We love love love our Blue World Pool that we have had now for about one year. We have the 24 round and is perfect for our family. The whole experience of purchasing, setting up, starting up and maintaining has been a 5* experience. The people are nice and very accessible, rarely have I spoke with a recorder. They talked us through the winterization process and were there when we had questions early summer. The pool is beautiful and we get so many compliments on it because it is so strong and professional grade. It has never turned green, easy maintenance .

We contacted Blue World Pools last year. They sent a sale rep out to look at our property and decide where the best place to install the pool was. After agreeing on a very reasonable price, we agreed to have the pool installed. After enduring a few delays due to Mother Nature, the pool was finally installed. We used the pool numerous times last summer. We are getting ready to undo the winterizing and have the pool filled. We are looking forward to another great year of use with our pool.

I do not recommend anyone to the place. They give you a price and once they send someone out the price goes way up. They advertise an econoline pool for $299 which is not true. When it's over it will cost you $2000. Then they want you to upgrade to the midline - which will cost you $15,000. I was even told I could purchase the pool for $299 and install myself. But when called to do so, that isn't allowed. Very unhappy with the time wasted on this. And my kids getting their hopes up just to be let down!!!!!

We were very please with the setup of our pool. The gentleman that installed were very polite and knowledgeable of the pool and the system. They were able to answer all of our questions and made sure that they answered them before they left. They also were very clean and made sure that everything was great before they left. The pool is very easy to clean and maintain. We are very satisfied with our purchase. Everyone that we talked to from the salesman, installer, and customer service were all very friendly and able to answer all our questions. The only thing that we were not informed of was that the pool ionizer needs to be replaced yearly. I would only recommend that they give a manual that has the levels the pool needs to be at; however, we called and they gave us the information. We just think it would be easier in a little manual or pamphlet - that way it is easy to get to when needed. Our family loves to get in the pool to relax after work, to play with kids, and it's great for family get-togethers. There is plenty of room for all of us.

We, like so many other people had seen the Blue World Pool commercials and decided to make the call. We are so happy we did, within a few days a Blue World Pool representative was at our door. We just happened to be his very first customer out of training and obviously he did a great job!! He was very well-mannered, polite and confident. He explained the whole process of the ionizing and filter and how it worked and how using this system can save money compared to the standard chemical system. He also showed us the different liners, styles and sizes that Blue World Pool has to offer, but most importantly he was able to get financing and payment date within our budget!

I was very skeptical of Blue World coming into my home and having to listen to the same old long presentation with, at the end, a product you can not afford. However, as the salesman kept talking, I became more interested. Then of course in my mind I am thinking, OK how much? I can honestly say from options on the pools, financing and install, this company has come through. Every question we have had, they have an answer. They answer the phone and respond. I am very impressed and would highly recommend them to visit your family for a swimming pool.

It has been a pleasure owning our new pool. Working with Blue World Pool Company was easy from start to end. The installers were exceptionally hard workers and did a fantastic job.

We made an appointment and they went through all of our options. We had multiple choices and had assistance finding the right choice for us. The payment arrangements are very convenient. The installation process was completely finished in one day! We watched the leveling of the ground, and assembly process. The crew installing our pool were very professional and knew what they were doing. The overall experience with Blue World Pools was absolutely satisfactory. They did an incredible job and we couldn't be more thankful.

I real love our Blue World Pool. It help with the therapy on my legs and arms. It is nice to get in on hot days. It is easy to take care of. My whole family love the pool. We have in a around the pool. Every day my mom and dad get in it a lot. They say it help them relax and they have not been swimming in over 30 years. We just love the pool. I think if you get one, you would love yours just as much as we love ours.

The salesman Paul was a very nice man. He explained everything to us on the sizes and the prices and financing of the pool. The installer Glen called and was very nice. He showed up on time and did a great job installing our new pool. Cleaned up the mess and explained everything to us. We were very pleased with Glen. He is a very nice man. I would recommend Blue world Pools. We love Our Pool.

We are a recently retired military family, and just bought our first home after 21 years of living in military housing. A pool of our own is something we knew we wanted as soon as we moved in. I can't believe how easy this entire process was! We were going to purchase a pool from a local pool business until I saw a commercial advertising "Blue World Pools". I thought it looked interesting, so I called the number on the screen.

Wonderful product and service. My family loves our pool and we use it every chance we get. The low amount of chemicals is a plus as far as health is concerned and I am comforted knowing we are not harming ourselves with harsh contents. Less chemicals also means less maintenance which is always a good thing. Excellent for parties and family get-togethers, which is a definite strong suit for our family. Friendly staff met all of our needs and handled any questions and concerns in a timely manner. One on one consultation was a huge factor in our decision to choose Blue World Pools.

We needed a pool that would stand the test of time and become a permanent form of entertainment and landscape in our backyard. The pool we received from Blue World has become exactly that! The installers were great and had the pool up in a matter of one afternoon. By the next afternoon we were swimming. We've had the pool for a few months and have spent very little money, effort or time keeping the pool clean! I am very pleased we decided to go the Blue World route for our pool needs instead of a DIY kit or another company!

The set up of the pool in its location that was picked was excellent. It's easy access and when we are ready, will be building a deck from the house to the pool. We have disabled individuals that will be able to access the pool with ease when deck is done. The ladder locks out of reach of the little ones which is great to prevent little ones from climbing. Were in the process of doing some landscape work around the pool. Our yard is on a small incline. The contractor did a lot of work to the the area for the pool. It came out excellent. Will submit pictures at a later time, when kids come to help me. I'm not knowledgeable in that area so sorry.

We called to get them to come out to talk about getting a pool, they came out to our house two days later! They helped explain everything to us. It was one of the best things we have ever done. They answered every question we had, and they had answers for everything! Our kids love the pool! Its easy to take care of, so its great. The kids can help because you don't have to do much. Anyone thinking about getting a pool really need to call Blue World! The best service you could want! We love that it brought our family together! So thank you Blue World pools!!

We have loved our pool we purchased at Blue World Pools! The guys who installed the pool was nice! The kids always have a blast playing in the pool! The pool is less maintenance than most pools, therefore you have more time to enjoy relaxing in the pool rather than cleaning it. We have really enjoyed our pool! It's great for kids! There will be no more hurting red eyes from the chlorine in pool!! The pool is big enough for the whole family to get in and enjoy at the same time! It great for the kid's birthday parties or even family get togethers. We love our pool!

Blue World Pools is the best pool! We sat down with the salesman, he told us about the 299 dollar pool. After his pitch he showed us the beautiful pool that we just had to have! It wasn't the 299 dollar one and yes it was a lot more pricey!! But it was the one that the wife and I wanted. So we decided to purchase the middle package pool, even though we made the right choice! A month later the wife and I and our 5 children were enjoying our brand new beautiful pool!

We were so shocked by the ease and quickness of the whole process with Blue World Pools. From selecting the right pool for our family, maintenance, and financing. Our beautiful pool was installed in one day. Our yard looks great with the new addition. Now we can beat the summer heat from the luxury of our own home. Thanks Blue World!

I bought a pool from Blue World Pools and it was awesome!! Best pool EVER!!

We got our Blue World Pool last year just in time for our 4th of July party. Everyone had a great time. The pool is so easy to take care of, without spending a lot of money. If you want to have a great time in your own yard, you should check out Blue World Pools. The installers come out in a timely manner to set up the pool only took one day. We love our pool.

We purchased the 24' Midline Round Pool. They made the entire process very easy. The sales rep was great and helped us make the right decision for the type of pool. The pool was delivered and professionally installed when promised. Once the pool was up they supported us in the initial filling and preparation of the pool for swimming. All in all this was a great experience - 5 Stars across the board. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a quality pool.

We looked around for a pool and figured we get one whenever we felt it was the right time. We didn't know how much a pool was or that there was differences in the quality of a pool. We had one before and had someone come and set it up. Ended up taking about 2 weeks or more. Had a hard time keeping up with the installer and his helper. His helper did some of the work, when he wasn't sleeping in his truck. This time we found Blue World Pools and gave them a call. We found out that there was a big difference in pool quality, using less chemicals, just all kinds of information. The representative that explained it all to us, including the warranty and left it up to us to decide. They were very helpful in all questions we had and more.

Purchase our 18-ft round pool on July 2013. The sales person that came over was determine to sell us a pool - giving us one-day deals, showing my wife and I everything about the pool, what they will do, like buying a car. I loved the sales process because we received an excellent deal for our pool comparing to other companies I looked at. Installation was good and fast, no problems. They did needed to come back to re-level the pool, which I did not have any hassles on bring the installers back. If you are ready for an above ground pool, Blue World Pools is an excellent place to buy one. They do not forget you once the pool is set-up and back-up what they say. Only sad thing my wife and I have with the pool - wish I could have gotten the 24-ft one. Did not know we were going to have this much fun, and very easy to maintain.

I've been a Blue World Pool owner for a year now. I'm super impressed with the quality of my pool. The pool requires so little maintenance to stay clean and the filtration system is energy-efficient and eco-friendly!

I have enjoyed my experience with Blue World Pools. When Brian came to put the pool up, he was very nice and explained everything to me how to take care of the pool. Also we have enjoyed the pool and my son that was 3 at the time loved the pool very much. Sorry I don't have any images of the pool.

I love the hot summers again in VA with our new pool from Blue World Pools. We decided to upgrade our old pool April 2013 and after several months researching, we decided on Blue World. We have really enjoyed our pool. It practically takes care of itself. It's so easy to maintain that we have had a lot of time to enjoy the pool. The customer service has also been excellent with Blue World Pools. They have answered all my questions and been there every time I needed them. There is nothing better than coming home on a hot day to jump in the amazing pool that Blue World Pool installed for us.

Working with the salesperson and finance area was a wonderful and easy experience. The salesperson came out to our home and we went over what would be a good match for our yard size. He explained everything in full details and was very professional and polite. The finance department has been wonderful to work with too. Never any issues or misunderstandings. The installers that came out were also very polite and professional. The pool was exactly what they said it would be and the installers went over everything regarding the pool. My wife and I bought a 24 foot circular pool a year ago. She wanted it so that she could exercise to help her with making changes in her life. We had the family over on a number of occasions who all enjoyed it, and made it worth buying.

The Blue World Pools salesman was very informative and explained everything! The construction of the pool is very strong and durable!!!!! Everybody that we dealt with was very professional and helpful! The pool builders were fast and efficient with putting up the pool!!!! I love how the pump shows the temperature of the water!!!! I love the ionized pool pump, so we don't have to use as many chemicals!!!! We just put 1 or 2 gallons of household bleach in once every week and vacuum every week and the pool was good!!!! I love how the ladder has a built-in locking system, to prevent drowning!!!!!

Since the pool was installed 6 yrs ago, we have had many backyard get-togethers and barbecues.

It is one of the easiest pools to take care of and maintain. They walk you through everything from start to finish. The quality of the pool is of highest material. I had my doubts about the company but was soon put at ease. Everyone was more than helpful and understanding. I recommend this pool my family and friends. We have enjoyed the pool all last summer and cannot wait till the weather is warm enough to get in. We have gotten it all up for the summer season and it was a breeze. We did what they said to do at the end of the season last year and when we uncovered it last weekend and the water was as clear as it was when we closed it down. Like I said all we are waiting on is the tem. to rise. I recommend this system for anyone who has skin problems, or health problems. All in all I could not be more pleased with my pool. We just love it.

I purchased my pool last summer and had a rep come to my house. She was very informative and patient with all my questions. She was sincere and understanding to my financial situation.

The installation guys were extremely nice, installed the pool toot sweet, and were very reassuring how easy it would be to maintain. And guess what? It was exactly as they said. We used it almost every day last summer, and had numerous pool parties for family and friends. During this entire time the water maintained its crystal clear appearance and keeping the water balanced to the standard based on the dipstick testing was extremely easy. This year we are having a contractor install a deck that will butt right up to the pool and to my surprise the cost is extremely reasonable. Personally I feel my decision to do a Blue Pool vs an in-ground pool was/is the right decision.

I am so happy with my purchase of a Blue World Pool! The salesman who came to see me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had called about the cheaper pool, and he explained all about the pool to me. He also explained about the mid-line pool and its features. After hearing the presentation on both pools, I decided to go with the mid-line pool. Shortly after, the installer contacted me to set up a date for my installation. He was such a nice guy! He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. He explained to me every step of the way what he was doing, and why. In no time, my pool was up, the installer explained the opening procedure to me, went over all the paperwork that explained everything to me, and we started filling it with water.

We purchased our pool during the summer of 2011. We haven't had any problems with our pool that a phone call can't fix. We love our pool and glad we chose a pool from Blue World Pools. The kids love inviting their friends over and last year we added a deck and everyone is enjoying it. The experience we have had from the salesman to customer service has been wonderful. No pressure to buy and customer service is always ready to help and are very knowledgeable about the pool. Getting the pool ready for the summer is easy. The instructions are so easy to follow and we don't have to have a lot of chemicals, and that's Great, don't have to spend a lot of money. We love the pool. I have had 3 above grounds pools and this is by far the best quality. I had a small leak with the pipes and it was quickly taken care of by the installer, who by the way had a great attitude.

We purchased a 24' round above ground pool with a salt water filter system from Blue World Pools in the summer of 2013. We had a wonderful summer playing in the pool with all our children and grandchildren. We are now constructing decks and patios and some landscaping to complete our backyard into a beautiful fun and enjoyable backyard because we plan to spend the entire summer in the backyard this summer, lots of bar-b-q's for sure. And instead of having the family picnic at the river it is gonna be right in our backyard this year. We are so excited. I should also mention night time swimming on those hot summer nights is so awesome.

Live, laugh & relax. That's what I get to look forward to now each day when I come home from work during the Summer months. Our Blue World pool has made such a difference to our family. There are so many features that I can't tell you of one that's the best, but for sure the quality assures me our family is safe and can enjoy themselves without worry. A few of the major pluses are the easy care. The ionizer makes summer keep up super simple. I don't have to spend hours and hours trying to balance chemicals. Instead, I can spend those hours floating and relaxing!! The steel walls and wide top rim say quality top to bottom and the wedding cake stairs we got with our pool make it so much easier to get in and out..... Everyone loves it! We can't say enough about our pool and hope you get yours soon to enjoy!

Blue World Pools is the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to professionalism. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I am completely happy with my pool and would recommend it to friends. I have had two pools in the past and they both required chlorine treatments which affected my eyes and hair. This pool operates on a power ionizer chamber and salt which keeps the water clear all year and is 100% better than chlorine. The pool was professionally installed (just as promised). The quality of the pool system is of the highest quality and my experience with the customer service people are exceptional and very helpful and considerate. I am proud of my pool system and highly recommend it.

They were very helpful in helping me decide on the size pool and easy upkeep of the pool... They are highly rated and the installer was very knowledgeable of his job and very helpful to us.

I purchased my pool last summer 2013 and my family has really enjoyed it immensely. It is so easy to maintain and keep up with. I don't need to use chlorine or harsh chemicals and the power ionizer keeps the water sparkling clean. The installation crew were very efficient in their job and did not destroy my yard in any way. They were very thorough in their task. I will recommend Blue World to anybody, especially with the double lifetime warranty that comes with the pool. It is great fun and easy to keep up with.

Blue World Pools is a good company to get your pool from. The pools are 10,000% better than those trash pools you get from your local big box store. The big box pools that you buy there, even the most expensive ones from the big box store, are use 1 year and throw them away pools. Those pools have cheap and crappy pumps that will not even stand one full year of use. The pumps that Blue World Pools use will probably outlast the house you are living in. Most importantly, those "big box" pools use really harsh and smelly chemicals to keep the pool clean and that cost you a small fortune, but not a Blue World Pool. Depending on the size of the pool you purchase, all you use is a simple and cheap bottle of bleach once a week. I personally have the 27 foot diameter pool and use 1 bottle every 4 days. And at about $1 a bottle that is super cheap pool maintenance.

I have to say I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company. My city requires a lot of leg work to have a pool (even above ground). I had some issues getting the permit and the guys at Blue World helped me every time I called to complain that something wasn't being done. I have always been called back in a very reasonable amount of time. They told me the pool would be trouble free and I have to say that it really has been. I didn't get my pool installed till Aug 2013 and I figured living in TX I wouldn't need to winterize. We had a horrible ice storm in Dec and I never winterized the pool. The pump pot broke on me due to the ice and I had it repaired yesterday and my pool was green/black. I filled the pool up today and added a ton of bleach and already it is looking much better. I will just run the filter for a day or so and vacuum and my pool will be ready in a few days.

My husband and I decided to purchase a pool through Blue World Pools in April of 2013. Anytime I had a problem or was confused about I needed to do to run my pool, I called the support number and someone was always so kind to explain things to me. We had one minor glitch. We called support number and the guys who put our pool in were here the next day. My experience with Blue World Pools has been wonderful and I would recommend anyone wanting an above ground well-built pool purchase this company.

I love our pool. We just got it in May 2013. Even though we haven't been able to get in it, whenever we have a question, the service department is very helpful and answers all of them. I recommend this pool to anyone.

I purchased my pool last summer. Blue World Pools was fast, and efficient on setting everything up and getting me in my pool for the summer months. I enjoyed my pool every day last summer! I cannot wait to get back in it this summer!

I got my pool one year ago. The guys who installed it did a great job. The pool is so easy to maintain and my daughter loves it. I loved being able to have a pool without the large cost of below the ground pool. Keeping it maintained over winter was easy as well and required no special care. To open the pool this year I was surprised to see just soon we had it ready to enjoy all summer long. The pool care guys you call at customer service are great and know every little thing about my pool which I also was impressed that I can call and get questions answered quickly and easily.

Blue World Pools is a great company. Our salesman had to come to our house twice because of my mistake, and he was always very friendly and professional. Our installers were great. They stayed until the pool was just like we wanted it and the mess all cleaned up. Most importantly the whole staff was there all along the way and totally kept us informed of what was going on.

We have had our Blue World pool since July 2012. It has provided many, many hours of relaxation, fun and entertainment for my family. It has been virtually maintenance free (as promised) - just add a couple of gallons of Clorox bleach each week and enjoy.

My family and I are very happy with our Blue World Pool. It has encouraged us to have more family time. The pool is deep enough for adults. I am disabled with arthritis, but the ladder and steps with the pool have made it easy for me to enter and exit. The pool helps relieve my arthritis. I like the way the water shoots when the pump is turned on. The pool is maintenance. We basically just add some bleach once a week. The side has a wide enough edge. Persons could construct a deck right against the pool if desired. The width of the pool is large enough for a number of people at the same time. My kids have their friends over. The pool has brought hours of enjoyment for family, friends and neighbors. We thank you so much for our pool. We're looking forward to this summer.

When we made an appointment with A Blue World Pools representative we knew we wanted a pool, had a certain budget, but had no idea what choices were available. After talking at length about our options we decided on a 24ft midline pool. The representative guided us, without pressure, by answering all of our questions. He was very friendly and informative. The installation team came on the day of the appointment, went right to work after verifying the site location, and didn't stop until the work was completed. Tony explained how to use the pump and all of the accessories that came with our pool. I have the chemical balance correct after having the water tested at a pool store and we couldn't be more pleased. Now we just need mother nature to keep these warm days up and we will be swimming and enjoying our pool very soon.

My husband and I were going to do a show pool for Blue World Pools. The in home sales representative was a nice man. We started running all of the numbers and decided we could do better with our finances. When I called this morning 4/15/14 and let every person I talked to what I was wanting their attitude and demeanor completely changed. I do not recommend them. And be sure you read all of their fine print!

The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process of us purchasing the products. When the gentlemen came to install the pool it was done in time and in a proper manner and he was very helpful when it came time to know what is needed to be done with the pool and chemicals and the whole up keep of the pool. Customer service is very helpful as well when it came to any questions we had that needed to be answered as well as any problem we may have ran across they were able to solve. Yes, we would recommend Blue World Pools to friends and family! Thanks!

We recommend Blue World Pools. We bought our pool 5 years ago and it still looks and runs like new. We haven't had any problems with it at all. We live in Florida so our family is able to enjoy the pool most of the year. We winterize it for only a few months, but it is so easy to get up and running afterward. Our entire family and many of our friends absolutely love this pool. We wouldn't trade it for the world.

We were very pleased with Blue World Pools, from the sales lady to the crew that showed up to construct our new pool. The crew worked under less than ideal situations as we were have torrential downpours and worked nonstop until our pool was fully installed.

I purchased a Blue World Pool fourteen years ago. We decided that we would purchase the top of the line. It was the best choice to go with. In the past we have had chlorine pools that we had to take down every year and it was so expensive. Since the purchase of the Blue World Pool we make sure all the debris is off the bottom and the pool is ionized correctly. Only thing we have to store are the ladder and the pump. The beginning of the next season we open the pool and we can see to the bottom. The ionization system does not have an odor, do not have to worry about colored hair turning green or bathing suits wearing out.

We bought an above ground pool due to our daughter's cardiac and hip issues and we didn't have the equity for an in ground. We love the customer service and the pool!!! Our friends are over every weekend during swim season and we couldn't be happier!!! Every time we call with questions (on or off season), they are there to help us and they are always nice!!! I would and have recommended this company. They are really amazing.

We love our pool. We just got it in April 2014. Haven't been able to get in it but the service department has been very helpful and has answered every question that we have had. I would recommended this pool to anyone.

We purchased a pool from Blue World Pools for the so called great price of around $9,000 but the price started at around $15,000 and BWP (Blue World Pools) said they would take some of the price off if we agreed to allow future customers to look at our pool. To this day 7 years later, still no one has come by to look at it. Here is where it gets bad. The problems started about 3 years ago. We started seeing brown spots in the bottom of the pool. Come to find out the underneath of the top rails started to rust and drop pieces of rust on the liner. We call the company BWP. They referred us to the warranty department. We had to pay almost $500.00 for the top rails even though they were "covered" under warranty.

For the price they want you to finance through their finance company, you could buy an in ground pool. Go search on other sites for more objective reviews. These are obviously either paid employees and/or most of America is pretty stupid. Waste of time, do not contact them. They will harass you with phone calls until you set up an appointment. They also morally do a bait and switch with their low end pool at a low cost vs. their high end pools that will cost you if financed $50K by the time you pay them off. From what I've read, everyone has bad credit and requires 28% interest rates.

We loved that Blue World Pool did all the work putting in the pool we picked. We watched the work being done and we're all amazed the pool was up and running in just "One Day!" My family and I have had so much fun in our Blue World Pool last Summer. My 5-year-old Grandson is already asking, "Can we go swimming yet!" He just loves the pool and all the family time we have together hanging out at the pool. We're all looking forward to this summer coming, Friends, Family, FUN! Thanks for our Blue World Pool.

27 ft deluxe. We really are very pleased with the new pool. The maintenance is very low and easy. Whenever I have a problem, the service department is very helpful and polite. They even call back to make sure I've accomplished the task. We love our pool and so do our grandkids! The water is so clear and doesn't hurt the eyes or skin. I've told everyone how easy and chemical free our pool is! They're so jealous!

We have had a great experience with Blue World Pools. We have had our pool for approx. 6yrs and we really have enjoyed the nice sunny days. We get to just sit around the pool, our grand kids usually have pool parties, we just built a nice deck around it so we sit up on the deck and a chaise and enjoy everyone. We have had many comment on where we got it and we tell them and if we have any questions we just call and customer service has been amazing. Absolutely love my pool.

I called Blue World Pools about their pools and was shocked to speak to a live person (this was around 10pm). I was able to arrange a quick appointment for a representative to come to my house. When he came out, he was able to look at my yard and go through their thing (it really takes about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs). I felt really informed about my decision. It took nearly a month to order and install my pool. The installation took nearly the entire day and another day to completely fill it. Once the pool was up and running, I feel it is more difficult to maintain than I was initially led to believe.

I had a Blue World pool installed last summer. It was one of the best investments I've made to my home. The kids love it, we spend almost every day in the pool all summer! I was satisfied with the installation process and timing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the pool. I was given detailed instruction on start up and maintenance and had no problems with either. I'm very anxious for the weather to get warm enough to open the pool again this year! We love our pool. The speed at which it was erected was awesome. We ordered it in July and were swimming two weeks later. I really enjoy the new chemical situation with the ionizer. How simple can it be! Also our swimsuits do not reek of chlorine. My children enjoy doing the easy clean on the sidesides. The liner is very easily cleaned. Even the cleaning of the filter during backwash is very simple. The color of the liner is great for keeping the water cooler. It is so nice to jump in and hit coolness instead of lukewarmness. The quality of the steps is very high quality and durability.

At first we had trouble with first installation of pool, was not level and had sink holes in bottom of floor. Then the side of pool had a bent in it. You all sent another installer out and he DID the job great!!!! We love our pool.. Thanks.

Salesman was knowledgeable and presented the products skillfully. The crew that came to install the pool was professional. They were not used to coming to a rural area to install the pool. They had to drive to a bigger town to get the sand that was needed for the pool. They cleaned up after completing the installation. The chemicals that came with the pool were helpful to stabilize the water.

We purchased our pool towards the end of July and it was installed in August. We loved for the little time we've used it so far. It's easy to maintain and clean. It took them less than 3 hours to install the pool. We purchased the 15X15 round middle style. We didn't purchase the top of the line and it the price was very reasonable.

The installer was great. He was very friendly and did a great job and it only took him a few hours to completely install the pool. We were very please with his work. He explained everything in detail and we were filling the pool with water in no time. We could not believe how fast and smooth it went. We have had many hours of enjoyment in this pool. Our grand children who are 8 and 4 years old have loved it. Especially the 8 year old because he invites the 4 children who live behind us to come over and swim every time he comes. They have all enjoyed the pool all summer.

Bought the pool in June 2009. Sales guy came to the house and was here for hours. Pressured us into buying the most expensive pool which costs $23,000, but then told us we would only have to pay $18,000 if we become a show pool. We agreed to the midline pool that was cheaper. A few days later they called saying we were approved for the financing and that we could get the upgraded pool for the same monthly payments they quoted in the initial meetings. So I agreed and nowhere during the conversation was I told the the term was for 10 years and that they would put a lien on my house which I found out when I went to refinance for lower interest.

Purchased pool from Blue World Pools, kind of nervous at first after reading some reviews. Found that everybody I talked to was very polite, could not believe reviews from my experience. We love the pool, had a small issue but was resolved. Was kept informed and was followed up with to make sure their product was as promised, best pool and customer service.

We recently purchased a 27' Midline pool from Blue World Pools; the sales representative did a wonderful job at explaining the different varieties of pools for purchase. We choose the 27' round pool so that family and friends would be able to come over and enjoy the pool as well. The installation process was great, even though it was not so good weather. The installers did everything they could to make the procedure smooth and explained how everything was being set-up and how it worked. We followed the provided instructions and the water came out crystal clear on the first take. All of the staff answered our entire questions during the purchase of our pool from the sales representative through senior management. We were able to enjoy our pool within a day or two (due to the size). We hope that we can receive the same level of communication when questions or concerns arise in the future regarding our pool. We are comfortable that we made a good choice. In overall we are extremely happy with our pool, and are looking forward for the summer season to return again next year. I ordered a 24' pool from Blue World Pools and was very happy with the results. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and the installation people did a excellent job installing the pool. I have the salt water sand filter system and Ionizer system and it seems to be working very well. I like the fact that I do not smell like chlorine when I get out of the pool. I still have to build a deck for the pool but I have enjoyed the pool so far even without having a deck. I would definitely recommend Blue World Pools to anybody that asks me about my pool.

Our pool was purchased from Blue World Pool in June 2013. We had several above ground pools that we purchased from local retail stores that would only last for one season, which would cost us a fortune in chemicals. Blue World Pool has quality products with a warranty that is unbelievable. Low maintains a gallon of Clorox per week. We have been enjoying the pool, spending a lot of family time together, even our two teenage sons don't mind being around us so much. Two weeks before purchasing the pool from Blue World Pool I had a total hip replacement and I have been doing exercise in the pool that has been helping me a lot. Blue World Pool service department has been amazing. Every question we had they was able to help us. My wife jokingly said, “Those people gone to know who you are just by hearing your voice” because I call so much. But I still get that same kind professional service.

We want you to know we recently purchased the midline pool from Blue World. I think it is the best thing we could have done. It is the most prettiest thing in our backyard now. We swim in this pool almost everyday. I had been having circulation problems, but boy!!!!!!! When I get in the pool my legs feel much, much better, and when I get out I am moving a whole lot better. We saw the commercial on television and called. Mike ** was our salesperson. He came over to our home and he explained every little detail to us. Yes it is just like he said "practically a maintenance free pool." I love waking up in the morning and going to the pool on. Our dog is dying to get into the water, but we have to wait for our deck to be built.

We are very picky individuals, and choosing a pool to fit our lifestyle was no different. We made the decision to go with Blue World after we looked at and discussed other pools and companies. Our best experience with Blue World was the installation crew. They were very open and honest with us from the start! To me, honesty is a huge thing, and we may not always feel everyone is truthful and honest. But the installation crew was amazing. The weather did not cooperate on the day they started on our pool. After traveling 7 hours to the house in Kentucky, they had equipment problems due to the mud and rain. Two days later, they returned and finished the job in a timely manner.

We absolutely love the Blue World Pool. Somebody in our household is in it just about every day since it's been warm enough to be in it. Decking around the outside of it so that makes it even nicer. The guy that put it in, he and her daughter, were very nice. Unfortunately, the last day they were here, it rained cats and dogs and they left a lot of mud and stuff from their vehicle but I've had that fixed and everything is just great. We love it. We had no problems whatsoever.

I purchased a blue line pool and I love it. Its big and beautiful. The rock liner is very nice and the heavy metal Fran we can sit on is great. The no hassle chemical part is even better. It was well worth the money.

Got installed just in time to enjoy the rest of the season. Beautiful pool, high quality pump and filter keeps the water sparkling clear with no chemicals. We were worried that they wouldn't be able to put the new pool in the same spot where our old pool was, but it fits perfect and looks great. Installers were very professional and had it installed in one day.

Ionizer replacement - The fact that we called and were told right away material would ship was a plus for us, so much so, we ordered 2. Although we have had the pool of only 1 year, we are still every excited and even have had a new deck built around it this summer. Enjoyment at its best right out our own back door!

I called and scheduled an appointment. The salesperson that came was very knowledgeable. He answered every question we had. Now we have an awesome 24 ft. Pool. My family is ecstatic with the pool.

Our pool was purchased from Blue World Pool in April 2007. I had wanted a pool for several years. I saw the ad on the television for affordable pools from Blue World Pool. I called for an appointment and now we own a 24 foot pool. We built a large deck around it that made the pool look very welcoming, nice and accommodates a number of people for parties. We love the relaxing feeling of the sparkling water after a long day at work and grandchildren enjoy having over friends to swim with them. During summer when school is out we swim as often as we can that include late night swims. I am now a retired teacher and can swim through September. I love exercising in the pool and I have a scheduled workout that is fun in the water that consists of exercises that are not possible in the house.

After all the upsale we wanted the 299 advertised pool special. Someone got on phone and informed us there was an additional 385 for shipping from Georgia, then proceeded to tell me all the reasons why I could not prepare my site. I'm in construction and have my own equipment and insurance. They still told me no and didn't even have forms to purchase this pool. I don't think it is even available. Very unsatisfied by their deceitful tactics.

I purchased the deluxe model of the Blue World Pool in 2011. Since then each summer has been filled with excitement and family fun. The installation of the pool was completed at the time specified and done in a professional manner where there was no cleanup after installation. I only had to fill the pool with water and start swimming. The installation of the pool has created a fun-filled place for the grandchildren and also a relaxing place in my backyard for the adults to gather and enjoy the atmosphere that's created by adding the pool.

I got my Blue World Pool in 2008 and I couldn't be happier. Years ago I had the headache of a chlorine pool. Big expense, constant care and smell. This pool almost takes care of itself. There's no smell. It costs very little to maintain. Service is great. I needed a new ionizer and called. They knew exactly what I needed and it was in my hands in 2 days. WOW...

I had posted a review back in June about some issues I had with the installation guys but after what started off to be a big mess has ended in a HAPPY customer. Jim from Blue World Pools really made me feel better about the whole thing, from the day the installers left me with an unworking pool to a new team (Eric) coming to my house to fix the issues. He has gone out of his way to take care of this for me! My family and I are excited to know that our pool will be up and working in just less than 2 hours. We bought our pool about 5 or 6 years ago and we love it. We have had many parties since getting the pool: birthday parties, pool parties, even a Halloween party using the pool to float bones and a fog machine to add the spooky factor! I use the pool to exercise and it helps relieve pain from arthritis and Fibromyalgia. One reason we really enjoy the pool is that it is not difficult to maintain, and the water has a beautiful clear sparkle!

I have had my pool since 2008 and love it. It's almost maintenance free. I replace the ionizer chamber once a year and add Clorox about once per week. Run the vacuum and have fun. After having a bad customer service experience on yesterday morning, I spoke with Mario in service who was very nice to me and he ordered a replacement part for the clear cap that I posted a bad review about on July 1st. The part arrived today July 2nd, and my installer, Kerbin aka Rocky, came over right away and fixed it. My system is now running smooth and my kids are enjoying their new pool. I have changed my feeling about Blue World Pools thanks to the fast actions of Mario ordering the parts and the fast reaction of my installer Kerbin getting the parts on my pool system.

We have no complaints with Blue World Pools, but rather the contrary. We recommend them. We've had our pool since 2008 and have been very happy. The company staff and installers were all very helpful, informative, and available whenever we needed them, even after the purchase and installation. A good product and a good company!

I have read the complaints on Blue World Pools and I have to say that I do not agree. I guess it's just a matter of opinion. I have had no issues with Blue World Pools. We purchased a pool off of Blue World Pool and haven't had much luck with it. The guy that set it up really didn't go over on what we were supposed to do and was late setting it up. Then they said we had getaway vacations that we could use anytime we wanted if we upgraded but now, when I'm trying to use the vacation, I can't get a hold of anyone where they did vacation through. I called Blue World Pool and told them, and they were supposed to call me back. They never did and they never told me that I have to give this place money to set up a vacation. I am very unhappy with Blue World Pool.

In 2006, a gentleman came to my door unexpected. He was a rep for Blue World Pools. We began to talk and as he could see I was interested in buying a pool. We actually signed a contract that day. I was very excited because after reviewing all his information, I was impressed. The TV commercial just didn't do justice to all that Blue World had to offer. I was expecting a small pool for around $300 but instead ended up ordering an 18' round pool.

We purchased our pool in 2012. We are very happy with the installation and the service every time we call or need supplies. We do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase an above-ground pool.

In 2007 we ordered our Midline 18' pool. We needed someway for me to exercise with little or no impact (I have two problems with my spine which are progressively getting worse). This pool was the answer to our needs. I can exercise and the water helps support my back. Even better, there is no pain afterwards. Plus I love to swim. The men who put the pool up were very nice. They even put the pool up in the drizzling rain. We didn't have to lift a finger to prepare for or assemble the pool. Anytime we have a question, I just call and they find an answer. Thank you for all your help. It is nice to be able to get help when you need it and not feel silly about asking for the help or asking questions.

We bought our Blue World Pool about 4 or 5 years ago and we love it. One of the things we love the most is that we do not have to put chemicals in our pool. No more faded swimsuit and no itchy skin.

We are very happy with our pool form Blue World Pools. It is very easy to keep clean. I have friends that struggle all season long with keeping their pool clean, and we don't. The only problem we had is that the vacuum doesn't work like it states it does. It is supposed to go around the pool on its own and vacuum, but it keeps getting caught by the steps. When we free it, it only goes around the outside of the pool. Other than that, we’ve had a great experience with it. When they came out to put up our pool, it was a great experience. The installers were very professional and answered all of our questions. This is our second summer with it, and my kids love it!

Wow the best pool ever!!! Many friends with standard filter pools struggling to keep clean and we are swimming circles around them!!! So grateful for the knowledge of the salesperson and BWP for schooling us on the positive points of this pool!!! Love it and so easy to take care of and a great company to work with!!! We bought our pool in 2010 and have enjoyed it every summer, spring and fall since. There has been no better peace of mind knowing my children are safe swimming in a clear water environment without harsh chemicals or fear of other creatures. Our installation was simple and everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful. I would recommend BWP to anyone wanting to have summer full of fun without breaking the bank for water parks. Also, the safety ladder has been extremely purposeful.

We just bought a swimming pool from Blue World Pools. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my dealings with this company. Everyone I dealt with was polite and cordial. I'd like to write more, but I'm going swimming!!!

We got our pool in 2012 and enjoyed the pool, start of this year. We are happy to use the pool and it's easy to maintain also.

I just wanted to tell Blue World and everyone who is thinking of getting a pool, I wouldn't know what to do without ours. We love it and use it almost every day. We use ours from March through September and even October, even when the weather is warm and the water may not be warm enough for some. We just simply put our solar cover on it (that came with my pool) and it warms the water up by drawing the sun to the water. And we can get a few more months out of ours while all the neighbors has covered theirs up for the winter. Our pool is easily maintained by just a gal of bleach a week and the ionization system on it which is simply the turn of knob, no expensive chemicals or anything to that nature. You use the test strips that also came with it and check it. If it needs anything, just adjust with the stuff that came with it. You basically do nothing but keep your skimmer basket clean and put your pool vacuum in when needed and let it go. It does the work for you so you do nothing but swim and have fun in the sun with the family.

I bought my pool in 2008. It has been one of the best purchases we ever made. Graduated two kids with that pool and now our two year old loves it. He has made it his personal playground. Never any issues, minor maintenance and quiet running. Would recommend to anyone.

We were told we had three days to cancel our pool contract. When we called and explained we were needing to cancel because our development Home Owners Association denied our request for an above ground pool. They said "ok, sorry to hear this, and please keep us in mind in the future". Two months later, out of the blue, we were called by Mr. Kevin ** who told us we would be paying for half the pool at an interest rate of 18%. He would see to it personally that a lien be placed on our property and that this would be reported to all three major credit reporting agencies. They then proceeded to process our deposit of $500 from our bank account two whole months later!! When we called about this transaction, they basically said too bad. They then threatened to garnish our wages!

After what started off to be a big mess has ended in a HAPPY customer, Jim from Blue World Pools really made me feel better about the whole thing from the day the installers left me with a un-working pool to a new team (Eric) coming to my house to fix the issues.

So I just got a call from Shawn/Sean from Blue World pools. After posting my last complaint a few hours ago, Shawn has seen the review online and called and told us he would personally make sure our pool is put up ASAP! He was not happy with the way the installation people have handled themselves and has assured us that we will get everything taken care of! He said this is his family's company and he wants every customer to be 100% happy with everything. I am pleased to know that there are people who still have standards and want to do good business!

I was definitely taken advantage of during the salesman visit to convince us to buy one of their pools. The man was at our home from 6:30 pm till 10:30 pm at night and wouldn't take no for an answer when I would respond by saying, "No, it isn't within our budget." He continued to negotiate and said he would make it a show pool and I would be obligated to advertise in our neighborhood. The total price of the pool is $18,000, and he dropped it to $16,000 and then down to $12,000 each time I responded with a no. He pressured me to make the decision that day even though I was reluctant and wanted to wait until I researched other options.

The salesman was new with the company but was very nice. What he did not know he was willing to find the answer to. I was not at all interested in the cheap model. What I was most excited about was the fact that I would not have to use the heavy chemicals in the pool because I am very health conscious and was looking for what would do the job. Last summer was our first year and it was short a little because we did not get the pool until summer was already partly gone. The contractor that put it in for us was good and put the extra dirt out of the way where I wanted it. They did it in one day and I was well pleased with their work.

I had a salesman from this company out recently and it was a joke... Honestly, I wasn't interested in the cheap $399 deal. I wanted a good pool. They kept pushing "being a show pool" in my area and I really didn't mind the thought of it. They said it would be at MY convenience. After the 1 1/2 hour presentation, I said I wasn't willing to sign today. I had them out in order to get a price and if I made the decision to buy the pool, I would be in touch. Then the pressure sales commenced.... The price went from $18,000 to $8,819... That right there told me NO WAY even if I hadn't known before they came I wouldn't sign that day...

I called Blue World Pools wanting to purchase a $399.00 pool from them. They took my information, gave me an appointment time and then called the next day to cancel. I received in the mail a contract to purchase this $399.00 pool from Blue World Pools. After reading the terms and conditions, they wanted me to sign the deed to my property over to them and get a $300,000.00 life insurance policy payable to them in the event that something happened. At this point, I was appalled. What really got my goose cooking was the point if I purchased this pool, paid the outrageous shipping ($500) and installed the pool myself, I would have to allow 4 random visits from them each year to check on their product. I must give them exclusive access to my home periodically to make sure that I wasn't attempting to purchase another pool from a competitor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIPOFF.

I called Blue World Pools. Their salesman came out and measured the yard. I wanted the $399.00 pool. It was a 90-minute talk. After he was done, I told him I only wanted the $399.00 pool. He said he wanted to sell me the midline, which was $22,000.00. What a joke. I said no. He said, "I'm gonna go to get a soda. I'll be right back." He never came back. I called the company and they told me they would send me the papers out. They never did. Stay far away as you can from this scamming company.

I called Blue World Pools company to ask about the econoline pool. When a salesperson came to my home, I found out all that has to be done by me to put the econoline pool together. Wow, so I went with another pool that the company had to offer. But after signing the paperwork, 8 hours later I tried to cancel. A female associate on the finance dept was very, very rude to me. She informed me that they have not even received my paperwork yet and that I should have known that I could not afford the pool before signing the papers. That it was stupid of me for doing that. With tears in my eyes, I told her that I need to cancel, that I am a stroke patient and I need to cancel because I can't afford. She never gave me her name, but she did tell me not to call back again.

On Friday, May 10th, 2013, I arranged via internet to have a rep from Blue World Pools come out to my house to explain an ad I found for an above ground pool. The ad was for the Econoline Pool - $399 installation included on customer-ready site. The rep proceeded to inform me that I did not want that pool because of the added shipping expense and because he had better quality pools to show me. He also pushed the fact that my site would need to be ready because that's not included. I explained right away that my site was not ready because of the city requirements of where I live, which I had copies of and tried to hand to him. He said he did not know about any of that and not to worry about it. He then proceeded to do his sales pitch. Not to be rude, I let him continue.

After posting a review at an earlier date, an executive of Blue World Pools contacted my family to explain that there was some miscommunication between us and their representative. They explained to us fully and told us a refund of our downpayment would be sent to us as soon as possible and no lien or other action would be taken. We regret we were unable to get the pool because it appeared to be an excellent product which is chemical free. In the end, Blue World resolved this misunderstanding between us and its representative in a professional manner.

I called Blue World Pools 3 times and asked a great deal of questions. Every time I called, the same person answered (Phillip). I saw a commercial about a pool for $299.00 including installation. I made an appointment for the same day. I provided all the information that was asked. The gentleman informed me the rep would call an hour before he arrives. After I never heard from anyone, I called the number to follow up. When I called from the same phone number, it didn't allow me to speak to anyone. An automated message came on that a rep would not be coming over. I was very disappointed.

I recently went to work for a gentleman who installed pools for this company. As a contractor myself, I understood all the facets of contracts, client relations, quality work and above all, customer satisfaction. Initially, I wrote most of the initial problems off as a fluke; however, I soon found out that this company and its policies are anything but honorable. I worked for three weeks installing pools primarily in Kentucky; red flags popped up at every turn. Clients were promised one thing from the sales representatives and the company, and were delivered another. Most of the negative reviews that I read hit the problems with this company flat on the head. I have provided my services for over thirty years to people all over this great country, and I can tell you that I have never contracted for such a downright despicable company.

Be aware! This place is a ripoff. Their sales practices are a joke and their paperwork is very misleading. Do not trust them when you have a question concerning the paperwork and then call the main office. Regardless of what they tell you over the phone, once you sign the documents, it's a binding contract. There are cancellation fees of 30% of the price of the pool and after a certain period, the cancellation fee is the entire pool cost, not to mention there are documents which indicate that they will put a lien on your house as well as cause you to lose your house and any money you have in it. I did not buy a pool from them.

In 2009 I was shopping for a pool. I was leaning towards an inground but was concerned about the expense. I saw the ad for "cheap" above ground and thought maybe that would work while I saved money for the inground. Joke was on me! The salesman told me that if I purchased the more expensive pool, they could install it completely in the ground and it would be exactly like an inground, and I would save a few grand. I was in disbelief that an above ground could actually be installed like that.

In response to my post about our problems with Blue World Pools on April 22, 2013, we were contacted by Blue World. This time we dealt with a very helpful lady named Johnita **. She acknowledged she was unaware of all the problems we had with this pool and our service, and apologized on behalf of the company. She also assured us that all the problems would be taken care of. Blue World did agree to do what the salesman promised us (as in the discounted items) and also refunded us for the repairs we had to pay for out of pocket.

Writing a recommendation for a company with the attitude that has been displayed with Blue World Pools is a gigantic pleasure. Every aspect of the program was carried out like pros. The pool’s installation was scheduled and completed as set. The installers were professional, as was anyone spoken to at the offices. The pool was installed, the area trash was disposed of, and it constituted a great summer for my grandkids. Thank you Blue World Pools. We would recommend you to anyone and everyone.

I needed to share my experience with all of you about our new pool. The sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They did not push us into any type of pool. They explained the difference and my husband and I chose. There was no pressure in picking the pool. The quality and professionalism of the installers was very thorough. They were kind and very respectful to my family. The pool was set-up in a timely manner. My grandkids just love the pool. It’s great for my family.

We saw the ad for a cheap pool and knew it had to be too good to be true for $399. We called and the salesman admitted that it was to get our attention and he proceeded to show us their program. We ended up getting their best pool which was a great deal of money but still far less than an in-ground pool. We've had the pool two seasons now and are quite happy with it. And our grandkids absolutely love to see Grandma and Grandpa whenever they can to swim. They have learned to swim and snorkel and they've made a lot of friends in the neighborhood. Our pool with the ionizer system has been far easier to keep clean and far less expensive than our neighbor's pool with the harsh chlorine system. We love our Blue World pool.

We bought a Blue World pool in July of 2011. We did have a problem with the ladder - it broke on the first week that we have owned the pool. My husband called and they sent out new parts for it immediately as promised. It’s a beautiful pool and our family has already enjoyed many hours of fun!

We ordered our pool from Blue World. They upgraded our pool for no additional charge. The payment is affordable. We live 10 miles from the community pool. With fuel prices like they are, it is very convenient having the pool right there at home. Our family loves having parties and gatherings for swimming. It is easy to care for.

We have had our pool for 3 summers. Although the kids love having it, dad and I are getting upset when we do everything we have been told to do and still the pool will not stay clear. Weekly cleaning, scanning and using the snake to pick up the bottom has all been a joke. It's hard to have your kids plan a pool party and we can't get it clear for them to have it. We have enjoyed the pool. We actually, during these economic times, decided to go ahead with putting a pool in to offset the vacations we were unable to afford the past 2 years. I have recently lost my job, it's been 14 months, and I try daily for new positions.

We have had our pool for about a year now and have been very happy with the pool and everyone associated with Blue World Pools. I had only one complaint, and that was a leaking liner. I made one phone call and they corrected the problem right away. My family has enjoyed many hours of fun and relaxation. And the pool is as easy to care for as they say it is.

When they were installing my pool, I told the guy it was not level. He said his instrument read that it was level and continued. Upon filling the pool it was 5 inches out of level. I called the company and they told me to use it and they would fix it. At the end of the summer, they sent a new guy (fired the 1st) and leveled the pool and installed a new liner. They did everything they said they would and more. They made a skeptic into a believer. Now I love my pool!

Blue World Pools provided exactly as promised a beautiful, easy to care for pool. They were professional at all points from sales agent to installation to technical support. The pool was installed in one day and was full of water the next day. It has since proven to be a fun spot for my family and many of my neighbors.

I was very happy with the purchase of my pool from the salesman who came to my house to the installer who put it in. It has been a great investment not only for my property but for my health too. I have used my pool almost every day since it was installed.

We had a company called Blue World Pools out to our home. The reason being we saw an ad of theirs online for a complete pool package for $399.00. When the salesman came out, he told us all the reasons why we did not want to buy that pool and after almost three hours, he convinced us to buy a $15,000 pool from him. We gave him a $1,000 deposit, which he said he would hold until we were approved for financing. In the meantime, we did some more research and found the same exact pool for $8,200. Well, we called the office to tell them we had changed our mind and wanted our original down payment check back. We were informed it had already been cashed and that we were legally obligated to buy their pool.

I went to a two day cram class on how to sell swimming pools to consumers on preset appointments. They were advertising a $299.00 pool, when we left they were paying from $10,000 to $15,000 for an above ground pool. I have been in sales for 20 years and have never seen anything like this. I quit them today because of the financial stress the company had put on me and my family. I also googled the company and found out all the horror stories of other people who have dealt with them. We were trained to scam people and then in return, we also get scammed out of our commissions. If someone would please listen to how this all takes place, it will blow your mind. I have found out many things in the last few days and have caught them in many lies. Just google complaints on Blue World Pools and if you want to know the whole scoop, please contact me ASAP. I also know that they have changed their name at least 4 times.

I bought my pool almost 5 years ago, and I knew when I did it, I got the shaft but was quite honestly too embarrassed to tell anyone. The salesman who came to visit knew I wanted a pool bad, and he told me I could buy the $399.00 pool but it was the econo pool. It would cost more in chemicals and would not last long term.

I called about a pool I saw on TV for $399 and a sales person came out to my home. The sales person told me the pool for $399 was not a good pool, that it was cheap and would cost too much to keep up for my families use. The man told me that the more expensive pool was the best way to go because it would be cheaper to keep clean. He said it was a chemical free pool, that once a month I would need to put a cheap bottle of bleach in it and that is all it took to keep it clean and in use. He said that I would spend two or three hundred a month to keep the $399 pool clean due to buying the chemicals for it. He said all I need for the more expensive pool was around .89 cents a month. He told me that the pool that was advertised on TV was cheaply made and in a year or two would need to be replaced and was a waste of money.

My ex-husband saw a ad on TV for a $99 a month pool from Blue World so he called the number and they sent someone out. The man was an old man. He took like 2 hours talking about his life and he had retired from the army. When he got to the pool, he got very nervous and started to talk faster like he was timed or something. We asked about the pool on sale because he was talking about every other one but that one. Since we were on a fixed budget that was all we could afford and that was why we called. He told us that that pool would not last long and he would work something out where we could get a better pool that we could afford.

We feel Blue World Pools used deceptive acts in the conduct of my consumer transaction. Very high pressure sell. I was coerced. No response in my 3-day period to cancel the transaction.
