealing with her very, very easy. I had shelving and places to hang clothes. I only have three or four closets otherwise I’d do the whole apartment. The installation crew were very nice, efficient and came when they were supposed to. They went into the bedroom and had everything they needed and weren't running in and out for supplies. These people knew what they had to do because I have no patience for incompetency. They weren't doing a whole lot of chatting, did their job and it was done.

Somebody who used Closet Factory gave me a recommendation and said it was good so I called Closet Factory. The sales representative Dana was very good and helpful and I liked her personality. We had a brand new house so she designed our master bedroom's closet. We put in a pull-out ironing board, two shelve dressers with five drawers on either side, shoe racks from the top to the bottom, a long hang and several short hangs. She did a nice job.

I looked at some of the reviews on the internet and compared Closet Factory to some of the other places. There were two showroom stores that they had. One was closer to me and the other was about 30 minutes away. I drove to both and I liked what I saw, so we decided to go with them. I had two closets, a his and hers closet, they’re both in the master bedroom. Their designer came over a few times with a couple of different designs that I wanted. Once we finally made the decision on the design, we went over the whole finances and went from there. She scheduled me for a date and the installers came on time and installed it, just as planned. The only problem I had overall was just one piece of the hanger was broken on the spiral hanger and they replaced that the next day, as soon as they came in, so it was no issue. It was very satisfying and met all of my expectations.

I also have the ones for hanging long clothes and for short clothes as well. The installation team was fine. I might have them come out again for some other closets because I have a laundry room that I want to do. I had a good experience with Closet Factory.

I Googled what I was looking for and Closet Factory came up as one of the references. The designer was very good. The installers came in and they were supposed to take two days doing the three closets but got it done in one day. So, it was awesome. I wish one day I can have a closet like they did for my job for my personal use. It was a little pricey but that's what we were paying for. We knew we were going to pay for a good service and that's why there are no complaints. I would recommend them to friends and anyone.

Anna from Closet Factory is a good friend of mine and I knew about the company by talking to her. She knew I had moved in a duplex at Lakewood Golf Club and had redone the entire duplex. It had no closets and has a huge area where a closet evidently had been. The rooms remained the same but there was nothing in it. Anna said they'll take care of it. She drew out the plans, spent a lot of time going through her computer, showing me all the different designs and things I could have if I wanted them, and it was all nice to see on a computer. She also had the book but I mainly looked at the computer to select what we wanted to do and how to do it. Anna was able to look at what I had and tell me how much hanging space and how many drawers and open shelves I needed. She did the whole thing and it worked nicely. She did a beautiful job.

I had Closet Factory install drawers and shelving in the bedroom. The designer showed me things in the book and I told her what I wanted and she was very good and helpful. The installer who came out was very efficient. I was so impressed that he did that whole thing himself. He was very good, quiet and personable as well. But, the two doors that they had didn't work. So, they had to order new doors and the installer came back and put them on. It turned out fantastic and I love the quality. Closet Factory has wonderful products and the people that I worked with were great.

I looked at some other options but Closet Factory's price seemed right and exactly what I wanted so I hired them to do our custom-made shoe rack. My wife is Asian and we take our shoes off when in the house. The shoe rack is very tall and it looks beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted and it's also adjustable so if ever we sold our house, someone can use it as a pantry too.

I had Closet Factory install their standard-type shelving on the drawers for our master bedroom closet and second bedroom closet. I thought they did okay. My husband’s 6’6” and the design was intended so that the hanging space for his clothes would be longer. He has extra-long shirts and extra-long suit coats, but they installed it for somebody who is six-foot tall. So, when we began moving in and started putting our stuff away, we realized that we had to take some shelves out and move all of the hanging space to accommodate his clothes. Their designer was certainly pleasant, but whoever installed it couldn’t read the design plan. My experience with them was adequate, but if I had to do it again, I’d go with another company.

Closet Factory seemed the easiest to work with. Their website was easy to navigate, they were very responsive when I sent a message and their price was very competitive with everything else that I saw. I had a shelving put into my family room. The designer was very professional and friendly. She knew her stuff and made everything very easy. The installers were also very professional and worked much harder than I expected. They stayed until the job was done which was late. It took longer than they thought it was going to take, but they didn’t complain. They just did the job which was nice.

Closet Factory has done a lot of work for me. And I enjoy working with their woman designer there, Jean. She helped me with my closets, laundry room and recently, my garage. The installation experiences went excellently. There was a couple of missing handles but she took care of it. I have highly recommended Closet Factory to other friends because of her.

We have moved into a new house and we needed more storage space. I like Closet Factory's design and the price was competitive. We had them install mostly shelving. My interactions with their designer were great and her designs were exactly what we are looking for. One guy came in and did the installation super quick and super easy. My needs were effectively resolved. Experience with them has been very easy and professional. I would definitely return again. If we needed something, they would be my first call.

I needed custom wardrobes installed and Closet Factory seemed to specialize in free-standing units. From what I saw and read on their website, they were not just putting organization systems inside closets. They seemed to have a bit more specialty as opposed to others that just showed closets. I got one other estimate and it was approximately the same but Closet Factory has better designs. Their design consultant did a good job. She knew what we were talking about given her design background. I could tell that the designer makes a very big difference because we subsequently used another company for a different unit, like a media unit, and we were superbly unhappy with it. On the other hand, the installation was fine. They did all three free-standing external wardrobes in one day. So, we’re happy with them. Overall, it has been a professional, creative, and functional experience.

We had a wet bar in our family room that we didn't want and it was in the house when it was built. We needed more storage space, so we decided we'd do away with that and have some sliding drawers, shelves and doors put in there instead. I was looking on the internet and came across Closet Factory. Their items looked good and they were not very far from us so I went with them. I checked another place for estimates, but they were not flexible. The designer Closet Factory sent was absolutely wonderful. She has a can-do attitude, she knew her business and she made suggestions. She followed up several times and came right over when I made a couple of changes. It was a pleasant experience the whole time. It wasn't a huge job but the installer was very good. We had a very good experience with every phase of the installation. Everything worked right away. We would definitely use Closet Factory again.

The Closet Factory in Connecticut was phenomenal. Their price is pretty good and they worked with me. We have the medium and small sized enclosed shelf where one of which was the splitter in the middle installed. Then we also had double hangers, the rags, the clothes, and then we had shelves on the top. Their designer was very good. But, the first installer who came accidentally nicked one of the wood. I only noticed it after I was cleaning it. But then, the owner of the site was very accommodating and they fixed it right away. So overall, Closet Factory did a great job on that closet and I absolutely loved it. I'm very pleased with the product.

Closet Factory had a better price than the other estimate I got so I decided to go with them. The Closet Factory designer came over and then we talked over the phone after that. There was some price negotiation that happened. She contacted me afterward and asked if everything was okay. She was easy to get a hold of and they came in and installed it. I had one full closet done in my bedroom by them. Overall, it was an easy process and my experience with Closet Factory was good.

We had four walk-in closets installed by Closet Factory. They have a better price compared to the other five other estimates I got. Also, the designer went to FIT and her plan exceeded everyone’s and she's the reason why we went with them. She looked at all the other plans and calculated all the square footage that we would be utilizing. She just really optimized the space really well and it was planned, done very professionally and very quickly too. Plus, there was only one person who did everything in a day. But there were some things that were missing because we had the Valet. But they didn’t charge us until everything was completed and once they came in, they didn’t charge us fully because it took a lot longer, which was great. For my next home, I would definitely use them again.

We were looking for a wall bed because there aren’t that many people who have it. We had Closet Factory install it in the bedroom. The designer was very professional and I had no problem at all. He came out, measured and talked about options. It was great. There were two installers and they did a good job. It was an excellent service.

I was trying to create a TV entertainment center and the California Closet person that I had some work done before never got back to me. I also had somebody local from Portland Closets, but the kid had no customer service. He screwed with the box and said that this was what they can do and it's the standard material. I didn't like him so that was the end of that. But the designer from Closet Factory who came out was understanding and I really liked her. She had some ideas and she explained the materials to me. She knew I was trying to create something and I didn't want to get rid of a piece of furniture that was there. She was a good person in terms of listening to what I want and what they could do.

Closet Factory has a very professional customer service and Macy, the representative who I had, was very, very, handy. I can call her any time of the day. She calls me back and gives me a lot of ideas and she worked with me. The installation team was great too. They had put three closets in my basement and built an entertainment TV stand center, and they were beautiful. I love what they built. Everything is in working order, looks clean and precise. I am very, very satisfied with Closet World’s excellent work and I can’t wait to use them again.

A friend of mine, Lisa, told me about Closet Factory and I went with them. I bought a closet, pantry, washer and dryer then I also got a closet for guns and a big built-in entertainment center with closets and the TV. I worked with a couple of their designers who were both nice. The installation crew was also nice. I was supposed to call them but I got busy because the drawer with a key doesn't close and doesn't work well in one of my kids' closets.

I googled Closet Factory and picked them due to their reviews. Their designer was great, as well as the guy who installed my unit. He was by himself and he did the whole thing. I'm on the second floor and he did an awesome job. But I put in a call because one of the drawers doesn't shut properly. The installer showed me how to take it out and put it back in. I did that once, but it's not closing all the way. I left a message to a lady and she called me back and told me that she knew how to do it. She told me that there are little brackets inside that are different colors and I just needed to know if they had to be switched a certain way for the drawer to go in. I was never able to call her back, but she has the information I need. Overall, I had a very good experience. I showed my closet to everybody on the planet and I've told a lot of people about Closet Factory.

It has been a great experience with Closet Factory. I've used them twice. The first one was for my laundry room and this time I bought a new closet. The installation experience was fine. It was quick and professional. Everything was measured and fit perfectly. However, after the installation, two shelves were missing so their designer, Jackie, brought and installed them. Jackie is the best. In fact, I just recommended her to my friend.

Closet Factory installed a walk-in closet in the master bedroom of the house we're selling and it has worked out so well. The designer was excellent and very informative. She knew exactly what she was doing as far as the measurements and getting the most use out of the closets that we possibly could. She was also very good at following up on things. Then it's a one-man installation and he was terrific, so conscientious, so neat, and very careful not to mess up the floors. He was absolutely wonderful and very polite. I would definitely recommend Closet Factory to anyone who asks. Everyone who looked at the closet seems to love it.

Closet Factory was a lot more affordable and feasible than other closet companies. Plus I was also happy with the outcome of the meeting that I had. Our design rep was very courteous, pleasant to talk to and very helpful. The installer was also really good. He was on time and clean. We had to wait 60 days before we can have our closet installed but they delivered what they promised and were pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend them.

I reached out to Closet Factory and then a lady met me at our model home and gave me their price. Their designer was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. A guy came to install the closets and he was scheduled for the whole day but he finished early. They did my master closet. There's an area where I can hang dresses and another area for hanging suits. There are lots of shelves in there and I got a tie rack as well. Closet Factory has good quality product. It has only been a year but their product seems to be holding up well. It was a relatively painless experience.

I had a solid shelf put in, two closets and then a custom closet. I didn’t get any other estimates because I was so crazy about Sarah, the designer from Closet Factory. She’s great and I told all my friends that if they need a closet done, that’s who they need to get. I’ve had several things done to the house and Closet Factory is by far the best contractor I’ve dealt with since we built this house. The installers were professional, clean and courteous. After the installation, Sarah came by and I ended up getting more shelving and fixtures. She was very prompt and wonderful to deal with. I could not be happier with my experience.

I heard of Closet Factory in Pittsburgh and then I Googled them. I was getting estimates and had somebody come and discuss what I wanted to do. I enjoyed the company of Connie, the designer. I liked her ideas and sales approach. We got along well and that made me decide to choose them. She's going to come help me with the home office. The first room was turning a small bedroom into a walk-in closet. The installation was fantastic and it went smoothly. The gentlemen were very clean, respectable and quick. They're remarkable. Quality-wise, it’s great. I didn't have any problems at all and they would come highly-recommended from me.

Closet Factory said the appointment for the consultation is free and they were very nice and did a good job, so we just move forward with them. I didn't even try another company. We had them do our master bedroom closet. They assessed our clothes and everything that we had in there and did well to make the space better. Installation took two days. The guy that did it was nice and great. It was quick, on time and it looks good. I would recommend them.

We had a big master closet for the first time that we were sharing. We moved into a new home so we definitely had to customize it to meet our needs and Closet Factory did that for us. We had gone on the internet and shopped around. We did a price comparison and got two other estimates. But then, the Closet Factory designer came out. She and my wife connected pretty good and that was the selling point for us.

I like the fact that Closet Factory was local and even though it's a chain now, it started from a local family in Jeannette who've been doing this stuff for a long time. We've used them on three different projects with Lacey as our designer. She's very flexible and has all sorts of great ideas that we never even thought of or came up with. She's great at tweaking things and making them fit our needs and we would look at the drawings and tell her we liked those instead. Each one was definitely not a one-size-fits-all project. And right now, there's another project that Lacey is in the middle of designing for us.

I have a friend who owned the local Closet Factory, and so I decided to give them a try. I had them install two closets, the pantry, and the garage. My interactions with their designer were great and the installation was all good.

The quality of Closet Factory products are as good as one of their competitors and their price is better, too. I had them install complete master closets, a secondary bedroom closet, and a Murphy bed. Their designer was extremely confident. And she provided me her best estimate versus trying to give me a price where I could say no. The installation began the day they promised. They completed the master closets in the timeframe they told me and then started the secondary closet and Murphy bed on the date and time they said. They did what they said they were going to do and provided what they said they were going to provide. And I'm very satisfied with their product. It was overall a very good experience.

We went to the home show in Raleigh and we were impressed that Closet Factory could design the closet and we could see it, whereas other ones didn’t have that. Also, Julia was very professional and good so it was an easy decision. The designer was very easy to talk to and she worked with me. Even their installers were great. I had the cabinetry done. In the center is like a mirror with granite and on each side, I had a windowed cabinetry for my handbags and shoes. It's really nice. It was an all-around great experience and I love the closet.

Two years back, we've done some work with Closet Factory and we liked the person. She had suggested some ideas previously and I liked the neatness of the work so we chose to go with her again. This time, we did some custom office setup. We had some specific empty area that we wanted to make a kid's desk for, with certain limitations and a little bit of contemporary look. I did some research and showed her some ideas and then we went from there. She tried to understand our need which was a little bit of rate-specific and color-coding. We did not want to go with the standard one so she provided us with many options and there was total professionalism.

We decided to go with them after a presentation from their designer. She came prepared and discussed everything. She followed up before we even met and after we met with all of the information we had discussed. I felt like they were truly interested in helping.

The Closet Factory has the looks, the design and the quality. Interactions with the designer went very well, and they helped with the design process. They also sent the drawing. The installation team showed up on time. They came in the morning and completed the installation by the afternoon. Everyone did a good job and they helped with everything from start to finish.

I used Closet Factory about nine years ago and I liked their representative. The designer really worked with me on what my vision was and did a very good job of helping realize that vision and delivering what I saw into the closet. I talked with the installation group and they made sure what was coming into the closet was what I was wanting. They installed cabinets, ballet poles, and hanger racks. It was a big closet so they took a couple of days. It's been a great experience and if I could I'd have them do all of my closets.

I found Closet Factory on Houzz and had two bedroom closets installed. They were both walk-in closets that have hanging rods and one had a jewelry drawer with velvet line jewelry dividers and a belt hanger. But a follow-up appointment was needed and they had to come back and do a couple of very small things. I had very good communication with the female. She knew the product and had very good design ideas. It was a very good experience.

The designer at Closet Factory was more helpful than the other one I interviewed. She was able to draw stuff and communicate to us what happened. I had them install drawers and hanging rods in the bedroom and it was fine. All in all, they did what we asked them to do.

I had a couple people come out and give me pricing and I really felt a good rapport with Matt from Closet Factory. He gave me a really good deal compared to everybody else. He was easy going, had a good level of knowledge, and really personable. I went with a cheaper version of the closing closet which looked like something that I'll able to talk in a store. It's a good quality. I got what I wanted and it's good for what I pay for. The sales experience was good. I was given an estimate and it took about four hours. But it was still good. They cleaned up well and did a nice job. It looked professional. They took the molding off the wall, like the crown molding at the bottom and they reinstalled it around the custom shelving and it looked nice. Excellent service, very friendly and easy. I recommended Matt to a friend of mine and she's going to be using him as well with one of their projects.

I had lived in the house for a year and been planning to remodel. I'd drive by the Closet Factory building every other day and saw the quality of their workmanship so I had them install a master closet. The designer was very professional and knew what she was doing. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was there for about six hours. I was very pleased with the work that they did.

We had them install a master bedroom closet and their designer was very good. The one who installed our unit was good as well. He spent two days installing the unit, and everything came out well.

We were looking to have a Murphy bed made and Closet Factory was one of the companies that made them. We also really liked the owners and the gentleman we worked with. Our discussion with the designer was very professional and specific. We got a wall bed with two side cabinets and he was very interested in making this piece of furniture to our specifications. It took them about eight weeks from creating the bed to installing it. It was installed in another home of ours and it was the owner and somebody else that came and did it. Although I wasn't present during installation, I understand from the people there that it all went very smoothly. We love the bed. The experience was very satisfactory and I've already recommended them to a friend.

I did three estimates and the reason I chose Closet Factory was the price and I like the designer they sent out. She was always on time and kept me in the loop. I called her once or twice when I thought of something different for the laundry room. She was always right back to me and sent me the drawings. I liked her designs best. I got shelving, a thing to hold shoes and then in my laundry room, I did the cabinet with the countertop and a small closet that was divided in half. One half is small and not very wide but it's for hanging and the other half is for brooms.
