We just had a new shower installed by Bath Fitters of South Burlington. This is the second shower that we had them install. Both jobs were fantastic and to only have the shower out of commission for one day is very helpful. The team, Jesse and Doug, were extremely professional. It was wonderful having all the old shower pieces taken away. The site was cleaned up great. I would highly recommend using Bath Fitter.

I am ecstatic with the way my shower remodel went. I looks great and functions so much better than the 30+ year old one we had. My husband replaced our shower/tub combination with a walk-in shower when my 82-year-old grandmother moved in with us. It had outlived its usefulness and looked terrible. I am so happy with the work Bath Fitter and James did. The shower looks amazing and James went above and beyond to do it just the way I wanted it.

I love my new shower, however, it took some time to be fully completed. The order was placed on February 12, 2026. The shower compartment was installed on April 22, 2026. I then waited until April 30 for the glass to be measured, and until May 29 for it to be installed. At that point, I had to wait 6 days until the glue was cured before I could use it. There were two other issues that needed to be dealt with. First, one of the shower compartment corners was initially left rough and could have caused an injury. That was finally repaired so it was safe, on June 23, after an appointment was made, then cancelled, to fix it the week before. Second, about ten days after the glass was installed, the door could not be opened out, only in. The technician came on June 16 and quickly identified and repaired the problem.

I've done this once already. The workmanship is OUTSTANDING. No complaint there. The two installers were courteous, efficient and conscientious. But, there was a mixup somewhere. First off they went to the wrong address. An old address that we left years ago. The salesman came to the right place but somehow the new address didn't get passed on. Then somewhere between the sale and the install, some dimensions didn't get transferred. This meant having to stop on day one and return on day two with the properly sized wall panel. This caused problems on our end. Again, good people, good workmanship, not so good internal communication.

My experience with Bath Fitter has been positive. The sales consultant David ** was very professional and concise. I agreed to have two bathtubs with surrounds replaced on two separate days. The installation was performed in a timely manner by bath expert Terji. He was very methodical during installation and the results were tubs and surrounds looking great. I replaced an old unit (tub and bath) at my house ** other than caulking being replaced the unit was great. It was replaced by just a shower unit. This was done in May of 2026. Starting in the middle of July 2026, we noticed it was leaking through the area under where the flooring is. We reached out to the Bath Fitter unit that did the install and they first sent a plumber who stated that the leak was due to water coming out of the shower and getting under the flooring of the shower, which was ridiculous since if that was the reason that meant the install was wrong right then, next they sent a Bath Fitter service person who re-caulked around the side of the tube that faced out. That had no effect as the leak is still occurring. Bottom line is you can run water and it doesn’t leak but once someone is taking a shower it leaks.

I had an excellent experience. Salesman,John **, installers Patrick ** and Jeff ** were excellent. Very friendly and kept everything cleaned and protected. Kept me informed and check to make sure I was happy with the job before they left. This was the second time in this house they did an install. I have had Bather Fitter do a total of six bathrooms over the years.

I am very pleased with my Bathfitter installation and completion on July 16, 2026. The technician Brian was excellent and thorough but dealing with Laura D at the Albany office was absolutely miserable and detracted from this experience. Her phone manners were cold and machine like. I would've gotten more sensitivity from AI. She actually DOES the scheduling and lied about when the technician would be arriving for my appointment which was more than five hours later than she quoted. She KNEW in advance his route and still quoted the incorrect arrival window. Why? I've dealt with her several times and each time shaking my head over her behavior. Definitely not an asset to Bathfitter.

I have had my shower/bath for just under 10 years. I needed my caulking redone. They were great about getting the job done quickly and efficiently. It looks great! Thank you Brandon.

We have been very pleased with our shower stall. The installation in one day was amazing. The young guy who did all the work, except the plumbing, did an absolutely beautiful job. His hard work really shows. It looks perfect. Another nice feature is the quality of the fixtures that came with the job.
